Youtube daily do Jul 4 2017

Hey, what is up guys?

One of my viewers texted me saying that there is a huge number of students out there who

are struggling in their life thinking what career they should go with.

It happens to most of us that we aren't really sure about what subjects we should choose

and what stream can be most fruitful for us.

We end up taking courses which most of the people around us are taking, and at the end

of the day, we always struggle in our life.

So in this video, I will be taking up this topic about how you can decide whats best

for you and how exactly you can capitalise the potential that you have within you.

It will be a series of videos touching upon all the important aspects in exploring the

career opportunities that we have around us.

Now, lets start with the most basic question that one can ask.

On what basis do you choose your subjects after 10th standartd?

I have asked this question to many students out there and here are the most common replies

that I get: 1.

I just followed what my parents told me.

They decided it for me because they are more mature than me and they will always choose

what's best for me.

2.

My cousin chose the same subjects a few years back and today hes in a very good position,

working in U.S. and is getting a really handsome salary, so it was only wise for me to go with

the same set of subjects.

3.

All my friends were going with Science, so, I thought that it would be really good to

be with my friends and do things together.

Now, let me know in the polls above about what was your reason for taking up certain

subjects after 10th standard.

So as you can see, in all the three cases, we never talked about what your interest was,

rather, we talked about what your parents want you to do, or what is a sure shot way

for success, because someone else followed the same path and became successful.

But hey, you are different than anyone else out there, arent you?

So, why follow the same path which you really arent sure about.

We are living in a society where people have a very narrow mindset when it comes to career

opportunities.

I have seen many cases where parents tell their kids to choose a subject based on the

marks they get in 10th standard.

If you manage to score more than 80%, you are bound to choose science.

If you scored somewhere between 60-80%, you will be suggested to take up commerce and

in case you got below 60%, you are looked upon as a hopeless creature and Arts is what

people suggest to you.

I know these days its CGPA or pointers kind of stuff but basics remain the same.

So this whole system of taking up subjects itself is wrong.

And trust me guys, its not your parents to be blamed, but its you who was unable

to choose what was right for you.

I will explain why its your fault with help of this example.

So, one day, your parents come to you and they talk about what subjects you need you

choose.

Since you got over 9 CGPA, they suggest you that Science is the best bet and even Sharma

Jis son chose science a few years back.

Look at him today, hes quite successful.

Deep down inside, you know that you arent interested in Science and you somehow manage

to tell this to your parents in a very weak voice.

They reply to this with a question, okay, so what do you wanna do?

Now, guys, this is the point where things go wrong.

You dont know what you want to do with your life.

You have never given a thought about it.

You feel you are too young to decide all this and you dont have any answer to this question.

So you are left with no option other than choosing what your parents wanted you to,

just because you didnt know what you wanted to choose.

So you get yourself admitted in a high school.

You join different coaching classes by paying a hefty sum of money and it all gets frustrating

for you.

You dont understand the subjects and you try harder every single day but in vain.

Depression creeps in as you are always reminded of how much money your dad spent on your education

and things start to get out of hand.

One morning, you just quit and you completely stop studying.

You somehow manage to pass the 12th standard but your marks are very poor.

Now, this continues throughout your life.

You join some random college, getting pass marks and then hunting for a good job for

years.

Then someday, you settle on whatever job is on offering and work day and night, thinking

of what went wrong with your life.

You lead your life in complete mediocrity.

This is the story of more than 75% of students in India after 10 th Standard.

So the question is, what could have you done upon being asked by your parents about the

plans you have for your life?

Now sit back, relax and do this counselling which I have to offer.

Close your eyes and imagine that you are on a race track.

You see many athletes warming up for a 100-metre race and you are one of them.

They are all ripped and they have been practising this for years now.

And here you are, participating first time in the race.

You are scared looking at your competition.

You never ran very fast in your life but for some reason, you have been compelled to participate

in this race.

On the count of three, you start running with everyone else.

You give your best, you put in all your energy and muscle power but all you can see is athletes

zooming past you.

You finish last.

You are being booed by the public and it seems like a nightmare to you.

Open your eyes now.

This is the exact thing you are doing while choosing a career.

So the very first thing you need to do is self-realisation.

Do you really think you are capable enough to compete with those who have been practising

and waiting for this day?

There will be a million of students appearing for the competition but do you think you can

be in top 1%.

Do you have that extraordinary trait?

Once you ask yourself this question, you will be very clear if that stream is for you or

not.

Now I completely agree that hard work and dedication can help you achieve anything but

the probability of you cracking that competition is around 1/100 which is really low.

You have better chances in a Roulette game in the casino where your probability of winning

is 1/36 and in case you win, you get 36 times of what you spend.

But here, you spend lots of money on classes, coaching centre, only to lose in the long

run.

Now I agree that there are 10% of students who have that potential and they are the ones

who actually compete in these exams, but other 90% are there, just to fail.

So, once you realise this, you can talk the same with your parents.

You can tell them that spending this huge amount on this suggested stream will only

be a waste of money.

You now know what your potential is and you already are denying to join the rat race.

Once this phase is done, start discovering about the things which you are interested

in or things which you are good at?

Because if you do what you like, you wont have to put much effort or concentration on

work as it will happen automatically and you will already be ahead of 90% of students who

are in the rat race.

It's just like if you ask a cow and a lion to hunt, obviously a lion would hunt much

better.

But it doesn't mean that a cow is useless and weak.

It has its own strengths.

It can provide milk and many other products which are really beneficial for humans.

I will give you a real life example.

I had a friend who dropped out of school in 12th standard.

He too was forced to take up science but was unable to cope up with the syllabus.

He stopped going to school and he failed his 12th standard.

Everyone thought that it was the end of his career but he dropped the plan of reappearing

in exams and started devoting his time in computers and online stuff.

He did many courses related to website building, computer programming and much more.

He started affiliate marketing and he built many websites online.

Within 2 years, he was already started to make a good money for living, form his online

business.

By the time we finished our college and got the job, he had already made millions and

gifted his Dad a brand new Skoda car.

So, do you think he's unsuccessful?

No, in fact, he's one of the most successful person I have seen in my life.

He wasn't good at Maths, Science, Arts or Commerce but he knew what hes good at and

what his skills are.

He knew what he loves to do and he mustered the courage to stand against the society.

He was laughed upon when he failed the 12th standard but today hes making millions.

So my point here is that you need to analyse what you are good at.

You need to do things which you love to do.

Work wont seem like a hectic task and you already will be ahead of 90% of people in

that race.

You might be slow in a 100metres race but you already are a champion when it comes to

Javelin throw.

I agree that even this will need hard work, dedication, commitment, focus and much more

but doing what you love has its own fun.

All you will need is some patience and you will see yourself growing in no time.

So guys broaden your mind to see the opportunities that you have in your life.

Engineering, Medical, MBA, MS, CA and Government Jobs are not the only career opportunities.

You have thousands of opportunities to choose from, just keep your eyes open for all the

chances that life gives you.

Now I will be making more videos, diving deep into what all career opportunities we have

today .I will be telling my viewers about what subjects they can choose and the right

way to do so.

So make sure you are subscribed to my channel to not miss on those and hey, all this is

completely free.

How Should I Pay Myself? | Do It Together Financial Planning with Peter Guay - Duration: 4:17.

I know, I know.

The last thing you want to hear about is taxes.

After all, the tax season just wrapped up and you've paid all your taxes, so why am

I still talking about them?

It's because I often get asked by doctors and lawyers whether it's better to pay themselves

by salary or by dividends from their corporation.

I'm Peter Guay of PWL Capital, and in today's "Do It Together" segment, we'll take

a look at the salary vs. dividend question for your professional corporation.

In my last episode, I discussed why as a professional, you should consider incorporating your practice.

You can watch that episode by clicking on the link below.

Once you decided to incorporate, you then need to figure out whether you should pay

yourself through salary or dividends, but it's not a simple decision.

Now remember, your primary goal in setting up a corporation is to save money inside the

company.

Whatever you leave in your corporation to invest has only paid that first step of tax,

in other words, the corporate tax, such that there's more to invest.

What we're talking about here is the money you have to take out of your corporation to

live on.

There is a fundamental concept in taxation that you need to understand.

It is known as Tax Integration.

As I explained in my last episode, the way our tax system is set up, if you earn money

in your corporation and then channel that money into your personal name within the same

year, the total amount of tax you pay should be about the same as if you got paid a salary

directly by your employer without a company in the middle.

The tax integration concept says that this should be true, whether you choose to pay

yourself by salary or by dividend.

Now tax integration sounds nice and the federal and provincial governments try to make sure

it is always the case, but in practice, it is not perfect.

There are small differences in overall tax rates that occur when you pay yourself through

your corporation by salary vs paying yourself by dividends.

It turns out that under the current tax rates in most provinces, there is actually a slight

advantage to paying yourself through salary.

About 0.9% in Quebec, when your company makes less than $500K.

If your corporation is making more than $500K, that advantage grows to about 2.7% in Quebec.

That being said, there are other reasons to pay yourself by salary.

You will be contributing towards your CPP or QPP.

In Quebec, also you'll be contributing to the Quebec Parental Insurance Plan, which

may come into play if you plan on having children, and taking time off work

to do it.

It will allow you to claim childcare expenses, for which you need to have an "earned"

income to deduct against those expenses.

Taking a salary also creates RRSP contribution room, which is deductible from your personal

income and allows you to save and invest in a tax sheltered account.

Finally, having salary income will help you with a mortgage application, if you intend

to buy a house.

The banks don't consider dividend income as stable when looking at how much of a mortgage

you can afford.

So what's the bottom line?

Once you've set aside as much as possible inside your corporation, I recommend

drawing salary to fund what you need your lifestyle.

This will maximize your QPP or CPP contributions and your RRSP contribution room, along with

some of the other benefits mentioned.

This recommendation may change in years to come, since tax rates are constantly changing,

but for 2017, salary is the clear winner.

As I mentioned in my previous video: The federal government is looking into these

numbers for professional corporation.

If you're not yet incorporated or are on the fence about it, you may want to think twice.

and wait until the fall budget update before spending the money to do so.

Favela do Moinho: a rap for Leandro, victim of the police - Duration: 6:27.

A RAP FOR LEANDRO SOUZA SANTOS

They shot him inside the crib

Let's go

Run

Let's go, man

FAVELA DO MOINHO – DOWNTOWN OF SÃO PAULO 27TH JUNE 2017

Yo, they killed the kid

They killed 'Chiclete'

They killed 'Chiclete', you crazy

Extra, extra, extra!

Another young man is killed by the Police in the slums

In bright daylight, the main street, a narrow alley

Caps, uniforms, characteristics of one with own opinions

distorted by suspicious actitudes

They come with the idea of peace through war. Right-wing visions

They throw dirt at the eyes of the people

and act in the shades

Helicopters, heavy guns, chaos

People are scared, like black mint, another black man is murdered

They killed the kid there and took him away

Justice! Justice! Justice!

They killed the boy inside the crib there, they shot him three times inside the crib

They left with my son in the litter, rolled up a thermal aluminum blanket

I don't know if my son is dead, they say he isn't, but I think they killed my son

Got it? He had 18 years old, a drug user, he uses drugs

I asked for the love of god to let him go and they don't let us know anything

When the operation started, my brother was there up in the front and started to run

He was scared because he was using the drug

and because of the drug high, he fled

and came here to the back. The policeman and the helicopter chased him

They found him and got into the crib

I was sleeping

And my wife woke me to say she heard shots being fired and bangs on the door and walls

See the blood here, the stepped blood here

Strong

It splashed here

And here, normally if he was shot there

It was supposed to be there

And the bullet was not supposed to be there

So they made another shot

in order to say that he had fired

Right?

And here there's another shot

I was inside my house, in the kitchen

They I heard the noise from the helicopter

And went out to see what was happening

When I did this, I was backed at my door and saw a vulture behind me

When I looked back and so did my husbund,

when I looked back there was already a bunch of police by the door

Ahd we tried to go back to our house, but they didn't let us

And we heard them raising the volume of the stereo...

and the noise of the helicopter and after that we couldn't hear nothing else that was happening inside the house

Murderers! Murderers! Murderers!

They took the body and placed out there in the back

Rolled him in thermal aluminum blanket

Took him from the back. That's why they are closing everything

Because they are waiting for the detectives, they beat up the kid to the death

There was a citizen, that while he was trying to be approached by the ROTA [police special forces]

He supposedely shot against a ROTA car

ROTA had to strike back and he was shot and soon rescued to the emergency hospital

Murderers! Murderers! Murderers!

They killed my brother! They killed my brother!

- Are you gonna let them kill another one? - No, they won't kill anyone else

They won't kill anyone

Once again it happens in the suburbs,

Tears run in the face of his family, while there's laughter in the bourgeouisie

To the hell if it was, or if it would be,

Here it doesn't matter if you are, what it matters is what you'd be...

What you looked like

Yes, it was a teenager that was high in the wrong time

We didn't used to talk much but the hood feels the young one who was killed

Innocent

According to the pigs in uniform it was a consequence of a shooting

But until now no one showed where the shot he fired came from

There's no proof, evidence or certainty

He doesn't have any blame, that's the talk of the ones who wake up in the morning and coldly kill

Now you know, what my people endure?

Let us pray for the gavel in the court is striked with the same strenght

that they used to torture him

But our country is messed up, and there will be other griefs

And meanwhile I won't stop, until there will be no more news of grieving hoods

And now look, at this kid with seventeen and a surly heart

That has discovered where the inspiration for the mayor's Beautiful City came from

Because the worms that killed 'Chiclete' also wear gray tones

Now, do you see, the hate that I carry?

But my heart softens, when I think about Leandro

MUNICIPAL CEMETERY OF VILA FORMOSA 29TH JUNE 2017

Fight is not over!

We'll keep with him on fighting

Moinho resists!

Holy is your name;

Your kingdom come,

Your will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven

Give us this day our daily bread...

How does creation really works | Which story do you live in? - Duration: 10:07.

hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book the journey of an Ascended Master and in

this video I'm going to share with you how creation really works and don't

forget to wait to the end because I've got awesome offer for you to get

into wealth so stay tuned

for me I struggled my whole life with creation

how does this work how is choosing something inside of you

able to change your whole reality I had a question for many years and I try to

figure it out by watching to other people to the law of attraction to other

interesting people sharing their knowledge but I hadn't certain thought

about what it will be and last year I figure out how creation really worked

and how you can use creation to you choose whatever you want

so at first I want to say to you that most people think that time is linear

and today's today tomorrow is tomorrow and of a ten days you will be here in

every second and every minute are the same length and you will experience them

as a minute as a second but I'm going to tell you now it's a topic for another

video but I'm going to tell you now that this is not true and the time is not

linear so with said how does affect that creation for me creation if I'm in

my center point I'm in a blank space and there is nothing there was no creation

yet I can choose to get in a story what I

was living in something called the past or a story that I know is going on in my

life so for me creating its story and you can live in a story or you choose to

replace that story for another story so if I make this clear for you there is a

story you are playing it in it and this story contains a duration of two years

it's it's called school this is story you know playing in it you're going into

it every day you're living in the school story and if you're honest to yourself

you can see that you are making every choice based on that story you are how

late you're going out of bed how late you're going in bed what

you're doing homework everything your life your creation is school based on

your story school so pick another topic for someone else after school you're

going to a job it's also creation also story you're going to your bed in a

certain time you're going out of bed a certain time you are choose what to buy

in the store based on your story creation work so if we place all that

stories next to each other you choose in which story you are living so how does

creation work if I'm looking it from my point of view I can choose to get in

every story I want by choosing it and every day every moment now moment next

to my choice after my choice I choose every

times same story and if I keep choosing that story you will manifest that story

and you will live it and in certain now moment so recap it all back you've got

all that stories how do you actually create so you have all that stories you

are locked up in one of them your store is called a job if you created that one

so what you're going to do you're going to go deep inside into your Center point

into your blank space into your nothingness inside you breathe into it

you go deep into this when you're there you step out of all that stories and you

can see all of them all of them all the stories that you have ever played or

you're ever will be going to play in and at that moment you're in the zero point

in the now moment and you make a choice which story do you want to play in

or create a new story you can also create a new story if there is no story

in your future or in yours I don't know how to call it in your now moment from

another timeline you create a new story you create the one that you would like

so you see them and you want a new story called wealth abundance freedom choose

that story and step into it when you are here back in daily life

so when I when you're back in your daily life in a now moment and you you already

choose to live in a certain story so when you're living in a story and you

have another choice to make find for yourself if it is in alignment with the

story you want to go in or is in alignment with another story

so at that certain moment you choose again which story you want to play in so

every crossroad in your life is a moment to choose story or to create another one

so I hope this makes sense and you can see or how creation really works because

it's just choosing it's just living in it and keep on on the track if you

really want you I also shared something similar in how to shift your realities

but in this I want to mention especially the stories because the stories are

important and you can step out of it if you step out of all stories I try that

once but you will figure out that you cannot live without story you need

stories to keep yourself here on earth and to create all of this beautiful

in your surroundings so choose the story you want to be in and live it

enjoy it and if you are done with the story choose again it's something else

you are never get stuck in the story if you have this conscious mind as you have

right now so enjoy the stories live in the stories and if you are done with

stories move on so I hope you loved my video don't forget to subscribe to my

youtube channel and stay tuned because I'm going to share so much more

for this time no free gift which I want to do you an offer I'm going to

Dubai I think one and a half month and I'm going to make video series on

wealth because being on abundance is one thing but living in wealth what is it

and how can we get into it so I'm going to capture all the energies of wealth in

Dubai and I'm going to guide myself and if you want to join me I will guid you also

give you the safe space to choose into wealth and you get into it with a lot of

joy you know with a lot of awesome videos I will give you this one time

over 150 euros and it's an early bird price when I booked my tickets the price

will rise and I hope you will join me in this awesome journey and we will see you

for we can expand this wealth in our lives so stay tuned and don't forget to

K: Yeah.

*Prayer In C instrumental by Andrew Foy*

*ding*

K: Forgive me if it's the wrong spelling

A: Yeah, same though

How To Do The Perfect Elevator Lunge - Duration: 1:01.

Today, I would like to demonstrate how to perform the Elevator Lunge correctly.

Step 1: Face the front of the machine,

stand with one foot on the front platform and one foot on the carriage.

Step 2:

Slowly bend the front leg and straighten the back leg to push the carriage away from you.

Step 3:

Bend the back leg to return the carriage to the start position,

keep the tension in the hamstrings of the front leg,

and make sure the carriage does not touch the platform.

Step 4:

Repeat steps 1 through 3 for two minutes then change sides.

Keep the tension in your abs to support the spine and be sure you don't lock the front knee when you stand.

The Elevator Lunge is an excellent exercise to develop the hamstrings, glutes, quads, and abs.
