whats up makeup minions! I'm Kim Witte and welcome back to my youtube channel! I
am so excited about filming today's video because I got some great news! if
you didn't know I competed in a makeup competition here on YouTube hosted by
NsomniaksDream. if you haven't heard of her yet she's awesome the link to her
channel is in the description below you should totally check her out because
Megan is so talented she is so nice! her makeups are always like incredibly
detailed and really creative and she always incorporates lots of colourful
eyeshadow. I just want to say thank you so much Megan for hosting this contest
it was so much fun competing it and seeing everybody's looks but thank you
for sending me this awesome makeup prize I really appreciate it and it's going to
give to like my channel a huge boost and I can make all sorts of cool things so I
I really appreciate it! like thank you! but enough with the talking I cannot
wait to open this it's already been sitting on my table for like three days
when I got the email I kinda like flipped out! I could not believe that I
got second! if you haven't seen the video yet for the Umibozu, which is like a
Japanese sea creature totally watch it here! but this is what I won and I'm so
excited I'm going to pack this bad boy open and I'm going to unwrap it and show
you all the majestic prizes. step back everyone. it's open I wanted to share
this with you because I am so excited and I know you guys are too! AHHH! okay so I
opened it and there's a big white sheet of paper and two little postcards... aww she
wrote me a card. whoa and then she included some of her hand-drawn art work!
I've seen her um on Instagram and I think on a website somewhere that
she does these really pretty drawings. I love this movie by the way it's Howl's Moving
Castle except she made it all rainbowy! I love it thank you thank you thank you
Aww and it says never stop dreaming on the backs! it's so cute and it says "hi Kim
congratulations again on winning second place in the myths and legends contest!
thank you! you're Umibozu tutorial was not only well done but also so fun to
watch I hope you enjoy all your new makeup goodies. I made sure to

Oh my gosh this is like beyond Christmas !I'm gonna hold this up I wish I had a second
camera to like show you guys downward shot so I actually unbox it but just do
one of these. look at all the packaging peanuts! ah! iThis is so cool! okay so I'm
going to just... should I close my eyes? I think I should close my eyes. like and
pick something okay what I pulled out first is NYX
invincible fullest coverage foundation looks pretty close to my skin tone if
not too since I'm the ghost to ghost I could totally use it on some of my
friends or model so I'm just going to talk a little bit about the competition
so I was really excited about competing I haven't ever competed in a makeup
competition or a competition on YouTube so when I saw this I'm like one of my
favorite channels it's like wow I could actually do this I mean myths and
legends and monsters and creatures is like right up my alley so I had to okay
I just pulled out NYX intense butter gloss butter glossy gloss!
But it looks like a really pretty in colorful color so I'm really excited
about that kind of watermelon-y. next one. I have always wanted a big jumbo
pencil. NYX plush gel lipstick. Da da! Wow oh my god I've literally just died
this is my favorite color! a full-throttle shadow stick I am going
to die oh it's so teeny Look at how teeny it is! NYX
eyebrow cake powder more eyebrows stuff! okay next object here we go here we go
Da da!! you see at first !it is born to glow liquid illuminator lightweight
liquid illuminator that gives the skin a refreshing glow and beautiful
highlight. I'm excited to Sparkle and let out my inner unicorn! I love this
this is like Christmas guys. Peanuts so many peanuts! OOOOh man!
Oh these are blushes. yes! Oh they are different color blushes. we got this one which is NYX
nude tude "nude-i-tude" and then there is this one which is Mauve-in out! who makes
up the names for these things. I love it Oh it is a micro fat brow pencil by NYX
but it has a spoolie on one side which I am stoked about because I have like a
sculpting spoolie which is just really bulky and annoying sometimes. So
I'm excited to have something actually meant for your eyebrows. like I said expanded my brow horizons right
here! oh my god I can't get over how big this is !look at this! look at it !!
huge I could like lift weights with this thing. ooh okay this is something I was
so excited about when I read her description on the video I got some
brushes but when you get into like a bajillion different body paint colors
you run out and you do not want to clean brushes in the middle of like a 10-hour
makeup. I am so excited! Let me at em! Aww they are little
tiny detail brushes! Look at their little heads! oh look at them ! Ah they're so pretty!
I've never had this many new brushes at the same time! look at them all !
Ah there's a spoolie one too! It's like a bunnies butt! But check them out. this
is crazy! oh man we got another crazy color so
this is a NYX full throttle shadow stick. You packed everything up so nicely Megan it's like all
of them are organized by category next to each other! OOh here's NYX Avantgarde Pop
ten color eye shadow palette! Can you see? Oh color correcting concealers?! I've never had
one of these so that's really exciting! NYX tame and frame tinted brow pomade!
looks exciting !brow gel so that would be for a really dramatic
look on me since my hair is light and oooh I like this packaging! It's got bumpies.
oh it's so pretty! NYX full-throttle take over control eyes shadow palette! oh
yeah! it's so hard to find i shadow that doesn't have sparkles in it that's brown
and black this is great. Please be right side up! I love this stuff I love this product
matte bronzer this is the NYX ombre blush! yes this is another liquid
illuminator so this is another awesome highlighter color and this one is in
gleam! but guys that Umibozu makeup took way longer than I expected
it ended up being like a 10 hour long en devour or something ridiculous because
when I was like drawing the tentacles out for the first time I was like... OH a tentacle
goes over here!Oh no no a tentacle goes her. And this one goes there! look I
don't like the way that tentacle curls. erase erase erase! Let's draw it this
way and I did that for like an hour and a half or like two hours because I
wanted everything to be perfect because you know it's for competition. these are
like so cute and tactile I love them so this is NYX fireball eyeshadow. Own the
night. Oh I will own it! it's like a grey purple and it's totally matte I am
going to use this so much! I love this! it looks like metal tin appropriately-named!
it is tin eye shadow. bedroom eyes! Oo so scandals! I'm building an eyeshadow
Mountain! mineral set it don't fret it matte finishing powder! I need more of this stuff
because I use it all the time I don't have the NYX one. oh my gosh it's like
WHAT?!Look at it! oh my goodness that's insane! oh man I
got to open this carefully! Wacka Wacka Wacka! magnetic it is a
pretty silvery color... This is a NYX pigment?
this one is NYX face and body glitter. okay here is the thing I got to say
about glitter!I think it was Elsa Rhae that made a video about this and I had
no idea about this at all. Have you ever heard of Elsa Rhae? I'll link her channel below too.
She is just a super fun adventurous woman who makes like really cool drawing
videos and also body paint but she made this one video about the difference
between craft glitter and body glitter face and body glitter whenever you're
doing makeup especially on the eyes you want to use this! because the difference
between this and craft glitter I know craft glitter is cheaper but
craft glitter is cut on any old machine in a factory
it could be rusty it could could contaminate the glitter and it could get
in your eye and you could get terrible diseases! for face and body glitter they
actually sterilize the machines that cut it and if you notice the glitter is so
fine and it's also cut in ovals. obviously a round object in your eyes a
lot less dangerous than a sharp corner object if you look at craft glitter
it's way bigger and it's usually like octagonal or hexagonal. Please trust me
trust Elsa use this! but this particular color is NYX red
really guys just red? the other one that popped out oh my god it's so colorful ah!
look at it! this one is another NYX intense butter gloss ! Vamouthe!
it's a dark forest green color. Next one is NYX wicked lippie so it's
a lipstick and it is the color I'm hoping that this is a black lipstick
because let me tell you about the worst black lipstick experience ever
so I don't buy standard lipsticks because I'm like bad at them so I get
liquid lipsticks usually and one that I have been using recently is by Kat Von D
it's black liquid lipstick. it is the worst product ever so I unscrew the darn
thing and it smells like the frickin Krakens like mouth like thousands
rotting corpses! Oh blah! it's like putting tar on your face and also it's
like sticky so you put it on and it gets stuck in places and you slide it around
and it removes itself so it shows your lips skin underneath the lipstick so you have
to apply this awful sin to your face like five times to get it to stay but
that's not all it also dehydrates your skin like crazy!
just avoid that product. so I'm really excited to get some replacements for
that so I can just throw it away. another matte lipstick Miami nights I would
definitely say that is it appropriate name. oh there's another green look at it
ah it's beautiful NYX has my favorite color in lipstick!
that is awesome I've been searching for a lipstick of this color and I finally
have one. Next thing is.... I'm sensing some gold glitter all up in here! oh how neat!!
oh cool. Next one. I'm loving this color I love dark Reds
kitten heels this is my new favorite. next product nyx concealer yes
got another concealer to try out i think this one might work for my skin tone ooh
are these eyeliner pencils I think these are eyeliner pencils .oh yeah!
this is NYX glitzy gold eyeliner yeah slide on I pencil oh I'm so excited
about this. um this one is a lip liner nude pink yay a good mix of stuff. and then
awesome I can't believe that there's this many things in this box I can't go
over it we got another beautiful color this is
NYX intense butter gloss and is a color toasted marshmallow
I think they need to have another meeting with the color people and what
planet is that toasted marshmallow. oh I love these okay I think my favorite
stuff is becoming these NYX shadow sticks because the colors are so vibrant
and different from all like the standard neutrals and nudes and stuff. Bum ba bum!
Ooh I'm getting the eyeliner vibes from this NYX golden bronze eyeliner yes
OHH my god look at how bright it is! this is NYX liquid suede cream lipstick
in the color orange county. yes indeed it is I would call this road construction
*wahpssh* I'm going to pull them out in chunks this one is NYX lip liner in nude suede
shoes! oh-ho honey lay off my shoes and don't you take my nude lipstick! this feels like
one of those scented markers like the grape one it is NYX color mascara oh
snap! I never ever ever ever had colored mascara
of any type. this is NYX color mascara ah we have more colors and this one is
in the color coral reef accurately named! Macron lippy black sesame it's nowhere
near black it's like gray... you be the judge! alright we got this bad boy !con
artist. I feel like these lipsticks are trying to tell me something. what was
this one? White lace romance and it's lingerie!
we had con artists and cold hearted!
Don't drop it! This is another lingerie eye tint in sweet cloud. Rapid fire! *PSSH PSSH* This is another eye tint in
the color whimsy mm-hmm I like that color like a gorgeous pinky rose. Our
monsters almost empty. oh I love this I am really getting the feeling that I
need to do a sea creature and it's got to be pretty because ... just look
at these they're beautiful to be great for dragon or a sea monster or mermaid
this is NYX lippie in the color betrayal these are so dramatic the little mini
lipsticks are so dramatic and last one in the pac-man it is envy! I just wanna like
display all of the lipsticks together they're beautiful. we're getting down to
the wire here guys
We have have NYX ombre blush that's another colored blush they had a variety of
foundations. oh yes I'm just going to pull all these out. look at them they're
all the powder foundations this one is a natural naturally pale like me! oh the
box is almost empty! I can't believe how much stuff is in here and all over the
table now this is just so awesome! so when I just pulled out its liquid
foundation we are doing a transformation makeup to look like another human I'm
going to try it off-camera and see if it works and then
totally do a tutorial. if it works! no promises.
we're almost done this has been so much fun and I'm so excited I could share
this with you guys this is so exciting for me .oh it's so pretty what is this oh
it's got a mirror in it and everything! what that's so pretty how cool is that
here we go finally can I get a drum roll! Oh! this is so great! I have a
BH Cosmetics palette that is sort of like this but totally different colors I
am really really excited to use that. Thank you guys so much for experiencing this
