Thirsty work out on the bog
Hungry From Turf Cuttin'
Meal deal chips and cod
For dessert an icecream muffin
Fresh never frozen beef
A mighty mac if you are slack
There's tasty and tempting food at , Supermac's
If ya dumped your other half
After , they told you lies
With friendly staff , have a laugh
Choco cone and taco fries
If you're feeling low
After last nights craic
There's tasty and tempting food at Supermac's
Fishin' on Galway bay
Sailing from the docks
Have a caramel sundae
And a chicken snack box
If you're feeling tired
Sure kick back and relax
Cause there's tasty and tempting food at Supermac's

DUMBFOUNDEAD HIPHOPLE x Genie Music Interview (English Sub) - Duration: 5:41.
Hello, I'm Dumbfoundead from LA.
I think its a good thing because originally -
Asian culture -
was not seen as cool -
it was like that before but -
nowadays, people are more interested in Asian culture.
In the past -
Asian rappers would rap in English -
or follow the American style -
but they embrace the Asian influence more now.
I think it's cool -
like Keith Ape or Rich Chigga, both of them -
they just do it in their own style -
not following others -
that's awesome.
Freestyle is -
not that popular among people now but -
what I like about it -
it gives off a 'tribal' vibe.
In the past -
native Americans will dance around the fire -
I think I felt that way (during battles).
Drake is a fan of rap battles -
that's how I met him often.
Now I'm older, I'm not that good.
That voice came from exercising -
if you don't exercise -
it will all be gone.
Nafla and Loopy -
were at LA making their music videos -
people told me about them -
'did you hear about them' -
I listened to them and liked their music -
I just called them up -
and asked if they would like to make one song together.
It was made fast but -
it was very good.
It was easy working together with them.
That 'Mijangwon' was filmed in our neighbourhood -
we filmed in my friend's mother's hair salon -
I think the budget for the video was $200 -
almost no budget.
Foreigner -
the reason behind it -
I'm Korean, but I still -
feel like a foreigner here.
It's the same thing I experience in LA.
As a foreigner -
you don't know where you truly belong -
it's like a journey (I want to show).
This year -
there will be 3 albums coming out -
the first one is 'Foreigner' -
and the last one will be 'Citizenship'.
I am here now -
I have arrived -
that kind of feeling I'd like to portray.
Now -
it's been 15 years since I've became a rapper -
but I don't just have one style.
In the past, there's many concepts -
I would like to have in my songs -
but now there isn't much -
I just want to put out fun or turnup songs -
a lot of concepts are already attempted (by others) -
I have one serious song -
like 'History of Violence'.
Because there's a lot of violence in America now -
it's the most important time to release this kind of music.
I wanted to do a collaboration -
with other great artistes -
making good music together.
In this album -
this was the biggest song -
and Year of the Ox is from the same label -
as an artiste duo.
As for Jessi -
when I first came to Korea -
she took good care of me.
She's part of my Foreigner family now -
that's what I wanted as the title of the song.
I'm so thankful to YOX -
for featuring in the song -
they're like my close friends -
so I'm thankful.
I often hear those words from my mom.
I think it's good because -
when I think of a good woman -
I end up thinking of my mom.
That's why I thought of featuring my mom.
Back then, when I was younger -
there were not a lot of events for rappers -
and I did not have many friends who did the same thing -
just Epik High and Dynamic Duo -
people like them.
There weren't many then -
but there's so many now -
and even shows.
There's too many now -
the scene just burst out.
We should be more careful now -
and come out bit by bit.
If there's too many being released at the same time -
your popularity will go down quickly.
Show Me The Money is a fun entertainment show -
it's not only on hiphop -
it's entertaining too -
that's why it's popular with the people.
When you watch the show -
you don't think of it as a hiphop show -
it's just like watching a show.
I have a dream -
because when I was younger -
and I didn't want to rap anymore -
I thought of the time -
the rapper dream, is a very big dream.
At the yacht, with champagne -
that kind of dream -
now I'm moving towards bigger dreams -
With a big team now,
I can now work towards bigger things with the team.
But I still think I'm lucky.
I can go anywhere in the world and perform -
meet new people -
make an impact for the young people -
I think that's good.
I do not know the popular rappers well.
It's hard to stay in the scene for long.
Now that it's bursting, it's not hard but -
10 or 15 years down the road -
if you're still able to continue, it's really impressive.
That - the younger ones don't know so well.
When the time comes 15 years later -
give me a call!
Thanks for welcoming me in Korea.
I will work hard.
And -
I really can't speak well today.
A week ago, I was so good at conversing in Korean.
It's been a month but -
my Korean skills didn't improve much.
Give me a few more months.
And now, we'll have a drink.

Video Diary - on Wellness and Music - Duration: 6:58.
Hi everyone! It's a little bit of a rainy day
here in Nashville and I want to take you
with me today, share with you two things
that I think are very beneficial, could
be very beneficial for you. I know they
are for me. It's about health, wellness
and for both your body and mind and
spirit, so come with me.
I'm drinking chlorophyll water. It's really green. You
can't see... it's so green that it's almost black.
I'm here with Leslie Shew, she's the one
that gets me to drink chlorophyll water.
And she's a... what's your official title?
- I am trained in naturopathy and my
PhD is in natural Health Sciences. - Wow!
And you just told me that your father is
a medical doctor... so how does that go together?
-Yeah, so I grew up on the allopathic side,
so I learned a lot about that.... which
is part of the reason I got into natural
health because I was very sick and all I
knew was to take medicine which wasn't
working. So I got into natural health and
was able to heal my own body and so I
have a passion now to help people with
nutrition and natural sources - Yes, that's
wonderful! So you were recommended to me
by Dez Stephens whom some of you know.
And we came here to help Matthew of
course but also you know I... I mean
everybody... I would highly recommend to
find a Lesley in your area or if you are
lucky, or do you work online as well? - I do
I do online consultations and Skype
calls, absolutely! - So if there's one thing
that people can do right now
what's your biggest thing? - Oh my gosh
there's so many... I would say,
the thing I've seen most with people is
that they're dehydrated. So drinking
water and good water, not water out of
the tap but good filtered water. Add
fresh lemon to it, liquid chlorophyl is one of
my favorite because our body needs water
to help flush out toxins and to stay
hydrated. - You know how many times I hear
that? - It's simple it's really simple yeah
- Yeah! Why do we struggle so much? - I don't know.
- Well, thank you so much - You're welcome!
- Cheers! Ziveli!
So Lesley was really great,
she gave me a whole scan,
looked at my body, looked at my lifestyle
and figured out what's best for me. I am
a little anemic. She also puts a lot of
emphasis on blood type. Do you know what
your blood type is? You know, I have a
friend who's a scientist and who's for
years been asking me if I was
eating according to my blood type, which
really matters. So it turns out my blood
type O+ needs meat, and I like to be more
vegetarian... So I'm at the Whole Food
store and I'm going to grab some healthy
lunch and eat more beets, and meat I guess.
I'm at Lipscomb University it's a
cute little private college
here in Nashville and I am meeting with
Mark Godwin who is going to help me
learn how to play guitar better. And he
is going to play a gig with me this
summer and maybe even a few more!
Mark Godwin
well it sounds just like the almighty. - Aw, it's
so cool... so I met Mark at band, Evan's band.
He is a band parent too, and his son is a
percussionist as well. - Now if your hands
were as big as mine are you'd be able to
play this chord really easy.
(music)
What's interesting is that the doctor that I
just saw, the natural doctor Leslie, she
ran the scan and the number two on
things that are good for me was music.
Who would have thought huh? Music is
healing, it's therapeutic. We should sing
louder, dance more and just live, breathe deeper.
On my way home I stopped at this
beautiful place to send a Facebook
message to a media celebrity in Croatia
who wrote a summer hit and it's really
nice and positive and uplifting. It says
dance more, on the beach
everything is better, and on the Adriatic
Sea in Croatia I will love you more. It's
also a very good commercial. People, book
your ticket and go to Croatia. There are
places in the world where people just
know how to stop and breathe and enjoy
life more, dance and sing.
Before my day is over I
have some office work to do but I wanted
to mention to you that last night
I did a webinar with my friend Melissa
about essential oils. And since this
whole video diary was about healing and
therapy and wellness I wanted to bring
it up
essential oils are a really really
great way to heal and help your body to
fight disease. So if you don't know much
about essential oils please, please,
please look into it. It will change your
life because it also... apart from the very
essence of what it does on the cellular level
it's... the whole process of you know
applying the oil onto your skin, stopping
to do that, being intentional about it,
brings that kind of pause that that I was talking about
people in Croatia, that still know how to do that
we need more of that. That is healthy. And
as Leslie dr. Leslie said, drink more
water, stay hydrated and of course
exercise. And dance is a perfect way to
exercise and get those toxins out
flushing it out, sweating it out, getting
your heart to pump and bring oxygen to
every cell of your body. Thank you so
much for watching this video and I'll
see you soon!

A flower blooms magnificently
Even the breeze is sweet This place is a dream
No matter where If I'm with you
My heart soars wherever And blows into paintings
I'm drunk on you
I lean into your deep scent
I abandon all of my time To look only at you
And when the white moon rises I look at you reflected on it
Day and night
All of it is you
With no space (fill it with you)
Every breath
Feels like you
I color it
A little darker
This night is smudging deeply
There's no escape
I close my eyes and look for you within me
I'm drunk
I get a little more drunk
I want to immerse myself in this dream
You come closer to me
And become absorbed by only me
When the night asks about you
A red camellia resembling you is jealous
Your sweet lips dazzle and radiate
And call upon the waves Asleep in my heart (yeah)
Even an unripe peach tastes sweet
Beneath swept away flower petals
Is your silken trail
I follow it and hug you
I know the sound of your breath very well
You're blowing within me A dreamlike imagination
Day and night
All of it is you
It's chaotic (my heart)
By that deep scent
I think I'll be enticed
I color it
A little darker
This night is smudging deeply
There's no escape
I close my eyes and look for you within me
I'm drunk
I get a little more drunk
I want to immerse myself in this dream
You come closer to me
And become absorbed by only me
You've filled up the empty space within me
Your bitter colors
Are dazzling and brilliant
Beautiful
Warm to the touch
Mysterious
I fly
Fly with you
Within the fantasy smeared in the dream
You get closer
You bloom within my heart again
Just one thing
I know only you
You are the place that I wandered and searched for
When I open my eyes again
You'll become absorbed by only me
