Dweck says seven you don't change your
tampon after you pee on it from a
medical perspective you don't have to
change your tampon every single time you
relieve yourself dr. Dweck says from a
practical point of view who wants a
soaking wet string hanging out down
there eight you don't change your tampon
after you poop if that string picks up
any bacteria it easily could infect the
urethra dr. Dweck says another thing
moving your bowels can sometimes
dislodge a tampon which could make
leaving it in uncomfortable 9 you forget
to take it out yes this happens IRL if
you develop a horrible odor that can't
otherwise be explained
use a clean finger to feel around for a
tampon if for some reason you can't pull
it out see a doctor
as dr. Dweck 10 you don't change your
tampon after swimming when you take a
dip so does your tampon a string that's
laced with chlorine salt water or lake
water can cause skin irritation if you
don't change it quickly dr. Dweck says
the good news is that normal bacteria
found in a body of water or even a hot
tub likely won't cause an infection
she says 11 you use tampons with torn
wrappers tampon wrappers are designed to
keep out dust dirt and makeup fits that
live at the bottom of your bag or
anywhere else you store them when that
wrapping rips the cotton could pick up
little debris that doesn't belong in
your vagina dr. Dweck says 12 you flush
the applicator unless there's a super
hot plumber you've been dying to call
keep the applicator out of the toilet 13
you throw out tampons because you think
they've expired as long as the packaging
is intact see above old tampons are
perfectly safe to use says dr. Dweck 14
you store them right between your shower
and your toilet the wrapper and tampon
itself will stay fresher longer if you
keep it dry dr. Dweck says 15 you use
scented tampons some women can react to
the fragrance in scented tampons
according to the US Department of Health
and Human Services in the worst case
scenario you might experience irritation
or an urge to itch it's why dr. Dweck
recommends unscented products just in
case

I train people in emotional communication and emotional health, and I do this online
and also in person all around the world.
And today i'm going to talk to you about an AHA moment I had 2 years ago on this project
"It's Up To Me - 3".
[music] So 2 years ago on "It's Up To Me - 3"
I led an activity where people were guided through self reflection.
So I asked questions "How do you feel when you think about this?", "how do you feel
when you think about that?", "How do you smell right now?".
Things like this to get people in touch with their body and emotions and their mental state
of being.
And after that we did a small general reflection activity and then we went in to group reflection.
And during group reflection the first thing that happened was..you know, i asked how did
it go for people and one person raises the hand "I feel like you manipulated us!".
Oh [laugh] and then other person "yeah, me too!", "yeah, me too!".
And in total about 5 people immediately shot their hands and said they felt manipulated
by me.
And i faced the dilemma what do I do right now?
And then something clicked - "AHA!"
These people might be feeling very vulnerable, very raw, very emotionally open and they might
see me as emotionally closed.
I am the trainer, i am standing here, i am strong, i am confident.
I'm not at the level which they are at.
And they feel disconnected.
So what do i do?
I flipped it!
Aha, if these people are feeling vulnerable and i am not, maybe they want me to open up.
And so i got up in front of everyone and i actually read what i've written down on
the journaling activity, about me having this strange relationship with myself, whether
i like myself or love myself, and coming to realization that.
Is I do love myself?
I spend so much time with myself, i find it hard to work with other people because i love
working with myself so much!
And so this powerful, sad uplifting, proud moment for me to share with them.
And i know that afterward it brought us much closer together.
And so me and "Aha" in that story is that.
I think as trainers we need to be prepared to go to the emotional level that we take
our participants to.
I think very often we can take our participants to a very vulnerable and open space and places,
and if we don't have the courage to go there ourselves, it could lead to a very strong
disconnection on a project.
Versus, if we do have a courage to go there we can really have a strong impact on these
people's lives.

How to Make Pour Over Coffee At Home with Fusuku Coffee フスクコーヒーと一緒に家でドリップを入れる方法 - Duration: 12:54.
Alright Fusuku-san, let's begin
So today we'll use the CAFEC flower dripper
to make the coffee
What you need is ...
a server
a server and dripper and ...
if possible, a scale
and also ...
for this dripper we'll use this cone-shaped paper filter
Why do you use the oxygen-bleached paper filter?
There's the other one right, the one that's ...
brown, unbleached
yeah that one
it's a personal thing but I think
this unbleached filter paper
doesn't smell of paper or cardboard like the other one
That's also pretty much the reason why I use bleached paper when I make my coffee
What coffee do you want to go with?
So today we'll use the Fusuku Blend
Our original blend to make the coffee
The beans are medium roast
When you're making coffee at home
You might not be properly weighing your coffee
Although it might be a hassle, try measuring your coffee every time
as that'll give you a more consistent taste/extraction of your coffee
so when you say measure your coffee
you mean to say that we shouldn't use the measure spoon right?
so the scale I showed you just now ...
you can measure your coffee with the scale
using gram measurements
if you try to measure coffee with the measure spoon,
it'll be slightly different every time
and will result in inconsistencies
so it's better to use the scale to measure the coffee
so this time
we'll be using 20 grams of coffee beans
so the amount differed depending on the coffee shop?
yeah, there's a slight difference depending on the coffee shop
we like to use more coffee than average
a little more than what's known to be the average
so let me tell you why we use a little more than the average amount of coffee
when you're pouring coffee for one person
it's a lot easier to extract coffee when you're using slightly more than the average amount of coffee
so more coffee, better extraction
most people tend to use less coffee when extracting for one person
since the coffee is less,
extraction becomes more difficult
and there can be more inconsistencies in the coffee
so it's a lot easier with slightly more coffee
since it's quite subtle, it's a little bit difficult to explain
so I've leveled the coffee
to make extraction and blooming a lot more even
and consistent
so I'm just making sure it's even
so what's the temperature of the hot water you use?
it's about ...
87 degrees celsius
it shouldn't be too high as that'll lead to over extraction
and if it's too low it'll be under extracted
so I think somewhere around the 87 degrees celsius is good
it's always handy if you have a thermometer at home to measure water temperature
so it can be anything right?
for example, I use the thermometer that's meant to be used for milk pitchers
the Kalita thermometer
yeah, that's fine as well
if you're going to be using a digital scale like this,
make sure you get something of good quality as the cheaper ones tend to react very slowly to temperature changes
so basically, it's better if you get the more accurate and faster digital scale
yeah, you'll immediately know the temperature
the cheaper ones take too long before they display the correct temperature
so now I'm cooling the temperature to bring it to the 87 degrees celsius mark
by adding some cold water
if you pour hot water into the dripper it'll go down to about 90 degrees celsius,
and I add water to adjust the temperature quickly
alright let's begin
one important point,
don't pour water directly onto the paper filter
try to pour directly onto the coffee grinds
so somewhere in the middle?
yes, first in the middle
don't use too much water, take it easy
and gently pour until all the grinds are wet
so it's alright to pour until you see a few drops of coffee in the server?
yeah, that's alright, just enough to have a few drops in the server
it's starting to bloom a little
when the coffee is wet, the gas will start to escape
and will form a dome
we'll bloom it for about 30 seconds
at first, you'll want to pour gently
do you usually have a certain number in mind of how many times you pour the water?
I actually don't
I'm a lot more concerned about the extraction amount ( about 200 g ) I've set
once you get used to it,
you can have a certain number in mind to get the coffee a lot more consistent
but as a beginner, just keep the extraction amount in mind
and that'll be enough
so in the final phase,
you can pour a lot more generously?
yes, most of the coffee has been extracted in the beginning,
and so you just want to extract quickly
what you want to do is stretch or average the concentrated flavor and umami you extracted in the beginning phase
pretty much adjusting the concentration of the coffee
I see
so what you want to do now is mix the coffee with a spoon,
the concentration of the coffee in the first phase of extraction is different
compared to the concentration of the coffee extracted in the last phase of extraction
so we're trying to even out the concentration
by mixing with the spoon
as you may know I always mix the coffee at the end of my videos,
that's pretty much the reason why I do that
it doesn't really matter too much if you're pouring for one person as the concentration will balance out
as you pour into the cup
but if ..
you're pouring for two people
the concentration is different in the upper layered the lower layer
so the first cup you pour into is less concentrated,
and the second will be more concentrated
so it's always better to mix if you're pouring for two or more people
so you don't have to worry too much about mixing if it's for one person
but it may be better if you have mixing as a habit
there's a lot of coffee shops that taste their coffee after mixing
is it to check and make sure the coffee is good for the customers?
yes, we want to make sure the coffee is perfect for our customers
so we're done
so this is how Fusuku-san makes his pour over coffee

comes from battlefield 5 this is an
update from last week
apparently battlefield 5 had really bad
amount of pre-orders lacking 85 percent
behind call of duty ah that sucks
some people a bunch of idiots I'm not
supposed to add my opinion but said this
was because read of redemption is coming
out it's because Call of Duty is coming
out
it's oversaturated in October the true
Chad's knew what the reason was behind
this and of course it was because the
chief design officer of Battlefield said
if you don't like our trailer you are
uneducated and then he mysteriously left
the company as you do two months before
I release and I try to explain in the
video why I think people didn't like the
trailer myself included
okay they have done really bad at job
and marketing battlefield so far and I
broke that down but I still saw a lot of
people commenting I don't know it
doesn't look like a bionic arm just like
a prosthetic I called it a bionic arm
it's a prosthetic eye arm I know the
difference I just misspoke okay we don't
get our education about how wars were
from games sure they can do that but
it's not their job it's a school's job I
couldn't get less F about watching
battlefield I wasn't at the war and I
wouldn't play to relive it either yes
the trailer just being a statement is
kind of dumb however people going numb
over that just as dumb so the basically
you're calling me dumb for saying this
trailer is dumb
anyway it seemed like so many people
didn't understand what I was talking

going there's a woman no one cares ok

problem with women in power in fact I

pissed up and that's what happened here

soldier on the cover why not use

to the death and they have yet to
respond to his request what a bunch of
cowards PD PI has gathered a lot of
support by mr. beast for example Liam
lush we don't stand a chance against the
population of India sometimes is not
about who's going to win it's about
being on the right side of history the
all inclusive channel or the Indians huh
war war is coming

by of course the verge the verge and the
polygon same company it's the same
company owned by bollocks interesting
they're the only ones covering this now

I know that's a false statement because

to reach audiences in countries like
Sweden Italy France France okay and the
UK while also building up a fan base in
United States and I've heard this
argument so many times it's just one of
those things that people keep saying and
then it's so it suddenly takes on its
true foam its own because Matt did this
video which is a really good video I
still hate it and I think he should
delete it because he made this
speculation but why this let's play

there's thousands out there well there's
one other reason the algorithm loves
PewDiePie he's international you see
YouTube promotes channels locally if you
live in California your videos will be
served up in California more frequently
than in other areas of the US and if you
live in the u.s. your videos will stay
in the US until you gather enough views
from other countries to merit them
sharing your stuff there PewDiePie has a
unique advantage over most other
channels because YouTube considers his
channel Swedish since he started it when
he was living in Sweden makes sense
since then he's moved meaning that he
lives and uploads from Italy but he also
speaks English so since YouTube promotes
locally he was able to gather a strong
Swedish following in a market where
there was less competition but now that
he uploads from Italy he gets promoted
there and since YouTube is most heavily
used in english-speaking nations he had
a much easier time crossing into the US
and UK than a channel from here would
have doing the reverse ok Matt you had
no idea where you talk remaining this is
such a dumb video and I hate I'd like it
if you want to piss me off just say oh
well pity pi he just grew because he
moved countries the reason this annoys
me especially is because it's the
complete opposite when I started off
doing YouTube there was
a lot of ways to poke through the system
there was a lot of ways you can
deliberately do to make your channel
grow quicker that was technically not
allowed but YouTube didn't really stop
anyone from doing it one of those things
would be that you can set your channel
country in your setting you can set your
country to anything and YouTube will
acknowledge your channel as that it
wasn't location-based it was purely
based on the settings and back in 2013
the front page of YouTube was a big part
of growing your channel
it was probably how you gather the most
subscribers if you got on the front page
of YouTube that was a massive deal and
yes each front page on each country was
different so a Swedish so Sweden did
have their own front page just like
America has their own front page just
like there was also a worldwide front
page so what people did was they would
set their channel as Swedish even though
there were American so the front page of
Sweden was nothing but American channels
abusing the system so they would get
views in Sweden when they weren't even
from Sweden while people who were
Swedish didn't get from me it annoys me
because I was so frustrated by it by
this back in 2013 I kind of pride myself
that I've never abused YouTube's system
to grow my channel it's one of those
things where I've seen while growing my
own channel a lot of other people do and
benefiting from it as well so when
people make these statements saying oh
he just grow his channel because you
know he moved from Italy to UK to sweet
and that gave him that boosts its it
takes away the value of all the work I
put into this channel working my ass off
the last seven years and yes it pisses
me off so this whole thing couldn't be
more false but it's one of those things
I keep being reiterated as true it
despite me debunking it it's annoying
because people take Matt's speculation
as some form of true it and here it is
five years later being reported as true
I don't think I deserve 65 million
subscribers I genuinely don't it makes
no sense to me I don't want to be the
biggest channel I guess
I don't care I don't care I just want to
be making videos do my own thing
everything else is it annoying dealing
with this stuff is annoying it's kind of
fun too okay but it's annoying none of
this makes any sense to me like why my
channel got so big it doesn't make sense
to me either I have no idea I was the
least popular guy in school
I don't understand it still I still
think I'm really there's nothing special
about my content so I understand that
people want a reason for it
another thing that's annoying about this
article is that or I leaves in the verge
if you ever want to control a narrative
if you ever wanted something to seem a
certain way all you gotta do is just
hand select a few comments look at this
you can't just handpick Commons I don't
know why they keep doing it well I know

I think thats a fair deal.
When I was a kid I wanted to be on TV.
I may not have understood everything but the path seemed quite clear.
I apply for a job, do a few auditions, make a name for myself, get a lucky break and then
a TV company will pay me money for my work.
Its never that simple obviously but times have changed - now many kids have grown up
in a world dominated by the new TV stars - streamers.
I wanted to talk about streaming, so I went to google and typed in -How Do Streamers-
the first thing that came up was How Do Streamers Make Money?
Its a popular question and a good one.
When people hear that Ninja makes half a million a month - they naturally wanna know how and
if they can do it too.
We all know that streamers make money off subs and donations.
For 4.99 US dollars a month, viewers can sub to their favourite streamers.
This supports them, gives them special emojis and removes any adverts on that stream.
Donations can also be made which some streamers prefer because they don't have to share any
revenue with Twitch like they do with subscriptions.
YouTube live streaming has similar features including Super Chat.
OK, so perhaps nothing new there - many people know how to set up a stream and how to get
money, but they wont get any if theres nobody watching them.
There are two very different approaches people normally take in order to attract new viewers
and get their subscriptions and donations - the first is to play a popular game.
This one is obvious and a great example is Fortnite.
As Fortnite grew in popularity, so too did the demand for people streaming it.
Some people saw an opportunity and started streaming Fortnite, some have even made streaming
their full time job off the back of it.
Thats amazing if it happens, but its also very difficult to do.
Popular games are also filled with new streamers trying to do this exact same thing.
Right now, with a game like Fortnite, even if you manage to get 50 people watch you play
Fortnite on Twitch, youre not even gonna be in the most watched 150 streams - people have
to scroll down a lot to find that game.
Some new streamers avoid this problem altogether by streaming games that arent played as much
- brilliant - less competition, right?
Well yes but if a game isnt that popular then its rare that many people will be looking
for streamers playing it, so youre still going to end up with no viewers.
It seems like the streamers that do make it have a mix of skills, personality and the
snowball effect.
You know how they say the rich get richer?
Well they say the same could be said for streamers.
When you go to the front page of Twitch and click on one of the games or categories, youll
instantly be shown the top streamers for that game.
Most people are likely to click on one of those streams because its right in front of
them and also if a lot of people are already watching these top streams, they must be worth
watching, right?
In this sense, the most viewed streamers tend to pick up many of the new visitors to sites
like Twitch.
Then theres sponsorship deals - once someone reaches the top, they are swamped by companies
looking to sponsor them.
Go to any big streamers profile page and you wont have to scroll down far before you see
a spread of sponsorships - if their gamers its usually going to be their computer parts,
gaming chairs, monitors - that sort of thing.
These companies will usually give the streamer a share of the purchase money when someone
buys through that page.
Youll usually see a Merch page too which if don't properly can be a very lucrative source
of income.
Finally, theres YouTube.
Although YouTube live streaming is still behind Twitch in a number of ways, its still dominates
the video scene.
Many big Twitch streamers now use this to their advantage by uploading highlights of
their stream to YouTube.
If theyre big enough, theyll usually have an editor do that for them so they can focus
on streaming.
Ninjas YouTube channel gets over 5 million views a day - thats his YouTube, not even
his Twitch.
That means he's probably making about 130,000 US Dollars just off his YouTube channel.
You can see where Im going with all of this, the bigger the YouTube channel, the more money
making opportunities they have.
Another thing people forget is that these things take time - its easy to assume that
streamers blow up out of nowhere - one minute youd never hard of them, the next you watch
them all the time and you hear that theyre making tens of thousands of dollars every
month.
What people don't realise is how long some of these people have been streaming for.
Take Dr Disrespect for example - he started streaming in 2015 - by January 2016 he was
average just 9 video views a day.
Think of that - 9.
By the end of the following year he was pulling in over 5 and a half million - it didnt come
overnight though and very few people can say they watched him from the start.
So to summarise - Streaming is, well its easy but difficult.
Its easy to do it, you could have set up a stream in the time it takes you to watch this
video - but making money from it?
Thats a whole other ball game.
Perhaps its best to take the advice of many big streamers - don't set out to do it for
the money - whatever you stream, stream it because you want to.
If youre having fun and you give it enough time, the right people will find you in the
end, and perhaps youll make a pretty penny while youre at it.

Shelton dot com I wanted to make a quick
video and show you how to pay your
videos or your sites any of your links
any of your marketing links you can
actually do your Facebook profile your
Twitter let you know any link any video
any business link that you have you can
do what's called pinging and what these
free services do now they're free to you
of course a hope that you sent it from
one of their you know other things that
they they offer but what these free
sites do is allow you to copy and paste
in your link and then it's like
splatters it to the stratosphere the
blog stratosphere for you out there so
I'm going to demonstrate how to use it
and also how I have this set up as I
said these sites are free now what I do
is I keep a list of all of my links on a
sticky note now I organize my whole life
on these things and then here I have a
list of the pinging sites that I'm using
right now now I've changed this up son
because some of them have you know the
links are no longer working for whatever
for for whatever reason and as you see
right see I have my own Facebook link
here I've got my Twitter link I've got
my Instagram link I got my youtube link
and then I've got all my different
business links that I want to make sure
they're correct there that I went to
ping or send out on the stratosphere now
you can't overuse this service I heard
somebody saying you know they do it like
all the time they they prefer you make
some kind of change on your um I'm gonna
move this one down here because I just
pinged it so I'm going to take it off
there for now upper area there um that
they do it like once a week it may be
okay but I do know that they prefer that
you make a change on your blog or on
your post or or something like that and
so you can do all your capture pages all
your landing pages you can do it all and
send them my hair so I'm going to
demonstrate real quick
how this can be used now this one's a
bulk pinger many of them are just a
single finger where you can only put one
Lincoln at a time but this one's bulk so
check this out this is so cool
so I'm gonna go grab all of these that I
want and I just got my latest videos all
these short ones are my latest video so
I'm gonna ping I'm gonna ping all of
these now how cool is this that you can
do this all in one so I hit any ctrl C
for copy and they control V for paste
there's all my links now they want you
to put a keyword you don't always have
to do it you don't always have to do a
title but it helps so like I'm gonna put
my econ my econ scam and you always want
to use keywords my econ plan is P and
come shift from credit repair you always
want to use credit okay now let me show
you really quick this is this is a side
thing I mean if you want to find good
keywords to use and this is just bonus
so let me show you this really quick
they're different and you can go to
Google Adwords if you want I kind of
like this guy Neil Patel I get a lot of
tips from him and he has a goober
suggests tool and so like if you let me
bring it up here wasn't really planning
on doing this but let's try credit
repair okay and then it's English
because I'm gonna look it up you can
type in a word you type in a phrase and
then it's gonna bring them up you can
also copy and paste these and put them
in a document let me show you again
working on giving away some of my ninja
tricks today but I'm in a good mood
no I'm just kidding I don't mind you
know sharing these things there's plenty
of people to go around for everyone so
I'm just gonna show you real quick I
have a whole list of keywords here that
I've gotten from ubersuggest that I keep
each video grouping like so so like this
would be for my econ and income shift
pro
then I keep all of that on again one of
it oh I had a brain space here Steve you
know it's my goodness and then I keep
all the you know mine I can you know if
you want to borrow somebody's that's
fine
you don't ever put them in your videos
Oh in the same exact you always have to
mix them around so you would copy and
paste different sections to get your
keywords but that's where I get my
keywords for my videos and things like
that so I'm gonna go back to that list
and I'm oh I already did dat nice so let
me go back start to quiz okay that's
different I don't want to take a quiz
okay so it found lot 980 keywords and
then you can do search Boeing we can
click on this and it'll get you the
highest ones first and you you know
these these higher volume ones even
though there's a lot of searches for
them they're harder to rank for so I
always go I always go you know down
lower where there's still a lot of
searches so like this one maybe how to
increase how to improve credit score I
like that one so that's the one I'm
going to use and we go back to the bulk
finger here
and let me just go ahead and put that
one there instead and of course you
always have to put commas between your
keywords and then that's it and then
we'll click on start pinging
and usually it flashes pretty much up
right away and tells you that the
pinging process is started and that it's
pinging and a lot of times some of these
will show you the sites that it's even
pinging so let's give it a second to
come up actually while that one's coming
up the next one it looks like this one
is a mass one two so let me go get all
of those again that I want to ping and
ctrl C and then control V and I don't
see a place for keyword so I'm gonna
just click somewhat submit and this
literally takes like 15 I I usually do
this once a month so 15 minutes a month
it's just like awesome okay well done
your URLs have been pinged let me go
back to the beginnings hit this one and
see if there's anything happening here
yet okay might still be thinking now I
want to show you this this used to be
one of my favorite ones google ping and
it would send it out to a lot of google
sites they've now moved Google paying to
this site but it's way more complicated
than what it used to be you still would
put the title your website or your blog
link or your video link here you have to
confirm it now you have to put in your
email of course keywords and now they
want you to do this super reciprocal
stuff so I don't do I'm not doing this
one anymore but I just still wanted to
show it to you so you if you want to use
it yourself you can again it would be
you know Google ping and then they're
gonna take you to this new website but
I'm gonna go ahead and delete this
because I'm not going to use this any
longer
that's the okay let's get that first one
ever did anything
I don't know if it has yet now this

one so I'll do I like to do all my mass
ones together so I don't have to so I
don't have to since I already have them
on my Maya clipboard plan is being shift
and then mass Hey
so those mass ones are obviously fun
because you can get a lot more done and
it you know a short amount of time so
here it is it's sending them all right
here it shows you okay this is not cool
I guess you could try okay let me
refresh this and see what happens okay I
better just wait because it it may still
be trying to do something here now I'm
gonna go back and get um you know I'm
going to do just a couple of them let's

and so this one I either usually just do
Internet but I think they have a finance
on here and I was trying that last time
so financial services because my econ is
a financial service thing and then I
think that's all that I have to do there
once a while you have to put a CAPTCHA
or something like that in but that
doesn't like anything like that here so
I'm just gonna click thing okay this is
gonna have me do a CAPTCHA so bridge
bridge bridge bridge like it okay and
then I don't want the report so I'm not
gonna give them my email and I'm just
gonna wait a second and it's going to
okay it's gonna start the thing it looks
like I'm in a queue alright so here here

have to wait a few minutes if you're
gonna do several things that I already

sometimes you have to scroll down and
find the word ping because a lot of
times they'll put advertisements here
with a big green button and you like
sure that says start now and it'll take
you somewhere else you don't want to do
that I always want to look for ping by
pinging that one there and that shows
you the places that it's going to and
the master already did so that's pretty
much it
those are the ones that oh I did want to
show you one more when you make a video
and you first make a video this pops up
automatically but all the different
places to share and I always share mine
on Digg Digg is another blog pinging
site it comes on all your videos and
when you click on that it brings up the
submit URL now when you do the video it
automatically puts the video link in for
you when you click on that but if you
want to submit a blog like the one I
just did then I would just submit in
there and that's it if you submit
another one may go back and get another
one
let me do this one and then I'm gonna do
one more though this brand new today and
that's how so you know I did all of that
in just the course of a few minutes
I also here got my own Instagram page
and I and I'm gonna paint it today in my
Twitter page and of course and if you

so that's why I like the fact that they tell me which lens they're using
and then I can just work on that part of my body
Really make an effort to learn all these techniques and work like maybe standing in front of the mirror
And try different poses what works on your body and like different expression
because it's really going to help your work and make your job easier.
The sexiest thing you can own is your confidence.
Yes, you really have to learn that.
