Air pollution contributes to about 14,000 deaths annually in Korea: Study - Duration: 1:46.now with the ultrafine dust hanging in the air this spring and summer its
effect on our health is a huge concern to people here in Korea and those
worries are well justified as a recent study shows air pollution kills around
14,000 people in Korea every year Park Jiwon has his report during a
seminar in Seoul organized by the Institute for climate change action the
results of several studies were released including one that says because of air
pollution around 14,000 more people in Korea die every year professor chung
iguana of Sungkyunkwan University's School of Medicine quoted last year's
joint study by his goal and the Environment Ministry claiming that
nearly 14,000 people died in Korea in 2013 due to air pollution this figure is
four point five percent of the total number of deaths that year meaning that
one in 20 deaths in 2013 was caused by air pollution the study showed air
pollution including ozone and fine dust particles affects multiple organs and
have long-term consequences including lung cancer pneumonia heart attacks and
strokes a similar study conducted last year by the OECD also forecast that the
number of premature deaths in Korea will be the highest among OECD countries in
some 40 years the paper estimated that by 2060 about eleven hundred out of
every million people would die due to air pollution which is three times
greater than the figure in 2010 Park Jiwon Arirang news

Newt Gingrich just said the THREE words about Mueller that Will End Trump Russia Investigation FOR G - Duration: 13:09.Newt Gingrich just said the THREE words about Mueller that Will End Trump-Russia Investigation
FOR GOOD
Newt Gingrich, Former House Speaker and current informal advisor to the President, urged Republicans
to rethink the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel in the Trump-Russia affair.
Here is his tweet: Source: Twitter
You heard it from Newt himself: TIME TO RETHINK!
Gingrich has good reason for concern: Mueller will be investigating former FBI director
James Comey, a very close friend for over 15 years.
Mueller and Comey are so close that some have described them as "brothers in arms."
How then can Mueller objectively investigate James Comey?
Gingrich also outlined more issues with the Mueller appointment in an interview on Sunday,
during which he claimed that Comey purposefully leaked government information to the press
so that an independent counsel would be appointed.
Gingrich let loose a tirade during the interview, saying:
"I think Congress should now intervene and they should abolish the independent counsel,
because Comey makes so clear that it's the poison fruit of a deliberate manipulation
by the FBI director leaking to The New York Times, deliberately set up this particular
situation.
It's very sick."
He ended with: "It's very clear that Comey hates Trump."
Furthermore, the "independent" counsel is already shaping up to be less than "independent"—at
least four people on Mueller's special council team are Democrat donors.
Justice Department Deputy Solicitor General Michael Dreeben, Jeannie Rhee, James Quarles,
and Andrew Weisman have all donated to various Clinton and Obama campaigns over the years.
Newt Gingrich is definitely on to something- Mueller cannot be objective with Comey as
his best friend and with four special investigators who are hardcore Democrats.
This is big news, so share this 1 million times to get the word out- This special investigation
into Trump's Russia ties and Comey's leaking will be unfair
if
Mueller is
in charge!

Weed Grinder / Herb Grinder - All about them - Duration: 4:18.Weed smokes better when it's broken up the chemicals are actually all along the
surface of the plant so burning all the surface area is key. A weed grinder also
known as an herb grinder or a pollen sifter is a device that grinds your weed
into finer and more uniform tiny little bits. And if you're not from New England
out there, a grinder is another name for what do you call those like sub sandwiches. Why
would you call a sandwich a grinder unless you grind it into your mouth to
eat it because it's so delicious. This makes your bud burn more evenly
therefore maximizing efficiency but making you high. You don't want a little
pellet of cannabis plant that gets charcoaled on the outside but still intact
and unburned on the inside so you break it up. You can do with your fingers but
it leaves your fingers smelling like weed and the results are very uneven.
That's actually a good smell. And once it's all broken and ground up
into tiny little bits, it's a lot easier to pack into a dugout or joint your pipe or
anything that you're going to smoke out of into from. It a in dugout in baseball
is that we're like the players come up and out of? Ya. You could pack a lot of
weed in one of those dugouts. This Green Goddess one is a four piece
grinder and the top piece is actually a magnetic spinning lid and underneath you
got the teeth and the second piece forms the main grinding chamber and has teeth
extending upward so the weed is trapped between the top and the bottom teeth and
this is how you grind. And there's small holes for the weed to fall into we put
that back down and this piece you spin that off and through those holes gets
ground up into those smaller particles. And this could be used to store it. In
this chamber there's a screen on the bottom so it allows the pollen or the
kief fall through which actually is the finer particles that are on the surface
of the weed to fall through into the next chamber which unscrews and as you
can see this is just a little tool that comes with it and a little sifting tool.
This is the under part of the screen and from that
little bit of weed that I just ground there's a little bit of that pollen that
fell through the screen this filtered out extra fine pollen from the weed is
basically the finish product but what's so important about
this stuff? It's all about the trichomes! Cannabis has little crystals called
trichomes that sit on the plant surface. These trichomes have all the chemicals
THC CBD and the terpenes that give weed its flavor and scent. Ah! Those crystals
can fall through the screen to the bottom chamber where you can collect all
the fallen pollen. This is super potent. It's the caviar of weed! After a few
grinding sessions you'll have enough of this bonus dusty pollen weed to sprinkle
over into your next bowl joint, bone, blunt or anything you want. Grinders
come in a few common varieties. Pyramid shape teeth are the old-school design.
They don't really work that well. Wood grinders, which are crap, tend to have
teeth that are basically just vertical pins. They don't do that good of a job.
The modern grinder tends to be cut out of aluminum and their footprint is like
a diamond shape if you look straight down at it from the top.
So as the weed comes in contact with the length of the teeth, it's a sharp point
that slices up the weed. That's the best model. Now if you're looking for a
grinder, one thing to pay attention to is the number of holes and the size of
those holes because that's important. A lot of grinders overload their chamber
with too many small teeth and therefore there's not as much negative space left
for the holes. They're either too small or there are too few or even worse both
and if there is not enough holes or the holes are too small after you're done
grinding it's not going to allow the weed to fall through the holes into that
other chamber therefore it's going to stay in that initial chamber with the
teeth and keep going around and around and jamming the thing up. So if you're
looking for a good grinder that grinds up weed really well, well check out our
website and the link in the description below. Green Goddess Supply has really
high quality stuff including their grinders. I do like this four piece
grinder. I use it to grind and store my weed but we also sell these novelty
grinders the Pokeball and the Deathstar grinder, which are three piece grinders.
They have holes and then a screen so as it grinds the fine particles of weed
fall into the chamber. I like the Deathstar I'm a Star Wars fan so it's my vote
for that.

Why reducing our carbon emissions matters (a little story about climate change) - Duration: 3:33.Carbon dioxide is one of the main gases in our atmosphere that traps heat,
creating the greenhouse effect that provides the conditions that allow human
life to exist on earth. Without the natural greenhouse effect, the average
temperature on earth would be a frigid -18°C. And we know
from the geological record that natural changes in carbon dioxide levels have
directly related to past increases and decreases in global temperatures.
Scientists use ice core records from Antarctica to reconstruct prehistoric
temperature records and those same ice layers trap little bubbles of CO2, which
means we can see how they relate over time.
Temperature and CO2 have fluctuated
together through ice ages and warm periods called interglacials.
Slow changes in the Earth's orbit around the Sun initiated the ice ages — CO2 was a
natural amplifier, causing the global climate to warm and cool through each cycle.
Here at about 200,000 to 300,000 years ago is where modern humans had
just evolved.
And, here at the last interglacial period, the sea level peaked
at about six to nine metres higher than it is today.
At about 20,000 years ago we have the last ice age.
At that time kilometer thick ice sheets spread across Europe and North
America, eating up water and driving sea levels down to 130 metres lower than
where we are today. From that low cold point the CO2 rises naturally by as much
as 35 parts per million each 1,000 years, stabilising
to near modern levels at around 10,000 years ago.
Oh look, there's the birth of modern agriculture!
And the wheel!
and the Pyramids in Egypt!
And now we hit the Common Era, the year 0CE.
At this point the world population is just 200 million people.
And here's where scientists first demonstrate the greenhouse effect of
carbon dioxide, way back in 1861. It would take until 1938 for scientists to show
the earth was warming and proposed that co2 was the cause.
Here's where we are now.
When the earth warmed out of the last ice age, CO2 levels naturally
increased by 35 parts per million over 1,000 years. Humans have caused co2 to
rise by this amount in just the last 17 years.
And our population is at 7.5 billion people,
with many cities around the world rapidly developing, increasing
their CO2 output year-on-year.
Our current temperature is about 1°C
above pre-industrial levels. This might not sound like much but the last
time our climate was that warm was the last interglacial period, when sea levels
were 6 to 9 meters higher: enough to creep into cities like New York, Manila and
Brisbane, and flood Bangkok, Miami, Amsterdam and many more.
On current projections by 2100 our climate could
warm by 4°C or even more,
depending on our actions to cut co2 levels.
So, does this look natural to you?

【星野花】 ºC-uteの解散についての私の感想 | My feelings about ºC-ute''s disbandment - Duration: 4:51.Hello everyone!
Hana here~
ºC-ute's disbandment is coming
so today I want to talk about my impressions of it
with you guys
The first japanese idol group I've find was Morning Musume
but back in 2010 all the members of Morning Musume were older than me
so I admired them as older sisters
Later, I've found about ºC-ute
As there are three members that have the same age as me, I felt a connection to them
I was 15 years old back then
And seeing ºC-ute on stage shining so much although they were so young
made me admire them
I started to like them a lot
They are talented at singing, their dancing is good
Their songs are very nice
I became a fan of them at that moment
Since then everyday I checked their blogs,
I saw their live footage on youtube
If they were going to appear on tv programs, I would watch it
And I listened to their songs a lot
For example, back in highschool when I was commuting to school
I listened to 'Tsuugaku Vector☂' (Commuting Vector ☂)
When I felt down I listened to 'Tachiagare Otometachi' ('Stand Up Girls')
When I wanted to lift my mood I listened to 'Sekai ichi HAPPY na onna no ko' (The HAPPYest girl in the world)
It seems like I've listened to ºC-ute's songs everyday
When I listened to ther songs it gave me strenght
Also the first japanese CD I've bought was
somehow
A CD from ºC-ute
It was 'Momoiro Sparkling'~
I wanted to truly support them, so I started buying CDs
Before finding about japanese idols, I didn't really buy cds
but when I became a fan, I started buying cds
When I heard that ºC-ute were disbanding, it was a great shock to me
Being an idol isn't a job that you can do forever
But with ºC-ute it seemed like they would always continue
Even if they graduated being idols
They would continue as artists
It was the kind of situation I always imagined but
When I heard 'We will disband' I cried
It was so shocking for me
it was so big
to the point of crying
Now looking at ºC-ute I think 'Woah they've grown up so much'
And the truth is that also myself without noticing it have grown up too
It's like we've been growing together all these years
They dream as ºC-ute is finally coming true
So since that day, each one will follow their dream
It is so moving
And I really think that it is a good thing
It makes me feel that I should find my dream too and follow it
The disbandment is very sad
Feeling that ºC-ute won't exist anymore makes me feel so lonely but
it's a new page in their lives
There will be a lot of hard things
but I think that there will also be good things too
I love these 5 members
So I wish for all of them to be happy
ºC-ute won't physically exist anymore
but they will always be in our hearts
Let's treasure all these memories
ºC-ute are really the best
Thank you for all your hardwork
As a fan I only have one regret
As I live in Portugal
I couldn't go to a ºC-ute live even once
And that's a little frustrating to me
that I haven't seen their live performance even one
it is frustrating
but it can't be helped
living in Portugal, Japan is far away
so it can't be helped
What are your thoughts about their disbandment?
Tell me in the comments
I will be waiting for your comments~
It was Hana~
Let's meet in a next video~

Rohan Rajeev talks about winning National Spelling Bee Runner-Up - Duration: 6:57.DELUGE.
MAYBE HE CAN SPELL THIS ONE.
>> DIJON.
D-I-J-O-N.
DIJON.
MARKIE: KIND OF SIMILAR HERE BUT
S-M-A-R-T.
SMART.
NO OTHER WAY TO SAY IT OR SPELL
IT.
14-YEAR-OLD ROHAN RAJEEV WAS
FIRST RUNNER UP IN THE NATIONAL
SPELLING BEE.
AND THE EDMOND NATIVE MADE
OKLAHOMA PROUD.
WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO
THIS INTERVIEW
WE ARE JOINED NOW BY OUR LOCAL
SPELLING MASTER, ROHAN HIMSELF.
GOOD MORNING.
WE HAVE BEEN DYING OVER THIS
INTERVIEW.
ABIGAIL: WE ARE STARSTRUCK.
MARKIE: FIRST OFF,
CONGRATULATIONS.
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO KNOW THAT
YOU ARE ONE OF THE TOP SELLERS
IN THE COUNTRY?
>> GREAT.
I JUST WANT TO START OUT BY
PRAISING JESUS.
I DIDN'T EXPECT TO GET THIS FAR.
ALSO FOR ALL THE PRAYERS FROM MY
PARENTS, SISTER, THEIR FRIENDS,
MY CHURCH, SCHOOL.
IT'S BEEN A BLESSING.
THIS JOURNEY HAS BEEN GREAT.
ABIGAIL: THAT IS REALLY NEAT.
YOU ARE NOT EVEN TAKING THE
CREDIT.
HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK THIS IS A
SKILL YOU ARE BORN WITH, HOW
MUCH IS STUDYING AND PRACTICING?
>> I THINK A MAJORITY OF IT IS
HARD WORK.
ANYONE CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN
SUCCEED IN THE SPELLING BEE.
I PUT IN SO MUCH HARD WORK INTO
THIS.
IT IS GREAT TO SEE IT COME TO
FRUITION AND TO SUCCEED AT THE
SCRIPPS NATIONAL SPELLING BEE.
MARKIE I CANNOT IMAGINE THE
HOURS, WEEKS YOU PUT INTO THIS.
A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THE
QUESTION, WHAT IS THE FIRST WORD
THAT MAY BE THREW UP A FLAG FOR
YOU AND THE PARENTS -- WE HAVE A
SPELLER HERE.
WAS THERE A FIRST WORD?
>> NOT NECESSARILY.
I STARTED DOING SPELLING BEES IN
THE THIRD GRADE.
I REALIZE THAT I HAD A KNACK FOR
SPELLING.
I STARTED TO ENTER MORE SPELLING
BEES AND THEN SCRIPPS MY
EIGHTH-GRADE YEAR.
ABIGAIL: I TOLD ROHAN ABOUT MY
EXPERIENCE, I WANT A SPELLING
BEE WITH THE WORD SPAGHETTI, AND
HE STARTED LAUGHING.
MARKIE: LIKE HE IS NOW.
ABIGAIL: TOO EASY.
SOME OF THE WORDS THAT YOU GOT
WERE RIDICULOUS.
AT ANY POINT, DID YOU WANT TO
TURN TO THE ANNOUNCER OR THE
JUDGES AND SAY, THAT IS NOT A
REAL WORD?
SOME OF THESE WORDS WERE
OUTRAGEOUS.
DID THAT CROSS YOUR MIND?
>> MOST OF THE WORDS I HAD
GOTTEN I STUDIED.
THERE WERE ONLY A FEW WORDS THAT
I WAS UNSURE ABOUT.
I ASKED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO
MAKE SURE MY SPELLING WAS
CORRECT.
I KNEW A LOT OF THE WORDS.
ABIGAIL: THE QUESTIONS THAT YOU
ASK, THE DEFINITION, WORD ORIGIN
, HOW DOES THAT HELP YOU WITH
THE SPELLING?
INITIALLY, YOU HAVE A
SPELLING THAT POPS INTO YOUR
HEAD.
IF I KNOW IT, I ASKED THE
QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE IT
MATCHES CORRECT, WITH ALL THE
INFORMATION.
IF I DON'T KNOW THE SPELLING, I
ASK QUESTIONS TO FORMULATE WHAT
I THINK IS THE MOST CORRECT
SPELLING, AND HOPE THAT IT IS
RIGHT.
MARKIE: TALK TO US ABOUT THE
STUDYING.
WHAT GOES INTO IT, HOW DO YOU
STUDY FOR A SPELLING BEE WHERE
YOU ARE THROWN WORDS THAT WE HAD
NEVER HEARD BEFORE.
>> THERE IS A LOT OF
MEMORIZATION IN STUDYING FOR A
SPELLING BEE, BUT MOST
IMPORTANTLY, IS LANGUAGE
PATTERNS AND ROOTS.
THAT IS WHY I ASKED RI
OOT
QUESTIONS A COUPLE OF TIMES
DURING THE BEE.
THAT HELPS ME TO DISSECTED IN
CERTAIN PARTS.
ABIGAIL: DO YOU THINK THE
SPELLING BEE IS FAIR?
YOU WERE THE RUNNER-UP.
SOME OF THE WORDS YOU GOT I
COULD NOT PRONOUNCE.
SOMEONE COULD GET A WORD THAT
YOU WOULD THINK IS EASIER THAN
THE ONE YOU GOT.
DO YOU THINK IT'S FAIR?
>> THAT IS JUST THE NATURE OF
THE BEE.
I HAVE HEARD THIS MANY TIMES,
PEOPLE KNEW ALL THE WORDS IN
THAT ROUND, EXCEPT THEIR WORD.
THAT IS JUST THE NATURE OF THE
BEE.
THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT SO FUN.
ABIGAIL: NOT THE NATURE OF THE
BEAST, THE NATURE OF THE BEE.
MARKIE: TALK ABOUT WHEN YOU ARE
GIVEN A WORD THAT YOU HAVE NOT
HEARD BEFORE, ASKING FOR ITS
ORIGIN, USING IT IN A SENTENCE.
DESCRIBE THE ELATION YOU FEEL
WHEN YOU GOT IT RIGHT WHEN YOU
DID NOT THINK YOU WOULD.
>> THERE WERE ONLY A COUPLE
WORDS WERE THAT HAPPENED, BUT
THAT WAS DEFINITELY, THAT FELT
REALLY GREAT.
TO GET IT RIGHT AND BE UNSURE.
MY HEART WAS POUNDING AFTER
HAVING TWO SPELLINGS IN MY MIND,
AND THEN GOING WITH THE CORRECT
ONE.
MARKIE: SO YOU WERE NERVOUS.
>> A FEW TIMES.
ABIGAIL: YOU GO TO OKLAHOMA
CHRISTIAN SCHOOL IN EDMOND.
ARE YOU THE BIG MAN ON CAMPUS?
I KNOW THAT WE ARE IN THE SUMMER
NOW.
WE EVEN SAW THE WELCOME AT THE
AIRPORT.
>> YES.
THEY HAVE REALLY SUPPORTED ME
AND PRAYED FOR ME THROUGHOUT
THIS JOURNEY.
THIS YEAR AND IN PREVIOUS YEARS,
THEY HAVE BEEN SO SUPPORTIVE.
MARKIE: I WAS TALKING TO YOUR
DAD TRYING TO SET UP THE
INTERVIEW BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN
WANTED TO TALK WITH YOU.
HE SAID STARTING TOMORROW YOU
ARE BEGINNING TO SHADOW A
NEUROSURGEON.
TOO BAD YOU ARE SUCH A SLACKER,
AT 14.
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR
ROHAN RAJEEV?
>> IF THE LORD WILLS, I WANT TO
BECOME A NEUROLOGIST.
MY SISTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A
NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER WHEN SHE
WAS FIVE.
SHE WAS THE ONE ATOP ME THE
ALPHABET WHEN I WAS TWO.
SHE MOTIVATES ME TO DO WELL IN
SPELLING BEE'S.
TO WORK HARD IN ANYTHING I WORK
HARD AND PUT MY MIND TO.
ABIGAIL: WE HAVE NO DOUBT YOU
CAN ACCOMPLISH WHATEVER YOU WANT
TO.
MARKIE: IT WAS SO NICE TO MEET
YOU.
THANK YOU FOR COMING, YOU AND
YOUR DAD.

You Asked - Best thing about the Tempe campus - Duration: 1:23.I'm Casey Thomas, your Future Sun Devils correspondant
and you asked: What's the best thing about the Tempe campus?
What's your favorite thing about the Tempe campus?
Probably the opportunities that they have at Tempe.
I like how open it is with big grassy areas.
You can go do homework at Hayden, there's Noble.
Oh, look! A library!
I love the diversity of the buildings.
Everything is here.
Gammage auditorium.
They also have this student discount where you can go the day of
and get half-priced tickets.
If you're a business major, go study in the Changemaker.
Football games are awesome.
Obviously, we do have a really great basketball team too.
Any events that are ever being held, they're always at the MU,
they're over at the Fulton buildings.
So, we have a lot of things here on campus.
Actually, during your Freshman year
at the beginning of your Freshman year, it's called white-washing the A.
You actually- everybody gets to go up and get some paint
or, a cup of paint and gets to dump it on the A.
I actually love how many people there are on campus.
I love how the Tempe campus is so easy to get involved
and there's so many activities always going on
you always see people that you know.
I, you know, having so many people here you can get involved with
a bunch of different and really interesting things.
What should incoming Freshmen be prepared to do
when they go to a football game or an athletic event?
Wear gold, because if you don't people will be mad at you.
Um, the only time you shouldn't is for Blackout and the Maroon Monsoon.
But, other than that wear gold.
Always gold, always gold.
Yeah, I mean we're wearing maroon but, whatever.
Yolo.
I mean they really don't care what you look like, it's college so.

A Liberal school district in New Jersey is currently claiming to be investigating why
President Donald Trump's name and slogan were removed from the yearbook profile pictures
of two of its students in its most recent yearbook.
The city of Wall Township Jew Jersey erupted last week when Trump slogans on a sweater
and a T-shirt, which were worn by two students during their picture day, were apparently
altered by having the Trump name and slogan removed.
Grant Berado (above) and Wyatt Dobrovich-Fago (below) both wore shirts displaying the words
"Trump" and "Make America Great Again."
But apparently, when the yearbook came out they were shocked to see both their pictures
had been altered in the yearbook.
Berado said he was disappointed because he himself is a Trump supporter and wanted to
immortalize the time we are living in, in his yearbook picture.
Via Brietbart:
"Two Wall High School students had Trump logos edited off their clothing, and one student
had a quote from the president that never appeared in the yearbook, WABC reported.
Wyatt Dobrovich-Fago, a junior at the school, wore a Trump sweater vest for his yearbook
photo, but the logo appeared to be "cropped" or edited out.
"Maybe they just cropped it out and it wasn't something I should worry about, they just
did it," Wyatt said, not thinking there was any ulterior motive behind it.
Then, his sister Montana, the freshman class president, noticed that a quote she picked
from President Trump to feature in the yearbook along with her picture never made it to print.
"I like thinking big, if you're going to be thinking anything, you might as well
think big.
By Donald Trump," Montana recalled the quote saying.
Montana said the senior class president's quote from FDR made it into the yearbook,
but hers did not.
"I sent it in on time, everything was good, and it wasn't there," Montana said."
A school district in Montana is also investigating as to why a Trump quote submitted by a freshman
class president was not included under her picture.
Who wants to bet something like this would have never happened if it would have been
the name of our former President Barack Hussein Obama, or the slogan "Hope and Change?"
Here is some proof as reported by SF Gate:
Three conservative judges accused a federal appeals court Wednesday of catering to "the
will of the mob" by refusing to reconsider a ruling upholding Morgan Hill school officials'
decision to ban shirts showing American flags on Cinco de Mayo for fear of ethnic violence.
The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled in February that given
previous clashes at Live Oak High School, officials had reason for concern and thus
did not violate freedom of speech when they refused to let students wear U.S. flags on
their shirts on May 5, 2010.
The year before, a group of Mexican American students at the high school had walked around
campus with a Mexican flag.
Some Anglo students responded by hoisting a makeshift American flag up a tree, chanting
"USA" and exchanging threats and profanities with the Latino youths.
On the 2010 holiday, the court said, several Anglo students wore U.S. flag shirts, and
three of them were confronted by other students.
Warned by students from both ethnic groups of potential problems, the principal told
the youths either to turn their shirts inside out or go home.
Two chose to go home and were given excused absences, without punishment, while the other
students turned their shirts inside out.
Three students and their parents then sued the Morgan Hill Unified School District, citing
a 1969 U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholding students' right to wear black armbands to
class in a silent protest against the Vietnam War.
But the appeals court said schools can limit student expression to prevent the kind of
disruption that seemed likely in Morgan Hill.
The school's actions "were tailored to avert violence and focused on student safety,"
Judge Margaret McKeown said in the 3-0 ruling.
On Wednesday, the panel said the plaintiffs' request for a rehearing had failed to gain
a majority of votes on the 29-judge court.
In a dissenting opinion, three conservative judges said the court should have reconsidered
and reversed the February ruling as a violation of free speech.
The ruling "permits the will of the mob to rule our schools," said Judge Diarmuid
O'Scannlain, joined by Judges Richard Tallman and Carlos Bea.
He said the court was allowing students to silence others by threatening them with violence.
Robert Muise of the American Freedom Law Center in Michigan, an attorney representing the
students, said the youths would appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
"This is a decision that imperils the First Amendment," he said.
So let me get this straight.
Our educational and Judicial systems is so messed up and skewed that an invading force
from Mexico can come into our nation, benefit from our generosity, and while enjoying the
"free education" that we the Tax Payers provide for them.
Can raise up their native flag on our soil but us Americans can't do the same?
This is asinine to the point that not even Western Europe has put up with such malarkey.
This proves this yearbook incident needs to be investigated fully and whoever is responsible
needs to be brought up on charges.
It's about time we Americans wise up and take our great nation back from the scumbag
liberals who are intent on rewriting history and current events to benefit their own agenda.
ENOUGH!
Please share if you are tired of activist judges shoving the liberal agenda down
our throats….

Air pollution contributes to about 14,000 deaths annually in Korea: Study - Duration: 1:43.with the ultrafine dust hanging in the air the spring and summer respiratory
health is a huge concern for people here in Korea and those worries are well
justified as a recent study shows air pollution kills around fourteen thousand
people in Korea every year Park Jiwon has more
during a seminar in Seoul organized by the Institute for climate change action
the results of several studies were released including one that says because
of air pollution around 14 thousand more people in Korea die every year professor
Tom iguana of Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine quoted last year's
joint study by his goal and the Environment Ministry claiming that
nearly 14,000 people died in Korea in 2013 due to air pollution this figure is
four point five percent of the total number of deaths that year meaning that
1 in 20 deaths in 2013 was caused by air pollution the study showed air pollution
including ozone and fine dust particles affects multiple organs and has
long-term consequences including lung cancer pneumonia heart attacks and
strokes a similar study conducted last year by the OECD also forecast that the
number of premature deaths in Korea will be the highest among OECD countries in
some 40 years the paper estimated that by 2060 about 1100 out of every million
people would die due to air pollution which is three times greater than the
figure in 2010 Park Jiwon Arirang news
