Youtube daily can't sleep Jul 31 2017

Hi.

It's July 31st and fandom is celebrating the birthday of Harry Potter and JK Rowling.

But I'm remembering the birth and life of someone who had this day long before either

of them.

My father.

For those of you following my videos for fan theories to Fantastic Beasts, this is not

one of them.

I've been wanting to share this message for a long time, but it's taken me eight months

until I could talk about it.

I used to tease my dad about sharing Harry Potter's birthday.

I wish I still could.

For me, my father was the original Harry Potter, even if not by name.

Because he was a man who always knew the power of love and always spread that magic freely.

In Order of the Phoenix we read how Harry could see Thestrals following the death of

Cedric from the last book.

When Rowling explained this delay due to it taking time for death to sink in, my initial

reaction was skeptical.

But having experienced it close hand, I understand much better now.

However there's an aspect within Cedric's death that isn't talked about much, and in

reflection of my own father's passing,

I'd like to speak to it here.

Harry was right by Cedric's side when he was killed.

Harry touched his body.

Harry claimed his body.

He took his body home to his parents for burial.

I had experienced death before my father.

But not as personally.

Although I was in the hospital with my grandparents when each one died, I was in a waiting room

far away while doctors and nurses in the ICU cared for them in their final moments.

With my father, we were fortunate enough to do things differently.

We knew death was approaching, and as it was my father's wish to go home from the hospital,

we honored that request.

My father spent the last four months of his life at home, surrounded by friends and family,

cared for by those he loved most.

Until the very last breath.

We would not have been able to do this without the excellent care and support provided to

us by Palliative Care and Hospice.

Hospice staff are loving, caring professionals and volunteers who face Thestrals every single

day.

They do this so that your loved one can make their final journey from a comforting place

of love and safety.

Death is perhaps the greatest binder of humanity.

We all face it.

We all experience it of those we love.

Seeing Thestrals is a beautiful metaphor for the change in life that death brings.

Although not always possible, how fortunate are those who can meet it by the side of those

we hold most dear.

So I dedicate this video to the man who taught me throughout his life, even unto death, the

magic of love, and to the people who helped me and my family give him the love and support

he needed into his next great adventure.

Jo once said that Harry's story would not have been the same if she'd not experienced

her mother's death.

So I think it fitting on her and Harry's birthday, as well as my dad's, to remember

those who ride fearlessly upon Thestrals, guiding others into the beauty of love's

final gift.

Can eating bananas really help you lose weight? - Duration: 4:50.

Can eating bananas really help you lose weight?

If an expanding waistline is your problem, experts say that eating more fruits and veggies

is one of the best solutions.

But does that include high-carb fruits like bananas?

The short answer is yes!

One medium banana has a mere 105 calories, 27 grams of carbs, 3 grams of satiating fiber

and just 14 grams of naturally occurring sugar—not to mention a host of healthy flat belly nutrients.

But beware: Compared to other fruits, bananas are slightly higher in calories and carbs,

so no monkey business: stick to one five-inch portion a day.

This ensures you'll reap all the fruit's benefits—without expanding your waistline.

why bananas should be a part of your weight loss diet plan, plus the best ways to consume

the sweet yellow fruit for optimal results.

1.

THEY'RE THE PERFECT

FITNESS FUEL.

A smart weight-loss plan includes regular exercise, and many fitness experts agree that

bananas are an ideal source of pre- and post-workout fuel.

The reason: They're rich in glucose.

The easily digestible sugar not only provides optimal energy for your spin or Crossfit class,

it also quickly replenishes energy stores that are depleted during a tough sweat session.

Another reason bananas make for a great recovery snack?

They're rich in potassium, an electrolyte that wards off post-pump muscle cramps and

dizziness, that's often lost through sweat.

Pair the fruit with a source of muscle-building protein like a tablespoon of almond butter

or a hard-boiled egg to ensure your tired body receives the recovery nutrients it needs.

2 and 3.

THEY BOOST METABOLISM . so long as you nosh on a green naners, at

least!

Prior to ripening, bananas are rich in something called resistant starch, which, as the name

suggests, literally resists the digestion process.

This feeds healthy gut bacteria, which suppresses the appetite and leads to more efficient fat

oxidation.

In fact, one study found that replacing just 5 percent of the day's carbohydrates with

a source of resistant starch can boost post-meal fat burn by up to 30 percent!

Since underripe bananas are a bit bitter, we suggest adding them into a smoothie with

other fruits and veggies to mask the taste.

For some blending ideas check out these 10 Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss.

Green bananas also taste great in a yogurt parfait with cinnamon, raspberries, chopped

nuts and a touch of honey.

4.

THEY'RE NATURAL BLOAT BANISHERS.

Constantly feeling like a blimp?

Reach for a banana.

Researchers say the fruit is a good source prebiotic fiber, which helps to feed good

gut bacteria and improve digestion.

Bananas are also a good source of potassium, which helps diminish water retention.

In fact, one study found that women who ate a small banana twice a day as a pre-meal snack

for two months reduced their belly-bloat by 50 percent!

If you decide to follow suit, just be sure to cut back on sugar and carbs elsewhere in

your diet.

And to sip your way to a flatter belly check out these 14 Detox Waters That Banish Bloat.

Once you've kicked the bloat to the curb, your hard-earned abs are sure to shine through.

5.

THEY'RE LOW IN PESTICIDES.

Thanks to their thick peel, bananas typically carry very few pesticide residues compared

to other fruits and veggies, according to a USDA study , which is good news for your

health and your waistline.

Researchers say that consuming pesticides can cause weight gain, likely because the

toxins—which are stored in fat cells after consumption—interfere with the energy-burning

process.

Swap your daily apple, peach or nectarine (three fruits that almost always test positive

for pesticide residue) for a banana to lower your exposure and start losing weight.

And to drop pounds even more rapidly, incorporate some of these 25 Overlooked Ways to Lose Weight

into your regimen.

Jamie Carragher outlines how Andrew Robertson can become Liverpool's first-choice left-back - Duration: 2:19.

Jamie Carragher outlines how Andrew Robertson can become Liverpool's first-choice left-back

Following Andrew Robertson's move from Hull City, Jamie Carragher believes it will take time for the Scot to establish himself at Liverpool.

Robertson made his first appearance for the Reds since his £8 million switch to Merseyside in Saturday's 3-0 friendly victory over Hertha Berlin.

Taking Alberto Moreno's place for the second half at the Olympiastadion, the 23-year-old impressed, particularly with his driving runs down the left flank.

Arriving as a likely replacement for Moreno, Robertson still faces competition for a starting place from James Milner, who was Jurgen Klopp's first-choice left-back last season.

Carragher, who assessed Robertson's performances at Hull in his role with Sky Sports, believes it will take time for him to settle.

"Nowadays, it's not easy to find left-backs at the required level and I don't know if Robertson is ready yet to play at the required level," he told 5Times.

"However, the games I've seen him play for Hull, he has always shone and was one of their best players. "There is a big jump from playing at one end of the league to playing at the top end of the league.

"I think, at first he will be used as backup for James Milner and Andy will be working hard over the next 12 months in order to eventually replace Milner and become Liverpool's long term left-back.

Robertson was on Liverpool's radar a year ago, too, when Klopp was considering alternatives to Leicester City youngster Ben Chilwell.

Carragher attested to the enduring quality of Robertson, insisting it was not only his form in the second half of 2016/17 under Marco Silva that will have caught the eye.

"I don't think it was just last season when he has done well," he continued. "For the last few seasons he's done a really good job for Hull and for Scotland as well.

"It wouldn't have been easy for him at Hull City, being at a club who are always fighting for relegation.

He was not quite as accommodating to Moreno, however, highlighting Robertson's arrival as a cut-price rival for Milner as the final nail in the coffin for the Spaniard.

"There is no future for Alberto Moreno, so Klopp had to bring someone in," he explained. "And to be honest, Liverpool were never going to break the bank for a left-back or a squad player for that matter.

At £8 million, rising to £10 million, Robertson could prove to be a bargain signing for the Reds, though as Carragher suggests, there is likely to be an adjustment period.

(not a hate video) my opinion on basic's 'why i can't stand kpop fandoms (sasaeng) video - Duration: 3:29.

okay, so I'm just making this after like watching

watching basic's livestream and the kpop video

and im sending no hate to basic at all i love her, her channel is pretty great

basically i

okay before i start, i'm a kpop fan

im an 'army' i guess. an exo-l and a vip and i know i commented about and i

commented a lot on her...

comment section of that video but like i tried to stay as reasonable as possibl

i wasn't really butthurt cus like after watching it a couple times i was just like oh

everyone's being butthurt about the wrong thing cus it wasn't about the fandom in general *doesnt make sense lol*

everyone made it seem like she was talking about the fan...

fandom *noises* she was actually sasaengs i think

a lot of people didnt get even sum people who don't like kpop which makes everyone seem like

these kpop fandoms are cancerous *cringes at saying cancerous*

and...

as a kpop fan myself....

i just thought oh well this kind of sucks for me everyone... how... everyone kind of h-hates me now

even tho im just a chill... fan *nah im an air conditioner* i'm just making this video just to adress this and just to send

just like some message to people who watched that video and

it was just like really suckish to see all that hate going to basic

like i know she wasn't crying in the thing (livestream) but it sure did sound like she was

and it was like (im saying *like* so much im sorry) so stupid how there were like fanwars between people who like

kpop and people who don't like kpop, and i was just like just like who you like. i think she read out my comment

i said why can't we just like what we like

and first of all... i think what we should make obvious is that sasaengs are not

'fans' of kpop... we're not like... we (chill, nice kpop fans) don't really appreciate them if that makes sense

th-that should make sense and like there are like sasaengs in the pop

culture as well

basically kpop is just a genre of music

it's like not everyone likes spanish music not everyone like pop music or like rock music or something...

it's just another genre of pop or music or whatever

so yeah, i just wanted to make this video

to address that and just stop calling the fandom in general 'cancerous' just call sasaengs (and other annoying obssessive kpop fans)

cancerous (xD sorry i dont like them) it's like how everyone says this fandom is cancerous, this phandom is cancerous

there are a lot of flaws and our fandom (every fandom that exists) the kpop fandom in general and other fandoms in general

but like

there are like

h-how should i say this... some fandoms are like layers blah blah blah that cliché stuff

so yeah, all my love to basic, hopes her channel goes well

goes wells i mean (?)

so ya there's my opinion hbu :3

SML Theory: Why Jacques Pierre can't be Jeffy's Father! PART 2 [Critical Cartoon Conspiracy! #5] - Duration: 9:26.

Welcome back to another Critical Cartoon Conspiracy!

Today back into the SML discussion of why Jacques Pierre Frances CANNOT be jeffy's

biological father, now today is where I prove that I'm not like any other theorist.

If you don't believe one of my theories I will MAKE YOU BELIEVE unless you're a

stubborn little shiesa then I can't do shit.

As usual I'm your host as Greyson Adams (@ThatNerdyJew) and let's get Deep into

Conspiracy! *opening plays*

Jeffy shows no signs of ethnicity other than painting and learning french which Mr.Goodman

teaches French,Spanish and so much more.

Also Mr.Goodman travels a lot so that can explain why Jeffy was born in France.

But Mr.Goodman most likely gave Jeffy up for adoption (because he does work at the agency)

then went on being rich and all.

Goodman knows art so that's why Jeffy's good.

However inside Jeffy's Brain where he learned "French" from his father you also have to

keep in mind that Goodman owns MANY companies including a language teaching thing.

Jeffy never said he "lived" with Jacques so that can also help out my point.

Mr.Goodman travels a lot so that can explain why Jeffy was born in France.

Mr.Goodman most likely gave Jeffy up for adoption (because he does work at the agency) then

went on being rich and all.

While Jacques adopted Jeffy FROM Mr.Goodman thus showing Jeffy's personal confusion with

his biological father.

Jeffy is INCREDIBLY smart there are spot on facts to prove such statements from episodes

such as Sml Movie: Jeffy's Homework; Jefft counts the ABC's backwards which in reality

is a sign of genius.

Jeffy even convinced Mr. Goodman to even create his own law of subtraction called "Jeffy's

Law", Back inside Sml Movie: Jeffy's Homework Mr.Goodman believes Mario adopted Jeffy but

in order for that to even occur Mr.Goodman would have to know that Jeffy was out for

adoption but how would Mr.Goodman be aware of Jeffy's existence???

Not like Jeffy was even attending school before all of this, he was most likely hidden inside

the house for most of his time because no one has even heard of Jeffy within any of

the school videos until AFTER he was introduced inside SML Movie: The Baby sitter.

Mr.Goodman also gets a very nervous face when Mario says the phrase "I didn't adopt

Jeffy" at this moment which can be seen at the 1:27 Time Code he also gives a weird

look when Mario mentions they're searching for his parents.

In recent SML Movies such as Sml Movie: The Fender Bender we hear a rather similar voice

on the telly that asks for Jeffy, let's have a listen.. *play 3 times*

as strange as this is already the ending SML question of this video will have you shook…

let's take a look… now let's take a quick look.

This isn't the first time Mr.Goodman tried to get close to Jeffy because what Logan didn't

want you to realize is that back inside SML Movie: The Fender Bender the entire time Mr.Goodman

was actually STALKING Jeffy?

Inside this entire movie if you can realize Mario hit Mr.Goodman's car but where was

he even parked?

As you can see it clear as day here Mr.Goodman was actually sitting in front of Mario's

house he was on his block when Mario was on his way back FROM McDonalds.

As well as being on the way back to Domino's pizza where they hit Mr.Goodman's car again?!

Only shortly after the short confrontation on the phone with Jeffy.

This is a theory from one of my amazing fans "LiemeCrew" whom posted this comment *show

comment* where I can agree but let me state it in a way that can EASILY Blow your minds

where as well it fits my theory.

"My theory is that in the New SuperMarioLogan Film we find out that Nancy killed Jacques

Pierre Frances believing that he was Jeffy's Father and she made it look like a suicide.

Then went to claim her only son Jeffy but only after a while in prison had she found

the hidden truth lies inside the SuperMarioLogan lore that Jacques ISN'T Jeffy's Father

while Mr.Goodman IS.

When Nancy finds out she breaks out of Prison she's going to seek revenge.

Not only she places a price on Mario she knows that she can have a hell a lot of money due

to Mr.Goodman's bank account, she would need someone who would easily be

on her side but who?

Someone who used to work for Mr.Goodman and someone who lost so much, a meth addicted

Clown, A Black Pimp and the psychotic delusional lady Nancy herself.

The Bad guys Tyrone, Screwball and Nancy are going to side together to take the one thing

Jeffy truly desires… an actual father so they kidnap Jeffy to attract Mario since he's

the legal guardian of Jeffy he would need to sign the rights away as well as sign contracts

if she wanted to reinstate his fortune.

I can only assume Mario will take action to his OWN hands and gather the OLD Sml crew

and maybe Feebee MAY make an appearance however I personally believe Nancy already killed

Feebee (but that's another theory for another time) but when the battle happens all I know

is that all the beans will be spilled, we will know who Jeffy's real father is as

well as seeing a bunch of important characters die."

Now how do I know that Mario wasn't the one that was kidnapped?

Well inside the SuperMarioLogan Movie Trailer though we did SEE Mario's hat on the floor

as the ice cream truck was driving away we also heard in the far away distance Jeffy

screaming but the way he was would only make sense if he was inside the truck.

Screwball is known for abducting and collecting kids as well as Tyrone the pimp inside the

SML Movie Bowser Junior's Youtube Channel you can clearly see that Tyrone was a victim

of hearing the N word coming from his son's friend but why was he inside the closet for

the 2nd time?

probably to keep an eye on Cody to make sure that Cody isn't learning that kind of offense

or something sheesh if I couldn't tell I would think that Tyrone would be an overprotective

dad…

*flash Victoria's Comment* Anyways I actually believe he was plotting on kidnapping Junior

and making him into a sex product before he upright said that N word again to get his

ass kicked And then causing Tyrone to leave knowing that Junior would probably keep saying

it and would potentially ruining his business.

Who else has Tyrone kidnapped?

Most likely Cody's Sister otherwise why else would she be in Wisconsin if not for

sex trafficking, there's a news article on this website called the "Wisconsin Gazette"

where they state the rise of sex trafficking in early February 2016 where the video Cody's

Sister was uploaded on February 7th, 2016.

Coincidence?

maybe but let's take a little further look into things with Jeffy's Sister Feebee,

was supposedly living in France because well that's where Jeffy was born but can we believe

that only she appears a couple months AFTER the Prostitution law was placed into order

there's also some possibility that FeeBee was a victim of being raped and killed during

the sex trafficking law in France was passed.

The sex trafficking law was placed April 13th, 2016 where Feebee's appearance may have

been in spirit to try and reunite with her brother for one last time.. on September 4th,

2016; where she appeared lastly inside Jeffy's dream.

Who has Screwball kidnapped?

Nobody really knows but I feel that he's been working with Tyrone the entire time because

who else knows how to creep around people's houses better than screwball?

let's take some clips that show how sneaky he is.

*show clips*

Now let's take a glance here on who was the previous hookers

before the girls that were allegedly taken, We have Nancy,Cody's mother and Joseph's

Mother.

Now inside the SML Movie the Magical Button we here see a very great glance of Mr.Goodman's

wife now how do I know that this is HIS wife? he has the same hair colour as him as well

as his blue eyes but why not his sister you may ask well because we all know Mr.Goodman

is vain as all fucking hell so why not fuck the mirror?

That's what he's doing, but if you can also see her son is locked inside of a cage

because he's 'Kwrazy'' Patrick may as well be the half brother of Jeffy due to the

fact they're both special needs but from two different mothers.

She ends up dying as well as Mr.Goodman but why her?

What's so important of showing just this random side character if not to tell us something?

We Just Can't Get Enough Arcade Games! (Day 1946) - Duration: 13:34.

(upbeat music)

- Good morning, clan, welcome to the vlog.

It's Saturday and we are just about ready

to leave the house.

Just got the vlog edited, scheduled, it'll be up shortly,

and I realized that we never showed you guys

Sierra's final product on her little chalkboard

that she was drawing on last night.

It turned out really cute.

Really good, I like the colors.

They were worried about the colors.

I think it looks good, though.

And then they're gonna hang it right there.

So looks like the previous owner

already had something here,

so we'll just hang it right there, bam.

- Now, what do I need?

- [Clintus] That rope, - Some screws?

- [Clintus] got that rope on there, it'll be fine.

- [Tiffany] It's too high.

- [Clintus] I don't think so.

'Cause of the rope. - Yeah, it looks good.

- [Clintus] See, you don't wanna be like by the handle.

It's good right there, bink.

Very nice.

Mommy's wearing a new tie dye shirt.

Sierra's wearing her tie dye shirt.

Oh, new vase.

- Sierra picked it out.

- [Clintus] Sierra picked it out?

- I picked out a different one,

she's like, how about this one?

I'm like, ooh,

I like that one. - [Clintus] I like it.

It kinda goes with that color scheme you got going on.

Aged bronze.

I like it, I like it.

Slowly, but surely, guys, decorating the house.

This house already has more decorations

than our last house.

(laughing) - Oh yeah.

- We were in that house for 14 years,

been in this house for like four months,

and it already has more stuff.

Alright, guys, so we are here in Tempe, Arizona,

and we were in the vicinity, in the neighborhood,

and decided to bring the kids to where I went to college,

the University of Advancing Technology,

and show 'em where I got my education,

where I learned to do this.

So this is the common area,

so this is where you came between classes

and on the weekends, after hours, to work on stuff,

and all the computers are set up for different things,

so some things are for, big wide displays,

probably for animation, video, editing stations,

- [Bryce] Yeah, these are really long.

- [Clintus] Yep, coding, that sort of thing.

Right, upstairs is all classrooms.

This is The Known Universe, this is the school's network.

That's what it's called right there, The Known Universe,

this is, yeah, all the networking and stuff.

Here is the studio, digital video studio,

green screen, this is all new.

- [Sierra] This is where you record movies?

- [Bryce] What is this?

- [Clintus] We had, when we were here, there's a stage

and the green screen was only like this big,

so they obviously made it much, much bigger.

Cool, huh?

This is the digital studio,

all the hard, hard editing PCs, Macs and Mac Pro.

(laughing)

This is where the magic happens,

where when we're making movies.

And this was called the NT lab, back in the day.

This is, this is actually where I was an intern

for the school for a couple semesters.

And, as Todd would say, I was the worst intern ever.

(laughing)

But I spent a lot of hours in here,

between classes, this is where I hung out.

So this classroom's, particularly, what number is it?

What classroom is it?

- [Tiffany] 108.

- 108, somewhere right here, this desk was facing this way,

but somewhere right here, in this vicinity,

I learned to write HTML code for the very first time

and started my very first web page

back in 2000, right here, boom.

It's crazy, it's crazy.

So one of the things that was not here

when I went to college was dorms.

This was a parking lot.

I actually shot my senior project in this parking lot,

it's no longer here.

The video's on this channel,

I'll actually have it in the cards here,

you guys have to watch this video,

it's only a minute long, it's like a minute,

maybe a minute fifteen?

I didn't get an A because it was supposed to be

under 60 seconds and it was over 60 seconds, but anyways,

I'll put it in the cards here,

it was a great, for the video,

and it was shot right here in this parking lot,

that's no longer here,

but anyways, these are the dorms.

I've been in there once, I've been in there once.

But that is what, 'cause that's where people live,

you have to have a key card to get in,

I do remember that.

- [Bryce] Wait, where did you live?

- I lived in Ahwatukee, which was like three miles away.

Anyway, so yeah, school still looks awesome,

school still looks amazing,

I have a lot of memories, lot of memories,

and I wish, I wish there were dorms here when I lived,

when I went to school here.

'Cause I think personally when you're going to college,

and you live on campus or near campus,

I think it would it would change the dynamic.

You could literally like roll out of bed, walk in there,

Bob and Pete and Billy are hanging out, doing work,

you can meet 'em in the common area,

meet 'em in the library, I think it'd make a big difference.

But anyways, lot of great memories here,

got my education, Bachelor of Arts in multimedia,

majored in digital video production,

which is what this is.

So, and in essence, guys, I have my dream job.

(upbeat music)

And the final product, table side guacamole.

It's the best, it's literally the best.

- Nothing better than fresh guacamole.

- [Clintus] That's right. You got some fish tacos?

Right, Sierra, a triple enchilada platter,

- [Sierra] Yeah. - [Clintus] One cheese,

one beef, one chicken? - Yeah.

- [Bryce] We're sharing, us three are sharing.

- [Clintus] Mommy. - I have a plate.

- [Clintus] An extra plate? - Yeah.

- [Clintus] And I got some street tacos.

Totally my style.

Alright, we're here, Arizona Mills Mall.

Trying something new out, never been here before.

It used to be called Gameworks,

but now it's called Tilt Studio.

- [Bryce] This is where you said you and your friends go.

- Yeah.

Tilt Studio, something new,

Gonna try this out, should be fun.

Should be fun or else Mommy's fired.

Oh my gosh.

- I thought it was like a studio.

- Alright, so Tiffany found a Groupon,

what was it?

$25 for unlimited all day pass.

- $25, unlimited games, there's no tickets

and there's no claw machines, so no physical prizes,

but they can play all the games they want all day long,

so we're gonna go play some video games.

Use the boost button.

Yeah.

- [Bryce] Dang it. - [Sierra] That was fun.

(laughing)

- Ahh.

- [Clintus] Practicing their free throws.

You guys are horrible.

Come on, Bryce.

(laughing)

Right there, dude.

(laughing)

He didn't see it.

- I did see it.

- [Clintus] Okay, okay, okay.

Rapid fire, rapid fire, rapid fire, rapid fire.

It's kind of a cool game, Ballistics.

You're like laying down, looking up.

- Park, you have to turn, turn.

- [Clintus] There's a foot button,

what does the foot button do?

- Woohoo.

- Woo.

(laughing)

- Mom, come on, you got this.

- Ahh.

- [Clintus] Shoot the circle, shoot the circles.

- Get him, get him, get him.

- I'm trying.

- Oh.

- [Clintus] Why are you so bad at video games?

- 'Cause I don't play 'em all the time.

- Ah.

- Made our way back home, and little Miss Sierra

got her new backpack in the mail.

She ordered this on Amazon, couple days ago.

- Hmmm, yeah, I guess.

- About three or four days ago,

but here it is, open it up.

Check, check, check it out.

And little did she know, it actually holds a laptop,

not that she'll be taking a laptop to school,

but she could if she wanted to.

- Oh, it's not leather.

Cool.

- Jansport. - Mhmmm.

- Polka dot.

- Well, I thought this was leather, but it's not.

- [Tiffany] Oh. - I still like it, yeah.

- It still looks nice.

Yeah, see there's a laptop thing right there.

- Mhmmm.

- [Clintus] Very cool.

One step closer to school.

Fast forward a few hours later.

I got done watching an episode of Game of Thrones,

episode of Supernatural, pretty much the only shows

I watch on TV, and I have two, three seasons recorded,

so I have plenty of shows to watch,

whenever I get around to watching TV,

and something I just feel like vegging on the couch.

Very rarely, it's very rare that I watch TV,

but anyways, also what came in the mail,

couple of other things, I bought a new web cam.

Excited about that, 60 fps, 4K, not that I'll use 4K

on my streams, but 60 fps is gonna look super cool.

And one of two parts coming in for my microphone.

The other part will be here on Monday,

so looking forward to that.

Also, I'm very excited about,

you guys know I love my G Fuel,

I drink it almost every day, almost every day,

especially when I'm streaming,

and the newest flavor is pretty much my flavor.

I was excited when they announced it,

but I was a little bit bummed it's someone else's flavor,

I was like, my dream has always been like,

G Fuel calls me one day and goes,

Clint, what would your flavor be, if you had a flavor,

I'd be like, yo, it's cherry limeade,

and so I finally got a tub of this,

I'm super excited to try it tomorrow morning,

no coffee tomorrow, I'm drinking G Fuel

for my morning pick me up, so I'm looking forward to that,

there's a sale going on right now,

buy one, get one free, tubs,

you buy one, you pick the second one's free,

$35, plus I think like $10 shipping.

Normally, I would promote my promo code Clintus,

you save 10%, I earn that 10%, it's an affiliate thing,

but this is a hell of a deal,

it's buy one get one free, so you buy a tub,

you get a second tub free, gfuel.com,

I think it runs through the month of July,

I think, uh, oh, I guess July's almost over.

It runs until like, I think, this week,

so I don't know, when this video goes up,

just get to it now, gfuel.com, buy one get one free,

it's awesome, otherwise, if you're watching this

sometime later in the past, use promo code Clintus

and you'll save 10% on your purchase,

and then we earn that 10%,

so it's a little way for us to help each other out,

'cause I promote G Fuel and they help us out,

so it's awesome, I'm excited about cherry limeade.

Anyways, the girls are in bed,

Bryce is playing video games, I'm gonna edit this vlog,

and then I'm gonna hook up my new web cam,

and so I'm gonna say good night,

thanks for watching, and vlog on.

- Hey, Clintus, this is Robert from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Vlog on.

2017 Lamborghini Huracán Performante: Can a Bull Jump Over the Moon? - Ignition Ep. 177 - Duration: 13:24.

(suspenseful music)

(engine turning over)

(engine revving)

- This is the Lamborghini Huracan Performante.

And it's the car that not only set,

but shattered the production car lab

record on the Nurburgring Nordschleife.

by nearly five seconds.

Think about the car that held the record previously,

the Porsche 918 Spyder.

The 918 almost cost a million dollars.

And made nearly a thousand horsepower.

The Performante?

How did it go 4.99 seconds quicker?

This puppy's got a secret weapon.

What is it?

Watch and find out.

(gentle music)

(engine revving)

The first thing you should know about

The Performante is the working title

was the Supperleggera

which is a classic Lamborghini name.

In fact Maurizio Reggiani,

the head of R&D for Lamborghini

and a Volkswagen board member,

he wanted to call it Superleggera.

But the thing is,

the car is about performance,

not just light-weight.

So they call it Performante.

Which is how you say performance in Italian.

- [Voice Over] That said, the weight is down.

We weren't able to weigh the car,

but figure, the Performante

is about 100 pounds lighter

than your garden-variety Huracan.

How'd they do it?

Largely, forged carbon.

The first time we saw Lamborghini use forged carbon

was for the chassis of the wildly sinister

Sesto Elemento.

For the Performante,

forged carbon is used for the front splitter,

the big rear wing,

and the uprights it rests upon,

as well as the rear diffuser.

The rest of the weight savings come from

the new back pressure-relieving exhaust system.

Which is not only lighter and louder

than the basic car, but more importantly...

- It gives the Performante more power.

So, it's the same 5.2 liter,

40 valve, naturally-aspirated V10

that you'd find in the regular Huracan,

only here, it's topped off by this

beautiful gold head

straight off the Super Trofeo cars.

Hey, Lamborghini,

Racing improves the breed.

That gold head combined with new intake,

and exhaust valves,

plus the aforementioned

lower-back pressure exhaust system,

means the Performante has 30 more horsepower

and 40 more pound feet of torque.

So far so good, right?

And it all does sound impressive.

But it's only half the story.

(engine revving)

(intense music)

So much torque!

180...

220 kilometers an hour.

237.

250!

(laughs)

It's so fast!

And it's just like a Lamborghini.

It's just brutal!

Ahh!

(laughs)

Jeez.

- [Voice Over] The Performate is freakishly,

forcefully, ferociously quick.

With 631 horsepower, and about as much

weight to haul around as a Ford Focus RS

this should come as no surprise.

Remember, the regular-strength Huracan

is among the quickest accelerating cars we've ever tested,

this special performance version

should blow some hair pieces clean off.

Hey Veyron owners,

you're on notice.

Acceleration aside,

how does it handle compared to the average Huracan?

- If you remember our video with that

Kermit-the-frog-green Huracan,

you remember we loved the way it handled.

Why?

Well because that one was a fixed-spring example.

Most of the Huracans out there

have magnetic-ride control,

and, let's be honest,

they weren't very good.

- [Voice Over] The run of the mill Huracan

was Lambo's first attempt of implementing

magnetic dampers.

That iteration wasn't ready for prime-time,

and as a result, the car was an under-steering mess.

The wickedy unhandled Aventador Superveloce, however

was their second attempt.

And a major success.

- Now, their third attempt is the Performante,

and I got to tell ya,

(laughs)

They really, really nailed it.

The other complaint with the Huracan

was the ABS system,

it was as if the breaks couldn't keep up with the car.

Well they fixed that too,

that was one of the priorities

that Reggiani's group had

when they were making the Performante.

- While the off the shelf Huracan's ABS system

wasn't properly calibrated to deal with

that car's abilities,

the Performante's system is nearly invisible.

The breaks now work in lock-step harmony

with the all new, super stickies

specifically designed for this car

Pirelli courses.

- So where braking used to be a short-coming

with the Huracan,

not with the Performante.

I need to stress to you

that the Performante

is more than just a body kit and the loud exhaust pipes.

Every where you look, everything has been revised.

The transmission shifts quicker.

The all wheel drive system puts down power better.

The springs are stiffer.

The roll bars, stiffer.

The ESC system.

The nannies, they're better.

Everything about this car is just boosted to the max.

I mean when comparing it to a normal Huracan,

it's just a different car.

It really is.

It's outstanding,

It's astounding.

This might be an episode where we let

the car do the talking

because it has so much to say.

(gentle music)

- [Voice Over] For you skeptics

saying we've seen all this before,

ya haven't.

Trust me.

When Porsche takes a GT3 and gives it the RS treatment,

they make it edgier and racier.

The performance envelope is expanded,

but anyone this side of Randy Pobst

would not be able to access the extra performance.

That is not the case with the Performante.

Why?

Because this car has a secret weapon.

- The Performante's secret weapon is called ALA,

as in Aerodynamica Lamborghini Activa.

Basically, it's an innovative way to do

active aerodynamics.

Not only is it innovative,

Lamborghini patented it.

Not only did they paten it,

when they presented this technology to the Audi board,

a certain board member proclaimed

"Why didn't Audi invent this?"

Here's a quick and dirty explanation

of how it all works.

Up front you've got a splitter,

in that splitter, there's a little electronic flap

so when there's too much drag, it'll open up

increasing down-force

but reducing drag.

The same principle applies at the rear;

these uprights are hollow,

they're fed by these intakes right here.

The air goes up through the uprights

and exits out a slit on the bottom of the wing.

Just like up front,

there's two flaps that can open and close

that can control that.

- [Voice Over] We've all seen moving rear wings,

think Bugatti Veyron, any modern McLaren,

or even Lambo's own, Centenario.

They all work, especially as air brakes.

But there are three major problems with them.

First, while the wings themselves

are carbon fiber and light,

the hydraulic fluid and the pumps necessary to float around

are heavy.

Next, hydraulic wings take about one second to fully deploy.

Think of the ground you cover while you're waiting

for an air brake to change it's angle of attack.

Finally, when they do deploy,

they're only acting on the rear of the car,

which causes the front end to go light.

A light front end means under-steer.

Not ideal when you're braking for a corner.

- ALA fixes all three problems.

It's quick, these flaps take .2 seconds to open and close.

It's light because it's just hollow carbon fiber.

And it keeps the weight distribution the same

because it's working front and rear.

Now, that all sounds really good in a board room,

but how does it actually work out on the track?

Brilliantly!

That's the only word for it.

It is brilliant.

As I'm turning right,

there's still down force on the inside wheel,

but there's no force on the outside wheel,

so it rotates more,

meaning it needs less steering input.

Less steering input means you're going quicker.

Just everything about this car is just designed

to make you feel heroic.

(laughs)

(intense music)

So the active aerodynamics on this car,

they help you go faster, they help you brake harder,

and they help you turn better.

And then you combine the active aerodynamics,

with every other improvement they've made.

And the car is just...

It's a confidence builder.

I can't tell you how confident I feel

behind the wheel of this car.

I'll tell you what this car reminds me of.

I'll never forget this one time

we lapped a GTR around Laguna Seca

there was a Ferrari engineer standing there.

And he says we know everything about that car,

we know how much it weighs,

and we fed all that information into our simulator,

and there's no way that car is as fast around

the Nurburgring as it is.

They must be doing something.

I remember Randy was standing there,

he goes "Yeah, I know what it is.

It's confidence, driver confidence."

That's the secret of the Performante.

That's the real secret.

That's the X factor.

That's the thing that they can't put in the press kit,

that you've got to get in the car

and experience for yourself.

Because it is mindblowing.

I am just blown away at this machine.

Just blown away.

After two magnificent days on Imola with the Performante,

my take away is this;

While many cars receive the hardcore track treatment,

the Huracan Performante plays in a league of it's own.

Lamborghini has outdone, not just the competition,

but themselves.

In terms of tracks, this is not just

the quickest Lamborghini,

it's the quickest street-legal production car

that you can currently buy.

If you're a good driver, it makes you great.

If you're a great driver, it makes you a hero.

And if you're a hero, chances are good

you just set a record on the Nurburgring.

To all you doubters out there,

we really did land men on the moon.

With the Performante, so did Lamborghini,

How did it do it?

Well.

Sorry it's really nuts to be going 160 miles an hour

turning, breaking.

- [Speaker] I was impressed.

(laughs)

- Ahh!

What Can You Do RIGHT NOW To Save The Earth? - Duration: 3:08.

Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.

It can be pretty scary to think of all the dangers of climate change.

In the past, we've learned together why we should care, but today let's find out

how to be proactive about the situation.

We'll learn simple some ways we can help in reversing climate change right now!

One way to help against climate change is to drive less when you can.

Rather than using your own personal car, try to carpool or use public transportation.

If your destination is close enough, maybe even consider walking or riding a bike.

Carbon dioxide, or CO2, is a major contributor to climate change and vehicles are a large

portion of the CO2 humanity produces.

In fact, it's estimated that for every 2-mile car trip you take, 2 pounds of CO2 are put

into the atmosphere.

Please thank all those kids riding skateboards even though though they won't get off my lawn!

You can also help out by recycling and reusing things when you can.

Rather than throwing things away, see if you can find another use for them or donate them

to charity if the product is still good.

Recycling helps fight climate change because it takes less energy to make a product from

recycled products than starting from scratch.

Also consider buying things with less packaging in the first place or items that use recyclable

packaging.

This next one might be a little scary to everyone who has taken part in a war for the thermostat,

but I challenge you to try and let your homes be a little warmer in the summer and a little

colder in the winter, even if it's just by a few degrees.

Moving your thermostat up 2 degrees in the summer and down 2 degrees in the winter could

eliminate an estimated 2,000 pounds of CO2 a year!

Your diet can also play a part in the climate change battle.

Consider eating less meat when you can, as the animal agriculture industries emit a large

amount of greenhouse gases.

The livestock sector, which includes things like feed production and transport, is responsible

for around 18 percent of all the greenhouse gas emissions around the globe.

I'm not necessarily saying you need to go vegetarian or vegan, but maybe try things

like Meatless Mondays or pick a plant-based option for even just one meal when you could

have had meat.

Every little bit helps!

I know that kale salad looks scary but you can do it!

It should be noted, however, that it might not be as simple as all plants are better

for the environment than all meats when taking everything into account such as the energy

required to produce the food.

Overall though, plant-based diets seem to be better for the fight against climate change

than meat-based ones.

Another thing you can do is inspire others to join in the fight against climate change.

This can be simply talking to your friends and family about the issues or organizing

groups and events in your local community.

You can even contact your government officials and urge them to take action and have policies

that lead to a healthier, greener future.

I partnered up with An Inconvenient Sequel to bring you this video because the stakes

have never been higher when it comes to our saving our planet.

However, we are close to a real energy revolution.

You can take action and learn more by watching the film.

Send a message of truth to power and see An Inconvenient Truth in New York and Los Angeles

starting July 28th and nationwide August 4th.

So go forth and let's try and make this world a better, more sustainable place together!

As always, I'm Blocko and this has been Life Noggin.

Don't forget to keep on thinking!
