good Saturday morning today we were good Saturday evening today was a much much
better day than yesterday thank God I for training today well this
morning first I got up and I you know did the stuff I usually do on the
computer there's a lot still for me to do which I'm going to try and get done
tomorrow so hopefully that goes well later on for training I we went I went
with another friend of mine to go down and train on concrete structures again
and we had a lot of fun so he took a bit longer to get there than I did and while
I was waiting for him I was sitting on this rock which I sat on for a very long
time I mean it hurt my butt and but while I was sitting there this random
guy walked by and he was carrying like four like large large drinks like you
know when you go to a restaurant and you get the largest drink size that there is
and it's not just you know like this and like this but it's like this and like
this it's freaking huge well this guy was carrying like three or four of those
two of them in a tray to him in his arms and there's another guy with him and I
was just like staring off into space and he walked by he's like you want one
you want one and I'm like no thanks I'm good and he goes you sure and I'm like yeah
yeah I'm good it was just so weird and I'm like nope I
texted my mom told her and her response was NO and our training went well it was
a lot of fun it was I was much more comfortable today than I was last week
and it's one of the second time being on concrete but I was much much more
comfortable and I did a lot more than what I actually thought that I would do
it so yeah before I continue talking please just want to the clips and then
I'll say a little bit after
whoo yep it's recording smooth no c'mon aww yeah wall run do a backflip yeah go nice this poor monkey I feel like I should do
something to save his life but I don't want to touch it
for fear of poop and piss probably being all over it scary things
rest well monkey so yeah that wall run thing there at the end that I did I was
trying to do that last week and grab onto that little little nook and today I
was able to do it there was also a guy up top on the wall there and who was
looking down at watching my friend film me and she's like oh do a back flip do a
back flip and I'm like no no not today and he goes oh come on do a back flip
I'm like nope not today not today thanks I'm not doing a back flip on concrete yet
thanks once I can do it on flat ground at the gym on the foam floor then I'll
have more confidence to try it on grass and then I can take it to concrete I
don't think I'd even try a sideslip on concrete right now but yeah that was a
lot of fun there were some definitely interesting people at the at the park
there and but yeah it was all good so yeah thanks for watching I hope you
