Did you ever have a choice between a glass of soda and a glass of water and you picked

the soda because well, a glass of soda isnt really going to make you unhealthy overnight.

Now this mind set is something which we all have developed over the period of time where

we think that somehow, success only comes from implementing huge, important things right.

Its like youre only going to buy veggies and protein rich food for your house someday

but until then, its not like drinking this one glass of soda will all of sudden make

you an unhealthy person.

So you have this big paradox where on one hand you are right because these little decisions

doesnt really matter.

This one decision cant affect your health in any significant way.

But on the other hand, its really the only thing that matters because in a year, you

will be the result of your every little decisions compounded.

So in essence, every little decision matters.

And these little things are easy to do.

When you are on lunch break tomorrow, you can make a choice of drinking a glass of water

instead of soda.

Anyone can do that.

But since its quite easy to do, its also easy not to do and order a soda.

Its just like exercise which all of us know is beneficial but we just wait for next

Monday to come so that we can follow our new perfect routine and that Monday never comes.

And yes, till we get started with it, we eat Pizzas thinking anyhow we are gonna exercise

and burn it.

Now what if you decide to do this little thing right?

You wont be any healthier the very next day but after a year of drinking water instead

of soda, you will see huge benefits from it.

And this can be applied to literally anything.

What if you read 10 pages of book every day before you go to bed?

Pretty easy thing to do right, but since its easy to do, its even easier to just ignore

it.

If you read 10 pages tonight then its not like you will wake up this smart and intelligent

person tomorrow but continuing this will make you read around 15 books in a year.

And guys, 15 good books can completely change your entire life.

What if you do this for 4 years when you are in college where everyone around doesnt

read.

You will complete 60 good books and trust me, by then you might even end up implementing

some stuffs you gained from those books in your life and who knows, you might just do

a start up or you might just get really well built, while others will be at the same place

they were when they first joined the college.

So again, you have this paradox.

On one hand you can fall for the unsuccessful mind set of - Well its not like this

little decision matters. On the other hand you know that the little decision that we

make is all that matters.

Every little decisions will be compounded at the end of the year and who you are will

be the result of it all.

Now, we all are humans and we are bound to get into our comfort zone.

We tend to go for the soda instead of water.

We cannot always do things right.

But heres the thing, when you know that these little things matter and when you think

about who you want to become in a year, you start taking correct decisions more often

than not which helps you in moving towards the goal you have set for yourself.

You ask yourself with every little decision you make, is this step going to move me closer

to what my goals are?

You then try to align yourself more of your little decisions with that vision in mind.

In case you sometimes still go for the glass of soda, you start regretting it which is

because your subconscious thinks that its wrong.

This is one of the biggest lesson you can learn.

The lesson of taking responsibilities for where you are in life.

If you are unhealthy at the end of year, you cant blame your less salary saying you

werent able to afford some good healthy food.

It was you who chose a glass of soda over a free glass of water.

It was you who chose a bag of expensive cookies instead of cheap bananas.

It has always been you for what happens to you.

So take control of these littles decisions that you make and see the big positive changes

it brings in your life.

Q&A - What can I do to grow tomatoes and veggies on a north facing balcony? - Duration: 1:43.

I recently moved into a high rise

with a 24 by 5 foot balcony.

What can I do to grow tomatoes

and other veggies on a north-facing balcony?

And this is from Doug.

So, Mister Rick, whoo...

- Sounds windy.

(laughs)

- It has been windy.

- Okay, I guess I would definitely

cage them or trellis them.

You're gonna get early morning

and late afternoon sun on the north side.

So it'd be worth a try.

I don't think that production will be as good as full sun,

but possibly cherry tomatoes

because they're a little tougher.

But I'd definitely use large containers

'cause they're gonna dry out fast out there.

And check the watering daily.

- Anything you'd like to add to that?

- That's probably good.

'Cause like Rick said, they dry out fast in the container.

And also, in the container you can move it around

a little bit and turn it around

to different locations there,

when they're in containers.

- (Rick) Pick a spot.

- Pick out the best spot for them.

You can't grow a lot but probably tomatoes and peppers,

but they're probably the only two good things

that you can grow good on that there.

- Right, you know, we recently talked

about hydroponic systems.

- I think hydroponic, we've been messing

with that at the garden some.

And we've found that really and truly,

even in a greenhouse, that whole greenhouse

has to be devoted to hydroponics.

If you try to grow plants and soil

in the same greenhouse space,

it's not as efficient for whatever reason.

We found it just didn't work as well.

- (Chris) Interesting.

- So, outdoors, I don't know.

America's Wild Horse Population Is Skyrocketing, and Nobody Can Agree How to Fix It - Duration: 9:01.

There's been a stand-off over the number of wild

horses in the America's West for almost half a century. [SOUND] There's been a stand-off over the number of wild

horses in the America's West for almost half a century.

Today, we've reached the tipping point and even the White House is weighing in.

The future of the country's wild horses, depends upon what's decided now.

A federal law protects tens of thousands of them roaming millions of acres of

public land.

But there are more horses out here than there have been in decades and

no one knows what to do.

>> The animals get along.

It's the people that don't get along.

>> So horse advocates wanna protect them.

Ranchers, who often need to use the land too, wanna see fewer of them.

And the White House wants to make selling them for slaughter legal again.

>> A little bit out of balance.

>> Like a lot happening in America today, striking that balance can feel elusive.

But how does all of this play out for the folks who are actually waiting for

a solution?

Well, let's start here.

Just north of Denver, Colorado, we'll go east and then north

past a tiny community called Maybell, to one place where the wild horses are.

And Stella Trueblood and Connie Wagner, two horse advocates who believe they have

a solution to this overpopulation, are gonna take us.

>> Horses to the right.

So what we're trying to do is treat as many mares and

fillies as possible with the drug called PZP,

which is Porcine zona pellucida, I think is the correct name for it.

But basically,

it's fertility treatment that blocks the mares from getting pregnant.

It is made out of pig ovaries.

They use slaughterhouse pigs.

>> Is that one right up there?

>> It would be ideal if the horses didn't have to compete with sheep for grazing.

>> The sand washed basin just outside of Maybell is one of 177 areas

across the west where horses are federally protected to live.

The BLM or Bureau of Land Management is the government agency in charge of

both protecting these horses, and managing this land.

And it says the land can handle no more than 362 horses.

But over 600 are out here and that's where Stella comes in.

>> They're looking at us, of course, so

I want to get to within about 40 yards if they will let me.

So I'll be shooting, hopefully, the brown mare in her left rump.

That was kind of a non-event.

Well, this is what it looks like when it's injected.

>> Does it hurt them?

>> It does, I'm sure it does.

Removal from the range.

What's a little jab in the butt is what I say.

>> Left hip, it was a mare brownie.

>> An initial primary dose.

>> Note, a PZP shot lasts for just a year and Stella and

Connie don't get paid to do this annually.

>> It's a huge workload, so we really rely on that volunteer workload.

>> This is David Boyd from the BLM, the government agency.

>> There's not really an easy solution.

I mean, if there was, we would be doing it.

There's not an effective predator in North America of wild horses.

It's basic biology that populations grow exponentially until something

checks that growth.

I mean, we really are at a critical point.

>> Wait, why exactly are we at this critical point?

Well, like a lot of things, this issue comes down to money.

imagine you're a wild horse, federally protected on your own designated land,

the government says there are way too many of you,

so periodically through controversial means it comes along and

funnels groups of you into holding facilities.

But these holding facilities are packed.

And last year, 63% of the BLM's budget went just to feeding and

keeping these horses in holding.

Meanwhile, out on range, horse populations about double every four years.

And so, here we are the government says the land can sustain about 27,000 horses,

but today there's 73,000 out here.

Now, birth control is one possible solution but that barely gets any money.

Another solution comes from the White House.

The proposal for next year's budget would authorize that the quote

excess horses be sold for slaughter to help cut costs.

That's largely been prohibited from almost 50 years.

But this possible solution is something the ranchers had been wanting for

a long time.

>> I don't think they need to be all gone but they do need to be called out

just like we do our cattle, or- >> Here's Dawn Nottingham,

a fourth-generation rancher.

>> Organic eggs.

That's what we eat here.

>> All right.

>> Hi. >> Hey.

>> Another day at work.

>> I think we're considered the stewards of the land, and that's what we wanna be.

We preserve every drop of water we can, we save every spear of grass we can,

and try to save it from getting overgrazed.

>> My uncle, my neighbor, that has permits out there, they can't even go out

there with their livestock, because there's too many horses out there.

>> This is my son, I've had him about 32 years here pretty quick [LAUGH] so,

he is so he will sell cattle to the cattle market for beef.

>> The horse market, there's need to come back.

>> And that would eliminate a lot of this over population of horses.

>> But while the wild's horses are endangered,

the people who are fighting against them are endangered, too.

And horses are just part of that picture.

>> Emmett's been within ranch work all his life,

and he has to go to a side job to keep his family going.

And then come and help me keep my part going too.

It's about the way it goes.

>> I like driving a truck. I like doing other jobs.

But the truth is I'd rather be back at the ranch.

That's my cup of tea.

And the way it's looking, it's getting harder and

harder for younger ranchers and farmers to do that.

>> Now like the grandson, we hope it will keep him involved [LAUGH].

>> When I grow up I want to be a musicer, a doctor, and a firefighter.

>> My gosh, what about a rancher?

>> I don't know.

>> It's a way of life.

And we seem to keep taking on and the way things are set up right now,

it's like we're pitted against each other.

>> Lynn McCormick, a horse advocate, has her own idea for a solution.

Diverting more money to manage the horses on the range instead of taking them off.

And talk about small town living.

She lives on the old property of Don, that rancher, just a few miles from the basin.

>> Horse slaughter is, I guess, the easy way out.

But I think horse slaughter sets a bad precedent for

future management of the wild horses.

>> I'll start to point out and say, this is a domestic horse, this is a mustang,

how's that?

>> They've brought cultures about, they escorted us into the industrial era.

>> This is a domestic horse.

>> Nature put them here not for just our own benefit.

>> This is our Mustang Gracie.

>> There is a huge political component,

but the only way you're gonna change that is to start at the grassroots level.

It's important for us to come together as neighbors.

Nobody can deny the numbers.

>> We've gotta figure something out.

We've got this little window of time.

>> This little window of time's closing.

And if this new proposal from the White House goes through,

in 2018 horse advocates will face a whole new set of challenges.

Could reopening a horse market help ranchers?

Could more PZP funding save the horses?

Can both sides come together somehow and find that balance?

Jeep Wrangler MORryde Spare Tire Jerry Can Holder (1987-2017 YJ, TJ, JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:07.

No matter what year or body style Wrangler you have, cargo storage based on the interior

is always at a premium.

So being able to utilize an otherwise unutilized space on the outside of the vehicle to carry

some extra cargo is always a good idea.

Today, we're going to talk through the installation of this kit, which is a very simple one out

of three wrenches, and can be done in under an hour.

But we'll talk more about the installation in just a second.

Now, there are a couple of different carriers that will attach in the same location as this,

some that will attach above the spare tire, and of course you also have a receiver-mounted

basket that you can use for carrying any number of items.

However, this is specifically designed for a NATO or a jerry can-style fuel or other

liquid water carrier.

That's going to fit specifically into this little container here, into this tray.

It's going to come with a strap, it's going to come with a mat, and it's going to hold

that exactly where it goes, making sure that it's not going to move around.

Now, the one thing you do have to be concerned with is weight.

Now, the factory spare tire carrier is designed for a factory-size spare tire.

If you are running a larger spare tire on that factory [mount], you're already going

to be taxing that a little bit.

So when you add additional weight by adding a bunch of liquid and the weight of this mount

itself, you can be putting even more stress on the factory spare tire carrier, the factory

hinges on your tailgate, or the tailgate welds themselves, which are known to break under

some additional stress.

It's important that if you are going to be using this, you know about those additional

stresses, or you go ahead and mitigate those additional stresses by attaching this to a

tub-mounted or even a bumper-mounted tire carrier system.

As far as construction, there isn't much to this kit.

It's no frills.

It just works.

It's exactly what you need to get that jerry can or NATO can mounted on your spare tire

location.

Of course, you have this plate that's going to get sandwiched between your spare tire

carrier and the backside of your spare tire.

This part here is going to attach onto the mount, and finally the tray gets bolted onto

that.

As I said before, it comes with a rubber mat on the bottom to keep the can from chaffing

the powder coat off of the tray.

It does come with a ratchet strap as well, to make sure that the can stays in place and

doesn't bounce out.

Now, this is available with the tall tray that you see here, and also a shorter tray.

I think the tall tray is a little bit more secure, just being that it has those taller

sides to it.

But the option is completely up to you.

This is also designed to be installed and removed pretty easily.

This part here would stay between your spare tire mount and your spare tire.

But with one bolt, you can go ahead and remove the rest of the mount, which would include

the tray, if you did want to remove it and just have this small, little piece here sticking

through the center cap area of your spare tire.

Like I said before, the install for this kit is going to be a very simple one out of three-wrench

installation that you can get done in under an hour.

The first step is going to be removing the three lug nuts that hold your spare tire in

place, and removing the spare tire from its mount.

From there, you'll slide this plate over top of your three spare tire mounting studs and

put your tire back in place.

Of course, you are going to have to remove whatever center cap you may have had on your

spare tire.

Or if you have a third brake light mounted there, you are going to have to come up with

another solution, because this bracket does stick through the center of that spare.

Once this piece is in place and you have your spare tire back on, you can go ahead and torque

down those lug nuts.

You're done with removing your spare tire.

Then, all you need to do is, in whatever order you choose, either connect the tray to the

rest of this bracket, or put the rest of the bracket on the Jeep, and then bolt the tray

down.

Again, it's completely up to you.

Then, you lay your rubber mat in here, put your jerry can or NATO-style fuel can on your

new tray, and ratchet-strap it down.

The whole process is very simple.

This is something anyone can do in their driveway in about an hour with just a socket set.

This kit is going to come in at right around $130, and the one with the short tray is going

to be a couple of dollars cheaper, just because there's a little bit less material there.

For the build quality that you get from this kit, which is something we've grown accustomed

to with MORryde, they build a really high-quality piece, I don't think $130 is a bad price.

Now, I do think it's important to consider the additional stresses and the weight that

you're going to be putting onto a factory spare tire carrier.

But if you already have an aftermarket tub-mounted or tire-mounted spare tire carrier, then this

kit is going to be a really nice way to utilize otherwise unutilized space, and I think it

is a good buy.

So if you're looking to be able to carry a NATO-style or a jerry can-style container

of either fuel or water, and especially if you're carrying fuel and you don't want it

on the interior of the Jeep, or you just don't have room on the interior, this is a good

way to add some cargo space to the spare tire area on your Jeep.

So that's my review of the MORryde spare tire jerry can holder with either tall or short

tray, fitting your 1997 and up Wrangler, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Can You Really KILL DIABETES Forever - (Only Diabetic)! - Duration: 2:02.

Can you really kill diabetes forever?

With all the research on diabetes and advances in diabetes treatments, it's tempting to think

someone has surely found a diabetes cure by now.

But the reality is that, there is no cure for diabetes -- neither type 1 diabetes nor

type 2 diabetes.

However, there are treatments, including simple things you can do daily, that make a big difference.

Also there are no natural therapy that can cure diabetes.

Natural therapies such as deep abdominal breathing, progressive muscle relaxation can help relieve

stress.

And emotional stress affects your blood sugar levels.

So learning to relax is important in managing your diabetes.

Also, supplements don't cure diabetes.

Some natural supplements may interact dangerously with your diabetes medication.

Others have been shown to help improve your diabetes, but always check with your doctor

before taking any supplement.

Be sceptical about claims of a diabetes cure.

A genuine cure will have been tested repeatedly in clinical trials with clear success.

How a network marketing coach can help give you direction - Duration: 3:34.

Hey guys, thanks for joining me again for an incredible tip and an Incredible quick little

Training to help you with your network marketing business

So the first thing I want to tell you is

About five months ago if you're watching this when I just recorded which is June

We're in June so about February 2017

I made a big financial decision that I knew would be a huge investment in my business and for my family. I decided

that I would get a network marketing coach and here's why, three reasons why I decided to do it number one 1

I knew that I needed direction. I knew I wasn't going anywhere. I was stuck,

I was stalled out and I did not have the results

I wanted so instead of quitting like the average person does and instead of giving up and saying this just doesn't work I

Went on google, and I started looking at different

top earners and what they were doing that was setting them apart and the thing that they did and they all said this

Was you need to hire a coach and I was like okay?

That sounds you know that's like something

Somebody with money can do you know and of course I was very negative at that point?

and then I started digging a little deeper and I started asking myself this question if

I can't afford it now. What makes me think I can't afford it later

if I'm not where I want to be and that's the question you need to ask yourself if

You, if you say, I can't afford it. You can't afford direction for your business

Then does that really are you trying to tell yourself that you just can't afford to be successful

Because a coach will give you that direction and then number two a coach will help you stop spinning your wheels

That is one thing that I know that I was doing our spinning my wheels just over and over and over I was on Twitter,

Linkedin, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube everything under the sun

But I was overwhelmed

so a coach helped me understand to focus on three main platforms, and I've been doing that ever since and

Then

the last thing you get is

You learn about your brand. What is your brand? Who are you on Social Media?

Who do you want to become on social media that is something you have to?

Realize that when you start your network marketing journey. You don't want to be like everyone else

You don't want to just post a link and hope somebody is going to click on it know

You want to brand yourself and have people coming to you and saying "Hey! What are you doing?

Because you know what I'm kind of interested in what you're doing." So those are the top three reasons

Why I decided to get a coach was direction branding and I didn't want to spend my wheels anymore

So I hope this helped you, you know, click the link below and you know in the description

I have a link that's going to help you and give you direction on getting a coach and yeah

You might think it's expensive, but you got to change your mindset.

It's an investment not a debt because I knew I couldn't afford it, but I knew I couldn't afford

Not doing it so in the link below you will find that there is

information on how you can get a coach

How to get the right tools the right direction and for them to start helping you create the business that you really desire alright

I hope you have a wonderful day, and I'll see you again. Bye

Man Utd can sign Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata for £180m plus David De Gea - Duration: 2:06.

Man Utd can sign Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata for £180m plus David De Gea

Real Madrid could lose both Ronaldo and Morata in the transfer window. Ronaldo has told the club he does not want to stay after eight years in Spain.

He is unhappy about how tax fraud allegations, which he denies, have been handled. And United have been pushing for a deal on Morata for weeks and are tipped to ramp up those efforts in the next few days.

The likelihood of United signing both players is slim but The Sun reckon there is a way that Jose Mourinho can make it work.

According to the report, Real value Morata at £90m and Ronaldo even higher. If United were to sign the duo they would have to spend around £180m and give up David De Gea.

Madrid are keen to sign De Gea, who almost joined the Bernabeu club in 2015.

Numerous suggestions have been offered as to how the club could convince United to sell up. Manchester United themselves would need a back-up goalkeeper lined up if they were to accept a deal to let their No 1 go.

And The Sun claim the extravagant cash-plus-player deal could work for all parties concerned.

What conferences can learn from theatre - Duration: 1:34.

Hi I'm Pete Booth, event magician. Today I'm talking about what conferences can

learn from the world of theatre. I've worked a lot in both and in a theatre

production everything is designed to keep the correct mood and the momentum.

But you don't need a full rehearsal for your conference presentations. All you

need are some very basic elements of theater. For example, before a production

music is setting the atmosphere. The lighting changes, as either a voiceover

introduces the emcee or the emcee walks onstage to applause.

Either way the audience knows things are about to begin.

There is music playing briefly as each speaker takes the stage. Most importantly

after the last speaker has finished on a bang, the show ends, normal room lighting

is resumed and music plays to bookend each production. More on that in the next

video. All of these elements can be used to make your conference sessions run

smoothly and add an element of theater to the proceedings, therefore increasing

your audience's attentiveness. I'm Pete Booth and for more info please visit petebooth.com

When is Portugal vs Mexico and where can I watch Cristiano Ronaldo in the Confederations Cup? - Duration: 2:32.

When is Portugal vs Mexico and where can I watch Cristiano Ronaldo in the Confederations Cup?

THE Confederations Cup is underway and one of the favourites are set to get their campaign up and running in European Champions Portugal.

Cristiano Ronaldo will look to put speculation about his Real Madrid future behind him and focus on securing further international glory. Here is everything you need to know about Portugal's match against Mexico. When is Portugal vs Mexico?.

Portugal take on Mexico at 4pm on Sunday, June 18. The match will take place at the Kazan Arena. The stadium holds 45,000 people and is located 500 miles east of Moscow. What TV channel is the match on?.

ITV hold the rights to the Confederations Cup. The match will be shown live on ITV1. Coverage will begin at 3. 30pm. What is the latest team news?.

Cristiano Ronaldo is certain to start for Portugal and is likely to play on the wing to allow AC Milans Andre Silva to take up the centre forward role.

Bayern Munichs Renato Sanches is not in Russia as Portugal have sent him to the European Under-21 Championship instead. That means Andre Gomes and William Carvalho are likely to sit deep while Gelson Martins takes up the attacking midfield role.

Manchester City target Hirving Lozano is likely to start on the left wing for Mexico with former Arsenal star Carlos Vela on the right. Javier Hernandez should start up front, as has been the case for the past seven years.
