know why this video is so hard for me to film but this is my fourth time
take one today I'm going to be reading and reacting to your guys's comments
under my first fashion Nova post hey - so today me and Jimmy are going to be
reading and reacting to your guys's comments under these fashion Nova

yeah so clearly have no idea why this is so hard to film but you guys have so
many comments under this video so I feel like it is best that I at least respond
to most of you guys earlier when you guys started commenting I did try to
respond to everybody but a lot of the same questions have been coming up or
same comments so I'm just gonna go ahead and make a video of it and hopefully
answer your guys's questions comments concerns right here I do want to address
a few things my final update and my final result with
fashion although was that I did get a full refund of my money which was only
about thirty seven dollars but it's still something and that's it you know I
didn't actually get my stuff but I am okay with that because at least I did
get my money back you know at the end of the day I decided to choose happy from
the whole situation and I'm just gonna let it go I'm not gonna harp on it or
continue any negative bad energy like I'm just completely done with the whole
situation I don't really like even thinking about it and I just won't shout
there simple as that you know I'm just gonna take the high road I'm not gonna
fight my way anymore with them I'm just going to decide not to shop with them
ever again so here we are with some comments what first comment is from
Fusion wifey finally someone who is actually honest regarding fashion over
their stuff are just hyped up by all the people they sponsor so yes I do really
agree with that I think they are just completely hyped up I have no idea why
people love them Vega not disclaimer but insert right here is that I actually
went to their store about a week ago in the Topanga mall it was not what I
expected at all I thought it was gonna be like a little fashion boutique and it
just was not what I thought it was gonna be at all when I tell you the
merchandising was kind of crappy and all the stuff early
like really bad hangers it just did not look as appealing as I thought it was
gonna be they're just like a regular boutique like a rainbow we used to have
rainbows back at home in New York it was kind of like that clothing store so
really not at all what it is made out to be next comment is from not a victim of
society I'm going through this right now also I'm asking them questions on
Instagram and they keep ignoring me so yes I feel like the best way to get
through them is definitely not going to be Instagram even though they responded
to me through their fashion of a curved account I don't know why um but yes I
don't think Instagram is the best way if anything I really have no suggestions
because I didn't get through to them two weeks after my whole dilemma somebody
emailed me just saying that they were gonna give me a refund so yeah that's
about it I am so sorry that you are going through it just know that you were
not alone in the situation next comment comes from Iran Adira love hopefully I'm
pronouncing that name right she said I received a rip romper and I try to give
a bad review on the website and never even posted it on that item so I've been
actually hearing that they don't post any negative reviews on their website
nor do they post any negative reviews or comments on their Instagram so yeah
those comments are definitely gonna get deleted so the next comment comes from
Sheila Tyler she said file a dispute with your bank
or your card so that is a huge huge huge comment that I have been getting
non-stop is file a dispute with your bank um guys that is actually the first
thing I did I have chase and chase is hands-down amazing anytime I go out of
the state country wherever it might be and then swipe my card chase actually
gives me like updated alerts I have to approve if the purchases like correct or
not so Chase is a hundred percent on the market on the game they're the first
ones that I called so yes I did do that them but they did suggest try to contact
them one more time before I took any further steps so yes guys first thing I
did always always always there probably more
than likely 100% backed up and guaranteed with your bank next comment
is from e Adkins she said I'm so scared I've ordered from them before and didn't
have a problem but I ordered today and I'm so scared
yes that was three weeks ago but Ian's I hope you did receive your package
I keep suggesting like there's nothing to be worried about I have read some
comments and had some people say that haven't had a great experience with
fashion OVA so I'm not pushing you guys to just not shop with them I'm literally
just giving you guys my honest review and sharing my experience with them
because I thought it was such a huge scam so I'm not encouraging you not to
shop with them but I'm also not encouraging you to shop with them if
that makes sense next comment is from love rose goddess
she said they sent me some raggedy shaggy clothes I will never order from
them again so what's really weird is that this is not the first time I've
heard that they if they do get to mail their stuff out that it's either like
used ripped somebody had like a old receipt in their romper or jacket like
this like that's disgusting like that is nasty I don't understand how you are a
reputable company clearly you're not in my eyes but in a lot of people's and you
are sponsoring a ish ton of people so I really don't get it I don't know how you
guys live up to your standards or your hype but yeah I am
girls I am so sorry about that but yeah I its discussing what I don't even know
what else to say like so sorry that you've been through that next comment
comes from Malaya forever and she says take them to court that's so many
comments about taking them to court filing with
Business Bureau and a lot of things on the legal side I did get my full refund
back so there was nothing that I could take them to court for um they did
respond to me within like two weeks and companies like that are always protected
in some sense but guys trust me with that being said if they waited any
longer I would have definitely definitely by all means have taken up to
court like yes it's only thirty two dollars but look how many people are
being scammed by you guys like literally like how many comments do I have on that
video how many people watch that video that like it's a lot it's not just me
it's not one other person or just like my sister my friend no it's a lot of you
guys so if you guys are still having this problem seriously but all means
take in consideration all of these comments and do what you need to do like
seriously do what you need to do because this is crazy this is getting out of
hand and they're really not all that guys they're not at all so don't be
scared of them get what you deserve period and last but not least the
comment I'm going to read is from Alexis Miller
she says I'm dying from the email they sent you it's hella unprofessional you
probably thought this was the fastest customer service response ever what was
the point of saying that especially when they were going to follow it up with
blacks this is just an automated message whoever is in charge of the customer
service department is off their rocket for that it's basically like they were
saying don't ever play yourself we ain't this fast super tacky I am so
glad like so glad that somebody got what I meant to say in that part like it's
just mind-boggling that they have the nerve to say that like I don't
understand why more people don't see that as like a effed up way and throwing
in your face like guys that's a little rude but Alexis Miller you get that ugly
mark on target I think that's the funniest part of everything and I feel
like that's why I can kind of be enlightened by the whole situation
because at the end of the day you've got a you can't stress yourself out so much
that it's gonna take a toll on your health um so yeah like yeah that's
honestly funny like why I laugh we're not the fastest customer service ever
you're damn Skippy you guys are like for real you guys aren't it's not the worst
like absolute worst um so yeah I just wanted to sit down chat with you guys
have read some of your guys's feedback and give you my final thoughts and
opinions on action Nova I am completely done with this company
there are non-existent irrelevant to me I don't care if I can't be up with the
trend on half these people by all means I'm not a follower so everybody can
follow their own path I am good to go so anyway thank you guys so much for
