Ask Yoast: 302 or 307 redirect? - Duration: 1:12.
Hey, Marcel Bootsman who we know as Nostromo on Tweeter and anywhere else
emailed us asking, "Can you explain when to use a 302
and want to use a 307 for temporary URLs?"
Yes I can.
Well it's actually quite simple.
If the URL is really, really temporary please do use a 307.
Only use a 302 if you want the URL that you are redirecting
to show up in the search results
with the content of the page that you are redirecting to.
So you have page A with a URL and you have page B with a content.
You want the URL of page A
to show up with the content of page B in the index.
If that's what you want use a 302.
If that's not what you want use a 307.
If something is not temporary but permanent
use a 301 redirect and not anything else.
Good luck.

Am I Hypomanic or Happy? - Duration: 3:16.
What's up everybody? It's Hannah.
So I am doing a follow-up video
to a video that I did a couple months ago
called "Hypomanic Hannah".
And it has to do with a lot of the questions
and comments I got after the video
that I kind of wanted to discuss
pertaining to the aspect of bipolar disorder
that we know as "hypomania".
I looked up the symptoms of bipolar two disorder one time.
I saw some of the things that said:
Too confident. Too excited. Too happy.
And I'm thinking to myself,
"Damn, that sounds fantastic!
Why would I ever want to not be
too excited or too happy?"
And I think this is where the conflict comes,
when it comes to hypomania;
and what separates being happy versus hypomanic.
Like hypomania, when it gets out of control,
is when it becomes impulsive.
When I do things that are kind of
a little bit crossing the line.
And I'm going to give you an example right now.
You know, I dropped out of college
at one point because I wanted to be a singer.
And this is great
but I don't have a great voice.
And I thought that I really did.
And listen, I was young
and I was experimenting.
So I'm not going to completely blame it
on bipolar disorder.
But I dropped out of college
and I caused my family
a lot of financial debt.
And I went and sang around at these places,
which was fine.
But then I like ran up to New York City
and ended up walking into
all of these different places
that were like modeling agencies.
And it was freezing cold out.
I didn't have a jacket or anything.
With my picture in my hand, I was like:
"I'm Hannah Blum
and I'm going to be the next Rihanna."
But the other side of it,
I am a little bit of a wild child
and I don't think being really happy
and excited
means that I need to be sedated.
I think you have to be very aware of yourself.
And that's why journaling, for me, is huge.
And kind of being aware of those triggers that say:
"Okay Hannah. You're not sleeping."
"And that's a bit impulsive."
That's when I know that I'm going into a hypomania.
But I think you can be happy
and live with bipolar disorder.
I mean extremes are part of our life, right?
That's kind of what makes us epic.
And I've used that word a lot
and I love that word.
Okay. But please share your response
about hypomania or being too happy.
What you think about it.
Do a response video.
I'll leave the information below.
And I can't wait to read your comments.
I love them so much.
And I'll see you next week. Bye.

Bloodthirsty Koch Brothers Warn – Cut Our Taxes Or No More Campaign Money - Duration: 3:57.
This past weekend, the Koch brothers hosted a donor retreat where at least 18 elected
officials also attended, where they met with wealthy Republican donors, talked policy,
and basically just mingled and had a great time with one another.
During this meeting, both the Koch brothers and several other wealthy donors issued a
warning to Republicans in the United States, "If you do not pass healthcare reform and
if you do not pass tax reform, we are going to close the piggy banks."
Specifically, one wealthy Republican donor from Dallas said that his Dallas piggy bank
is now closed until those two initiatives, those two pieces of legislation actually get
passed.
What's happening here is that these Republican donors are engaging in extortion, I mean textbook
definition of extortion at this point.
They're trying to get money in the form of tax breaks, and they're using coercive measures
threatening to remove funding for these Republicans in order to get it.
That, folks, is extortion, a federal crime.
That's how we get a lot of Mafia members put in prison, by charging them with extortion,
and that is exactly what these wealthy Republican donors are doing to members of the Republican
Party.
Now I have no sympathy for members of the Republican Party whatsoever, not even the
least little bit, but they are currently being held hostage by these wealthy donors.
They know that they have to go back to D.C. and pass healthcare reform only because it
cuts taxes on the wealthy.
They have to pass their so-called tax reform because it cuts taxes for the top one percent,
and that's what these wealthy donors want.
That is what they've been trying to get done for years but couldn't get it through
Obama, and now the Republicans control everything.
They're calling in the chips.
They're saying, "It's time for you to deliver for us because we have consistently delivered
for you."
That's what big money does to American politics.
These Republicans and even those who weren't in attendance, people like Paul Ryan, who
is completely beholden to the Koch brothers, they owe them everything and they will deliver
on everything that they can for these wealthy donors.
Those are the only people that they care about.
They do not care about their constituents.
They do not care about the environment, policy, healthcare, Medicaid, anything other than
cutting taxes for their wealthy donors because they know, and Republican donors proved it,
confirmed it this weekend, that if they don't do that, if they don't give these billionaires
more money, then their campaign funds are going to dry up.
Now a skilled lawyer could come in here, see what these people said at these meetings,
and absolutely move forward with extortion charges.
Unfortunately, our US Supreme Court says that political money is free speech, so it would
be a little difficult to actually get charges against these people for this.
But make no mistake, if this were any other situation, not politics, the men at that meeting
would absolutely be charged with extortion.

Is the Fed Really Interested In Protecting Consumers or Is It just Lip Service? - Duration: 6:14.
Eric Ben Artzi … is a former risk officer at Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Ben-Artzi was one of three former Deutsche Bank employees turned whistleblowers who in
2010-2011 notified regulators of improper accounting at Deutsche.
What was discovered resulted in a five-year investigation and a $55 million settlement
between Deutsche Bank and the SEC.
While Mr. Ben-Artzi was entitled to 15 percent of the award, he publicly rejected the multimillion
dollar award.
He shines as an example of a whistleblower who truly wants to change the system without
any personal monetary or other gratification.
In his most recent post, he reminds us to not let the political upheaval in the U.S.
and abroad cloud our judgements and common sense and hide what is still not happening
to correct the situation.
Government continues to exhibit an abject failure to correct the underlying causes of
the "culture that wreaked havoc on the financial system."
He says, "Fortunately, every now and then a tone-deaf bureaucrat inadvertently reminds
us of how far our institutions have strayed from their obligation to serve the public."
His example,
"William C. Dudley, President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, recently
addressed the UK's Banking Standards Board in London (BSB).
Mr. Dudley's speech capped several years of joint work by the New York Fed and the
BSB on the issue of reforming the culture of banking."
In that speech, Mr. Dudley pointed out a benchmarking survey conducted by the BSB which stated that
of the 28,000 or so responders in banking, nearly 30 percent of them were worried about
negative consequences if they raised concerns at work.
Supposedly this culture of fear is what Mr. Dudley's Fed and the BSB are attempting
to change.
In a previous post, I pointed out how banks retaliate against brokers, employees and others
for blowing the whistle, definitely a fixation with me as you might imagine.
In that post, we talked about the culture of winks and nods and jobs for the boys, where
too many people making bad decisions have gotten where they are for reasons other than
excellence.
The culture of fear seems to permeate the financial services industry.
Regardless of what steps Mr. Dudley may point out to "fix" the situation, the Fed, the
SEC and other regulators and key officials still look the other way.
Whom do we, should we believe?
The facts frankly say not the Fed and other regulatory agencies.
A prime example of the out of control behavior by our regulatory agencies is the Wells Fargo
situation.
Comptroller of the Currency Thomas Curry said during a congressional hearing in September,
soon after the bank's $185-million settlement with the OCC and other regulators, that he
had ordered a review of the OCC's supervision of Wells Fargo.
Wednesday's report is the product of that review.
In a recent report, the Office of the Controller of the Currency (OCC) admitted to lax oversight
on its part toward Wells Fargo, missing many opportunities to address its wrongdoing.
The report goes on to say, "The OCC did not take timely and effective supervisory
actions after the bank and the OCC together identified significant issues with complaint
management and sales practices."
This lack of oversight has to date resulted in significant lawsuits and settlements.
The report points out that in 2010 the bank examiners met with Carrie Tolstedt, the former
Wells Fargo executive, then in charge of the community banking division which was at the
center of the unauthorized accounts scandal.
While the examiners asked about the 700 whistle-blower complaints of workers "gaming" the bank's
sales goal system so they could receive more compensation, after that initial meeting the
investigation was dropped.
The OCC looked the other way and the fraud continued.
Some lawmakers, including Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas), the chairman of the House Financial
Services Committee have also asked why the OCC and the Consumer Financial Protection
Bureau had not identified problems at the bank earlier.
A spokesman said Wednesday that it seems clear the agency failed in this case; in just this
case!!
Really??
"If there was ever a case where consumers needed regulators to protect them, this was
it, "said Jeff Emerson, a spokesperson commenting on the report.
"Yet obviously Washington regulators, including the OCC, failed to do their jobs and let the
American people down."
The OCC did confront Carrie Tolstedt, then head of Wells Fargo's community bank, about
the stunning number of whistleblower claims.
However, there are no records that show that federal inspectors "investigated the root
cause," or force Wells Fargo to probe it.
And the OCC report also says that the Wells Fargo's board of directors received "regular"
reports going back to 2005 indicating that most ethics line complaints and firings were
related to sales violations.
Our regulators and that includes the Fed do not have a culture which permits dissent.
In fact, their own retaliation against Fed whistleblower Carmen Segarra, for not going
easy on the banks is another example.
The Fed's actions during and after the financial crisis have raised serious concerns about
its leadership's priorities.
It seems that it prefers the financial interests of America's banking elite over those of
the general public.
Numerous examples of revolving doors (Mr. Dudley himself is a former Goldman Sachs chief
economist) and conflicts of interest have been exposed in the Fed since the financial
crisis.
The Fed needs to also be accountable.
It has too much of its own dirty laundry; so how can it "fix" others issues?
Richard Bowen was a Business Chief Underwriter for Mortgages for Citigroup during the housing
bubble financial crisis meltdown.
He saw fraud first hand inside Citigroup in the way the company underwrote mortgages.

Nên hay không nên ăn kiwi khi mang thai? - Should or should not kiwi during pregnancy? - Duration: 10:07.
Should or should not kiwi during pregnancy?
Kiwi is known as a health fruit with lots of nutrients but pregnant should eat kiwi during pregnancy?
What is the effect of kiwi on pregnant health?
Kiwifruit is mainly imported from New Zealend and China. The fruit of this fruit lasts from April to December every year.
The taste of kiwi is said to be mixed between pineapple and strawberry that awakens the taste buds of the majority of women.
The reason why kiwi is so popular is that the fruit contains 80 kinds of nutrients that are good for health.
But what effect does this fruit have on her health? Should not kiwi eat pregnant women?
To know more about the effect of kiwi on the health of pregnant women follow the article below!
1. Folic acid supplement
Folic acid - a neurological nutrient that is extremely important in the development of the nervous system
system as well as helps to prevent the risk of neural tube defects in the fetus.
The amount of folic acid in green kiwi can be as much as 10 times the amount of folic acid
in apples and five times as much in grapes and pears as the great nutrient needed for mums in the fruit
In particular, the amount of folic acid in yellow kiwifruit can be up to three times that of green kiwi.
So to supplement the amount of folate for the body during early pregnancy,
the mother should choose the kiwi for a rich and nutritious daily nutritional menu.
2. Rich fiber source
Pregnant women haunt the fear of constipation. The abdominal discomfort caused mother fatigue led
to not want to eat anything else to make the body serious nutrition deficiency.
In addition, too long accumulation of toxins can potentially harm the body of mother and baby.
On average, a kiwi contains up to 2.5 grams of fiber,
which is extremely good for the digestive system of pregnant mothers.
This fruit helps digestion while helping mothers eliminate toxins from the body
to reduce the risk of intestinal diseases.
3. Vitamin C supplementation
Not only is it essential for metabolic metabolism of the body that vitamin C is important
for the fetal development and development of the fetus in the mother and helps
to reduce the incidence of prematurity in pregnant women.
Kiwifruit can provide vitamin C in excess of 140% of the daily vitamin requirement,
with only one kiwi supplemented with vitamins for gestational development as well as reduced fertility for pregnant women.
Kiwi is not always good for mother's health
Although it contains many nutrients necessary for maternal health such as folic acid, vitamin C,
fiber and many other vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium ...
but not with mother Kiwi is also appropriate here!
For pregnant mothers with a history of allergy to late fruit or kidney stones,
gallstones should not eat kiwifruit or may consider eating kiwifruit after consultation with a physician.
Pregnancy should only eat 1-2 kiwis a day, avoid eating more kiwi or any other fruit.
Kiwi can also cause undesirable conditions for mother such as nausea, vomiting, rash, ...
When you see any symptoms, you should immediately stop eating this fruit
and come right the nearest medical facility for the doctor to see.
There is no denying the great effect of kiwifruit on pregnant women and babies, but it is impossible
for moms to ignore the nutritionist's warnings. Kiwifruit must also be properly and in time
to be able to supplement essential nutrients for the health of mother and baby.

How to Protect an Iowa Nursing Home Resident from Abuse or Neglect - Duration: 4:10.
My name is Pressley and I'm an attorney
at RSH Legal.
Do you suspect that your loved one
is being abused or neglected
in an Iowa nursing home?
If you believe a nursing home resident
is being mistreated,
there are some things you can do
to protect them.
It's important you know what the signs
of abuse or neglect look like.
Here is a list of common things
to look for:
Of course, unexplained bruises or marks
Increased falls, especially those
that cause any broken bones or head injuries
Changes in personality -
becoming depressed, afraid, combative
You can look for signs of malnutrition
or dehydration
Bedsores and other infections
Poor personal hygiene
If your resident seems groggy
or tired most of the time
Remember, these injuries,
these symptoms or behaviors
are not always signs of neglect or abuse,
but they should, in the very least,
raise questions about the level of care
that's being provided.
Be aware that personality changes
in the elderly are often quickly dismissed.
Perhaps they'll say it's evidence
of dementia.
And while dementia can be one
of the possible causes for these changes,
abuse or neglect can be another.
Have a complete physical
and mental examination of your loved one
done by a doctor you trust.
If dementia is ruled out,
consider the possibility that
your loved one may be trying
to tell you something.
Once you've determined that your loved one
is being abused or neglected,
or you have concerns about it,
one of the first steps is to discuss
your concerns with the facility's
administrator.
Bring any pictures or other proof with you
to the meeting.
The administrator should address
each of your concerns fully and completely.
It is possible that perceived abuse
or neglect was a result of miscommunication
or other issues within the facility.
If they do not correct the issue
or the issues that you bring up,
then you can move on to file
a formal complaint with the state of Iowa.
If the abuse or neglect is severe,
or continues to occur,
a formal complaint should be filed
with the Iowa Department of
Inspections and Appeals through their
Health Facilities Division.
The Department of Inspections and Appeals
is responsible for the inspection and
regulation of all Medicare- and Medicaid-
certified nursing home facilities in Iowa.
The form can be filled out online
through their website, it can be mailed
to their office, or you may call them
on their toll-free complaint line
at 1-877-686-0027.
Be as specific as you can when
filling out the complaint.
This is where having kept a file
of any issues that have come up
in the past can be handy.
You can produce care plans,
incident reports, medical records,
and other important papers
that you may have.
Once you have filed a complaint,
the Department of Inspections and Appeals
will investigate the nursing home.
They will conduct interviews,
review the records, observe the staff,
and perhaps even talk to the residents.
Once the evidence has been
collected and reviewed,
the Department of Inspections and Appeals
will decide whether to issue a complaint
or whether they cannot find
whether it's substantiated.
Regardless of how the Department
of Inspections and Appeals rules, you may
no longer feel comfortable
with your loved one in that facility.
And if that is the case,
then you need to talk to their doctor
about possibly moving them.
You are allowed to remove your loved one
to a different facility
whenever you feel that it's necessary.
If you have questions about how a loved one
is being treated in a care facility,
call RSH Legal at 1-800-433-0283
or visit our website,

Politiken photographer in The Mediterrenean: Should I take a photo or save a life? Short documentary - Duration: 10:25.
We are giving out life jackets on the second spot on the ocean.
Then, on the radio, we hear Chris from the other motorboat 'Tornado', screaming frantically.
"There are people in water, people are drowning! It's chaos. There's a hole in the boat!"
It's crazy when we arrive at the scene. What is going on is overwhelming –
– we can see people lying around in the water.
And we can see that 'Tornado' is almost sinking –
– and it's completely crowded with people standing on it.
It's really not a good situation to have people in the water.
And as soon as there are some people in the water, others jump in in desperation –
– and suddenly there are too many people in the water that you can get an overview and get them all aboard.
We pull one or two aboard.
When I get the picture of this group of people in the water with the dead pregnant woman –
– I don't notice the body.
All of a sudden we leave them and that's a bit confusing.
But that's because it's very important that we help relieve some weight from the other boat.
On the way over there I suddenly see Max –
– Max is a doctor on our team –
– who have jumped in the water to rescue a woman, and is now treading water.
There are not many people helping –
– and you are one of them.
So do you choose to be photographer or a rescuer?
If it ends in a situation where I took a picture instead of maybe saving a life –
– I think, I would find it difficult to live on after that.
So I had prepared myself mentally for that situation.
It's always a dangerous risk that people jump into the water as soon as they see us.
So it's important to calm people down, and get close enough –
– that people can get aboard without jumping into the water.
You can see Robert passing them his helmet, so that they can use it to shovel water.
You feel that you are racing the clock.
Some of our doctors told us that it takes 30 seconds to drown.
You don't have much timer under water.
That's the reason why I don't like to risk photographing instead of helping.
So the few pictures that I do get, is when the boat is moving.
It's not until this moment that I realize that there is a body in the water.
Most of these people can't swim. And they are in chock.
And you don't know if they have tightened their life jackets properly.
It's really about getting them onboard.
The photographer in me sees a lot of really powerful situations playing out.
And I see a lot of photos that I could get, work with and frame properly.
The photographer that have spent 27 years being capable of photographing in difficult situations –
– that photographer I had to try to suppress.
You have to pull them in, pull them by their clothes, whatever you can get ahold of.
They are slippery.
You have so much adrenaline rushing through your body that you have another strength.
When you are suddenly out there in the giant ocean –
– where there is only the horizon.
There is nothing to see, you're simply alone out there. There is silence.
It's the giant nothing.
And then all of a sudden, there is an inflatable boat –
– completely overcrowded with people.
When you see that for the first time, and get close, it simply is overwhelming.
It is something that you don't understand untill you see it.
And when you smell it and hear it, it is very different from what you could imagine.
When we head back to the ship and are waiting to get people onboard, there is a strange calmness –
– where you are just sitting here waiting with the adrelanine still rushing through your body –
– trying to tell people to stay calm while still being fired up yourself.
Suddenly you can smell that people are reeking of gasoline.
They have been in a boat where their extra gas tank have been leaking.
I don't know if the enginge leaks as well.
But in many situations we have experienced that people were sitting in a soup of gasoline, saltwater and piss.
And there's something in the gasoline, that we don't have in our gas back home –
–which means that all the people who have been sitting in that soup gets chemical burns –
– these wounds that look like regular burns, that they get.
To get this close to this big story that we hear about on an abstract level all the time –
– with numbers and terms like "convenience-refugees" and what else you hear.
When you get out there, and get eye to eye with the situation –
– then this whole discussion about "convenience-refugees", and if they fled from war or from poverty –
– or whatever it is –
– it seems completely abstract and doesn't matter at all.
It comes down to a question of –
– of human kindness, actually.
Treating...
It gets real. It gets in eye level.
