Youtube daily how Jun 14 2017

what would you like to learn but don't believe you can stay tuned. this is Damon

Cart from NLP Gym NLP technique learn to learn anything no matter how big and how

overwhelming if you haven't already please click subscribe to this youtube

channel so you can give these videos on a regular basis

I've been gearing up for the NLP practitioner training starting this

weekend also there is an online option as one slot available I mentioned more

about that later what do you want to learn and what is something that you

want to learn that just seems too big too enormous or when you think about it

you just say to yourself I don't think I can do that it could be a foreign

language it could be learning NLP it could be becoming an artist a painter a

writer writing a novel writing a screenplay making a movie all these

things that are big dreams of ours that we fear that we don't have the capacity

to learn well you do and there is a way that you can do that and there's a

simple NLP technique for that now I'll be honest with this enormous training

that I'm doing it's a twenty four day training stretch over eight months and

I'm doing an online version to it I'd be lying if I said that I didn't feel

overwhelmed by this I mean definitely feel overwhelmed by this and it's a huge

challenge and I love to challenge myself I love to put myself in situations where

I actually ask myself can I really do this how am I going to do this and

there's a simple way it's called chunking and it's going to sound overly

simplistic but it's a lot of times it's the simple stuff that we overlook and

that is the way to go and doing something when I think about doing this

training or what I love thinking about doing this training I saw this as a

visual when I think about how overwhelmed I was it to me looked like

something that was too close to me I was like a big ship or something and I

couldn't see the whole thing it was like when I visualized it it was like too big

to see the whole thing you know when you're close

something you can you can only see what's right in front of you can't see

the whole object so what I started by doing is is I push the object back so

that I can see more of what it was and so I can get a whole visual of it and it

that's what it looks like it will take this huge ship with like writing all

over it like NLP teaching math and maybe some of my training notes and things

like that so it's like this enormous ship with all this writing on it and

then what I started to do is I started to divide the ship into into thirds and

then each third we divide into two and what I would ask myself is what two

things do I need to do to complete that one third and if that was still

overwhelming if that was student still too much I would break that down into

more pieces you keep chunking it down until each little piece is digestible

each little piece is small enough that you can handle that task and then it

just becomes about doing one of those tasks and when that one's done you do

the next one first though you have to deal with that feeling of overwhelm and

how you do that is is you just you figure out where and what

representational system is the overwhelm being triggered by in this case for me

it was a visual I saw there's like huge ship so whenever if it's a visual you

want to push it back from you and get more distance from it so once it is like

this big blob right here and if you're too close to it if I'm too close to it I

can't see the whole thing so I push it back and then once I push it back then I

started looking at it and I'm also when I do this I might write on a board or

might write on a piece of paper I'll divide this into thirds and then like I

said I can divide this into more if I need to I can continue doing this and as

I'm doing it I can fill in what needs to be done in these spots what might also

happen for you though is you might not be visual and the overwhelm might not be

triggered by something in visual representational system in this

case for me it was but in other cases it might not be if you're very auditory you

may be hearing a lot of things when you think about learning whatever it is you

want to learn you might be hearing a lot of sounds you might be hearing a lot of

voices they might be coming from all different directions it could be some

critical voices telling you you can't do it so what you want to do here is is

probably happening as you're hearing everything all at once you're going

either on sound other ones or other voices all at once or you're hearing a

combination of sounds and voices what you want to do is you want to stop the

you want to slow it down and pick out each sound or each voice and hear what

message it's delivering to you again you'll probably need a pen and paper and

you want to write this down so here each sound or voice individually and it

sounds really simple but what happens is most people are not even conscious of

this they're not even conscious of seeing some big visual image they're not

even conscious of like hearing all these voices of hearing all these sounds but

if you check in with yourself or you start with that feeling of overwhelm and

then you trace it to where they coming from your very visual but we're going to

be in your visual system if you're very auditory it's probably going to be

probably hearing something so slow that down some people are very kinesthetic

and they might be feeling it in their bodies and this happens to me - I'm

pretty visual but I'm also pretty kind of study so what feels what it must feel

like to you is like you're a bunch of hands are grabbing at you or you might

be feeling like you're pulled in all different directions you might even be

feeling like you're being pulled apart I've had that feeling before it does not

feel good some of you might be thinking well I feel overwhelmed so it must be

happening in my kinesthetic system and that's not necessarily true

you want to differentiate between what is the result of the trigger which is

the feeling of overwhelm that is a feeling but that's an evaluative feeling

that's not a feeling like a tactile or pulling on your body so you want to

distinguish is it a feeling like overwhelmed which is

evaluation of something and is that being triggered by something else and it

being triggered by visible is being triggered by something you're here so it

might be triggered by a feeling a sensation of being pulled in multiple

directions when if you have that feeling more than likely it is in your

kinesthetic system but if it's just like oh I feel overwhelmed well what you have

to go on and find what system is it being triggered in so if it is being

triggered in the kinesthetic system you probably will have that feeling being

pulled in that direction in that direction and then over there and over

there again what you want to do is you want to stop and feel one at a time each

pull or each like if it does feel like an or if it feels like something like a

gravitational pull pulling you away you want to locate that feeling where is it

and what direction is it trying to pull you to go again so once again once you

know what directions each one is trying to pull you in and again you'll probably

need to write this down you want to prioritize well what direction is it

most important what is the meta direction what is the overall direction

that all the other world directions kind of serve and you just need to prioritize

and it might be you might have to categorize these two different things in

two different places like okay well that might be from a completely different

context so I need to put that feeling over there and know that when I'm in

that context then I go that direction but in this context I go with that

direction this will take a lot of confusion out of it when you chunk

anything down small enough you can learn anything you can accomplish anything so

once you do this and you have it all written out go for it

check out my website NLP-gym.com there you will find some free

training on sensory acuity which is the foundation of NLP training it's a

foundational skill also like I mentioned there is one spot left for the ultimate

practitioner training online version you can learn at your own pace I'll be

making the online version concurrently with the live version you will basically

just log into a platform and you will be able to learn NLP from

your computer a data time a week at a time whatever suits you up in my email

STORM AS IT CONTINUES TO BE

MOSTLY STATIONARY.

STILL UP NEAR HENDERSONVILLE.

"7 NEWS LIVE" AT 6 STARTS NOW.

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS

FOR A LONG TIME.

DOZENS OF DETECTIVES, MORE

THAN A THOUSAND LEADS.

WE WERE HOPING IT WOULD BE

SOLVED WITHIN MONTHS OF THIS

HAPPENING AND IT WASN'T AND

YEARS WENT BY.

Reporter: YET ZERO SUSPECTS

FOR MORE THAN A DECADE.

I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE WHAT THE

VICTIM'S FAMILIES HAVE BEEN

GOING THROUGH.

I CAN'T.

I DON'T GET IT.

I'VE HAD A LOT OF HOPE IN THE

PAST, AND IT IS HARD TO KEEP

THAT THE LONGER THE CASE GOES

UNSOLVED.

BUT NOT FOR LACK OF TRYING.

SO WE'RE NOT GOING TO GIVE

UP.

WE'RE TIRED.

WE'RE FRUSTRATED AND WE WILL

CONTINUE TO DO EVERYTHING WE

TRIED TO DO.

Reporter: THE CASE THAT

CONTINUED IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY

THAT TURNED INTO A NATIONWIDE

INVESTIGATION.

I BELIEVE IT'S PROBABLY

DEEPER THAN ANY ONE MUCH US.

TO BELIEVE.

Reporter: TONIGHT WE LEARN

HOW THE CLUES WERE COMING

TOGETHER BEFORE THE TODD

KOHLHEPP'S CASE WAS EVER OPENED.

WE PRESENT AID KILLER AMONG US,

THE UNSEALED FILES OF TODD

KOHLHEPP.

AS THE YEARS PASTED, THE HOPE

THE SUPER BIKE MOTORS WOULD BE

SOLVED CONTINUE TO BURN OUT.

EACH YEAR THE FAMILIES OF THE

FOUR VICTIMS PLEADED FOR THE

PERSON RESPONSIBLE TO COME

FORWARD.

AND AS THEIR PLEAS WENT

UNANSWERED, DETECTIVES WERE

LEAVING NO STONE UNTURNED

LOOKING FOR THE KILLER AMONG US.

TONIGHT AS WE CONTINUE OUR

SPECIAL NEWS SERIES, BRIANNA

SMITH DIGS INTO THE UNSEALED

FILES OF TODD KOHLHEPP.

Reporter: YEARS WOULD PASS

AND THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE

TRAGIC SUPER BIKE MURDERS WOULD

HIT FIVE YEARS AND THEN TEN.

CHANCES OF FINDING THAT ELUSIVE

SUSPECT WOULD GET SMALLER,

HOPING A FRESH SET OF EYES WOULD

OFFER NEW LEADS.

THOSE LEADS WOULD COME, GOT

CROSSED OFF AND NEW ONES WOULD

EMERGE.

SOME LOST SLEEP OVER THIS

CASE.

EVERYBODY WANTED TO SEE THIS

CASE SOLVED.

Reporter: THIS IS JUST A

SMALL PART OF THE UNSOLVED CASE

FILE, THE DETAILS THAT WERE THE

FOCUS OF EVERY SPARTANBURG

COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTY FOR

13 YEARS.

IF IT WAS NOTHING MORE THAN

SEEING A TRUCK THAT MATCHED A --

ONE OF THE COMPOSITE VEHICLES,

RIDE DOWN THE ROAD AND SAY OH,

THAT LOOKED LIKE THE TRUCK AND

SUPER BIKE.

SUPER BIKE HAS BEEN IN THE BACK

OF EVERYBODY'S MIND THAT HAS

WORKED THIS CASE FROM DAY ONE.

Reporter: MORE THAN 1,000

TIPS FLOODED IN, WHICH GENERATED

DOZENS OF LEADS AND HUNDREDS OF

THOUSANDS OF MAN-HOURS TO CLOSE

EACH ONE OF THOSE OUT.

IT WOULD BE NOT OUT OF THE

NORM EVERY WEEK TO RECEIVE A TIP

FROM SOMEBODY IN PRISON OR

SOMEBODY IN THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

LIKE LEAD 209, A TIP WHO

SOMEONE LOOKED LIKE THE ORIGINAL

COMPOSITE STRETCH, INVESTIGATORS

CHASED THIS FOR YEARS BUT STILL

COULDN'T FULLY CLOSE IT OUT.

SAYING THEY'VE GOT

INFORMATION RELATED TO THIS.

Reporter: DEPUTIES HAD TO

WORK OUTSIDE THE BOX, CASTING A

NET TO TRY AND CATCH A KILLER.

THEY USED CELL PHONE TOWERS AND

PULLED FLIGHT MANIFESTS FROM

AIRPORTS LIKE GSP.

YOU CAN MATCH A NAME TO

SOMETHING LIKE THIS?

IS THIS AN ONLINE CUSTOMER

THAT'S THERE?

THERE WAS NEVER ONE THAT WAS

MATCHED UP.

Reporter: TO MATCH A NAME

DEPUTIES NEED A DATABASE OF

CUSTOMERS.

WITH NO LIST AVAILABLE THEY GOT

TO WORK CREATING THEIR OWN.

THEY TOOK REPEATS AND

FINANCIAL RECORDS AND STUFF THAT

WAS ON THE COMPUTERS AND THINGS

LIKE THAT AND FORMULATED OUR

VERSION OF A CUSTOMER LIST.

Reporter: A MAJORITY OF THOSE

CUSTOMERS WOULD COME FROM SUPER

BIKE'S ONLINE BUSINESS SHIPPING

BIKES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

IT TOOK THAT CASE OUT OF

SPARTANBURG COUNTY?

ABSOLUTELY, ABSOLUTELY, WHICH

KIND OF LIMITED US TO SOME

DEGREE WOULD WITH RUNNING SOME

OF THESE FOLKS DOWN.

IT WAS THOSE CUSTOMERS

LIEUTENANT GARY BEGAN TO FOCUS

ON WHEN THE CASE ARRIVED ON HIS

DESK IN 2008.

AND THEY WOULD SEND PHOTOS OF

DAMAGE ON A FRAME, THINGS LIKE

THAT, WHERE THEY SAY, HEY, THIS

BIKE I BOUGHT ON THE INTERNET

HAS THIS DAMAGE TO IT, WHAT ARE

THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT IT.

Reporter: AT THE SAME TIME,

LIEUTENANT GARY SENT THESE 18

SHELL CASINGS TO ENGLAND TO TRY

TO SEARCH FOR ANY KIND OF

FINGERPRINTS OR DNA.

I EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO GET

S.L.E.D.

TO LOOK AT IMPRESSIONED

WRITING ON THE BILL OF SALE THAT

WAS THERE TO SEE IF MAYBE THERE

WAS ANOTHER BILL OF SALE SITTING

ON TOP OF IT THEY WENT TO FILL

THROUGH THAT PRESSED THROUGH AND

THERE WAS NOTHING.

Reporter: AND IT BECAME

MANDATORY EVERY GUN THAT CAME

THROUGH THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE

WOULDN'T SENT TO S.L.E.D.

TO

TEST JUST IN CASE.

HE WILL MAKE SURE THOSE

STRIATION MARKS DOESN'T MATCH.

AND THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS

GEARED TO.

Reporter: FOR THE TENTH

ANNIVERSARY, A COVER LETTER

WOULD BE SENT TO EVERY CUSTOMER

ASKING IF THEY REMEMBER ANYTHING

ABOUT THAT DAY.

THERE WERE THOUSANDS OF

CUSTOMERS AT THAT MOTORCYCLE

SHOP AND NOT MANY PEOPLE

RESPONDED BACK TO THAT LETTER.

THIS GUY WILL SHED MORE LIGHT

ON THIS CASE THAN WE'VE EVER

HAD.

Reporter: AND A FRESH LOOK AT

THE COMPOSITE THE WITNESS SAID

WAS WRONG FOR SO MANY YEARS.

WHEN WE DONE IT AND I LOOKED

AT IT AND I SAID OKAY I'M HAPPY,

THAT'S MORE ALONG THE LINES OF

WHO I SAW.

LITTLE DID THESE DEPUTIES

KNOW THAT CUSTOMER LIST, THE

COVER LETTER WOULD BE CRUCIAL

CLUES THAT NAME OF THEIR SUSPECT

WAS MUCH CLOSER THAN THEY

THOUGHT.

THE REPORT CAME BACK TO ME

INDEED HE WAS A CUSTOMER ON THAT

LIST.

AND OF COURSE WE KNOW THAT

NAME TO BE TODD KOHLHEPP.

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT'S SO

CHILLING BRIANNA, AMAZING

REPORTING HERE.

THE CONFESSION TAPE WHEN YOU

LISTEN TO TODD KOHLHEPP TALK

ABOUT IT, HE TALKS ABOUT WHY WE

NEVER SAW ANYTHING TURN UP.

HE WAS WEARING DOUBLE GLOVES

DURING THE LOADING OF THE

WEAPONS.

HE WAS WEARING TWO PAIRS OF

GLOVES BECAUSE HE WAS AFRAID THE

DNA WOULD COME THROUGH AND WE'LL

GET A LOT MORE FROM THAT

CONFESSION ON THURSDAY AND

EXACTLY HOW HE WALKED THROUGH

THIS CASE TO INVESTIGATORS AND

LET THEM KNOW THIS IS YOUR GUY.

ALL RIGHT.

I'LL LOOK FORWARD TO THAT PART,

TOO.

TODD KOHLHEPP WAS FOUND WITH

A LOT OF WEAPONS.

DID THEY FIND THE WEAPON?

UNFORTUNATELY THEY DIDN'T.

THEY FOUND THE SAME WEAPON THEY

SAID HE USED, THE SAME TYPE OF

WEAPON BUT NOT THE SAME ONE AND

HE THREW THAT GUN AWAY RIGHT

AFTER THE MURDERS HAPPENED.

IT WAS INTERESTING WE TALKED

LAST NIGHT ABOUT THE COAT HE

STILL KEPT ON THAT HE HAD THAT

DAY.

SO SOME THINGS HE KEPT AND SOME

THINGS HE DIDN'T.

AND THE SHERIFF SAID THEY

TESTED EVERYTHING THAT CAME

THROUGH THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

WE COUNTED 27 THAT WENT

THROUGH S.L.E.D., ALL NINE

MILLIMETER GUNS.

THEY TESTED 27 OF THOSE TO TRY

AND GET TO BE THE EXACT GUN THEY

KNEW.

THEY WORKED SO HARD AND GOT

THAT BREAK.

BRIANNA, WE'LL LOOK FORWARD

TO MORE REPORTS FROM YOU, THANK

YOU.

TOMORROW THE STEPS FROM THIS

JUST DAYS.

WE TALKED TO INVESTIGATORS THAT

RESCUED KAYLA BROWN AND HOW THEY

How to make SLIME WITH 1 INGREDIENT: Handsoap - Duration: 8:27.

Sorry about that, hey guys i'm going to show you how to make slime that looks um, like

like this.

I don't know (What it will look like if i freeze it for 1 hour), so i'm gonna try something

else this time and i don't know if you would be able to touch it, but um if you want to

make this kind of slime i will show you how.

You will need 1 ingredient that is um, Hand Soap.

So let me get started and I will quickly get rid of this cause i don't need it anymore,

I am testing it now, i did this cause if you want to make this kind of consistency, I put

it in the freezer for 20 minutes, I'm not sure if an hour will be much difference but

that is what i'm gonna do this time, so i'm gonna throw this away.

So i'm using Soft soap coconut and warm ginger Hand Soap. um, and i'm just going to put in

a little bit.

And i'm still using the same bowl not like a whole new other one.

And i'm just gonna mix this a little bit, and i'm not using that much.

If you use around up to here you might wanna microwave it for 15 seconds, but since i'm

just using the bottom layer i'm gonna microwave it for 10 seconds.

i'm just gonna move this stuff, cause i have nothing to show you when i'm mixing the stuff

and the things, plus i'm not at my house right now, hehe i'm here and i get to make slime

cause there's hand soap a-huh so, we don't have hand soap in our house, 'kay so i'm microwaving

it for 10 seconds.

I'm gonna go put my hand soap back.

And if you want to color it, like dye it something after you microwave it, umm put food coloring

or if you don't have food coloring put dish soap, colored dish soap and that works to.

And then this is what it should look like after you microwave it, it should be kind

of slimy (but should mostly be liquid) like that.

And then now you're going to, umm freeze it for 20 min if you want the option (slime)

i had before, but i'm going to freeze it for an hour.

So i'm gonna put my timer on and put it in the freezer and i'll come back to you in an

hour which will only be a second for you guys lucky.

It's been an hour so now i'm gonna go get the slime.

I don't now if it's gonna be much more of a difference, if its the same then just put

it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

It looks frozen, some parts aren't and some parts are.

So this looks like slime.

its weird cause like half the bottom parts is frozen and half of it isn't.

But i think umm, an hour is way better slime, honestly.

cause um, way better than when i first did it in 20 minutes.

so if you want like better slime like this (*can't hear what i'm saying*) It will have

some frozen parts, but in the most part it will be like this.

And i'm not sure if you can like touch it or pick it up, all i know is it's gonna turn

out like this.

Because i'm (*And again can't hear what i'm saying*) so yeah.

Just mixing it a little bit so that it can cool down a little more, warm up.

Oh my hands!, its really cold and there are some ice shards in hear (just crushed up ice

nothing painful) and its especially like sticky (It's not sticky just gets on your hands)

It gets on your hands.

So i'm just gonna wipe this on my wall because who cares.

So you can't touch it but it has a better consistency. if you know a way where you can

touch it maybe like add salt into it and freeze it for a while, umm yeah. but i guess this

is why its not a 1 ingredient recipe cause you can't touch it.

you can pick it up though with like your item (the thing you use to mix with) and stuff.

but you cant like pick it up with your hand cause it sticks to your hand.

I think if your hand was cold you probably could (make sure no water touches it) cause

your hand is warm and that's the reason why it melts super easily if you touch it, cause

eventually once it melts . umm it's gonna turn back to liquid.

so you might want to keep freezing it, but yeah. this is what your slime turns out like

if you freeze it for an hour and if you freeze it for 20 minutes it will turn out like the

first (slime).

Yeah I hope you like this video.

Umm note that when you mix it for a while, if you did the 1 hour one and mix it for a

while it becomes foam, foam umm slime, im pretty sure if you keep playing with it and

if like time passes and it warms up it might melt, i'm not sure, because honestly this

was my first time trying it, like i tried the 20 minute one before I recorded that one.

But it's my first time trying the 1 hour one and i didn't keep them out so i don't know

if they melt or not but i'm pretty sure they might melt cause you did freeze them.

So if you did the 1 hour one you can keep mixing it, its gonna turn into foam and i'm

pretty sure the 20 minute one if you keep mixing it, it will stay the same.

Also if you want to dye it please dye it when you microwave it, after you microwave it because

if you put in liquid dish soap while it's in it's slime state, it will legit like liquify

it cause its like your adding water to it and it will ruin your slime so yeah.

Thanks for watching and comment below if yours worked or not, and then if you do want me

to show you how to dye it let me know, i'm probably gonna make one anyway so u-huh look

out for that one anyway byeeeeee

How to Choose the Best Business Video Background | Video Coach Brighton West - Duration: 2:39.

What should be behind you in your videos?

Backgrounds are really important and often overlooked or poorly implemented, but not

after you watch this video.

I'm Brighton West and I help coaches, authors and solopreneurs use YouTube videos and online

courses to grow their business.

If you're new to this channel, press the subscribe button now.

If you're already subscribed, press the little bell icon to get notifications of my

future video.

I like my white background, but for my DIY clients, I usually recommend something more

natural.

Backgrounds are really important for establishing credibility in your viewers' mind.

Have you seen the kids interrupt the BBC interview video?

This guy is giving an interview on BBC and his kids pop up into the background.

There's no way to ignore that.

At the end of this video, I've shared the link so you can watch the entire video.

It's really hilarious when mom comes in to round them up and thinks that if she crawls

along the floor, she'll be off camera.

So rule #1 for background is no distractions.

No children, no cats, no words.

Words are interesting.

When we see them on screen, we feel compelled to read them, so watch out for bookshelves

unless you're filming with a DSLR and can blur out that background.

Your viewers will be paying more attention to your reading habits than your video content.

When you're on camera with a new viewer, they don't have much context to decide if

they trust you.

So eye contact, nice outfit and a proper background are things that you need to think about.

Rule #2 is establishing authenticity or authority.

White backgrounds look kind of high tech.

Apple started the white background trend.

Black backgrounds look more high fashion, and natural backgrounds provide context.

If you're talking about cooking, then be in a kitchen.

If you're a professional chef talking about cooking, then it should be a commercial kitchen.

If you are a lawyer, you probably have law books behind you.

Doctors have diplomas or x-rays or skeletons.

The idea is for the viewer to say, "That's the place I would expect to find the expert

in your field."

Now back to those black or white fabric backgrounds.

They're kind of hard to get looking good.

I would not recommend them for a beginner.

The problem is that for white, you need a lot of light directly on the background.

And for black or white, you'll need to manually adjust the exposure of your camera.

If you're looking to do a black or white background, check out another video.

The last thing I wanted to mention is colored paper.

This seems to be a good bet for beginners.

The lighting doesn't need to be perfect and you don't get any wrinkles as long as

you properly store the paper.

Wistia has a great blog post about this.

I'm putting a link in the description.

What's the right background for you?

Let me know in the comments down below.

I love reading and replying to comments from viewers.

Give it a shot.

Oh, and go watch that BBC video, too.

How To Protect Yourself and Your Finances - What Your Insurance Agent Won't Tell You - Duration: 1:54.

Today, we're breaking down the profit margins Insurance companies and aftermarket part manufacturers

claim they've saved consumers by using cheaper imitation parts.

In January 2013 the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America issued a special report

that stated the use of aftermarket parts reduce the amount INSURERS had to pay on claims.

Insurers argue they need the savings to keep premiums low, and yet premiums have raised

10% from the previous year across insurance companies, and so have their profit margin.

Insurance companies who force people to use aftermarket parts cause long-term financial

loss through "repair related diminished value".

CAPA, an organization that test and certified aftermarket parts also have many of the same

problems with fit, finish and performance.

How to Train Your Brain to Stop Worrying - Duration: 1:41.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO STOP WORRYING!

Worrying constantly generates stress and anxiety, and if this grows into a habit, it can make

us very unhappy.

Some people think of worry as a form of maturity, but this is wrong – we don't have control

over our future, and worrying only makes matters worse.

It can seriously harm our health, but there are a few tricks that can train your brain

to stop worrying.

WRITE DOWN WHAT'S TROUBLING YOU

For starters, you can write down your problem on a piece of paper and you will already feel

better.

According to many scientists, people don't realize the details of the problem until they

write it down.

In one study published in the Anxiety journal, volunteers were asked to write down a few

topics that are the source of their worry – interestingly enough, the more worried

the person was, the less descriptive the text was.

This means that the problem that's troubling you is preventing the brain from functioning

properly.

EXERCISE TO TRAIN YOUR BODY WHEN AND HOW TO STOP WORRYING

When you're worried, go outside and spend at least 10 minutes walking.

Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and relax, and you will decrease the level of stress.

The Psychosomatic Medicine journal recently published an interesting study that proves

that this method works.

A simple relaxing walk can also regulate your blood pressure, which is another symptom of

stress.

MEDITATE AND PRAY

By concentrating on what's important in life, you will ignore every concern.

Learn how to meditate and pray, and you will be happier.

As you can see, worrying can be easily resolved – try any of these techniques and we're

sure you'll find them amazing.

How to Cold Email Custom Video Pitches to Sell Your Services? - 📧Cold Email Teardown📧 - Duration: 5:30.

On today's Cold Email Teardown,

I wanna talk about how to use video in your cold emails.

I got this email from Alex over at Verio Video,

where he wrote this cold email.

It's very short, and then he linked

to this two minute personalized video,

so first let's take a look at what he has.

Hi Aaron, I came across the Laughlin Associates

YouTube channel and enjoyed your videos.

I made this video for you as we have

a few ideas on how we increase leads

to your business with video marketing.

Link to the video.

How would you feel about discussing further?

Let me know and I can send over a few times for a call.

Thanks in advance.

So this email's fine, and that's why I don't really

wanna talk too much about the email in this video,

but when you click the personalized video,

I wanna talk about what you guys can do

to help increase your sales from this,

because we've made a few sales

with our personalized videos, as well.

- Hi Aaron, I came across your YouTube channel

Laughlin Associates and I really enjoyed your video

The Common Myths about LLCs.

I wanted to ask you if you're planning

to create more video content in the future.

- So this is where we run into the first issue.

You've got a solid cold email,

but then when you jump into the actual video itself,

it's almost like you're reading a cold email out loud.

- I came across your YouTube channel, Laughlin Associates,

and I really enjoyed your video,

The Common Myths about LLCs.

I wanted to ask you if you're planning

to create more video content in the future.

If so, maybe we could help.

My name is Alex and I run Verio.

It's an online video marketing agency

where we work with our partners

to create engaging video content

and content strategies that will convert to results.

There's a huge opportunity with you right now

in your organization to really establish yourself

as a market leader.

You've been around for a very long time,

and your videos are fantastic.

- So the issue I have with this

is it's a two minute long personalized video,

but he's still reading from a script.

There's no reason that he has to actually be reading

from a script when he's riffing on this video,

and I'll go through this in a second

and I'll have a better version

of this exact video at the end of this.

But if you compare this to one video that we did

that actually got a client, The Teardown of Soften.

Mobile apps shops are a dime a dozen.

You are going to face a lot of hurdles

with your cold emails.

What I'm doing here is one,

we start with a bunch of personalization.

So you'll see in that clip that it's extremely customized.

There's no way I'm reading off of a script in that video.

I'm also looking directly at the camera,

so let's keep watching.

- Platform to be able to really engage

with potential prospects, help attract more clients,

create more brand awareness,

and ultimately grow your business.

If this is something that is of interest to you,

I'd love to have a quick chat and discuss how we could help.

We have a few ideas in mind that we can help

with your content strategy currently

by looking at your channel, and yeah,

look forward to connecting.

- The main thing that Alex does with his company,

Verio Video, is they do YouTube marketing,

so they look at YouTube channels

and give feedback based on the channels.

All of these people by definition have YouTube channels.

So what I would do if I were Alex is actually go over

to the YouTube channel for each person, pull it up,

probably takes just as long as it takes to read the script.

Maybe a couple seconds longer to pull this up,

and then riff something for them, so basically,

use Screen Flow or something like that to share your screen

and make a simple video, maybe something like this.

Hey Aaron, I know email's not the best way to communicate,

so I came across your YouTube channel recently

and I just had a couple points of feedback.

I'm from a YouTube marketing company called Verio Video,

so this is the kind of stuff that we do.

Obviously you pay a lot of attention

to your YouTube channel.

You've got 358 subscribers, which is decent for your niche,

but if you look at the type of content that you're making,

there's a couple improvements that I would make off the bat.

For instance, you've got a four minute long opening here

that you're obviously using for YouTube advertising.

I would cut that down and show a better example.

Instead of showing an ad for Laughlin,

I would show a better example

of the type of videos that you make,

so maybe more of these talking to camera videos up here.

And then also, when you look into these talking to camera

videos, one improvement that I'd make here as well

is, one second, give it a second to load.

- You're not on the hook.

You're not the one that's responsible if that enterprise--

- So one improvement that I'd make here

is you're obviously hitting it hard with SEO, right.

You've got all of the subtitles down here.

You have a solid description, but if you look at the amount

of views that you have, it's not solid, right?

You could get thousands and thousands of views

on a video like this through targeted advertising.

That's the type of stuff we help with.

Would love to hop on a quick call to discuss further.

I can also send this as a printed out

sheet of ideas if you're interested.

Let me know. Thanks.

Notice how long it took to make that video.

That was in real time.

I did not research on Laughlin Associates,

and I'm not in video marketing.

So Alex and his background with video marketing

should be able to even riff something stronger than that,

and think about that for your videos that you're sending out

if you're doing this in cold emails.

How can you create something that's customized

for the client while also being easy to scale?

And as you learned from today's video,

that doesn't necessarily mean writing a script word for word

and reading it from every client.

Sometimes it even takes less time to riff

and create value for somebody live.

Thanks for watching the video.

Feel free to like this video to encourage

this type of content on YouTube.
