I want something I just do it and how

can you use this in a life because you

stop forcing stopped think is the

planning stops everything even thinking

about breathing you stopped with it you

body can take control over your breath

sometimes you have to take a deep breath

good and you're not allowing if you are

caught up in something

now when you allowed

you are just in our moment like I'm

right now I'm just sharing with you what

I want to share and I'm just here like

getting up early in the morning I did

this morning you don't have to make

plans anymore sometimes you want but you

don't have to if you are allowing and

when you use the allowing you are in the

now moment and being in the now moment if

you are going to use this for your life

you will figure out that everything

you want everything you need and

everything is going on

you'll be there on the right and

proper time for you you just have to

choose and allow

if you want something you choose you

allow your be in that moment and at

be there and you trust that process this

changed my whole life

and it's really good so this

was just sharing me something with you I

hope it helped you in a way and if you

want to know how to allow I made a free

gift free guidance you can first watch

the video watch the video about how to

allow because I guide you you to your

state of allowing this is an exercise so

you know how it feels but when you are

living being in our moment and give up

everything you are doing and if every

fight you're fighting and giving up

every struggle you are doing in your in

the state of allowing and then magic

will try to appear so I will put the

download link to the free mp3 for you

up here I know for sure it's up there

so you can download it but I really

recommend to first watch video about how

to allow I will share the link below so

stay tuned share with me in the comments

Can I just take my anticoagulation medication when I am having an Atrial Fibrillation episode? - Duration: 1:11.

So a lot of patients ask why they need

to be on chronic anticoagulation if

they're not in AFib most of the time.

And many patients do feel their AFib.

We've learned in studies where we've had

continuous recordings of ECGs for months

or years that even in patients who know

when they have AFib, it turns out that they

may have periods AFib that they're

unaware of. Sometimes that occurs in

sleep. The other thing we've learned is

that in patients with AFib, the strokes

often happen in normal rhythm. So in that

situation the AFib is a risk factor or a

risk marker for stroke and

anticoagulation has been shown to lower

that risk. But it doesn't really imply

yet that when you're in sinus rhythm,

your risk is substantially lower- that

you can stay off of it. Those clinical

studies are in development and ongoing

and we'll learn more but right now we

just don't have enough data to offer

that as an alternative route.

You Can Participate in the NIH HIV Clinical Trial Network Refinement - Duration: 5:08.

"I'm Anne Rancourt from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases,

and I'm joined today by Dr. Carl Dieffenbach, director of the

Division of AIDS, also at NIAID. Carl, thanks for being with me."

"Oh it's great to be here."

"So Carl, you're in the process of doing a network refinement. Tell us a little bit about that."

"So every seven years the NIH has a responsibility to renew our clinical trials enterprise,

and as such, this is the opportunity to refine it and make it better and more focused

on the questions not that we're answering today but the questions we will answer between now and 2027

when this round would be up for the next re-competition or refinement."

"And tell us what are the NIH HIV clinical trial networks?"

"So currently there are five involved in prevention, vaccines, and therapeutics and then there's also a pediatric network.

So we currently have five."

"And so as you go through this process, what can people expect to unfold?"

"So right now we're in a listening mode and we're really seeking input into the scientific directions

that we're seeking to accomplish between now and 2027.

We're looking to be able to think about better ways of utilizing our sites.

Basically we're open to all suggestions that people may have about the research enterprise."

"So in this listening mode that you're in right now,

how can the research community and advocates and others play a role?"

"What we are seeking is input, you know,

so if you think about the wisdom of the crowd, everybody has a good idea,

but the idea becomes better after you put it out there in focus group it or share it with people.

Then people say 'Well, what have you thought about this? Have you thought about that?

Have you considered all these different aspects?'

And only through those kinds of conversations does your idea grow and shape and get better.

So that's really the mode we're in right now. We would like that kind of input."

"And how long do people have to give you this input?"

"Well, the timeline we're on is that sometime in late January we're going to go to our Advisory Committee

and say this is what we think well we want to do and here are the steps, here's what we do.

And then at that point we have to start writing solicitations, where we're going

to then ask people to send in their grants based on the solicitations.

At that point we'll have to stop taking suggestions simply because we cannot be writing and taking in suggestions.

So I would say the rest of this calendar year,

please get us your information and your ideas, your comments -- comments, questions, ideas.

We would love to have them."

"Is there a benefit to sending you things earlier or should people wait till the deadline?"

"I would say if you're a procrastinator, do it now!

Because ... don't hold back.

You know, if you get into the habit of sending notes if you have ideas.

This is an opportunity as a stakeholder. It's sort of like voting.

If you don't vote, you can't complain.

If you don't --- as a stakeholder you have an opportunity, and to certain extent I'd say almost a responsibility, to participate in this process,

so that we together can make our team, our enterprise as good as it can be."

"Can people comment multiple times?"

"Please."

"Wonderful. And so how can people comment, what's the mechanism?"

"So I imagine the simplest would be to get on the website and send us an email to the comment box.

Additionally, if there are specifics that you want to talk about directly, you can contact my office

and we could schedule a call. If there were areas where you wanted to have input into

and you wanted to broaden out the conversation, like suppose you wanted to

talk about something specific for vaccines because we're here at the

Vaccine Trials Network meeting, we could set something up

where you would have a chance potentially to have a dialogue with Mary Marovich, the director of the vaccine program.

It depends on what you're seeking, but by all means, we are interested and care about what you think.

We'll take your suggestions to heart."

"And so we've heard that some people might be a little afraid that they have just one specific point that they want to communicate to you,

and it's not a grand vision. Are you open to all kinds of feedback?"

"I think that whether your comment is simple or complicated,

if you have an idea that you think should be heard, I want to hear it."

"Carl, thank you so much. Thank you for watching. We hope to get your feedback soon and take that into account."

"Thank you all."

Can I take Aspirin instead of an anticoagulant? - Duration: 2:12.

Bleeding risk is an unfortunate

risk of the therapies. And that risk is

something a lot of patients and doctors

worry about. We want to prevent stroke so

of course we recommend anticoagulation

and patients at moderate to high risk,

but those patients can have risks of

bleeding as well. So we've learned a

couple of things in the last decade

about bleeding. One is if you take your

medicines as prescribed and if they're

at the appropriate dose, the bleeding

risk can be really, really low. We also

know from recent trials that when

warfarin is not well managed or when

patients are on some of the newer agents,

the bleeding risk is actually much lower

than the old historical data that we've

been quoting patients now that date 20 or

more years. So that's that's also good.

Finally and I should say this, there's a

temptation to think that aspirin has a

lower bleeding risk and it's somehow is

their happy medium or compromise for

patients. But patients and doctors should

know that the bleeding risk of aspirin

is not insignificant. It's very, very important to be very clear

with your doctors as to why aspirin is being recommended. We

often will recommend aspirin in patients

who have had prior heart attacks or have

atherosclerosis-clogged arteries and in

some cases we will recommend aspirin in

patients who are very high risk for a

heart attack even if they've not had one.

But you have to be very clear as to why

you're on it. Having aspirin being

prescribed for atrial fibrillation is a

completely separate rationale or

indication and what you want to do is

not mix those up.

Furthermore it can be harmful to be on

aspirin and on anticoagulation,

particularly when there isn't really

great need or rationale for the aspirin

so you want to have a conversation with

your clinician. Explain why you need one

or both. If you will need anticoagulation

that there be a compelling reason to

stay on aspirin. Otherwise it should

be stopped.

Rain Detector - Can Sense Rain Drops | How to Make a Rain Alarm at Home - Duration: 3:41.

Hey, welcome to electrical projects channel, and in today's video I will show you how

to build a very simple rain detector.

For building such device we will need NPN bipolar transistor BC547, an active buzzer,

an LED, and wires.

Also, we'll need a piece of Single Sided Copper PCB Board.

And for the powering, we'll need a 12Volt power source.

First, let's solder components together, and then I'll show how to make a raindrop

sensor from the PCB board.

On the right, you can see the schematic.

And let's start soldering.

First, I am going to solder two red wires to the collector lead of the transistor BC547.

Now I am going to solder Emitter lead of the transistor to the plus lead of the buzzer.

Now let's solder anode lead of the LED to minus led of the buzzer.

Now we can solder the first black wire to the cathode lead of the LED.

And the second black wire I will solder to the base lead of the transistor.

After it is done, you can test this part of the device.

In order to test this device, you need to connect it to a power source.

Now, when I touch black and red wire at the same time this device makes noise, which means

that device works as supposed to work.

Now I am going to show you how to make a raindrop sensor from a PCB board.

First, let's leave marks where we should cut the copper layer.

The idea behind this cutting is to make two different areas on this PCB board.

You need to make something like this.

And when this board is dry, electrical current doesn't go from one area to another,

But when a rain drop falls on the transitions between these two areas, the electrical current

starts to go through the rain drop, from one area to another.

Though water is not a very good conductor, but its conductance is sufficient to switch

bipolar transistor on.

And when the transistor is on, it will turn the buzzer and the LED on also.

Now let's solder the wire to the sensor, and we are ready to test this device.

and we are ready to test this device

Of course, I am not going to wait for the rain, I will make my own artificial rain.

Now let's see how it works.

And one more test.

And That is all for today, I hope this video was interesting, if so, then like it.

And of course thanks for watching, and see you next time.

Can you take criticism? - Duration: 7:02.

Hi friends it's Saajid and today I wanted to come at y'all with a very quick casual

discussion video about handling criticism as content creators. So this is

in part a reaction to a situation that occurred about perhaps a few weeks or

months ago it was with regards to George Lopez cussing out one of his fans in the

audience, take a look at this video.

[Lopez]: Sit your fucking ass down. Bitch. You can't take a joke you're in the wrong motherfucking place.

Sit your fucking ass down or get the fuck out of here (x2). I see you, I see you. *audience applause*

Essentially he made a joke about Latino families having two main rules: "don't

park a car in front of the house" and "don't bring home a black person." And

allegedly, and I'll get back to this later on in the video, but allegedly an

audience member was upset with this joke and she got up to contest him and he

completely cussed her out. I really found this video particularly interesting

because it got me thinking about the way we as content creators respond to

criticism and it also made me think about the ways in which we should and

should not do so. I can't really come from a personal experience because my

platform is significantly smaller than a lot of content creators and I have

actually never really experienced that level of criticism from anybody. But I do

think that there are certain ways that I should handle it if it ever happens me

as well as dressing me that I think other people should handle criticism. Now,

this is not me saying that this is how you definitely should go about handling

yourself this is just my personal opinions and thoughts I think the first

thing you should do is be aware of the fact that your content is not going to

slide at some people for different reasons and people are going to give you

feedback and that feedback is going to come in many different forms there's

going to be the people who constructively criticize you and those

people are worth engaging with, I think. And then you have people who will be

more emotional in their critique of you. Take it in the context of a book

review I might read The Hunger Games and not like it and come up with very

constructive critique say that the writing was bad, I didn't particularly

think that it was done well the characters were not well developed the

will was not well executed but then I might make a more emotional review of

the Hunger Games, saying book was crappy, characters were shitty, Suzanne Collins

can write a book to save her life. That's where it's a lot more difficult to deal with

criticism because in that case you have a situation where you are feeling

personally attacked and as humans we are reactive individuals but I really

think the best thing to do is avoid responding emotionally

to those types of things, which could be difficult for different people. Like, for

example, if you are PewDiePie or Lilly Singh then you know you can just ignore

stupid comments that people leave under your videos but if you are George Lopez

and somebody in real life comes up to you and starts to heckle you you will

want to react that because you are a human and that's your natural response. But I

think again you have to know that people are not going to be okay with what you

have to say and I think that also has to do with knowing the environments and

knowing what's okay to say, Now I'm not saying you should censor yourself and

you should not make these types of jokes because they offend us the people

obviously it is your freedom of choice and freedom of expression and freedom of

speech to say whatever the hell you want to. I think you should also have the

responsibility of knowing that you live in a climate and an environment where

something that you know what's funny ten years ago is no longer funny now, it will no

longer slide with the general public now. So you have to be aware of that and you

just have to deal with it because as much as you don't agree with the PC

police and the SJWs the reality is they're there, they exist and they are

going to critique you. So you have to be prepared for that and you have to put

measures in place to handle that criticism whether it be ignoring them,

whether it be engaging with them, whether it be removing them from your audience

if they start to react a certain way. But cussing them out really emotionally

involving yourself with them I don't think it's very productive. Another

reason why I think that content creators should be careful when engaging

emotionally with critics is that, you know, you might misunderstand them. And

this brings me back to the George Lopez incident because it was later revealed

that the girl who got up to contest his joke actually didn't get up the contest him or

criticized him at all. She actually got up to jokingly tell him that she's half

black and half Mexican and she wanted to make like a joke about how you know she

is the exception to the rule. But he misunderstood her he thought that she

was getting up to like criticize him. Should she have done that was it the

best most appropriate thing to get up and interrupt a comedy show? No, not

really. But at the end of the day we all want to be the one who sings halo when

Beyonce sticks her hands out to the audience.

We are humans, we crave attention. Especially from the celebrities and

these people that we admire so in this problem and I can understand how she

wanted to get up and say "hey you know so and so is the case, hahaha" and George Lopez would have

been like "hahaha I see you, that's funny too."

or something like that. I think overall what I'm trying to say is number one we

as content creators need to be conscious of the fact that our content is not

going to be liked by different people for many different reasons

the fact that it just may not work for them, the fact that we live in an

environment with it and things are no longer seen as appropriate um the fact

that you know you just might be bad and it doesn't I really need to work on your

shit. And I think I'm also trying to say that we need to be more careful about

the way in which we engage with our audience now I keep saying remove

emotion don't be emotional I don't know if that's the best route to take as I

said I've never really dealt with this personally so none of what I say should

be taken as conclusive but I do feel like there are certain ways that you

should kind of handle yourself when engaging with critics and that's really

for up to you to decide I personally think that you should kind of remove the

emotion especially when it's antagonistic kind of like shut the fuck

up don't tell me what I should do don't tell me what I should say I'm correct.

That very defensive reactionary thing, I personally think

that may not be the best route to engage with criticism. How I would handle it? I

might probably just ignore it if I get a mean comment. If I get a constructively

criticism constructively... if I get one of those, I would probably just

engage with them a little bit but maybe not too much. So yeah that's basically

everything I have to say about it this wasn't a researched video this wasn't

like a scripted laid out video. This is me talking at the top of my head so I

hope that was okay. Obviously in the comments down below I love to know your

thoughts on this particular situation. Other than that thank you all so much

for watching. I hope you have a lovely, lovely day and until next time Insha

Allah keep reading.

WARNING: GROUND FLAXSEED CAN BE TOXIC AND SHOULDN'T BE EATEN - Duration: 1:48.

OUR WEBSITE : http://justhealthrelated.com/

Flaxseeds are considered one of the healthiest foods you can eat.

They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber which are important for your digestion and

cardiovascular health.

However, a recent warning from Sweden's NFA (National Food Agency) says a completely

different story.

According to Swedish experts, ground flaxseeds are not so healthy as they may seem, and might

even be dangerous for our health!

Although some people dismiss the claim as it's coming from a foreign country, the

regulations of certain foods around the world definitely affects food safety.

Flaxseed oil is considered a herbal supplement in the USA, but is not regulated by the FDA.

However, Sweden's NFA has put ground flaxseed on the toxic list and deems it unsafe for

consumption.

Still, ground flaxseed is sold in stores around the world, which is why the FDA released a

warning.

"Until we have more information, the public should refrain from eating ground flaxseed,"

says Jan Sjögren, the chairman of the NFA.

Flaxseeds contain beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and a compound known as linamarin which

is turned to hydrogen cyanide in the body, and even prussic acid on some occasions.

Both compounds are highly dangerous and may even be fatal in bigger amounts.

The NFA suggest avoiding ground flaxseed, but recommends whole flaxseed in amounts of

1-2 tablespoons per day.

At the moment, flaxseeds are sold around the world without any kind of warning.

As it's a natural product and is not regulated in the USA, it might be better to avoid it

for the moment.

If you love them in your meals and smoothies, at least use whole flaxseeds.

Can't Live With Nor Without It - Duration: 5:22.

some people like to write what they are thinking to

help them make a decision

But I... I rather tell my story in a video

So... this is the story of how I tried to heal

my mental health issues and what I will do

My mental health was in such a bad posititon

I started taking antidepressants

with my psychiatrist prescription

It really helped me for some time

but of course it has some throwbacks

I became addicted to it and whenever I didn't take it I felt like trash

so I decided that I was better off without it

and I already took it for a long time

I must have gotten better right?

No!

You must kill your own self. You'll escape by running away from yourself.

I can't live with nor without it

and I don't know what to do.

NSW Waratahs believe they can trouble Chiefs with right attacking mindset - Duration: 4:31.

NSW Waratahs believe they can trouble Chiefs with right attacking mindset

The Waratahs say that if they can hold on to the ball and play to their attacking potential they are every chance of troubling the Chiefs this weekend – something recent history and statistics prove.

A year ago the Waratahs thumped the Chiefs in Sydney 45-25. Michael Hooper and Israel Folau scored two tries apiece as the Waratahs restored faith that New Zealand teams were indeed fallible. This year, however, has been a markedly different story.

With 20 New Zealand wins from 20 attempts against Australian opposition, there are only five more black crosses to go before the Kiwis can celebrate a blemish-free year. SHARE.

While some Australian outfits have troubled New Zealand teams at times this year, the Waratahs have stood head and shoulders above the pack in those games.

The four highest scores against New Zealand teams by Australian franchises were all inflicted by the Waratahs, albeit in losing causes. NSW average a healthy 27. 75 points against Kiwi opposition, significantly higher than the Reds (17. 8) and Force (11. 25).

While their defence has been leaky and a constant work in progress, coach Daryl Gibson says NSW have shown they can penetrate the line against the best teams in Super Rugby.

I think weve shown enough that we can really compete, Gibson said. Were very happy with our attack. We seem to be scoring tries against New Zealand teams, so we dont see that as a real issue.

Were going to try and stick to whats been going well for us in parts.

We do know that the Chiefs are a very good defensive side, have an excellent record and are hard to break down. We know what were in for.

Its going to be a physical encounter and for us a lot of our focus has been on playing for that full 80 minutes. I know I say it every week, but were moving in the right direction.

The Waratahs have been the Chiefs bogey team over the last few years, falling to the men from Sydney six times in seven matches since 2009.

Despite this, the Chiefs will go into Saturdays clash in Hamilton as short-priced favourites looking to climb up from fourth in the New Zealand conference.

Weve had some really good clashes with the Chiefs in the last couple of years, said five-eighth Bernard Foley. If were able to hold the ball and maintain possession, we can really put them under pressure.

Theyre a team thats highly penalised, but in saying that they dont let in many tries, so we have to take our opportunities whenever we get them.

We want to play the Waratahs way with ball in and hand and we want to attack..

Foley denied there had been a lapse in morale this week following the realisation NSW would have to rely on the Brumbies to slip-up for them to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Its unfortunate to see the Brumbies do what they do, Foley said. But for us all weve done is all weve ever said; control what we can control. We can only go out there and take responsibility for our own action..
