prince William and prince Harry Talk to Kate Middleton About Losing Their Mom: We Are

Uniquely Bonded Prince William, Princess Kate and Prince Harry

sat down for an honest conversation about mental health in a video for their Heads Together

campaign, encouraging everyone to speak openly about the personal issues they may face.

A young mother actually said that to me she said actually, just talking to

somebody.

Having those conversations is like medicine for her, Kate says in the clip.

That is the point, is that actually its okay to have that conversation, even if it

is uncomfortable or awkward.

The footage is part of the Heads Together campaigns #OktoSay series, in which

the royals address the positive effects of opening up about emotional changes.

The organization aims to combat the stigma around mental health and Will, Kate and Harry

have each opened up over the past week about the issues they face.

Kate then asked Will and Harry whether working on the campaign has made them think about

the ways in which they coped with their mothers death as young teenagers.

We have been brought closer as a result of the circumstances as well, said Prince

William.

You are uniquely bonded because of what weve been through.

Even Harry and I though, over the years, have not talked enough about our mother.

Prince Harry agreed, adding: Never enough. Kate drew on her own experiences as a new

mother, noting that welcoming a first child is often a life-changing moment.

Nothing can really prepare you for that.

I remember the first few days with little [Prince] George, you have no idea, really,

what youre doing, she says.

No matter how many books you read.

William adds: Theres no rule book.

Theres no training that teaches you how to do it.

You just learn from previous generations and hope that you can translate it into what,

you know, what you want to do.

Kate and William are parents to George, 3, and nearly 2-year-old Princess Charlotte.

The moving video comes ahead of Sundays London Marathon, in which the royal trio is

asking each marathon runner to wear a Heads Together headband on race day to support their

organization.

The London Marathon is, to some people, a year in the making.

This is their opportunity to put closure on an issue.

This is their opportunity to be part of something amazing.

Its really exciting for all of us to be part of that, I think, Harry says in the

video.

Everybody in the marathon being given a headband.

People running for all sorts of different reasons.

But as you guys have clearly pointed out over and over again, you could draw 150 charities

everybodys running for around in a circle and in the middle will be mental health.

Its the one thing that binds everything together.thanks for watching.

What Everyone Should Know About The Menstrual Flow The Female Cycle - Duration: 6:40.

What Everyone Should Know About The Menstrual Flow The Female Cycle

By consciousreminder

Before I begin, this is an article about menstruationbut its not just for women!

Sure, menstruation may seem irrelevant to a man, but its about understanding each

other, and we need more understanding in the world!

This is a topic that men (and women) have shied away from for so long that you kind

of have to wonder, are we overlooking something here?

So if youre one of those who cringe at the mention of period blood or refer

to menstruation only as that time of the month, just relax yourself and read.

For me it started about six months ago when I was sitting on a mountain with a new friend,

quietly breathing in the fresh nighttime air and the vast, moonlit landscape before us.

I looked up.

Ive always appreciated a kind of magic in the subtle movements of the moon: sometimes

a pale ghost in the daylight, sometimes nothing but a smile in the lilac sky after sunset,

sometimes retreating completely into mysterious darkness, allowing the stars to dominate.

Ive known for a long time that symbolically the moon represents feminine energy, which

has been a subconscious theme in my artwork for years now, but I admit that I never fully

analysed the connection.

It was on this night, beneath the ethereal glow of her fully illuminated face, that I

came to consciously understand the significance and depth of that symbol for the first time.

I was soaking in her light, content, when my friend broke my silent admiration to ask

me if I was menstruating (um, why?).

I responded that I was and added a sarcastic fun, right? because you know, who likes

getting their period?

Maybe I thought we would bond a little over this struggle that all women share.

But there was no conversation after that and in the thickness of our silence I became painfully

aware that behind my thoughtless words was a negation of one of the most defining aspects

of the feminine: her cyclical nature.

And there was the link, as stirringly poetic as it was literal: The cycles of life are

reflected in the womb of the female, just as they ebb and flow with the rhythms of the

moon!

This is a realisation that moves me again and again.

What magic!

Over the next couple of weeks that I spent with that beautiful new friend, and with the

help of some books she recommended to me, I began to understand and integrate the implications

of this realisationbeyond just the airy-fairyness of moon magic.

Do allow me to elaborate on what Ive learnt:

Like the phases of the moon (and the seasons of the year) the menstrual cycle also has

four distinct phases: pre-ovulation, ovulation, pre-menstruation, and menstruation.

(If you need a quick biology refresher on the processes of the female reproductive system,

nows the time.)

And during each phase, just like those of the moon, the woman experiences and expresses

different energies.

OVULATION/FULL MOON

Think of ovulation as the full moon, a time of heightened energy and creative power; a

woman has the potential to create new life or new ideas.

Her energy is radiant like the Mother Moon.

PRE-MENSTRUATION/WANING MOON

When the womans hormone levels decrease, like the moons now waning light, her energy

begins descending towards the darkness of its interior: the almost infamous pre-menstrual

phase.

It is a time when logical thinking gives way to emotion and intuition.

MENSTRUATION/NEW MOON

By the time the lining of the uterus has deteriorated and she begins to bleed, its like the new

moon.

It is a time of darkness, reflection, death and cleansing of the old.

Physical energy levels are way lower and she naturally requires more time to rest, sleep

and dream.

Here is the potential for renewal and rebirth.

PRE-OVULATION/WAXING MOON

As the moon begins to show herself again, the womans energy becomes like that of

a virgin, vibrant, refreshed, liberated from her procreative cycle and filled with renewed

focus and passion for life!

And the cycle continues.

To understand how this applies, think about it like this: if an egg is released and fertilised,

the energy is channeled into the creation of a new life.

If, on the other hand, the egg is not fertilised, the same creative energy still exists and

will instead need to be expressed by the woman in some other way.

The idea is to understand the energies of each phase so that they can be expressed positively

and productively, transforming the menstrual cycle (meaning the entire cycle, not just

the time of bleeding) into a source of serious physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, sexual,

and creative energy.

When a woman truly acknowledges her cyclical nature, she recognises that she forms part

of the great rhythms of the Universe, and as such, can act

in

a way that creates and radiates harmony!

Vladimir Zhirinovsky about North Korea (English subs) - Duration: 22:29.

-I've been to North Korea. It's the oldest conflict. It is unique, because they are one nation, artificially separated into 2 parts - South and North Korea.

-Like it was with Vietnam, Germany. But they got reunited. And they are the last separated nation, after the results of WW2.

-And North Korea is kind of a special regime. Authoritarian, single party.

-Therefore, they of course have economic difficulties.

-They need to draw attention to themselves, to find a way so others would deliver foodstuffs to them, maybe energy resources.

-And so, once in a while they are making themselves noticeable, by detaining South Korean ships or citizens, including American.

-Maybe even some of our ships suffered from this. Or some kind of shootings.

-This is already an extreme comflict, when they started shooting. They fired hundreds of shells.

-200. 200 artillery shells. This is already a small war.

-Economic problems, of course. And they have to fix the situation somehow.

-And so they regularly escalate the situation.

-And this problem would have already been solved. However, certain communities in the west, first of all USA, they are holding North Korean conflict in a frozen state.

-And in case they going to need to draw attention from some kind of horrible event, in the Middle East, for example, or in Europe, or even in America itself,

-Then they will unfreeze it again.

-Maybe even go as far as to threaten to use nuclear weapons.

-Japan might benefit from this in a way.

-It is preserved for a possible big war in the Far East.

-For example, Taiwan and North Korea problems will be reanimated, with USA, Japan and China.

-And they can collide there militarily.

-For now there are other conflicts, like Israel - Palestine. Or more intense, like Iraq and Afghanistan.

-But as soon as it will calm down a little, then Far East in going to be a dessert.

-This is Russia's concern also, in certain degree.

-Because in case of use of armed forces, Primorsky region might be in danger of being bombed. Or Vladivostok.

-And this can be a motivation to force Russia to enter the conflict.

-Like Saakashvili in Georgia, when they bombed Tskhinvali, and forced us to take measures to pacify the Georgian aggressor.

-So, this is for dessert. This is year 2030.

-And for now, every 6 months, or every year, or every 2 years there's going to be escalations like this, which in the end is going to turn into a large scale war in the Far East.

-With participation of Japan, China, Russia and USA. And this is bad.

-Vladimir Volfovich, you are like a stormy petrel of revolutions and changes, who has a good understanding of he situation around.

-What do you think about our position? Where we are at the moment? Does humanity have any way of escaping from this horrible Gordian Knot? (*1)

-This week we saw everything like we have x-ray vision. And I don't see anything too bad about it.

-Because it is better for a person to have all the symptoms of an illness, than if he look healthy and suddenly die.

-But but he was healthy... It's better for him to be hurt a little, so we could notice it right away, so there wouldn't be any surprises.

-This airstrike on Syria... What did Americans do with it? They are checking everyone for alertness. How will everyone react.

-Their puny allies ran to them, as always, to the big master, so to say.

-These lying experts again proving who has weapons and who doesn't.

-And what kind of benefit Americans have? And us? Something is not totally right with their weaponary. Something is malfunctioning.

-Or it shown the power of our electronic means of warfare. That we are prepared to suppress any kinds of missiles.

-Strike on Afghanistan. Same thing. They had this bomb dusting in some basement. So they decided to use it.

-That is, military action is taking place. Something I've been talking about.

-It is an attempt to check the whole planet. Who is doing what and where.

-These strikes are mostly against Muslim world. They are enemy number 1 for them at the moment.

-And - Far East. Because our specialists, in our gen. headquarters, and our political scientists, remain silent.

-The world has 6 frontlines for WW3. 6!

-Balkans. They were in flames, now - more or less quiet. They ignited Ukraine - it will be burning until the middle of the century.

-Caucasus. It was burning - now a bit more quiet. That is 3.

-Syria, Middle East - 4, Afghanistan - 5, and Far East - 6. They are going to be ignited every now and then.

-When they going to need to keep the planet in stressful conditions, or keep their little allies in check, or expose those, who is planning to escape.

-Traitors are showing themselves in moments like these, and it becomes obvious what everyone is up to.

-North Korea, a small country, showed, that is doesn't give a damn about America considering itself as a great superpower, with the strongest army.

-North Korea said: 'War? OK! And we'll perform a preemptive strike strike in addition!'

-And that's it! Your praised America shut their mouths! They got scared.

Z: -I'm not going to repeat the joke about Angela Merkel. We must make a new one. H: -No, thank you. Don't.

-Someone in Washington must have been puking all night, when they saw, that North Korea doesn't give a damn about all that power.

-And today, nuclear weapons are indeed deterrent.

-First of all - they do have nuclear weapons.

-In the amounts enough to smash Japan, South Korea, and the whole military naval fleet of the USA, if it is located near it.

-But it is not good for us! Because Vladivostok is near, Primorsky region. And the radiation will reach there for sure.

-China can stand out for protection. I would send Chinese forces there - to 38th parallel.

Z: -So nobody... H: -58th parallel I think. Z: -38th. I know all this very well. H: -Oh, 38th, OK, OK.

Z: -I've been there. Have you ever been there? H: -No. Z: -See? Now people are saying: 'North Korea is like this and like that...'

Z: -Nobody went to North Korea even for a half of an hour, and they are starting to talk about it. It's a marvelous country. H: -The writer went there.

-It's a marvelous country! I'm not talking about ideology. This doesn't interest me in this case. Some relations...

-Indeed, they don't have plenty of everything in their shops. But it is the strongest army for today!

-They don't have a single traitor! They will steamroll everything in their path! And nothing can be stopped.

-And if they perform a nuclear strike on Pyongyang, then the forces are already prepared to dash 50km to Seoul.

-50 kilometers! In 2 hours there will be nothing left of Seoul! That is why - this is an excellent week.

-One last thing, don't stop me now.

-For the first time, a Russian diplomat started to talk in an appropriate manner.

Z: -I was waiting for it for 50 years! H: -'Look me in the eyes, you!' This one you mean? Z: -'You, shut up and sit down! Shut your mouth! Who the hell are you anyway?! Garbage, that's who!'

-This is how you must talk! Then they will be afraid! Because they became impudent!

Z: -I've been present at so mane negotiations... H: -Maybe in a cap with some weed: 'Evening. My shack.' No? Z: -No need! No need.

-As soon as Russian representative starting to speak at some event, an American is impudently standing up and leaving, like: 'I don't give a damn about your speeches, Russians.'

-But like this, it will not be possible anymore. Therefore, Russian diplomacy started to speak in a normal matter.

H: -Normal? Z: -North Korea spit in the face of your praised America.

-And in Syria, Syrian army must receive a real support, so no any 'Tomahawk' missiles would fall on its territory.

-As I understand, that Russian diplomat now has bright political future in LDPR. It's more likely...

-I have suggested Lavrov, that if he will not appoint him as the permenant representative, we will demand Lavrov's resignation!

Z: -We need this kind of diplomats! H: -Oh, yeah? Z: -And clean the MFA!

-It must have people like this Safronenko or what's his name... We need this kind of people.

H: -I understand. And introduce a separate lesson in MSUFA? Z: -MSUFA should be closed! It's source of rottenness!

Z: -This Sarah was studying there! Or what's her name... Mara? H: -Maybe introduce a special lesson 'Mugger slang' in MSUFA?

-We must teach people to speak! It is psychological pressure!

-Reagan! Reagan steamrolled Gorbachev with this pressure!

-Gorbachev is standing there with his little mouth open in America mumbling something: 'Agh... Um... Eh...' And that's it, Perestroika went the wrong way.

-Well, our excellent great Russian and Soviet Diplomat Vitaly Ivanovich Churkin was expressing the toughness of his position with a flawless diplomatic language.

Z: -No! No! Incorrect! H: -And with a flawless...

Z: -In-cor-rect! H: -Although he was... Z: -You - democrats, want everything to be sweet! We need a whip! Whip! So everyonewould cry with blood! H: -It is pleasant that people say I'm a democrat. Yes, I am a democrat.

C: -At least don't invite Zhirinovsky for Easter. Z: -Be silent, Kalashnikov. H: -Stop being envious. C: -My wife told me today: 'How can it be on this day - blood, blood, close this, prohibit filthy language...

Z: -He has nothing to say, so he's talking like this. C: -She said: 'When you walk on the street, take some holy water and spray it on him see what happens.' Z: -I don't want to be with him in one studio anymore.

Z: -I won't come here anymore. C: -Wait, I will say. Z: -Kalashnikov, in one studio... I'm leaving right now. That's it. H: -Wait, Vladimir Volfovich.

Z: -I'm not sitting in one studio with idiots! Either he goes, or I will. Your choice! C: -On such day you say: 'Kill! Kill! Kill!' Z: -He's an idiot!

Z: -Because of this kind of idiotic communists Soviet Union collapsed! H: -Vladimir Volfovich, please...

-As long as communists remain such fools and idiots...! There he is - typical idiot! Because of you, scoundrel! CPSU collapsed because of you, scoundrel!

Z: -Soviet Union collapsed because of you, rascal! Communist dog! Slink! H: -Leonid, stop! Vladimir Volfovich, calm down.

Z: -This is what CPRF is! Don't vote for the anymore! They are scoundrels and rascals! C: -Give us some holy water.

Z: -The whole CPRF are slinks like this one! The whole CPRF! C: -Spray some holy water on him. H: -Leonid, can we talk about show's subject, and not about personal things? Wait a minute...

Z: -They gave us a subject! A subject! And this scoundrel is bursting of envy! You know how he is?! A moron! Moron! H: -Leonid, you excuse me please... C: -You are protecting him.

H: -I'm not protecting him, but my show. Z: -You are a guest here, not the owner! H: -My viewers have the right to hear each one's position, and not swearing! C: -What did I say?

H: -Leonid, with all do respect... C: -I said that it's unappropriate to talk about killings on sacred Easter?! Z: -Don't! Atheists are gonna tell me about Easter now?! So don't!

C: -Make muggers diplomats, close MSUFA... Is this good? Z: -It is my position! What you gonna give me a lesson now?!

C: -And I'm expressing my position! Z: -I don't need it! Ask me first! I want to... I'm leaving! Scoundrel don't want to hear me out!

Z: -And I don't want to hear you, rascal, filth! H: -Calm down! Can both of you calm down?!

-You have the nerve to interfere! You, communist dog! You still have the...! You have any pride left?!

Z: -You dog, get outta here! I'll go, you! You scoundrel, filth! I'm leaving! Let him stay! This filth is going to stay! H: -Vladimir Volfovich, calm down, please.

Z: -It was you! You, scoundrels, ruined the country! Stubborn communists like you! C: -Come on, come on, come on.

Z: -I'm not going to be here anymore! I won't be in the same studio with this piece of shit anymore! H: -Calm down. I understood. We'll deal with it.

Z: -For the last time! Out of respect for you and for the party. H: -Thank you. C: -There are no people left who would be with you in one studio. Z: -Get the hell outta here! Shut up!

H: -Alexander Andreevich, as a writer calm them down. Z: -Yeah, let the writer speak. C: -Tell us if you like how our diplomats talk now.

H: -Alexander Andreevich, please. Z: -Your envy has no limits! H: -Vladimir Volfovich, calm down.

Z: -You still haven't done the most important thing. H: -We always leave the most important things for you.

-Because reminding of Carribean Crisis or Berlin crisis, it was collision of 2 armies - Russian/Soviet and American.

-But here, we have no confrontation. Our military forces do not cross their paths anywhere.

-You can't compare things that are impossible to compare.

-I am saying once again - all of the conflicts of 21st century are going to take place along our periphery.

-These are: Far East, Korea, Afghanistan, Caucasus, Middle East, Balcans, Ukraine.

-These 5 frontlines are going to be burning regularly.

-Therefore, why didn't Americans performed their strike that Sunday night... Or Saturday, whatever. It's because they want to preserve this frontline.

-Imagine if they destroyed North Korea. What next? It's over. They need to have a constant frontline. A boogeyman. What for?

-Plans of a future big war against China, they need a significant provocation.

-So, a provocation is taking place - North Korea against South Korea.

-A provocation in Taiwan - Taiwan is grabbed by China, and Americans are protecting Taiwan.

-China must be provoked, to say that China started the war, and not America! So the whole world would unite against China, saying: 'See what China is doing?'

-'It protects North Korea, capturing Taiwan...' And other things. It is needed to continue throughout the whole 21st century.

-Why would they end it right now on April 15, 2017? There are 80 more years ahead of us.

-Like Balcans! They will never end it conpletely! Like Ukraine! They will never end it completely! They will never end it completely in Caucasus!

H: -That is - always a bleeding wound? Z: -Look at Afghanistan. A soon as this 'wound' healed a little, they put more salt on it, or pepper.

-Bomb here, bomb there, special operations...

-And simultaneously - ideological propaganda about 'great democracy' that is America.

-Of course it can go on for so long. Already half of the voters don't want this.

-Trump tricked them. He said: 'We are not going to participate in conflicts, we are leaving, we don't need NATO...'

-We can see, that a half of Americans do not want this kind of foreign policy.

-But, he returned to the old foreign policy. Because he does not know how to conduct a new one, and implement it.

-But he will learn. But by that time, his term will be over, and another, more experienced president will come to his place.

-So then, this will go on throughout the whole 21st century. For there will never be a war against Russia! Never.

-And there are nuclear weapons there! Your recoinassance is very late! You destroyed our Richard Sorge! You didn't saved Abel. You are giving up all the spies! You had Beria in charge of all of our agents! (*2)

-And your excellent generals keep on betraying us! Your Gordievsky is sitting in London! Why Berezovsky died, but Gordievsky is still alive?! Why general Kalugin is still alive?! (*3)

G: -I'm from ministry of defense. Z: -What difference doees it make?! You wear shoulder straps!

-So protect us! And you are engaged in jiggery-pokery there, so to say!

-That's why, all this is going to happen. Hundreds of diplomats are going to receive ranks! Generals will receive ranks! Leaders, parties, deputies...

-And you, journalists, will talk until your throats get sore.

-'If there is war tomorrow...' There is not going to be any war! And you will have nothing to talk about.

-That is why, there is nothing to be afraid of. Our citizens are tired of this talk about war.

-There will never be any war against Russia! But the Russian army must make everyone respect Russia.

H: -...He is kinda old for schooling. Z: -2 things.

Z: -It was said here, that leader of North Korea Kim Jong-un is not a simple leader, but he has a special status. He is some sort of... H: -Half God. Z: -Half God.

-But it's because we make it this way. His grandfather, Kim Il-sung, was raised here.

-He was an officer of Soviet army. He completely copied Stalin's image. They had no clue about no communism and everything else.

-So then, Kim Il-sung went there to repeat after Stalin.

-Of course when he dies, his son remains at power. And now - his grandson.

-That's why, we shouldn't blame Koreans, that they desided this, that they are a nation of worshipers.

-It is our last model. Mao Zedong was ours, we made him. We could refuse to support him.

-Chiang Kai-shek - Mao Zedong on a same scale. And Stalin could tip the scale on any side.

-He chose Mao Zedong. So now we have this 'red' giant next to us.

Z: -Second. All of you said something here. But I'm not going to evaluate you like a teacher in school. You said that... H: -But you don't have grades higher than 2 out of 5.

-At least I'm being honest.

-You said: 'We will make North Korea suffer. We will pressure it, we will choke it, we'll block it, trade only with China...'

-We should do the opposite. The opposite, I think. We should suggest to all countries to trade with North Korea.

-Lift all the sanctions. All blockades. Buy everything it has for sale. And push them towards reunification of 2 Koreas.

-As an intermediate step - open the border between North Korea and our country.

-They have excess of labor force. Why would we take workers from someone else? We have our Far East, Siberia. Let them go there are work.

-They are excellent workers. They don't want to takeover anything. They are not thinking about making a 'Great Korea' somewhere.

-They are splendid workers. And we are getting additional labor force.

Z: -We need to build this road. Road to Chukotka. H: -You have Koreans working for you? Z: -What? H: -You have Koreans working for you at your summer cottage?

-No. Tajiks. Not just me, but generally in Moscow region. But if it will be Koreans, it can be only better.

-It will be better this way. If you are placing all your bets on hunger - choke a country and it will collapse. It is pointless.

-Human instinct will be triggered here. They will basicaly turn brutal, and run to seize, to trample South Korea.

-And the new Erdogan is also our fault?

-Erdogan is going the authoritarian way. Something we should have been doing. He is returning to Sultans times.

-With Sultan Turkey was developing better. With democrats - 5 military coups. What Turks need this for?

-Now there will not be a single coup.

-Army has no right to participate in politics at all, no any prime minster, and one and only big political party.

Z: -That is - Turkey is going the way that is proper for it. H: -Did you advice them to do it? Z: -What? H: -Did you advice them to do it?

Z: -Well basically, after our long talks... H: -Yeah...?

Z: -You see, within the frames of Ottoman Empire, there was no Kurdish problems. Z: -Now we know who we should have sent to Trump.

-Yes. There was no Armenian problem. All citizens of the Ottoman Empire lived excellent. Rich and poor.

-But there was no interethnic differences and no religious.

-Same thing here. We should not block Korea in any case. Open all borders. Make friends with them. Invite them all.

Z: -Invite 1.000 children to Youths Festival in Moscow. H: -So... Blow it up like USSR. Z: -What? H: -Blow it up like USSR.

Z: -What do you mean? H: -Well, like Gorbachev opened, allowed...

-No. I am not saying we should change the regime. I mean economically. Why would we try to choke it?

-They indeed have lack of foodstuffs, medical supplies, etcetera. I still remember their dog meat. I do not like dog meat.

-South Korea does not have famine, but they eat dog meat nonetheless.

-You don't like it... If you you knew how Chow Chow hates it.

Z: -I ordered a meal in the morning, they eccepted me well. Separate mansion and everything. All great. H: -And then 'Boom!'.

Z: -Then I'm saying: 'Give me some of your dog meat. I want to try it.' H: -But you said you don't like it. Z: -No, they said: 'But you have already.'

Z: -They gave it to me for breakfast, at dinner and supper. G: -Taste reminds of mutton. Z: -But I didn't wanted so much of it. What is this?

Z: -It is normal meat. H: -Yes. Normal mutton. Z: -Our people think, that these dogs are cought on the street and eaten!

Z: -They are being purposefully bred in a stable, like pigs. H: -What a nightmare. Z: -But I do not like this.

H: -And I do not like this. This is not my subject. Z: -This is what I'm saying. Let us help them!

-So they will have normal meat. Mutton, beef, pork, consumer goods. So they will have everything.

G: -Vladimir Volfovich, they are not eating dogs because they don't have other food, but because they are eating them for milleniums. Z: -No. It's their national food. Always. Yes.

H: -And so my show turned into a cooking show. Z: -And the Chinese. They are always frying some kind of worms. They fry worms, because they are hungry!

C: -He called communists dogs. We shouldn't go there. H: -Or you will be eaten by Koreans. Z: -Asia is a dangerous place.

-Someone said here: 'Oh, let's make a military alliance with China...' Not in any case.

-Don't make any military alliances with anyone. We are alone.

-And let them all think about their own fate. We are not threatened by anyone.

-We are friends with everyone. And watching everyone carefully.

-They say, that we have little popuation. This is our saving grace.

-God forbids we will have 1 billion Russians. We would have had a war already.

-It is good. We are 150 million, and nobody is going to bother us. China is within the risk zone.

H: -But it would be better to have 300 million. Z: -Well, we can go as far.

-China is within risk zone, and Islamic world. And we have calmness. We have plenty of everything.

Z: -And plenty of space in Siberia for new camps. G: -And they allowed 2 children for Chinese families.

G: -Already 2. They rejected 1 child idea. Z: -Well, this is bad. We should criticize it.

-1 child. And not in every family.

-1 phrase - Russia's fate is autocracy. We will not be able to escape it.

-We had a 'white' Tsar, a 'red' one, and today.

-And we should determine this, and write it in the constitution, that we are self-ruling country!

Z: -This is a Russian word - 'self-ruling'! For all enternity. C: -A Tsar for life. For all enternity. H: -Tsar can can only be for life.

Z: -So the whole Russia would be prosperous! G: -Let's discuss it. Let's discuss it. Z: -Let's. I agree.

-Note, that in the word 'self-ruling' the letter 'zh' stands out. (*4)

-The letter 'zh'!

-So then, everything that happening, including this week, is very beneficial for us.

-That's why, we don't need to see this like: Oh, what's happening... America is there... 'Tomahawks' flying... Events in Afghanistan...

-Let them shoot. And we should be doing the exact same thing. We need Syria so our people would be there.

-As for Afghanistan, we were trying to hold there for 200 years. And it is right thing to go there. And both of us are fighting there.

-And in the Far East as well.

-That is, these are the places where we should extend the distance between us and a big war, that must never occur.

-In there. On those 5 frontlines, so to say. They will ignite Balcans again, for sure.

-That is, we should act calmly here.

-Yes, let the American fleet go towards North Korea. But let the Russian North Sea fleet to go towards Syria again.

-Let our fleets and submarines go around simultaneously. Maybe they will meet somewhere.

-And conduct joint exercises. Joint meeting. Meet everyone. Welcome everyone.

-But at the same time, talk to the world like the last Russia's permanent representative in United Nations Security Council was talking.

-You there! Look me in the eye! Don't you look away!

10 Fun Facts About Me - Duration: 10:14.

he's a tramp but they love him I don't even know the rest of the words to that

song are why is there even why did Disney even think of a song like that

what are they thinking

hello everyone and welcome back to my channel my name is Aryn Mikala if you

didn't know and if you are watching this video you're watching it for probably a

couple of different reasons one you're a family or friend to your subscriber or

three the title of this video interested you and so you know you're here so

welcome and I hope you enjoy this video so let's get into it all right so you've

watched a couple videos you see me how quirky kind of weird sing-songy I am and

and so I wanted to give you 10 interesting facts about myself just so

we can get to know each other a little bit better first fact I used to act when

I was younger I used to do a lot of community theater I used to do a lot of

church plays so yeah yeah I used to act and so I finally decided to take it

seriously and I booked the role of young Nala in Disney's The Lion King gazelle

tour so move shoutout to my gazelle family so that happened and then moving

on to my second interesting facts about myself I actually booked the role for

Aquila and be and then something really funky

something weird happens I was really young at the time so I honestly don't

know all the ins and outs but what I do know is that while they were still

casting for the rest of the movie there was something going on between like the

casting directors and so they like the casting director she changed and then I

think like all the current tapes of people who had auditioned were not

reviewed or something like that and so I kind of like they never knew who I was

but like I have the entire script I was set to fly out and do the screenplay so

for the screen test so um yeah it kind of just slipped through my fingers and

then keke palmer got the role but you know what I need to be really really

salty about it I'm still a little salty about it but it's okay I'm gonna hop

back into the acting game gonna be killing it it's gonna be fine so it's

all good number three I did ballet for

gosh I think probably from the time I was 3 to maybe maybe 11 yeah maybe 11 so

yeah I was classically trained in ballet fun fact number four I was also

classically trained in chamber music in high school I was in two different

choirs two different audition choirs and one of them was magical so I can read

music I can sing in a bunch of different

ranges yeah it's just a really cool skill to have to be able to pick up

music and read it so I'm super thankful to my

music instructors so very thankful for them thank you

fun fact number five I am part african-american and part Filipino so I

mean I have a lot of other ethnicities and we but those are the two that root

that are like most prominent and my parents so that's what most of my dating

is made up of and I really want to go to the Philippines like I think that that

would be an amazing opportunity it's such a beautiful cluster of islands and

I really want to go there take a lot of pictures enjoy it fun fact number six

it's really weird and I really hate doing it but I can flip my eyelids and I

know like a bunch of people can but it really took me a long time to be able to

flip my eyelids so number seven I love cooking I rarely get to cook but I love

cooking it's so therapeutic it's so creative like I just love the process of

cooking I'm not really like a Pinterest type of girl um probably because I had a

lot of Pinterest fails like when I was younger but I love finding new recipes I

love looking on Food Show Network and then thinking of what I can recreate it

like I love cooking I never really get to do it but when I have time I really

enjoy cooking eight I played volleyball for about six seven years and I really

loved it I'm really short so I could never play up at the net

but I really really loved volleyball I kind of miss it um it was just a really

fun sport to play fun fact number nine I think I'm running out of things about

myself that I think are interesting fun fact number nine is that I interesting

fact number nine when I was sad when I was younger I used to just make up songs

like I would just put my head pillow and just be like I'm so sad and I would

literally just like sing like that like Aaron give it together and fun fact

number 10 I have two degrees yes two degrees so after the whole Akeelah and

the bee thing fell through it's not that I wanted to stop acting I just think

that it made a lot of sense for everyone um so just have a back-up plan I always

believed in myself I always knew I mean it was my second audition and I had

booked a major motion picture so I I was fully confident in myself that I could

do it but I I think as a family we all recognize the importance of having an

education having a back-up plan and so I kind of put acting on the back burner

until I finished my education so I went to a private school around my area for

middle and high school and I graduated from there in 2011 and then I went to

the University of Maryland Baltimore County UMBC retriever nation I went

there and I graduated in May 2011 no 2015 yeah

2016 with a bachelor's in psychology with a concentration in childhood

development and then this past May May 2017 I graduated with my master's in

counseling psychology so I completed my education I you know have that back up

plan I can do a lot of stuff with my degrees so I'm set on that end and now

it's time to pursue something that I've always loved I always felt like I was

called to and I'm just really excited for this next part of my life boat is

fast okay here's a bonus fact about me I am crazy crazy crazy it's crazy

obsessed with show tunes yes show tunes it doesn't matter what

time of day what time of night like if I just have the urge to sing a show tune I

kind of just go for it and there's no like there's no quiet volume for me when

I sing show tunes like I built them out to the top of my lungs just because it's

more fun that way right now my judge is defying gravity I know it's I know it's

old okay I know how long we could have been around but for a long time I was

like uh I might've stuck with it I'm not going to die like this okay I'm not

gonna go see it like no because everybody at my school was like pressed

on wicked and I was like I'm not gonna be that person so I looked at that

person but now I'm totally that person and you can't tell me I'm not alpha boy

when I'm singing defying gravity okay you know it's like a full on Broadway

benefit concert when I'm like getting ready in the morning I'm not even

kidding and I love it I love it like that that's what makes life fun you know

Kate Middleton looks elegant in emerald lace dress as she talks about Prince George signing up - Duration: 4:23.

BRITAIN'S Kate Middleton has said she is not sure Prince George "has any idea what's going

to hit him" when he starts school in September.

Kate was chatting to guests at the 2017 Portrait Gala in the National Portrait Gallery in London

when the subject of George's school came up.

It was announced last week that the young prince will attend Thomas's Battersea School

from September.

As she toured around the gallery on Tuesday evening, Kate met parents from the school

and told them she may see them there in future, adding: "I'm not sure George has any idea

what's going to hit him."

She spoke with Richard Found, who runs an architecture and design practice, and his

wife Jane Suitor, an art consultant and collector.

Before moving on, Kate said: "I may see you at the school gates."

Day fees cost 6,110, according to last year's Tatler Schools Guide.

George will be four years old when he starts at the private co-educational day school,

which proudly states its most important rule is to "be kind".

Kate viewed the latest exhibitions and met guests at the gala, before having dinner at

the London attraction.

The Duchess, who has been patron of the gallery since 2012, dazzled in a full length, lace

green gown by Temperley, and hailed the "amazing" work on display.

She wore her hair loose and carried a gold sparkly clutch, finishing off her look with

glittering drop earrings.

Among those she met as she made her way through the gallery were fashion designer Erdem and

fashionista Alexa Chung who is chair of the 2017 gala committee.

She viewed two exhibitions Howard Hodgkin: Absent Friends, and Gillian Wearing and Claude

Cahun: Behind The Mask, Another Mask.

To help raise funds, a range of artwork has been especially created, including 10 masks

by the likes of Dame Vivienne Westwood and Philip Treacy, and 100 postcard-sized works

of art for a mystery portrait postcard sale.

Kate had the chance to view both of these collections during the evening and said of

the postcards: "Well, they're all amazing."

This is the second gala that Kate has attended and, as in previous years, the funds raised

will support the National Portrait Gallery's work in delivering exhibitions and displays,

offering learning opportunities and undertaking research.

The 2017 gala is fundraising for Coming Home, a project that will make it possible for portraits

of people to return to places that are special to them for a loan period of over three years.

Coming Home will enable sitters such as Sir Walter Raleigh to return to Dorset, the Bronte

sisters to Yorkshire and David Beckham to Essex.

Earlier on Tuesday, it was announced that Kate will visit Luxembourg to attend commemorations

marking the 150th anniversary of a treaty that confirmed the country's independence

and neutrality.

She will travel to the country on May 11 to attend events celebrating the 1867 Treaty

of London, at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

The visit is likely to be interpreted as another trip being made by a member of the Royal Family

in their role as "Brexit Ambassadors", as they have been dubbed by the press.

Top 10 Theories About WHY the Neanderthals DIED OUT - Duration: 10:47.

Top 10 Theories About Why the Neanderthals

Died Out

10.

We Were Better Hunters

The Neanderthals went extinct not long after humans migrated out of Africa into Eurasia.

Since the Neanderthals ruled Europe for so long before the arrival of humans, and suddenly

died off after coming into contact with them, it has led researchers to believe that humans

were somehow responsible, at least in part, for the extinction.

One theory as to how humans drove Neanderthals to extinction was because we were better hunters.

This became a problem because, with only a limited amount of food, there would have been

competition for it.

Since we're here and they aren't, it would suggest that we were better hunters and got

most of the food.

This would have caused the Neanderthal population to plummet, while the human population would

have gone up.

9.

Humans Violently Replaced Them

Throughout history, groups of humans have had a tendency to kill, enslave, or conquer

other groups of people who are different from them.

Why would prehistoric humans be any different when they came into contact with the Neanderthals?

When humans migrated out of Africa, they may have been more aggressive and more violent

than the Neanderthals because that was advantageous to their hunting style.

Meanwhile, it's believed that the Neanderthals were less violent because they didn't hunt

in the same way.

Instead of hunting and chasing down big animals, to get their protein they ate insects.

If they were more peaceful by nature, the Neanderthals would have been unable to fight

off the growing population of violent human brutes who invaded their territory.

8.

Volcanic Eruption

An event that can have profound effects on the Earth is the eruption of a large volcano.

When a volcano erupts, millions of cubic tons of ash and debris can be put into the atmosphere

and this alters the climate of the Earth by making it cooler, because less sun reaches

the Earth.

Well 39,000 years ago, around the same time that the Neanderthals started to go extinct,

the Campi Flegrei volcano west of Naples, Italy had a massive eruption.

It was the biggest eruption in Europe in 200,000 years and 60 cubic miles of ash was pumped

into the atmosphere.

This would have had devastating effects on the Neanderthals.

The sun would have been blotted out for months, if not years.

This would have cooled temperatures in Europe and it would have brought acid rain.

These types of conditions would have made the environment inhospitable to the Neanderthals,

causing them to die out.

As the ash dispersed and the Neanderthals were dying off, humans would have moved into

Europe with little resistance.

7.

Humans Hunted With Wolves

Around the time that the Neanderthals went extinct, there were three top predators competing

for food in Europe: the Neanderthals, humans, and wolves.

According to anthropologist Pat Shipman of Pennsylvania State University an alliance

between the wolves and the humans led to the extinction of the Neanderthals.

His theory is that humans were able to tame and breed wolves.

These wolf-dogs would have been used to get large animals, like mammoths, cornered so

humans could finish them off.

Cornering the animal was the most dangerous part of the hunt.

Also, when humans would bring down the animals and started to cut it apart, they would had

to fight off scavengers, but the wolves would have been able sense scavengers from longer

distances and they would have scared them off.

Then the humans would feed the wolves and this would have been a win-win situation for

the two top predators.

Meanwhile, there is no evidence that the Neanderthals used wolves to hunt.

Without their help, prey would have been more dangerous to hunt and they would have to exert

more energy while hunting, meaning they needed more food to sustain themselves.

This would have made it hard for the Neanderthal population to maintain and grow their population,

especially when two of their competitors teamed up to fight for the same resources that they

needed.

6.

We Had More Culture

According to a mathematical model from Stanford University, the reason that humans are still

around and the Neanderthals aren't is that humans had a high level of culture.

By having a stronger culture, they would have been able to hunt and gather food over a larger

area than the Neanderthals.

This culture would have also led to better tool-making skills, which would allow them

to make better weapons.

For example, an ax would have been an incredibly useful tool and a devastating weapon.

According to their model, a small population of humans with a high level of culture could

have overwhelmed a large population of Neanderthals who were less cultured.

5.

The Division of Labor

The Neanderthals didn't have the most complex diet.

They were known to hunt big game animals, which was a dangerous task.

They also hunted differently than humans.

Neanderthal men, women, and juveniles would get involved with the hunt.

Humans, on the other hand, developed tasks based on gender and age.

This division of labor allowed them to collect a variety of different foods, and then they

could process and cook it.

Being able to eat a variety of cooked food would have given humans an evolutionary edge

in two ways.

The first is that there would been more sources for food.

Secondly, the more complex diet of cooked food not only allowed humans to survive, but

it also helped in the evolution of the human brain and helped make it what it is today.

4.

Neanderthals Had Smaller Frontal Lobes

One of the prevailing misconceptions surrounding the Neanderthals is that we were smarter than

them.

However, researchers believe their brains were just as big as humans', but they were

built differently.

Neanderthal brains were designed to control their large bodies and to track movement.

Humans had larger frontal lobes, which is the region of the brain where decision-making,

social behavior, creativity, and abstract thought are controlled.

In the long run, these qualities probably gave us an evolutionary edge compared the

Neanderthals.

For example, by using abstract thought, humans realized that by processing food, like smashing

up cooked yams, it would have saved energy during the eating process because you need

less energy to chew your food.

This is especially important when raising children.

Secondly, the frontal lobe would have been helpful in spreading new technology quickly.

With a larger frontal lobe it would have been easier for humans to teach each other, and

to learn.

Also, thanks to the large frontal lobe, early humans saw the benefit in forming large social

groups, and these large groups would have made technology easier to spread across the

species.

By saving energy on everyday tasks like eating, and utilizing technology, it would have given

us an evolutionary edge that allowed us to survive while the Neanderthals went extinct.

3.

The Weather Change Changed Their Habitat

An argument against the replacement theory is that humans had nothing to do with the

extinction of the Neanderthals.

After all, humans first left Africa about 100,000 years ago and moved into the Middle

East, and then about 60,000 years ago they made it to Australia.

However, humans only migrated into Europe, the Neanderthal's homeland, 45,000 years

ago.

The question is, why did humans travel all the way down to Australia before getting to

Europe, which is essentially around the corner from the Middle East?

This suggests that humans may have only been able to move in when the Neanderthals were

already dying off.

So why were they dying off?

Well, drastic weather change could have been the culprit.

When the Neanderthals went extinct, the last Ice Age was coming to an end and Eurasia was

experiencing unstable weather patterns which dramatically changed the landscape.

For example, in Italy around the time the Neanderthals went extinct, forests morphed

into open plains over the span of 100 years.

The Neanderthal body simply couldn't evolve fast enough to survive in the new landscape.

The problem was that the Neanderthals hunted in the forest.

They used the trees as cover and then they clubbed or stabbed prey.

Their bodies simply weren't built to sneak up on fast moving and dangerous game animals

in the newly developed open plains.

Humans, on the other hand, were used to grasslands and open fields because that was the terrain

in Africa where humans evolved and strived.

With the Neanderthal population dwindling and the landscape becoming advantageous to

humans' skills, our ancestors simply moved into the area.

2.

Disease Wiped Them Out

Why the Neanderthals lived for tens of thousands of years in Eurasia, but died out about 1,000

to 5,000 years after coming into contact with humans, is one of the most debated topics

in anthropology.

The obvious conclusion is that humans had something to do with the extinction, but no

one is sure how or why humans caused it.

One theory is that when the Neanderthals moved out of Africa and settled in Eurasia, their

immune system developed to deal with that environment.

However, when humans migrated out of Africa, they brought African pathogens with them and

these caused diseases like tuberculosis, herpes, tapeworms, and stomach ulcers.

The Neanderthals' immune systems simply couldn't deal with the diseases and they

went extinct.

Yes, you read that right.

Humans gave the Neanderthals herpes and it killed them.

Evidence to back this up is that this is what happened when Europeans came to the Americas

starting in 1492.

When they came, they brought diseases like smallpox and malaria, and this was devastating

to people in the Americas.

Since the Native Americans' immune systems weren't developed to combat the diseases,

it's estimated that 20 million Native Americans were killed in the years following contact

with the Europeans, which was nearly 95 percent of the population in the Americas.

1.

They Assimilated With Humans

One theory surrounding the fate of the Neanderthals is that there was no death blow.

They simply assimilated with humans by interbreeding.

For any of the reasons listed in the other entries on this list, or quite possibly because

of a combination of them, the population of Neanderthals became drastically low.

However, instead of all of them dying off, the species was just absorbed by the much

bigger human population.

Evidence to back this up is that if you were born outside of Africa, 1.5 to 2.1 percent

of your DNA is Neanderthal in origin.

However, what's interesting is that it isn't the same genes in everyone.

For example, if you have 2% Neanderthal DNA and your next door neighbor has 2% Neanderthal

DNA, you may not share the same 2%.

Researchers think that 20 percent of the Neanderthal genome is still found within humans.

So they never exactly went extinct; instead, their DNA just became part of the modern human

genome.
