How to use the Data Table in Excel - Duration: 3:00.I'm going to show you how to use the
data table this is available on the data
tab under the what-if analysis you drop
down the list arrow and you get data
table so what I'm going to do first is
I'm going to explain my little formula
that got here and the formula is let's
say I have a ten-thousand-dollar credit
card balance and my my rate on this
credit card is nineteen percent and so
on my payments what I can afford is five
hundred and four dollars a month and so
through the calculation it has
determined so let's just look at the
calculation for a second here so it's
nineteen percent and you divide it by 12
because it's nineteen percent per year
and b5 is the payment that you're going
to make and print the present value is
10,000 but it's going to be negative ten
thousand because we owe that as opposed
to we're trying to collect that and the
future values I want it to be zero and
so through this calculation I've worked
out that it's going to take me about
twenty four months and a little bit to
pay off this credit card at five hundred
four dollars a month so what I'm going
to do is I'm going to create a data
table and I'm going to see if I increase
this this payment month a month how much
it will my number of months decrease so
what i've done here is i've put in
scenario so i put in it was five hundred
and four dollars is what my original
payment plan was and so now let's see if
it was 550 650 and 750 and so we're
going to calculate how many months that
this is going to change so another point
I should put on phase i have copied this
formula from here to there as well so it
knows what we're talking about here copy
the formula and talk of where i want the
number of months to be displayed and so
i am going to select from c2 to d5 and
i'm going to go up
on the data tab to my data table now my
my values are in a column here so I'm
going to put my cursor in the call of
input cells and this is the big point
you need to select the value that you've
calculated already and then you say okay
so now it has determined for you that if
you make 550 you've got 21 months 650 is
17 months and 750 is 15 and a bit months
so that's how you use the data table

Duo Trusted Endpoints: Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) Certificate Deployment - Duration: 18:07.- [Instructor] Hi, I'm Matt from Duo Security.
In this video, I'm going to show you
how to install and configure the Duo Certificate Proxy
to deploy certificates using
Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policies.
I will also show you how to configure
a Trusted Endpoints Policy to ensure that
only corporate-owned devices managed by your organization
are allowed to access your most sensitive
browser applications that use the Duo Prompt.
Be sure to read the documentation for
this trusted endpoint set up located at
Duo.com/docs/trusted-endpoints-adds
before starting the installation process.
In order to install the
Duo Certificate Proxy for Active Directory,
you will need to make sure you have
the necessary prerequisites in place.
You need an Active Directory domain account
that is a member of both the Enterprise Admins
and the Domain Admins groups.
You also need a Windows server 2012 R2 machine
joined to your Active Directory domain.
We recommend that the Windows server 2012 system
have two 2-gigahertz processors, 8 gigabytes of RAM,
and 100 gigabytes of disk space.
In addition, you need a single network adapter
with TCP 443 outbound internet access.
Ensure that your server has all Windows updates,
.NET Framework 4.5.2 or later,
and the Windows 10 Universal C Runtime installed.
After making sure you have the necessary prerequisites,
create the Active Directory Domain Services
Management Integration in the Duo Admin Panel.
Open a browser and log in to the Duo Admin Panel.
In the left sidebar, click Trusted Endpoints Configuration.
If this is your first trusted endpoints configuration,
you will see an informational screen.
Click Configure Management Tools Integration.
Under Active Directory Domain Services,
click Select this Integration.
Next, prepare your server for
deployment of the certificate proxy.
If your server is running a local firewall,
you need to open TCP ports 135 and 1024
through 65535 for DCOM and RPC inbound access
for your domain computers to the Duo Certificate Proxy.
Log in to your Windows server.
To permit access to these ports in the Windows Firewall,
open Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.
Right click Inbound Rules and click New Rule.
On the Rule Type page, select Custom.
Click next.
On the program page, set the rule to all programs.
Click Next.
On the Protocol and Ports page,
set the Protocol Type to TCP.
In the dropdown for Local Port, select RPC Dynamic Ports.
In the Remote Port dropdown, select Specific Ports.
In the field below, enter 135 comma space 1024-65535.
Click Next.
On the Scope page, leave both
Which local IP addresses does this rule to apply to?
and Which remote IP addresses does this rule apply to?
set to Any IP Address.
Click Next.
On the Action page,
select Allow the connection and click Next.
On the Profile page, select only the Domain network option,
and then click Next.
On the name page, enter a name to identify the rule.
For example, Duo RPC/DCOM.
Click Finish.
Verify that your new Duo rule is enabled.
After preparing your server,
install and configure the certificate proxy.
Log on to the server as a domain user
who is a member of both the Domain Admins
and Enterprise Admins groups.
If you were added to either of those groups
during your current log on session,
then you need to log out and back in
for your new privileges to take effect.
Log in to the Duo Admin Panel.
Navigate to the Active Directory Domain Services
integration page you created earlier.
Click the link to download
the Duo Certificate Proxy installer.
Launch the installer and follow the prompts.
Leave the Launch Duo Certificate Proxy Wizard option
checked on the final screen of the installer.
Click Finish.
The Duo Certificate Proxy Wizard will open.
Click Next.
The wizard will verify that you are
an AD enterprise and domain admin.
Copy the secret key from your integration page
and paste it in the wizard.
Click next.
Specify the AD group or groups containing the users
who will receive the Duo certificate.
We recommend targeting a group of
test users during initial configuration.
You can return to the Duo Certificate Proxy
Configuration Wizard later to add groups
after verifying certificate enrollment
and trusted endpoint reporting and access for a test group.
Either click the select button and type in
all or part of AD domain group,
or type in the full name of the AD target group
directly into the Configuration Wizard
and click Validate to check the group name against AD.
To specify more than one group,
separate the group names with a comma.
Do not input spaces before or after commas.
Click Next.
Pick the trust configuration method.
If no public key infrastructure (or PKI) exists
in your environment such as
Active Directory Certificate Services,
select the first option,
Install Duo root certificate as untrusted.
If your organization does have an existing PKI,
select the Trust the Duo root option.
Do not choose the Manual setup of Duo root option
without first contacting Duo Support.
For this example, we will select the first option.
Click Next.
Double-check your selected
domain groups and trust configuration.
If everything looks correct, click Confirm.
Click Exit.
You have completed the initial
Duo Certificate Proxy configuration.
Now configure your Group Policy Object (or GPO)
for Duo certificate deployment and browser configuration.
On your domain controller or another system with
the Windows Remote Server Administration Tools installed,
log in to the Duo Admin Panel and
navigate to your Active Directory
Domain Services Management Tools integration.
Then launch the Group Policy Management Console, or GPMC.
In the Group Policy Management Console,
expand your forest and navigate
down the tree to Group Policy Objects.
Right-click the Group Policy Objects Folder and click New.
Enter a name for the new GPO like
Duo Certificate Policy and click OK.
Right click the new GPO you created and click Edit.
To enable automatic retrieval of
the Duo device certificate by domain clients,
navigate to User Configuration, Policies,
Windows Settings, Security Settings, Public Key Policies.
Double-click Certificate Services Client - Auto-Enrollment
in the right pane of the policy editor.
On the Enrollment Policy Configuration settings tab,
set the Configuration Model to Enabled,
and check both the Renew expired certificates,
update pending certificates,
and remove revoked certificates and
Update certificates that use certificate templates options.
Then click OK.
To enable automatic selection of the
Duo certificate by Internet Explorer on client endpoints,
navigate to User Configuration,
Preferences, Windows Settings, Registry.
On the Duo Admin Panel page for
your ADDS management tools integration,
click the Internet Explorer Configuration download link
in the Configure Your Group Policy Object
section of the page to obtain
the Internet Explorer configuration XML file.
Save this file in a location accessible from the GPMC.
Open that location in Windows Explorer.
From the Explorer window,
copy the downloaded Internet Explorer XML file,
NOT the file contents,
and paste it under the registry pane
on the right side of the GPO editor window.
When asked if you are sure you want to
import the pasted document, click Yes.
These registry values allow Internet Explorer
to automatically select the Duo device certificate
when requested by the Duo browser prompt.
If you do not push these
registry settings to your Windows clients,
then Internet Explorer prompts users to
manually select the Duo certificate during authentication.
If Windows clients also use the Google Chrome browser
when accessing Duo-protected applications,
you should configure automatic certificate selection
for Chrome in the GPO as well.
Back in the Duo Admin Panel,
click the Chrome Configuration download link
to obtain the Chrome configuration XML file.
Again, save this file in a location
accessible from the GPMC.
Then copy the Chrome XML file, NOT the file contents,
from the Windows Explorer window,
and paste it into the top-level Registry pane
on the right of the GPO Editor window.
Confirm import of the pasted document by clicking Yes.
This registry value lets Chrome automatically select
the Duo device certificate when requested by
the Duo browser prompt without prompting the user
interactively to select the certificate.
When you have finished configuring all settings,
close the Group Policy Editor window.
Now apply the Duo GPO.
Click the Delegations tab of
your new Duo Certificate GPO and then click
the Advanced button in the lower-right corner.
On the Security tab, click the Add... button.
Enter Domain Computers in the Select Users, Computers,
Service Accounts, or Groups dialogue, and click OK.
In the Group or user names list,
click on the Domain Computers group.
In the Permissions for Domain Computers area
in the bottom half of the security settings window,
check the boxes for Read and
Apply group policy in the Allow column.
Click OK.
The default GPO security filtering applies the new policy
to all domain authenticated users.
Restrict this new GPO so that it applies to
only members of the domain group or groups
you specified during Duo Certificate Proxy configuration.
Click the Scope tab of the new Duo certificate GPO.
In the Security Filtering section,
click Authenticated Users to select it,
and then click Remove.
Next, click the Add button under Security Filtering.
Select the same domain groups you selected on
the Select AD Group page of the
Duo Certificate Proxy configuration wizard and click OK.
Those groups are added the Security Filtering list
alongside the Domain Computers group.
Finally, link the policy.
Right-click on your domain in the left side of the GPMC
and select Link an Existing GPO…
Select the new Duo certificate GPO
in the list of Group Policy Objects, and click OK.
Confirm that the Duo Certificate Proxy is working
by manually applying the Duo GPO settings on an endpoint.
Log on to a domain-joined client PC as a member of
the pilot group specified during
the Duo Certificate Proxy group selection
and in the Duo certificate GPO scope.
Open a browser and navigate to the documentation page
located at duo.com/docs/trusted-endpoints-adds.
In the left sidebar, click the anchor link
to skip down to the Verify Your Setup section.
There are commands in this section that you will
need to copy and paste into a command prompt.
Open a command prompt window and run
the gpupdate /force command provided
in step 2 of this section of the documentation.
After the policy update completes,
run the gpresult /v command
from step 3 of the documentation.
In the output, under Applied Group Policy Objects,
look for your new Duo GPO.
If the Duo certificate enrollment GPO
was successfully applied,
check that the Duo certificate was
successfully obtained via the Duo Certificate Proxy server.
In the same command prompt window where you ran gpresult,
run the Certificate Manager Tool using
the command provided in step 4 of the documentation.
Expand Certificates - Current User, Personal, Certificates.
Look for the Duo Device Authentication
certificate in the list.
Finally, verify the Chrome and Internet Explorer
Registry changes from the GPO.
In your command prompt window,
run the registry query commands provided in
step 6 of the documentation to check for
the new Internet Explorer and Chrome settings.
Confirm that the output of your query
contains the two items highlighted
in the screenshot in the documentation.
You have successfully configured the Duo Certificate Proxy
and deployment of the Duo Trusted Endpoints Certificate!
Once your domain users' computers apply
the new certificate GPO settings
and receive the Duo certificate,
you can configure the Trusted Endpoints policy
to start checking for the certificate as users
authenticate to Duo-protected services and applications.
Please read the documentation located at
duo.com/docs/trusted-endpoints
before watching this section of the video.
You will need to have a test group of users
and select a browser-based application
to use with your Trusted Endpoints policy.
Log in to the Duo Admin Panel as an administrator
with the Owner or Administrator admin role.
Navigate to the properties page for
the application you want to use Trusted Endpoints with.
Click the Apply a policy to a group of users button.
Then click Or, create a new Policy.
The policy editor launches.
Enter a name for the policy at the top of the left column,
such as Trusted Endpoints.
Then in the left menu under Devices,
click Trusted Endpoints.
Select the radio button for Block endpoints
that do not have a Duo certificate.
Click the Create Policy button to save your settings
and return to the Apply a Policy prompt
with your new policy selected.
In the Groups field, select the group of users
you want to apply the policy to.
Click the Apply Policy button.
You will see your applied policy on your properties page.
Now, when a user with an endpoint
that lacks a Duo certificate
attempts to access this application,
they will not be allowed access.
A prompt will appear indicating that they are being blocked
due to their use of a personal device.
You have successfully configured the Duo Certificate Proxy,
deployment of the Duo Trusted Endpoints Certificate,
and a Trusted Endpoints Policy.

The Way of the Orgasm - What Is the Orgasm - How to Give Orgasms - Duration: 2:39.The orgasm is not just a mechanical thing
It's something that is really
It's an experiential process
In which the partners engaged in sexual activity
Are having series of experiences
Both physiological and psychological
And what's going on in that sexual activity
Is often a mystery to us
We don't know for sure
We think we know for men, but in reality
A lot of men have difficulty reaching orgasm, having erections
Engaging in sexual activity in a consistent way
In the same way that women do
We're learning about this more and more
But sexual difficulties are very common in relationships
And orgasmic problems are also common in relationships
So, what is the orgasm?
It's really much more interesting to approach as
What is your partner's orgasm?
Or how does your partner enjoy sex?
And so really the orgasm is an issue of communication
What we find in research is that
Many women don't reach orgasm primarily from penetration
The clitoral orgasm because of the physiology of the female
Clitoris is more on the surface
The clitoral orgasm is something that is often
More successfully achieved by manual or oral stimulation
Penetration is not the primary source of orgasm
It can be very pleasurable, and it can be very enjoyable
But often it's not where the orgasm is gonna take place
Or how the orgasm is going to take place
So mixing it up, being more creative in your sexual engagement with your partner
And not only going for a one, you know, one size fits all direction
Where it's penetration
And, you know, pumping until, you know, both of you cum
That's not what's gonna work for everyone
And statistically speaking
Probably, you know, more than 50 percent of women
Do not reach orgasm by penetration alone
So engaging in sexuality that is
More flexible, more playful
Which uses different modes of engagement
Is going to be much more successful in reaching orgasm
Than one size fits all uni-directional penetration
If you're ready to take action

TSG Hoffenheim: How to bring a village to the Bundesliga - Duration: 3:00.Hello and welcome to another report from the romantic world of football!
Today we are going to talk about the German Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim which currently
plays a great season and fights with several other clubs for the Champions League places
in Germany.
The club is located in the small village of Hoffenheim which only has a population of
around 3.000 but belongs to the town of Sinsheim which has a population of 35.000.
The capacity of the club's stadium is around 30.000, so to fill it the whole town has to
show up.
But the fans come from all around the region so there is no attendance problem here.
TSG Hoffenheim is famously supported by the German billionaire Dietmar Hopp who started
providing money for the club in 1989.
At that time Hoffenheim played in the 8th division of German football, the Kreisliga
A. Money is a great thing in football as the example of Hoffenheim shows us again.
The club managed to climb through German amateur football and reached the Regionalliga, which
was the third division at that time, in 2001.
Seven years later the club reached the 2.
Bundesliga, marched right through the league and suddenly found itself in the Bundesliga
in 2008.
The club's average attendance in 1999 in the Verbandsliga was exactly 323, in 2002
in the Regionalliga it was 2.061 and in the first Bundesliga season it was suddenly 28.000.
That is one hell of a fast rise.
For that of course a new stadium was needed, so the Rhein-Neckar Arena was built in 2009.
The first Bundesliga season for Hoffenheim started sensationally as the club led the
table at the winter break with great performances from players like Demba Ba, Ibisevic or Luiz
Gustavo, but later they dropped to a still more than respectable seventh place.
Since then TSG established itself in the league, avoiding relegation narrowly two times and
now again challenging the top teams and fighting to bring the Champions League to their small
town.
The club is by the way not exactly the most popular among German fans, but hey now Red
Bull Leipzig stole the crown for the most unpopular club in the country, so that is
good.
See you next time!

How to stop Your iPhone's Screen from Randomly Turning On in iOS 10 // WiKi How - Duration: 2:05.How to stop Your iPhone's Screen from Randomly Turning On in iOS 10 // WiKi How
After updating your iPhone to iOS 10, you may have noticed that your screen will wake up whenever you pick up the device to look at it, or even when its just in your pocket or dangling in your hand.
This is because of a new feature called Raise to Wake.
It doesnt unlock your lock screen, just wakes it so you can see the date and time quickly, which is pretty damn useful if youre not into wearing watches around your wrist.
It also gives even quicker access to the widgets screen and camera shortcut. However, its not all sunshine and roses.
If you already have a time-teller around your wrist, and dont really use widgets, this action can be fairly annoying and unnecessary. Plus, it can come on when you dont want it to.
Just imagine the disgruntled patrons next to you in a movie theater when you accidentally light up your seat.
Additionally, if you happen to have a small child who likes to play around with your iPhone, it makes it easier for them to take photos or access the passcode screen.
If they button smash enough, they could potentially lock you out of your iPhone—or possibly even wipe it if you have Erase Data enabled in Touch ID & Passcode.
This feature is only available on the iPhone 6s, SE, and 7 models, and while its on by default, is super easy to disable. Just navigate to Settings -> Display & Brightness, then toggle Raise to Wake off.
If youd like to try it out again one day, just go back in and toggle it on.

"Brexit" Underway: How Can Investors Prep Now that Article 50 Has Been Triggered? (SMS 067) - Duration: 4:32.Nine months after the historic "Brexit" vote in the United Kingdom, the separation
process from the European Union has begun.
Jeff Kleintop, Schwab's Chief Global Investment Strategist, joins me for the March 29 Schwab
Market Snapshot to discuss the invoking of Article 50 and what it might mean for investors.
Welcome back, Jeff.
Thanks, Randy.
It's great to be with you.
So, Jeff, today, U.K Prime Minister, Theresa May, announced that Article 50 had been triggered
and that she's expecting a response from the EU by the end of the week.
Now, given that this separation process might last as long as two years, how do you see
the whole thing playing out?
Well, Randy, Article 50 has never been triggered before, so there's a bit of uncertainty
as how it might evolve.
There are definitely risks.
For one thing, the Bank of England, the U.K.'s Fed, if you will, is testing—doing a stress
test for their banks.
They're worried about how this might affect the financial system globally.
They're looking at what would happen to the banks if you saw a sudden rise in interest
rates, inflation, and unemployment in an environment of a shrinking economy, shrinking global trade,
and concerns about high consumer debt level.
So, all these things are things that could evolve from Brexit.
So they won't know the results of this worst-case scenario until the fourth quarter.
Well, now, in the meantime, are there anything—are there any signals or anything out there that
you're seeing that give you reason to believe that this worst-case scenario could actually
come to pass?
Well, in the real world, we're already seeing consumers wind down their economic activity.
U.K. households have cut back on their borrowing.
They've also cut back on their spending.
We've seen real, inflation-adjusted retail sales pull back.
They could actually be negative in the first quarter for the first time in three years.
So that's having an impact.
Inflation is rising in the U.K. as their currency has fallen.
Imports are more expensive now that the pound has cheapened up, by 15% since the Brexit
vote.
So, all these things are having an impact.
You'll be hearing more about Article 218 and now that Article 50 has been invoked.
218 governs the negotiations, and there will be a lot of back-and-forth and give-and-take,
and that can create some volatility in the markets, as investors and consumers assess
what it might mean going forward.
What about for U.S. investors, is there anything that they can do to prepare for all the things
that might be happening over the next 24 months or so?
Yeah.
Well, certainly, a cautious stance on U.K. stocks makes some sense here.
The worst-case scenario of a global recession and accompanying financial crisis is far from
a sure thing—it doesn't appear likely.
According to the best forecaster I know of this, the U.K. Yield Curve—which is just
the difference between long- and short-term interest rates in the U.K.—the odds of a
recession are somewhere around 30- to 40 percent.
Well, they're not zero, but they're not over 50% either.
It's not a base case.
So there's a chance, but it's, again, not that base case.
So we should watch for changes to that yield curve.
The more the difference between short- and long-term rate shrinks—that's a sign of
worry.
We want to keep our eye on that.
Also, the value of the pound is important, as well.
If that were to fall again sharply, it could raise more concerns about inflation and other
pressures in the U.K.
The latest polls show that only 29% of U.K. consumers think they're going to be better
off after Brexit.
So that means a lot of pessimism and concerns already reflected in their behavior and the
markets.
That's a good thing.
It means that the risk of a shock, that could cause a financial crisis or recession, is
maybe not as high as it might otherwise be if expectations were low.
So investors should stay diversified and investing according to their asset allocations.
The most reliable indicators are still telling us that it isn't time for a more defensive
posture yet.
But we'll keep an eye on those indicators and keep you informed as time goes on.
That sounds like really good advice, Jeff, thank you so much.
That's all the time we have for today.
Listen, if you want to read more from Jeff, you can do that in the International Investing
section of Schwab.com.
You can follow Jeff on Twitter @JeffreyKleintop, and, of course, you can always follow me on
Twitter @RandyAFrederick.
We'll be back again.
Until next time, invest wisely.

Como cambiar un hábito - Duration: 5:16.Hola soy www.operacionbikini.es Raquel Domínguez and I am here today to help you change a habit.
Did you stop to think the influence they can have habits
your health and your state of fitness? Many times we spend our
habits unnoticed, but really change one habit
It can be everything to achieve our goals.
Did you know that over 40% of the shares
a day we are not real decisions?
So if when you look in the mirror do not like what you see
surely your habits have much to do.
The good news, habits can be changed. And the habit that pushes you
to eat a donut or do anything else unhealthy
it can become a habit that brings you to your status ideally.
And how can we change a habit ?, Well, the first thing
we need to know is that a habit consists of 3 parts
a signal, a routine and a reward. For example, following
with donuts, it is that they are my downfall, seeing a donut,
our brain knows that is full of sugar and other carbohydrates
yes, all evil, and knows the club, albeit
very short, we are going to provide those
sugars. So if we eat, we feel
disappointed. Now that we know that parts
It comprises a habit we are in circumstances
to change it, go ahead. We passed the action, changing
habits. The first thing to do is identify
the habit you want to change, and to do so we must ask the following questions.
What is the signal that stimulates ?, perhaps be time
day, or may question how you feel, are you bored ?,
Are you tired ?, Are you hungry? or do you feel ?, stressed once
we have answered these questions, the next question we have for you
ask is what your rewards are ?, what do you get with the
habit you want to change some of the rewards ?, more
Common habits related to food is that
give energy, they make you feel happy and give you a momentary
satisfaction. And the next point is, why we want to replace new habit?
It is important that you seek a habit that offers the same reward
but it does in a healthier way. Let's see,
so we can see this more clearly, let's see
a practical example. Let's change the habit of eating between meals.
How to stop eating between meals? Well, we have identified
the habit we want change, we want to stop eating between meals,
what is making us eat more than we really need
and being overweight. Now that we know, for that, we want
change, it's time to analyze what gives me rewards eat
between meals? It is very important that this part you the take very seriously.
You have to sit and analyze and you have to score every time
feel like eating between meals. It is you try to identify
signal and reward it gives you. It is clear that for each of
us signals and rewards are going to be different, but the signs
common that lead us to eat between meals, usually are,
we are bored, we noticed that we lack energy,
we feel stressed or that we want to talk to someone,
as I say, but for each of us those signals can
is different, these are the most common. And what we need
do when we have already identified the signs? as for example,
If you're bored, go for a walk, if you notice that you lack energy
salt to run 5 minutes or a few beam bends or squats,
trust me, I know you are tired, but there's nothing you of
more energy than sports. If you feel it is stressed,
It is the ideal time for you to take 5 minutes get distracted.
You can see one of my videos or better yet, try to relax,
Here I explain how to learn to relax. And if what ails you
is you work alone and you substitute the conversation of your companions
for food, why do not you try to call someone on
phone? Now that you know and identify the signals and rewards
it gives you an old habit is when you start building
your new routine. Do not be discouraged if it costs more than
you expected. Like everything in life you will have to experiment, try
with different things. If you're bored when it does not work
go for a walk, you can change it to call, get
see funny videos or maybe it's the time to make your
daily training. The important thing is to write down the results
so that later you can analyze those. When you give to the activity
perfect to change an old habit for another, it's just now time
repeat, repeat, repeat and repeat. It is believed that it takes
21 days to change a simple habit, but habits more
complex'll have to repeat at least 24 weeks
but surely it will be worth it. And you, you tell me what habit
You want to change ?, have any other trick to change a habit?
Tell me in the comments. And I also want to salute
Fernando Henao, Javier Hernández and Agustín Benegas. Hi guys.
I hope my video you liked today, and if you liked share,
please make sure that you can help someone else. And me

How to Earn Order of St. Christopher - Battlefield 1 - Duration: 4:25.Hey guys, this is Eidolon Mirage with some Battlefield 1 gameplay on PS4.
Today, we're earning a medal called Order of St. Christopher, with an emphasis on the
support class.
The first objective is to get 20 kills.
I start out with the Lewis Gun Optical and it's.. decent.
I got some good kills, but NONE of the support weapons are reliable in my opinion.
It just seems like enemies don't go down quick enough.
I mean, I counted 6 hit markers on this guy and got an assist counts as kill.
Sometimes they go down quicker, but that's what I mean by unreliable.
It's also almost mandatory to go prone to have decent accuracy.
Keep in mind though, this is 20 kills AS support, so get creative with mortars or the limpet
charge to rack 'em up.
The second objective is to get 15 suppression assists.
This type of goal is tough, because it's an indirect way of helping your team.
It essentially means that you need to miss a whole bunch of shots and not kill people.
I think DICE is just trying to teach us what suppression is.
If you don't know, every weapon in Battlefield (especially the support weapons) have a suppression
feature, where if you're being shot at, the screen goes fuzzy, and it makes your aiming
a little chaotic.
You can see this happen here as we take this A.T.
Rocket and here as I'm hiding behind this wall, and, you get the point.
This is essentially what you're trying to do to the enemy while a teammate kills them.
I switched over to the Lewis Gun Suppressive because it has more ammo, and it's supposed
to have a more suppressive capability, and also because it's how you unlock the Chauchat
Low Weight in the new They Shall Not Pass DLC.
At first I tried not to kill anybody by shooting all around them.
This is a little ridiculous and not very fun.
I eventually gave in and just started killing people like normal.
This is what I'd recommend or else this objective can be extremely stressful.
It'll take some time, but I think it's the best way to accomplish this objective
without going insane.
Just stick to mostly medium and long range and be sure to spot the enemy so your team
knows to help out.
The third objective is to get 10 mortar kills.
I'm not a huge fan of mortars.
I'm using the High Explosive variant, and as far as I know, they only do 60 maximum
damage.
This means you need to hit the same guy twice to get the kill.
I believe the airburst mortar does the same damage to a little larger area, but it can't
damage armor like the HE shell can.
Mortars are decent for protecting an objective on Rush or to clear out an area before you
move in.
If you have a teammate on comms, you can coordinate a mortar strike to the same area, and I'm
sure that would be devastating.
With that being said, most people just run it solo like I did here, and it's not the
most effective.
You pretty much need to hit an already wounded enemy to get a kill, because hitting the same
guy twice is pretty difficult, especially if they have any ounce of awareness and move
after the first strike.
The fourth objective is to perform 20 resupplies.
I'm using the Ammo Pouch today so I can chuck 'em at people without them even knowing.
It's probably the easiest way to get this medal, but these small bags don't resupply
grenades.
Use the big bag for that, but players need to actively search for it and stand around
it to get resupplied.
If you're playing Support, make sure you resupply as much as possible.
I forget sometimes and everyone's guilty, but it's extremely helpful to keep people
topped off on equipment and gadgets.
It helps your team tremendously and gives you points so just keep it in mind.
One thing I learned is that you should throw down a couple bags before you enter your mortar.
That way, players can just run by and grab one without you needing to stop.
The final objective is to get 5 kills in one life.
We're playing Frontlines and it's a linear game mode kind of like Rush.
This allowed me to set up and mainly focus on one general direction.
Since I knew where the enemy was coming from, I just played it safe behind this wall and
deployed my bipod for better accuracy.
I almost had 5 in a matter of seconds but got robbed on this last Medic kill.
I had to rush forward for this fifth kill, and it was little nerve-wracking, but I got
it done and earned Order of St. Christopher.
The support class isn't my favorite by any means, but it's good to switch it up and
try new things like the mortar.
Let me know what you think of the Support class in Battlefield 1.
Like if you like, and subscribe if you like.
I hope you enjoy these tactics and tips, and I hope to see you on the Battlefield.

How to make Pineapple Water and What are the Benefits of Drinking It on an Empty Stomach - Duration: 3:17.How to make Pineapple Water and What are the Benefits of Drinking It on an Empty Stomach?
You've heard of the super fruits, like blueberries, pomegranates and acia, and how they are amazingly
healthy for you.
However, did you know that there is another super food on the scene that can provide you
with tons and tons of benefits – and you probably don't even know it; it's pineapple!
This amazingly delicious, sweet, juicy and succulent fruit has been a beloved fruit for
centuries.
It received the name 'pineapple' because its prickly exterior resembles the shape of
a pinecone.
however, this meaty tropical fruit provides way more vitamins and nutrients for you than
a pinecone ever could.
Loaded with enzymes, such as promelain, as well as antioxidants and vitamin C, pineapples
are amazingly good for your health.
Eating pineapple is definitely good for you, but adding it to your water is also exceptionally
good for you.
How to Make Pineapple Water!
Making pineapple water is actually pretty simple.
All you have to do is cut up the fruit, remove the skin and toss a few pieces into a glass
of chilled water.
It's really just as easy as that.
Drink down the water, which has an amazing taste, and you'll immediately start to soak
up the benefits.
It's highly recommended that you drink this fruit infused water first thing in the morning,
before you eat a meal, so that you can fully absorb all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients
that it provides.
Why is Pineapple Water Good for You?
There are dozens of reasons why this tropical fruit infused water is good for you.
Here's a look at just a small handful of the reasons why you should add at least one
glass of it to your daily routine.
It Combats Inflammation:
Pineapple is highly regarded for its ability to fight inflammation.
That's thanks to the enzyme bromelain, of which the tropical fruit contains a high amount
of.
This powerful enzyme has the ability to flush out the toxins in the body, and thus reduces
inflammation and its impact on the tissues and organs of the body.
People who suffer from arthritis and sports-related injuries should will particularly benefit
from the consumption of this water, as it can significantly reduce inflammation.
Aids in Weight Loss:
Another great reason to drink pineapple water on a daily basis is because of its ability
to help with weight loss.
Pineapple is high in fiber, which means that it takes a longer time for your digestive
system to break it down.
As a result, you'll feel fuller longer when you drink pineapple water.
When you drink it on an empty stomach, you'll experience less cravings for sugars and fats.
Flushes the Liver and Intestines:
As previously mentioned, pineapples contain bromelain, an enzyme that helps to flush out
toxins.
When you drink pineapple water, you will flush out the liver and the intestines, thus you'll
feel less bloated.

How to Be a Good Leader - Duration: 5:33.Hello my friends! Kaitlyn here! And are you a good leader?
Or maybe you want to be a good leader but you feel like your lack of confidence or leadership
skills is holding you back!
Let's talk about it!
(INTRO MUSIC)
So if you're a shy or introverted or socially awkward person, (like me!) being a leader
can sometimes feel elusive.
Like I want to speak up and make my opinion known and lead a team but I'm
also afraid that no one will listen to me or care what I have to say.
Yeah, that's no fun.
So I'm here to tell you from my own personal experience that you can be shy and be a good leader.
You can be introverted and be a good leader.
You can be super awkward and still be a good leader!
What? How! That's impossible!
There are many things that can make a good leader, but here are the things I think are at its core:
#1: You have to have confidence in your vision.
I think the biggest thing that deters people from stepping up and taking a leadership
position at say their church or school or work is because they feel like they don't
have enough confidence.
But confidence is a tricky thing.
Sometimes I think we confuse confidence with pride or self-importance so that we see someone
and say, THAT guy should be a leader because he just EXUDES confidence.
But just because you're not walking around like, I AM THE GREATEST, BOW DOWN TO ME doesn't mean that you can't be a leader.
*cough*DONALD TRUMP*cough*
What you really need is confidence in your vision.
Aka do you know what the team that you're leading is trying to accomplish?
Can you envision the steps to get there?
And if you can't, do you know how to bring the team together and the process to get to those steps?
Sometimes the most unexpected people can be amazing leaders because they KNOW the vision
and then can rally people around it.
#2: You have to be patient.
OH MY GOSH PEOPLE CAN BE SO FRUSTRATING SOMETIMES!
Which means a good leader needs to have an AMAZING level of patience.
Want to know a way to kill your leadership skills?
Having the vision but then also having a short fuseso that you're not being able to work through problems
with your team members.
Like yeah, it might seem easier if you were to just do the whole project yourself because
you know what the end product is supposed to be...but that's not being leader, that's being a work-hog.
Instead, you have to take a lot of calming breaths (breathes) and then re-explain something for the 3rd
time, maybe try it a little bit different of a way to see if you can connect better with your coworker.
This is life when you lead a team. (Oh...)
#3: You have to give encouragement.
Constructive criticism is super important to any kind of project, but you want to know what
goes even farther in the long-run? Encouragement!
Gosh, it's so hard to get a positive word these days.
We're so quick to judge and to lash out and to tell you what's wrong with something.
But very rarely do we take the time to just encourage.
Even if your team does a good job all the time, they still NEED TO KNOW that
they're doing a good job.
I can't even begin to tell you how discouraging it is to be a part of a team that is working their
butts off but never hears any good feedback.
It's either "this is terrible, fix it!" or just, silence.
So knowing how and when to encourage is super vital to being a leader.
#4: You have to be honest.
So encouragement is great!
But not at the detriment of being honest with your team.
Being a good leader is about making tough choices, and calling people out if
they're manipulating the system or people, and just telling it like it is.
I mean, you have to have tact, of course!
But knowing when and how to be honest is a key to leadership success!
And finally, #5: You don't have to be a people person.
But you do have to be compassionate, empathetic and able to understand people.
I don't consider myself a people person.
Not at all.
But people who I've worked with would usually disagree with me.
Because to them when I've been working with them as a team leader, I appear as a people person.
But that's not because I am one.
It's because I've learned how to look at my team members as individuals.
Look for their strengths and weaknesses.
And how to encourage them or push them or help them to reach their highest potential.
I do this by thinking, "How would I want people to invest in me?
How would I want someone to look at me?"
And apply that thinking to my teammates.
Basically, having compassion and empathy and looking at my teammates as individuals
with their own special skill sets and not just faceless cogs in the machine.
Okay! So that is 5 things that I think are at the heart of leadership.
And they are not exclusive to extroverts or uber socially confident people.
They're all things that you can practice!
Practice makes perfect, ya know!
So the next time someone asks you if you want to lead a team, say yes!
And challenge yourself!
And put these core principles into action!
Believe in your vision, be patient, honest, encouraging, and compassionate.
And you've got this!
So what do you think? What have you been a leader in before? What did you learn from it?
Tell me all your thoughts down in the comments!
Plus remember to like, favorite, share, and subscribe if this video made you smile!
See you guys on Tuesday!

Emotional Eating & How To Overcome - Duration: 2:06.Man you could not ask for a better day
than today. Right now I'm on the border
of California and Mexico enjoying the
day at the beach--I want to talk to you
about emotional eating how you can start
to overcome it. It may feel good in the
moment the feelings that trigger the eating
are always going to be there.
And the reason is because
emotional hunger cannot be filled with food.
The truth is you often feel worse than before
because the unnecessary calories that
you just ate make you feel guilty. You feel
guilty for losing control and not having
any willpower. So here my top three ways to eat
mindfully instead of mindlessly, find
healthier ways to deal with your
emotions AND finally put a stop to
emotional eating. Let's go. Number 1!
Know the difference between emotional hunger and
physical hunger. Feelings of emotional
hunger are instant you get them right
away whereas physical here comes from
the place that's more gradual, you can see it coming.
Also emotional hunger craves
specific comfort foods like ice cream
and pizza and some of your other go to
snacks where physical hunger comes from
craving almost anything, even healthy foods.
Number 2--Identify your triggers. Does it
come from stress, sadness, boredom, anger
frustration, childhood habits even. What
people, situations or places make
you lose control? Identify these. Write
them down. Number 3--Mindfulness
not mindlessness. This is all about
developing awareness around the weak
moments that you have so you can pause
between your triggers and your actions.
Some easy ways you can create more
awareness and more mindfulness around this
issue is to ask yourself, am I really
hungry? If so, try drinking a bottle
of water because a lot of what we
interpret as hunger is really just thirst.
Don't skip meals. Take smaller
bites and eat slower. I hope this helps
and if it was of value to you in anyway
share this video out, tag somebody in it
because this is something that a lot of
us have struggled with in the past
myself included.
I hope that it helps you today, I'm going
back to the sunshine. Happy scrolling.
