(Wow!)

- It's a dune buggy. / - Finally.

We're going to ride.

- It's a dune buggy. / - This is well-known.

- But I really wanted to ride it. / - Right.

You changed because your clothes

will become a mess.

We have to go into the water afterwards.

- Swimming? / - You go into the water?

- Yes. / - Yes.

To the lagoon...

Let's go. Let's get it on!

(Wow!)

(Laughing)

(Wow!)

This is great.

So rough.

Let's go!

- You can go wherever you want? / - That's right.

- We can borrow it. / - Did you ride it...

- All the way to the Secret Lagoon? / - Yes.

This is amazing.

(Padang Mountain is Vang Vieng's masterpiece)

(It looks like artwork on a folding screen)

- It's a cow herd. / - What?

- It's a cow herd. / - That looks fun.

- Goodness. / - There are cows.

- That's right. / - There are pigs too.

Hey, cows!

(Cows are commonly seen in Laos)

There are pigs too.

Hi, pig!

(Pigs are also commonly seen in Laos)

- It's a piglet. / - How cute.

It's so cute. Look.

- It's a piglet. / - Hi, piggy!

- It's so cute. / - Piggy!

Pigs are so cute.

(Although the animals are cute)

It took 20 minutes on paved roads

and 20 minutes on unpaved roads.

You need to wear glasses.

- You need goggles. / - Right.

- Right. / - You'll get dirt in your eyes.

Dirt...

- This is great. / - It's awesome.

They're getting started.

(It's refreshing)

Speed on!

This is great.

(After speeding along)

(They reach a fork in the road)

If you go right, you'll reach

the famous Blue Lagoon that appears on TV.

- It's the famous Blue Lagoon. / - That's right.

I've been there. It's packed with people.

- That's right. / - The water color is amazing.

You have to stand in line to jump into the lagoon.

(Oh, really?)

- Where are we going? / - That's the Blue Lagoon.

- If you go down this road... / - It's a different place?

Yes.

(Buggy course to the Secret Lagoon)

It's the Secret Lagoon.

It must be really hidden.

- There are no people or cars. / - I know.

(They're driving on a dirt road)

We're going off-roading!

(This is off-roading)

(Let's have some fun)

(Hahaha)

(Their voices go up 7 octaves again)

- They must really be having fun. / - I know.

- They're having fun. / - It was awesome.

They're so youthful.

They couldn't help but make that sound.

- The buggy is getting waterlogged. / - It got so wet.

(Even his socks are drenched)

What a modest pose.

This is so much fun!

Off-roading is the best.

(Is it that much fun?)

- They're so excited. / - It was really fun.

(This is the best)

- You have to ride this. / - It's really fun.

It's fun.

But the natural scenery is also incredible.

- It's twice as fun. / - That's true.

(Communication over)

But you can't...

Follow the car in front too closely.

- That's true. You'll get splashed. / - Right.

- Dongwun, you drive now. / - Alright.

I'll drive.

You took turns driving.

It was pretty far away.

(It's fun sitting in the passenger seat too)

Is it really that fun?

(The laughter didn't stop)

We're here.

I can see it.

- Secret Lagoon? / - This is the Secret Lagoon.

This must be it.

What is this?

What's going on?

- That was the first half? / - That's it?

The Secret Lagoon will appear.

Time flew by.

- Really? / - Yes.

Can't you take me when you next go to Laos?

Like we saw in Vietnam,

during the French colonization,

many beautiful things were brought in.

- Laos is the same way. / - Right.

It's not just a French influence.

Laos is the only landlocked country

in Southeast Asia.

It's surrounded by five other countries.

They were influenced

by the cultures of those five nations.

- For example, rice noodles. / - I see.

Actually, I went cart racing...

- In Tokyo. / - That was so much fun.

- You saw the Tokyo Tower. / - Yes.

Although it was different.

The buggy riding looked so exciting.

- Right. / - It might be tiring though.

- But they're young. / - Right.

Didn't your backs hurt?

- It's off-roading. / - It's physically tiring.

- Right? / - It's more tiring driving off-road.

It was fine driving on the paved roads.

But it's a 30-minute off-road drive

to the Secret Lagoon.

You have to be ready for it.

That's a given to see such beautiful nature.

Suyong, do you have a bad back?

No, but I don't think I'd last more than 5 minutes.

You can take a minivan too.

- It's more affordable. / - I'm curious.

What if you don't know how to drive?

- Can you drive without a license? / - Yes.

- I'm sure they have drivers. / - Drivers?

- Are you okay? / - He's fine. He's wearing...

The jade bracelet he got in Myanmar.

- Is that it? / - Yes.

He only has blood circulation in his right arm.

I only have blood circulation on this side.

- Only there? / - It doesn't reach my heart.

It's only in this area.

- Let's vote. / - Let's hold the first half vote.

- Would you... / - I'm nervous.

Go on the New Laos Tour?

Yes or no? Please vote!

(New Laos Tour)

(What will the judges decide?)

- The results are in. / - Some people are...

Breaking in a cold sweat.

- They hate rice noodles so much. / - Right.

Sikyung is so adorable.

(How many votes...)

(Did the first half of the Laos trip receive?)

It's a big number.

It's a big number.

It has to be high.

They didn't get as many votes as I expected.

Can we see?

- We'd better try harder. / - Our team...

I'll reveal the score.

- 2, 3. / - I'll show you.

2, 3.

Can they see it.

Is it so high that you are covering your mouth?

They look pretty calm.

It must be very low.

In fact, this isn't that bad.

But this is not the final score.

You will watch the latter half and cast a vote again.

- That's the final score. / - So please vote for them.

Okay then.

- Please. / - How many votes do you expect?

I'm curious.

I think we will get at least 10 more votes

than this score.

- It's over. / - Yes.

- 10 votes? / - We're over.

- Okay. / - 10 votes.

Let's watch the second half together.

Shall we say it together?

Start.

New Laos Tour!

(Secret Lagoon)

Secret Lagoon?

- Wow. / - We're almost there.

I can see it.

I guess we're almost there.

Amazing.

It says Blue Lagoon 3.

The Secret Lagoon you know is the first one.

- Is it the first one? / - There are many things.

It was called Secret Lagoon before.

Now that Blue Lagoon became famous,

they've changed the name to Blue Lagoon 3.

- Is there Blue Lagoon 2? / - There is.

- But it's quite small. / - It's like a pool.

The color of the water is so amazing.

How is it so blue?

(This is the Secret Lagoon)

Let's jump in!

Let's get into the water.

It looks like as if someone dissolved...

blue-green dye in the water.

- She's right. / - The water looks just like that.

(Dujun)

(Dujun and Dongwun enjoy the water to the fullest)

This is the Secret Lagoon, everyone.

There are a lot of tourists in Laos.

But look. None here.

Only a few local kids.

There are no tourists here.

After this show, it will be...

- No longer a secret. / - That's too bad.

It looks like a swimming pool.

There are a lot of people in Blue Lagoon.

But there are only few people here.

- It feels so cool. / - That's beautiful.

So cool.

It's so cool.

Now that we're in the water...

- Should we do that? / - Diving?

(Secret Lagoon has two jumping points)

- Is it 11m high? / - This is nice.

Goodness.

- It looks fun. / - What's that?

(Dujun and Dongwun give it a try)

(Dujun tries the swing jump first)

Then he falls.

It looks so lame.

You looked like a frog.

(Dongwun, jump!)

(Here I come!)

Jump!

Wow, that was good.

- That's nice. / - I love the color of the water.

- How is it even possible? / - It's so beautiful.

It's the color of that sports drink.

Did I look cool?

(While they talk about being cool)

(Staring)

(It's the highest jump)

(A real man must try this)

(This is what's cool)

- Do you want to try that? / - Diving?

(We can't lose)

(It's nothing, we can do it)

(We are Highlight)

(What?)

- What? / - What's that?

What's wrong?

- Where are they? / - Do you want to play with us?

We were tired.

What are you doing to the kids?

- This is good. / - I like it.

(Who are they?)

(Flying)

I can't do that.

- I just can't. / - It's too high.

(They are in the kids' pool)

Hey, kids.

(They are annoying)

You just took the tube from the kid.

He's mean.

- They should pay for that. / - Wait a minute.

You're wearing life jackets.

(The tube owners)

(I'll give it a try, watch)

Do a somersault.

(He says he'll spin twice)

Spin twice?

I just hope he does it right.

I saw other men doing it...

Gosh.

- It's really high. / - It must be scary.

- You can't jump off the board. / - Right.

It's too high.

(The tube owners approach him again)

(Arguing)

What is he talking about?

Really?

Kids can jump, too?

They are local children.

Oh, my.

- They time it perfectly. / - They're so good.

Gosh.

- That's how you do it. / - Right.

- From the feet. / - They keep their body straight.

He's good.

(Embarrassed)

Dujun, you don't like it, do you?

I hate it.

(Embarrassed)

(There is no turning back)

Let's go!

- He hasn't jumped off yet? / - Come on!

He's been there for a long time.

When is he jumping off?

- He did it. / - He jumped off.

Water must've gotten in his nose.

- Right. / - Didn't it?

He fell forward.

- It must've hurt. / - He'd hurt his face.

It was cool though.

Good job.

(Dujun and Dongwun had a lot of fun in the water)

Gosh.

- He's funny. / - They are being clumsy.

(The swimming time is over)

It must be so fun.

The admission is $1.40.

The life jacket rental is 70 cents.

And a beer is $1.40.

- Yes. / - Wow.

Wow, what do you think?

This is so cool.

As you can see, Secret Lagoon is right behind us.

- It's a weekend. / - Right.

It's a weekend but...

There are only a few people here. It's a secret place.

It's Secret Lagoon.

When you ride dune buggy,

make sure to wear sunglasses.

You have to wear sunglasses and a mask.

(Otherwise, you'll eat bugs)

That's a must.

You'll end up eating a few bugs in the car.

You should be careful.

The important thing is that they sell instant noodles.

- They cook it for you there. / - Instant noodles.

Laos instant noodles?

Korean instant noodles.

- Korean? / - They cook it for you.

After playing in water...

- We have to eat instant noodles. / - Right.

- That's amazing. / - It's unbelievable.

The water is coming from a limestone plateau

so it doesn't have any smell.

It doesn't have bad odor of fresh water.

- Right. It feels smooth. / - Your skin feels good.

That's nice.

We don't have to take a shower.

As it doesn't have a shower stall here,

some people would be worried...

Gosh, it's served in an earthen pot.

- What? / - It's an earthen pot.

(Amazed)

- Gosh. / - Really?

- Gosh. / - It's an earthen pot.

How do they have Korean earthen pots there?

They serve it in earthen pots.

- It's amazing. / - They have kimchi.

- They have kimchi? / - Yes.

- Kimchi is so good. / - That's amazing.

They know what Korean people like.

- Are they skewers? / - Yes, they are amazing.

- Instant noodle after swimming. / - It's very Korean.

What do you think?

Can you describe how you feel in words?

(He doesn't know what to say)

- After swimming... / - It's rice.

You're supposed to eat it like this.

The audience is having a totally different reaction.

I need to cook some instant noodles. This won't do.

I'm so hungry.

(Everyone knows how good this will taste)

And the skewers.

It has chicken and vegetables.

(Crispy onion)

- Try it. / - It has chicken, onion and...

- Spring onion. / - It's only 65 cents per skewer.

Only 65 cents?

It's so good.

- Everything is good. / - That's perfect.

They had beer, instant noodles, rice

and skewers.

- That didn't even cost $10. / - Right.

Wow.

Wow.

This is nice.

I think Vang Vieng is very lively.

- I think so. / - It's exhilarating.

This is so nice.

It's so good.

Now I understand why people love Laos.

A lot of people will move from Blue Lagoon...

- To Secret Lagoon. / - Secret Lagoon has never...

Been on TV before.

And there's something...

I worked really hard for this.

What's that?

It's motor paragliding.

Yes, yes, yes.

Laos has been on other TV shows but...

- There's one thing that hasn't been shown. / - What?

It's motor paragliding.

- What is that? / - If you look here...

If they take flight, they've won.

- Watch... / - Water then sky, it's game over.

They had fun in the water and ran

so it's over once they fly.

(Only activity you can see all of Vang Vieng.)

I'm scared of swimming and flying...

(So I don't want to do it)

It's more fun if two people ride it together.

Not recommended to those

who are afraid of heights.

You don't like that stuff, Dujun.

He can't do things like that.

Let's just do it together.

Together?

Because this has never been aired...

I want to introduce it on Battle Trip.

There must be a reason why it hasn't been aired.

- No, there isn't. / - No?

It's just not well known yet.

- They ate everything. / - It can be...

Like overcoming your trauma.

You can impress the audience.

- What if I get more traumatized? / - You won't.

Just try it first.

We'll be together on the runway...

- So let's go. / - Are you sure?

Does it really help Fibromyalgia or Anxiety? /Magic Blanket - Duration: 8:24.

hey you! It's Evie or Fibro mom if you are new here all my videos here

pretty much relate to invisible illnesses so this is just our safe spot

to talk just to connect with all you guys and while we do that we spread

awareness there's a lot of awesome people here and I know if you're someone

that's dealing with a chronic illness it's really hard to find others that

understand so if you're looking for that can join us here well I'm just going to

jump in a video means is you know I might have a little surprise to tell you

at the end of the video I had asked for this blanket from magic weighted blanket

he gets sent me this one here there's all sorts of different kinds and I

wanted to tell you the pros and cons of what I think of it and I know a big one

that I was really curious about was if it helped with fibromyalgia chronic pain

because it's 16 pounds I mean when you have pain don't think you'd really want

that kind of weight laying on you along your clothes laying on you but we're

going to get into that I'll try to give you the condensed version here I know I

look rough I've been really super sick I started getting pneumonia I got fever

blisters over my face I tried filming last week it was a no-go like all

through the whole thing so I'm gonna try really hard on this one I'm sorry no

video last week okay so the one I was sent was a Chanel blanket and that's the

world of a sweater lace here I also questioned if it really helped with

anxiety because you know when you're feeling so anxious and anxiety is really

high it's like I said in the last video you don't want no one in your bubble

kind of thing let alone a heavy weight on you right it seems a little too

pricey a lot of spoonie's aren't able to work if they're lucky they were able to

get accepted for disability and you know that doesn't pay much so it's like I'll

just try it you never know and the other thing I was worried about is washing it

it's got poly beads inside so it's hyper allergenic like I said in the last video

if you're really interested in the weighted blanket stay tuned next thing I

was worried about was with chronic pain you try to even avoid massaging massages

because it hurts first con was the first night but that was my fault

I tried draping it over like half with me and Nathan so like our

waist down that sucked I woke up my hips were

hurting me really bad but it made sense I didn't have it over my body equally um

what's the word I didn't have a spread through my whole body so it wasn't so

much pressure on one spot if you know what I mean after Nathan was telling me

about that I tried it again and cover my whole body and it really does it does

feel like a hug at first it seemed can over whelming but you just got to give

it a minute because I get hot and sweaty so fast I wanted to try more like nap

time you know you need a little rest even if it's a 15-minute nap where you

feel like poop you guys every time I put it on I swear to God I was out and I

mean I would like it was really nice so I think this one is a lot like what do

they caught sensory ah I wonder if that's why it's recommended to those

with like Asperger's and autism because a lot of those with have sensory issues

and this is really soft and I've always been a sucker for one of those I

actually still have my baby blanket maybe one day I'll dig that out for you

but you'll probably forget so I don't have to but if later you guys ask I will

show you am I very ugly baby blanket it's not technically a blanket but I

show you the super soft like that I really I really like that part of it so

I like how it just like most your body and it does not hurt don't be like me at

first and I'll know that wouldn't work for chronic being so happy I tried it

this this blanket right here is valued at $250 and you know that's what scared

me so much if you look at their website if you look at their web website they

range from I think 100 they range from I think aha and up I'm because it all

depends on the size and what kind you get there's so many different kinds and

you can wash in cold water and just let it you're dry super easy you guys in the

Stace Stace nice and soft like this you know I have my two dogs and it's not

all covered and covered in their hair because they're black with dark burn

well usually everything seems to be covered in their hair but this isn't

Ultron isn't hair and was a height sick but oh here's one little piece I think

it can really help anybody or the anxiety and stress you can benefit from

it and I talked to Keith because I told I was going to give an honest review I

told them if there is any way you'd be interested in working with me to do a

giveaway for you guys so we're going to be giving away a blanket so I'm super

excited about that I'll do another video on that so stay tuned make sure that you

have your notification bow on you're subscribed so that way you don't miss

any future uploads because it'll tell you as soon as I have a video up and

then you can check that out by the way he was also generous enough to share

coupon code Spyro mom pretend percent off trust and believe I would not be

telling you guys I love it if I didn't love it because it's been real it's been

real nice it even says when I go take a nap I clunk out like this you see how I

keep messing with it right there's all sorts of different kinds they have minke

which is our super soft you often see with baby twice a day at please they

have all sorts of different kinds on the website they got all bunch of cute

designs I did not know they had even leopard print and if you've been

watching my videos for a while you know how much I love my leopard print just to

share a little bit with you it says here deep pressure touch

stimulation is a type of be that almost anyone can benefit from

similar to getting a massage pressure exerted over the body is physical

psychological advantages deep touch pressure is a type of surface pressure

that is exerted and most types of firm touches like holding hugging they're

often used for occupational therapy like a hug

it helps release serotonin in your body it helps release serotonin in your body

and serotonin those with fibromyalgia and many other chronic illnesses lack

serotonin and we need that to feel calm to not be so stressed out in the fall

asleep stay asleep I found that really interesting

no I guess is Sanders here now no more school so got to work with it

so later blankets I guess have been around for quite a while they have been

used in pediatric hospitals trauma psychiatric hospitals you're someone I

deals with depression anxiety Asperger's ADHD oh boy there's so much stress which

like everybody has stress I definitely recommend to try it it's really nice

I've been breaking to my mom about it too

the company's been making these blankets for I believe over nineteen years and

they're made in the USA Oh another thing that I really liked was you see the

scene no don't see the same it's made very well it's seen as in the inside so

I make it last longer I really like that part of it too

Icahn is trying to make the bed with him don't forget it's not a regular blanket

because that that does hurry I really do like it you guys and I think you would

really like it too super excited about that giveaway thank you so much Keith's

from magic blanket you rock I really love this thanks for giving me

a chance to check it out and let me give you a honest review on it and for giving

our spoonie's every blanket in a discount code so I appreciate that very

much I hope to help answer some of your

questions if I think of anything else I will put it in the description box below

along with his website so I'll check that out art disciplines for watch you

guys I hope you're doing alright I will see you next video

love yes

Kate Middleton And Prince William Shun Scandinavian Royals Snobbery or Envy - Duration: 2:46.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have been shunning recent Scandinavian royal events

and celebrations, with a lot of royal observers wondering if its out of envy or pure snobbery.

In fact, there hasnt been a member of the British royal family present at any of the

Swedish, Norwegian or even Danish royal receptions and events in over several years now.

Norwegian magazine KK recently published a report on Prince William and Kate Middletons

absence at the many Scandinavian royal weddings, christenings and anniversary celebrations

that have been taking place in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Some experts believe that

the British Royal Family has other priorities and events to attend. But then again, the

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend most of their time at home. Just last year reports

indicated that Kate only put in 62 days of work for the entire year.

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles have been shunning the Scandinavian royals too,

but a lot of people think its because of different reasons. Charles and Camilla are

senior members of the British royal family but refuse to attend many of these events

simply because Charles apparently doesnt want to be photographed bowing down to other

foreign kings and queens. After all, many Scandinavian royals are much younger than

he is as a lot of their monarchies have turned over to the new generation. Others believe

that Charles is just too busy with his other official royal duties and engagements to be

taking the time out of his schedule to attend each Scandinavian wedding and anniversary

celebration abroad. Yet, a lot of royal observers point out that

Prince William and Kate Middleton should attend these events. After all, they dont work

as hard as the other members of the British monarchy and have plenty of free time in their

calendar to make these trips. But for one reason or another, the Duke and Duchess simply

refuse to attend these events. And if Prince William and Kate Middleton are

failing to attend any of these Scandinavian events now, theres a very little chance

that theyll do so in the future. In other words, theres a possibility that they are

simply not interested in showing their support for their fellow European royals. Of course,

Buckingham Palace is yet to comment on their absence. tell us your thoughts in comments

below. thanks for watching. please like, subscribe and share my videos.

How To Use Pressed Garlic To Reverse Eyesight Loss Without Glasses Or Surgery - Duration: 3:22.

OUR WEBSITE : http://justhealthrelated.com/

HOW TO USE PRESSED GARLIC TO REVERSE EYESIGHT LOSS WITHOUT GLASSES OR SURGERY

The eyesight is probably our most important sense.

The eyes allow us to see the world, but their impact is often underestimated and we use

them to look at different gadgets which can seriously damage them.

Loss of vision is usually associated with aging, but sometimes it's caused by bad

lifestyle choices.

Some everyday habits can increase or decrease the risk of developing various eyesight problems.

When we're talking about lifestyle choices, we are really talking about our diet.

Food can be either poison or medicine.

Today we're going to talk about one of the most powerful foods for our health – garlic.

Garlic is considered a superfood due to the essential nutrients it contains and health

benefits it offers.

According to recent studies, garlic can boost our eyesight.

One study that examined more than 800 patients suffering from vision problems such as age-related

macular degeneration showed that a diet high in fats can significantly increase the risk

of age-related macular degeneration and other vision problems.

The participants were divided into 2 groups – one was put on a placebo, while the others

were given garlic.

At the end of the study, the results showed that garlic can negate the effects of a high

fat diet and resolve numerous eyesight problems.

Mono and polyunsaturated fats found in processed foods such as French fries, cookies and potato

chips can double the risk of macular degeneration and loss of vision.

However, scientists have managed to discover that foods rich in linoleic acid and fish

rich in healthy oils can reduce the risk of vision problems and boost our eyesight.

Here's how garlic and oily fish can improve our eyesight:

OILY FISH

Fish contain healthy fats such as docosagexanoic acid.

This compound has a positive effect on the blood vessels leading to the retina and is

highly concentrated in the retina itself, which results in lower risk of macular degeneration.

According to a study from the Tufts University in Boston which involved 4000 participants,

people who consume pasta, rice and bread often are more at risk of macular degeneration and

diabetes.

About 20% of the patients could have prevented these problems by staying away from processed

foods and consuming health fats such as those found in oily fish.

GARLIC

Garlic is a natural powerhouse that offers numerous health benefits.

It affects the function of the blood platelets and acts as a natural anticoagulant.

Garlic can also be used to prevent vision issues, which should be caught and treated

on time in order to prevent vision loss.

BLOOD PRESSURE REDUCTION

Garlic has a positive effect on the blood pressure.

Its active compound allicin can boost the creation of angiotensin II which is responsible

for muscle contraction.

REDUCES CHOLESTEROL

Garlic can manage your cholesterol levels and is great for your cardiovascular health.

As a strong natural antioxidant, it can reduce the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides

in the blood and prevent the accumulation of plaque in the arteries, which leads to

reduced risk of stroke or heart attack.

As you can see, garlic is a powerful natural remedy that can prevent numerous problems

including macular degeneration.

It doesn't cause any kind of side-effects like prescription medication.

Include it in your diet more often to stay clear from cardiovascular problems and boost

your eyesight as well.

A marae for all or a marae for a few? - Duration: 2:32.

Members of Te Komiti Maori o te Rakipaewhenua, Auckland,

took to the streets today to protest at the running of Awataha Marae.

They say they're being shut out from the facility.

But as Te Okiwa McLean reports,

current marae management dispute the claims being made by protesters.

Awataha Marae's CEO fronts for the first time on camera.

But some North Shore Maori were seen protesting today

over management issues at the marae.

They say they want input over what goes on at the marae.

Despite the chilly and cold forecast the protest goes ahead.

Since its establishment it was said

that there were to be no tangihanga held in the wharenui

until the carvings were complete.

The house has yet to have carvings installed.

But the CEO of Awataha Marae says it's all about sustainability.

And there is talk that this issue will be taken before the high court.

The marae has hopes both sides can meet to settle the dispute.

Follow Henry, sign for Real Madrid or stay at Monaco: What should Kylian Mbappe do next? - Duration: 7:28.

Follow Thierry Henry, sign for Real Madrid or stay at Monaco: What should Kylian Mbappe do next?

D-Day is rapidly approaching for Kylian Mbappe. The 18-year-old sensation coveted by every major force in European football may have the world at his feet but he is already facing the biggest decision of his fledgling career.

The Monaco strikers goals decorated the French sides unlikely and uplifting Ligue 1 title winning campaign, while he also played a prominent role in their run to the Champions League semi-finals, twisting and tormenting defenders more than 10 years his senior.

Real Madrid and Arsenal lead the race for the France international, but the likes of Chelsea, both Manchester giants, PSG and Bayern have also been credited with strong interest.

Mbappe is due to hold talks with Monaco today, according to L'Equipe, to discuss his future and here we assess his options….

Perhaps the most sensible and obvious course of action would be for Mbappe to remain in France with the champions, for at least another season, on significantly improved terms.

His current deal expires in the summer of 2019 and given his exploits last season and abundant potential he will, with some justification, be asking for a huge pay rise if he opts to commit to Monaco.

Kylian Mbappes Ligue 1 stats 2016/17.

The clubs vice-president Vadim Vasilyev would have no trouble bankrolling an improved offer, particularly given the fact that several of last seasons team are likely to be granted permission to leave in the close season.

Already Bernardo Silva has signed for Manchester City, while Tiemou Bakayoko and Thomas Lemar seem destined for London with Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea circling, which does beg the question what sort of side would Mbappe be spearheading? come August.

At least for his own sake, manager Leonardo Jardim has committed to a new long-term contract amid strong speculation he was set for a move to the Chinese Super League.

The Monaco boss can offer his main man a guarantee of regular first team football which could well be crucial in World Cup year. Follow in Thierry Henrys footsteps and sign for Arsenal.

The similarities between Mbappe and Arsenals record goalscorer are almost freakish. Speed, stealth and arrogance are all traits the French stars past and present share, but while Henrys goalscoring prowess was coached into him, Mbappes nose for goal appears to be natural.

Where better, therefore, could Mbappe hone his skills than under the tuition of the man who converted Henry from wayward winger into the deadliest Premier League striker of his generation?.

Cynics would, however, point to the fact that for every Henry and Nicolas Anelka there is a Yaya Sanogo or Jeremie Aliadiere, young French strikers full of promise whose careers have nosedived at Arsenal.

A move to London might seem like an attractive option but the pressure of emulating Henry, never mind shouldering the goalscoring burden should Alexis Sanchez depart, would surely be too much to contend with.

5/10. Move to another Premier League club. If a move to England is the option Mbappe chooses, his choice is unlikely to be restricted to just Arsenal.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has already spoken in glowing terms of the striker and he is certain to delve into the market this summer, especially given Diego Costa's text message revelations.

Romelu Lukaku is the man seemingly destined to replace the Spain striker, however, and although Conte plans to implement a 4-2-4 formation on certain occasions next season, Mbappe does not seem a natural fit for Chelsea.

Similarly, the work ethic and defensive qualities Jose Mourinho requires of his forwards makes a move to Manchester United seem unlikely and Mbappe is unlikely to receive glowing reports from Anthony Martial, his former teammate, who is struggling to get a game for club and country.

Pep Guardiola's style of football is perhaps more suited to Mbappe's qualities but the vast array of options the former Barcelona man has at his disposal means a move to Manchester City, who covet Alexis Sanchez, is unlikely.

Liverpool, too, reportedly submitted a bid for Mbappe earlier this summer. Jurgen Klopp has a sound record of working with young talent and with Champions League football to offer, the Reds could represent an intriguing option.

Become the next Real Madrid Galactico. Whatever Mbappe decides this summer, it appears as if it is his destiny to one day sign for Real Madrid.

After Englands friendly defeat in Paris earlier this week, Mappe revealed the he wasnt fazed by the mounting speculation he would become the worlds first £100 million player this summer and move to the Bernabeu, given the Spanish giants have been chasing him since he was 14 years old.

His talent undoubtedly deserves to be showcased on the biggest of stages and the temptation, even at this early stage of his career, must be overwhelming.

Mbappes bedroom as a child was plastered wall to wall with posters of Critiano Ronaldo, while playing in a side managed by French legend Zinedine Zidane would represent a dream come true.

Learning from Ronaldo and his all-star support cast would surely be beneficial but there need not be any undue rush.

The fate of Martin Odegaard should act as a warning, while James Rodriguezs sudden and rapid demotion should also act as a cautionary tale.

Haleem, Bohra-style Khichra or Khichro | Ramzan Special - Duration: 9:56.

Bohri Haleem or Khichro

This is traditionally a long, slow-cooking recipe where the meat and grains are stewed together. We have tried to cut down time without sacrificing flavour. Layers of flavour are built throughout the cooking process by browning the meat, using a combination of sautéed and fried onions, and boiling grains in a meaty broth instead of water.

broken wheat or dalia 180g

masoor dal 30g moong dal 30g

chhola'r dal 30g

rice 30g

cardamom 6 pcs, cloves 6 pcs, cinnamon 1 pc, shahi garam masala 3g, peppercorns 10 pcs

salt 33g

bay leaves 4 pcs

onions (sliced) 350g, birasta (fried onions) 35g, green chillies 10g, ginger 15g

garlic 10g

beef 800g (or any red meat of your choice)

We're using short ribs (ask your butcher for meat from the lower/ventral ribs or seena), which has good muscle to bone ratio, and lots of connective tissue. Bones add flavour; collagen in the tissue turns to gelatin, which thickens the stew and helps emulsify the fat.

milk 650g

ginger, lime, green chillies, birasta, ghee, mint

This is recipe is best tackled over two days. We break down the steps for you.

rinse and soak the grains

fry 650g onions till they are golden

ginger garlic

green chillies ¼ tsp salt

crush to form a paste

heat 35g vegetable oil

brown the meat in batches

press down for an even crust

fry both sides till they are brown

browning the meat enhances flavour

temper oil with bay leaves

cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns

350g sliced onions

15g salt

sauté onions till brown

ginger, garlic, chilli paste

fry till the raw smell is gone

shahi garam masala

35g birasta (from 150g raw onions)

using a combination of sautéed and caramelised onions adds a depth of flavour

add the meat pieces

sauté everything for

transfer to a pressure cooker

add 1.5 litres water (this will form the broth)

Cook meat till soft; it should fall off the bone easily. Ours took 1 hour.

pick out the meat pieces

discard bay leaves

you should be left with this gorgeous broth

remove bones, cartilage, and silver skin from the meat

That's it for Day 1. Store the broth and meat in the fridge.

Chop into 3cm chunks. Collagen rendered from the meat hardens on cooling, making it easy to cut cubes.

cut against the grain for tender pieces

divide into two parts

bring the broth to a boil

strain the soaked grains

transfer to a heavy-bottomed pan

pour the broth

18g salt

add half the meat chunks now

cover and boil on low heat, stirring occasionally

cooking the grains in the broth intensifies the meaty flavour of the dish

grind so that everything breaks down but does not become perfectly smooth

return to the pan

add the remaining chunks of meat

650g hot milk

mix on low heat

cook till it comes to a boil

chop ginger into juliennes

cut lime into wedges

finely chop mint leaves

slit green chillies

For this dish, garnish is everything. Don't skip any of these!

birasta

mint

smokin' pan

ghee! wait till it smokes

ginger and green chillies

fresh, warm bread rolls :)

Turnbull are gas prices going up or down? - Duration: 1:37.

Is the price of gas going up or is it going down I've got two clips here of the Prime Minister

suggesting gas is going down and gas is going up let's start with the first version

Under this Liberal government wholesale electricity

prices have doubled pollution is up jobs and renewable energy are down so will

the government commit to working with labour through the Finkle report to

address this massive policy failure.

Honourable member asks about gas prices

Mr Speaker since I announced our plan our determination our commitment to

limit exports from the East Coast unless until domestic supply was assured since

I announced that policy that commitment we have seen a fall in wholesale gas prices on the East Coast

So wholesale gas prices are falling remember that or are

they have a look

Can the Prime Minister confirm that wholesale electricity

prices have more than doubled under his government

I can't give the Honourable member confirmation about the exact percentage but there is no doubt that

wholesale electricity prices have considerably increased in very recent

times there's no doubt about that and the the major cause of that has been the

increase in the price of gas and the price of gas wholesale price of gas has

risen dramatically
