Is Morningfame your favorite YouTube analytics tool? Or what may be missing? - Duration: 6:45.
Hey YouTubers. I'm Nico. The founder of Morningfame. And as you know Morningfame
is currently in beta and I deeply appreciate all of you guys who joined as
beta testers. I really have to tell you how important your feedback really was.
But before that let me ask you a question: What is Morningfame still
missing? In your everyday life as a youtuber is there something you do that
you wish Morningfame could help you with? What could I add to Morningfame so it
becomes a really good companion for your journey as a youtuber.
I really look forward to read your thoughts. My intention actually was to create a tool
that can become the go-to solution for most of your guys and for that I spoke
to as many youtubers as I could to form a good overall understanding of your
needs. But since the needs of each youtuber is
a little bit different the big question now is: Did I form a good understanding?
My focus actually is on one major need and that is to come up with a strategy
that will grow your channel. And in order to peel out what is needed for a tool to
inspire you to come up with that strategy, there are three major events
that I think made a huge difference for Morningfame. #1 First, I started out with
what you now know as a Traction tab. And that is all about listening to your
audience. See what they liked and see what they didn't like. And that is in
itself a strategy to grow. Repeat the videos they liked and replace the videos
they didn't like with something else you try. And I think the Traction tab helps
you with that very well. When I started the beta with just the Traction tab by
the way I invited a small group of youtubers and one of them was Troy. His
feedback was actually game-changing because he recommended me the book
"Customers Included¯ Hey thanks Nico. Hi I'm Troy from Troystube. So a little bit
background about this book. My work told me that I had to read this book. I don't
like reading books. I just don't make time for it. It's my personality. But
I gave it a shot and as I open the pages and as I read more I find myself
getting more and more immersed. I was relating to the stories and thought
like wow this is mind-blowing. I learned that like I could
write the latest and greatest technologies, write the coolest features,
write the best code but if the users don't find value from it, if you're not
providing them that they can have value from, they're not going to use it.
It's going to sit there and collect dust. Nico is just working so hard and
that application keeps evolving and growing and he's like really applying
himself and thinking of like what the experience is youtuber yourself is
going through and it's just becoming more and more valuable. And I just can't
wait to see what the application does next. Keep doing what you're doing
honestly because I don't want to speak for everyone else but really we find
value from everything you do. So if you haven't checked out his application yet,
Nico you should be posting a link here somewhere.
You should be definitely check it out. Thanks Troy you really opened my eyes
with this feedback. I knew that value was important but now
I learned how to go about it. #2 When I continued my research I discovered one
important question that many youtubers ask. What is the next step to grow your
channel? Of course, the Traction tab tells you which videos work great so it's
always a good idea to make more of those but this is not really a full-fledged
strategy yet. That I discovered when I had long discussions with Ashley.
Back then I did my very best to help her to find that next step. First of all I
discovered compared to similar channels she had amazingly many views. Like ten
times as many. But also she had very few comments.
So my recommendation was to grow the engagement. Hey Nico. I just want to pop
in and say thank you so much for all of your help with everything and your tips
on increasing my engagement have made a world of difference. So to see all the
progress that you're making with Morningfame just makes me really excited.
So yeah, props to you. Thank you so much Ashley. You really motivated me to think
further. What I actually did for her was a channel review. A channel review that
usually a certified consultant would do. But in no way did I have the experience
to do such consultant work but what helped me to give good advice was the
data Morningfame had about similar channels. And when I
realized that it struck me. I could do automated reviews! And with that the
Strategy and the Workshop tab were born. What you now see in the lower half of
the Workshop tab, the "growth opportunities", is an automated version of
what I did for Ashley back then. Such a game-changer. #3 My next big revelation was
realizing that growing your channel is a circle of rinse and repeat. Finding out
what worked best, improving what still needs improvement, publishing a new
video, and checking if the video raised the bar. Full circle. The Traction tab
lets you find out what worked best, the Strategy and the Workshop tab lets you
zone in on what needs to be improved, but just using the Traction tab to find out
if the new video raised the bar didn't completely satisfy me. This is why I came
up with the Velocity tab. Inspired by Brian G. Johnson. From him I heard the
term "view velocity" for the first time. Nico. Thank you from one youtuber to
another. Thank you for including view velocity in Morningfame. It allows me to
track my progress to see what's working and what's not. And yet it's missing from
YouTube analytics. That's what makes Morningfame an incredible tool that
every youtuber should check out. Thank you. Absolutely my pleasure Brian.
Actually, your videos influenced my thinking so much that many parts of
Morningfame were influenced one way or the other by your knowledge. By the way
guys. Brian's book with an insane dose of his knowledge will come out the day
after tomorrow, Monday.
Tube Ritula Volume 1.
My vision was to create a tool to help
you come up with a strategy to grow your channel. Did I turn this vision into
reality to a good extent? Or is there something missing in your opinion?
I really look forward to read your comments. And one last thing: I got a ton
of valuable feedback from you. There was no time to mention it all but I really
couldn't have done it without you. So big thanks! And cheers guys.

If it flies or hovers, it will be at the Paris Air Show.
LE BOURGET, France (AP) — While Airbus and Boeing will again hog the spotlight at the Paris Air Show with their battle for ever-larger slices of the lucrative pie in the sky, a lot of the really interesting stuff will be going on elsewhere at the upcoming biennial aviation and defense industry gathering.
An F-35 jet arrives at its new operational base at Hill Air Force Base, in northern Utah.
Airbus and Boeing will again hog the spotlight at the Paris Air Show with their battle for ever-larger slices of the lucrative pie in the sky.
An aerial view of the 50th Paris Air Show at Le Bourget airport, north of Paris, France.
While Airbus and Boeing will again hog the spotlight at the Paris Air Show with their battle for ever-larger slices of the lucrative pie in the sky, a lot of the really interesting stuff will be going on elsewhere at next weeks massive biennial aviation and defense industry gathering.
June 17, 2017 Lockheed Martins F-35 jet will crane necks with high-speed aerial displays, drones will again be a hot topic and a would-be flying car will aim to show that it is closer to getting off the ground as a consumer ride.
Defense contractors will be seeking customers for their latest high-tech weapons, including drones designed to act as wingmen to piloted aircraft in battle.
More peacefully, therell be the launch of a distress beacon with an integrated GPS transmitter to help locate planes that go down — an issue of vital importance after the failure to locate Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 that disappeared with 239 passengers and crew on March 8, 2014.
And several companies are showcasing technologies to allow passengers to stay connected in the air.
With airlines suffering a string of public relations embarrassments recently — from the United Airlines passenger getting dragged off a flight to British Airways massive outage — the aerospace industry is eager to show off its goods.
Here, in greater detail, is a taste of what to watch for at the show, which runs from June 19-25: AIRBUS VS. BOEING AGAIN The U.S. and European manufacturers invariably seek to out-do each other by announcing big deals at the show.
The last event in 2015 brought orders for 421 planes worth $57 billion for Airbus and orders for 331 planes worth $50 billion for Boeing.
Airbus and Boeing orders have seen a downturn in recent years after a buying spree by Mideast and Asian carriers.
This year, each company is expected to announce around 200 orders, though some may be airlines or leasing companies firming up earlier tentative orders. Neither Boeing nor Airbus is unveiling a major new plane at the show.
Likely to get attention are Boeings latest 787 model, the 787-10, and Airbus answer to it, the A350-1000, the latest version of the long-delayed Airbus wide-body.
Boeing will also show its 737 Max 9 and Airbus will show the single-aisle A321, popular for its fuel efficiency.
MAKE WAY FOR THE F-35 Among the 130 aircraft on display, the star will likely be the cutting-edge F-35 stealth jet fighter, which costs about $100 million each.
Designed to creep up undetected on ground targets and for air-to-air combat, the jet will wow with daily flights — hoping to impress potential foreign customers for manufacturer Lockheed Martin.
Briefings, by the planes chief test pilot and others, on the jets aerial capabilities and the F-35 program could produce news about recent problems that grounded U.S.
Air Force F-35s at a base in Arizona, after pilots reported symptoms of oxygen deprivation. Air Force will use the F-35 to replace the A-10 and F-16, and has already taken delivery of more than 100 of the planes.
DRONES, OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES Big, small, deadly or peaceful, drones of all shapes and sizes that do jobs once done by pilots — and jobs that pilots cant — are expected to be a major source of interest and business at the show.
Therell also be discussion about how to ensure that civilian drones dont unsafely clog the skies, by tripping over commercial flights and each other. San Diego-based Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Inc.
says it will display its fighter-like Valkyrie and Mako drones, which it touts as being highly maneuverable, stealthy, able to fly at near supersonic speeds and designed to function as wingmen to manned aircraft in contested airspace. There will also be drones for surveillance and intelligence-gathering.

Blind Date or Kama Sutra? Babe demonstrates 'favourite position' in major overshare
In fact, within minutes of hunky bachelor Damian entering the show, viewers were deep in innuendo.
Commenting on the studs impressive beard, Paul gushed: My God, look at that – its massive! Suffice to say the ears of the prospective ladies pricked up in a hurry. How big is it? Paul pressed on.
Damian proudly shot back eight inches with a wry grin. Things took an even filthier turn as he asked the gals what their favourite position to be in was.
Keen to impress, shoe designer Lesley wasted no time dropping to the floor and lying on her back. She threw her legs in the air and struggled to clasp the hemline of her skirt down as the crowd went wild.
Nonetheless, the brunette insisted that the position was purely for the perfect shoe-fie – a pose that helps one take a picture of their shoes. You wont believe what shes doing here. You might like this Damian, a shocked Paul remarked.
Shes agile, Ill give her that. The comments whipped fellow competitor Tara into quite the frenzy, who blurted out: My favourite position is the squat – I look quite good from that angle!.
While she pointed out that she generally struck the pose for workout purposes, clearly Damians imagination ran wild. He ended up choosing the blonde and the pair looked to be undressing each other with their eyes after the big reveal.
Damian and Tara will return next week to let us know how they got on. Earlier in the episode, Paul ruffled feathers after brutally mocking contestant Ryans manhood.

Was it an ACCIDENT or INCIDENT? - ENRICH your ENGLISH VOCABULARY - Duration: 3:20.
hi I'm in a queue on the motorway because there's been an accident now what's the
difference between accident and incident it is Susan Brodar from SPEAK Languages
and TRAVEL the World here to help you improve your English with minimum effort
a maximum benefit and if you are if you speak a language of Latin origin it
might confuse these two words because they are apparently figured with
absolutely different in meaning so an accident is when something happens
unexpectedly but it always has negative consequences so if two cars crash
probably this is what's happened today there's been an accident and we hope
nobody got hurt but in any case there must be some damage to the car or if you
are at the table and you accidentally knocked a glass over and spill all the
liquid that was an accident you did it by accident and the negative consequence
is that he lost all the wine or whatever was in the glass and maybe also got wet
to make the tablecloth wet or maybe even made somebody the best dress all dirty
and so those are all accidents things which happen unexpectedly with negative
consequences instead an incident is an event which occurs usually unexpectedly
- but not necessarily negative with with a negative consequence so you could
explain something which happened on your trip for example and this is an incident
the time you met your best friend unexpectedly in the town you will be
sitting you tell this story and it is an incident something which occurred in
your life so incidents are not at all negative and they are things which
happen whilst accidents are things which happen with a negative consequence and
so very many people tell stories of incidents which happened in their lives
and we hope they tell if you lower sorry and then and we hope they tell a few
less regarding accidents okay so don't forget accident is something negative
incident isn't and I hope found this useful don't forget to subscribe here ok
I that's all for now bye

English for Chinese Speakers 34 - 'I very bad' or 'I am very bad'? (with subtitles) - Duration: 2:17.
Hello once again everyone, and welcome
back to 'One English Tip in One Minute
for Speakers of Chinese (and its many
language varieties). In these videos I
discuss each week, in detail, one common
English mistake made by Chinese speakers,
and this is video number 34.
I'm not sure if I tell you this enough,
but I think it's a smart, cool and a very
practical thing to do in today's world
to try to improve your English...and even
to know English in the first place. It's
very admirable. In these videos, I show
you a slide, and on the slide there are
two sentences: One is the correct way a
native English speaker would say it, the
other is the wrong way that many Chinese
speakers say it. You need to decide
which one is correct. Do that now. Read
the sentences, listen to me read the
sentences, pause the video, think about
your answers and I will discuss the
answer in the slide that follows this slide.
If you, like millions
of other people out there, got this wrong --
or you took a wild guess and just got it
right -- it simply means that you need to
start studying this. It's really not
that difficult. You just have to get the
structures into your head. To start
you off on that process I've given you
sentences you can study from. You
should memorize these sentences, you
should review them -- it's very important --
and you should put into practice what
you've learned through speaking or
writing or both. Keep repeating this
process until the bad English is out of
your head, and the good English is in your head.

Hi again everybody, and welcome to 'One
English Mistake in One Minute' where each
week I discuss, in detail, one common
English mistake made by English language
learners around the world. This is video number 34.
You know about my respect
and admiration to you for trying to
improve your English...and it's, it's still
there. In this video I will show you a
slide, and on the slide there will be two
sentences: One is the way a native
English speaker would say it -- the correct
way -- and the other is the wrong way a
language learner around the world might
say it. You have to decide which one
is correct. Pause the video if you
have to, and then after the first slide I
will show you another side where I will
discuss the answer a bit.
Okay, hopefully you nailed it. Hopefully you got it right...
but if you didn't, then you should start
to practice to get better at this. To
help you with that process I've given
you three sentence in the in the next
slide and you have to -- or you should -- you
should study them, you should drill them
into your brain and you should put into
practice what you've learned...and just
keep doing that, and you know try to
learn outside of this video as well.
There are many resources out there for you.

Arsenal regularly send huge batches of young stars out on loan every season, as well as first team stars in need of football, but where will they all be playing next season?.
Jack Wilshere and Wojciech Szczesny are among the aces with uncertain futures with Arsene Wenger surely deliberating over whether to bring them back to the fold.
As for the young guns, several have made impressive strides towards the first team and could be involved during 2017/18.

Hi there everybody, and welcome back to
'One English Mistake in One Minute for
Russian Speakers' where each week I
talk about, in detail, one common
English mistake made by Russian speakers
as they try to speak English. This is
video number 34.
If you've watched the
other 33 videos then you might be tired
of hearing it, but I'm going to say it
anyway: Good for you for trying to
improve your English. In these videos I
show you a slide, and on the slide there
are two sentences: One is the correct way
that I is an English speaker would say
something, the other is the wrong way
that many Russian speakers wrongly say
something in English. You have to
decide which is the correct sentence.
Read the sentences, think about the
answer, pause the video if you have to
and I will talk about it in the slide
that follows this slide.
If you got it wrong, or you just took
a wild guess and happened to get it right,
it means you have to study this a bit
more. To start you off on that path
I've given you three sentences you can
study from. You should study the
entire sentences, memorize the entire
sentences, drill them into your head, put
into practice through speaking or

English for Portuguese Speakers 34 - 'the game was excited' or 'the game was exciting'? (subtitled) - Duration: 2:18.
Hi again all, and welcome back to 'One
English Tip in One Minute for Portuguese
Speakers' where each week I talk about
one common English mistake made by
native Portuguese speakers, and this is
the 34th video...or video number 34.
I say it with increased sincerity every
week. I totally admire that you are
working to improve your English, and I
hope you keep it up...and I hope you
continue to watch these videos and watch
the other videos if you haven't already.
If you haven't, I will explain how
this goes. I show you a slide, and on the
slide there are two sentences: One is
the correct way that someone who speaks
English as a mother tongue would say it,
the other is the wrong way that someone
who speaks Portuguese as a mother tongue
might say it. You have to decide
which one is correct. Do that now. Read
the sentences, listen to me read the
sentences, pause the video, think about
your answer and I will talk about the
answer in the slide that follows this slide.
If you got this wrong or you
took a wild guess and just happened to get
it right, don't worry about it too much.
You're in very good company. Many people
make this mistake. What it means is
that you have to start to study to get
past this mistake. To help you off on
that studying process, I've given you
three sentences to study from.
Memorize these sentences in their
entirety, review them -- really hard wire
them into your brain -- and put into
practice what you've learned through
speaking or writing or both...and continue
the process -- using resources outside of
this video if you have to -- until you've
mastered this.

Accessible (accesible): of a place able to be reached or entered. - Duration: 1:23.
Accessible (of a place) able to be reached or entered.
And it was accessible.
And making your ideas accessible is not the same as dumbing it down.
And making that material accessible to lots of other people.
Europe's natural wonders they're so accessible.
How do you make Trello accessible to them?
It makes it really accessible.
It made scholarship more accessible.
I think Google needs to actually make it more accessible.
It's accessible, in principle anyway, everywhere just simply by the act of looking up.
Make it clean and green and accessible.
Or do we need to make it more accessible?
Parables are short stories, which are very accessible with a built-in meaning.
Posting it on a Web site in an accessible format.
So other kinds of opportunities are less easily accessible.
That should be accessible even to kids.

English Tips for Speakers of Indian Languages 34-'marriage anniversary' or 'wedding anniversary'?SUB - Duration: 2:19.
Hi there once again everyone, and welcome
to 'One English Tip in One Minute for
Speakers of Indian languages' (and, again,
the many Indian languages). In these
videos I talk about each week, in detail,
one common English mistake that people
from India make when they speak English,
and this is video number 34.
As I'm increasingly fond of saying, because
you've made it this far in these videos --
or at least I hope so and, if you haven't,
then you should go back and watch the
other videos -- nice going for working to
improve your English. If you've heard
that many times before, then you know how
this works. I show you a slide, and on the
slide there are two sentences. One is the
correct way that someone who speaks
English as a mother tongue would say it,
the other is the wrong way that many
people from India say it. You have to
decide which one is correct. Do that
now. Read the sentences, pause the video
if you have to - and you most certainly
will -- and think about your answer. I
will talk about the answer in the slide
that follows this next slide.
Hopefully that went well, and you
didn't have any problem with this. But if
you did -- if you got it wrong, or you just
happened to guess right, you don't know why --
it only means that you have to start
studying this. It doesn't actually
take very long to get past these
mistakes, as long as you understand why
you make them and you have some
resources to get past them. One
resource, or the starting resource, I'm
giving you are three sentences that you
can study from. Study the sentences in
their entirety, drill them into your
brain and put into practice what you've
learned through speaking or writing or
both. You'll probably make more
mistakes along the way, but eventually
you'll get it. I promise: Hard work, you'll
get it.

Chris Soules Did Not Have Alcohol or Drugs in His System Following Fatal Crash, Attorneys State - Duration: 4:03.
Chris Soules did not have alcohol or drugs in his system following the fatal crash that claimed the life of war veteran Kenneth Moser, according to new court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
"A report issued by the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation's (DCI) Criminalistics Laboratory, Mr Soules' specimens were negative for drugs and alcohol," new documents filed Friday by Soules' legal team read.
"The DCI conducted thorough toxicology testing on two separate samples – his urine and blood – and conclusively determined no detectable amounts of alcohol or drugs were in either specimen.
Furthermore, Mr Soules has not been charged with any alcohol related offense. Rather, Mr Soules has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident," the documents state.
According to the documents, the former Bachelor star's legal team also claims that the following are "not admissible" and has filed a motion that they not be used in reference to the case or presented to a jury: "Any evidence, testimony, reference, or argument that, on the night in question, Mr Soules: 1) purchased alcohol, 2) consumed alcohol, 2) drove while impaired, or 3) had beer cans in or around his vehicle.
His team is also requesting that Moser, who died at Mercy Hospital in Oelwein after his tractor and the pickup truck crashed, as reported by KWWL. com, not be referred to a "victim" during the trial.
"Mr Soules, like all other accused persons in the State of Iowa, is presumed innocent," the documents read, and also state that, "The State has not charged Mr Soules with any crime asserting he is criminally responsible for the death of the decedent.
Thus, it is wholly improper for the State or any witness to refer to the decedent as a 'victim' since such a reference inaccurately characterizes the events relevant to the instant charge.".
On April 25, Soules was arrested at 1:16 a.m. after a deadly car crash. According to the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office, Soules was charged with leaving the scene of the fatal car accident that left 66-year-old Mosher dead.
Soules was not charged with driving under the influence, though court documents reveal Soules was in possession of alcoholic beverages/containers.
The Iowa State Patrol alleges that Soules fled the scene. His vehicle was later found at a home that he was present at, and Soules allegedly refused to leave the house until officers obtained a search warrant several hours later.
"Mr Soules would not come out of the home. It took hours to get a search warrant to retrieve Mr Soules from inside of that house in order to continue the investigation. That took hours," the state prosecutor said in court.
"At no point did Mr Soules come out of the house, or cooperate with law enforcement at any point in trying to get in contact with him regarding this individual and the [fatal] accident.".
In May, Soules entered a not guilty plea to the charge of leaving the scene of the fatal accident in April.
