I really do want to stress like halloween' I am starting to get like I am super happy with my body right now
I haven't been this happy with my body
I'd say within the past six months the past six months to a year at least have been bad for me
I've been getting fat. I've been gaining a lot of weight that like I really didn't want to gain it. Just like happen
I've been overeating all the time
But recently I've made it a promise to myself and to you guy that I am going to get a better body
I'm going to stop eating like I've been eating so healthy recently honestly my appetite recently has not been high at all
I will eat like miniscule things and be full already like I don't get it like I will eat a
Tiniest portion of something and get full I guess it's just because I've been doing that for the past couple weeks now and my body
Is starting to get used to that and anytime I try and eat a little bit more than that?
I just feel sick to my stomach so I've been eatin really really healthy plus when I am eating healthy
I'm not eating a lot of whatever
I'm eating so it's causing me to have major fat loss right now
And I'm also going to the gym every single
Day and killing my workout which I'm about to do right now you guys know every single morning
I've been hitting the gym
but I also hope that
Motivates you guys that are inspired to go to the gym to go to the gym and kill the workout and just start getting in
Shape even if you don't need to go get in shape. It does not hurt to go to the gym
And maybe play a little basketball
Just get out and be active and do something
Honestly playing basketball is like one of my favorite things to do especially to lose weight
I remember I used to play basketball every single night like a year ago
And I would lose so much weight by doing that. It's just it's really fun
You don't think about it compared to just like running on a treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour and feeling like you're a hamster
Just be active. I'm going to grind recently where I'm really trying to dedicate a lot of my time to my body
I really just want to look good overall
I'm tired of looking like I'm actually very very happy with the support that you guys have been giving me recently you guys
Understand what I'm going through right now and what I'm trying to accomplish in the end
I haven't really give you guys a body update and like the past month or two and I got a ton of
Comments yesterday in the vlog after I did give you an update a lot of people saying I'm leaning up
I'm getting really skinny, and I am getting bigger at the same time
So that's really motivating to me to read those comments and not just go on my comments section to every person

I feel like when you're in the moment of something everything is like delayed a little bit like your brain lags a little bit and
It takes like a second to pick everything up, so to you as a person
It seems like it's delayed, but in reality like if you watch it back after reporting it
It seems like it's normal and like normal pays us
So we're does it just happen to me and Chris and like certain situations
And I'm just like this is so weird
why does it feel like it's delayed when it's really not I guess that's the best way for me to describe it just
