8 Rules You Need To Follow For Weight Loss

Many people struggle to lose weight, although it isn't that hard if you put your heart

and mind into it.

There might be a million articles on internet which give "tips" to lose weight, but

do you know there are some simple rules you need to follow for having weight loss?

You might have seen people losing weight and then wondered, "When would that be me?"

Don't worry, here are the guidelines you must go by, to achieve a healthy weight for

yourself.

Rule No.1 – Eat Lesser Amount Of Calories.

Start counting the calories that you are taking.

You should take about 500 calories lesser than what you consume in your daily activity.

For an average person, it is said that they should eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day,

depending on the level of exercise they do.

Even if you have a slow metabolism, taking lesser calories would show results within

two weeks.

Rule No.2 – Scales Don't Always Tell The Truth.

When you start working out, it doesn't mean that a lot of weight would bounce off the

scale right away.

Rather, you would start noticing change in your looks.

Your muscles would start toning.

It is because the weight shifts to the parts of the body that makes you look good.

Stand in front of the mirror and notice how your arms are toning and your face muscles

have lighten, even though the weight might be almost same on the scale.

Rule No.3 – Weight Training Is Necessary.

If you want lean muscles, weight training is what you must adopt.

You can't rely on cardio to get that perfect body shape, even though you will get lighter

body.

Make yourself sweat in the gym and follow the instructions of your trainer and don't

shy away from using weights.

Rule No.4 – Morning Exercises Work Best.

If you work out on an empty stomach, early in the morning, it would bring results pretty

quickly.

Glycogen is consumed throughout the night and in the morning, only fat is consumed for

having energy.

You can also let your muscles recover the rest of the day by following the usual routine.

If you don't have time, spare out at least 10 minutes for aerobic activities.

Rule No.5 – Have Small Meals.

Cut the portions from your plate and it would help you lose weight.

You don't want to slow down your metabolism and thus, you should have food 4-5 times throughout

the day, but a lot less in quantity.

Smaller portions of healthy meals would include proteins, carbohydrates and fats and it would

be a perfect balance to keep your insulin levels at normal.

Rule No.6 – Drink Lots Of Water.

Internet is not lying when it asks you to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day.

Water will make you feel fuller and also improve your metabolism, which in turn paces up the

weight loss.

You can download water drinking reminder apps and thus, have enough water throughout the

day.

Any other drink will have calories and thus, only water is the best suited drink.

Rule No.7 – Choose Your Meals, Before You Eat Them.

You can decide what you will eat at your lunch hour or snack time, before you go ahead and

buy some junk food from the closest outlet.

If you have menu planned in head, it is more likely that you won't pick up any other

food.

Rule No.8 – Go To Bed Early.

Have dinner at least three hours before you go to bed and have at-least seven to nine

hours of sleep.

Otherwise, your body induces the hormones which help in storing the fat cells, which

you obviously don't want!!

aalright guys so we have a follow-up from yesterday's video a man this changes

everything once again we have like a rift being formed between players and

moderators and this doesn't happen a lot but it has happened in the past for some

reason it is formed from reddit and you can just feel the tension between the

old school community and the old school team the last time I believe this

happened was with windows mouse keys and a HK and the old school team did respond

but it took them a while to respond they're like screw this we're banning a

HK but you know windows mouse keys the box standard windows mouse keys is

allowed alright so that was cool and then we had the whole release the chat

logs boom a lot of people shut up and now we have yet again another grey area

and this is coming from actually the post from yesterday now I'm still

wondering why write that post was deleted but it could it could you know

Illuminati conspiracy it could have been an inside job if you know what I'm

saying I'm just joking though I'm in no business of trying to start drama with

the old school team that's like suicide right but before we get into that let me

just tell you why I'm pretty mad I'm sorry we will get into this whole

tension thing but there was an update today you know the Halloween up they

came out but something huge actually hit the game and that is something we've

been waiting for a lot of people have been waiting for for the longest time

and that is to make all option and damn automatic G is like a fortune teller or

something Oh a lot of people just knew about this

but two weeks prior to this automatically tweeted something out like

yo if they I'd make all our people gonna be able to one tick I could don't know

how to pronounce this would know much just shut up don't make fun of me

kalam bronze okay he's like are we gonna be able to one tick kalam ones and as

soon as this up they hit people were tweeting out I saw this on Twitter I was

amazed people are one ticking kalam morons and it's I've been hearing people

say people have been saying you can get one

mil XP per hour doing this now I believe please don't take my word for it and

please just kindly correct me in the comment section but I believe this is

possible because they added a hotkeys to this whole interface hotkeys meaning

that you can press a number on your keyboard instead of the actual game to

click an item and then make off so I believe with the combination of hotkeys

and qualms wand you're able to one tick them and not that's that's just crazy as

you can see on the screen I'm really really upset my man still has four days

I have to wait before I can before they process and untiring it and what if this

is patched I'm gonna be so upset dude 1 million hour that's 99 cooking and

literally one day one day maybe a half and as you guys know I'm gonna like I'm

trying to get the max Cape within 5 months as soon as I got on irons I'm

gonna be spending a bunch of money hopefully joining a skilling clan the

dream would be hexxus but trying to join hexes would be like trying to join the

Lakers with my current basketball skill right now not happening

omnia I really want to join as well but I believe omnia hates me or maybe skill

sanctuary but I know a lot of people hate me from there but if I change you

and moderators so another gray area has come out so remember the story yesterday

guy got banned flinching servers now I haven't been able to like get the scope

of that story but people have said that he was like using the wall to flinch

Cerberus in the way in which he was negating completely all of his damage

now this is where I agree with Jack cakes now let me explain but I'll also

talk about the tension going on so this moderator who banned this guy

permanently banned him right that was the first decision and this moderators

decision to to me maybe not to you guys does make sense this is where we're

gonna have like a difference in the comment section

but this moderator was like look this guy's a hardcore Ironman

and he was doing the boss like servers without taking almost any damage and

this completely defeats the whole purpose of heartcry my mode now I know a

lot of you gonna look at me bro you know nightmare oh that's what are

you talking about playing the game safely you you didn't do shit as well

but just just just leave me out of this equation let's let's talk about Howard

choir man who actually risk their account all of the iron man you know

Alfred I'd to servers the other day servers is really dangerous

and if you have this guy killing servers without taking any damage I can see

clearly why die mod was like man screw this guy what the hell are you doing oh

hell no you know perm this guy wrong with you man and now it makes sense to

me but other people are gonna be like well a lot of people did this they

should all get banned and this is where the riff comes out apparently this guy

did 60 kills all of which we're using this method right Paul yesterday

admitted to doing this now this is where there's a difference I don't know if

this difference is enough to decide stuff for you but Paul has killed

servers 1000 times how you if we can compare 1,000 kills to like 2040 kills

that would be like almost 2% of Paul's kills being with that method that's

absolutely nothing right so he's risk is he's actually risked his account many

times but then again you're still gonna get people saying well he still did it

and we also get to a friend to a friend did something he did something different

a friend like logged out during one of the attack animations to stop the ghost

from attacking him and you have many cases of many people all over the game

just abusing game mechanics and people are like why hasn't he been been and why

hasn't even been why has any demand and this is where the tension is coming up I

mean Jagex has responded they changed his permanent ban into a two-week fan

now part of me is saying would this have happened if it didn't blow up on reddit

because personally the first man was permanent now I'm not saying whoever

banned him permanently was wrong his decision makes sense to me right if you

think about all of his kills were safe you basically it's like me it's like me

killing every boss and go to his dungeon safely the kills would take me like ten

times longer but who cares how long it takes I'm killing a boss for free

basically without risking my status and part of me is saying like let's say he

posted that to Reddit and nobody cared it got like 2 of votes 5 views nobody

knew about his post and it didn't blow up would his band still would have been

reverted to 2 weeks if nobody saw it that's the question I am asking right

now because people abuse stuff on a daily basis a lot of stuff gets abused

on his game but now are people who abuse stuff in-game like let's say even to

take wood cutting or something like that to take mining are they now at risk of

just randomly getting banned but there's no fine line like I said yesterday what

kind of bug abuse would get you banned and what kind of bug abuse won't get you

banned so that's a question you know you can ask each other in the comment

section below the one from yesterday I haven't madam in-game yet so I don't

have a new clip of me paying a new winner so I'm just gonna show old clips

of me paying people cuz some because I've deleted all my videos people

believe that I don't pay winners so let me just show go ahead and show you that

Why Whales Follow Menhaden into the Bay - Duration: 1:47.

We've been seeing more and more

large whales inshore,

in the areas around Virginia Beach

and in Virginia waters inshore.

They are actually swimming through

the water and essentially taking

large gulps of water

with these schools of menhaden in them.

And then they filter the water out,

and the fish are left behind.

When they can find schools of fish

like that, that's the

perfect food for them.

And that's really what's bringing

them inshore here in Virginia.

We've had years where there've been

more than 100 whales around

and they're not only along the ocean

front, but they're following these schools

of menhaden into the Bay as well.

We're seeing them up into the Bay as well.

Well, menhaden is a herring like fish.

And it is often grouped into a group

of fish called forage fish.

They're very clearly one of the

most important forage fishes

that there is for Virginia.

I mean, from a whole lot of species.

We've talked about large whales,

but they're a significant part of the

diet for bottlenose dolphins.

And of course, they're very significant

for avian predators like osprey

and bald eagles.

And they're a very common prey

for a lot of game fish,

like striped bass.

I think that the movement toward

ecologically based management,

and setting aside a significant portion

of the stock for that side of the

ecology of the species,

and how important it is to all

these other animals and animal species,

I think that's critical to

the future of menhaden,

and to the future of a healthy

ecosystem in Virginia.
