Some US Airlines Are Testing Mandatory Facial Recognition Scans On Americans Flying Abroad

Just when you thought air travel couldnt get any more invasive, authoritarian and downright

miserable, the Department of Homeland Security and two U.S. carriers are determined to prove

you wrong.

Yesterday, Harrison Rudolph, a law fellow at the Center on Privacy & Technology at Georgetown

Law, wrote a very troubling article at Slate titled, DHS Is Starting to Scan Americans

Faces Before They Get on International Flights.

Heres some of what we learned:

Decades ago, Congress mandated that federal authorities keep track of foreign nationals

as they enter and leave the United States.

If the government could record when every visitor stepped on and off of U.S. soil, so

the thinking went, it could easily see whether a foreign national had overstayed a visa.

But in June of last year, without congressional authorization, and without consulting the

public, the Department of Homeland Security started scanning the faces of Americans leaving

the country, too.

You may have heard about new JetBlue or Delta programs that let passengers board their flights

by submitting to a face recognition scan.

Few realize, however, that these systems are actually the first phase of DHSs Biometric

Exit program.

For certain international flights from Atlanta and New York, DHS has partnered with Delta

to bring mandatory face recognition scans to the boarding gate.

The Delta system checks a passenger is supposed to be on the plane by comparing her face,

captured by a kiosk at the boarding gate, to passenger manifest photos from State Department

databases.

It also checks passengers citizenship or immigration status.

Meanwhile, in Boston, DHS has partnered with JetBlue to roll out a voluntary face recognition

system for travelers flying to Aruba.

In JetBlues case, you can actually get your face scanned instead of using a physical

ticket.

While these systems differ in details, they have two things in common.

First, they are laying the groundwork for a much broader, mandatory deployment of Biometric

Exit across the country.

Second, they scan the faces of everyoneincluding American citizens.

Treating U.S. citizens like foreign nationals contradicts years of congressional mandates.

DHS has never consulted the American public about whether Americans should be subject

to face recognition.

Thats because Congress has never given Homeland Security permission to do it in the

first place.

Congress has passed Biometric Exit bills at least nine times.

In each, it has been clear: This is a program meant for foreign nationals.

In fact, when President Trump issued an executive order in January on Biometric Exit, it was

actually reissued to clarify that it didnt apply to American citizens.

Behind the scenes, DHS is already handling your face recognition photo in ways many travelers

might find alarming.

For instance, after JetBlue scans your face, your photo is temporarily stored in DHSs

threat modeling ecosystem.

What is it doing there?

While there is no indication right now that DHS is, for example, comparing your face against

a hotlist of known or suspected terrorists, its easy to imagine DHS pulling the trigger.

People with foreign-sounding names have already struggled for years with false matches on

the No Fly List.

Will people with foreign-looking faces encounter the same discrimination?

And this may only be the beginning.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protections John Wagner, Homeland Security is in internal

negotiations to bring face recognition to the TSA security checkpoint.

What might mission creep look like?

One possible scenario involves DHS deciding to search your face against state and local

law enforcement databases.

Would you be comfortable with your face being compared to the faces of wanted criminals

simply because you flew home to see your parents?

Or maybe DHS could decide to share your face with the FBI.

That could mean your face being compared with unknown suspects in security camera footage.

Imagine being investigated for a crime you didnt commit because, while passing through

the airport, an algorithm matched your face to a suspect in a grainy surveillance video.

This is absolutely absurd.

Meanwhile, heres Deltas announcement of the facial-recognition test.

They write it as if customers will be excited about this Orwellian surveillance.

Delta customers departing Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport and New York-JFK for international

destinations this summer will be part of a test that captures customers biometrics

upon exit of the United States at the same time they self-scan their boarding pass.

Delta is the first airline Customs and Border Protection has partnered with to test new

biometric exit immigration procedure and technology designed to give CBP an enhanced ability to

record when visitors depart the U.S.

Deltas tests, powered by biometric identification and management providers Vision-Box at JFK

(pictured) and NEC Corporation of America at ATL, confirms passenger identity using

advanced facial recognition technology and Delta ticketing information in a single, automated,

reliable and highly secure solution.

Upon successful screening at JFK, the eGate will open for individual customers to pass

into the boarding area.

In Atlanta, a different, self-contained unit will capture and verify customers identity

before the customer continues on to boarding.

All customer data is securely managed by CBP.

Delta is always willing to partner with the CBP as it continues testing new technologies

to improve its processes, said Gil West, Deltas Chief Operating Officer.

Its spirit of innovation aligns with Deltas as we continue pioneering our own biometric

customer experience solutions to enhance the airport travel experience for customers while

giving employees the ability to focus on higher-touch customer needs.

Deltas JFK test launched June 12 at gate B24, while customers will start experiencing

the one-step process in ATL at gates E10 and E12 later this summer.

The Atlanta pilot will build on a year-long collaboration between Delta, NEC and CBP that

has been testing facial recognition and boarding technology for exit screening on ATL gates

F6 and F9.

CBP has been working with our stakeholders to build a simplified, but secure travel process

that not only meets the biometric exit mandate, but also aligns with CBPs and the travel

industrys modernization efforts, said John Wagner, Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioner,

Office of Field Operations, CBP.

We are happy to be working with partners, like Delta, to expand the use of facial biometric

technology to create an innovative, more efficient travel experience for passengers.

Technology providers Vision-Box and NEC added:

Vision-Box is excited to partner with Delta to provide an innovative self-boarding e-Gate

system that combines airline boarding and biometric exit capture capabilities in a single

process, said Miguel Leitmann, Vision-Box CEO.

Passenger experience, high biometric accuracy and personal data protection are among the

key metrics the pilot is addressing in order to establish a foundation to scale up to other

airports.

NEC Corporate of America Senior Vice President Raffie Beroukhim said, Utilization of biometrics

is perhaps the only means of balancing increased safety and security with passenger convenience.

As a leading provider of such technologies, NEC is proud of the partnership with Delta

and CBP in Atlanta, the progress made to date, and further potential in improving both safety

and passenger convenience. If you fly Delta, you may want to make your

opinions on

this issue crystal clear.

WW3 update. Russia now targeting U.S. warplanes. - Duration: 5:55.

Welcome back. I'm Gruffdkins and here we will try to bring you some of the

important news surrounding international tensions that you may not have seen on

your standard news networks. Today we have four major stories. North Korea

tests a new ICBM rocket engine. South Korea tests its own ballistic missile.

The latest U.S. ICBM defense test fails. And Russia is now targeting U.S.

warplanes. So let's get into it. Just days after the death of Otto Warmbier, the

american student who was released from North Korea in a critical medical condition,

Kim jong-un's regime has successfully tested an engine believed to be one part

of an ICBM rocket stage. This has caused concern, particularly in the U.S. as it is

an indication that despite sanctions and international pressure North Korea is

still actively pursuing its ICBM ballistic missile program. It is commonly

known that they are intent on developing a nuclear weapon capable of reaching

mainland America. In fact following this test the North has issued new and

chilling threats stating that "the army of the DPRK (North Korea's official title)

is whetting the sword of retaliation sharper than before with a nuclear sword

of justice that will only bring the U.S. destruction." Bold words, but there is no

doubt that the threat from North Korea is increasing with every ballistic or

nuclear test they conduct. Meanwhile South Korea successfully tested its

latest ballistic missile that would enable it to target anywhere in the

whole of North Korea. The South Korean military revealed there had already been

several tests of the new Hyunmoo-2 missile and that it will, after two

more tests, be ready for use. Apparently hitting its desired target

area after a flight of nearly 500 miles, it

came very quickly after the North Korean ICBM engine test. South Korea's president

Moon jae-in said that his country needs to be in a powerful position if it hopes

to engage in dialogue with North Korea stating "the policy of embracing North

Korea is possible when we have a defense capability that surpasses that of North

Korea." This is the longest range of ballistic missile that South Korea is

allowed to develop under an agreement it has with the U.S. South Korea joined the

MTCR or missile technology control regime and

agreed guidelines in 2012 to ballistic missiles being limited to a range of 800

kilometers or approximately 500 miles and a maximum payload of 500 kilograms.

In other news the new SM-3 Block IIA interceptor failed its latest tests in the

Pacific off the coast of Hawaii this week. A joint program between the United

States and Japan it is being developed with the intention of being able to

defeat medium and intermediate-range ballistic missiles. Significantly

upgraded from the basic Block II missile the Block IIA has longer endurance and

targeting abilities hopefully to increase its kill ability against

targets. Although a previous missile test was successful this time the ship

launched guided missile failed to intercept its target. This highlights the

fact that in reality there is currently no solid defense against an attack by

multiple ballistic missiles. Finally tensions between Russia and the US have

increased dramatically. This follows the shooting down of a Russian-backed Syrian

fighter jet by U.S. warplanes and the shooting down of a Syrian drone, both

said to be targeting US advisors on the ground. Russia has said they are from now

on tracking U.S. warplanes as targets if they stray west of the Euphrates River.

In a statement they said "anything detected in the air from the

International Coalition that enters airspace beyond this line will be

followed by Russian air defense systems and considered targets>" The U.S. of

course said that it's pilots will follow the rules of engagement which allows them to

defend themselves or their forces on the ground. Not long after this a US Air

Force reconnaissance plane was buzzed by an armed Russian SU-27 fighter jet over

the Baltic Sea in what the U.S. called a highly dangerous maneuver. The Russian

jet came screaming in at high speed and flew within five feet of the other

aircrafts wingtip. Russian pilots are renowned for flying in what many pilots

see as a risky fashion and have a reputation for intimidating tactics not

only buzzing aircraft but also US Navy warships. Relations between the two

countries is now at an all-time low. As things develop in this and other

situations around the world's hot spots we will try to keep you informed so

please hit that subscribe button for further updates. And don't forget. The

world is watching so please be kind to each other.

China and US vow to force North Korea to 'irreversible' ditch nuclear weapons - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 4:07.

China and US vow to force North Korea to 'irreversible' ditch nuclear weapons

CHINA yesterday pledged support for US efforts to force the "irreversible" dismantling

of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un's entire nuclear arsenal.

The groundbreaking announcement from Beijing follows international outrage over the death

of American student Otto Warmbier and a string of high-level meetings between top diplomats

and defence chiefs.

Amid rising tensions between Washington and Pyongyang, top brass at the US Defense Intelligence

Agency warned last month that Mr Jong-un's scientists are on an "inevitable path"

to developing an intercontinental nuclear-armed rocket.

Global hostility towards the isolated state intensified sharply last week with the death

of 22-year-old Mr Warmbier just six days after he was flown home to Cincinnati, Ohio, after

18 months in jail in North Korea.

The University of Virginia student was held in January last year while touring North Korea

and was sentenced to 15 years hard labour after being convicted of stealing a propaganda

poster from his hotel room.

Authorities claimed he slipped into a coma as a result of suffering a severe neurological

injury from an unknown cause two months into his sentence.

Mr Jong-un's officials have denied he was tortured and on Friday, the day after his

funeral, claimed North Korea was the "biggest victim" of the tragedy and was "insulted"

by an international smear campaign.

Despite the mystery over the cause of his death, Mr Warmbier's parents Fred and Cindy

refused to allow a post mortem examination but condemned their son's "awful, torturous

mistreatment" which they said ensured there was "no other outcome possible".

Anger has grown in the US over his death.

He was one of 16 US citizens held by North Korea since 1996, including three still there.

Young Pioneer Tours, which organised his trip, said it would stop taking Americans to the

country after his death.

The talks between China and the US resulted in what Chinese state media called a consensus

document.

It declared: "Both sides reaffirm that they will strive for the complete, verifiable and

irreversible denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula."

The Xinhua news agency said the agreement followed talks between diplomat Yang Jiechi

and General Fang Fenghui and US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Defence Secretary

Jim "Mad Dog" Mattis.

Mr Yang later had a private White House meeting with President Donald Trump, who is due to

hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping at next month's G20 Summit in Hamburg.

The leaders first met in April and the Xinhua agency called their new accord "an upgrade

in dialogue mechanisms" between China and the US.

It added the consensus document calls for both countries to "fully" abide by UN

Security Council resolutions and push for further "dialogue and negotiation".

Why Sin Is A Myth That Punishes Us - Duration: 7:59.

Why Sin Is A Myth That Punishes Us

Lust, greed, anger, sloth, pride, envy and gluttony. You probably recognize this collection

of the seven deadly sins from literature and religious texts. Theyre top-rated sins

because they are said to be the basis of fundamental vices, the origins and sources of other transgressions.

But to back up, what is sin anyway? Is it not a judgment call by some authoritative

source we have come to accept? Like immorality, its definition is illusive: we know it when

we see it.

The word sin is one of the more misunderstood and personally detrimental words in the English

language. It contains ominous implications. Simply by calling something a sin is to label

it as wrongbut wrong according to whom? It also taints the person who is performing

the so-called sin. Its not merely a word that we attach to an act but a word we attach

to the person performing an act, as in sinner. Sin is seen not just as what we do but who

we are. And, years in the making, thats a major trigger for its potential destructiveness

to the human psyche.

An emotionally loaded definition for sin is: an act of evil, a crime, wickedness, and

dishonesty. On the more neutral side, sin has been described as an immoral act considered

to go against divine law. And going back earlier in history, sin was simply defined

as missing the mark, as in an archer missing her target.

Why Sin is Flawed

The basic assumption of sin is that someone did something wrong intentionally to harm

someone else. Making the statement She shot that man with a gun, implies a deliberate

act.

But stop a minute to consider alternative explanations. Maybe a gun went off accidentally

with no intention to harm. Or maybe the man being shot was an attacker a rapist and

the woman was defending herself. Or maybe it was a deliberate act by someone who was

not in their right mind as in mentally ill or whose mind was confused due to drugs. Whatever

the case and whatever the scenario, when you strip down sin, theres an underlying assumption

of a guilty party and by extension feelings of guilt on the part of the sinner.

Sin becomes personified. The abstract concept of sin is now assimilated by the individual.

He or she now sees himself as a sinner which brings us to the definition of guilt.

Guilt might be expressed as a bad feeling caused by thinking that you have done something

bad or morally wrong. Here are a couple concepts for you to ponder: sin doesnt exist and

guilt is never true.

Every action we take is innocent. We commit actions merely with the intention of feeling

good or feeling safe. American Banker Robert Zoellick said it succinctly: All of us

make mistakes. The key is to acknowledge them, learn, and move on. And the artful expression

of an ancient Hindu philosophy, the Vedanta, recognizes no sin but only error. The greatest

error, according to Swami Vivekananda in his interpretation of sin in the Vedanta is merely

to say that you are weak, that you are a sinner, a miserable creature, and that you

have no power and you cannot do this and that.

The action itself may have produced wrong results but the person doing it didnt take

that action with the intention of harm or if they did, they did it for one or more reasons:

self-preservation, coercion, fear, cloudy thinking, lack of higher consciousness, love

of country, and so on.

Punishment Emanates From Sin

To make matters more complicated, our laws on certain wrong acts hold us accountable

through punishment for what society has deemed a sin. And what does punishment for

sin accomplish? It merely adds a layer of unease: the feeling of guilt. By feeling guilty

we are being punished at an energetic level over and over for the same crime. Instead

of learning from our mistake we only succeed in punishing ourself unnecessarily. Its

a vicious cycle.

We as individuals are drawn to and to some extent accept that punishment. We assume

blame, admit intention or wrongdoing and this can often lead to feeling guilty. In this

context, sin usurps the definition of evil and individuals see themselves as inherently

bad, as sinners.

Identifying and responding to sin is usually the domain of religious and governmental bodies.

Interpreted by those that govern us to keep people in line, they have systems in place

to carry out justice in response to disobeying those sins. In some countries

and cultures, sex out of wedlock, not obeying your husbands orders, speaking negatively

about ones government, possessing illegal drugs are punishable sins.

A sin is something which is not necessary. G. I. Gurdjieff

The Realization of Truth

Studying and understanding the dynamics of sin can lead to truth and enlightenment. This

realization may occur immediately or it may take time for your consciousness to process

it. Keep an open mind. Choose not to accept an act as sinful, thereby avoiding a layer

of guilt and repeated punishment. Dont invite guilt to establish itself. By inviting

guilt youre only encouraging an open invitation of punishment from the universe. Guilt serves

no purpose. Learning does.

Admit you made a mistake, learn from it, take corrective actions and move on. By substituting

the word mistake for what you would have considered sinful changes the meaning

of this embedded concept. The word mistake has a more positive energy. In doing this

you are able to see mistakes as opportunities for learning and not sinful acts for which

you need to be punished.

When we stop seeing ourselves and others as inherently sinful, our lives become more meaningful

and joyful. We fully flourish as creative human beings when we are not living within

the narrow limits determined by judgments of our actions and the state of our souls.

Understanding the power that words have over us cant be overstated. Sin is an illusion,

but even so, energetically, the guilt emanating from it attracts punishment. Guilt is self-imposed

condemnation. It is personal responsibility led to its extreme.

See sin for what it really is: a hollow word. This in and of itself is a priceless phenomenon

that will transform your life.

S. Korea-U.S. alliance at critical juncture to address threat from N. Korea - Duration: 2:13.

Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha has used this special day to visit a U.S. Army division

unit to reaffirm the two countries' strong alliance.

She said the alliance stands at a critical juncture to address the North's nuclear threats,

but is confident Seoul and Washington can overcome it together.

Connie Kim reports.

Commemorating the 67th anniversary of the outbreak of the Korean War, South Korea's

new Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha visited the U.S. 2nd Infantry Division in Seoul, highlighting

the ironclad, rock-solid alliance with Washington.

It marks the first time a South Korean foreign minister has visited a U.S. Army unit for

the occasion, and thanked the U.S. Forces for their efforts in the war.

But Kang pointed to the North's rapidly growing nuclear program, which threatens both countries,...

and said that threat must be confronted for the allies to move forward seeking prosperity.

"The ROK-U.S. alliance stands at a critical juncture to address this existential threat

from North Korea.

This will be a daunting challenge.

But I am confident that we can together overcome it.

With our ironclad, rock-solid alliance and combined defense posture, we can achieve our

common goal."

The main purpose of Kang's visit was reportedly to highlight the two countries' strong alliance

ahead of the first face-to-face meeting of Presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump in

Washington, which will set the tone of the two countries' relations for the years to

come.

"Our two leaders will discuss joint strategy on furthering our comprehensive strategic

alliance.

They will also be drawing big pictures on how best to address the North Korean nuclear

and missile threats."

North Korea has test-fired five ballistic missiles since President Moon took office

adding to concerns that Pyongyang is on a fast track to developing an ICBM that can

target the U.S. mainland.

But, despite Pyongyang's growing nuclear ambitions,...

Minister Kang's visit to the division reaffirmed the two allies' commitment to "go together"

-- just like the motto of US forces in South Korea.

Pride: "I love gay men" Julie Klausner's not-gross love for us. - Duration: 2:03.

I don't even care how that sounds. I love gay men. I always have I think they're smarter than everybody else

I think they appreciate funny women, I think they get funny women. I think they like funny women. As a funny woman

I'm always like fuckin' thrilled to be around gay men, and I I don't I don't know how to explain it.

I just I just love gay men. I always have my best friend's gay dude

I think it's important to portray gay men on television so that they are sexual so that they are authentic

So that they're every bit as unlikable as people that get to be funny on TV

I

Think that there's just so much about my friends' lives that isn't on TV

and so much of why i do the show is you know I do have an agenda like I do have a

There is something to like... I want... I want to play a

woman's the way that like Larry David is able to play Larry David. You know Danny McBride is able to play

You know Kenny Powers on Eastbound and Down and no one's writing a fucking think piece on how he's not a size six

and like, he's not like able and ...it's just one of these things where as it is with gay men

I don't want to write something where gay male best friend is like the

Supplementary character to this woman and all he wants to do is give her a fucking makeover like that

Just drives me nuts

Like there's so much that is fascinating about gay men's lives, funny, the you know the sex like sexuality amuse so

funny and like every scandalous story I ever hear about my friend sex life

It always make me laugh, and the fact that we get Cole [Escola] to say the filthy things

he does... of course it's shocking, but like those are real conversations that I have had and they make me laugh

So why wouldn't I put that in a comedy?

it just got very passionate?

Tutto Italia - Dine with us at this amazing Italian Restaurant in Epcot, Disney World! - Duration: 3:37.

We are here at Tutto Italia, one of the best restaurants here at Epcot, in my opinion.

The kids meal here come with an appetizer, so they got fruit.

And now, we are waiting for our food to come.

I think the highlight of the day tho, was Voices of Lee (buzz).

Liberty! (ding)

Voices of Liberty! In America Pavilion.

The soprano was crazy good.

This is my country … (very high note)

And the auto, I think she is on YouTube a lot too...

How are you? Doing good!

with Voices of Lee (buzz) Right? No...

What's the… What's the name of their group?

Voices of Lee is a choir.

Choir!

From a university, it has nothing to do with Disney!

I don't know why I keep calling them Voices of Lee!

What's their name?

Voctive! (ding) Check them out.

Voctive.

Voices of Lee has nothing to do with anything.

I'm sorry.

I'm lying here through my teeth.

It's Voctive! (ding ding) Right?

I said it right. Voctive. (applause) Voctive.

He got the salmon.

I had the steak - the ribeye, and that was the best ribeye steak I've ever had anywhere.

Maybe we need to get out more. Uh?

Maybe, right?!

That doesn't say much about me… (laughter).

But, seriously…

And her pasta too… she had the spaghetti with cream sauce uhhhhh!

The cream sauce was gooood!

And it came with some meatballs on the side, and the meatballs were beef and veal, right?

And they were very good too.

The pizza was ok..

You tried the pizza, cheese pizza, was it Ok?

Kid pizza.

It was good, you know…

Yeah... Her pasta was good.

So if you are into pasta, and you come to this restaurant, and you don't want to order anything big,

the pasta, I guess, would be on the more affordable price.

I've been here before, and I've had the pasta.

We just had our dessert, at least I did.

They are still working on theirs.

I had the lemon cheesecake with strawberry.

It was so light and delicious, not too sweet.

Wow.

Not kidding.

Was the dessert (italian word), was good?

Aaah, can you tell?

Buona sera!

I'll tell you!

This vanilla ice cream is very light, is not that fat heavy, it's delicious.

This is not ice cream. This is gelato.

Oh, that's why.

Very good.

It's gelato.

Whatever it is... excellent!

North Korea says U.S. student's death a 'mystery to us as well'

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea said on Friday the death of U.S. university student Otto Warmbier soon after his return home was a mystery and dismissed accusations that Warmbier had died because of torture and beating during his captivity as groundless.

North Koreas foreign ministry spokesman said Warmbier was a victim of the policy of strategic patience of former U.S. President Barack Obama whose government never requested his release, according to comments carried by the official KCNA agency.

The fact that Warmbier died suddenly in less than a week just after his return to the U.S. is a mystery to us as well, KCNA quoted the spokesman as saying.

Warmbier, 22, was arrested while visiting the reclusive country as a tourist. He was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor for trying to steal an item bearing a propaganda slogan from his hotel, North Korean state media said.

He was sent home last week suffering from brain damage and in what U.S. doctors called a state of unresponsive wakefulness. He died on Monday.

Katina Adams, a spokeswoman for the U.S. State Department's East Asia Bureau, said Washington had repeatedly requested the release of Warmbier under the Obama administration.

A former senior State Department official said the United States had made repeated requests for Warmbiers release on humanitarian grounds under Obama, including via the North Korean mission at the United Nations, via the Swedish mission in Pyongyang, at unofficial talks with North Korean officials involving former U.S.

officials, and via third parties.

Warmbiers death fanned a conflict between the North and the United States that was already aggravated by North Koreas defiant missile launches and two nuclear tests since early last year as part of its effort to build a nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of hitting the U.S.

mainland. official said on Thursday that North Korea had conducted another test of a rocket engine believed to be linked to Pyongyangs ICBM program. U.S. President Donald Trump blamed the brutality of the North Korean regime for Warmbiers death.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who had advocated talks with the North, said Pyongyang had a heavy responsibility in the events leading up to the University of Virginia students death.

The Norths unnamed ministry spokesman said that such accusations were part of a smear campaign to slander the country that had given medical treatments and care with all sincerity to a person who was clearly a criminal.

U.S. doctors who traveled to the North last week to bring Warmbier home recognized that the North had provided him with medical treatment, the spokesman said. To make it clear, we are the biggest victim of this incident..

North Korea accepted repeated requests from the present U.S. administration, the spokesman said, and repatriated the student on humanitarian grounds in consideration of his bad health..

The exact cause of Warmbiers death remains unclear. Officials at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was treated after his return, declined to provide details. His family asked the local coroner not to perform an autopsy.

Thousands of friends and relatives gathered at Wyoming High School in suburban Cincinnati on Thursday for a memorial service for Warmbier, who graduated from the school as salutatorian in 2013.

After returning from a five-day trip to North Korea on June 17, former National Basketball Association star Dennis Rodman suggested on Friday that his visit may have had something to do with Pyongyangs decision to send the student home.

Rodman, who has faced ridicule and criticism for visiting North Korea in the past, has said he was trying to bring sports to the increasingly isolated country.

I was just so happy to see the kid released, Rodman told ABC News in an interview. Some good things came of this trip..

The United States has demanded North Korea release three other U.S. citizens it holds in detention: missionary Kim Dong Chul and academics Tony Kim and Kim Hak Song.

"The US System Is Going To Move Into The Next Phase Of Collapse Under Trump's Watch" - Duration: 11:45.

Just after the US presidential election in 2016 I published an article titled 'Order

Out Of Chaos: Defeat Of The Left Comes With A Cost', covering a rather difficult subject

matter, namely the concept of "4th Generation Warfare" and how it is used by establishment

elitists to defeat popular resistance to their agenda of centralization and globalization.

4th Gen tactics are confusing to many because most people think in terms of single movements

and direct correlations; they think that a punch thrown is a punch intended to strike,

rather than intended as a feint or misdirection.

I'll put it another way – some people play chess and they only see the attack in

front of them.

Others play chess and they see the attack three moves ahead.

4th gen warfare is a "three steps ahead" style of fighting that focuses on a very specific

goal: Tricking the enemy into destroying himself, or enslaving himself, so that you don't

have to take any risks by moving against him directly.

That is to say, 4th gen warfare is first and foremost about psychology.

That which you see with your eyes is usually not what is actually happening.

For example, when predicting the election win of Donald Trump and the passage of Brexit,

I based my conclusions on a 4th gen strategy.

According to the behavior and rhetoric of globalists and their organizations at the

time, it seemed to me that they were allowing sovereignty and conservative movements to

gain a foothold in the political arena.

They were letting us THINK that we were winning.

This accomplishes a few things – it takes conservatives off their guard and convinces

them to think in terms of defending government rather than overthrowing government.

The corruption has not changed, but now we have a vested interest in keeping the system

going and attempting to change it "from the inside".

I hope it is clear to the majority of liberty activists today that this is a naive notion.

Conservatives are also now willing to argue in favor of the election system, because many

of them think that because Donald Trump "won" the system must be at least partially legitimate.

News Flash: Our election system has been fraudulent for decades.

The only candidates that ever make it past the DNC and the RNC filters are the candidates

the elites WANT the public to choose from.

The American public is also now viciously divided over Trump's ascendance to the White

House.

The political left has been driven to the point of utter insanity, not that they weren't

already stark raving mad to begin with.

Conservatives are next to be targeted with psychological manipulation, as the leftist

zealotry pushes us towards the other end of the spectrum and a potentially dangerous mindset

of rationalizing a totalitarian response.

Where extreme social divisions exist, civil unrest and war are not far behind.

Finally, the existing economic and social framework of the US in particular has a finite

lifespan.

Economic instability is rampant as I noted and evidenced in last week's article, and

this has been a process ongoing since the initial 2008 credit and derivatives crisis.

The old structure of America is being deliberately torn down to make way for a new structure;

a single global edifice in which we are not a nation but a feudal vassal with no ideas

of sovereign self determination.

That said, the old world cannot be torn down outright.

The globalists do not plan to take any blame for the crisis that would inevitably follow.

Enter Trump, the perfect scapegoat for the next stage of fiscal collapse, and perhaps

a pied piper convincing enough to lure numerous conservative groups into taking the blame

as well.

Trump, a seeming enemy of the globalist agenda, takes office, then surrounds himself with

the same bankers and globalists he admonished during his campaign.

He continues his anti-globalist rhetoric, but his actions tend to help them.

Conservatives, desperate for a hero on a white horse to ride in and stop the rushing tide

of cultural Marxism, were given one…just not in the manner they were hoping for.

In the meantime, the establishment has sought to keep social tensions high.

How?

The political left has been played like a marionette since the election with a narrative

of "Russian conspiracy".

You see, hatred is psychologically exhausting.

Mobs tend to dissipate and become impotent over time.

It is hard to sustain the hatred of a large mass of people without consistent propaganda.

Thus, it is important to give people a reason to hate; a reason that fuels perpetual reinforcement.

For leftists, the desire to hate Trump runs deep.

They think he represents everything that stands in opposition to their ideology, and zealots

cannot tolerate the existence of opposing ideals.

But there has to be more.

The left has to be convinced that Trump is a thief, a thief so heinous that he stole

an election with the help of a foreign power.

Now, not only is Trump the anti-christ to leftists, he is also a false president – a

pretender to the throne.

This narrative is more than enough to keep the left frothing at the mouth for months

if not years.

As many analysts have pointed out, there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that Trump

"stole" the election, let alone colluded with the Russian government to steal the election.

Former FBI director James Comey's recent testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee

produced nothing; no memos, no paper trail, zip, zilch.

The very existence of the "Comey memos" is likely a farce.

But here is where I break with many in the liberty movement – some analysts assume

that Trump is being "targeted" and that the goal is to remove him from the White House.

This makes little sense to me.

If the elites wanted to stop Trump they would have done it during the RNC selection process

just as they did to Ron Paul, and just as the DNC did to Bernie Sanders.

Clearly, Trump is more valuable to them sitting in the Oval Office, as I outlined above.

The Russian circus is going nowhere because it was never meant to go anywhere.

It is distraction and drama, a soap opera for the ignorant masses.

Trump will not be removed from office.

If he does end up impeached, the impeachment will fail.

As I have said since before the election, the establishment needs Trump as president.

So, if I am correct and the Russian conspiracy narrative is not intended to take Trump down,

what is it intended for?

As stated earlier, this is 4th gen warfare, and the intended target for propaganda is

not always the obvious target.

As noted, Leftists are the initial target.

They will continue to believe that Trump is a Russian collaborator because they want to

believe it, regardless of how absurd the whole idea is.

They will ignore the fact that there is no evidence to support the accusation.

They will embrace the propaganda wholeheartedly and develop more violent methods to express

their outrage.

The secondary target of the Russian conspiracy manipulation is conservative groups.

Here is the reality of our predicament; the US system is going to move into the next phase

of collapse under Trump's watch.

Period.

The math is undeniable.

Every economic indicator except stocks is in severe decline, the Federal Reserve is

raising interest rates to deliberately ignite greater instability and time is running out.

I believe that this phase will begin before the end of 2017.

When the next downturn arrives on the doorstep and in the pocketbooks of the average American,

the leftists and most of the world will blame Trump as an "incompetent buffoon" or a

"vitriolic fascist".

Just as the elites need to make Trump and conservatives the best possible scapegoat

for the left; they also need a perfect scapegoat for the political right.

The narrative will be turned against the leftists and conservatives will exclaim that Trump

was not able to reverse economic damages "created by the Obama administration" because leftists

used the fake Russian conspiracy as a means to undermine him at every opportunity.

Leftists will be labeled economic and political saboteurs, and this accusation will work to

a point, because it is partly true.

Finally, as America's decline accelerates, Eastern nations will without a doubt decouple

completely from the US dollar as the world reserve currency and begin using the IMF Special

Drawing Rights basket structure as a replacement.

Russia will most likely lead this charge along with China.

Americans will blame Russia in part for the demise of the dollar's buying power around

the world.

And, the rest of the world will blame the U.S. for the dollar's demise due to U.S.

"imperialism" and overt sanctions against Russia.

They will say we had it coming.

Perhaps you have noticed a particular pattern here?

Every piece of the narrative I have outlined has already been initiated, if perhaps only

in early-to-mid stages of development.

This is an open dialogue common in the mainstream.

And in every case, the offered culprit behind the downfall of America is always someone

other than the banking elites.

Anyone other than the banking elites.

Leftists and socialists around the globe will blame Trump and conservative principles.

Conservatives will blame the left and their obstructions of Trump.

The West will blame the East.

Globalists will blame "populists" and nationalists, and nationalists will be scrambling

to protect their ground by any means necessary, including unconstitutional measures, which

will only help the globalists in the long run.

A core catalyst for this geopolitical blame game is the Trump presidency and the use of

the Russian conspiracy to ensure that the left remains crazy, inspiring the right towards

extreme measures.

Again, this is not about removing Trump, it is about manipulating the left; it is about

using the Left's cultural Marxism to trigger an iron-fisted reaction from the political

right.

In my recent article 'Operation Temperer – U.K. Will Likely Institute Martial Law

Measures Within A Year', I warned readers that the UK government has already set in

motion martial law measures in response to a growing number of Islamic terrorist attacks.

In the US, I think the same march towards totalitarianism will occur, but for reasons

beyond foreign terrorism.

Economic uncertainty coupled with a volatile left hellbent on supplanting the presidency

by any means necessary may very well be exploited by Trump and the elites surrounding him to

establish martial law measures in the US.

And, I have little doubt that a portion of conservatives will cheer this action.

If this takes place and conservatives come out in majority support, then the globalist

use of 4thGen warfare will have succeeded.

They will have won.

For if conservatives abandon the constitution, then no one will be left to defend the principles

and heritage it represents.

We will have destroyed ourselves, and the elites will have barely lifted a finger to

make this happen.

The game can be changed entirely, but only if we are smart enough to recognize the narrative

for what it is, and only if we turn our sights on the globalists instead of hyperfocusing

on the scapegoats they offer us.
