Youtube daily can't sleep Jun 26 2017

Thank you for your question.

You submitted a question with two photos and you state that you're 40-years-old and that

you are dealing with some hair loss and you underwent a microneedling treatment. And soon

thereafter, your hair has been coming out in clumps and so naturally, you're trying

to understand what is going on and what to expect. Well, I can certainly share with you

my opinion on what you're going through even though I don't know the exact details

of your treatment.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I am also the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers. This

is a system that we developed in our practice starting seven years ago that is a non-surgical

solution for hair loss for both men and women using PRP and Acellular matrix and certainly,

I will elaborate further as it may be relevant to your current concerns.

So to begin with, when it comes to just hair loss, it's very important to have an understanding

of what the underlying cause is. When we think about hair loss in women around the age of

40, basically the two things I think of first are female pattern hair loss and telogen effluvium.

Female pattern hair loss is genetic pattern loss. So when I evaluate patients, I look

at their family history to see if other women in either side of the parents' families

had hair loss around that particular age, the nature of the hair that is being lost

in terms of the degree of shedding and just the characteristics of the awareness of the

quantity of hair over the course of time. Basically, female pattern hair loss is slow

progressive thinning of hair. Now, in contrast to something like telogen effluvium is very

often preceded within two to five months by a significant stress which can result in significant

hair shedding.

Now, let's say you have female pattern hair loss, well, where microneedling has a somewhat

limited but a significant role in the treatment of hair loss for both men and women is based

on an observation that when the skin is traumatized with either a needle like a dermaroller or

a microneedling device that is adjustable, you get a healing response and sometimes that

healing response involves the short fine hairs often referred to as vellus hairs. And so

a lot of people come to our practice saying that they regularly microneedle their scalp

to try to stimulate hair growth and they are so convinced of the effectiveness. However,

when I ask them how long does the hair grow and they answer, not very long because it's

not like a hair that will continuously grow like what we refer to as a terminal hair.

Now when microneedling is done, depending on the depth and the aggressiveness of the

treatment, what you are experiencing is not uncommon. And my perception generally is that

the process of microneedling at the superficial level in the hair in women may induce some

inflammation which causes the hair to go into telogen phase, a shedding phase or the microneedling

can actually penetrate the skin deep enough to break the shafts of hair. I think it will

be difficult to actually damage the follicles even though not necessarily impossible. But

if the hair breaks, it of course sheds out and then the hair will continue to grow. So

I would say to you that if you have a question about whether or not you have female pattern

hair loss then explore that question and get a proper diagnosis before you go and have

any treatment.

To help you understand our approach with female pattern hair loss, I would explain a little

about Hair Regeneration referred to earlier as TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers.

When we were doing a lot of hair transplants, we were trying to expedite the healing process

and stimulate the growth of the grafts, we discovered that thinning hair became thicker

and what we figured over time and this started about 7 years ago is a way to actually treat

female pattern hair loss with a combination of platelet-rich plasma which is derived from

your blood combined with a material called Acellular matrix which is used for advanced

wound healing. What we've been able to do is essentially stop the progression of thinning,

reactivate hair that is not growing as well as induce the shed of thinning hairs so that

thicker hairs grow in.

This has been a major milestone in the treatment of female pattern hair loss and we treat patients

from all over the world. Essentially, this approach actually has been sustainable where

one injection or at most 2 injections over the course of up to 18 months can sustain

growth for 5 years according to data that we have been accumulating for the past 7 years.

And the largest bulk of patients being in the past 5 years. So we have an alternative

that you might be interested in pursuing besides microneedling to help you with your hair loss.

But again, it's very important that there would be a proper diagnosis.

I would discourage you from doing microneedling for hair loss. I realize that there are a

lot of people who believe in it and they put topical PRP and they feel that's an effective

treatment. I don't mean to offend anybody but I think that when I look at my practice

and how I help my patients, clinically speaking, this Hair Regeneration treatment which is

an injection, there's been no comparison to doing microneedling.

We do microneedling in our practice. We use it for fine lines and wrinkles and we do it

for acne scars and it definitely has a very good role. In fact, it has a lot of benefits

that can be employed in the skin. But when it comes to hair thinning, I think that it's

not quite that effective and we've done microneedling in the early to middle stages

of this development of our hair loss treatment and there is still some potential value but

I feel like it may have role in non-hair-bearing skin or areas where it doesn't look like

there's any existing hair. But where there is existing hair and density, my feeling is

that the trauma of microneedling is likely to create an issue like yours where hair can

break and shed and we've had the long-term data to be able to make these observations.

So although microneedling has been and can occasionally be part of our process, we generally

feel that it has to be for the right situation. But generally speaking, I think that in our

case, I think that microneedling probably is unnecessary moving forward.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

#VLOG 04 - MADE IT TO CANADA BUT CAN'T FIND AN INSURANCE - Duration: 4:22.

So we just got into Antwerp harbor.

And we are standing just next to our vessel

which leaves tomorrow morning.

You can see the "Atlantic Sea" behind me.

It's quite impressive!

All the containers will fit in.

The vessel is huge!

I hope we will be able to see our van inside

to check if everything is okay.

We are pretty excited. We'll keep you in touch.

But I will show behind me

all the containers.

We are in Frankfrut my friends,

in Germany.

But we are a bit embarrassed

because there are a lot of people next to us

so we don't want to speak too loudly.

But everything went well until then.

It's the last step before

Halifax in Canada

where we are going to pick up our van.

We are ready for the big departure.

New haircut!

Yes! New haircut for both of us.

And I had some white hair because of the pressure of the departure.

True!

Now we are going to relax and enjoy!

Ready to go.

Ready to go. See you in Halifax, in Canada.

So we just arrived in Halifax in Canada.

Our van is also well arrived

but a bit late because the vessel was delayed.

The papers took more time than expected.

So in the meantime we did some couchsurfing.

The first couchsurfer was Julien.

He is from Qubec and lives in Halifax for 3 years now.

He made us feel welcome. Such a nice person.

So that was great!

We also managed to visit Halifax and its surroundings

thanks to Terri, another couchsurfer.

We visited Peggy's Cove.

It was a magical place.

There was a lighthouse and rocks where waves came smashing them.

It was pretty impressive!

So now we have our van.

We do have our vehicle.

But we still have a problem.

We can't find an insurance for our van

for Canada at least.

For several reasons. First it's too old.

Our van is 27 years old and most of the companies stops insuring after 20 years.

And also it's not registered here.

So it's quite complicated.

It's been a couple of days that we make of lot of phone calls

and we don't find any solution.

So I think we're going to import the vehicle

and register it here for the time of our visit

for 4 or 5 months in Canada.

And the cheapest insurances are in Quebec.

So we took the decision to leave tomorrow morning

to drive 2 days to Quebec

and register the van there and then insure it.

So finger crossed!

And we really hope to start our adventure as soon as possible.

It's a bit frustrating now.

And we are also excited to show you Canada!

We'll keep you in touch as soon as possible.

Kate Middleton Can't Handle George And Princess Charlotte Hires Super-Nanny To Help With Royal Kids - Duration: 2:33.

Prince William is thankful that his wife Kate Middleton has finally done something about

their children Prince George and Princess Charlottes behavior. Reports indicate that

the Duchess of Cambridge has hired a qualified child behavior specialist who will be dealing

with George and Charlottes temper tantrums at home. Apparently, the new nanny will not

only be keeping an eye on the royal tots, but shell also be teaching them Spanish

and French. With Prince William and Kate Middleton forced to work more these days, someone needs

to make sure that their children are well taken care of at home. And even though they

have a full staff of assistants at home, a super-nanny is the only person who can keep

both Prince George and Princess Charlotte in line, especially when things start to get

out of hand. Royal fans know that Prince George has been making headlines for quite some time

now for being a toddler tyrant. Some have even called him a royal terror simply because

hes loud, destructive and he refuses to listen to anyone. Hes also had his moments

in public, too. Kate Middleton had a difficult time trying to calm him down during their

state trip to Canada last year. And everyone remembers Georges epic meltdown at the

Royal International Air Tattoo event in Fairford, England last year. More recently, Kate was

spotted giving her son a stern warning after he was caught misbehaving at his aunt Pippa

Middletons wedding. George got so upset that he cried right before the wedding ceremony.

And while Princess Charlotte might not be as loud and difficult as her older brother,

theres a good chance that she might be following in his footsteps behind closed doors.

After all, most younger siblings do take after their older brothers and sisters. With two

difficult toddlers at home, its no wonder that Prince William is thankful that his wife

has finally hired a super-nanny to take care of their situation. If Kate Middleton cant

handle them, then surely someone needs to step in and teach their children how to behave.

Sure, they might be royals, but at the same time they are toddlers, too. tell us your

thoughts in comments below. thanks for watching. please like, subscribe and share my videos.

Les Brown - Ways Self-Improvement Can Change Your Life - Duration: 12:19.

Les Brown► in what you've done with your life thus far is it giving you what you want is it

giving you what you want when you look to want the future when you look at all

this going on out here is there some place within yourself you say hey I know

I need to be out there in that arena I know I can do more than what I've been

doing I know there's some great music that I have within me that I haven't

brought out here is that's something that you begin to look at within

yourself see I'd say if you look at your life and if you're not getting what you

want you owe it to yourself to do something differently you know if you

own a job 85 percent they say of Americans go to jobs but you're unhappy

if you're doing something 8 hours a day that you don't like it's not giving you

what you want is not giving you a strong feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment

you're miserable you hate to go there you're depressed just thinking about it

you think we thank God it's Friday song every week if that's what it is you are

to yourself to stock strategically working to change directions see but you

know what most people do most people will resist change

most people will fight change as if change would be worse than what they're

experiencing see they know this they're familiar with this most people will not

challenge the unknown they won't just stuff out this you did well see there

certain things got to be in place they got to see it all together in life isn't

like that that's not how you grow so as you look at your life you're saying I'm

not getting what I want and you begin to look towards the future

begin to know that whatever it takes for you to create that you've got that in

you you got that you've got genius in you you've got goodness in you you've

got creative lips in you if you decide to take the initiative to change the

current quality of your life I say to you that you will find that the universe

is on your side that life is on your side not will it be turbulent yet would

it be easy no no will you have some opposition yes will I make a lot of

mistakes yes will I get work yes yes see a lot of people won't try anything

different like because they don't want to get hurt let me tell you something

it's too much pain too doc pain is everywhere you can hide under here it

will come where you are it's everywhere Viktor Frankl closet

unavoidable suffering you can't duck it but most people spend their life not

wanting to deal with the pain of rejection the pain of defeat the pain of

being disappointed the pain of losing the pain of failure the pain of being

criticized the pain of not being like the please to pain the pain at all right

like this puppy it's everywhere but guess what there's no game without pain

because it's the pain of regret that you experience if I had it to do over again

that's a pain don't you know nothin when you know I was in a seminar once in this

lady shut up if I had my life to live over again she talked about all of the

things that she would do and you can feel the pain of regret and her voice

pain of regret she still experienced pain she was

trying not to experience the pain of defeat the pain of disappointment the

pain of loss the pain of lack of support and she still experienced pain it was

right there we can't get around it most people are governed by their habits

the fears and the opinions of others a lot of people never try anything

differently because they have been convinced by people in their lives that

they value that they can't do it they're living within the context of the

opinions that other people have a business the low expectations many

people doubt themselves because when they thought about doing something at

some critical point in their life somebody they respected and honored

somebody they believed in somebody that they love someone they trusted said you

can't do that and they accepted that as you look at your life ask yourself

the question what would your life be like what would your life look like if

you decided not to care what people thought of you what would your life be

like if you decided to give up some of your fears what would your life be like

if you decided to become courageous over till I feel like if you decided to act

on your dream if you did what you felt in your heart you know what courageous

means the Tom Ruskin and Randy reset they said that courage comes from a

French word which means of the heart but how does it feel to you

he says courage you know it takes courage to live since most people go

through life not allowing themselves to step out because they don't want to let

go they don't want to be blown around they don't want to be moved the courage

to face life's whirling wind of contradictions the courage to love

yourself the courage to love but for years I was afraid to love the courage

to take a chance the courage to be who you are

he says courage isn't for somebody else for metals or flaws of all just courage

is what at that moment feels most right for you

not just situational ethics but what feels right in your heart the words

at the huh what feels right in your heart one great philosopher says cowards

die many times before their deaths the valiant never taste of death but

once what does that mean the value people aren't afraid no no no it means

that they experience that here and they move forward they move forward any how

many people are dead not many people allowing their dreams to die

many people have lying the idea is to lie dormant and collect dust

many people have all this talent and ability that they allowing to be in

there inside of them that they will take with them to their graves because they

didn't have the courage to be who they are and I say as you begin to look

toward the future and manifesting your braveness it's going to take everything

in you everything in you that your life deserves the concentrated effort to

begin to look at how is it that I can express more of me how is it that I can

bring my ideas out here now how is it it's not living with a sense of urgency

because you're here today you're God today life is unpredictable it's

uncertain there's no guarantee no guarantees out here at all so holding

back what are you waiting on ask yourself what's the benefit of your

waiting what's the benefit if you're not living your dream what's the benefit of

not listening to yourself oh please listen to yourself you know the feelings

that you start listening to the feelings in your heart and I'm bringing it down

more every day I find that my feelings I can trust them

and I say to you that is you look toward the future you look at life on a daily

basis if there's something that you have been given if you've heard something

within yourself that you know that that what you're doing now doesn't fit you it

doesn't work for you it's not giving you what you want and there's something else

that you want to do don't allow that inner doubt in you to talk you out of it

Sybilla kate on why you can't have it to tell you why you're not good enough you

ignore that in a voice and all of the external voices don't judge the

possibilities for what you can do based upon the circumstance because the

circumstances won't determine who you are don't determine what you are able to

do based upon your resources go determine what's possible for you based

upon where your life is right now where your life is right now is not you that's

just what it is right now but the possibilities for you are unlimited if

you're in a rebuilding process it's unlimited if you're coming back from

adversity and devastation it's unlimited of what you can do that's the capacity

of human beings it doesn't matter how many mistakes you've made

doesn't matter how many flocks you've had doesn't matter how much money you've

lost fact I see it only as an investment which you learn from life not losses but

investments what's possible for you and I say to you that once you start

listening to yourself and as you begin to act on your dream as you start just

trying to find your way doing what you can with what you have you will start

seeing things opening up for you start attracting people you say where'd it

come from things will start coming together

looking for you if they won't you start brainstorming ideas will come I don't

know where as you focus on the key to it is to begin to focus on what it is you

want to do why less why is that important because as you focus on that

which you want to do that which we focus on that which we give our energy to it

will begin to multiply it will begin to expand it will begin to develop your

consciousness and out of that comes your greatness out of that comes a commitment

out of that comes a passion for life out of that comes a special power that you

have in you that you haven't even called on yet see the powers that we have will

never reveal themselves if we don't challenge them if we don't put ourselves

in a position where we have to use them so one of the most important things is

reading a book that's a really interesting book called instant

millionaire and the guy said put yourself in a

position where you can't retreat where it's do-or-die think or well here's what

you'll find out you'll develop incredible swimming skills you'll find

yourself struggling unlike you've ever seen before through the inspiration of

desperation you'll become more creative than ever before so what is it how do we

handle that whole piece throw your whole self into it the most we will go at it

tentatively that'll give all their stuff they don't concentrate they don't put

everything they've got in them one guy wrote a book for all you can do is all

you can do and all you can do is enough but he said make sure you do all you can

do and if we honor this evening we know that we haven't done all we can do so as

we look at the future we can decide that from this day forward as I look at my

personal relationships if I look at my professional relationships if I look at

my family relationships if I look at all the dimensions of my life looking at

myself mentally emotionally and spiritually I'm going to do all I can do

to develop me to bring my talent out here to make a contribution to life

Senator Bernie Sanders: Obamacare 'Has Problems' But Can Be Fixed | Meet The Press | MSNBC - Duration: 7:19.

TIME. >> HAVE A GREAT DAY.

>> APPRECIATE IT. LET'S TURNOVER TO SENATOR BERNIE

SANDERS OF VERMONT. HE'S NOT CONFLICTED ABOUT THE

REPUBLICAN HEALTH CARE BILL. HE SHOELDING RALLIES IN

PENNSYLVANIA, WEST VIRGINIA AND OHIO IN AN ATTEMPT TO GENERATE

OPPOSITION TO THE BILL AND SAYS IF IT PASSES THOUSANDS WILL DIE.

SENATOR SANDERS WITH ME NOW FROM COLUMBUS, OHIO.

WELCOME BACK, SIR. >> GOOD TO BE WITH YOU, CHUCK.

>> I WANT TO FIRST ADDRESS THAT RHETORIC.

YOU TWEETED THE ISSUE OF SAYING YES YOU THOUGHT PEOPLE WOULD DIE

AND THEN SENATOR HATCH RETWEETED AND SAID LET IT BE CLEAR THIS IS

NOT TRYING TO BE OVERLY DRAMATIC.

THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WILL DIE IF REPUBLICAN HEALTH CARE BILL

BECOMES LAW. HATCH RETWEETED AND SAID THIS

BRIEF TIME WHEN WE WERE NOT ACCUSING THOSE WE DISAGREE WITH

OF MURDER WAS NICE WHILE IT LASTED.

ANY REGRET OF USING THE RHETORIC YOU USED.

>> CHUCK, CHUCK, WHAT THE REPUBLICAN PROPOSAL DOES IS

THROW 23 MILLION AMERICANS OFF OF HEALTH INSURANCE.

WHAT HARVARD UNIVERSITY, WHAT A PART OF HARVARD UNIVERSITY, A

SCIENTIST THERE DETERMINED IS WHEN YOU THROW 23 MILLION PEOPLE

OFF OF HEALTH INSURANCE, PEOPLE WITH CANCER, PEOPLE WITH HEART

DISEASE AND PEOPLE WITH DIABETES THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WOULD DIE.

I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO SAY IT. THIS IS NOT ME.

THIS IS STUDY AFTER STUDY MAKING THIS POINT.

IT'S COMMON SENSE. IF YOU HAVE CANCER AND YOUR

INSURANCE IS TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU THERE IS A LIKELIHOOD YOU WILL

DIE AND CERTAINLY A LIKELIHOOD THAT YOU WILL BECOME MUCH SICKER

THAN YOU ARE TODAY. THAT'S THE FACTS.

UNPLEASANT BUT IT'S TRUE AND SECOND OF ALL WHILE THEY THROW

23 MILLION PEOPLE OFF OF HEALTH INSURANCE AND DEFUND PLANNED

PARENTHOOD AND RAISE PREMIUMS FOR OLDER WORKERS, PEOPLE IN

THEIR 60s THEY SEE PREMIUMS THAT WILL BE 50 OR 75% HIGHER THEY

ARE GOING TO PROVIDE SOME $500 BILLION IN TAX BREAKS FOR THE

TOP 2% TO THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THE DRUG COMPANIES

IN ORDER TO GIVE TAX BREAKS TO BILLIONAIRES.

THAT'S WHAT THE ENTIRE DEBATE IS ABOUT AND ONE OF THE THINGS THAT

BOTHERS ME 60% OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS

IN THIS HEALTH CARE BILL. >> I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT

PROCESS. LOOK I THINK SENATOR JOHNSON

BROUGHT UP A GOOD POINT EARLIER THIS WEEK THAT I ASKED HIM ABOUT

WHICH IS THIS IDEA THAT OBAMACARE PASSED WITH JUST THE

DEMOCRATS. IF IT PASSES IT'S ONLY GOING TO

PASS JUST WITH THE REPUBLICANS AND NO LAW IS EVER SUSTAINABLE

IN THIS TOWN WHEN ONLY ONE PARTY HAS A PIECE OF IT.

WHEN ONLY ONE PARTY IS INVESTED IN IT'S SUCCESS.

IF ANOTHER PARTY IS INVESTED IN IT'S FAILURE SO MY QUESTION IS,

THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN A MESS. IS THERE ANYWAY OF MIXING THIS

PROCESS IN NEXT WEEK? STOPPING IT, STARTING FROM

SCRATCH? IF THE REPUBLICANS SAY WE'LL GET

RID OF RECONCILIATION IF DEMOCRATS COME TO THE TABLE

WOULD YOU COME TO THE TABLE. >> WAIT A MINUTE.

PLEASE DON'T SAY COME TO THE TABLE.

WHAT THE REPUBLICANS HAVE DONE AND THAT'S WHAT SENATOR JOHNSON

SAID AND HE'S RIGHT. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ONE-SIXTH

OF THE AMERICAN ECONOMY. AN ISSUE THAT IMPACTS 2,300

MILLION AMERICANS. THE INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE NOT

COME FORWARD. THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION

HAS NOT COME FORWARD. THERE'S BEEN ZERO DEBATE.

ALL OF THIS IS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

>> NO, I UNDERSTAND THAT. I HEAR YOU ON THAT.

I'M SAYING IF THERE IS, IF SENATOR JOHNSON GETS HIS WAY

WHICH IS HE WANTS TO DELAY THIS PROCESS AND DELAY THE VOTE AND

HAVE A PROCESS, HAVE A HEARING, SOUNDS AS IF HE WANTS THAT.

IF MITCH McCONNELL SAYS I'M GIVING UP RECONCILIATION BECAUSE

TRYING TO DO THIS ON A PARTISAN ONLY VOTE IS DAMAGING OVERALL,

AT THAT POINT ARE YOU OPEN TO SOME SORT OF BIPARTISAN

COMPROMISE? >> OF COURSE.

WELL, WE'RE OPEN TO LET'S HAVE THE DISCUSSION.

THAT'S WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN. SENATOR JOHNSON IS RIGHT.

THERE'S NO WAY IN GOD'S HEALTH THIS BILL SHOULD BE PASSED THIS

WEEK. PEOPLE IN WISCONSIN DON'T KNOW

WHAT'S IN IT. PEOPLE IN VERMONT DON'T KNOW

WHAT'S IN IT. WE NEED A SERIOUS DISCUSSION AND

I'M CONFIDENT THAT EVERYONE WOULD WANT TO HOLD THAT

DISCUSSION. WE'RE THE ONLY MAJOR COUNTRY ON

EARTH NOT TO GUARENTEE HEALTH CARE TO ALL PEOPLE AS A RIGHT.

THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT HAS PROBLEMS.

DEDUCTIBLES ARE TOO HIGH AND CO-PAYMENTS ARE TOO HIGH AND WE

SHOULD ADDRESS THAT BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG WHEN WE

REMAIN THE ONLY COUNTRY NOT TO GUARENTEE HEALTH CARE TO ALL

PEOPLE AS A RIGHT. I AM GOING TO GO FORWARD WITH A

MEDICARE FOR ALL SINGLE PAYER PROGRAM AND I THINK THAT'S THE

DIRECTION LONG-TERM WE SHOULD BE GOING.

>> LET ME ASK YOU ABOUT WHERE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS OVERALL.

YOU SAID YOU WANT TO GO THERE AND THAT'S NOT NECESSARILY A

UNIFIED POSITION INSIDE THE LEFT UMBRELLA IN THIS COUNTRY.

I SAY LEFT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT TECHNICALLY A MEMBER OF THE

DEMOCRATIC PARTY BUT WHY DO YOU THINK DEMOCRATS LOST THAT

SPECIAL ELECTION IN GEORGIA LAST WEEK?

>> IT'S MORE THAN THE SPECIAL ELECTION.

FOR THE LAST NINE YEARS WE LOST THE SENATE, WE LOST THE U.S.

HOUSE. 2-THIRDS ARE CONTROLLED BY

REPUBLICANS. A THOUSAND SEATS HAVE BEEN LOST

TO REPUBLICANS AND STATE LEGISLATURES ALL OVER THIS

COUNTRY. I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I THINK, I

THINK THERE IS A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DEMORALIZATION ON THE PART OF

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, WITH THE

REPUBLICAN PARTY. I THINK THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN

MANY CASES ARE SEEING THEMSELVES WORKING LONGER HOURS FOR LOWER

WAGES. THEY'RE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR KIDS

NOT BEING ABLE TO GO TO COLLEGE AND WORRIED ABOUT WHAT'S GOING

TO HAPPEN TO THEM WHEN THEY'RE RETIRING AND SEEING ALL NEW

INCOME AND WEALTH GOING TO THE TOP 1%.

THERE'S AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF PAIN IN THIS COUNTRY AND PEOPLE

ARE SAYING DOES ANYBODY IN WASHINGTON KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON

IN MY LIFE? I'M 60 YEARS OF AGE AND I HAVE

NOTHING IN THE BANK AND I'M GOING TO BE RETIRING IN FIVE

YEARS OR $50,000 IN COLLEGE DEBT AND I CAN'T FIND A DESCENT JOB.

DO REPUBLICANS KNOW IT? DO THE DEMOCRATS KNOW IT AND WE

HAVE TO SAY WE'LL BE ON THE SIDE OF THE WORKING CLASS OF THIS

COUNTRY. STAND UP TO WALL STREET AND THE

DRUG COMPANIES THAT RIP US OFF EVERY DAY AND THE INSURANCE

COMPANIES AND WE'RE GOING TO FIGHT FOR AN AGENDA THAT MAKES

SENSE. >> I'LL LEAVE

So in the past 30 days That my channel is up

Well, not I had my channels been up for like a year and six months. this one like the

In the past 30 days guys I've Gotten 40 views (WHAT!?)

No, not views

I've gained 40 subscribers in the last 30 days. I don't know how to make that more complicated, but anyway you guys and

I also we also just hit

490 sub and we are doing so SO close have 500 so I need everyone watching this video right now

So go down below and subscribe to the channel and if you're not new here, and you're already subscribed

Screw it unsubscribe and subscribe again

Because I need all of that support nation just to get to 500 and once we get to 500 i'll do something very very special

I'm not going to say yet though. They should be very very special. Okay you guys oh, and

Unless and the last thing I want to say before the video actually starts is we also just hit

20,000 views that is absolutely nuts you guys are savage and

You guys are the best supporters, and I have I'm not that popular

I don't care you guys are best supporters that I could possibly ever have thank you that so much from that so anyway

Let's just get into this video

Okay, so pretty much what we're going to do it today

If since my channel has been growing a lot recently I when Im gonna all the way back back back back

Let's see how far back back back back back. I'm going a bit

Go back to my first ever

"Popular video", I thought a popular has 23 views

Let's go back to when I had 100 subs

six months ago

23 views how to fall asleep in 10 seconds you know this so we're going all the way back to 6 months ago

And we're going to be doing some life hacks, okay. We're going to be doing a life hacks. Okay, I?

Use I did life hacks way back. Then like six months ago. So like you know

Since my channel has been growing growing and growing and we're doing and we're getting close to 500 subs. I might as well uh

you know just

Remake more did not remake them, but you know

Go back go back to then for when my channel wasn't popular and then recreate it

not recreate it, but do the same thing when I'm in

Not popular, but you know a lot more subs pretty much

390 more subs pretty much around there. I don't really care

anyways

Let's just get straight into it

so you all know tennis balls that are on the bottom of chairs and

That old man's guys on that and my old guy from up

*EXTREMLEY AMAZING CLOSEUP*

like Walky things that noticing on the bottom you can actually

Stuff ANYTHING in there, you're going to hold that so you can make that thing hold anything a pen

To make it hold anything to a pen to a towel

to our own

a frickin' case

*SUPER MLG KAZOO PLAYING*

*SUPER AMAZING SAXAPHONE*

Now phone holders for your car slide two rubber bands in through the air vent

thingy like the thing that goes we like rated your base stuff it tough to rubber bands in there

And then just put your phone in the middle of it. It's kind of like a tripod.

It's not really liked it that much are you like Clay Jensen?

And I always get in hurt? you know always in those marks on your forehead very normal for you. Well

There's a way to make sure that the bandage it does not fall off

B, I don't really know what he doing in this picture, so I'm just going to show you the picture itself because I

Can't really explain we doing. I don't really know what he's doing that much uh

Yes, so now you can be like clay Jensen and not have your band-aid fall off

Use nail polish

to identify the color of your keys, so you have a green key to make sure that the

lipstick is on is on the green lips taken on top with the green key yellow marbles of yellow and the red is approve of

The red so on and so on and so on okay this one has been around for so so long

I think I said it in my previous two my videos. I'm still gonna say if I even do it to this day

to remove a stem from a

Strawberry all you have to do is get a straw and poke it to the bottom of the strawberry because you know a straw is

Very well good with a strawberry because you know just from the strawberry

95% of people cannot tell the *laughy voice* difference

Yo I have to show you this going

To make symbols like this

On your computer all you have to do is click alt and then this 7 right here

that use the annoying like like sober of

The soap and of a used soap and then put on to a new one

Yeah, that was pretty simple. That was the best last one pretty much ever

Okay guys, so anyway. That's just going to wrap up a video

I hope you guys enjoyed if you did make sure you go down below and smack the like button, please make sure to subscribe

cuz if you are not subscribed you're not going to get the 500 I mean like I

Don't think it matters that much to you guys, but you guys do not know how much this channel matters to me

I've been doing youtube since I was like 7 so

Close it my dream to do this

You just can't beat a NINJA - Duration: 5:24.

What's up YouTube!

I wanted to go ahead and make another video.. an update video, but this isn't gonna be exactly

about my progress.

I am going to try and upload videos about my progress and journey each Monday.

So look out for that tomorrow.

I am really going to try and stick to that because I know I haven't posted in 2 weeks!

I've been super SUPER busy.

This videos is going to be an update on which course is the best and in my opinion it's

the one I think everybody should get if they're serious about doing fba.

The winner is Kevin's course.. the Ninja Lifestyle Course.

It is amazing!

It's so full of detailed information that isn't even discussed in Tanner's course.

Some of the things are mentioned, but you're told you can't ... ok for example: getting

ungated in restricted categories.

Especially the beauty category.

Tanner says it's really expensive, it's a lot of time, it's way too hard, it's unlikely

you'll get approved anyway so don't even bother (pretty much).

Kevin lays it out step by step, very simple to follow.

Get yourself ungated and become successful in these categories that most people don't

even bother with.

That's cool- for sure.

There are a few other things... there's some software and couple of other programs you

need to get.

Kevin tells you that information up front and I really like that.

I appreciate that because I like to have all the info up front and know what I'm getting

myself into so I can prepare fully.

Ya know?

I don't want to get a course and not have money for a product, or spend money on a product

and not have money for advertising, or be blindsided by shipping costs.

Things like that... so everything... (mumbles about reflection and moves seat).

I'm making a quick video on my phone and I wanted to do this really fast.

Obviously my hair is crazy- it's a Sunday afternoon and I don't have makeup on and whatever.

None of that matters because this is about business so let's get back to it.

Why Kevin's course is so incredible.

Not only does he tell you about all of the software and stuff you'll need up front, he

also has huge discounts in place for these things.

For example there's one thing you need and will pay $31/ month for and with Kevin's course

you pay $9/ month.

You save a lot of money in all of the things you're going to need to get.

That's just one example.

There's so many ..I can't even speak on how many discounts you actually get (there's a

lot).

Just by having Kevin's course.

I have been really busy because I feel like if I had Kevin's course first I would have

been able to launch my product a lot better.

It is what it is.

I guarantee you I wouldn't have the sales that I have if it weren't for the ninja course.

So that's what I'm going to go ahead and tell everybody that's the one they'll want to get.

There's another cool thing and it's that you can get info per module.

Nobody else offers that!

Not Tanner..none of the other courses offer per module purchases.

You can get exactly what you need at the time or you can get the whole course and if you

do... you get 3 bonus modules.

If you happen to get a couple of the modules and realize the information is just blowing

your mind, it's incredible and you want to upgrade to the full course, Kevin does the

pricing so you pay the difference.

There's no lag time in going from having a couple of the modules to the whole thing.

And when you do get the whole thing- you get those bonus modules.

There's an exclusive group for just the people who have the whole course so I'm going to

put all the links for each module in the description below.

Check those out!

Pull the trigger and invest in yourself and your business.

I'll also put the link to the entire course.

Feel free to ask me any questions.

Like, Comment, Subscribe!

Get the course, I'll see you in the group, and hit me up on facebook.

Let's be friends and grow our businesses together.

Let's all do this...looking forward to it :)

Can Sharks Really Grow an Unlimited Number of Teeth - Duration: 5:44.

While sharks aren't exactly the ruthless predators most Hollywood features make them

out to be (see: Do Sharks Really Not Like How Humans Taste?), they do possess a number

of frighteningly efficient mechanisms to assist with aquatic hunting, including ultra-streamlined

bodies, high intelligence, the ability to detect electrical fields and minute changes

in water pressure, great hearing, incredibly sharp vision, amazing sense of smell (Lemon

sharks can even detect tuna oil at a concentration of just one part per 25 million), and the

topic of today- many rows of razor sharp teeth, including the ability to rapidly replace them.

But are sharks actually able to grow an unlimited number of teeth throughout their lives?

Yep.

In fact, while the number varies wildly based on things like type of shark and lifespan,

it's not out of the question for a single shark to grow as many as 30,000-50,000 teeth

in its lifetime!

This might have you wondering what the process is on how exactly sharks replace missing teeth?

shark teethIn a nutshell, all sharks have multiple series and rows of teeth.

The number varies between type of shark, but most have between 5 and 15 series of teeth

(counted from front to back) in their mouths which themselves contain between 15 and 25

rows of teeth (counted along the jawline).

(As an example of how this can vary, the bull shark possess an unbelievable 50 rows and

7 series of teeth, giving it somewhere in the vicinity of 350 frightening teeth at any

given time.)

These teeth are arranged in such a way that the frontmost series will always house the

largest teeth with the series behind it holding slightly smaller teeth and behind that holding

smaller ones still, and so on until we get back to the rear series which are the most

recently formed.

These front teeth are referred to as the shark's "working teeth" and are the ones primarily

used for biting, tearing flesh and all of the other things a shark is thinking about

doing when it's swimming around below your legs as you dangle them in the ocean…

This isn't to say that the second, third or even the teeth located towards the back

of a shark's mouth aren't used when a shark is devouring something like your lower

half, it's just that the front series of teeth are typically subjected to the most

stress when this occurs.

(Note: In truth, only about a dozen people per year are killed by sharks vs. approximately

20-30 million sharks per year killed by humans according to the Florida Museum of Natural

History's Department of Ichthyology.

Who's the apex predator now sharky?)

Given shark teeth are not deeply rooted like human teeth and given the animal's incredible

biting power, shark lose teeth pretty frequently when eating, usually front ones.

Not only that, but they also naturally shed teeth throughout their lives, with the front

teeth being fully replaced approximately every few weeks.

(This rate varies by type of shark, age, and even the temperature of the water- younger

sharks typically replace teeth faster and, at least in some types of sharks, colder temperatures

help them hang on to their teeth longer.)

This means that the teeth in a shark's mouth are nearly always in pristine condition and

quite sharp, as they typically never get the chance to be dulled or worn over time before

being shed or broken off.

Whenever a shark loses a tooth, the tooth directly behind it will begin to be pushed

forward into the area left by the old tooth, all the while growing to the size of the tooth

it is replacing.

At the same time, the tooth behind that will do the same thing and so will every other

tooth until the shark once again has a full set of teeth- more or less a "conveyor belt"

of death.

And if you're wondering whether or not losing teeth via them breaking off when they bite

something hurts sharks, this isn't clear.

Shark teeth do have a certain amount of flex (in great whites approximately 15 degrees

of flex) which they can sense, using this fact to help "feel" things, not unlike

how a human might touch something to feel its texture.

But as for pain in over-flexing to the point of loss of a tooth, observations of sharks

in the wild and captivity seem to indicate that, if there is any pain involved, it is

only minor discomfort at most.

Given how critical it is for sharks to have a good set of chompers and how easily teeth

are broken off, it will likely not surprise you that this replacement process happens

quite quickly.

As for an exact time-frame, this varies and can be influenced by a number of factors including

the size, species and age of the shark, how recently the tooth replacing their missing

tooth was itself replaced and the shark's overall health.

But for a ballpark figure, this process can take anywhere from between a single day to

a few weeks.

However, even in the event that replacing the tooth does take weeks, the smaller teeth

are still useful, meaning the loss of even several teeth in the first series is highly

unlikely to negatively impact the shark in question.

So to sum up, as far as experts are aware, there is no upper limit on the amount of teeth

a given shark can produce in a lifetime; as long as it stays healthy, a shark will continue

to grow new teeth until the day it dies.

As a side-effect of all this, the ocean floor is covered in many trillions of shark teeth,

which is one of the reasons we know so much about shark evolution.

You see, as with most teeth, because shark teeth are primarily made of a hard, calcified

tissue known as dentin (for reference elephant tusks are primarily made of dentin as well)

surrounded by an even harder layer of enamel, their teeth don't typically decompose.

This, combined with how (relatively) quickly their teeth are fossilised by the sediments

on the ocean floor, means we have a massive number of ancient shark teeth to study today.

(And if you're curious, see How Do Things Become Petrified?)

(As another interesting aside, a shark's placoid scales are also made up largely of

dentine and don't grow in size once in place.

So to accommodate this, as their bodies grow, they produce new teeth-like scales to more

or less fill in the gaps.)

Learn English LIVE lesson - Sunday Chat - 25th June 2017 - nouns that can be verbs - Mr Duncan - Duration: 2:06:02.

Summer time and the living is easy another English lesson coming live from

England oh yes it is hi everybody hello there how are you today are you ok

I hope so are you happy I really really hope so welcome to another live stream

for a Sunday afternoon it is just after 2 o'clock here in the UK I don't know

what time it is where you are because I don't know where you are watching but

maybe later you can let me know is that a good idea I think so so how are you

today on this rather strange day here in the UK it was sunny earlier and then it

started raining and now it's sunny again but I have a feeling that later on it's

going to rain yet again what a pain the rain is don't you think so

so here we go it's mr. duncan live english for the next two hours have you

had a good week my week has been very busy first of all we had a very hot week

this week we had record-breaking temperatures this week the temperature

this week here in the UK got very high here is the weatherman to show you just

how high the temperatures got this week you can see the temperatures here in the

UK this week got is high is 34 degrees Celsius that is very very hot so this

week we have had the hottest day this week since 1976 because way back in 1976

we actually had a drought here in the UK maybe not many people know this but I

remember it because I was a I've in 1976 I was around as a child and

we had a very hot summer the summer of 1976 was one of the hottest ever in fact

it went on for so long that we actually had a water shortage we actually had a

drought here in the UK so that happened in 1976 but this week we had the hottest

temperatures in the UK since 1976 and you can see there in London in London it

was 34 degrees during the week and Cardiff 30 degrees Sheffield

26 degrees Birmingham hilly Luca from beaming y'all right now come for a BB

goob in Birmingham it was 30 degrees meanwhile here in Much Wenlock in

Shropshire it was around about 29 30 degrees Celsius so a very hot week in

check out all of my lessons you can have a look underneath this video and the

playlists are there to make it ever so easy for you to find my lessons and of

course don't forget I have been here on YouTube teaching

English for over 10 years

incredible oh wait a minute my spinner has stopped my little fidget spinner has

stopped going round there it goes again can you see it further do you have one

of these do you have a fidget spinner if you do have one of these perhaps you

could show me later maybe you could take a picture of you playing with your

fidget spinner hmm also today I want to tell you about my

busy week I went to the dentist this week now if you are a regular viewer you

will know that I hate going to the dentist I hate it so much it's on my

list of the things I hate most mushrooms fresh kidneys going to the dentist I

think those are my my most unfavorite things in the whole world

it's true I don't like eating kidneys I don't like eating mushrooms and I really

really don't like going to the dentist my dentist is lovely though he's a

really nice guy he's so friendly and polite and he always explains what he's

doing now Duncan I'm going to open your mouth and I'm going to shove my hand

right in there that's nice so I've been to the dentist a little bit later on we

are going to have a look at one of my YouTube videos where I talk all about a

very bad experience that I had at the dentist many years ago so that coming a

little bit later on also yesterday I did something very stupid I did something so

stupid yesterday yesterday I went into town to have my usual lunch for a

Saturday afternoon that's what I did yesterday and whilst eating my meal I

actually bit into my tongue so now I have a huge

hole in my tongue at the back where the where my teeth crunched into my tongue

do you ever do that do you ever bite your tongue and it's so

painful it's painful at the time and then afterwards afterwards it hurts even

more it's such a painful thing biting your tongue

so yesterday I bit my tongue and now I don't know if you can see it can you see

it there

I've actually injured my tongue now my tongue comes in very handy for many

things but the most important thing that I use my tongue for is talking in fact

my whole work relies on me being able to speak so if I can't speak I can't work

so today I am actually in pain so please I need all of your sympathy today

because I am suffering today I'm really suffering so I have an injured tongue

the back of my tongue is all chewed I actually bit it yesterday by accident so

now it is very painful in fact it's very difficult to speak today

every time I I speak I'm actually in pain so now I know how you feel also

yesterday I went into town and what else did I do this week I did something else

this week didn't I oh no I know what I've done this week I was spying on mr.

Steve mr. Steve was in the garden in fact this was today this happened today

would you like to see mr. Steve doing the gardening he's outside at the moment

tidying the garden would you like to see mr. Steve gardening oh ok let's go here

we go here is mr. Steve there he is doing the gardening

he's working very hard there can you see can you see what he's doing he's

actually sweeping up the leaves and all of the dead weeds there he is

say hello mr. Steve hello hello my name's mr. Steve and I'm doing some

gardening because mr. Duncan never does it because he's a lazy but mr. Steve you

are not allowed to swear on my show unless it's absolutely necessary so

there he is working very hard mr. Steve this morning in the garden he's

preparing the garden because later on I will be going outside to give you some

flash words and flash phrases where's he gone where's mr. Steve gone so there is

what mr. Steve is clearing up can you see all of the leaves all of the

cuttings because yesterday he was in the garden cutting all the bushes so today

he has to clear up all the mess can you see can you see the mess in the garden

so there is mr. Steve busily working away we will rejoin mr. Steve a little

bit later on to see how well he is getting on with cleaning the garden I

had a question this week come in from one of my viewers asking mr. Duncan I

saw this phrase on the TV this week someone was talking about a politician

giving an interview and they described the interview as car crash what does

that mean what does it mean mr. Duncan when we describe something as a car

crash car crash interview so this particular phrase is often used when

something goes badly or when something is disastrous we can describe it as a

car crash so a car crash is a pretty disastrous

thing two cars crashing into each other so we can use

car crash to describe something that went very badly something that went

really badly so there it is so a car crash interview is an interview that

went very badly maybe the person being interviewed performed badly during the

interview maybe they couldn't answer the questions so when we described an

interview or a discussion or something that we've seen involving people talking

as a car crash interview it means that the interview went badly it went

disastrously wrong we have lots of people on the live chat don't forget you

can chat to me live because we have the live chat it is now open and live on

YouTube at a quarter past two on a Sunday afternoon it is mr. Duncan in

England saying hello and I hope you are well today lots of people joining me on

the live chat Jays reg or Judge Jed reg says hello mr. Duncan from Poland hello

to you thank you for joining me today Eric is here hello Eric how are you

today are you okay I really really hope so welcome to my live English lesson

Maria Maria I'm talking to a girl called Maria hello Maria thanks for joining me

today a happy Sunday yes it is I'm very happy today I've had a super week even

though yesterday I bit my tongue and now I'm in pain so every time I speak today

I am actually feeling pain that's not very nice

hello mr. Duncan how are you doing Haruko is here Thank You Hiroko for

joining me today on the live chat now today I was going to try something

experimental today I was going to try something out to see how well it works

but I've changed my mind I was going to try and you Skype today but I've changed

my mind about that because I realized that it to do it

do to do Skype on a live broadcast is not actually easy it's not as easy as I

thought it was so I was going to do some live Skype today with some of my viewers

but unfortunately because it's so technical

we're not basically I've never done it before either I've never tried it before

Yahoo sir is here Yahoo sir hi there hi to you as well where are you watching at

the moment where are you if you want to get in touch with me if you want to

contact me or stay up-to-date with what I am doing with my English lessons

well perhaps this information will help you

hmm so there it is live English all away you can get in touch with me through my

email address if you have one of these little fidget spinners maybe you have

one of these can you see it through the little doodle it's very good for

relieving stress apparently so if you spin this and watch

it it can help you to relax also it can help you to keep your concentration for

longer so there it is do you have one of these if you do please send me a picture

to my email address the address coming a little bit later on also you can see it

behind me as well so keep watching the email address will also appear behind me

so if you have one of these perhaps you could show me or send me a photograph of

you playing with your fidget spinner because these are all the rage

now everyone is playing with their fidget spinner back to the live chat Oh

a nice voice Thank You Sakura Sakura Chan says nice voice mr. Duncan thank

you very much for that besides my injured tongue I also have

hay fever today I've been suffering with hay fever

over the past few days so I have been feeling a little bit unwell because I

have hay fever if you suffer with hay fever

you have my complete 100% sympathy because it's not very nice some

questions to ask you today we have the mystery idioms coming very soon also

some questions to ask you today besides the mystery idioms we also have some

general questions here's one what's the most dangerous thing you've ever done

what's the most dangerous thing you've ever done when I was younger when I was

a little more adventurous before I went old and fusty I used to own a motorbike

would you like to see my motorbike this is what I used to ride around on so in

my younger years in my young misspent youth actually it wasn't that long ago

this picture was taken in I think it was taken in 2001 this photograph so this

photograph was taken I think it was 2001 and there I am on my motorbike and I

think riding a motorbike is quite a dangerous thing because well for obvious

reasons if you fall off a motorbike you are going quite often at high speed also

you will fall onto the hard tarmac and injure yourself so riding a motorbike is

very dangerous there I am many years ago on my motorbike and I had this motorbike

for about three years and then I went to China to work in China and then after

hour after I returned from China I carried on riding it but in the end I

actually sold it because I had to raise some money so I could buy some equipment

to make my YouTube videos so not a lot of people know that I did actually sell

my motorbike so I could make these YouTube lessons it's true so the most

dangerous thing that you've ever done the most dangerous thing that you've

ever done is there something that you've done in the past that was very dangerous

or risky perhaps you did something like bungee jumping have you ever

ever done bungee jumping that's where you jump off a high building or a high

place attached to a large piece of elastic personally personally I would

never ever do bungee jumping never although I did used to ride a

motorbike and a lot of people say that that is a very dangerous thing to do so

have you ever done anything dangerous in your life we also have the mystery

idioms would you like to have a look at today's mystery idioms whilst we have

time coming up to 25 past 2 I've already been here for 25 minutes it's going very

quickly today so mystery idiom time I don't know why but today's mystery

idioms Mike make me laugh a lot because I think they're very funny so here we go

here is today's first mystery idiom there it is what what what is that what

what what are we looking at here mr. Duncan what are we looking at it looks a

bit bizarre so there it is there is a well-known phrase in English but the

question is what is the phrase it is a well-known English phrase but what is it

oh and the second one the second mystery idiom is what what is going on there

yeah mr. Duncan we think you might be taking too much hay fever medicine so

there is today's second mystery idiom but what the heck is it what is it I

have no idea what it is and there is the first one the first mystery idiom but

what is it if you think you know the answer

to either of those mystery idioms please let me know through the chat box would

you like to see a youtube lesson yes I'm sure you would here we go

I mentioned that during the week I went to the dentist and in the video you are

about to see I talk all about my dentist horror story

growing up is not the most pleasant of events it is often filled with scary

moments and unpleasant experiences of all the upsetting and traumatic moments

from my childhood one in particular still lingers strongly with me I would

have been about eight years old at the time and I had to go to the dentist for

a multiple extraction this procedure involves the removal of many teeth at

the same time in my case it was ten yes I had 10 teeth taken out in one go this

is normally done whilst the patient is under anaesthetic in those days they

often used nitrous oxide to put you to sleep many of you will know this

particular substance as laughing gas so try to imagine the scene an

eight-year-old boy under anesthetic having ten of his teeth removed if that

wasn't bad enough after the procedure ended I was not

fully revived I had not come round from the anesthetic which meant that my

parents had to carry me unconscious through the dentist's waiting room and

out to a waiting car my only real memories of this event include the

moments just before the laughing gas was giving to me via a large rubber mask

which was placed over my face in the dentist's chair and much later as I came

round from the anaesthetic itself at home even to this day I can still recall

the foul taste of stale blood in my mouth not to mention the strange

sensation of having 10 of my teeth suddenly vanish

this horrific experience put me off going to the dentist for many years

needless to say these days a trip to the dentist is not as traumatic as it was in

my childhood modern dental surgeries are more welcoming and the procedures are

over much quicker of course even now going to the dentist

still has its unpleasant moments the worst part of it for me

must be the scrape or scale this is where the dentist removes the hard

plaque that is built up at the base of the teeth with a sharp tool this

particular scaling procedure can be very painful indeed it all depends on how

badly affected the teeth are so the more you look after your teeth the shorter

the scaling procedure will be these days people are becoming more used to taking

care of their teeth on a daily basis so much in fact that nowadays doing your

own dentistry is becoming commonplace there are lots of wonderful gizmos and

tools available now for cleaning your teeth thoroughly at home things that

poke things that scrape things that squirt and things that buzz and Hum Do

It Yourself dentistry is becoming the norm with home dentistry kits now

available for purchase on the Internet although I wouldn't do it myself without

having had some form of guidance or training first

surely one of the worst dental procedures of all must be an extraction

an extraction is where a tooth is literally pulled out of the jawbone just

like I had when I was 8 some people even pull their own teeth

out I can't imagine anyone wanting to pull their own teeth out can you these

days most dental work is carried out with the patient awake and conscious

this includes the drilling into and extraction of teeth normally a local

anaesthetic is used in the form of an injection into the area of the gum where

the procedure is to be carried out the injected part of the mouth will become

numb thus ensuring that the procedure will be a painless one how often do you

go to the dentist do you like going to the dentist when was the last time you

went to the dentist neglecting your teeth is not a good thing to do as when

you get older they will become unhealthy and fall out bad mouth hygiene has also

been linked to other physical ailments such as heart disease and certain types

of cancer fortunately for me I learned my lesson before my teeth became too bad

which is definitely something to smile about

hmm so there it was one of my lessons in fact that was from last year and it was

the story all about my dentist horror visit the visit to the dentist that

scarred me for life I was well and truly scarred right in here and since that

terrible experience when I was eight years old I hated the dentist a lot but

now I go to the dentist again I've started going because well I'm getting

older and I want to make sure that my teeth stay lovely and white and not

smelly there's nothing worse than smelly stinky black teeth don't you think so

nothing worse if I had a choice between losing my hair on my head and losing my

teeth I think I would always lose my hair so it doesn't worry me that I'm

losing my hair but what does worry me what does frighten me is losing my teeth

I would hate to lose my teeth so there it was we have some other things coming

later on we'll be talking about morning routines as well I will be taking you

through my morning routine what does mr. Duncan do here what does mr. Duncan do

when he wakes up in the morning we'll be taking a little look at that would you

like to see mr. Steve in the garden mr. Steve is very busy today he's been in

the garden doing lots of things there he is look look there is he's cleaning up

all of the dirt and all of the leaves he's being very busy today and the

reason why he's doing it is because a little bit later on we will be out in

the garden with some flash words and some flash phrases as well so there is

mr. Steve now and can you see what he's doing he is

brushing mr. Steve brush the Lord he is brushing the Lord now the thing in his

hand is also called a brush it is in fact possible to use nouns as verbs so

as you can see mr. Steve is now brushing all of the leaves up so brush can be a

noun or a verb you can say I'm going outside to brush the leaves up I'm going

outside to brush the leaves so you can brush something you can also brush your

hair as well so it is possible to brush your hair so brush can be the noun it

can also be the verb to brush your hair if you have a look behind me you can see

a list of words that can be used as both nouns and verbs so there are some words

right behind me that you can take a note of so there they are all behind me also

a little bit later on we will have a look at a lesson talking all about nouns

and verbs that coming a little bit later on back to the live chat because a lot

of people are on the live chat stay thank you very much for joining me by

the way thank you so much Diamond Eyes is here hello from Thailand

hello diamond dies I hope you are well today

a very long time okay where have you been what have you been doing mr. Duncan

Nicole from France is here I love your hat do you like my hat

it almost looks like something that a person in Australia would wear but

without the little things hanging down it looks a little Australian in fact uh

I purchased this I got this hat from Turkey many years ago when I went to

Turkey so this hat has come all away from

Turkey and I thought I would wear it today something different from my my

usual baseball cap hello from Algeria Jamelia is here hello Jamelia thank you

very much for joining me today so what is the most dangerous thing that you

have ever done what is the most dangerous thing that you have ever done

that is one of the days questions and as I mentioned earlier a few years ago I

used to ride a motorbike so there I am on my motorbike have you ever ridden a

motorbike maybe if you are watching in Vietnam because I know that many people

ride motorbikes in Vietnam and many years ago I used to also ride a

motorbike but then I sold it I sold it so I could buy some equipment to make my

YouTube videos so what is the most dangerous thing that you've ever done so

mine is riding a motorbike because of course riding a motorbike is a very

risky thing a very dangerous thing to do it can be lui

bakwan says hello mr. Duncan I am MIG Willis

oh hello MIG Willis from Mexico and I saying thank you very much for

everything you are welcome you are welcome no problem at all

Alain is here hello Alain I'm very glad to connect with you today it's my first

time I live in the north of France near rs well did you know that I my

descendant my actual family originally came from France so I am descended from

French people who but I'm not French myself I wasn't born in France but my

distant relatives were French did you know that I think not sheera blade is

here hello Shira thank you very much thank you your real name apparently is

Peter so that's Peter in Brazil Shira Peter

says I am a policeman are you really my goodness so technically my life is very

danger dangerous but I like it the fear makes me feel so alive so Peter

in Brazil is actually a cop a policeman there are some other words that we use

here in England to describe a policeman or a policewoman but I'm not going to

tell you what they are today because they're very rude mr. Duncan I am a dank

we watching in I think you are in Vietnam

Julie G was very surprised to find out that I was going to use Skype today but

I've changed my mind because technically it's very hard to do so I was going to

try and do Skype today on my livestream but I've changed my mind

do you have a morning routine what do you do in the morning when you wake up

what do you do what are the first things you normally do in the morning a little

bit later on I will show you I will tell you all about my morning

routine because I think a lot of people are interested in these things I don't

know why but they are pinnate is here hello pinnate watching in Thailand hi to

you I'm glad that you've come on early today

YouTube every Sunday from 2 p.m. UK time that is when I am on YouTube live and

don't forget you can also watch all of my lessons my playlists for my English

lessons are actually under this video doot-doot-doot so right under this video

you can see all of my lessons all of the playlists for my lessons they are under

this video yes they are back to the live chat lots of people saying hello today

oh my goodness I am overwhelmed M Gloria Trindade trindade I hope I pronounced

your name right we'll call you Gloria shall we the most dangerous thing I've

done is bring my little brother for a walk to a very dangerous jungle where

there were lots of dangerous wild animals Thank You Gloria for that yes

that doesn't sound very that doesn't sound very safe it sounds a little

dangerous so have you ever done anything dangerous I used to ride a motorbike

many years ago all of my friends used to think I was crazy for riding a motorbike

they used to say ear mr. Duncan why don't you buy a car

car is much safer well back then I enjoyed riding motorbikes so that's what

I did many years ago

Claudio says hello I am Claudio Fernandez learning lessons with YouTube

every day thank you very much for that

what an unusual look you have today you look more like an American

really so this hat if I wear this hat I look like an American do Americans wear

this sort of hat I'm not sure about that I've never seen

Donald Trump wearing a hat like this never Andre is here Thank You Andre

Marco Marco Alvaro dough or Alvarado hello Marco

Marco is watching in Australia a big good day to you I've just not my water

bottle over excuse me

I've got my water here today you see I just knocked the bottle over proving

that it's live you see mr. Duncan hello from Milan in Italy says Pasquale hello

Pasquale thank you very much hi Fung says mr. Duncan I Drive my

motorbike every day about 50 kilometres that's quite a long way so you ride your

motorbike is that is that for transportation to work so when you go to

work or when you go to school maybe or college do you ride your motorbike I

used to ride motorbikes I used to love motorbikes when I was a teenager and

when I was a little older I did buy myself a motorbike would you like to see

it again Here I am riding my motorbike this was

taken in a roundabout 2001 was when I bought this bike

and I sold it when did I sell this bike I think I sold it in 2009 or 2010 that's

when I sold this I had to raise some money so I could make my youtube lessons

have you ever done anything dangerous in your life please let me know so what is

mr. Duncan's morning routine would you like to know what I do every morning

when I wake up by the way if you missed the mystery idioms if you missed them

don't worry I will repeat them in a few moments here we go

today's morning routine this is what I do every morning when I wake up can you

see it there on the paper I've made a list of all the things and this is what

I do every morning when I wake up well first of all I open my eyes that makes

sense I have a smile it's true every morning when I wake up the first thing I

do is actually smile I have a little smile to myself just to get me in the

mood for the rest of the day and then I have a little stretch oh I'm sure you do

too but I like to have a little stretch I

like to stretch my arms and my legs when I wake up in the morning I also put my

glasses on I haven't put that down why haven't I put my glasses down there my

glasses are very important in fact as soon as I wake up the first thing I

normally do is reach for my glasses and put them on so I've actually missed that

from the list but but that's what I do also what else do I do I I go downstairs

and I make a cup of tea for myself and then I come back upstairs and normally I

watch about 20 minutes of South Park that has

been illegally uploaded to YouTube it's true then finally I get out of bed then

I go to the bathroom I have a wash I wash myself and also I have a pee pee as

well my morning pee pee and then I clean my teeth then I get dressed I go

downstairs and then I go into the kitchen and take my breakfast so that's

my normal routine in the morning that's normally what I do I wake up I put my

glasses on I smile I stretch I make a cup of tea

I watch 20 minutes of South Park that has been illegally uploaded to YouTube

then I get out of bed I go to the bathroom clean my teeth get dressed go

downstairs for breakfast so there is my morning routine

what is your morning routine do you have a routine do you have things that you do

normally every morning let's have a look at the mystery idioms because a few

people are asking where are the mystery idioms there is the first one

no one has got this right yet so there is the first mystery idiom but what is

it what is today's mystery idiom there are two there is the first one and here

is the second one I love this one it took me a long time yesterday to create

this image so that's what I did yesterday I spent nearly three hours

creating these images so there is the second mystery idiom and there is the

first one but what are they well known phrases in English but what are they

the answers coming a little bit later on also another question to ask today I'm

asking a lot of questions I know when you meet someone for the first time when

you meet someone you've never met before in a social situation do you shake hands

or do you hug do you like to hug so if you hug it means that you greet a person

by putting your arms around them quite often you will pull them close to you

you will give them a hug are you a hugger

do you like to hug people so when you meet someone maybe for the first time or

maybe a friend that you've not seen for a long time do you shake hands or do you

give them a big hug do you like to hug are you a hugger

I'm going to be honest with you now I'm not a big fan of hugging that might

surprise you because I do seem like a friendly soul but it's true I'm not a

big fan of hugging people I don't like hugging people even if it's people I

know well in social situations I don't like greeting a person by hugging them

but of course nowadays especially here in the UK it has become a normal way of

greeting people so quite often you will probably end up being hugged if you meet

someone for the first time or maybe even someone you know well I'm not a fan of

it it might surprise you to find that out but I don't really like hugging

people I'm not very comfortable with that don't ask me why that's just

between me and my psychiatrists hello teacher

Lucy is here hello Lucy how are you thank you very much for joining me today

it's nice to see lots of my regular viewers Pedro Belmont is here as well

hello Pedro the first thing I normally do when I meet someone is shake their

hand yes that that's very formal quite often maybe in a job interview so if you

are going for a job interview quite often you will shake hands you will say

oh good morning good morning but you won't hug you don't normally hug at job

interviews so perhaps that would be a good tip for me to offer you now if you

go for a job interview you can shake hands yes that's okay no problem but

don't hug you might scare them away and there is a good chance that you won't

get the job the daily routine I normally do says Luis I normally do after waking

up is I go out of my house with a cup of coffee to say hi to some of my neighbors

oh that's very kind that's very nice very sociable

I like that Thank You Louie for that Mohamed says is your mystery idiom I'm

all ears no it isn't Afghanistan Kunduz says I

like to hug I like to hug a lot yes some people do they like to greet a person by

hugging them they hold them not me I'm not a fan of hugging I'll be honest with

you you might be surprised to find out

Oh doctor fan oh not a fan at all hi mr. Duncan I'd like to know why I can

understand you so clearly and when I'm watching a movie or listening to a song

I barely understand I don't know why maybe you need to practice listening to

other things maybe you need to practice your listening skills in general but of

course my English is very clear because I speak it as a native language so I am

a native English speaker and also I am a teacher as well so it's very important

if you are teaching English to be understood or else there's no point

doing it just in case you are wondering while why my voice sounds strange today

I actually yesterday I did something very strange very silly I bit my tongue

I bit into my tongue so now my tongue is very painful very painful so that's the

reason why so every time I speak today I am actually suffering pain a bit like

you really what I mean by that is that it's painful to listen to me that's what

I mean so when I was 12 years when I was a 12 year old girl I was about to be run

over I was nearly nearly run over by a car it was the most dangerous thing I've

ever done but I didn't do it myself so what you are saying Lina is that you

nearly had an accident you were nearly hit by a car so maybe that's something

that is also not just dangerous but also very scary as well very frightening so

I'm glad to hear that you survived I'm glad to hear that the car

didn't run you over very pleased I need all the viewers I can keep to be honest

I need all of the viewers so please be careful

yes mr. Duncan I liked a lot of people like hugging I've noticed today a lot of

people like hugging Eugene is here hello Eugene my usual routine is to do yoga am

i doing it right to do yoga and then I often watch one of mr. Duncan's lessons

ah that's me Wow am I really part of your morning routine I'm very very

honored thank you very much Eugene for that and then I go for a walk around the

town too and then begin my work Thank You Eugene for that Catherine oh well

done Catherine well done you have got one of today's mystery idioms correct

well done to you Elaine Elaine de Ville says I can't hug somebody that I meet

for the first time me too I feel very uncomfortable hugging

hugging anyone as a way of greeting so if you meet someone maybe in the street

quite often certainly in this country people will want to put their arms

around you and give you a hug but but I I must admit I it makes me feel very

uncomfortable

so thank you Elaine I also if I am familiar with the person I can't hug

them so Elaine can't hug strangers or people he knows Sharia or Cheria Sharia

Rimmer is here hello to you thanks for joining me today on my life

stream it's live English all the way we are now coming up to three o'clock it's

coming up to three o'clock in the afternoon here in the UK and this is mr.

Duncan in England in a few moments we will go outside but but first of all

let's take a look at what mr. Steve was doing today mr. Steve was very busy

today in the garden can you see him there he is busily sweeping he is

cleaning he's getting rid of the old leaves and he is doing some some

maintenance in the garden we can we can call it gardening so we can say that mr.

Steve is gardening or that he's doing some gardening chores or that he is

doing some garden maintenance so there are very many ways there are many ways

of expressing what mr. Steve is doing at the moment so there he was this morning

very busy in the garden sweeping the leaves with his big brush or broom so

the thing that mr. Steve is holding can be called a brush or it can be called a

broom broom mr. Steve setting a very good example there I must admit he's

doing very well there what do you think do you think mr. mr. Steve's gardening

is good what's he doing now he's about to clear up some leaves but what's he

going to do with them mr. Steve what are you doing you're supposed to put the

rubbish into the bin yes look at him there he's laughing what a cheeky man

so we are now going to go outside shall we go outside and have a flash phrase or

a flash word which would you like and of course you will see that mr. steve has

cleaned the garden there it is now there is the garden now that is what it looks

like a live view of the garden and now we are going to go outside it was

raining earlier so now we are going to go outside into the garden

okay talking in a minute

oh hello there I hope you can hear me okay the reason why the camera is

indoors today's because it was raining so I thought if I put the camera behind

the glass and even if it rains the camera won't get wet so at the moment

it's not raining but I have a feeling it's going to rain very soon here we go

then it is a flash word ah here it is today's Flash word is disgruntled

disgruntled today's Flash word is disgruntled the word disgruntled is an

adjective that means to be unhappy or dissatisfied about something if

something has upset or made you feel displeased we can say that you are

disgruntled you feel disgruntled I can see you are disgruntled by this new

arrangement he stood there looking disgruntled to say I feel disgruntled is

an understatement then there is disgruntle which is a verb that means to

make someone feel unhappy or dissatisfied with something the word

disgruntle literally means to make little grunts so to be disgruntled means

to be upset or annoyed or unhappy about something

do you like the garden I think mr. Steve has done a very good job of the garden

it looks so clean now look at that how clean and tidy everything looks very

nice now I will go back into the studio

I'm back oh that was fun I hope you enjoyed that a very unsettled day today

with the weather because we've had lots of rain this morning then it dried and

and now it looks as if it's going to rain again congratulations once again to

mr. Steve for making such a good job of the garden there he was this morning

sweeping up the leaves I think he did a really good job look at that working so

hard and you know what he does it all for free

he doesn't even charge for it isn't that nice and now and now the garden looks

like this isn't it nice well done mr. Steve if you

would like mr. Steve to come and do your gardening please let me know the mystery

idioms for those who haven't seen them yet there is the first one and there is

the second one the first one again but what are they Estella Estella Viloria

says mr. Duncan we normally kiss the cheeks when we meet friends which cheeks

do you mean do you mean the ones on your face I hope so

Estela yes yes in some countries when you greet someone you will actually give

them a kiss normally on each cheek quite often in I think in Italy and I

think also in France and also in many Middle Eastern countries as well so you

will greet by maybe hugging and also no kissing as well on the cheek

sometimes one cheek and sometimes both M x.25 a says hooking a stranger oh gosh

it's so weird I think so I also don't like hugging people I'm not very good at

that I feel it a little uncomfortable when

I'm doing that Catherine says I have a magnificent garden with lots to do will

you please come on holiday do you mean me or mr. Steve maybe mr. Steve good

because mr. Steve is the gardener not me I hate gardening so here is mr. Steve

again in the garden I don't like gardening but mr. Steve loves doing it I

think is a bit weird to be honest oh look he's getting tired now he's

starting to feel tired ah he's been very busy today so this was taken this

morning this video was this morning did you see then he just walked into the

birdbath he just knocked the birdbath Mieke ode is here hello Myka thank you

for joining me today wherever you are watching today lots of

people watching all around the world so many countries Myka ode says in the

morning I prepare my breakfast then I push the button to start the laundry

machine then I sweep the floor I have my breakfast I wash my face brush my teeth

and I also do my makeup all of that in just one hour

wow that sounds like a very hectic morning it really does very hectic I

love that word hectic Daniela ro ass says my morning routine is like this I

touch the bedside table looking for my glasses I put them on and then I open my

eyes I know if you wear glasses one of the problems with wearing glasses is

that in the morning quite often you can't find them because you can't see

that's one of the paradoxes of wearing glasses if you take your glasses off and

then you can't find them then of course it's going to be virtually impossible to

find your glasses because you don't have your glasses on shirah blade or peter we

will call you Peter shall we hi mr. Duncan I'd like to know why I can

understand you so clearly I think ever answered that already I've answered that

one already a live chat has frozen Bonjour mr. Duncan best wishes to you

from the chat with mr. Duncan I'm really glad to meet you in this chat and greet

you from Moscow says Lena Thank You Lena as I mentioned just now there are people

watching all around the world let's have a look at another video shall we I

mentioned earlier the fact that nouns can sometimes be used as verbs now we

are going to take a look at one of my YouTube videos talking all about the

very same subject

hi everybody this is mr. Duncan and England how are you today are you okay I

hope so are you happy I hope so

in my last lesson if you remember I set a question for you I asked you to name

the English word that has the most definitions and uses within a sentence

it's time now to give you the answer to the question the word with the most

definitions and uses according to the Oxford English Dictionary is with 464

uses and deletions the word set did you get it right I hope so but don't worry

if you didn't in today's lesson we will take a look at one of the many

exceptional situations that exist within the English language in this case where

a noun can also be used as a verb

as you know and now is a word that is used to show the name of an object it is

a naming word for most of the time nouns can only be used in the context of

naming something however there are situations where a noun can magically

transform itself into a verb a naming word becomes a doing word that's a

really funny story I'll tell you another one tomorrow here are some examples of

the magical transformation between a noun and a verb in my hand I have a

brush brush is a noun it describes this object however it can also be used as a

verb when I brush my lung and beautiful and silky hair Wow

Wow I'm enjoying this oh that's so much better

so the word brush can also be used as a verb I brush my hair another simple

example for you now pen pen is a noun it describes this object as you can see but

also pen can be a verb when I pen a letter to my friend I will pen a story

you can use the word pen as both a noun and a verb there are many examples where

a noun becomes a verb such as bag dress drill film fish groom pen hoes key lock

mop phone pipe polish brake run saw shower slide

spray study tap vacuum volt it's worth remembering

not all nouns can be used as verbs and not all verbs can be used as nouns

before I finish my lesson I would like to say a special hello to all my new

friends watching in Saudi Arabia Hungary - Portugal Chile and Iran thank you very

much for watching all of my lessons this is mr. Duncan in England giving you

a wave and saying I hope you can watch me again soon bye bye for now

doo-doo-doo-doo there it was one of my lessons for many many years ago going

back to 2008 such a long time ago nine years ago one of my lessons all about

nouns and verbs and you can see behind me also a list of words that are nouns

and also can be used as verbs as well I've also been looking at my phone in

fact I've been doing that whilst the lesson was playing and let's have a

quick look because we have some some messages coming through now we have one

here Maria Maria says oh I have a picture of my fidget spinner

oh I see let's have a look let's have a look at your spinner

shall we it normally takes a very long time for the picture to open so please

bear with me oh I see yes so there is your spinner so you have a red one this

seems to be the most popular design of spinner the one that has the holes in so

my spinner if you look my my spinner doesn't have holes it is actually solid

and also very heavy I think this one is made of plastic but mine is made of

metal and it's very very heavy so there is the first spinner on the email if you

have a fidget spinner that you would like to show me please let me know

please send it my way to my email address thank you maria maria gonzalez

thank you very much and happy spinning if you would like to get in touch with

me if you'd like to say hello via email or to send me any photographs you have

anything you would like to show me perhaps you would like to show me your

fidget spinner as it were there are many ways

to get in touch with me many ways to stay in touch with mr. Duncan

and that is what we are doing today live English all the way 20 minutes past

three o'clock I am with you for another 40 minutes and then I'm gone back to the

live chat ismail is here hello mr. Duncan good afternoon to

everybody from Turkey hello to Turkey this hat the Hat I am wearing today came

all away from Turkey when I went to visit Turkey a few years ago I actually

purchased this hat I bought it and I brought it back to England with me

Simona is here hello Simona I won't hug a person that I've never met

before but I would hug you do you mean me okay but please give me a warning so

I can I can run away thank you very much for that mr. Duncan every culture has

their own greetings did you know that there are lots of different handshakes

around the world I didn't know that are there are there many different types of

handshake handshake I didn't know that I only know one which is you put your hand

in the other person's hand and shake it some people have very soft hand shakes

and some people have very strong handshakes

like like Donald Trump he has a very strong grip apparently Joe gallo says

I'm going to give you a big hug from NJ NJ I think that might be New Jersey I

think so in the United States very kind of you thank you very much we didn't

used to do it here many years ago we didn't hug each other we didn't we

didn't do it so we would do it now and again or with people we felt comfortable

with but now here in the UK you even hug

strangers if you meet them in the street maybe you are introduced to someone or

maybe a person you only know vaguely people will hug you they will hug you

they will want to put their arms around you and pull you to them but not for me

I'm afraid I'm a little bit I don't like being hugged to be honest I'm not a fan

Muhammad says is your mystery idiom turn a deaf ear turn a deaf ear let's have a

look so these are today's mystery idioms there is the first one no it is not turn

a deaf ear and there is the second one I think we've had a couple of correct

answers I think we've had maybe two correct answers for this so there is the

second mystery idiom and there is the first one but what are they what are

they I went to the dentist on Wednesday do you like going to the dentist I don't

like going to the dentist even though I do feel very guilty because my dentist

is lovely it's a lovely lovely man very kind very pleasant very polite very

gentle but I don't like going to the dentist so so I have nothing against my

dentist he's a really nice guy but I don't like going to the dentist just in

case my dentist is watching terracotta terracotta army perhaps you are in China

maybe you are watching in Xi'an hello everyone from terracotta army hello to

you where are we watching at the moment Elaine says mr. Duncan you must remember

that I'm friend as I can't hug with someone I don't know

well I also can't say - instead of vou for English people it

is easy because you use the same word you I'm not sure what you mean by that

yes vous vous vo us Maria says I don't like hugging people I just hug my family

that's okay if it's people that are close to you I mean I love giving my mum

a hug I love giving people who are close to me hugs my loved ones of course

that's okay there's no problem there but I'm not very comfortable when it comes

to hugging strangers I don't like it back to the live chat

lots of people today talking to me on the live chat I finished school fifteen

years ago and I went to university five years ago

where I studied English and German for being a teacher your Russian is not so

bad by the way do you mean my Russian I'm not sure if I've ever spoken Russian

on my live streams although sometimes I do say prove it prove it

which means hello in Russian mr. Duncan sorry but I don't know who mr. Steve is

Thank You Roberto who is mr. Steve here he is this is mr. Steve how could you

not know who mr. Steve is there he is look there he is

this morning he was busy in the garden he was preparing the garden for me isn't

that very very very kind of him very kind come on mr. Steve that's it put

those leaves into the bin come on faster faster he I think I think he's getting

tired can you tell he's getting a bit tired there what's that

what what did he just put on the ground there did you see that what is it

let's have a closer look oh it is a pair of secateurs I see maybe oh what's going

on now Oh mr. Steve is being attacked by one of the vines very nice so there is

mr. Steve this morning and now the garden looks lovely so there it is a

live view of the garden so that is how the garden looks now it looks lovely the

birds are flying down because they are hungry and everything in the world is

okay

almost Sammy KJ KJ says I like hugging women only

okay fair enough

jameelah says I never hook people when I meet them for the first time Thank You

Jamila you are very similar to me I don't like hugging Pia I don't like

hugging people that I'm not familiar with Julie G says I hate it when someone

shakes my hand and he is talking and still shaking my hand for a long time oh

I see yes I hate hugging as a greeting says Julie

yes sometimes when you meet someone and they shake your hand they will they will

carry on shaking it for a very long time they will say hi hi it's very good to

meet you I'm really pleased to meet you how are you how are you doing it's been

such a long time as since we met they don't stop I know what you mean mr.

Duncan don't be angry with your tongue my tongue is a pain

today my tongue is a pain in the ass today because it's hurting me literally

it's a pain because yesterday I bit my tongue I bit it whilst I was eating my

lunch so yesterday I bit my tongue and now it

is very painful so every word that I'm speaking today feels very painful sorry

mr. Duncan Lina was talking about my Russian not yours oh I see Thank You

Elaine for putting that right it is because I answered Lena in English and

Russian as well in your chat oh I see I don't mind I like it when people talk to

each other in my live chat it's very nice isn't it

it's a lovely feeling and the thing is when you chat through the internet you

don't have to give them a hug as well that's another good reason I mr. Duncan

your garden looks lovely thank you Abdullah for that you are very kind

Randall is here mr. Steve was fighting for his life

we like amazing sorry amazing wild video Thank You Randall for that would you

like to see mr. Steve again here he is doing the gardening he was such a busy

bee Oh Oh No No ooh he's being attacked again

between you and me I think mr. Steve is a bit crazy that's what I think

good morning mr. Duncan and everyone rosso is here hello Rosa welcome welcome

to my live chat I am suffering a lot today because I have hay fever and also

I've hurt my tongue as well I bit it yesterday so I'm really really suffering

guardar is here Garda says thank you mr. Duncan you're thanking me for what why

Muhammad says tear off your ears no the mystery idiom is not tear off your ears

it's actually the opposite think of the opposite think of doing the opposite

thing think of doing the opposite to take and there is the second mystery

idiom but what is it I have been asked about my mystery idioms i I do create

these myself so these are not stolen from anyone else I actually create these

myself using photoshop sizzle

we don't use we don't hug strangers but we do shake hands and also kiss the

cheeks of acquaintances says Daniella I'm not sure about kissing you see here

in the UK we still don't kiss we don't kiss on the cheeks or on the lips we

definitely don't do that to people we don't know well some people do but

that's another story altogether hello mr. Duncan what do you think about

shadowing to improve fluency that comes from Wolfram

I think shadowing is a good thing I have no problem with it there are teachers on

YouTube who talked a lot about shadowing so yes I think shadowing following what

someone is saying and copying or listening and then repeating what a

person is saying there are many ways of doing it but yes I think shadowing is a

very good way of improving your fluency and you can use it also to improve your

listening Olga is here hello Olga I haven't seen you today so far thank you

for joining me hello mr. Duncan when I was in the UK

sometimes people hugged me and pretended to kiss my cheek I was very confused

with this habit before I realised that there was no actual intention to kiss me

yes Olga sometimes people will do fake kisses so they will give you fake kisses

they will go but they won't actually kiss you so they will make the sound and

they will make the movement but they won't actually they won't actually kiss

you so yes that's true so you can do something called a fake

kiss so you hold them and you kiss without actually coming into contact

with their face so your lips do not actually kiss Eugene has said yes

Eugene you have said that the mystery idiom you are very close you are near

very close Nishant says mr. Duncan can you please tell me the difference

between take out and take off I think you mean take off not take of we don't

tend to you we don't tend to say take off but we do say take off take out

means to carry something from indoors to the outside so you can take something

out you could also take a person out it means to go out with a person for a meal

or to go to the cinema so quite often when two people go on a date we can say

that they are going out or one person takes the other person out they take

them out or of course if you take your family out you can take your family out

for a day at the zoo or you can take your family out for a picnic take off

means to remove so normally we use take off to mean remove or of course to leave

the ground so an aeroplane will take off yes they kiss the air says jameelah yes

that's what they do so they don't really kiss

they actually kiss the air what's the point

Joe fix is here hello Joe fix I am Italian and we always give two kisses on

the cheeks two kisses but I do not kiss for real

I do the fake kiss yes quite often in many European countries kissing as a way

of greeting is quite common I think Spain and Italy and France and

sometimes here in the UK as well but many years ago we didn't do that we used

we used to not do that at all because sometimes British people can be

very reserved sometimes but not so much now Maria says why do you use auxilary

do in affirmative sentences well as well do can mean carry out you can do

something so doing or do something yes no problem there don't worry about it

Rita says in Brazil kiss is on the face and hugs to strange people are part of

the routine especially in Rio de Janeiro I do not feel good with the hugs I agree

with you Sammy KJ hates to shake hands

I hate shaking hands when the hen is wet so when the hand is wet or sweaty you

don't like to shake hands I agree garda says in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we

also used the fake kiss not the real kiss okay very good very good mystery

idioms once again and then we will have another video another video clip so

these are today's mystery idioms but what are they what are today's mystery

idiom I will give it the answer towards the

end of today's lesson toward the finish when we leave at 2:00 o'clock I will

give you sorry four o'clock I will give you the answer to the mystery idioms but

what are they what are they thanks a lot for joining me today it is

live English with mr. Duncan in England Rita says in Brazil the

kisses on the face and the hugs to strange people are part of the routine

oh I think I've already read that one that seems very familiar hello mr.

Duncan today it's sugar festival oh I see okay

today it is sugar festival we also kiss four or five times on each side of the

face I always get confused because I don't know how many times I must kiss

sometimes it is funny thank you mohamad eddie brock e la Brockie thank you very

much for that the sugar festival I've never heard of that but it sounds sweet

there Jerome veggie Rome says hello mr. Duncan hello veggie Rome thank you for

joining me today is there anything that you have done in the past that is

dangerous what is the most dangerous thing you

have ever done many years ago I used to ride a motorbike there I am on my

motorbike so that was possibly the most dangerous

thing that I've ever done in my life I think so but what's the most dangerous

thing you've ever done and when you meet someone do you shake their hand or do

you give them a hug do you like to hug personally I'm not a big fan of hugging

I don't mind shaking hands shaking hands is okay

hugging not so good I'm not a fan of hugging to be honest Lina says I turned

32 on the 15th of June Wow congratulations on your birthday from a

few days ago I am giving private English lessons from home to school children of

all ages well the Lina I hope you're home

schooling is going well I hope your private English lessons are going well

hello mr. Duncan I am now waving my hand says Zhanna

hello Zhanna I'm waving my hand as well can you see me yeah isn't it great isn't

technology amazing it really is let's have a look at another another video

clip this is from one of my October lessons one of my October lessons that I

did in 2013 and in this video I'm talking about different types of tools

insert screw C into hole B insert screw C into hole D or E hmm it must be e oh

this is so confusing good morning hello there welcome to day four of 31 days of

dunk Toba can you guess what I am doing today

can you guess I am at the moment trying to build a new piece of furniture for my

studio this apparently is a host to be the desk for my studio for my

ask mr. Duncan episodes at the moment it's in lots of bits all over the place

there's some over there still packed away and there's a little bit here that

I've taken out I need to assemble this I need to put it together I have my

instructions here but the instructions are not very clear I have lots of bits

and pieces some little bits of metal that I have to put in this somewhere I

still don't know where I have some wooden pegs that I have to knock in and

some other little plastic bits I have no idea what these are for I'm sure I'll

find out soon if I read this carefully I have some tools as well oh look look at

my tools I have I have two screwdrivers I have a flathead screwdriver a flat

head and something called a Phillips screwdriver you probably know this

screwdriver as the one with a little cross at the end and you use both of

these for screwing and I have a hammer a little tiny hammer this hammer will come

in very useful later when I get really angry and start smashing things up no

not really so let's get started

I thought it would be fun to take a look at saw the implements I have inside my

big toolbox what's inside mr. Duncan's big toolbox these are the screwdrivers I

am using today one is a flathead screwdriver and the other is a Phillips

head screwdriver the actions connected with this tool depend on what you are

doing with it you screw something in you unscrew something you are screwing

something in you are unscrewing something this is the hammer I am using

to tap the wooden pegs into place there are many different types of hammer from

the small lightweight one used for tapping in small nails right up to the

larger and much heavier sledge hammer the action of using this tool is

hammering you hammer something here is another tool that I use quite often this

is an adjustable wrench it can also be called an adjustable spanner wrench is

used in American English while spanner is used more in British English this

tool is useful because it can be easily adjusted

you only need one spanner instead of lots of different sized ones another

useful tool for gripping things is this pair of pliers pliers come in many

different sizes depending on what you are trying to grab and pull some pliers

are also able to cut things here is another useful tool this is a spirit

level it is used for checking how Strait and level or services when building

something a straight-edged is always important this is a file it is used for

smoothing down a rough surface or edge the action of using this tool is called

filing you file something down there are many different sizes and types of file

this looks like a hammer but it is not this is a mallet mullets have a broad

head and come in many sizes they are often used for knocking objects into the

ground mallets are normally made of wood or rubber another type of pliers for you

now these can be locked into place very useful for in doing or removing

something that is stiff or hard to move this is called a mole wrench or locking

pliers this is a chisel this sharp edged tool is used for chipping and carving

this tool is normally used with a small hammer or mallet the action is called

chiseling you chisel something now here's a very useful tool it's called a

retractable tape measure this allows you to measure very long things easily the

wonderful thing about this is that it is retractable so you can keep it in your

pocket

and there it was I love the way that ended so suddenly it almost almost

caught me out it almost did so there it was a look at some tools some things

that coming very useful when you have some jobs to do around the house we call

it DIY d.i.y which means do-it-yourself if you've just joined me you are here

with me for another 10 minutes we are now 10 minutes away from 4 o'clock I

bit my tongue yesterday my tongue as now is now injured I have injured my tongue

can you believe it back to the live chat I am Rui watching from Brazil I am 43

and I want to improve my English skills with mr. Duncan Thank You Rui you are in

the best place the right place good choice good choice

piri piri Nika is here the most dangerous thing that you've done I have

rolled on a skateboard down a big mountain into the town it was so scary

and dangerous skateboards I remember way back in the 1970s when skateboards were

very popular many many years ago all of the cool kids in the 1970s had

skateboards and here we are now in 2017 and many of the cool kids once again

have skateboards it's it's strange how things come around again and again very

strange I've had a question come in what does throw in the towel mean there it is

it is a phrase an English phrase throw in the towel I have been asked

to explain what it means if you throw in the towel it means that you quit you

quit you give up you stop doing the thing you were doing you stop doing the

thing you were doing you throw in the towel

you stop you end you quit you throw in the towel so I hope that helps you there

just another six seven minutes to go well we are going soon oh it's not fair

mr. Duncan can you please stay on for longer no I can't I'm afraid I have

other things to do also my tongue is very painful today because yesterday

yesterday I I bit my tongue and today it is very painful it is swollen and

painful are you a DIY enthusiast i from time to time I do some DIY jobs many

years ago I used to be a painter and decorator many many many years ago so

that skill still comes in handy so in this house when I moved to this house

all of the house needed painting it needed decorating and I did it all I did

it myself so sometimes having a certain skill can come in very useful hello here

in Italy we have a hot Sunday well today it's very hot here but it's not very

bright the weather outside at the moment it's quite dull there it is there is the

weather outside that is a live view of my garden

it looks very tidy now and the reason why it looks so tidy is because mr.

Steve this morning was very busy tidying the garden there he is look

working so hard by the way if you would like mr. Steve to come and do your

gardening for you please send me an email and a plane ticket so that is

where we leave mr. Steve with his gardening thank you once again mr. Steve

very lovely back to the live chat and then I will give you the answers to

today's mystery idioms mr. Duncan what do you do after your live lesson has

finished well quite often certainly today I will go into the kitchen and I

will begin preparing my supper my dinner my evening dinner my late meal so I will

start doing that tonight I am having salmon delicious

every Sunday I always have some some salmon for my for my evening meal hmm

delicious can mr. Steve please come and clean my garden in Brazil Thank You

Rosso for that as I said mr. mr. Steve is available to clean your garden to

make it look lovely all you have to do is send a plane ticket that's all you

have to do it's as simple as that throw in the towel can mean surrender

yes if you throw in the towel you you give up you surrender yes throw in the

towel can be used in many ways you quit you throw in the towel you surrender you

give up you give in hi from India says cool man hello cool man thank you for

joining me today I do believe that in India at the moment it is in fact very

hot so I'm glad to hear that you are staying cool mr. Duncan I have learned a

very nice idiom to skate on thin ice it means to do something dangerous yes

that's a very good idiom if you skate on thin ice it means you do something

that's very risky or dangerous you skate on thin ice mr. Duncan you

have a drill yes I have I have three drills three of them and they are very

useful for making holes Catherine says would you like a return ticket or a

single ticket I think mr. Steve would probably like a

return ticket so he will come across to your country he will do your gardening

and then he will go back to the airport and come back to the UK

it sounds very fair to me very fair let's have a look now at the

mystery idioms so here we go here is the first mystery idiom I thought these were

quite difficult I thought the first one was very difficult actually very

difficult so this is quite a difficult word a difficult idiom to get right so I

don't think anyone got this right I don't think so so the first idiom that I

gave you today to guess lend an ear if you lend an ear it means you listen to

someone you listen to what someone says you listen carefully to someone you lend

an ear it's a great expression that lend an ear so if you lend an ear it means

you listen or you pay attention to what someone is saying you lend an ear maybe

someone has some news to to tell you something very exciting they might ask

you to lend an ear or to listen filling the second mystery idiom there

it is but what is the answer I thought this

one was a little easier than the first one a little easier so here is the

second mystery idiom quite a few people got this right yes in fact yes many of

you got this right so well done the answer is throw your toys out of the

pram I love this expression it means that you lose your temper or you have a

tantrum if something doesn't go your way if something doesn't go to how you

wanted it you will have a tantrum you will become very moody you will sulk

you will become sulky you will throw a tantrum you throw your toys out of the

pram just like a baby sometimes when a baby gets angry it will

start screaming and crying and quite often a baby will throw its toys out of

the pram so there it is today's mystery idioms throw your toys out of the pram

and lend an ear we have two more mystery idioms coming next Sunday don't forget I

am with you next Sunday from 2 o'clock UK time once again every Sunday 2:00

Can you solve the fish riddle? - Steve Wyborney - Duration: 4:50.

You are the cargo director on the maiden voyage of the S.S. Buoyant,

and you've agreed to transport several tanks containing

the last specimens of a critically endangered fish species

to their new aquarium.

Unfortunately, as you're passing through shark-infested waters,

the boat is battered by a fierce storm, throwing your precious cargo overboard.

And to make matters worse,

no one seems certain just how many fish tanks are missing.

Fortunately, you have a rescue sub at your disposal,

but only enough fuel for one trip to the ocean floor.

You need to know where the tanks are

so you can gather them all in one quick pass.

Not a single fish can be lost.

You decide to scan the three sectors of the ocean floor

where the cargo could have landed.

Thermal imaging shows 50 organisms in the area,

and you quickly realize that that number includes both your fish

and some ravenous sharks.

You flip on the sonar to get a better look.

The image for Sector Alpha shows four tanks and two sharks,

the image for Sector Beta shows two tanks and four sharks,

and the image for Sector Gamma is blank.

Your sonar has malfunctioned,

and you're going to have to go with the info you have.

You check the shipping notes,

but all you learn is that each tank had the same number of fish inside.

The cargo hold had space for anywhere from 1 to 13 total tanks.

And finally, the old captain tells you that this area has the odd property

that no two sectors can have the same number of sharks,

but every sector will have at least one,

and no more than seven.

There's no time to waste.

The tanks won't withstand the pressure much longer.

As you descend in the sub, you review everything you know.

How many fish tanks do you need to find in Sector Gamma?

Hurry, the fate of an entire species depends on you.

Pause here if you want to figure it out for yourself.

Answer in: 3

Answer in: 2

Answer in: 1

At first, it seems like there are just too many missing pieces of information.

After all, you don't know how many fish or how many tanks there are,

let alone how many fish are in each one.

But then you remember the best way

to compare multiple pieces of partial information - a table.

Since we know there are thirteen tanks at most,

and we already see six tanks in Sectors Alpha and Beta,

we know the total number of tanks must be between 6 and 13.

We also know that each sector has a different amount of sharks

with no more than seven in each one.

Since there are two in Sector Alpha and four in Sector Beta,

Sector Gamma can have 1, 3, 5, 6, or 7 sharks.

What about the number of endangered fish?

Out of the 50 total organisms in all three sectors,

we know at least seven are sharks,

leaving a maximum of 43 fish inside all the tanks.

And the more sharks we find in Sector 3, the fewer fish there are to save.

Now, remember that the fish are equally distributed across all the tanks.

Why is that important?

Because it means that one of the possible values for the total amount of fish

must be divisible by one of the possible values for the total amount of tanks.

And looking at the table, we can see that the only combination that works

is 39 fish divided between 13 tanks with three fish in each.

With sharks swarming around,

you quickly pilot the sub through the first two sectors

before retrieving the remaining seven tanks in Sector Gamma.

You've saved the species and taken an impromptu dive.

All in all, not a bad day, unless you happen to be a hungry shark.

LOOK What You Can Do With Balloons and Coke! - Duration: 10:43.

Frozen on the outside liquid beverage on the inside very very refreshing hey, what's up guys welcome back

I got a very cool experiment for you today. You might remember a couple of weeks ago

I was hanging out in La with my friend Logan Paul, and we tried taking flat Dr.

Pepper putting in a balloon and soaked it in liquid nitrogen

And the effect was amazing

We ended up creating something was kind of like an icy coconut that had a hard I see shell on the outside

But when you crack it open had a chilled beverage on the inside, so I thought for this video today

Why don't we recreate that experiment but using actual coke that way we end up with a coconut see what I did there?

Now one thing that logan, and I noticed when we were doing this experiment

Originally is that your soda needs to be flat you need to get all the carbonation out of it otherwise it builds pressure and builds

Weird little formations all over your balloon. So the first step in this experiment is to take our soda and shake it up

Quick update guys our soda is absolutely flat I poured it into a large pot

Then I use a mixing meter to mix it around to all the bubbles are gone

Then I use the funnel to pour it back into the bottle and this is what we've got

You can see we shake it up now

hardly any reaction at all

This is about as flat as our soda can possibly get which is great because now you transfer it to our blimp

I think for this experiment. I'm going to use for

This process is going to be pretty simple. We're just going to take the balloon

we're going to just loop it over the mouth of the bottle and we're going to carefully turn it upside down and squeeze it until

The balloon fills up to about the size of a coconut

Then we're just going to disconnect the neck tie it off and slowly dunk it into the nitrogen

So this is where we get to start experimenting a little bit with how much time it takes to get the best results

How much time would need to sit in the liquid nitrogen to make the perfect?

coconut you can put your answers in the comments below, so

I got my stopwatch ready our liquid nitrogen is ready to go, so I'm just going to hit start and make you dumb

Loulou so apparently too much nitrogen in there

I can't dunk it down hauled away, and the balloon is like flapping against the sides because it's all trying to base out

I think the balloon is actually

Freezing on the bottom and plugging off the soft area look at that. It's going crazy I

think it's happening as the balloon is actually too wide it's like trapping the gas and so then the gas is like coming out and

The balloons falling down it's building up pressure and coming out and falling down and repeating. It's like the bottom of that's freezing

But I can't push it down far enough to get the rest

Look at that if I push it down the balloon. Just like expands

That's crazy

Okay, so it's been a little bit over a minute

I think only the bottom of this is freezing the tops not freezing at all because I think we made the balloon too big

So we have to do it again, but this time it can be wound a little bit smaller

So apparently you can actually squish the liquid around and kind of like

Reshape the balloon into the shape that you want make it look a bit nicer

So I think I'm going to go with that shape there a nice round bottom look at the top

That's good enough of a coconut for me. Let's mix it up

We have contact

I'm just gonna let that go. I don't know how I'm gonna get that out yet

Update our nitrogen is bubbling away. I'm going to give this about 45 seconds and then pull it out

We're coming up in 25 seconds now because we just want that outer layer frozen we want the inside as liquid as possible

Let's see how thick 45 seconds gets it

All right, there's 45 seconds there now the trick is to try and get this out

There we go

Oh, you know what I can already feel this isn't quite as solid as I want it to be like it's kind of chunky

But it's not quite frozen yet, so it's going to need a little more time. Let's go in for another minute

Go ahead and push that out

There we go that's looking a little more frozen by the way

This is very cold

But if I danced it around on my fingertips I can actually hold on to it either freezing

Now the balloon is actually frozen to the coke right now. So I got a pan of warm water

We're just going to dip that around rotate the balloon a little bit

And then we should be able to slip the balloon and peel it right off

Yeah, that loosens the balloon up just enough. It should be able to cut it off

Not really the best knife will be doing that way

There we go

That's what we got guys and just get one more bath, and we rinse in warm water here, and there is our coconut

yeah, that's kind of interesting isn't it so you can definitely see the entire outside of this little ball has frozen solid but just like

A real coconut this actually still has liquid inside

So we're to chip away at the shell we could stick in a straw and drink up the liquid inside

Now guys I want to take just a second and give credit where Credit's to my friend, nighthawk

And light is the one who inspired this idea when he tried using dry ice and alcohol to achieve a very similar effect

I love that

We did this with liquid nitrogen

And I loved it it comes out so clean and perfect the liquids

100% drinkable the Shell is 100% Edible and who wouldn't want a liquid nitrogen chilled Soda. This is really cool. All right

So we've seen it about 45 seconds is not enough time two and a half minutes seems to be about perfect

But we broke it up into three different segments for this third experiment

I'm going to try two and a half minutes solid with one fresh red balloon

All right here we go for two and a half minutes start

We're just going to throw that right in and let it go crazy

Boom there's two and a half minutes. Let's go ahead and take that out. Oh

Kind of frozen to the bottom there. Oh

No look at this so the part that was actually touching the thermos didn't really freeze

You must have kept it inflated everything else looks great. We're gonna have to put that down and freeze that a little bit there

Something to consider it. I didn't realize I

Know that might actually work on our favorite though because we might not actually have the real hole

Just remove the balloon and stick in the straw

Look at that

And of course this doesn't just work on coke you can use it on other sodas as well

Well that accelerated quickly

whoa

All right there. We have the guys. There's two and a half minutes

You can see even with the rotating we did get a little deformity up here, or it doesn't seem like it's completely solidified

But that's okay. Go ahead and take the balloon off

It's actually so cold that the layer of water is freezing on the top edge ice I'm going to pull the balloon and off

all the ice breaks off

So check this out guys. We got our little ball of frozen soda here, and if you look straight on it

It actually does resemble a coconut those little chunks broke off on the bottom and give it the little coconut eyes

We flip it around

It looks just like the bottom of a coconut

And that was made from root beer so theoretically if we crack the shell of this

It'll be very similar to a coconut itself. We can stick a straw down inside and drink up the chilled beverage

Let's go ahead and crack it open right here

Go ahead and chip away at the top right here and see we got

Clout that one does pretty deep

Might have had that one in a little bit too long might work better with the straw and stick that down inside

That's good. I think I froze that one a little bit too long

It was like three minutes

And you can see the shell is quite a bit thicker now to that

It almost froze all the way through it looks like a really delicate balance here

So guys this one

I just let run for a minute and a half which is substantially less time than we've done before

But this time I suspended it in the middle of the nitrogen using a fork so that way it didn't touch the walls at all

You can see there's still a small deformity here

But the rest of it feels pretty solid let's go ahead and open this one up and see how that turned out. Oh

Yeah, that's looking good beautiful for that little deformity there. That's kind of funny

Let's knock that right off, sweet

So guys check it out. This is the best one. We've got so far

I made this out of root beer

And I think we figured out the secret sauce here you put it in the balloon

And you suspend it into the thermos in the center without letting it touch the sides let it run for one minute and 30 seconds

And you end up with something that looks like this the thing

I love about this idea is you've got a nice chilled beverage

It's going to stay very very cold

But it's not going to dilute because it's the actual soda itself keeping it cold

Frozen on the outside Liquid beverage on the inside very very refreshing

And of course if you prefer to have your soda fizzy you can dump out the stuff already in there and pour yourself a fresh batch

All right next up Fanta

All right, orange just came out. This was 1 minute and 30 seconds exactly which apparently for this one was a little bit premature

You can see most of the shell was frozen, but this little bit here on the end was not

This is still pretty cool because we can actually remove the top and it looks like a cracked coconut and you can literally drink out

of it like a glass if you want the thing to be absolutely frozen

I think we're looking for somewhere between a minute and a half to two minutes. The orange is nice and the shell

completely edible

So there you have a guys that's how to use some liquid nitrogen and some soda to make yourself an icy cold

Coconut beverage which you can fully enjoy because it's technically food grade and you can eat the shell as well

Thanks so much for joining us for this experiment. We'll be looking for you the next one. Talk to you then

Let's see what we got

Well, I just like literally exploded in my face look at this

Apparently there was still some carbonation in there or something we got some weird-looking little blemish there

So look it's refillable as well

That's Fancy. Oh Dang

Wow, look at this okay?

So this is unexpected just look down inside our liquid nitrogen container and look what has four

It almost looks like the frost froze to the static electricity coming off of it that

looks crazy
