Youtube daily can't pay Jun 5 2017

We also divided up the parts.

This is your part.

- Why am I a sub? - What?

Isn't the center the main vocals?

You and Yeeun are the only ones who can sing.

Exactly. And she made a mistake last time.

We're giving her a chance to make it up.

Make it up?

This is a competition.

It's not a school talent show.

Then you should've been there when we divided up the parts.

You always miss practice.

So? I've always done my part.

I'm not like you. I'm not here because I'm bored.

To me, every single second is precious.

What?

Then you be in the center.

- I don't need your charity. - That's not what I meant...

Forget it. Do what you want.

Wait. We're going to check out our costumes.

Come with us.

I'm busy.

What's wrong with her? She's so annoying!

Fine! We don't need you either!

Leave her alone. You know how she is.

Singing "Best I Can" by Decyfer Down - Duration: 6:38.

Hey!

So you're probably thinking "Wow! So Nina can actually play a guitar?"

And the answer for this question would be...

Aah...

No

Then you might ask me "What the heck are you doing with a guitar in a video if you don't know how to play it?"

Well, the answer to this question is rather simple

For a while I've been wanting to record a video where I sing

but since I don't know how to play anything it would be just me singing

and I wouldn't know what to do with my hands or where to look at

So to make this a little less awkward I decided to just, you know, hold a guitar

Yeah, you may say that this is actually more awkward than not having anything

but it is actually a very good thing to rest on

So...yeah, I think I'll just record it this way

The song that I wanted to sing for a while is called "The Best I Can"

It's by the band called Decyfer Down

To be sincere I don't know much about this band...I pretty much know, I think, 2 songs by them?

I actually really like this song so I really kept to listening (to) this one because it really hit me

So, prepare your ears...Hope you don't hate it so much

And I hope not to make Decyfer Down too disappointed

* okay, they are never going to listen to it anyway *

So, here we go!

Been thinking about all of those lies that you heard me say

I can't make them go away

Been thinking about all the mistakes you've seen me make

When I can barely hold on you promise you won't let me go

And I want you to know

I don't live a perfect life

but God knows I'm trying the best I can

And I have wasted so much time

pretending I'm not lying about who I am

Now I'm living the best I can

Been thinking about...it's so hard to see what you see in me

Would you lay it out for me?

Been thinking about...this isn't the way that I thought it would be

When I can barely hold on you promise you won't let me go

And I want you to know

I don't live a perfect life

but God knows I'm trying the best I can

And I have wasted so much time

pretending I'm not lying about who I am

Now I'm living the best I can

I'm breaking down

and now I found

a reason to make it this time around

No matter where I go

I want you to know

I know that I'm never alone

I want you to know

I don't live a perfect life

but God knows I'm trying the best I can

And I have wasted so much time

pretending I'm not lying about who I am

Now I'm living the best I can

No matter where I go

I want you to know

I'm living the best I can

And I have wasted so much time

pretending I'm not lying about who I am

Now I'm living the best I can

So that's it, guys! Hope you haven't hated it so much

If you have stayed until the end, let me know in the comments

if you liked the song, if I've done too many mistakes in it

if you know Decyfer Down, if you know the song

Just say anything in the comments

I'll like to read it if you post anything, anyway

And, um...

Ah! Please leave a thumbs up if you liked it 'cause it really helps me

Leave a thumbs down if you think I suck and I need to learn how to sing

If you actually liked me singing, then, if you want to suggest any songs for me to sing next

Anything that I actually know

I must say, I don't know many...new songs

So probably I won't know many songs if you suggest them

but I'll try to find them and learn if you actually suggest anything

I don't know if any one is going to suggest

I don't know if any one is going to watch it anyway

Please, subscribe if you haven't yet

I promise not to record any more singing if this one really goes bad, so don't worry

See you later, fellas! Bye bye!

Well, actually not to say that I don't know anything in the guitar

I actually learned how to play this

I just wanna say thank you to my cousin who is the actual owner of this guitar

I promise, I'll learn it someday, I'll make a better use of it

Developer Of Bra That Can Detect Breast Cancer Early Discusses Documentary 'Detected' - Duration: 7:01.

THREE FRIENDS IN THE LAST

MONTH DEVELOPED BREAST CANCER.

COULD WE HAVE BEEN THERE?

THIS IS KIND OF EXCITING.

WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE INTERNET

OF EVERYTHING, WHAT WE CAN DO IS

PUT SENSORS ON A WOMAN'S BODY.

MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE THAN A

MAMMOGRAM.

COMMUNICATE ABNORMALITIES TO

A VERY SMART DATA CENTER AND GET

FEEDBACK ON THEIR HEALTH WITHIN

MINUTES.

AMY: WOW.

DETECTED IS A DOCUMENTARY THAT

FOLLOWS THE EFFORTS OF ROB ROYEA

AND HIS START-UP THAT DEVELOPED

A BRA THAT CAN DETECT BREAST

CANCER EARLY, AND IT'S GOING TO

BE SCREENED TOMORROW IN BEVERLY

HILLS, AND HE JOINS US NOW ALONG

WITH FILMMAKER SETH KRAMER.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR JOINING

US.

PLEASURE.

AMY: I DON'T KNOW IF YOU

GENTLEMEN KNOW, BY AM A BREAST

CANCER SURVIVOR.

I WAS DIAGNOSED IN OCTOBER, AND

THIS HAS CERTAINLY CAUGHT MY

ATTENTION AND I THINK REALLY THE

ATTENTION OF EVERYONE BECAUSE

BREAST CANCER IS AFFECTING SO

MANY WOMEN.

SO TELL ME, HOW DID YOU COME UP

WITH THIS IDEA IN.

I'D LOVE TO SAY I CAME UP

WITH THE IDEA.

I DIDN'T.

AMY: OKAY.

THERE'S SOME REALLY BRIGHT

PHYSICIANS AND PHYSICISTS BACK

IN THE LATE 1980S AND EARLY

1990s THAT STARTED THIS

TECHNOLOGY THAT THEY THOUGHT WE

COULD LOOK AT CHANGE OVER TIME

ON BREAST TISSUE AND MAYBE

COMPARE IT TO WHAT ARE CALLED

SIR CANADIAN PATTERNS AND HAD A

PHYSICIAN APPLY THIS IN A

HOSPITAL.

AMY: OKAY,ING OKAY.

AND SO OFTEN THEN WOULD THE

WOMAN HAVE TO PUT ON THE BRA?

WELL, WHAT MY JOB WAS IS TO

FIGURE OUT HOW TO KALE THAT

TECHNOLOGY AND GET IT OUT --

SCALE

OUT TO POPULATION HEALTH SO THAT

THE WOMAN CAN SCREEN IN THE

PRIVACY OF

THAT WAS THE MAJOR SHIFT IN WHY

I CAME ABOARD.

SO NOW EVERY TWO HOURS IS WHEN

YOU CAN SCAN FOR A TWO-HOUR TIME

PERIOD.

AND IT'S RECOMMENDED ONCE A

MONTH YOU CHECK YOUR OWN BREAST

HEALTH.

AMY: OKAY, OKAY.

AND THEN WHY WITH US THERE A

NEED TO THEN DOCUMENT THIS WHOLE

PROCESS?

OH, GOD, THIS IS A, THIS IS A

STORY THAT'S LIKE A DOCUMENTARY

FILMMAKER'S DREAM.

AS ROB AND I WERE ENTERING THE

BUILDING TODAY TO SEE YOU, WE

TALKED TO THE SECURITY GUARDS.

THEY WERE LIKE, WHY ARE YOU

HERE?

OH, THIS GUY JUST MADE AN

INTERNET-CONNECTED BRA THAT

COULD DETECT BREAST CANCER, AND

THEY WERE FILLED WITH QUESTIONS.

HOW DOES THAT WORK, YOU KNOW,

WHY IS IT NEEDED, YOU KNOW?

IT'S JUST, IT'S A FASCINATING

STORY, AND ONCE YOU HEAR IT, YOU

KNOW MORE ABOUT THE WAY THE

WORLD WORKS THAN YOU DID

PREVIOUS.

IT'S JUST, IT'S EYE-OPENING, AND

IT'S A FASCINATING TALE, AND I

WANTED TO AMPLIFY THE WORK THAT

ROB IS DOING.

AMY: HOW SOON COULD WE REALLY

SEE THIS, YOU KNOW, IN OUR

LINGERIE DRAWER, SO TO SPEAK?

KNOWING IT'S TAKEN AT LEAST

15 YEARS TO GET TO THIS POINT

AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, I'M

HAPPY TO SAY BY EARLY NEXT YEAR,

BY FIRST QUARTER, WE WILL BE IN

MARKET.

SO WE'RE LAUNCHING MOSTLY

THROUGH ASIA AND COMING INTO THE

UNITED STATES IN 2018.

SO, YES, AT THAT TIME IN YOUR

CLOSET OR WHEREVER.

AMY: AND WE WOULD JUST GO TO OUR

DOCTORS?

THE MAIN SOURCE IS GOING TO

BE THROUGH YOUR FAMILY

PRACTITIONERS AND O TO BGYNs,

BUT OVER TIME IT WILL ALSO HAVE

ABILITY TO GO OVER THE COUNTER,

WHICH IS WHAT WE'VE HEARD FROM

WOMEN.

BE ABLE TO GET THIS ON AN

ONGOING BASIS FROM THEIR

PHARMACY, FOR INSTANCE.

AMY: SO IT'LL BE A LITTLE MORE

COMFORTABLE FOR THOSE SCREENINGS

AS WELL.

RIGHT.

IT JUST GOES UNDER YOUR NORMAL

GARMENTS TODAY, AND THE

INFORMATION IS PROCESSED INTO

THE CLOUD FOR SOME REALLY SMART

ALGORITHMS, AND SOME GREAT

ENGINEERS ON THE BACK END DO

CALCULATIONS TO COME BACK, AND

THEY CAN EITHER TELL YOU THAT

YOU'RE FINE, OR THEY MIGHT SAY

YOU MAY WANT TO SEE YOUR

PHYSICIAN, OR THE SMARTPHONE MAY

ALSO ALLOW YOU TO HAVE YOUR

PHYSICIAN NOTIFIED AT THE SAME

TIME.

AMY: WOW.

AND SO THEN THIS WOULD MORE OR

LESS BE THE INITIAL SCREENING,

THEN YOU WOULD GO AND MAYBE DO

SOME TRADITIONAL SCREENING, OR

THAT WOULD BE IT?

REALLY IMPORTANT, YOU NEVER

BYPASS THE PHYSICIAN'S REQUEST,

AND YOU MAKE SURE YOU GET IN TO

SEE THE PHYSICIAN.

THIS IS A MONITORING EVENT.

IT'S QUITE ACCURATE, WHICH IS

GREAT TO HEAR THAT WE CAN DO

THAT.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I ALWAYS

GO BACK TO THAT PHYSICIAN AND

MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING THE

REGULAR CHECK-UP, AND THEY CAN

HOPEFULLY TREAT EARLIER.

THIS IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT,

SCREENING IN THE HOME VERSUS 8

OR 10 YEARS BY THE TIME YOU CAN

VISUALIZE A NORMAL CANCER.

AMY: WOW.

SO EARLIER, WHICH IS ALWAYS KEY.

PRETTY CRITICAL.

AMY: YES, ABSOLUTELY.

IT IS REALLY REMARKABLE THAT YOU

COULD JUST DO SOMETHING LIKE

THIS AND DETECT IT RIGHT AT HOME

BEFORE YOU EVEN HEAD INTO THE

DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

THAT'S THE OBJECTIVE.

AMY: YEAH.

AND SO A LOT MORE PEOPLE WILL BE

ABLE TO LEARN ABOUT THIS THROUGH

THIS DOCUMENTARY THAT'S COMING

OUT.

YEAH.

I HAVE TO TELL YOU, YOU KNOW,

WHEN I FIRST ASKED ROB IF HE

WOULD AGREE TO HAVE CAMERAS

FOLLOWING HIM, I HAD NO

YOU MAKE --

AND I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT, BY

THE WAY.

[LAUGHTER]

I

HE FINALLY RELETTED.

BUT I WAS, YOU KNOW, DO YOU MAKE

IT IN A GARAGE?

SO IT TURNS OUT ROB TRAVELEDDED

ALL OVER THE WORLD COMBINING A

TEAM OF EXPERTS IN BREAST

HEALTH, IN INTERNET TECHNOLOGY,

BECAUSE IT'S AN INTERNET-ENABLED

DEVICE.

THE FINANCIAL SECTOR TO HELP

LIFT THIS OFF THE GROUND.

SO FOLLOWING HIM, I MEAN, IT'S

SUCH AN EYE-OPENING STORY.

IT WAS A REAL LEARNING

EXPERIENCE.

AMY: YEAH.

THE ONLY REASON WHY WE

FINALLY -- FRANKLY, SAID WE'RE

FINALLY GOING TO DO THIS IS WE

ALSO HERALD THERE WAS THIS TINY

LITTLE COMPANY CALLED CISCO OTT

OF SILL VON CALLY WHO WAS

INTERESTED IN -- SILICON VALLEY,

AND AFTER SIX WEEKS YOU PUT IT

INTO YOUR DRAWER AND YOU KNOW

WHAT YOU HAVE FROM THE WELLNESS

SIDE.

SO YOU GO FROM FITNESS TO

WELLNESS, AND THE WEARABLE

DEVICE MARKET SHIFTS COMPLETELY

INTO SOMETHING THAT'S A

SUSTAINABLE HEALTH CARE

ADVANTAGE.

AMY: AND THE FACT THAT CISCO'S

ONBOARD IS PRETTY REMARKABLE

BECAUSE THERE'S REALLY NOTHING

LINKING THEM TO THIS, CORRECT?

RIGHT.

WELL, CISCO, SO CISCO, THE

INTERNET TECHNOLOGY COMPANY,

THEY DON'T HAVE A FINANCIAL

STAKE IN THE WORK THAT ROB IS

DOING.

AMY: OKAY.

SO I WAS THINKING, WELL,

MAYBE THEY WON'T WANT TO FUND

THIS DOCUMENTARY.

BUT THEIR INTEREST IN THE

DOCUMENTARY IS THAT IT SHOWS THE

INTERNET BEING USED IN A WAY

THAT WE DON'T NORMALLY -- YOU

KNOW, WE SIT HERE, WE TEXT, WE

UPLOAD SELF-TIES, WE DON'T

USE -- SELFIES, WE DON'T USE THE

INTERNET TO SCREEN FOR BREAST

CANCER.

THE DOCUMENTARY SHOWS A NEW

DIRECTION THAT INTERNET

TECHNOLOGY IS HEADING IN, AND

THAT WAS VERY EXCITING FOR

CISCO.

I'M AND THE FILM DEBUTED IN

APRIL, BUT THERE WAS A SCREENING

IN BEVERLY HILLS TOMORROW, AND

THAT IS AT THE --

THE AURORA FINE ARTS THEATER.

AMY: PERFECT.

OKAY.

SANTA MONICA.

AMY: PERFECT.

AND YOU CAN GET, CERTAINLY, MUCH

MORE INFORMATION AND TICKETS --

ON THEIR WEB SITE.

AMY: YEAH, ON THEIR WEB SITE,

AND WE'RE GOING TO LINK

EVERYBODY TO OUR WEB SITE, WHICH

MIND BODY CONNECTION DURING MEDITATION CAN NOW BE MEASURED - Duration: 10:09.

MIND-BODY CONNECTION DURING MEDITATION CAN NOW BE MEASURED, THANKS TO SCIENCE

There are some scientists out there who believe that the mind-body connection

is complete pseudoscience.

This is very strange, especially given the fact that countless peer-reviewed studies

published by many reputable scientists and institutions have shown a direct connection

between our mind and our body.

Well get to some more examples later in the article, but first lets draw attention

to a group of researchers who say theyve developed a way to measure the physiological

phenomena associated with mindfulness-based stress reduction.

They have proven the real-time physiological effects of spiritual practice, specifically

the way heart and brain activity actually synchronize.

Keep in mind that there are a number of studies that do show the measurable effect that meditation

can have on the body.

For example, within the past few years, Harvard scientists have published multiple studies

showing the biological/physiological effect meditation can have on the brain, as well

as the gut.

Physicists have also shown multiple times that consciousness is directly connected with

out physical material world.

I regard consciousness as fundamental.

I regard matter as derivative from consciousness Everything that we talk about, everything

that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.

Max Planck, the theoretical physicist who originated quantum theory, which won him

the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918

For example, a paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays explains how this experiment

has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature

of physical reality.

It showed that meditators were able to collapse the quantum wave function at a distance.

This study showed: Observations not only disturb what has to be measured, they produce

it.

We compel [the electron] to assume a definite position.

We ourselves produce the results of measurement.

The researchers are from the University of Hong Kongs Centre for Buddhist Studies,

from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

In a statement given to Newsweek, Sik Hin Hung, Director of the Centre for Buddhist

Studies and the lead researcher of the paper, explained: We talk about whether your mind

and body are in harmony, but there is no systematic way of measuring this.

We now can say with some kind of certainty that when youre practicing MBSR your heart

and your mind become more synchronized and thats very good for you.

The one of its kind paper was published in the scientific peer-reviewed journal JoVE

Video Journal, which focuses mainly on study methodology.

Its big on the issue of reproducibility in biomedical science.

Hungs team recruited 11 graduate studies who signed up for an eight-week long course

on mind-body stress reduction (MBSR).

They were not experienced meditators.

They were connected to an electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiogram (ECG), which collected

data while they were practicing MBSR as well as when they were breathing normally.

One measures brain activity, the other measures heart rate.

This research can now be included in a growing number of publications that are being put

out on the mind-body connection.

Its definitely a trend and a newer area of interest for science, and yet another example

of ancient wisdom being confirmed by modern day science.

In our daily life when we become stressed the sympathetic nervous system kicks into

action and suppresses the parasympathetic nervous [system] Through this research we

found out the practice of MBSR was able to synchronize these two systems, which is a

good thing.

Its similar to the studies that have been conducted on mass meditation and prayer.

As far as their effects on physical systems, numerous publications have yielded statistically

significant results.

Heart-Brain Synchronicity

The study above showed heart-brain synchronicity, and its not the first to do so.

Scientists over at the HeartMath Institute have been studying the same thing, and, according

to Dr. Rollin McCraty, Director of Research at the Institute:

Research findings have shown that as we practice heart coherence and radiate love and compassion,

our heart generates a coherent electromagnetic wave into the local field environment that

facilitates social coherence, whether in the home, workplace, classroom or sitting around

a table.

As more individuals radiate heart coherence, it builds an energetic field that makes it

easier for others to connect with their heart.

So, theoretically it is possible that enough people building individual and social coherence

could actually contribute to an unfolding global coherence.

Their research has shown that when we practice positive emotions, the heart sends out a unique

signal to the brain.

There are actually multiple ways the heart communicates with the brain, and the signals

it sends are triggered by our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

David Paterson, Ph.D. a professor at Oxford University, also works in this field.

His research shows that your brain is not the sole source of your emotions, but rather,

your heart and brain work together to produce them.

Your heart actually contains neurons, similar to those in your brain, and your heart and

brain are closely connected, creating a symbiotic emotional whole.

His research has shown that when your heart receives signals from the brain, via the sympathetic

nerves, it pumps faster, and when it receives signals through the parasympathetic nerves,

it slows down.

As the HeartMath Institute points out:

One important way the heart can speak to and influence the brain is when the heart is coherent

experiencing stable, sine-wavelike pattern in its rhythms.

When the heart is coherent, the body, including the brain, begins to experience all sorts

of benefits, among them greater mental clarity and ability, including better decision-making.

They emphasize that the heart communicates with the brain in four major ways

Neurologically, through the transmission of nerve impulses

Biochemically, via hormones and neurotransmitters Biophysically, through pressure waves

Energetically, through electromagnetic field interactions

Epigenetics/Placebo

Epigenetics (the study of changes in organisms caused by modification of gene expression)

has shown us that genes and DNA do not control our biology, but rather, DNA is controlled

by signals from outside of the cell, which include the messages that stem from our thoughts.

One of the leading authorities on how our emotions can regulate genetic expression is

cellular biologist Bruce Lipton.

He gives a fantastic and thorough explanation in his books The Biology of Belief and Spontaneous

Evolution.

Its just another example of mind-body interaction.

The placebo effect is another great example, and one aspect of epigenetics.

According to Lipton:

The placebo effect should be the subject of major, funded research efforts.

If medical researchers could figure out how to leverage the placebo effect, they would

hand doctors and efficient, energy based, side effect-free tool to treat disease.

Energy healers say they already have such tools, but I am a scientist, and I believe

the more we know about science of the placebo, the better well be able to use it in a

clinical setting.

In a book written by theoretical nuclear physicist Dr. Amit Goswami, titled The Quantum Doctor,

Deepak Chopra explains this phenomenon in the forward, outlining one of multiple studies

showing some remarkable results:

In one study, a group of patients suffering from chronic severe nausea were given a drug

that they were told was an anti-nausea agent.

Normally, in a placebo trial half the patients would be randomly selected to receive the

drug while other half received a dummy pill.

As expected, more than 30% percent of the subjects who took the dummy poll reported

that their nausea was alleviated.

Only this pill, they had been given an emetic, a drug that promotes nausea.

So powerful was their belief, however, that it somehow reduced their symptoms or to

be more accurate, their minds reduced nausea in the face of

a drug that should have made them vomit.

hi I'm Brian and I've been blown away by how

groundbreaking this app is to come so we wanted to think of a way that we could

take this app to the next level and make it even more of a reality by creating a

remote so we got our team of engineers together and we developed a kinetic

connective device that pairs with the app and no longer do you have to flick

your finger on your phone but now you can throw a real ball and catch them the

way they were meant to the car so here's how the product works there's three main

functionalities of the bone the first one is you can actually throw the ball

itself and wherever it lands the camera tracks so you can catch whatever it is

that you want to catch the second function is motion gestures

so you can use a motion gesture and with a flick of the wrist the accelerometer

inside will actually pick up the motion it will be just like you're flicking the

ball on a screen so the third function is you have everything I just named but

you also have a power bank inside to be able to plug in a USB device and charge

your phone and those last-minute critical gaming types we're really

excited to be using a new technology in this application it's a technology and

artificial intelligence called computer vision a computer vision that

essentially allows you to be able to use your phone's camera as though over a

pair of human eyes and it can identify and recognize objects in real time and

then we can use those objects in the game as real pieces that we can interact

Can You Die From Lack of Sleep? | The Sleep Solution by W. Chris Winter M.D. | Animated Review - Duration: 8:10.

The lymphatic system is a network of vessels which purpose is to extract and flush out

toxic waste products from tissues.

These vessels circulate all throughout your body except for the brain, which for the past

centuries had been speculated to lack such a system.

Either the brain had no toxins need cleansing, or the latter were transported to other regions

of the body for the lymphatic vessels to do the job, this was the prominent assumption.

However, not until recently researchers Antoine Louveau and Aleksanteri Aspelund, in 2015,

uncovered that the central nervous system(the brain), does have a similar mechanism alike

the lymphatic, which was coined "the glymphatic system".

Its function is no different; the purification of the brain from biological debris.

However the breakthrough wasn't only this, but in figuring out that the main waste product

the glymphatic system is deleting is "amyloid beta", a protein notorious for causing alzheimer's

upon excess of accumulation.

The rest of the toxic materials flushed out were found related to other neurodegenerative

conditions like Parkinson's disease.

Hold on, the best is yet to come.

Maiken Nedergaard, Danish neuroscientist complemented this with her research revealing how the glymphatic

toxin-cleansing mechanism turns 60% more active only when you're asleep.

If that be the case, imagine then, the consequences of long-term sleep-deprivation.

Yes, Alzheimer's and a retarded brain.

Just kidding, but it's true.

The beta-amyloid Alzheimer's protein as well as other brain junk are often generated during

daytime due to the energy which the brain burns up in the processing of all kinds of

conscious tasks.

When you go to sleep, the brain is no longer used actively, and thus has chance to allocate

more fuel for maintenance processes to battle waste products.

Staying up late at night, deprives your brain of this replenishment.

A thing to keep mind, the productivity of the glymphatic system also shoots up especially

when you sleep on your side in contrast to other sleeping-positions.

In a 2015 study by Aric Prather of the university of San Francisco focused on the correlation

between short sleep duration and cold-scuceptibility.

164 healthy men and women, aged between 18 and 55, were injected the rhinovirus and assessed

in the course of a week.

Eventually, results had shown those who slept less than six hours, or between five and six,

had higher risks of catching a cold.

Whereas the ones who slept seven hours, or between six and seven didn't get sick.

It appears that our immune system gets weakened by a short sleep duration.

All in all, just average about seven hours a night and you're good to go.

However, some people need less, others more depending on certain factors I'll discuss

subsequently.

A new study by a research-group from Taipei, demonstrated how sleep disturbances contribute

to higher prospects of developing autoimmune system disorders, among which are "rheumatoid

arthritis", "ankylosing spondylitis", systemic sclerosis and sjogren's syndrome; each of

which by themselves can cause additional complications.

I thought I knew a thing or two about sleep but this was a massive paradigm shift.

You'll never look at your pillow the same way again.

Particularly breast cancer and shift work have the strongest link especially with women

who work night-shifts.

To be precise, these women are expected to double their risk of breast cancer only after

30 years of working this type of job.

While it's needless to say that there are others factors which can cause the illness,

like smoking, sleep issues are the biggest however.

Reason is, the exposure of women shift-workers to artificial light during the night induces

the repression of Melatonin.

As this hormone is known to regulate your internal clock, and signal to the body when

it should sleep or awaken.

Repressed in an unhealthy way like in shift-work, your internal clock becomes unbalanced; i.e.

the body no longer differentiates whether it is time to hit the sack or wake up, which

results in a circadian rhythm disorder like insomnia.

How these sleep problems relate to breast cancer was demonstrated by a recent studies.

It had shown that the purpose of Melatonin is more than a sedative that puts the body

to sleep.

This hormone has been also been proven as an anticarcinogen and anti-tumor.

It literally hinders the development of cancer.

In a few words, getting proper sleep is a stepping stone to long-term cancer prevention.

Now speaking of women who already have the illness, epidemiologist Amanda Phipps depicted

in her findings that breast cancer patients who sleep seven hours or more are very likely

to boost their survival estemate, compared to those who sleep less than five hours.

Likewise, risk of prostate cancer in "older" men has also been studied and shown to be

connected to sleep duration & quality.

Before we continue, I need to clarify that a night or two spent working or partying once

in a while isn't going to affect you in any significant way, provided you maintain a healthy

sleep schedule in most days.

The conditions I've been discussing can only develop as a result of long term, chronic

sleep deprivation; so don't get too paranoid about your occasional delayed bedtime.

However your mood "can" be affected even by short-term sleep disruptions as we will see

in the following.

According to the author's observation, "some" psychologists do not diagnose a person as

depressed unless he's been experiencing insomnia all along.

The latter and mood disorders seem to be largely intertwined.

Apart from insomnia, waking up several times a night, whatever the cause may be, interrupts

the sleep process, which increases the odds of experiencing negative emotions the next

day.

Apparently, sleep interruption engenders more drastic effects than that of short sleep duration

as researcher Patrick Finan denoted in his 2015 study.

He goes on to say that subjects who'd been "forced" to wake up from sleep had less positive

moods during the day, in contrast with those who "did" delay bedtime, but hadn't had their

sleep fragmented or disturbed.

The increased negative moods are to be witnissed especially after the second night of interrupted

sleep he said.

Drawing on this I'd speculate that recurrent, or even occasional sleep fragmentation may

accumulate to bring about enormous debilitating effects on your emotional health.

Often we're too immersed in daily tasks that we begin to overlook our health and the conceivibly

trivial components of its optimization.

Sleep is not just laying down, dying for a couple hours, perhaps encountering some weird

imagery we call dreams, then waking up.

Under this surface layer description, a whole process in which countless body/mind regenerative

mechanisms are activated.

Every part of your system needs detoxification, most of which happen in sleep.

I hope this video serves as inspiration or fear-based motivation to get your sleep problems

handled.

Most of the breakthroughs discussed are mentioned in the book.

Plus, I've left external links in the description for each study we've seen in case you're interested.

Kate may be Queen sooner than expected if Camilla can't get her temper under control - Duration: 2:45.

Catherine Duchess of Cambridge may be Queen sooner than expected if Camilla Parker-Bowles

cant get her temper under control The Duchess of Cornwall has apparently cant

stop verbally abusing Prince Charles and it could cost the couple the throne.

If Queen Elizabeth isnt already infuriated by Camillas behavior Her Majesty should

be.

Is Prince Charles fit to rule with a wife like that by his side?

As Queen Elizabeth nears her 90th birthday speculation increases about whether or not

the monarch will step down in favor of Prince William.

Royal insiders recently divulged to GLOBE that Duchess Camillas drunken rants are

becoming worse and worse.

And that makes it less likely Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall will ever be crowned

King and Queen.

Poor Prince Charles has taken the brunt of Camilla Parker-Bowles verbal abuse if Royal

insiders are to be believed.

The Duchess of Cornwall supposedly gets raging drunk and screams at the Prince of Wales once

telling the heir-to-the-throne to grow a pair and demand his birthright from Queen

Elizabeth.

To add insult to injury, Camilla allegedly told Charles she no use for his manly bits!

If the Prince of Wales cant stand up to a drunken Duchess Camilla how in the world

can the man be King?

There must be some way that Charless birthright can be rescinded?

putting Prince William and Catherine Duchess of Cambridge in place as the next King and

Queen.

Divorcing Camila Parker-Bowles isnt an option for the Prince of Wales unless he wants

to shell out millions of dollars.

Unnamed sources at Buckingham Palace reveal that Prince Charles has considered sending

Duchess Camilla off to rehab.

But the insiders say Charles is too afraid of Parker-Bowles to let his Royal security

detail round Camilla up and drag her off to a long-term inpatient rehabilitation facility.

What is Queen Elizabeth to do?

Scrambling to find a way any way to ensure that Prince Charles is bypassed and

Prince William and Catherine Duchess of Cambridge are crowned King and Queen is perhaps the

best option.

But is that doable?

Anything is possible, but not probable.

The Duchess of Cambridge may want to participate in a mock coronation just in case!

Why Implants Can Fail? Lake Worth Dentist Answers Question - Duration: 1:37.

I'm Dr. Kyle Kromrey and today I'd like to talk to you about why dental implants can

fail the major reasons are health of the patient so if their was something that we didn't know

was going on with the health history for example if your diabetes is uncontrolled or if their

was a bone healing issue that can be a major problem some medications can interfere with

healing also taking care of the area that's an obvious one and if the bite is too high

on an implant crown and you and hit it the wrong way over time that can also cause it to fail

Another major reason would be if the crown is put on an implant too soon so we get a

lot of pressure sometime everybody wants things now, I want the tooth now and so that can dangerous

putting a crown on an implant right after it was placed in the bone and if it's done

it doesn't mean that it won't be successful but the risk is significantly increased for

failure.

So if a dental implant fails generally what we do is we look at the situation is their

a loss of bone around the implant do we need to rebuild the area before we try to put the new one in.

So it can be a longer process replacing one then was putting one in the first place and

making sure that expectations are realistic are very important in other words making sure that

that the person understands that it's a human body and it needs a certain amount of time for healing

before you put a tooth on the implant.
