Youtube daily what Jun 14 2017

back home to the cold cold Baltic Sea that I grew up on. and and I decided to go on

a forest walk because Japanese scientists say that forest bathing

spending time in a forest, just walking and taking the forest in, reduces stress and

makes you healthy and happy and that's what we all strive for, we try to be as

healthy and happy as possible. I wanted to talk about the future of this channel

and okay and basically what am i , what I'm

going to do next, like what is it I'm doing by putting content out and

making videos because I quickly got tired of vlogging in a regular manner

just filming what is happening when I'm going on the trip and making educational

videos i still great I like . it I'm going to do it but , uh oh my god what's this

but it feels also quite boring and not original and even though I think some of

my content is quite useful and I like it, I enjoy it which is you know, rare. um

yeah I generally hate everything and I'm a perfectionist which sounds so cool

but it's actually not it means that you hate everything you do unless it's

perfect and it's never perfect. that's that's what I'm looking at and that's

what I'm about to stand on. oh my god yep so I am going to fill film vlogs and

traveling videos because I'm not going to stop traveling and I would like to

remember that and so you know I'm doing it for myself

generally. and if you like it you like it if you don't you know I think I said

that already in some kind of video I guess in my Mallorka vlog which is not

even edited yet and my Budapest vlog is not edited yet but that's okay and the

other thing that really bothers me and that I have already discussed is the

language that I'm using in my videos. because sometimes well no. the purpose of

this channel was to teach English and the best way to teach English is in

English so that's why my channel was in English and sometimes I just don't feel

like speaking English because it's not my native language and some things are

better expressed in Russian and yeah so I'm a bit confused personally I don't

know what is better and I asked you about it and you also gave me all of the

opinions and some of you said do it in English someone who said do it in

Russian and my battery is dying but that's okay . so I think I'm going to

chill and not worry about it and just do as it goes so whatever I feel like doing

in Russian I'm going to do in Russian whatever I feel like doing English I'm

going to do in English because I don't want to do a separate channel for like

videos in English , this is my Russian channel I don't know it just, it doesn't

feel like me so I am conflicted with the language anyways I think in both

languages I speak in both languages in my everyday life so my channel is in

both languages I don't see the reason to change myself and my channel is kind of

my you know, the expression of me so I'm saying so so much, It's probably very

annoying and when I'm gonna edit that I will hate myself. I escaped mosquitos but now

it's windy so I'm going to finish it really quickly. people and dogs and yes

not crowded place at all. yeah I'm very embarrassed to film in public and

when people look at me and I'm filming yeah I'm not at that stage yet

nope so what was I saying? yeah I'm not going to divide my channel

and it's just going to be a mixture of Russian in English and whatever language

I'm going to speak in the future , yes and I really want to start doing live

streams but I bought a new computer and I have not started really using it like

completely I'm still like between two computers which is annoying but yeah and

I will figure it out and I start planning live streams I just need to

plan one live stream and see how it goes I know probably next week I'm going to

do that because I'm back from vacation and I'm going to work and live streaming

seems logical yeah so expect something a bit different

for me I don't know yet what's it's going to be but I'm not

I love doing videos I don't know it's just the amount of content

that itis out that people create is really really big and I do not want to make

generic content that other people make I don't want to do the same videos because

it's not helpful to watch the same type of videos because they will not make you

speak better you maybe will learn something but it's not it's not going to be like

really really helpful so it doesn't have any potential so I want I want to do

something I want to make something that worth something. well not like in the

money way but in you know I just want to do good things make good videos and I

don't feel like I'm making good videos now so I'm going to change and try to do

something differently yep that's what I wanted to sayenf of story so I'll see

you soon ish, yeah. with the vlog from Budapest I need to do

that and I don't want to throw away footage so I'm going to do it. Bye!

How To Protect Yourself and Your Finances - What Your Insurance Agent Won't Tell You - Duration: 1:54.

Today, we're breaking down the profit margins Insurance companies and aftermarket part manufacturers

claim they've saved consumers by using cheaper imitation parts.

In January 2013 the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America issued a special report

that stated the use of aftermarket parts reduce the amount INSURERS had to pay on claims.

Insurers argue they need the savings to keep premiums low, and yet premiums have raised

10% from the previous year across insurance companies, and so have their profit margin.

Insurance companies who force people to use aftermarket parts cause long-term financial

loss through "repair related diminished value".

CAPA, an organization that test and certified aftermarket parts also have many of the same

problems with fit, finish and performance.

WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A MORTGAGE | Financially Fabulous with Limor - Duration: 8:58.

welcome to another financially fabulous episode I'm Limor and I'm going to

show you how to crush it with your finances in today's episode I'm going to

be talking about what matters in a mortgage outside of the interest rate

come on this will be fabulous

so most of the times when we are looking to get a

mortgage or renewal mortgage the thing that we are so hung up with and so

concerned is the interest rate but the interest rate is not the most important

thing or should I say isn't the only important thing when it comes to looking

at your mortgage I actually recently got a renewal on one of my mortgages and the

banker who reached out to me said oh Limor on your renewal you can have

the 2.4% or you could have 2.6% but 2.4 is much better because it's lower and

when I look at the difference of the dollar value it's actually less than $20

different a month $20 is nothing I spend that on coffee or nails or all kinds of

things all the time and I shouldn't make the decision solely on that so I

actually replied asking a whole lot of questions so here is the five things

that I think that we should always be asking about our mortgage and things that

we should know it making the decision of which is the right mortgage for us the

first thing you should ask is is the mortgage portable? so if you decide to

move sell that house and buy another house or sell the condo and move to a

house can you take that mortgage with you? now with some mortgages you can and

other ones you can't and with the ones that you can the ones that are

portable some of them are portable without needing to re-qualify and

those are my favorites or what I recommend you try get if you can and the

other ones you do have to qualify for and you may be thinking like hey what's

the big deal but who knows when you move for one place to another it may be

because you are going on maternity leave and you've got a new little baby so you

need some more space but when you're on maternity leave you're not making the

same kind of money and you may not be able to re-qualify perhaps you make a

career change maybe you become an entrepreneur or you're self-employed and

then the mortgage that was easy for you to qualify

for before you may not be able to qualify for it the second one is is

there a penalty fee and what does that penalty fee look like if you break

the mortgage now for the most part we're actually not going to be breaking

mortgages if you're going to be living in the property you're going to pay it

through till the end of the term of the mortgage but let's say you have got

yourself into a mortgage where you actually don't have the ability to port

the mortgage with you to another property and you would have to pay the

breakage fee so you want to know what that looks like and actually this is the

reason why I was inspired to make this particular video is because I actually

have two specific rental properties that I am selling in the next two months

one mortgages is with what I'm going to call the happy Bank and the other

mortgage is going to be with what I call the sad Bank and you'll see why I called

them that so with the happy Bank I'm actually selling the property inside of

30 days of the three-year term on this particular property as since I've had

the mortgage and the Happy Bank has said to make sure no problem as long as you

sell the property within a 30-day window of actually getting to the end of your

mortgage there's no problem we won't charge you any penalty fees so I'm like

woo hoo! that makes me really happy that was actually what I was expecting would

happen and with the sad Bank unfortunately I've been very very

frustrated with working with them because with the sad bank

I'm actually selling the property three weeks before my mortgage renewal so

we're talking about three weeks on a three-year term and for breaking the

mortgage three weeks before the actual renewal or the end of the three-year

term they're actually charging me over a thousand dollars just because they're

saying that I'm not fulfilling the mortgage all the way to the end of its

term so I was pretty angry I like called customer service I asked to speak to the

manager I'm significantly escalated and the most that they would say to me is

we're so story this is our policy and we will note your complaint for future so I was

like HURMPh super furious with that but nothing I can do about it at this

time but when I got both of those mortgages I never actually thought to

ask what would happen at the end and particularly because I knew they were

rental properties that I was going to sell in the future understanding that

and factoring that money or that penalty fee actually makes a big difference the

first thing you should ask when you are looking at a mortgages is it fixed or is

it variable now a fixed mortgage is when it's for duration of time maybe one-year

two-year five-year and you're going to have a fixed payment so you're going to

pay the same amount of money every single month regardless of what happens

to the interest rates variable mortgage is a little bit different

in that it is based off the prime rate, so as there's fluctuations so if it goes up

if it goes down then your payment will go up or will go down now it will allow

you to have the benefit if it does go down but if you're okay within a certain

range it can make sense there's some other benefits to the variable sometimes

breaking it is easier so there's a number of different factors I'm not

saying one better or one's worse but you need to make sure you understand which

one you're getting and what are the implications of having that kind of

mortgage the fourth thing to take you to consideration is pre-payment privileges

that's a bit of mouthful pre-payment privileges with a prepayment privilege you're

allowed to every single year in a mortgage pay upto a certain percentage

of what your initial mortgages is so sometimes it's 5% 10% 15% 20% but

essentially it allows you if you come into more money whether it's an

inheritance or a bonus or somehow you have more money I don't know you sold

another asset that you had you can pay your mortgage off faster by making a

significant payment either typically through lump sum or it can be spread out

throughout the year in order to accelerate how much how much equity you

have and decrease the amount of time that it will likely take you to pay off

the mortgage the fifth thing you want to consider is is the equity automatically

being allocated into a home equity line of credit or a HELOC so basically when

you have a property you've got a house and you're paying your mortgage every

single month you're starting to build up equity

inside of that property and when you've got a certain amount of equity a lot of

the banks will allow you to then take money out really essentially borrowing

money from yourself and borrowing money from yourself can actually be some of

the cheapest money and by cheap I really mean like lower interest rate and

it can cost you less in order to be able to to access that money and so there are

some mortgages and I think this is becoming more popular where as you start

to generate or build up equity inside of your property the mortgage will

automatically convert it into home equity lines credit and as you pay off

more and more of your initial mortgage the more you can access the money so if

you're paying your mortgage kind of on the top end you're taking the money out

from the bottom now you might have to make sure that you really exercise a

lot of restraint because you don't want to use your home equity line of credit

to buy new shoes to go on a fancy vacation but there are some instances

where it can be really worthwhile so for example one of the things I recommend is

that people use them money from their home equity line of credit as a down

payment towards a next investment property so that in actual fact that

money enables you to make more money that brings me to my tweetable today the

best mortgage for you may not be the one with the lowest interest rate of course

you want to have the lowest interest rate possible because you want to pay

less money every single month but there's quite a few other things that

can be very costly that you need to take into consideration that brings me to my

challenge today if you are looking to get a mortgage or even if you have a

mortgage and it's time for renewal instead of just automatically signing on

with your bank make sure you're asking all of these great questions make sure

you understand all the pros and all the cons of all the mortgages that are

available to you and make the best decisions for you did you like this

What Is Ethereum? I'm Answering This Burning Question - Duration: 6:52.

What Is Ethereum?

FREE Ebook - http://tcpros.co/llkUJ

http://coindesk.com Whats good folks its yah boy Devaughn back

again with another video and today we are discussing what is Ethereum

and should you invest in it so you know the deal lets go!!

Before we get started with the video I want to say this information was cuerated

from a website called coindesk.com so go ahead and check

out the full blog post there And don't forget to subscribe to my channel

Now back to the subject What is Ethereum?

Well ethereum wants to be a 'World Computer' that would decentralize the existing client-server

model.

With ethereum, servers and

clouds

are

replaced by thousands of so-called "nodes" run by volunteers from across the globe basically

forming a "world computer".

The vision is that ethereum would enable this same functionality to people anywhere around

the world, enabling them to compete to offer services

on top of

this infrastructure.

Ethereum, if all goes according to plan, would return control of the data in these

types of services to its owner and the creative rights to its author.

The idea is that one entity will no longer have control over your notes

and that no one could suddenly ban the app itself,

temporarily taking all of your notebooks offline.

Only the user can make changes, not any other entity.

In theory, it combines the control that people had over their information

in the past with the easy-to-access information that we're used to in the digital age.

Each time you save edits, or add or delete notes, every node on the network makes the

change.

Thats basically wht Ethereum is.

Its not a coin or anything like that Its basically the technollogy that the new

cryptocurrency is built on.

I know its crazy but if you want to learn more about

Just In President Trump Meets with Cabinet, What He Did Next Will Save America - Duration: 10:26.

Just In President Trump Meets with Cabinet, What He Did Next Will Save America

President Donald Trump met with his cabinet on Monday, giving Americans an update on everything

his administration is doing to make the country better.

"We're going to make the American dream come true for a lot of people," Mr. Trump

said.

"So we're here to change Washington.

Return power to the people."

Mr. Trump boasted that despite Democrat opposition, his administration had already accomplished

a great deal, citing positive economic numbers.

He pointed to the unemployment numbers at a 16-year low, nearly $4 trillion in worth

created in the stock markets, and 700,000 jobs created since the election.

"We're very proud of it," he said.

"We have a phenomenal team of people, a great group are really now seeing the early

fruits of their labor."

The public nature of the meeting allowed the president to refocus on his agenda, looking

beyond the ongoing media obsession with the Russian investigation and accusations that

he tried to obstruct justice by firing FBI director James Comey.

The president also discussed progress in Congress surrounding his legislative agenda — replacing

Obamacare and passing a big tax reform package.

"Mitch McConnell is working very, very hard, as are the Republican Senators," Trump said.

He also praised his Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin for "helping us put together

one of the biggest tax cuts in American history."

Trump sat at the table in the Roosevelt Room with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson sat

at his right and Defense Secretary James Mattis sat at his left.

After his remarks, he asked each of his cabinet members to talk about the things they were

working on to make Americans lives better.

Members of Trump's senior staff were present in the room, including his son-in-law and

senior advisor Jared Kushner and Steve Bannon who were seated together in the room.

"On behalf of the entire senior staff, Mr. President, we thank you for the opportunity

and the blessing that you've given us to serve your agenda and the American people,"

White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said, who sat at the table.

"We're continuing to work very hard every day to accomplish those goals."

What To Do When Your Body Feels Like Sh*t! | Failed VBLOG? - Duration: 8:29.

look at that bun my goodness hey what my name is Mads and welcome to my during

exams attire, I got the unwashed hair the messy bun and

something that I have realized or remembered is that stress does take a

very interesting call on our bodies whether that is for exams, for works or for

life in general so today I thought I would make a video on how you can listen

to your body and figure out what it needs because I think one of the most

important parts of positive living is being able to be in tune with yourself

and also realize what makes your body and your mind feel at its most energized

most motivated and of course most content and also important part about

listening to your body it's been able to see and figure out what your body or

mind need in order to feel a hundred percent because during the past couple

weeks I don't know if it's just the weather lately or anything but my

body had had a bit of a immunity breakdown but luckily because I have

learned how to listen to myself effectively I have also been able to

heal myself more quickly as well and get better get back to 100% as soon as

possible so here are my three top tips on how you can better listen to your

body and figure out what it needs from you yeah let's get into it I hope you

enjoy if you do don't forget to give it a thumbs up and let's hope you feel

better soon, alright so I'm just about to head out to uni for a late night

study with my classmates I've been studying all day but why not study more

when you have exams yeah so if you are at uni, you may know it is a stressful time

and when you are stressed you don't always make the right decisions. Even

before then I've got I've got like my music and I've been going wrong and felt

like I've had a sore stomach I've been like I guess you'd go if I've

been getting like ulcers in my mouth and I've like had migraines and of course

naturally dress doesn't help but you know else doesn't help let me show you

now I just hit myself with it so this is going to lead us to step number that's

number one and that is to track your actions so what I mean by that is if

when you are feeling like meh, stressed whatever track what you've been eating

in the past few days obviously I'm not going to feel good if I've been eating

some junk food but I have been actually getting back on track and I am you will

see some of those tips I have for some of the things you should be eating when you

aren't feeling that good which will be later in this video but also with

tracking your actions it's not just talking about like the food you're

eating your diet anything like that think about also like your mind are

you thinking positively or negatively I know for example I used to get migraines

lot more than I'm getting me out obviously now if we could have stress and

overthinking which you know sometimes it's not that clear at the time but I

could get migraines literally weekly back when I was working in a job I hated

when I was like having a lot of shit going on in life and it happens so

you've got to be able to listen to yourself and see whether it's a diet

your mentality are you sitting at your desk all day what are you doing you got

to track your actions because it is very very likely that they are strongly

correlated with how you are feeling as of now whether that is is

like physically mentally whatever so yeah

and is step number one | This ladies and gentlemen is the aftermath of promo work

which I were doing on the weekend promo is basically promoting products I

was like one of those people that you know like in a stall in a supermarket

like hi you want to try these cookie they're every yummy and when I was

doing that I realized how much I love talking to people and like giving people

things. Like I think I did it especially standing in the same spot

like 8 hours and afterward my body was so like physically exhausted but my mind

was buzzing like I had so much energy usually I go to bed at like 9:30 cuz I'm

a grandma but I went to bed at midnight I was just so happy to have

been around people all day and I realized that something I really love

doing because I'm an extrovert and that brings us to tip number two and that is

to do what you enjoy and I know I always say this in all of my videos but

the reason is I think that we do seem to get distracted by our responsibilities

by pleasing other people by whatever last brings us that we do forget to do

things that we truly enjoy and that truly resonate with us

so tip number two tip number two do what you enjoy so we are up to the final step

and that is step number three to nurture your body with healing foods here I'm

making a delicious post study snack / lunch this is just full of some

nutritional broccoli some brain food and I've also put some garlic because

garlic has a lot of antibacterial properties and it's very good at

strengthening the immune system I've also added some turmeric which has strong

antiseptic properties which can help kill bacteria and also it strengthens the

immune system I've heard that too much is also good for your joints cause I've seen it

in a lot of vitamins for knee problems and things like that so that's another

interesting factor another thing I love to use when I'm feeling under the

weather is these echinacea tablets they are basically just

full of garlic zinc echinacea and I think vitamin C as well and these are just

a great natural way to boost your immune system and just give it some assistance

when you are feeling under the weather another important thing I like to use

when I'm not feeling 100% is lemon I usually put this in my water before I

have breakfast in the morning because lemon has great antibacterial

properties it is high in vitamin C which improveds the body's resistance to

infections and it also help with your digestion so if you have an upset

stomach this can be helpful as well some other things I love to do to stock

up on my chamomile tea all my vegetables my warm earthy soups and make sure I get

lots of rest and lots of water just to flush out any of the bad stuff in my body

here's some of the other things I love to use to give my immune system

bit of a boost thank you so much for watching my video I really appreciate it

I hope this does give you some insight on how you can better listen to yourself

and be more connected with yourself thank you for watching I hope you don't

mind a weird filming style as I said I do have exams at the moment I've been

trying to do it every day I have a little bit of time yeah so thank you so much for

watching If it did help of course remember

thumbs up it really helps my channel yeah and also comment down below if you

have any extra tips because we're all here learning together and I would love

to hear what has helped you as well because you know any insight

be helpful and I love to hear your contribution so thank you so much for

watching I will see you in my next video which should be soon thank you so much chau

chau

What "Enjoying the Journey" Looks Like - Duration: 4:47.

Right now, I'm writing a book and it's a great book, I really love it.

When I first started I had hopes that it would be good

but it's turned into so much more than I expected And it's taken much longer than I expected,

I'm in my third year right now and I'm at least a year from the end.

But I could stop writing today, I could stop writing right now.

There's actually no reason that I have to continue.

The fuel that keeps a long term project like this going is enthusiasm.

And the breaks, which slow down a project like this are

obligation, reality, sickness, tiredness, running out of money, World of Warcraft

There are so many forces working against great long term projects

and so few ways to generate new enthusiasm.

Part of what keeps me going with this book is knowing that there are people out there

who will love this book, who don't even know that they're waiting for

this amazing thing to arrive.

Now that I see what it's turning into, I feel like if there had been a plan for my life

before I was born, this book was definitely part of that plan,

if not the entire reason I was born at all.

So each morning I have the option of thinking about the excuses and distractions and complications

and life maintenance that I could be doing.

I have the option of thinking that my project will be a failure, like many things I've done

before and like most books that are written in general.

I have the option of thinking that when this is done no one will care, or even worse I

might get sued or stalked.

And lots of days I wake up and I just don't care, I'm just not feeling it.

Somehow I need to wake up in the morning and the option of working on my book has to be

more appealing than every other option.

The critical moment for this project happens every day and it's the moment I decide to

either work on the project or do something else,

and be clear that the moments that "something else" wins are the moments that kill a project.

The hard part of writing a book is not finding a publisher, it's not finding an editor,

The hard part of writing a book is when you had an expectation of when you would be done

and you reach that day and you are only half done.

And that keeps happening again and again and again.

And it's the next morning when you have all the options for regular life again that the

project either lives or dies.

In those moments I try to imagine the people who will read this book and be blown away,

the people whose lives will change, the acceptance speeches I'm going to give.

I have failed repeatedly at many things, and I can tell you with certainty that trying

and failing actually feels much better than not trying.

Living a life where you're excited and passionate and sometimes a complete failure is still

way happier than living a life with no dream, no inspiration and going through the motions

of another autopilot day.

People think that the end of a project is where they'll be happy,

but if you're excited about something, the anticipation is also super fun.

Unrealistic expectations are how you enjoy the journey.

The building phase of any project is way longer and more tedious and more work with more problems

than anyone ever expects.

But it's way more fun when you're expecting it to end in glory.

The little bit of progress you make today towards an overwhelming goal feels good too,

and it feels good now.

So, if you've got unrealistic expectations: keep them, feed them, protect them.

It's okay to be wrong.

In fact, if you predict your future success exactly right, then you set your goals way

too low.

You missed out on all kinds of happiness during the process of getting there.

You want to be wrong, so go way overboard if you want to survive the quiet moments that

kill projects.

If you're down today or feeling uninspired or unenthusiastic, then intentionally feed

your unrealistic fantasies.

You are going to be famous, you are going to be a rock star.

Your business is going to expand like crazy, you are going to change the world.

Your idea is going to work.

Remember this moment right now, because when they make the movie of your life,

they're going to need some material for turning points.

People get seduced into thinking that they get some kind of bonus for lowballing their

expectations.

And they're definitely wrong.

You will pay the price for low expectations and you won't even know the better ending

that you missed out on.

The reality is that your energy and enthusiasm and excitement right now are what determine

the future of your project.

Expecting unrealistically good results is the way to feel now what you need to feel

now in order to make it to the end of your project and have a real shot at that amazing,

huge, spectacular, unrealistically good ending.

Getting Started in Video Marketing and What Video to Make First - Gabe.video - Duration: 4:29.

Hey everybody Gabe Michael co-founder forge Apollo here!

And today we're going to talk about getting started in video marketing

and the types of content you need to make first.

Often clients come to us with misguided information about

what types of videos they need to make for their marketing efforts.

Everyone's starting from a different place so when I go through this list I want to look at it

as if I had zero videos to start with and go through them in order

of importance of which ones to make first.

First you need to start with a video that explains the very basics of your brand and what you do.

Some people call this an explainer video but it can be much more than that.

Usually this video explains the very core nature of your business and how you set yourself

aside from everybody else or set your product aside from all the other

products in the marketplace. For Forge Apollo we've broken down the three

things we do really well at our company. Number one we build out video content

strategy. Number two we make awesome videos. And number three we get those

videos seen. Using these three main selling points it's easier to expand

into the how from there and the video the one that we made for ourselves kind

of wraps itself around that core messaging and essentially creates itself.

Once you have your explainer video up and active on your website the next

thing to move on to is product or service related videos.

These videos explain in detail your individual products or your services

and act great sales tool to live your website or all over your social channels.

Side note: notice I haven't said anything about making a commercial or viral video yet?

This is for a reason keep watching to see why.

Okay now that you have an explainer video and you have videos about your products and your services

I would next make educational videos about you and your brand.

One of YouTube's best features is its search function

and most people honestly go to youtube or to Google to search for very

specific answers. There's great opportunity for exposure here and some

major brands like L'Oreal are doing this for massive success.

Coming up with content ideas for these videos is actually pretty easy.

Just write down a list of every question that your customers already make or that you think

that they'll make and make videos on each one of those subjects.

Being the expert in your field or about your product, you're the only one that

can actually truly know and answer all of these questions and getting it

straight from the horse's mouth is very helpful. One thing to keep in mind though

is that these videos shouldn't be treated as commercials or be thought of

as the tentpole of a marketing campaign. These are strictly to lay a foundation

of content that sets you aside as the expert in your field and lets people

come to you and naturally find you and start engaging with your brand early on.

At this point you may say Gabe in the past you've told us that brands are now

entertainment companies and these videos you're telling this to make don't really

look like entertainment. You're a hundred percent right.

What I'm telling you to make right now is the foundational content

but that doesn't mean that this content needs to be boring

and doesn't need to have any sort of entertainment value.

you can make these as creative as you want to and I actually recommend

that you try. Doing this foundational level of content first sets the stage

for you to focus on the viral type videos and entertainment programs you

want to create later for your brand. At Forge Apollo we've created a system

that's called Siphon which is really just a strategy that leads to driving

sales, social interaction, and actually growing your business with video.

In this strategy we show a content and sales funnel that starts with viral and

entertainment based content up top and leads down to these foundational videos.

And this is exactly how we want you to eventually run your video content as a

funnel in order to generate leads, make sales, or drive more subscribers - whatever

your end goal actually is but to start you need to turn that pyramid upside down

and look at that as your to-do list this way that foundational elements can

be done first and start working for you right away.

Thank you so much for watching this video.

What Mistakes do Companies New to Content Marketing Make? #AskaDigitalMarketer - Duration: 3:36.

content marketing is hard and there are a lot of different ways that companies

get tripped up when doing content marketing for the first time so me and

Ryan went ahead and detailed four different mistakes that companies tend

to make when they are brand new to content marketing so the first mistake

that companies who are new to content marketing make is writing about their

product too much so you've got product marketing content and you've got content

marketing and these are not the same thing so what ends up happening is that

your customers reading your blog post and they're expecting something that's

going to educate or entertain them and instead they end up getting a pitch for

your product that's disguised as a blog post this is really going to erode the

trust between you and your audience so when you're doing content marketing just

leave your products out of it content marketing is not about your products so

you do your keyword research you have a big list of topics and you go write a

whole bunch of blog posts expecting Google to rank you for these terms

there's really two problems with this strategy the first is that in most

industries today your competitors have already been doing this strategy for a

half decade or longer so you really have no competitive advantage in creating

this kind of content and you might not even rank at the end of the day for it

anyway so the second issue is when you write content for search engines about

keywords you sort of lose focus on solving your customers problems and

that's what content marketing is all about so the more that you can write

about the solutions to the problems that your customers have the better off

you'll be so the third mistake we see companies

who are new to content marketing making is writing about too many topics so

you've got your editorial calendar and you fill it up with news events and

those made up Twitter holidays like national unicorn day or national puppy

day and suddenly what happens is either your project is way too ambitious and

you can't get it off the ground or you just spread yourself way too thin

and you don't really end up seeing results from any of your content because

you're just all over the place so essentially what you want to do is

position yourself as an expert on one or maybe a couple of topics and the benefit

of that is also that you can then repurpose your content into ebooks or

courses or webinars and start to see results over time from one topic that's

really relevant to your business so we all know that content marketing takes

time to kick in it's not an overnight sort of band-aid you can apply on top of

your marketing efforts my best suggestion is in the short term to

choose your KPIs very carefully track them closely and stay focused on those

really important metrics that drive traction for your program look at sales

results three months later six months down the road maybe even a year down the

road but don't expect sales uptick from content marketing in the first you know

several weeks several months of your program so those are the four issues we

see companies who are new to content marketing running into most often if

you'd like to see one of your questions answered on video go ahead and shoot us

an email at hello at iterate marketing or leave us a comment below it's you

know so

Transgender vs. Transracial: What's the Difference? || Third Rail With OZY - Duration: 1:52.

Speaker 1: I mean, I'm trans puppy.

I love everybody.

Speaker 2: I'm going to leave that one alone.

I'm going to leave that.

Speaker 3: Well ... Speaker 4: I feel like for me for the reason

why transracial isn't really appropriate at this time is that we're still dealing with

so much oppression of different races and so to claim that you are a race that maybe

was a minority seems almost inappropriate to me.

Speaker 5: I think it's totally cool to be trans anything.

Speaker 6: Trans fat.

Speaker 7: I feel like everybody is allowed to be who they are, but transgender is different.

I feel like transgender that's who you feel you're born to be.

Transracial i feel like it's more of an outside thing rather than an inside.

Speaker 1: You know?

Don't judge a book by its cover.

If you're a little boy and you like Barbie dolls and you're a little girl and you like

GI Joe or cars, who cares?

Speaker 2: I don't know how concrete that is.

Who says that people accept that more than the other?

Speaker 8: Just get with the program.

If you don't like something, listen, just move on.

That's not your thing.

You don't have to deal with it.

Speaker 5: How do we even define what is?

I think that's like what's black what's white?

You are.

Speaker 6: Mixed, yeah whatever.

Speaker 5: I think it's just like you bleed you're human.

Speaker 6: I'm half Panamanian, half Irish.

Am I Irish or am I Panamanian?

Speaker 9: Honestly, when it comes down to race is just the color of your skin and your

race has nothing to do with who you are as a person so I think at the end of the day,

whether it's race or sexual preference or beliefs, I think what it comes down to is

having an open mind.

DREAM TEAM Right After Trump Proposed His Budget, Ben Carson Said What EVERYONE Was Thinking - Duration: 2:25.

DREAM TEAM Right After Trump Proposed His Budget, Ben Carson Said What EVERYONE Was

Thinking

By Emily Nowak

Famed neurosurgeon and current Secretary of Housing and Development Ben Carson gave a

stark warning Thursday about Americas mounting federal debt, which sits at $20 TRILLION.

The national debt grew by 86% under Obama, by roughly $9 trillion dollars.

Thanks, Obama!

Ben Carson put that number into perspective, saying this:

Twenty trillion dollars, the national debt, just back it back up to $18 trillion.

If you tried to pay that off at a rate of 10 million dollars a day, 365 days a year,

it would take over 5,000 years.

He continued:

You go back to 17th century Spain, 18th century France, 19th century Great Britain,

ancient Egypt, ancient Rome every one of them knew that there was a problem, they

did nothing about it and they collapsed.

Are we going to face the same thing or are we going to be smart enough to learn from

their examples?

Ben Carson is rightour national debt is out of control, and we need to start taking

serious steps to fix it.

Luckily we now have a President in charge who understands fiscal responsibilitya

businessman who is used to balancing budgets.

President Trump recently released a budget in which he outlined the path to paying off

that debt.

In it, he outlines his plans for reducing federal spending and also lifting regulations

to spur private sector growth.

The President wrote in his budget message:

Faster economic growth, coupled with fiscal restraint, will enable us to fully fund our

national priorities, balance our budget, and start to pay down our national debt.

I feel so lucky to have President Trump running this country and to have a smart man like

Ben Carson supporting our President.

Managing Water in Soils, What Do South Dakotans Say - Duration: 4:14.

[Music]

The research we've seen from Dr. Tom, Al Miron and Anthony Bly in the previous

videos strongly supports the idea that no-till and cover crops actually

increase infiltration of water into the soil. But is that research reflected

across South Dakota? Before we find out Dr. Dwayne Beck poses an interesting

rhetorical question and producer Doug Sieck lays out a challenge......

I always used to ask farmers when that came up: "If you get caught in the back 40 in a rainstorm,

do you drive home across the pasture or the plowed field?" and as soon as you ask

that question........

And and you go so well no-till is like a pasture if you're doing no-till right.

It's like a pasture so why are you worried about excess water?

We need to challenge ourselves and quit saying" "it won't work here!" and we need to start

saying to ourselves: "How do I make this work here?"

Now that is some food for thought! Yes and it serves this context for three

simple stories from Vermillion, Selby and Box Elder, South Dakota.

On some of our farms we used to have waterways and our waterways are gone now because our soil

structure is holding there so now where we used to have a ten-foot wide waterway

we now farm through it and there's a little - you feel a little bump with the

planter when you go through it but that's it

and you can come back in the fall and there might be a little bit of dirt had

moved where that waterway was where it used to be a four-foot crater because

now just a six inch divot.

So we started shifting i nto this no-till not because

we're great conservationists, we started shifting into because there was an

economic advantage to doing that we could make more money and then when we

were doing that we started learning that okay here's another benefit that I never

gave any thought to look you know look at how well the water soaking in the

soil here it's it's not that it's not that we're we're just winning because

we're not tilling and losing the moisture we're winning because that

water's soaking in for some reason why that's soaking in and went up to

Burleigh County [ND] and again and they were talking about this aggregate stability

and see in your soil where it would look like cottage cheese once you were doing

things right and I went home and I thought well I I wonder how this is

working what's going on out in my field I'd never really dug in a field with a

shovel and I went out dug down in a field this picked a field at random and

lo and behold there was the cottage cheese structure there and and there

were night crawlers or earthworms anyway crawling around in the soil and I didn't

expect that at all what I was out there doing was trying to conserve moisture

and I didn't realize that I was affecting the soil in a positive way the

actual structure of the soil.

This.... water infiltration into this ground it's

so incredible that you would be amazed after an inch rain that I can be out

here doing some some stuff within you know 24 to 48 hours.

Is that very different to what your neighbors might be doing?

Absolutely, like I say with the high

organic matter and the condition in this ground right now that the neighbors

won't you know they've got some summer fallow that after half-inch rains got

standing water and I haven't got a spot anywhere out here that even holds water.

In the last five videos we've heard from farmers and researchers about the

relationship between tillage and infiltration and it looks like the

message seems to be consistent across the state: no-till and cover crops do

these help or hinder water infiltration and improve soil water management ?

Merit or Myth?

You decide!
