Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice made mum Sarah Ferguson SO PROUD for THIS reason - Duration: 3:48.
The sisters travelled to New York where bride-to-be Princess Eugenie host a meeting on ending the worldwide problem of modern slavery at the United Nations headquarters
Their mother Sarah, fondly known as Fergie tot he British public, took to Instagram to praise her daughters
She wrote: "So proud of my girls Beatrice and Eugenie @unitednations HQ. "Eugenie hosted a conference about ending slavery in New York @princesseugenie"
Eugenie and Sarah share a special bond over this issue, as they travelled together in India in 2013 to visit charities and meet victims of human trafficking
The journey had such a deep impact on the then 23-year-old that she later decided to become a formal champion of the cause
Speaking about the people she met, the princess said: "I was completely astounded by the victims
"These people were strong, happy… these girls really showed me how to grab life and appreciate things
"If they can do it, after what they've been through, it's a huge lesson for people to learn
"They are courageous, and everyone who works within modern slavery and who tries to fight for people who don't have a voice, are courageous
" Eugenie, who is eighth-in-line to the throne, has ever since been committed to tackle the problem
In April, she announced the launch of the Anti-Slavery Collective, a new initiative aimed at abolishing modern slavery
She said: ""We will be starting an Anti-Slavery Collective which is all about raising awareness of global slavery
"Creating a platform where everyone works together, shares data and incredible stories
" The Duchess of York hasn't been the only one taking pride in the young royals' commitment to such an important cause
Princess Eugenie, who will marry fiancee Jack Brooksbank on October 12 in Windsor, also headed to Instagram after the conference to share an inspiring quote by anti-slavery campaigner William Wiberforce
She wrote: "It was such an honour to speak @nexusglobalnetwork at the @unitednations about @the_anti_slavery_collective
"An initiative I co-founded last year to combat modern day slavery. "'You may choose to look the other way but you can never say again that you did not know 'William Wilberforce
'" Her followers were quick to praise her for her work. One said: "Thank you for bringing this very important topic to light
Most are children who can use everyone's help." Another social media user declared their "admiration" for the royals actively committed to social causes, writing: "Good for you! I have every admiration for the British Royal Family for the work everyone does to bring attention to global issues
Thank you!"

Question: How does Nick type so fast? | Life Without Limbs - Duration: 1:02.
Alex Hoffman, thank you for sending in your prayer request.
Our team is praying for you by name and in particulars of what you shared with us on email.
I heard that you also type with your foot about 10 words a minute.
You saw a video of me saying that I can type over 50 words a minute.
I just want you to know in your question of how do I type so fast?
Practice, and sometimes when you even practice, your fastest doesn't have to look like my fastest.
Your best doesn't have to look like my best.
But doing your best is what's important.
And the thing that I want to do best in my life is love the Lord with everything that I have .
Be the best husband, be the best father and serve the Lord in every capacity
He convicts me by the Holy Spirit to do.
I love you so much.
Don't compare how quickly you can type with your toe to my toe.
We are all beautiful and perfectly made in God's image.
And whatever the enemy tried to so bad, God can turn into good.
Hang in there keep going, keep typing.

Neil Pasricha on how to stop being so addicted to your cell phone - Duration: 5:34.
- How do stop being so addicted to my cell phone?
I hate cell phones.
Can I just say that?
Everyone wants to whip 'em against the wall these days
'cause we're all so addicted.
And you know what?
There's three big problems with the addiction
we have to our cell phones,
and they all start with the letter P.
The first one is a physical problem.
I'm talking about developing hunchbacks
because you add 60 pounds of pressure to your spine
when you tilt your head over to text.
Did you know I went to a physiotherapist last year?
Kind of embarrassing.
I went there because my thumb wasn't working.
I was like, ah, I count really move my thumb.
She was like, "You got texting thumb."
I talked to the physio and you know what she says to me?
"All I do now is thumbs."
It used to be arms and legs.
People used to walk around with a cast,
Now everyone's got texting problems.
There's a physical problem
with using our cell phones too much,
and we don't talk about it very much, do we?
Number two, psychological.
I said they all started with the letter P.
Physical.
Psychological.
Psychological, here's this.
You're comparing you're director's cut life
with everybody else's greatest hits.
Every time you check the social media
status updates of your friends,
someone's doing something better than you.
Psychologically, this is a huge problem
because you're never good enough.
Psychologically, we got big problems with our cell phones.
And number three.
This one's just coming up now,
but this is really important.
It's coming from new research in Australia, is
physiological.
We have a physiological problem with cell phones.
What am I talking about?
I'm talking about how when you stare
at a bright screen
in the hour before bedtime
you know what your brain does?
It doesn't produce as much melatonin, the sleep hormone.
You ever wake up in the morning, you're like,
"Ah, I didn't really have a very good sleep."
And if I were to say to you, what'd you do before bed?
You're like, "Oh, just texted some friends
"and checked Instagram."
That's why.
Your brain thinks it's looking at the sun,
or a fire.
We got these old, primal biological organisms.
It thinks it's wake time.
Wakey-wakey.
I'm looking at the sun, and then you try to shut down,
you suck at it.
This is based on the research from Australia
that shows the melatonin production declines
when we stare at bright screens.
Just to summarize, here's the problems with cell phones.
Number one is a physical problem.
Number two is a psychological problem.
And number three is a physiological problem.
So
you didn't come here for problems, did you?
You came here for solutions.
I'm gonna give you three quick hacks right now
that will help you stop your addiction to cell phones.
Are you ready?
Number one,
it doesn't matter where your cell phone is,
it matters where your charger
is.
Do you sleep upstairs in your house?
Do not have your cell phone charger there.
I don't care if it's your alarm clock.
Buy an alarm clock, they're $8 at Walmart.
Put the cell phone charger in your basement,
or in your garage, or in the furthest place
from where you sleep.
Again, it doesn't matter where your cell phone is,
it matters where your charger is.
The extra 20 seconds of work
to go send that last email before bed,
or to go check the news in the morning,
your brain will be too lazy to do it
and you'll be creating a little gap
which will be fantastic because you won't be as
addicted to your phone.
Okay.
Number two,
no screens first and last hour of the day.
Your brain needs time to wind down and to wind up.
Did you know it's the most complex thing
we've ever seen in the entire universe?
These
three pound piles of flesh that are in-between
our skulls consume 30% of our body's energy.
It takes the equivalent of 16 apples a day
just to keep this thing powered.
You gotta take care of it.
Putting a helmet on before you go
rollerskating doesn't count.
I'm talking about not jarring it senseless
with totally unnecessary news and updates
in the last hour before bed,
and the first hour in the morning.
Not only will your melatonin production increase,
but you won't skitter skatter all your
goals for the day right when you wake up.
You'll actually contemplate what you should be doing,
and then thoughtfully engage.
And my third and final,
you know I always love three points, don't I?
My third and final piece of advice on stopping
cell phone addiction is
turn your cell phone from a push device
to a pull device.
Do you know what cell phones are?
They're push devices.
They push alerts at you, texts, notifications, updates.
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
And 99% of those come from robots anyway,
they don't come from real people.
Turn it on airplane mode full time
and switch the device from push to pull.
Now you go thoughtfully off airplane mode at lunchtime,
or at the end of your workday
to receive the barrage of text and notifications
and then thoughtfully respond.
Your device is not the boss of you,
you're the boss of your device.
You want three solutions
in helping with cell phone addiction?
Number one, move the charger to the basement,
or have it far from where you sleep.
Number two, implement the no screens rule.
No screens in the first or last hour of the day.
And number three, live in pull mode,
not push mode.
I'm talking about moving your phone to airplane mode
so that you decide when you wanna get slapped in the face
with all the text and notifications.
And don't let the phone decide for you.
Good luck.
Did it work?
Is it gonna work?
What else you got?

you guys have, and I will read every single one.

So hey, I'm living through a natural disaster right now - Duration: 3:29.
So in case somehow you missed the memo, it-it-it's frickin' hot in the world right now.
It's kind of hot the world over, like, Jesus Christ, even back home in Ireland...
I think I hit like, 28 degrees the other day.
Th-the height of summer for Ireland is typically like 20.
But it's been hot to the extent here in Tokyo that it's actually been declared a natural disaster,
A lot of people have actually died and a lot of people have been hospitalised because of the heat here.
So I kind of want to give this a quick mention on the channel because I actually have to be kind of careful.
The reason I go on to mention this is, for those new to the channel,
Those may not know, I actually have a lung condition. Three years back. My lung collapsed, uhh, they basically had to have to be reinflated in hospital,
It's not a fun experience. I wouldn't recommend it. But ever since then it's never really been the same,
You know, I've had like a bit of a dodgy lung and I take painkillers,
I tried to like kinda ease that pain, but it's never, never quite worked itself out. I can't sleep on my left side,
for instance.
(RT Noise) had the feeling when I'm suffocating and one of the things that it's very sensitive to, is changes in temperature.
Uhh, humidity, it takes a toll on my chest and so obviously Japan is a very humid place
And with this temperature, it's been pretty bad. So I've had to really watch myself
So I want to acknowledge it in its own little video because, I basically got to slow down the next week or two until this eases up
Essentially, I'm gonna be doing my best to make videos and still doing my bests at streams, but this is basically my video notice to say:
Err, please bear with me if I have to cancel any bits in my schedule.
You know if I have to like, miss a stream or something because it's simply too hot.
(American Impression) Argh, but Jezus, Daniul, I'mh frohm Texas ann yor heat is
nuthiin, yuo knoh, evary mornin' Little Billy catchess fiar
(Regular RT) I know it's hot in other parts of the world and I know (izzis like) I guess it just seems like me whining but,
Like people are actually dead. Like, you know,
People are actually being admitted at the hospital at like a rather short period of time and err,
places like Texas and other parts of the world are kinda more accustomed to,
Uhh, sort of like, heat increases they have every year where is, with Japan?
This is like a new absurd. Li-Like, the highest temperature on record EVER in Japan was last week.
It hit 41 degrees! Like th-that is just the highest it's ever been.
(Chuckles) So, you know
You kinda have to cut me some slack, when I'm complaining about the heat here because it is pretty bad and you know
Like, just because it's hot in other places, it doesn't mean ya write it off.
Think about it like this
The height of summer in Ireland is 20 degrees every year. If it hits 30, that's when you start having problems.
You know, you're not accustomed for that. So this is just a little video P.S.A. to let you guys know what's up.
Uhh, on the Tokyo front. It could be good weather for me to actually try a vlog or two
But it's so unbearably hot that I kinda just wanna hide away in cafes. (Chuckles)
Uhh, just places where, They have better air conditioning then my apartment, uhh,
Because the AC ain't great here. It basically means I can sleep at night, but not much else.
So I just wanted to let you guys know what's up, ahh, videos might be a little slow the next (RT Noise I think)
Streams may be a little shorter than the norm and I do apologize for that. But like, you know, health comes first.
I'm not gonna be much use streaming if I'm fucking dead. Let's be real. So thanks for bearing with me folks,
I'll keep you updated. I'll keep you posted on my Twitter and Discord, gonna be the best place to reach me,
I'll let you guys know with there,
If anything is going to be canceled or changed as far as my schedule is concerned.
Thanks for bearing with me, guys. (We need to start a kickstarter to fund Dan a new AC, maybe a new lung.)

So You Want a DOBERMAN? Check This!! - Duration: 3:41.
So you're thinking about getting a Doberman.
Congratulations for that!
But before taking that step you need to know when the Doberman is NOT for you!
But before we go... if you want to help a non profit organization:
Uou can get the Pink K9 Duke Patch!
All the money raised will go directly to Unravel Pediatric Cancer
A nonprofit organization working to spread knowledge about the grim realities of pediatric cancer
and the devastating impact from the lack of funding.
Duke is a Doberman working with the Menlo Park Police Department, in California, USA.
More information in this video description.
Dobermans are energetic dogs and they love to run.
This is one of the reasons that they make excellent wilderness search dogs that need
to cover a lot of ground.
You don't need a huge propriety to make a good Doberman owner, but you will need to
spend some active time each day with your dog.
Without this, Dobermans tend to become bored and possibly destructive.
If you are the kind of person that don't go out, don't do exercise, don't do walks,
the Doberman is not the dog for you!
Dobermans are watchful dogs and as a Doberman owner, you must be aware of the Doberman's
abilities to guard and understand the responsibility that comes with it.
You cannot assume that just because your Doberman has never guarded before, that it will not
guard when challenged, so you cannot leave your Doberman unattended or out of your sight
in a public area, such as a terrain or a dog park.
It is important that you begin obedience training with your
Doberman at a young age and establish appropriate behaviours for greeting visitors to your home
or for meeting other dogs on walks.
When training begins at a young age, you can use gentle and positive methods to encourage
the behaviour that you want from your dog.
If you don't have time to teach your Doberman, then a Doberman is not the dog for you!
Dobermans are determined dogs by nature!
It takes only a few moments for a Doberman to scratch or bite your furniture or belongings,
while on it's quest to obtain a favorite toy.
So, if you love your furniture more than your dog, the Doberman is not the dog for you!
Dobermans are always alert!
If you live in a busy area, your Doberman will not likely bark or otherwise alert you,
unless something out of the ordinary is happening.
But when it does, you must expect your dog to let you know quite firmly, and loudly, that
something is not right.
If you are not prepared to have a dog that barks loudly when something out of the normal
is happening, the Doberman is not the dog for you!
Your Doberman is going to be very loyal and would rather be with you than anywhere or
anyone else.
If your dog is getting plenty of exercise and has some basic obedience training, he
or she will generally choose to stay by your side, and will follow you from room to room
in your home.
Dobermans are terrible kennel dogs and will often develop obsessive behaviours if they
are kept away from you or your family, so you need to plan to have your dog in your house.
If having a 60 to 100 pound dog in the house bothers you
Then the Doberman is not the dog for you!
I hope this helps you to make the final decision if the Doberman is the right dog you, of if
you are the right person to have a Doberman!
Write in the comments if you still want to live with a Doberman!
Thanks for watching!
