Fremantle rookie Andrew Brayshaw has undergone surgery to repair a broken jaw and three "displaced" lower teeth after being punched by West Coast's Andrew Gaff, the Dockers have announced

The AFL club has released a statement saying Brayshaw is recovering at home with his parents, cannot eat solid foods for four weeks and will miss the rest of the season

The Dockers said the 18-year-old midfielder's teeth were "put back into place and splinted" and medical staff had advised the surgery "went well"

Gaff struck Brayshaw off the ball during the third quarter of West Coast's 58-point victory, prompting an emotional Dockers coach Ross Lyon to describe it as a "king hit"

The attack has sparked debate about possible criminal charges for on-field incidents and revived talk of a send-off rule in the AFL

"I just want to apologise to Andy, I feel sick.I did the wrong thing and I'd like to think it doesn't indicate my character," the Eagles midfielder told Fox Footy

When asked for his version of the incident, Gaff said: "It's hard to say … it is what it is and what will happen will happen

" The hit is likely to be referred straight to the AFL tribunal where Gaff is facing a suspension of several weeks

Former Eagles coach Mick Malthouse said he was shocked by the hit but described it as "totally out of character" for Gaff

"I think he probably hit him in the right spot at the wrong time and caused maximum damage for something he would probably never be able to do in another five years," he told ABC Radio Perth

"But it's happened and he's going to have to wear that."There was malice but to me it was by a bloke who probably didn't even think about it and threw the fist out, and the consequences are grave

" But Malthouse said he would not like to see criminal charges come into play for on-field incidents

"Does the football field or the sporting arena have enough governance to penalise the person?" he said

"I hope that doesn't take place because I think we've got enough policies in place where we counter and make sure that the game stays the way we want it

" Former Dockers skipper and ABC Radio Perth breakfast presenter Peter Bell said he felt for Brayshaw

Bell also questioned the behaviour of some Eagles fans who later gave Gaff a rousing reception when he kicked a goal in the fourth quarter

"It's not usual behaviour to celebrate a goal with a standing ovation that is far enhanced, the sound collectively, than a normal celebration of a goal," he said

"I understand it's emotive, but it's emotive also to end up in hospital with a broken jaw and your teeth caved in

It's not really what you expect when you go to play football."Also, I immediately turn to the family, there's mum and dad, who've come along to watch the game … I just don't get it

"You're sitting there watching your son being taken to hospital and then the crowd's giving a standing ovation to the person who did it

" Senior WA politicians have strongly condemned Gaff for his actions, with Sport Minister Mick Murray saying it sent a poor message to children

Education Minister and Eagles fan Sue Ellery said she was shocked by the incident

Lyon told reporters after the game that Brayshaw was "pretty distraught" after the incident

"I've got an 18-year-old kid that I've seen in a real mess when I came down to the room … and his mum in tears as I walked in

It's not very palatable," he said after the game."My senior players certainly wanted retribution and I had to stay out on the ground longer at three-quarter time to settle a couple of them down and say don't bring yourself into disrepute

Convert your 4 prong CFL to an LED Can Light / Super Easy / Step by Step - Duration: 4:56.

Hey Allen Lee here with honestly handyman services

And today I wanted to show you guys how to convert a four prong CFL to an LED light fixture

So we're gonna be converting from this which if this looks familiar is a four prong CFL

Light bulb to an LED light bulb and really the trick is what we're going after is the ballasts inside the fixture

I'm going to show you guys exactly how to remove the fixture disassemble the ballasts and just hardwired it so you can install

Yourself an LED cam light so there are a few reasons why you might do this

Probably the most common is because your ballast has gone out

one of the most common things is that if you if this bulb goes out and you go to you know,

Replace it and and then it just doesn't work or it comes on slowly or things like that

That means your ballast has gone out or is going out

That's probably the most common reason another reason is maybe you're just looking for some more light

So anyways, let's get to this job replacing this four prong CFL with this LED light picture

I'm gonna show you guys exactly how to do it. So what you're going to want to do first is remove your CFL bulb

they could be mounted one of two ways either be mounted directly up to the can box or be integral with the

Cam light housing and like mine is in - interval it can light housings

So basically you just remove that I guess I forgot to mention you want to make sure your powers off obviously

So here I got my CFL out

So I'm just going to go ahead and cut these four wires and remove this whole assembly after remove that those four wires

See, here's the four wires here. You're gonna want to go ahead and remove these screws here. So there's one screw here

One screw here and then one screw over here

you're gonna remove those three screws and

Then this whole can is gonna come on down once you got those three screws three screws removed?

You have two options, you could either pull this can down or you can push it up

it's a lot easier to push it up out of the way just

Push it up into the attic and then you're gonna want to look around and find your ballast box

And you see here's your ballast box. So we're gonna resituated here so we can access this ballast box

Okay, once your resituated there you want to take a flashlight and just go ahead and put it up in the attic

So obviously don't forget that flashlight when you go back with it

And then here's the ballast here the thing that we're going to be disconnecting

so there's a clip on top of this ballast box now you just do

You pull that box out of the way and it has wires on the back

You can just go ahead and cut all these wires as close as you can to the ballast itself and then remove the ballast

I'm gonna do that right now

So here's what it looks like after I cut the wires off the ballast you are gonna be left with the four

four wires here

And these are the exact same four wires that you saw inside your can

From earlier in the video and then you are gonna have obviously a ground wire

You're gonna have a black wire and a white wire and see now those are just little pigtails

So we're gonna go ahead and remove the white wires and what we're gonna do

Essentially is we are gonna pull out one of these blue wires. We're just gonna pull it out and get rid of it

Then we're gonna pull out one red wire and get rid of it. So we're gonna be left with one red and one blue

we're gonna

We're gonna strip the red wire. We're gonna hook it to the black wire. We're gonna strip the blue wire

We're gonna hook it to the white wire

And then we're gonna put our ballast cover back on and then I'll show you guys what to do next

So as you can see, I got my wires ready. I just stripped these wires

so the blue wire is

Going to go ahead and hook to the white wire and the red wire is gonna hook to the black wire now

These are the actual wires that are coming from the light switch. So obviously again you want to make sure hull powers off

So these two wires are the wires that go to inside the can that we're gonna be accessing later

So basically Reed's be hooking those up and then we're gonna be going from there got my wires all hooked up in there

So now I could take the ballast cover that we took up earlier

The ballast is still in there now white thinks your ballast

But you can just go ahead and leave the ballast in there because it's disconnected

There's no reason why you need to take it out. So just gonna pop this back in there

Just to remount it

now that you put your ballast cover back in you can want to remove your flashlight and then you're gonna go ahead and put your

Can back down

So the can that's just sitting up in the attic you're gonna bring that back down and you're just gonna reset it down

You're gonna rehook up all

All the screws and then I'll show you guys what to do with the wiring got our can back in got all the screws

Fastened up and you see we are left with these two wires that we left in here before one red one blue

So we're gonna go ahead and strip those then you're gonna want to open up your box with the new LED

can light and grab this guy and then we're gonna be cuttin off this socket end and then wiring these

Wires directly up to our can right there and then once you got them wired up

you're Hook them up to your LED and go ahead and put it back up in your box after you got your LED up there

You're gonna want to test it out and see how your kitchen looks now

So that is exactly how you convert a CFL four prong CFL to a LED can light

So if you guys like this video, please give it a thumbs up

What Can You Earn Doing Affiliate Marketing? - Duration: 10:04.

Hi Trish leadyourlifestyle.com today. I wanted to share with you the

possibilities and the potentiality when it comes to building an online business and

A lot of you already know my story in the well, let's go back a little bit further. I

built and ran a real estate investment consulting business

Which was very much one-on-one and you know in other words I was

Dealing with one person at a time one client at a time and it wasn't a great use of my time in other words

I wasn't leveraging my time properly. It was what they call trading time for money

so for every one hour I spent with one client, you know, that was one hour of my time and

I would only there's only so much that you can actually earn as a result of that one hour of time and

so I

Decided to leverage myself and a friend introduced me to

The possibility of turning my real estate investment consulting business into an online business

so for the first 12 months, I

Actually spent my time

building an online business for my real estate and

Turning that into a training package something that can be accessed online. So all of my

Knowledge my skills my intellectual property my stories

my experiences were all sort of parceled up into a training package with a workbook and put online and

I could charge four hundred and ninety five dollars for that process and I could advertise that globally

I wasn't geographically bound by that education

So it was really powerful as a result of seeing what I could do there

I then wanted to actually promote and market the tools and the training that got me there and

that's when when I started to start on an affiliate marketing business is what we call it affiliate marketing when you actually

Have tried a product you love a product and then you want to promote it and market yourself and you can do that online you

Can create online business around that?

so for my second online business

It really took a good 12 months and I'm still building and I'm still learning and I'm still

You know learning new ways of being able to generate income

What I wanted to do is really just show with you

The first 12 months because I think that there needs to be some reality around what it takes

To build something like this and some reality around the earnings as well

And I want to there's a bit of a disclaimer to this. Everyone is different

You may not earn as quickly as me or you might even earn quicker than me

but there is no guarantees whatsoever when it comes to

Building an online business and there are no guarantees because you've invested in the education and the training

Still doesn't mean that you can potentially

Have a guarantee of earning income as a result of you investing in the training and education at the end of the day

It depends on what you actually put in

with respect to your time and

resources as to what returns you end up getting and

We are all at different skill levels

so again

It can differ from one person to the next as to how quickly they're advanced through the program

So, let me just share screen with you

So you should be seeing right now and we call this a I call it a back office area

I know Stuart's talked about it as an affiliate ledger and

This is really the area that shows you your business and you can actually run your business from this area as well

It's pretty cool

so here we are into my

earnings and I want to really show to you the reality of the first 12 months and like I said

this won't happen for everyone and it will never be replicated like this and

You just have to be aware of that, you know it takes

Different people different lengths of time to be able to get up and running with their business. So this is my second online business

Yeah, first 12 months

Oops you can see

January there

You

You

See I'm just scooting around here. So January, oh, there it is there. There we go. So total earnings for January

2017 zero, okay, so that's when literally

started the affiliate program and started to then put

Advertising together and started to put it up online and then in February of that year

The

First sale came through and actually I always thought it was March

2017 but it's February 2017 where the first sale of

$20 came through and that's pretty exciting when you see that happen because it's just

validation that it all works and the systems work so

It's very exciting

We go to March

And then all of a sudden you yeah another sale for and that's the sale that I thought

That I first started off with but it must have been February

And then we go April now, I think it I think it doubled in April

Now, there we go. No $60.00 for the month of April. So that's happy. That's great. And

Then May I think it might have even?

Doubled again. I'm not sure here May. There we go doubled again 120

and

Then for June

We go big jump

5845 dolls, so you can see the work that I'd put in January, February March April, May June

we're looking six months down the track and

to achieve these sort of numbers is

To be promoting and marketing

what we call high ticket sales or high ticket items and

Through the sfm and through digital experts Academy, especially digital experts Academy

They provide and offer

different levels of training and education for people to actually move through and

That's what's so brilliant about that as being a referrer to that program to digital experts Academy

The fact that they are high ticket sales as they move through and as they progress you receive a commission based on what they buy

So that was June

What I'm going to do is I won't take you through the whole lot and then between sort of June July August September

And I think it was

November because it's sort of it fluctuated between

About 5,800 dollars and about three thousand dollars

So that was that was one of the biggest months there so you can see

3160 let's have a look in December

4905 so, you know, you can sort of see a little bit of

Consistency there and now these numbers, you know, they're not

Earth-shattering, but we're talking the first 12 months of starting a business. I

have in the past a long time ago started a network marketing business and

I

Never reached those numbers. I didn't even reach those numbers in the whole time that I was running that business. So to

Have that sort of revenue come through in the first 12 months is incredible

it really is incredible and you can just see now you can sort of visualize and see the

Potentiality of what it can do for you? So I'm gonna go

January then

2018

That was a lower month there

So you can see that was actually not because it was around Christmastime and I remember that clearly so that was quite a low month

in January and

12 months later

February

Let's see. What there we go. So you could a

thousand four hundred and ninety one dollars

very clearly you can sort of see the potentiality of this program as a result of

Doing affiliate marketing and really that's what I wanted to show you and I wanted to show you very realistic numbers

And so you get a real?

truce a real reality about the

potentiality you can see it's there and you can see

What potential that you can have to get that business to grow to a point where you're not dependent on?

an employer or you can run this beside your existing business and

You know that the scope is incredible. So that's my share. Trish leisure lifestyle comm and if this is on youtube

Just press that red subscribe button and subscribe to my youtube channel

and

That's me. I'll stop sharing now and

Hope you've got something out of that

And I'm sure you you would and I'm sure that you can see

That by doing this the reality of what you can achieve as a result of doing the work, that's me. Bye for now

Can Short Sellers Borrow My Shares? Find Out Here! - Duration: 3:52.

Hey guys, what's going on my name is James Mason in this video. I just want to talk about

kin short sellers borrow your shares

so

The quick answer is yes, and no

So for the no part if you have a cash account

You've already paid for your shares in full

You own them?

they cannot come in and

Borrow your shares from your broker

So

the other side of it is if you have a margin account and

You purchase shares on the margin account side of things and

That actually gives them

The ability to actually borrow those shares but only the ones that are on market

So for instance TD Ameritrade, if you go to your client agreement, and you can pull this up on their web page

For actually for TD Ameritrade under climate climate client agreement, sorry

Go down to page 7

And it's right here under

Loan & securities so it says, you know

You're authorized to lend yourself or others any securities

you hold in my account and to carry all securities Lindt as general loans in connection with such accounts you may

receive compensation

And retain certain benefits that I will not be entitled to and it just goes on

you know saying some other things in it, basically that

You know for instance TD Ameritrade can lend out

your shares that you had bought on margin to people to short them and

Whatever they benefit from it you are not entitled to because the margin account

is basically a loan from them and they still actually own that so

You know, that's still actually their property

They're just landing it to you to try to make money off it so they have the right tool in just those shares out

so

You know that it's always been a big question for the OTC, you know

can

Can short sellers

borrow my shares and a lot of people they will put in a

sell order to lock down their shares and really most of them just have cash counts, so

You'll have a lot of people with cash accounts who will

start putting in just a sell order and

If it's in the same range it basically just builds a wall. So, you know, that's just something to think about and

To also understand

You know what they can and can't do

With your shares so cash account. They can't touch. What's what's in the cash count

Margin account they can only borrow what was purchased with the margin?

account funds

so I hope this

You know

gives you

Some better insight with how this all works and

You know clear up some things for you so I appreciate you taking the time to watch this

You know, if you haven't yet, please subscribe. Please give me a thumbs up and I will see you in the next one

Can this cooling glove boost your exercise recovery? - Duration: 5:59.

Every time we workout we bump into our all too human limits.

Exercise for too long, we get too hot and have to stop to let the body cool.

That can take up to an hour; time you could be working out.

Biologists at Stanford University are developing a device that could revolutionize our workouts

and give us all superhuman stamina, without steroids or performance enhancing drugs.

It's something you hold in the palm of your hand called a cool glove.

And one of its inventors is Dennis Grahn.

What's it's designed to do is to deliver a cool load to your circulating blood so you

can effectively cool your body core down and literally pull heat out of the critical core

organs.

Now what's so special about the hand?

We have a large volume of blood to flow directly beneath the skin's surface.

That's makes a really good radiator.

So, your hands have radiators built into them?

Exactly.

The cool glove does for your body what a radiator does for your car: suck heat away from the

engine block so the motor can keep on humming.

Today Dennis is ready to prove to me his cool glove really works.

He's going to drive my body's core temperature way up then see how quickly he can cool me

down.

Okay so we're about to test out the cool glove on me and on my body.

What are you going to measure?

Well we're going to measure heart rate and we're going to measure core temperature.

A strap around the chest takes care of the heart rate.

But to get the most accurate temperature results Dennis needs to probe deep inside my body.

You have to stick a thermocouple about two feet up your nose.

I have to stick something two feet into my nose?

Yes.

Okay.

Where exactly is it measuring?

The tip of the electrode here rests right at the level of your heart and so it's as

close as we can get to the heart temperature without doing something really invasive.

Is there an alternative to that?

Well we can either go down or we can go up.

What does go up mean?

We'd be measuring rectally.

That's all right.

Okay I'll put the thing in my nose.

I'll put the thing in my nose.

Turns out this whole becoming superhuman thing is no day at the beach.

Just, just bend the tip of it.

Bend the tip.

There you go.

Okay tip is bent.

Then you tilt your head back.

Tilt my head back.

Feed it up.

And then you kind of have to squirm it around a little to find the hole as it goes down.

It'll come down into your mouth.

All right.

I'm never doing this again.

That took way too long.

Believe it or not that isn't even the hard part.

Dennis leads me into his scientific torture room heated to 105 degrees and asks me to

walk up hill as fast as I can for 30 minutes.

Okay your heart rate's up to about 130 beats per minute and you're about four minutes

into your walk.

Do a little dance on the treadmill.

It's starting get warmer in here, huh?

It's fine.

I'm chill.

The thing is I'm really cool.

Your whole experiment here probably not going to work on me because I'm just like a naturally

cool dude.

Okay.

Yeah.

We'll, we'll see about that.

Here comes the water.

11 minutes you're right on schedule.

I'm not on schedule.

This is my schedule.

My body, my rules.

But my body decided to listen to Dennis, not me.

My core temperature went shooting up from its normal 98 degrees to a way too hot and

totally exhausted 102.

Okay time's up.

Turn this off.

Yes please.

Start cooling you down.

Stop.

Make it stop.

You won machine.

You won.

I'm sorry I doubted you.

It's hot in there.

Oh really?

Yeah, I'm hot.

So, are you ready to cool down?

I'm definitely ready to cool down.

Now it's time to apply a cool hand.

Instead of an hour's cool down the cool glove should get me feeling refreshed and

back on the treadmill in only five minutes.

Okay well let's try putting your arm in this thing and see what happens.

Bring the cool.

Bring it on, huh?

Yeah.

Okay now we got your temperature up on the screen right there.

So, let's see what happens.

Hot.

Am I going to feel kind of cool, icy cold like a Fantastic Four person touched me and

I'm frozen?

Nope, you're going to feel invigorated, refreshed, not tired anymore, ready to go

again.

But you're not going to feel cold.

Okay.

Simply because you don't have any cold sensors in your core.

All your cold sensors are on your skin.

Okay.

See?

So, you're getting the cooling effect you just can't tell.

Here's how it works.

The glove's cooling agent is a slurry of ice and water that delivers 60 degree pulses

to the metal cone where the hand sits.

60 degrees is important, because it is above the basal constriction point.

Any lower would close the blood vessels and stop that cooled blood from reaching my organs.

My breath is coming back first of all.

The hand is definitely cool.

I'm starting to feel a breeze on my legs again.

I'm just a little less overwhelmed by it all.

After just five minutes clutching the cool glove my core body temperature drops down

to 99.

And I'm ready to get back to my workout.

It's fine.

Everything's great.

Left, left, left, right, left.

If the effect on me is anything to go by, the cool glove could change the face of fitness.

Imagine you could be dropping a hundred bucks on a glove that will keep you cool the entire

time you workout, extending our endurance and pushing all of us towards superhuman fitness

without even breaking

a sweat.

Can we talk about Depression? - Duration: 6:44.

hey welcome back and in today's video I feel like we should probably talk about

mental health it's very touchy subject but it's one

that I've talked about with you guys before now you already know that I was

hit by a car I suffered a brain injury the beginning of last year actually

January first and I like to say that I've completely healed from that I'd

like to say that everything is 100% like okay but I do get these like random bits

of depression completely out of nowhere and I know a lot of you guys are going

through that and it's a struggle I see a doctor and I went there the other day

and was referred to psychiatrists psychologists both and I'm just trying

to get this under control trying to get it figured out because I have like like

anxiety attacks panic attacks whatever they are attacks they're awful

for no reason at all and it started after the accident I mean I've had them

before you know previously but not as intensely as they are now and it's I've

even wondered if it was an allergic reaction like I could can't breathe I

feel like a fish out of water but there was these certain things that I do that

just calm me down like sort of like OCD things like eating's one eating is one

maybe even washing my hands in hot water as weird as that sounds it does sound

like OCD that's what they think but I don't really like medications at all

nothing I won't even take tylenol home against them and I don't like the fact

that they say that there's something in my head maybe PTSD maybe something like

that where the neurons are just not firing correctly and I might have to

have something to fix it and I ask will it be something that can be fixed I mean

I've tried everything on my own meditation does help taking proper time

off does help taking time for myself in general just helps there's a lot of

things that help and I'd like to hear some of the things that you guys do that

help you because I've just been like just pushing past it pushing past it and

I have my coping mechanisms and I've just been fun with it and I don't like

relying on anything I'm a very self preserved person and I like to think

that I'm strong enough to handle anything and I'm coming to the

realization that it's not a weakness but a strength to admit that you actually

have a problem and I'm to the point now where I'm like man it just you know what

I'm talking about it just kind of feels like your body is just going against you

because I have no social anxiety I don't I'm not afraid to talk to people I'm

actually very outgoing but then these random times throughout the day for no

reason at all I just feel like I feel like right now like right now I don't

feel great I feel sleepy and tired but specifically wanted to shoot this video

while I was having anxiety so so you guys can get the feel of it and I

understand like you guys go through it too and

I think it's good that we talk to each other about it that way we can relate on

that level and it does cause depression - for me conflicting thoughts and things

like that but as I'm gonna see this this I can't remember if it's a psychologist

or psychiatrist but I'm definitely gonna see that and I'm gonna tell you exactly

how that works for me and I go the 16th of August and will will I'll be updating

on Twitter so make sure you're following the Twitter and we'll just we'll figure

it out together and we're always gonna be there for each other I'm always gonna

be here for you guys and that's really important I know another thing that

complicates things is like in my day to day life I do feel like no one really

knows me and I've talked to people about it and I know that you guys probably

similarily feel like alone like no one really knows you and that's how I feel I

feel like people in my day to day like my family like they don't really keep up

with what I do here on this channel I don't know nothing about it to them it's

like Chinese riding and they just don't really feel like they are really

connected with me on a close way I know they love me but they don't get me and

that makes me feel alone so I can't really go up to them and ask them for

advice on anything because they don't know so I've been kind of doing this

thing since I started the past couple years myself and I've learned a lot

there's a lot about YouTube that I friggin know I know how to start another

channel if I needed to and if you guys need help on that

I might can help you out with a couple pointers I've helped other people before

but yeah it's it's really rough when you feel alone and I feel like you guys even

though we haven't met in person that you guys really know me a lot more than

people that have met me or know me so yeah I'm thinking I'm closer to you guys

than them and that I don't even talk to them about what I'm talking to you guys

about or right now so but I am really sleeping right now but I just wanted to

get this I just want to talk about this today and I just sometimes it's good to

get these kind of emotions out so I just want to know how you guys are feeling

what's your coping mechanisms has has therapy worked for you anything that you

want to tell me just put it in the comment box below because it's

interesting to me and I'm just gonna go ahead and cut it off right there and

that's it

The Commercialism Plague, We Just Can't Handle It Anymore ♥ Boho Diary | Peru - Duration: 13:32.

It was a weird feeling

This morning when I woke up

I started thinking about how it's officially been like a year and a half since we've

Left everything behind and just started this journey

I don't know why I felt like it waking up today and this weird little Peruvian no room that we're staying

We have made it to Cusco and we made it to the five star Happy Cow rated restaurant

So something that's been bothering us a lot on all of our travels but I think here became most prevalent

it's you go to these beautiful places that have so much history in so much culture and

Smack of town right in the middle. There's a Starbucks or there is a Patagonia or there is

There's a Hilton the Hilton is America. There's a McDonald's right next to the sacred

ruins in town here like it's hard for us to digest because we've had our fair share of Starbucks

we don't have it anymore because we've made an active choice to support the local coffee shop and try and give our money to

the people who have taken upon themselves to keep the money in their own community and provide their community with coffee made from an

Artisan standpoint with love and passion totally and then you look at communities like this like especially Peru like through everything

They've been through this country like tourism is their main source of income for a lot of these people

And so, you know, you see these, you know mom-and-pop coffee shops

If they have you scoreless people just selling things on the street and you know, you want to encourage people, you know

If you're going to come and experience this culture

Why don't you support the local communities as well?

rather than going to a

Starbucks and getting your latte that used to getting and then paying and having that money go to some guy in Seattle we start at

Starbucks rather than you know a family that's struggling to survive

To make it up here for 6:30 we should got over for those of you

So we found this dog and I was sitting with him he is sleeping and

When he got up we saw he had a really really sore paw

Really bad pot at the back and he could see his ribs

So he decided we'd buy him a little bit of dog food

one of the most

Inspirational women to me her name is like and she started say bellyful Foundation

and when we were there visiting Elephant Nature Park, she said one of the most

inspiring things to me and it was you don't have to necessarily

Create a sanctuary. You can create a six year in your heart or everywhere you go

They can find anything except a meat stand they sold random meat on a stick

Being vegan. I felt a little conflicted at first, but I mean it's for him. So

You could make little mini sanctuaries

that means you can just help an animal in you wherever you go whether that is stray animal that needs a little bit of

Would or she's seen animal that is heard on the side of a road. It was just like he was so docile and

Fatigued and sick it seemed and then as soon as he hated he was like a puppy again

You can be the one that takes that time to take care of it

But we are going to start our own sanctuary one day

We brought them in as our best friends

we work we promised them as a species we care for them and we do what we could to make sure that they're happy and

Healthy and somehow not even as a culture but as a species us as humans country to country and everywhere we go. We've abandoned

I think we have to go back and think about the promise we made when we as a species

domesticated the wild dog

Let's take care of it

so sad

Our friend Mauricio has come on this trip with us. He's sitting right there. I don't know if he's asleep you sleep

Wearing pretty red t-shirts today. I got a Rage Against the Machine sweater on

The energy is unexplainable

I figured when are we coming back? But I had no

So, I guess this my message in this passion that we have and we want to share with the world is

Let's all start to vote with our dollars

Smarter, you know, let's start to support local

people local communities local businesses in your own town in any town that you visit because

This is our way of saying that no, we will not support these huge major corporations

Just taking over the world. The board of Starbucks gives zero fucks about

Cusco yeah, all they care about is the money that they get from this one location here thousands of years ago. This was the Inca

Capitol and somehow

Starbucks has managed to find a crack in the cement and seep their way in here to be able to funnel more money out

I don't know. It's really sad, but it's also really empowering

Once you realize that there is something we can do, but we have to vote with our dollars

Buy local support artisan find the people who are out on a limb doing what they love and give them your support

It's these moments

where the Sun setting and all of pee sack is in front of us and it's just

Silence and peace and you think back to a year and a half ago

And then you realize this is it. Yeah, this is what it was all about

And it's accepting that idea is that life is going to be always a journey, you know, we're gonna have bad days

We're going to have good days. We're going to have sad days and happy days

and you know that's always the balance of life and sometimes I feel like I forget that and

I need to remind myself that is just the cycle

Maybe life is just all about

Finding yourself in different places and then losing yourself and then finding yourself again
