Today I would like to talk to you about some instagram accounts that I especially liked

that concern dance and circus

and daily inspire me. I would like start

with the hkvisuals account. That's a photograph account,

he took in particular pictures of dance and circus

and he capture trully well the movement,

he mark it with sheets or smoke

and for me he don't go in hackneyed poses

that we see in dance and circus

and he stay inspirant, very qualitative also, he's a professionnal.

He post also videos on Youtube

where we can see backstages of shootings and it can be interesting

to go check that for what especially how to instal circus tackle

or all the fails that can happened during a video or a shooting.

Speaking of failure, there a account I would like to present you

named failcircus

it list videos of fail

of trick or try of the student

in circus study in Quebec if I'm not wrong.

And it feels good to play down the fall,

make of that something a little bit funny

because for make a trick well, we need a lot of fails,

so it's a little bit the nuggets

of this fails that he successfull filmed.

Dance side, I like watch the account thesedancershavetalent

that's a list of a lot of videos of dancers,

television etc.

We can see big technical dance performance

but it can create inspiration, ideas

in particular how to turn, jump,

there is many original ideas and sometimes little dancer's jokes.

And I think it's here I discover an account that I would like to talk

named royalfluxdance.

It's a dance compagny based on US that work especially

in team and in there videos we see the resercheal spirit.

There is physical performance

but it's also how to work together, there are trick we can't do alone,

stuff we never think. So it mix this movement

between circus and dance, acrobatics and movement

and I like it,

I really like this researchal spirit that emanates above this videos.

I want to share with you one of my favorite account that is ekopics,

it's a photographer account that he take only circus pictures.

There is differents disciplines represented and mostly every time

it's very photogenic. And I think his compte

is not bad circassian in the spirit

because we found this notion of risk, of creation

and there is some diversity

that I really liked.

And for finish, two accouncts for the price of one,

that's camerasanddancers that is also managed by

JacobJonasTheCompagny. So this two account

have similar pictures becauses they are managed by the same person

but in general it's the meeting between photography and dance

in a minimalist and diversify spirit that I like a lot too.

That also for saying that the circassian community on instagram

and the dancers are really active, and it's a ressource

that permite,

well, find inspiration, exchanges, create,

and there is not this hierarchy, I like the fact here is

this sorte of mix, it speak to me.

Having inspiration and create novelty thanks to this fertile place that

internet can be is not similar to take an idea and copy it

in a sterile brain. If thanks to this video you discover

How I Edit My Instagram Photos + My Presets | Heather Lee - Duration: 7:06.

Hello! Welcome to my channel if you're

new here; welcome back if you're not. This

is probably going to be my favorite

video that I've ever made, just because

I'm so excited. Today, I'm going to be

showing you how I edit my Instagram

photos, but this is really special

because I'm going to be showing you how

I edit them with the presets that I have

made and developed myself. For those of

you that don't know, a preset is

basically just a filter that you put on

photos, but you use a program called

Lightroom. AND the presets that I'm gonna

be showing you today that I've made are

also for sale now, so if you guys want to

edit your photos like I've been editing

my Instagram photos, now you have the

tools to do it. So I will have the

listings for my presets below. I tried to

make them really affordable for you guys.

There's a pack of two - you get a color

one. It's my most used color preset; it's

the one that I use on basically all of

my Instagram pictures. And there's also a

black and white one. You can buy them

separately or you can buy them in a set,

but it is cheaper to buy them in the

set. Like I said, I'll have that

listing below so that way you guys can

go and check them out and purchase them

if you would like to. Keep in mind that

you do have to have access to a computer

to be able to download them and install

them and use them, but you can transfer

them to your phone if you want to, and

use Lightroom on your phone. The great

thing about these presets is that they

work really well on raw DSLR photos, but

they also work on phone photos, which is

awesome. I'm going to be showing you

guys today how I edit the photos on my

DSLR and how I edit phone photos.

Also, if you're not following me on

Instagram I will have my Instagram

linked below if you want to do that.

No pressure; just in case you want to,

it's there. I do have Lightroom on my

phone installed - that's step number one

for if you want to edit on your phone. I

do also edit on my computer, but a

lot of the time, regardless of whether or

not I take them on my phone or on a DSLR,

I do edit them on my phone

majority of the time. I'm going to go

ahead and open up Lightroom, and I do

have some pictures already imported into

my phone. So this first picture is a

picture that I took of our room once I

finished making that macrame wall

hanging that took me a solid nine hours.

Once I have that photo open, I'm just

gonna scroll over to the right of that

little bar on the bottom and hit 'presets'

and my presets are preloaded into this

because I have downloaded them into

Lightroom CC on a computer and synced

them to my phone. Again, once you

purchase the presets, there will be

videos in with your purchase that will

show you exactly how to get them onto

your phone and get them where you can

use them in this version of Lightroom.

So as you can see, I have MHL01 - Mrs.

Heather Lee 01, that's my first

color preset, and yes I will be releasing

more color presets soon, but for now, I

just wanted to

release that one to get a feel for how you

guys are liking them - and a black and

white preset. For this one, I'm going to

edit it in color, so I'm going to go ahead

and put MHL 01 on there and hit

done. This is not how I would leave

this picture. It's a little bit too warm

for me, so I'm gonna go back over to

'color' and turn the temperature down just

to cool it off a hair, and then go over

to 'light' and turn up the exposure a

little bit, and I think that looks pretty

good. I might turn up the exposure a

little bit more. There is the before and

the after...so quite a big difference

there. Whenever I do edit photos,

normally the only two things I ever mess

with are temperature and exposure. Back

into the library. So I have three more

photos of me. I will go ahead and edit a

DSLR photo in color. You've probably seen

this one on my Instagram before. Again,

I'm just gonna go back over to my

presets, hit Mrs. Heather Lee 01, and in

this instance, this could be a one click

edit. Just tap the preset, and you're done. I

do really like how this is looking

now. I don't know if I want to do

anything to this. I might mess with the

exposure a little bit - turn it down, just

to make myself not look so pale. There's

the before and after...before...and after. I also have

a black and white preset, which not going to

lie, I almost like the black and white

preset more than I like the color preset,

just because it's so it's creamy.

That's the only way that I can describe

it. Then I'm gonna go to 'presets' but this

time I'm going to select the Mrs.

Heather Lee black and white preset, and

ooh that actually is showing up really

dark and moody on this particular photo

because of how it was shot. Again, if

you're using

a DSLR, your in camera settings are gonna

make a world of difference with how

these work. I will have a video going up

talking about how to shoot DSLR photos

and how to shoot in manual mode, so be on

the lookout for those. I really like how

this looks, but it doesn't fit the theme

of my Instagram, so again, I'm just going

to go into 'light' and I'm gonna bump up

the exposure quite a bit. I think

this looks good. So there's a before and

an after. This last picture is

another one that I'm gonna throw a black

and white on, so again, 'presets', black

and white, and this is a one click and

done. Here are all the pictures that we

edited today. Before and after of that

iPhone picture, and then DSLR picture

with the color preset, then with the

black and white, and another with the

black and white. And that's how I edit my

Instagram photos! I hope you guys enjoyed

there and get creative when you're

Lightroom Editing Tutorial for Instagram + FREE Preset Download! - Duration: 3:34.

welcome back to my channel in today's

video I'm gonna be showing you guys how

to achieve this look that I've been

getting on most of my Instagram photos

lately and it's actually been a preset

that I created for myself I'm not gonna

make you buy it or anything I'm actually

gonna show you how to just do it

yourself and then if you want to add a

preset onto your Lightroom you totally

can using this or if you want to sign up

for my newsletter I'm also going to be

emailing out a preset soon and probably

more in the future for you guys because

I just enjoy it and I want to give you

all the freebies possible so if you

link down below yeah so this is kind of

my sandy preset Lightroom tutorial

without further adieu let's get into it

okay so this is the original photo and

first we're just gonna raise the

temperature to around 35 and raise the

tint to just about +2 and we're gonna

move the exposure in contrast to these

highlights down a little bit shadows up

lights down blacks up sorry I'm going

really fast but you guys can just look

at these numbers and adjust them

yourself we're gonna make it a little

bit more clear turn up the vibrance and

saturation a bit now for the tone curve

you want to add a dot into the middle

and the lower bottom and then by

dragging up that very bottom point it's

just gonna add that little faded look to

all the darks so here we're gonna adjust

all of the colors basically what we're

doing is we're muting most of the colors

by turning up the luminance a lot so

we're making all the colors super super

light and then a little bit washed out

so here there isn't much color in this

photo so we can't tell but when we get

to other photos we'll really be able to

tell this is also how I achieve this

really tan skinned look without looking

too orange is that once we get to the

oranges we really turned down that

saturation but we actually turned down

the luminance so it brings down the

whole skin tone like darker but it makes

it not super orange so here as we go to

the oranges turning down the luminance

you can see my skin getting super dark

turning down the saturation also so that

it's not like you know super spray tan

orange I suggest you just pause the

video as I'm going along and adjust them

on your own and just so that you guys

know there is a free Lightroom mobile

app so if you

don't have a subscription to the Adobe

Creative Suite you can use the mobile

app and make these adjustments and then

I'll show you how to create your own

crease if you'd rather just do that I

will also be sending this out to you

guys so you can wait for that if you'd

rather are gonna add some gray now this

is totally your preference this is

usually what I adjust the most in photos

whether I want a lot of grain or not I

usually want a lot of grain on the up

close ones and not so much on far away

we're gonna change the red and blue

primary hues and that is about it and

then as you use this preset of course

you can adjust it like however you want

based on each photo but this is just a

really good place to start so this is

what I've been doing for most of my

photos I do raise and lower my skin tone

a lot and if you want to create this

into your own preset you would just

click the plus button on the left hand

side and type in whatever you want to

call the preset and then just click

create and then it'll show up on the

left under user presets alright that's

'No signs of foul play' after Instagram model's death on billionaire's yacht - Daily News - Duration: 4:30.

An Instagram model found hanged on a billionaire's superyacht in Greece is thought to have taken her own life, according to coroners

Sinead McNamara died despite desperate attempts to save her , after being found in a critical condition on the £108 million boat

The 20-year-old, who had 27,000 followers on the social network, had been out dancing and drinking with friends in Argostoli, on the Greek island of Kefalonia, hours before her death

Ms McNamara, from Australia, died on her way to hospital in Athens. According to CNN , Coroner Elias Boyiokas said there were "no visible signs of struggle or physical abuse", although marks from the rope were found on her neck

The coroner continued: "It is not yet possible to say if she was psychologically pushed to act or was under the influence of drugs at the time

" But toxicology results are still likely to take several weeks. Ms McNamara was found tangled in ropes on the rear deck of the Mayan Queen IV yacht, but her death remains a mystery

She had been working on the £108million boat - owned by Mexican mining magnate Alberto Baillères - as a member of crew for just four months

A PR company representing his businesses has declined to comment on her death. She is reported to have spoken to a security guard 15 minutes before the boat's captain found her at about 1

45am last Friday. Authorities said initial evidence pointed to the possibility of suicide, but an investigation into her death has been launched

The young woman's body is due to be flown back to Australia today, and it is expected to be accompanied by her mother Kylie and her sister Lauren

Cardi B Shares First Photo of Baby Kulture on Instagram! - Duration: 3:36.

Cardi Bhas shared a lot with her fans on social media, from her naked post-baby body six weeks

after giving birth to a video that made fans think Offset was fingering her .

Now, Cardi is setting a different tone with her very first photo of her baby, Kulture.

This pic is too precious for words, folks.

Cardi B is a new mom, but she's been playing it safe, avoiding plastering her precious

baby's face all over social media before the amniotic fluid is even cleaned off.

She's still shared photos, but she's been avoiding letting fans see baby Kulture directly.

A stroller is not a baby photo, folks.

Over Labor Day Weekend, however, Cardi changed her tune a little, sharing a picture of her

baby.

Cardi captioned the photo: "I needed a girl like you."

Here is the picture.

Obviously, Cardi is still avoiding showing Kulture's face.

A lot of celebrity parents make this choice to protect the privacy of their children.

Some consider it futile or even an insult to fans, but others applaud the decision.

The parents chose to be celebrities -- their children did not.

Kulture is literally still a baby.

But this photo that Cardi shared on Sunday shows something more important than her baby's

face -- it shows the developing love and bond between daughter and 25-year-old mother.

Kulture's hands are so little compared to her mother's -- and Cardi is a small woman.

It really drives home how tiny Kulture is.

Right now, Cardi is her whole world.

In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Cardi also gave fans a glimpse of her breastfeeding

Kulture -- but, again, she did not give fans a real look at her baby.

"No sleep after the studio unless Kulture say soo," Cardi captioned the post.

The new mom is much less reserved about showing off her own body -- before, during, and after

her pregnancy.

That makes sense, because it's her body.

She can strip down into lingerie or less if she wants.

Unfortunately, though Cardi loves her career and her baby and her husband, Offset, not

everything is perfect.

Last week, it came out that Cardi allegedly ordered a Cardi-beatdown of two women , one

of whom she has reportedly spent months accusing of having banged Offset.

The two women are bartenders at a strip club.

They are also sisters.

One of the women was allegedly assaulted earlier last month by people she identified as associates

of Cardi's.

Then, last week, she and her sister were allegedly attacked by members of Cardi's entourage,

who were said to have thrown seats and bottles at the sisters.

The matter was reportedly taken to the police, so we of course hope that justice will be

done.

No one should be physically assaulted.

Not with fists and elbows, and not with bottles and chairs.

If there really was an attack, perhaps the strip club has security footage as evidence

to identify the culprits -- who could share why they did it.

Hopefully, it was not on Cardi's orders.

And, as some pointed out, if Cardi thinks that Offset has been banging other beauties,

she should really take that up with him, not with women she doesn't really know.

how to set up your Jarvee on your

computer so the first thing I'm going to

do is I'm going to give you an

introduction to what jarppi is what it's

all about

so Jarvee is basically an automation

tool that I use for right now just use

it for Instagram but you can also use it

for a bunch of different sites to see if

for all of these sites Facebook Google+

Twitter Pinterest LinkedIn Tumblr

Instagram or YouTube so basically this

video is going to be showing you how to

how to set up your page if you would

like to get some engagement on your

posts so I'm gonna show you right now on

the screen what jarv has done for me so

essentially what I did was I've got four

accounts that I use I have my TJ

Lovelady account that's my main personal

brand page and then I have a pet's

account I have a account that I created

for my sister her name is April that's

with April's counties and then I also

have a fashion account so my fashion

account is one that I had when I started

a clothing line years

go and I'm kind of rebooting bad so

essentially what drugs does is you can

do you can set Jarvey to work

automatically to do certain actions for

you as if you were a real person what

this does is it boosts your engagement

and it shows you it it boosts your page

so let's see all right so let's go

through let's just click on my pet's

account I'm not afraid to show you what

account I have so my pet's account is

pets are lit pets are late so if you

want to check it out you can go and

check it out and you can watch the

growth but I saw this count with zero

followers following zero people and a

zero post and so what I've done is I've

gained over this see this account I can

actually tell you when I had the first

post see so I had my first

jarv post

don't um bill all right so my first job

Jarvie post was on August the 5th so

roughly a month ago so in a month I've

amassed 1,500 followers and I've posted

127 posts and this is all automatic I

don't have to post anything I don't have

to go through and do anything on this

side it automatically does everything

you post the content also posts the

captions for the content and the

hashtags and it engages with the people

that like and comment on the page so uh

of course obviously I check in every

single day and I go through and I do my

own engagement people put comments and I

comment back and stuff like that but

this program will do it all for you and

on average now when I post a video I get

about 200 roughly 200 300 views and I

get likes I get shares and different

things like that on almost every video

and picture that I post so let's kind of

go through the settings here so mainly

the settings that I use is the follow

the unfollow the like and the repost and

the like comments those are the only

ones that I actually use and I think I

may use the full browser actually have a

full browser experience on but those are

the main ones that I use so I'm going to

go through the settings with you so I'm

put a link to Derby in the description

section below and the first comment so

go ahead and download it if you want to

use it so let's go through the the

settings here so when you pull this up

its going to have some default settings

it's not going to look like this but I'm

gonna go through each one of these shit

settings and show you which ones that I

use all right so so run times I do

between 2 and 5 minutes for each

operation and then followed between 2

and 5 people per operation and delay

between 30 and 60 seconds

the execute between time can just be

whatever it is usually one to run all

day long I leave my computer on all day

long I just put it I just turn the

bondages off and just sit the computer

has to be ready for this program to run

but you can't purchase a proxy and that

will actually allow you to turn your

computer off and it will run on the

proxy so I'll just leave my computer on

all day anyway so it doesn't bother

being a habit on all day all right so I

never stopped to around every day of the

week if you want to change this and only

run you know certain days there in a

week you can do that so your follow

limits so when you start to follow

limits what I would do is I would I

would go between I will go between 25

and 50 per day this is starting now

because you want to grow slowly because

if you start out with you know 500 and

700 home they're gonna automatically

block your account so you don't you

don't wanna do that so I would do

between 25 to 50 per day and then I

would increase 25 every day until it

reaches 700 so it's gonna automatically

increase it for you every single day and

it's gonna build that trust within

Instagram so you can start liking and

following more people every day and you

might have to come back and change this

is automatically do this so mine when I

started out it was 25 and 50 and that

increased to 25 into the reset once I

say 100 so now you see I made 700 and it

won't increase anymore it automatically

turn needs to zero alright so when we go

down here to our filters I'm gonna skip

non-english filters if you're if you

speak English you want to make sure the

user has a profile image you want to

make sure the user has between 0 and 5

thousand followers

and make sure they're following between

20 and 100 so you just don't want to

follow a page that has you know a

million followers because obviously

they're probably not gonna follow you

follow you back so you want to target

people that are relatively small on

Instagram and target those people so

that they you know follow you back all

right users is not following this

account so if they're not following me

it'll skip them they won't follow me in

all right

do not follow private users you don't

want to follow private users skip

business account such as a personal

option if you want to follow business

accounts you can do so skip accounts

with the website so you're really

following people that aren't businesses

and don't have like influencer accounts

and things like that you want to target

just regular old folk all right the next

one is a like latest post so wait

between 5 and 10 seconds before each

like and like between zero and one post

so what's this going to do is this gonna

follow the person's gonna like their

most recent post you can set this up 1 2

3 whatever you want to do but always

just do one like one picture and you can

play around these numbers you can crease

it just to see what gives you the best

result and out here remove poor quality

sources remove sources if followed that

ratio is lower than zero count 1 and

then after 100 follows and zero days

just put these sitting on there so what

that'll do is like if you have a source

on here and the people aren't following

back then it'll automatically remove

that source so I had a problem with this

because the sources that I had they

weren't following back and so I was

following people and they weren't

following back so my numbers was going

up but I wasn't getting the followers

from that source so the only source that

survived is this one pastor Graham so I

get more engagement from

is source and and I'm gonna start

targeting some more users just to see if

my father that great it's gonna be

better so right here on the results this

kind of just shows you the followers and

people that you're following this shows

all those the action that's been taking

on this this day and once you get all

that set up you can click this button

right here and it will start it so this

one tell you that it's gonna have thirty

follows per hour up to seven hundred

twenty one follows per day this number

is important because when we go to the

unfollow I'll show you what I'm talking

about

alright so when we go to unfollow

Instagram allows you to have a maximum

follow a maximum of five thousand I

believe users so you don't want to get

close to that number so what you want to

do is you want to follow up to seven

hundred people but you want to always

unfollow more than what you follow so me

I'm following the maximum 720 is X is

gonna keep me following less people then

I'm actually following or I'm following

people listen I'm following more people

and then I'm following sorry alright so

you see right now if I find followed a

total of six thousand one hundred forty

six users so to set this up you want to

unfollow items after a minimum of one

day has problem so you're gonna follow

me on giving them a day if they don't

follow you back you're gonna problem

alright wait between two to five minutes

I'm follow between two and five items

per operation delayed 30 through sixty

seconds between each I'm follow you want

to run consistently and you want to run

every day all right so your unfollow

maximum should be fifty yeah fifty are

25 to 50 and then

increase it twenty five every day until

it reaches a maximum of 720 so that'll

give you your maximum here of 720 or you

can do 725

as long as it's more than the following

you're good at so alright I'm follow how

users followed by jarv so if you don't

care if it like you don't use the page

to actually follow people that you want

to watch you want to check this because

I just I saw this account fresh so I

didn't follow anybody so didn't matter

who actually was unfollowed by this

account also target users who follow

from outside of jar-jar V do not follow

unfollow like her so people like any of

my last twelve folks I like to keep them

around because they're they engage so

actually some of the people that follow

this account I know who that I don't

know them but I can see them all the

time because they you know go through

and they like my post do not unfollow

Commodore so people they engage with

your posts you don't want to unfollow

them and you just click start on it when

of followers they post very regularly

and I'm able to pull post from them and

actually repost them on my account

I'm gonna do for per day or five I'll do

five repost per day so this allows me to

post five pictures consistently every

single day so wait between 200 and 500

minutes before each operation so that

just adjust your post amount repost

between one and one post per operation I

mean you only going to repost just one

picture per session delay between 30 and

60 seconds between each repost execute

all day every

a repose a maximum of five posts per day

so that's just telling the maximum post

that you want to do per day and a repost

users most recent FIFO so you want to

post something this fairly current post

within the last X days so you want mark

that 10 filter posts by number of likes

posts that have between 1000 and 500

thousand likes so you want to get a

fairly popular post you want to be

targeting popular pages viral post

that's what you want to repost on your

page filter post by number of comments

post a half between twenty and fifty

thousand comments so you want to make

sure that you're getting a post that has

high engagement because it's gonna

promote high engagement or your account

post on wall and in story I like having

the wall in a store because if you post

things on your story it makes you looks
