Signs and Wonders – Why Can't More Christians Perform Miracles? - Duration: 4:05.

Jesus said that believers would do greater works than the works of Jesus.

Does that mean that every believer will do signs and wonders? Let's talk.

In John 14:12,

Jesus is in the upper room giving His final instructions to His disciples, and

He tells them, "Truly truly I say to you, whoever believes in Me will also do the

works I do, and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the

Father." Some take this passage to mean that all believers will do greater

miracles – signs and wonders – than Jesus. I see a number of problems with this

interpretation. First, this interpretation goes against our experience. If Jesus

meant that all believers would do greater miracles than Him, why don't we

see that happening today? In fact, our experience is that most people cannot work

miracles. Second, this interpretation goes against what was happening in the early

church. The book of Acts records some miracles performed by some individuals,

but it was not the case that everyone who believed did miracles. Third, Paul

tells us that not all will do miracles. Writing to the church at Corinth, Paul

says, "Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Do all work miracles? Do all possess

gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret?" The clear answer to all

these rhetorical questions is "no." Do all do miracles? No. Do all possess gifts of

healing? No. Therefore, if we want to be consistent in our interpretation of

Scripture, then Jesus cannot be saying that whoever believes will do miracles

like Him. That would be to put Jesus' words in opposition to Paul's words.

Fourth, if Jesus is talking about believers doing greater miracles, then

what do these greater miracles look like? Think about the kinds of miracles that

Jesus did. John tells us that He turned water into

wine. He read someone's mind. He heals an official's son. He healed the lame man, fed

5,000, He walked on water, healed the blind, and even raised people from the dead.

That's a pretty impressive list. In fact, I don't think there's an individual who

has a miracle list as impressive as that, let alone more miraculous. This seems to

be another strike against this interpretation. So if Jesus isn't talking

about greater miracles, then what's He talking about?

Well, here's a thought. Jesus says, "and greater miracles than these will he do

because I go to the Father." I think that last phrase is significant.

Jesus goes to the Father after He finished His work on the cross. When He

goes to the Father, the Holy Spirit will come and empower believers for life and

evangelism. After His resurrection, Jesus tells His disciples, "but you will receive

power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses in

Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. The works

of believers aren't greater in miraculous quality, they're greater in

worldwide scope. After three years of ministry, Jesus had a small group of

disciples contained in a tiny geographic location. However, once the Holy Spirit

comes at Pentecost, More believers are added in one day then during Jesus' entire earthly

ministry. And the Gospel continues to spread around the world to hundreds of

millions of people coming to believe. Jesus' works were always a witness

intended to lead people to faith in Christ. Because of the Holy Spirit,

believers are able to do even greater works in leading people to the faith in Christ.

Everyone's sex drive is different and will likely change due to circumstances and over

libido can be a real issue with 75% suffering from a reduced sex drive.

Of course, the main thing that kills libido is stress so being as relaxed as possible

is essential but there are a number of other natural ways a low sex drive can be combated.

Several experts and nutritionists have outlined some reliable methods in improving sex drive

that can help women of any age.

From eating chocolate and using lube through to pelvic exercises and supplements, here

are 10 things to try if you feel your libido is lower than you want it to be.

Get high blood flowing:

Shona Wilkinson, a nutritionist at SuperfoodUK.com explained: 'Poor circulation and blood flow

can lead to stagnant energy within the body.

This is further going to worsen the problem of low libido.

Good blood flow to your sexual organs is vital for arousal, sexual stimulation and pleasure.

The more blood flow, the more intense the orgasm.

One way to increase blood flow is by getting out and moving more.

'Try to add at least 20 minutes of heartbeat raising exercise to your routine each day.

This could be as simple as a brisk walk, a session on a mini trampoline or a visit to

the gym.

Adequate hydration will help too, purified water, fruit teas and herbal teas add to your

hydration levels'.

Boost with basil Nutritionist Cassandra Barns told us:

'Granted, it's not the most obvious of food choices, however, bear with us!

Basil can help increase circulation, stimulate the sex drive and boost fertility.

Communication is key:

Dr Marilyn Glenville, nutritionist and author of The Natural Health Bible for women, said:

'Relationship troubles can contribute to loss of sexual desire.

If you don't feel listened to, respected or important it is natural to respond with

resentment and that resentment can dampen libido.

It's important to open the lines of communication with your partner, so that anger can be expressed

in places other than the bedroom.

If the problem is severe, such as infidelity, you may want to go to a relationship counsellor.'

Lower stress:

Stress plays a huge role in libido reduction.

The ingredients that our bodies use to make stress hormones are the same ingredients that

are used to make sex hormones.

Your body will always prioritise the production of stress hormones over anything else.

Going back pre-historically, stress hormones were used to get us out of danger, to stop

us being eaten by a tiger.

At that moment in time, your body does not care about sex!

The problem is that in today's over stressed work and home lives, we are constantly producing

these stress hormones, and often not allowing our bodies to make other hormones, such as

sex hormones.'

Cassandra added: 'Stress, sleep and anxiety are all related.

If we don't get enough sleep, we can find it harder to adapt to challenging situations,

and when we can't cope as efficiently with stress it can be harder to have a good nights

rest.

I'd recommend taking Magnesium, which is known as "nature's tranquiliser" and

is needed to relax our muscles and nerves, which helps us to fall into a peaceful sleep.

To ensure you're getting enough magnesium try and include plenty of magnesium-rich foods

in your diet such as, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, fish and leafy green vegetables.

I'd also recommend taking a supplement.'

Loosen up pelvic muscles:

In Ayurvedic culture the second chakra, pin pointed at your navel is related to sexual

energy, so it is important to ensure that all of your energy is flowing through all

of your chakras freely.

'Meditation, yoga and other forms of exercise can be beneficial to both self-esteem and

free flowing energy.

The yoga and exercise will help to loosen up the muscles in the pelvic areas, allowing

good blood and energy flow to the pelvic and surrounding areas.

While on the other side, meditation, helps to calm the mind and connect you to your higher

self, which will help plant positive thoughts and emotions.'

Wetter is better On the subject of using lubes to boost sex drive, Shona said: 'It is much

better down where its wetter- and as we age, our sex hormones naturally deplete.

The loss of oestrogen can cause the tissues of the genital organs to shrink and for everything

to become less sensitive.

The lack of oestrogen causes a loss of vaginal secretions, which can make sex uncomfortable.

And no one wants uncomfortable sex.

Although aging is inevitable, there are natural lubricants that we can use to make things

a little more pleasurable.'

Avoid an irritated vagina:

Vaginal dryness can affect women of all ages, but it is particularly common in women during

menopause, affecting half of all women at this stage in their life.

It is perhaps the most distressing and least talked about symptom of the menopause.

'Vaginal dryness can make your vagina feel dry, itchy and at times tender.

It may take you longer to become lubricated during lovemaking, which can make sexual intercourse

feel uncomfortable, or even painful.

'Normally, mucus membranes (the vaginal epithelium) located at the mouth of uterus

keep the vagina moist.

Oestrogen helps these membranes to produce lubrication and stay plump and soft.

The lubricant is slightly acidic, which helps to protect the vagina from foreign bacteria,

keeping it free from infection.

Low levels of oestrogen also cause the vagina and surrounding connective tissue to lose

elasticity and the tissue that lines the vagina to become thinner and more fragile.

'Avoid douches, talcum powder, hot baths, perfumed toilet papers and bath oils and foams,

as they can irritate the vagina.

Don't wash the inside of your vagina with soap as this will dry out the skin.

The vagina is self-cleansing and in most cases warm water is all that you need to wash it.'

Vitamin intake is key Shona said: 'Ensuring that you have adequate sex hormone production

is essential for maintaining libido.

Once you have decreased your stress levels, and investigated any underlying cause, you

can look at some foods and herbs which may be beneficial.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Increase your B6 rich foods such as; avocados, walnuts chicken and mackerel.'

Eat more fish:

Cassandra said: 'Boost you Omega 3 levels, a multi-tasking hero, not only does this help

reduce irritability, and reduce inflammation in the body, it also enhances your mood, helps

balance your hormones, and it aids healthy production of sex hormones.

Omega 3 is building block of sex hormones in both men and women.

It fights the build up of plaque in the arteries, thereby improving circulation and increasing

sensation.

Omega-3 fatty acids also help with sexual response -raising dopamine levels in the brain

that trigger arousal.

Fish such as wild salmon, sardines, herring and anchovies are also all omega-3 rich.

Simple Chord Trick You Can Use for Your Trap Beats - Duration: 8:24.

today we continue the music theory

series right here busy works beats calm

/ music theory I want to show you a

quick core technique for your trap

tracks and RMB trap tracks to make them

sound really unique now the trick is

that they're not even using courts we

are not using cords let me show you what

I'm doing here let me play it first and

I'll explain why it sounds cool

okay so the reason these chord sounds so

unique is because we're not really using

quartz similar to rock music where they

play fifths we're doing the same thing

here and our chord progression so

technically 1/5 isn't a chord because

you're only playing two notes so if we

break this down the reason it seems like

a chord is because we're playing three

or more notes but technically we're only

playing two notes so if you look here we

have F sharp and we have C what this

really is and we have G sharp as well

now that's a part of our let me zoom in

for you make these notes a lot bigger

hard to see so in the very beginning

okay so it looks like i zoomed into the

wrong portion here's what i was

referring to

so f sharp and then you have C sharp

what this really is is a fourth from C

sharp to F sharp that's considered a

fourth okay just like C the e is a third

see the F is a fourth and we go over

what fourths are busy works beats calm

and our new course called circle of

fifths and circle of fourths secrets

explained we go over not only what a

fifth and a fourth is but the secrets

behind it there's deeper knowledge to it

but the point is we're really just

playing a fourth here and then we're

backing that up with an octave of the

same note

so it's really just a fourth now the

second half right here f-sharp the

c-sharp a little hard to see my screen

is kind of far away so let me scoot in a

little bit more so I can see what is

going on so here we have F sharp and we

have G sharp now G sharp to C sharp is a

fifth so I'm playing the fifth and then

I'm stacking a fourth underneath it so F

sharp and C sharp are fourths together G

sharp and C sharp are fits so I'm

stacking the fourth and then the fifth

and we're doing the octave trick so

we're spacing these out in octave now

here I really like the suspended second

so we're adding a second and we go over

this and a lot of our trap videos how to

do chords for trap especially a busy

works beats calm we have full courses on

chords and chord progressions and one of

the genres recover is trap so for

example we go over in trap music we use

a lot of suspended fourths and a lot of

suspended second chords and this would

be adding the second in so here starting

at G sharp a sharp would make that a

second if we were to build out that

chord so for example the major chord of

G would be G B D so we know the end note

is d so that's our fifth so we're

playing the fifth and then we're playing

a second

so we're stacking a second and a fifth

and then we're just doing an octave of

the fifth it's a lot of fifths a lot of

interval stuff it's not really chords

per se

unless it's in that case the suspended

second same thing here we're playing the

fourth and then the fifth on top and

then we're playing that second so all

we're doing is playing seconds fourths

and fifths and we're just stacking them

up so that's the trick so instead of

thinking like should I play a minor or a

major chord here start thinking in terms

of intervals so if I want to play you

know what's go up an octave C and I want

to play the fifth I'm gonna add G so

it's really two notes playing but it

feels like a chord then to make it

really feel like a chord I can add an

octave of the root note if I want to

make this feel a little more trappy

let's add a second in here add a little

more tension okay and we can do octaves

we can do the fourth

so it gives the same kind of vibe

let's hear it in context okay so another

thing is the vocal part that comes in

let's solo this and then I'll wrap it up

for today

but this eight it supports the chords so

that's why I'm pulling it up pull back

to the beginning first but these are

separate patterns okay so I'm pattern

five where it really gets cool when it

harmonizes again we're using fifths and

seconds and just you know to spend a

second but right here I think I raised

this note up if we pull it back down

it's hard to identify interval stuff

when they're like an octave apart so

what I like to do is pull stuff an

octave up so I can understand what it

actually is so what this actually is is

a fourth and then this little jump here

these two notes

is another force that's forth the fourth

right here and then we can see this jump

is another fourth to jump just an octave

apart I'm stacking this over top the

cords and again it's just fourths and

fifths we're not really making complex

chords

all right so trap music is the modern

rock per se as far as pop music then we

were gonna use the same musical

techniques which is fourths and fifths

just like in rock music so if you want

Author Says Mike Pence Waiting For God To Remove Trump So He Can Rule - Duration: 5:02.

This week, CNN aired an interview with Trump biographer, Michael d'Antonio, who actually

has a new book coming out about Mike Pence ... One of the first books about the man,

a guy we really don't know too much about.

But d'Antonio says that he understands Mike Pence, and that he knows what truly motivates

this guy, and why he's able, more importantly, to justify his Christian beliefs while working

for one of the most inept and corrupt presidents of our lifetimes.

So take a look at this clip where d'Antonio explains how Pence justifies his phony Christianity

based against Trump's morals.

Here it is.

There's a quote here I want to read to you.

"The Vice President actually believed he could bring Trump to Jesus, and like Jesus, he was

willing to do whatever was necessary to help save Trump's soul."

That's true.

Within the faith that Mike Pence subscribes to, there's this idea that anything is permissible

in pursuit of a higher goal.

So the higher goal would be bringing Donald Trump to Christ.

Anything that goes on in order to do that, including Mike Pence abandoning many of his

principles.

He was always against religious tests for entry to the United States until President

Trump said we're going to do it.

It's not in Mike Pence's heart to put kids in cages, and separate from their families,

but Trump did it, so Pence is for it.

You can go down the list.

Roy Moore.

There are so many things that he hasn't spoken up on.

The President's own personal family.

Yes.

To imagine Mike Pence with this grabber guy as his running mate, running for president,

is almost mind-boggling.

And yet he keeps his mouth shut.

You look at him standing behind the President at various events.

Expressionless doesn't really capture it.

You can't tell what he thinks ever.

Now, for hardcore believers in Christianity, that is actually true.

That is something that is a part of the doctrine.

If you're trying to save somebody's soul, allegedly, whatever you do in that pursuit

is okay, even if it goes against your own morals, and so that's how Mike Pence tries

to say, "Well, yeah.

This guy has affairs.

He's corrupt.

He's done a lot of things that are probably illegal, but because I'm trying to save his

soul, it's okay for me to stand by him, and defend him."

But that was just a small part of it.

That was part of the interview they talked about.

The bigger part is the fact that d'Antonio mentions that Mike Pence is actually hoping

and thinking that God is somehow going to remove Donald Trump from office so that Mike

Pence will become president.

Mike Pence believes it is his divine right to eventually become the President of the

United States.

He believed back in high school, according to this new book by d'Antonio, that God had

chosen him to be President of the United States.

And now that he is Vice President, he knows ... He believes firmly that all of this corruption

is sent from God to remove Trump to make Mike Pence the president.

Now, I know we've talked a lot about impeachment, and I have said plenty of times that Pence

would be 99.9% just as bad as Donald Trump, but hearing this is actually pretty scary.

I still think I would prefer a President Pence over a President Trump, but there's only one

reason for that at this point.

Obviously, we would see no change in policy whatsoever, and in fact, with Pence, we might

see even more ... Might!

We would see even more anti-LGBTQ legislation.

We would see more anti-women legislation.

We would see more anti-minority legislation.

Holy wars, potentially, overseas against other religions.

Yeah, it would be really, really, really bad.

But Pence is beatable.

If Pence were the nominee in 2020, he is beatable.

He is beatable by damn near any Democrat out there.

Trump isn't.

Trump is a very tough candidate to beat because he is so crazy, and because you don't know

what he's going to do, or what he's going to say.

And the fact that people in this country for some reason seem to believe everything he

says.

Hard to beat a guy who can make up something on the spot and everybody just believes it's

true, and that you're the liar now.

Mike Pence can't do that.

Mike Pence has no charisma.

Mike Pence would be defeated handily in 2020.

Trump wouldn't, and that is why I still, even knowing this scary information about Pence,

I would prefer him as our temporary president than having Donald Trump as our president

for another six-and-a-half years.

Liverpool have made a stunning start to life in the Premier League this time around, with

four wins in a row following yesterday's win over Leicester City.

The Reds look every bit the title challengers this time around, and Jurgen Klopp appears

to be finally getting things right with his attacking team looking like they can dominate

most teams on their day.

However, up front, with only Roberto Firmino as their main striker, things could well take

a turn for the worse if the Brazilian is injured,

and we think a new forward should be on the agenda for the Reds come the January window.

One striker we think could be a useful addition for the Anfield club is Italian striker Andrea

Belotti, who has been a star for Torino over the course of the last few seasons.

The £38m-rated forward is an excellent number nine, and would be capable of stepping in

and filling the void if Firmino was to get an injury.

Money does not seem to be an issue for the Reds in the market, and if things are going

well in January, there's every chance they could well look to someone like Belotti to

stengthen the ranks.

A good finisher, excellent movement, and someone who would love to play for a club like Liverpool,

Belotti would be a superb addition for the Reds come the winter months.

Andrea Belotti is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Torino,

for which he is captain, and the Italy national team.

Belotti started his career with AlbinoLeffe.

He was later signed by Palermo, where he won a Serie B title in the 2013–14 season, before

being signed by Torino in 2015.

He is a former Italy under-19, under-20 and under-21 international, and took part in the

UEFA European Under-21 Championship in 2015.

He was given his senior national team debut in 2016.
