and loads of coffee and I don't care and now it's my cute little mom coming and

she's gonna ask me something so I'm gonna drive now now this is again things

you should never be doing you should never be driving a vlogging never ever

ever forever so now this is gonna be fantastic a fantastic day and I'm going

to have a foot traffic and I'm so happy and if you want to I give you some of my

what do you do when life doesn't go the way you planned it to what do you do

when your plans don't happen what do you do when the guy that you fell in love

with the guy that you want to marry the guy that you want to have kids with runs

away chooses someone else what do you do when you found the perfect job you

applied for it you worked hard for it you took the exam you took the interview

but they never called back what do you do when the country you found you know

you're gonna migrate to and said this is a perfect country I'm gonna live here

I'm gonna build my family here gonna have and then they your visa is denied

what do you do when a loved one is very sick and you pray hard for healing and

for health but that person dies it's very very painful and yes your faith

says okay God knows better etcetera etcetera but it's still very painful

what do you do some people get depressed some people close the door of their

house close the door of the room and stay there

some people just just shut off life some people just sign off some people try to

kill themselves some people are so locked up in their depression what do

you do can I give you an answer here's another find someone to serve

I'll say that again because I know that's kind of like shocking find

someone to serve now here's the thing you might say oh those are little kids

beautiful love to hear that sound find someone to serve I'm going to tell

you a story once upon a time there was this woman who was so depressed and and

she goes to a psychiatrist and for two long years regularly going

to the psychiatrist you know in the psychiatrist tried his best the husband

would come along very supportive husband and then after two years of seeing and

trying to help this woman and treating this woman finally the psychiatrist put

up his hand and say you know what and told the woman I tried everything I

think I can't help you and then he says is

that this I'm going to give you one last advice I want you to go out of here and

look for one person who is suffering more than you do and help that person

that's what you do and the husband and the wife look to one another decide and

they said okay we'll try after after all two years of depression right right and

and so they go up and and they're a well-off couple they go to a poor

country and this woman starts serving in an orphanage and she comes back two or

three months later to the psychiatrist and she says baby smile on her face and

she said I filled in was true she was healed and the depression never returned

you know why she went she instead of focusing on her tragedy focusing on

herself she focused on the pain of other people probably people suffering ten

times more pain than whatever she was going through and she found a way by

serving them and giving her life to them my difference that's what you do when

life doesn't happen the way you want it to happen when life and your plans don't

come true instead of burying yourself in depression find someone to serve hi my

and John and this is the story they wanted James and John this was a

this question we want life in its fullness do you want

eternal joy do you want happiness real genuine happiness just in the midst of

tragedy in the midst of struggle in the midst of trials find someone to serve

someone who's going through pain more pain and more suffering than you find

that someone serve that someone maybe a lot of someone's and then you will

discover real joy can I pray for you father in heaven I ask you in the mighty

name of Jesus I pray for this person praying with me that your Holy Spirit

strengthen this person raise up this person lift up this person give this

person joy replace sorrow into joy mourning grieving into dancing father

God I pray that you give the spirit of servanthood into this person in Jesus

name may you be God's servant right now and receive blessing and grace and

miracles and joy and victory and abundance from God receive it now amen

and amen in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit thank

you so much for this opportunity that I have with you being able to serve you in

HOW TO DO A BANTU KNOT/TWIST OUT ON 4C TAPERED HAIRCUT - Duration: 5:42.

hi guys it's me as you can tell I'm so tired but I'm here to teach you how to

take that tired afro to curl popping afro

I've got a spray bottle with oil in it, leave-in conditioner, my brush

curl control pudding afro pick and a satin bonnet and some

cool dance moves. I'm just spraying my hair with water here and it's got a bit

of oil coconut oil and tea tree oil I just love that mix and I just spray it

all over my hair just to get it a bit damp and then I'm gonna go in with my

Cantu leave-in conditioner which is amazing this one is the one with argan

oil and I just thoroughly cover my head in it this is freshly washed hair it's

been left dry because chasing after the kids trying to put them to bed but so I

just wet with the war and with my conditioner now I'm taking the hallowed

Denman brush and I'm just brushing down the picky sides my hair so they don't

get all dry and picky picky like popcorn and now I'm just gonna take small

sections I'm going to twist my hair individually so I'm gonna create small

little twists all over my head there's no accuracy there is no clear definition

to this just take two sections and wrap them around each other as tightly as you

can I'm just going to go all the way down to the bottoms of my hair I've

brushed each section out and with the brush to make sure it's nice and smooth

I'm just gonna go in I don't use any products in my hair and apart from the

control pudding which is new I might try a gel see if that makes a difference I

just wanted to see if the control pudding was going to make a difference

to my cars and so yeah I'm just going across all of my head and making these

lovely little twists it's really important that you brush it out and your

hair so that your twists come out as neatly as possible now for the

interesting fiddly bit this is where you make the bantu knot so what you need to

do is grab one of the twists and wrap it around itself in some kind of like mmm

no yeah you know what I mean she's been wrapping it around in itself till it

forms like a knot on your head it can be quite fiddly especially if you go a

teeny weeny afro like myself can be quite fiddly and your arm will ache girl

your arm will ache so just take each twist and I wrap it and form a knot on

my head so that I look like I have black popcorn all over my head

great that's it all done

now I slept on it and I woke up in the morning had my makeup did now I've just taken a bit of my cantu

not my cantu - I've taken a bit of my shea butter mix that's got again a bit

of tea tree oil and a little bit of coconut oil and some olive oil as well

so I'm just gonna put that on my hair to keep it nice and moisturized

now I'm unravelling the twist so now so long as you've kept it as a nice even

twist all the way down your hair it should come out really easily you just

unravel one it would be quite curly and you just separate the strands all the

way down and that's it there's your cause and now I'm just gonna go across

to hold my head and take out all my curls now I kind look like I've got squiggles on my

head like been up - and don't worry I'm not going to leave it like that because

I think I look a bit like a poodle so I just unravel them and then I start the out so I start to separate them a bit so they don't look like I look

poodle less

and to help that even more I take my afro pic and I'm just creating some

volume on the base of my hair and making sure that the divisions are not so clear

because of why they look that had to cut some variance possible I just use my

afro pick to fluff them out a little bit so that the curls remains on

the base and you can see that I separate it because a little bit means you see a

little bit of frizz but I really like the finished look so that's this

tutorial short and sweet I hope you did enjoy it and it's my first hair tutorial
