Youtube daily about Aug 29 2018

The Duchess of Cambridge delighted royal watchers when she made a rare appearance during her maternity leave on Sunday, attending church with the royal family

And while Kate looked typically elegant in her Catherine Walker coatdress and hat, we couldn't help notice another accessory that was keeping her warm – a very cosy blue blanket on her lap!  Kate was pictured being driven to Crathie Church seated alongside the Queen

She managed to beat the Scottish chill and the cool 14-degree temperature with the extra layer and was also photographed clutching a pair of gloves

The Duchess' husband Prince William was also in the car, sitting in the front passenger seat

The Cambridges are currently on holiday in Scotland, where the Queen and Prince Philip will stay until October

On another occasion, Kate was pictured driving her five-year-old son Prince George to his first grouse shoot

Other members of the royal family who have been spotted up in Scotland include Zara Tindall, the Countess of Wessex and Princess Beatrice

MORE: Kim Murray reappears to support husband Andy - and she looks amazing!  Prince William's wife is preparing to return to official duties this autumn, having started maternity leave in March

Kate has made a few appearances with the royals though, notably attending Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding in May and the Queen's birthday celebrations, Trooping the Colour, in June

MORE: Has Ed Sheeran secretly married Cherry Seaborn?  On Sunday, she was dressed incredibly smart in a bespoke coatdress by one of her favourite designers, Catherine Walker, as noted by What Kate Wore

The grey coat featured a Peter Pan collar and large buttons trimmed in black or navy blue

Meanwhile, Kate recycled her hat by Lock and Company and completed her look with a pair of very special earrings – the Queen's Bahrain pearl and diamond drop earrings that were first given to the monarch as a wedding gift

Mark Penn was right about Trump, Hillary and double standards. Trump should respond by doing this - Duration: 10:10.

khau thomas mark pen was right about Trump Hillary and double standards Trump

should respond by doing this finding someone in Washington who is nonpartisan

and puts the nation's interests ahead of their own as so rare these days that he

or she if found might well qualify as an endangered species but once in a while

call it the law of averages someone speaks the truth it happened last week

when Mark Penn former adviser to Bill and Hillary Clinton wrote a column for

the hill newspaper in which he claimed there is a big difference between how

Hillary Clinton and President Trump have been treated when it comes to

allegations of criminal behavior Penn then appeared on Fox News where he spoke

of the double standard applied to trump and his associates compared to how

Clinton was exonerated by FBI director James Comey over her private email

server and her handling of classified information the investigations related

to the email were handled with kid gloves and the investigations related to

trump with all-out prosecutorial force of government and deep state might penn

said it doesn't matter the Long Knives have been drawn by those who want to

reverse the results of the 2016 election and put themselves back in power they

will not be sheathed until blood is drawn preferably the blood of the

president whose personality might not win him any good deportment citations on

a grade school report card but whose policies are making the nation stronger

president Trump needs to refocus and stop attacking his political enemies and

even his friends and start worrying about his most pressing problem neither

does it matter that no evidence of Russian collusion by the Trump campaign

has yet to be uncovered that train seems to have long ago left the station

replaced by other strategies to bring down the president none of which were

part of the special counsels original mandate

indeed on July 13th when Deputy Attorney General rod Rosen Stein announced the

indictment of 12 Russians for their alleged roles in hacking computers at

the Democratic National Committee in other sites he said there's no

allegation in this document that any American citizen committed a crime

there's no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or

affected any election result Rosen Stein knows the indicted Russians will never

be extradited and tried so it looks to most conservatives like a public

relations stunt designed to show that Robert Mueller was pursuing what he had

been tasked with discovering having failed to achieve that objective the

tentacles of his office have spread out in other directions now reaching the

Trump Organization where its CEO has been granted full federal immunity and

will likely be required to divulge anything perhaps even those long hidden

Trump income tax returns which Democrats have wanted made public since the 2016

campaign President Trump needs to refocus and stop attacking his political

enemies and even his friends and start worrying about his most pressing problem

as The Wall Street Journal editorial eyes the biggest political threat to mr.

Trump is a democratic election victory in November which will trigger a drive

for impeachment mr. Trump isn't going to persuade anyone to vote for Republicans

by railing against the Republican Attorney General he selected he should

stop publicly admonishing Attorney General Jeff Sessions who early on

recused themselves from all things Russian after the president's latest

criticism of sessions sessions issued a statement defending the law and the

integrity of the Department of Justice against the president's constant

criticism yes the DOJ has behaved differently under sessions and

Rosenstein than it did when Eric Holder described as present

to Obama's wingman held that post but nothing can be done about that now the

president should concern himself with what is being done on other fronts where

he can credibly claim success the problem is that his constant attacks on

others which achieve little have obscured many of his accomplishments

Americans want to be happy about their present and optimistic about the future

this president any president should see that as his main calling and pulled back

on his Twitter mirages there should be only one starter trummer president it's

time to wrap up the Muller Pro two former Hillary Clinton strategist mark

Penn who a lot of people would be surprised to find out he agrees with the

President on this why mark well look I spent a year of my life fighting the ken

starr independent counsel on behalf of President Clinton and really that was a

waste of a year for the country I think now that we have achieved a level of

peace and prosperity frankly we haven't had since since the late 90s

once again we're about to be consumed possibly by an investigation of a

Pietschmann and it's wrong it affects our foreign

policy every day this investigation seems to undermine itself the Carter

page warrant really was not based on anything much more than the dossier in a

Yahoo article look at this trial of poor mana for where is Russia where the judge

clearly mark as you well know the judge in the trial has said this has nothing

to do with what you mr. Muller were on your team we're empowered to do which

was to check into Russia collusion has nothing to do with that at all so you're

right but like ken starr's as you mentioned it has it has spun into

different things I'm just wondering if if mr. Muller is less interested in in

why he was empowered in the first place to investigate Russia collusion with the

Trump campaign that he is in getting rid of Donald Trump well I think there's no

question that he's going to have a report here that tries to say well maybe

he didn't find collusion but maybe it was closed and there was obstruction of

justice and all of these facts and I think he's going to try the Ken Starr

route now if he does it before this congressional

and I suspect like in 98 it will boomerang and if he does it after he'll

see which way Congress goes to see whether he can get him although it's a

fruitless exercise in the absence of any evidence that the public doesn't know

everybody saw the fire read of James Comey everybody knows his story in terms

of what he did in these investigations you know the whole thing now has become

a national waste of time and preoccupation well it would be debated

in his defend what he would say is look we've we've we've found out things about

the way the Russians operated in the 2016 election that needed to be

uncovered so there has been some progress made there have been people

indicted etc to which you say what look those were show indictments of Russian

intelligence just before a summit maybe we were trying to get a different

relationship with Russia so we could get help on Iran help versus China and North

Korea he's he's influencing and affecting the foreign policy of the

country by doing show indictments like that rather than putting that in a

report to the nation that's the kind of stuff that should have been in a report

instead of show indictments that he knows he are never gonna be you know and

other people say if he's really interested in Russian collusion beyond

and ighting Russians there was the issue of what happened with his trump dossier

whether Russian disinformation Russian elements were involved in putting that

together of course that would involve the Hillary campaign who helped fund the

Trump dossier more than it would Republicans well I think that this is

one of the things that has Americans divided and upset they see a full

all-out investigation of everybody who was even close to Trump they see a trial

of somebody that probably there would have been an audit here maybe a criminal

referral but the entire weight of the US government wouldn't be on Paul Manafort

had he not served for two months you know within the Trump campaign they see

associates being targeted you know in a way that is really not the typical way

that we expect them to be meted out in in just a couple of moments I'm gonna

have on a fellow Democrat colleague of yours representative Eric SWA well

when the president suggested well he didn't actually say but when the

president some of his associates suggested that maybe it's time for

Muller if not wrap be fired he says and I'm quoting Erik's wall well fire Muller

and we fire you to which you say what look I don't think the president should

fire Muller I don't think that would be the right end to this there's a very

interesting challenge by one of the witnesses that prompted a 93 page

opinion I haven't read yet which should be appealed whether Butler's appointment

with his broad powers whether he really is an inferior officer I think that's

probably the most promising way actually to shut this down firstly justices kind

of run its course what would you tell Democrat sois well your colleague when

he criticizes those who criticized Muller I would say read the dossier read

the Carter page warrant actually read it the dossier is a joke it was it was done

as Oppo research and you see in the Carter page that in fact this is a

threat to American civil liberties that's what this investigation is I

think more than anything else mark Penn great to see you mark thank you very

much

you

Penn. AG says Vatican knew about cover-up - Duration: 0:59.

Pennsylvania's attorney general says there's proof that the

Vatican knew about the allegations of sexual abuse by

priests in the state — and about efforts to cover it up.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro made the comment on NBC's

"Today" on Tuesday. He said he couldn't speak specifically to

Pope Francis, but he has "evidence that the Vatican had

knowledge of the cover-up." It's unclear exactly what that

evidence is, though. The comments come two weeks after a

grand jury report was released saying more than 300 priests in

Pennsylvania were credibly accused of abusing more than

1,000 children. The alleged abuse dated back to 1947. In the

weeks since the report was released, the Catholic Diocese

of Pittsburgh said it received dozens more reports of abuse.

Pope Francis issued a letter last week condemning sexual

abuse by priests and its cover up. But he told reporters on

Sunday that he wouldn't comment on accusations that he knew

about some sexual conduct allegations within the church

and took no action.

Liverpool star boasts about one key element of his game after pre-season displays | LFC News - Duration: 2:17.

New Liverpool signing Xherdan Shaqiri has admitted that he is capable of playing in

every position along the front line and hopes that his versatility will earn him chances

at the club.

The 26-year-old – who is on £100,000-a-week – has only appeared as a second-half substitute

in the Reds' season opener against West Ham United,

but he seemed to be confident of his own ability in attack after playing in various positions

along the front line in the pre-season friendlies.

The attacker moved to Anfield earlier this summer after Liverpool triggered his £13million

release clause at former club Stoke City.

"This team needed a little competition in various positions because that makes you better

and makes you stronger so I am looking forward to the season and we have started very well,"

he told ESPN.

"I believe that I can play every position along the frontline and the coach knows that.

I played every position in the friendlies: I played as a nine, I played as a 10 and I've

played as a winger."

It is surprising that Jurgen Klopp has not handed Xherdan Shaqiri his first competitive

start in the Premier League yet, as the player is even confident in himself that he can play

every position along the frontline.

Based on this revelation, Klopp should be utilising the Swiss in every way that he can,

as it is not often that you can find a player who can operate in a number of positions.

The fact that he is confident in his own ability shows that he needs to start more regularly,

and it remains to be seen why he has not.

However, with the likes of Sadio Mané and Roberto Firmino in the team, it will be hard

to nail down a spot in the midfield as the competition for places looks intense.

He is an extremely talented player and Klopp definitely needs to use him more in order

to bring the best out

of him.

How to Talk To Your Parents About Estate Planning: Part I, Transition Planning - Duration: 5:35.

Hi it's Arielle from Sphynx Financial Planning. Today we're going to be talking

about a topic called Transition Planning. Before I begin, let me say that I am NOT

an attorney and this video is meant to be educational, rather than legal advice.

If you need help with the legal matter please contact an attorney who is

licensed to practice in the state where you live. Let's begin by defining

Transition Planning: Transition Planning is a piece of the Estate Planning

process that involves a period of time before someone dies, when they begin

transitioning decision-making power to another person. As a young adult it is

important to start talking to your parents about their transition plan

early, rather than waiting until something happens and you can no longer

speak to them about what their wishes are. It can be uncomfortable to

acknowledge that someone you love will eventually grow older and die, but it is

so important to start the conversation early and have it often to ensure that

your parents wishes are respected. So how do you start the conversation? Begin

slowly. Listen, rather than speak. Let your parents know that you're trying to

understand, rather than dictate their wishes. If they get angry or upset take a

step back and put yourself in their shoes. Any major life transition is an

inherently emotional process and it's understandable that this can be an

uncomfortable and emotional topic for them to talk about. Remember when you

were a teenager? Not only were your body and mind going through many changes but

you were also gaining independence. Aging is like becoming a teenager, only in

reverse. Instead of gaining physical and mental capabilities we begin losing them,

and instead of gaining independence and control over our daily lives we begin to

relinquish control to another person. By allowing your parents to express their

wishes you give them agency over this

transition period and peace of mind knowing that their wishes will be

respected, rather than what you think their wishes are or what you believe is

best for them. Once you've opened up the conversation

encourage your parents to document their wishes

using a living will, a healthcare proxy or healthcare power of attorney, and a

financial power of attorney. A living will is a document that outlines a

person's medical wishes under various circumstances. For example, a living will

will typically state whether a person wishes to be intubated or resuscitated,

whether or not they want pain management, or whether or not they want to be an

organ or tissue donor. A health care proxy designates a person or people to

make health care decisions on another person's behalf if those healthcare

decisions are not already listed in the living will. A healthcare agent cannot

typically override the terms of the living will but it's still important for

your parents to choose someone they trust has their best interests in mind. A

financial power of attorney gives a person or people power over the

financial affairs of another person. For example, a financial agent may do things

like sell piece of property or liquidate assets in order to pay for the other

person's medical expenses or other living expenses. Just like with the

health care proxy, it is important for your parents to choose someone as their

financial agent that they trust has their best interests in mind. Depending

on the type of power of attorney, this power can begin either immediately or at

a specified date in the future and can either end after a certain period of

time as elapsed or end upon death. In addition to these formal documents it's

also a good idea for your parents to make a list of important information. For

example, this list should contain the location of key financial documents and

other important property, a list of bills, when they are due, and what their amounts

are, and feeding instructions for any pets or any other important activities

that must be completed on a regular basis. Imagine that your parents are

going away on an extended vacation and you're taking control of their affairs

while they're away. These are the types of instructions that

this list should include. So when is the best time to have this conversation? Your

parents may be in their 40s or their 50s they may still be very healthy and

physically active. Even so, the best time to have this conversation is right now.

Any one of us can become incapacitated at any time. Sometimes this happens

suddenly and sometimes it happens slowly and imperceptibly. If you and your

parents haven't planned ahead of time there's a chance that you could try and

start the transition process too early, which may lead to anger and resentment

or too late, which may lead to issues such as identity theft, unfiled taxes, and

even physical accidents, all of which can possibly be avoided. The earlier you

start having this conversation, and the more often you have it, the easier it

becomes. Thank you so much for watching! Please like this video, leave a comment

below to let us know what you thought, and don't forget to subscribe to our

2018 KCON LA Interview: Boris talks about SNSD, auditioning, UCLA Dance team + MORE - Duration: 8:59.

Hi guys, yeah, I'm back with another intro for an interview

I did at KCON because there was just so much going on

that I didn't get like a proper intro

but I've had the wonderful opportunity speak with Boris

who made home as a Choreo Stance member at UCLA

So here is his interview right here -->

Hi, my name is Byul

and I'm posting an interview for our Popsquare YouTube channel

where we hopefully are able to be youtubers like yourself.

are also very influential

Dancers and into the K-pop community

so it is a really great honor to meet and speak with you

So I actually wanted to ask you a little bit about your background,

I think you shared on Choreos website before

but how did you actually get into K-pop?

So I got into K-pop in 2009

and I

Basically in high school my friend showed me

SNSD

>0<

the "Gee" music video

and then when I saw Yoona

and I was like

Oh My God 0_0

She's so beautiful like this is the girl I want to marry and then I got into...

Yeah, I got into K-pop from that basically

and I only listened to SNSD for like entire year for even freetime

SNSD, you're great !!

All the way through ?

Even today, you know still great

So did you actually hear about the they're gonna have a new sub-unit coming out from SNSD?

Oh yeah yeah I heard that!

So if you gonna actually create your own sub-unit for SNSD,

who would be in it and what kind of concept do you want them to have?

Uhh You mean out of the...

ones in the SM

Even though they're outside of SM

if you can actually create and dream as in

as the team

So for me

my favorite SNSD are

Yoona

and Tae-yeon

and ...

Yuri

and

umm...

@_@

I think that's good,

those are the three I would choose

I don't know how they fit into a group

because I guess Tae-yeon would be like the main vocal

that's all that matters

and then Yoona and Yuri are both pretty good dancers so

Yeah, I just...

Like when I got into SNSD, I liked those three at first

Yoona first and then the other two like later on

But I just...

I'm not sure how they would work out but like..

But I just like them !

Yeah, they've been together for like...

I'm sure they can make it work / 10 years~

They can do something

Definitely !!

and then now

from joining Choreos ..

like what was the experience

like performing or even auditioning for a dance team for UCLA and a really big good enough for for foreigners

Like what was the whole experience like?

Yeah. So when I first joined it wasn't that big of a deal yet

we had like...

a few hundred subscribers, maybe

when I first joined

and my friend

just brought me to the audition because she wanted somebody to go with and

At that point, I had a really bad hair

(Hair) style and I was like,

I can't do anything public until I grow my hair out,

but then she dragged me in. / It's amazing now ^^

Thank you, thank you.

and then she dragged me in and then I audition, I got in and

It was..

it was a lot easier back then

Now it's a lot harder to audition.

So if you want audition, make sure you get pretty good at the dance

But I think throughout the entire...

process it's just like

you have to make sure

You show some potential and skill and dancing and then also

For those who people who actually are very invested in K-pop and like dancing

and not..

they're not just in it for the fame, you know

Definitely !!

Because now there are a lot of people who was want to get famous or something

Umm.. so there's like an interview that tries to shoot that

Oh that's awesome !

Yeah, so...

once you show that it's not that hard

I think a lot of a lot of people who are leaving because of valuation and job etc.

And so...

there are a lot of spots open

Please try out ^^

So then,

actually for those who...

because there's a lot of YouTube channels out there

There's going to talk about K-pop dance covers or people who are really into dancer,

but they don't really know how to start it

What's an advice should we give to those who are trying to learn choreography

and also those who want to try and perform for their own dance team

So...

if you look for a learning choreography, make sure...

You watch the video a lot

To absorb the dance moves

and then once you learn the basic dance moves you have to also go back and clean it so...

After you watch yourself

You need to record yourself and see how bad you are at it

because everyone's gonna be bad when you first perform it

Learn the parts you have to improve / yeah, yeah

so then you have to learn it and then...

See how bad you are and then go back and see how to change it and fix it based on the original

choreography and then...

It helps you if you use the motion and mirror it

so then you can like match every little angle

By the second, by the beat

and then slowly you just get better over time

You have to try really hard in the beginning though

It will take a lot longer in the beginning

and then for making a team, I think

From my experience in Choreo that I think it's important to have

A strong leader whom everyone respects

That's the first thing so...

Make sure that you have some skill before you start a team and then...

make sure that the team is focused on improving and having fun and

if people want to fight for like who gets a spot,

you have to make sure the system is fair

so you want to make sure that

like there's some way that people can agree on who did something better

so that they get the part

because if you just assigned people randomly or if you just say "Oh you get this part because I Like you"

then people will get mad and then team atmosphere will go bad

So it's not going to be like a very good team working

and that's how it is to mean a dancing need to all officially work together

Make sure that everyone has respect for each other and

is trying to reach the goal

Like team

Just like how just make be very close with your team members that you can

there's like no barriers or anything

No matter what you guys are working out

Yeah

So as you been a dancer for a long period of time now

and then growing from where you were then to now

if you can actually pick a position where you can dance for your favorite idol or

a company or even for 1 million dance team

Like what would you think it's like

the biggest like dream as a dancer?

I mean,

I think I would just want to join SM because

SM has a big like a it's a really consistent and quality of songs that they put out...

They haven't really put out any bad groups

Their training seems really good because all their dancers seem pretty talented

even the ones who aren't dancers

They seem at least pretty decent, enable to pull up the choreography, so I want that training

Even though it seems really stressful and a lot of pressure

there is also like a more guarantee success and more guarantee improvement

Have you actually try auditioning for SM?

I have not

So do you want to try?

If it were really convenient, then I would maybe audition

But then ...

I am not someone who is looking into becoming an idol

because for what I'm already 23

So that's pretty old for...

Starting to training

and then the other thing is ...

Like even if you become a trainee and you debut even if you debut,

You might not be successful and there's gonna be a lot of money

and you're gonna come out into the workforce with no skills

so it's really like... it's gonna be challenging even though they're talented

So I think that's all the time that we're gonna take out from you

Cause I know you probably very busy

but thank you so much for taking time to speak with us and to our YouTube channel

So if possible, can you give a shout out to your Popsquare fans?

Hi Popsquare, thank you for watching this video on YouTube

and I will see you on this channel and my channel !!

Thank you, Bye bye

Actually that's right!!

So you only have Instagram and are you gonna start on YouTube channel one day?

Yeah, I have Instagram.

I do have a YouTube and I put like performances and some shows on it

but it's not like that big of a deal because I put mostly the same video that I put on Instagram on it

If I have more time in the future, maybe I'll put more videos on YouTube

Even tutorials maybe but at the moment I have very long, busy time for school and work, so...

Yeah, a lot of people have been asking for tutorials, but I'll try to do that after that

Thank you :)

Thank you so much :)

OK! GOOD

I hope you really did enjoy watching that interview. I had with Boris

And Boris I'm really sorry that I totally just chased you down right after the random dance play

But I have been such a huge fan of yours

So I really didn't want the chance to speak with you and for everybody who is a dancer out there or is looking to get

Into dancing or if you just want to start doing dance covers for K-pop

I highly recommend you guys to check out Choreo YouTube channel

And also follow Boris on his Instagram page because he does share

Details of his practice and you know just points here and there about the choreography.

So thank you so much for watching this interview

I'll see you all again next time

Bye :)
