I love these bracelets! But depending on where you live they can be very difficult to achieve,

but be calm I will teach you how can you make them,

because they are really easy to make and they look lovely!

We will need, wire and wire cutters, rhinestones, sturdy thread and a full tin can.

The first thing we will do will be winding the wire around our can.

The wire must be thin and pliable but durable enough to retain the shape.

And the can has to be filled, to tighten the wire around it and it does not deformed

While we wind the wire squeezing every turn,

when we take off the can our wire should be a corkscrew of wire, now we cover with rhinestones,

This process is simple but requires a little patience,

Carefully let's wind the wire on to the strass

passing the thread between the spaces between rhinestones and rhinestones

until reaching the desired height, 2 turns, 3 laps 5 as you like.

And you're done!

cut the excess of rhinestones, wire and ready to shine!

And here's my DIY today, I hope you liked it and you find it useful!

If you liked not forget to give a thumbs up and subscribe to keep abreast of all the news on the channel.

I am Julia Méndez and I`ll be here, as always on discover the ancient Belly Dance.

Voltage Adapter or Converter? | Understanding the Difference & Determining What You Need - Duration: 4:25.

Hi there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this video, we're covering a common

question asked by international travelers, which is, "what is the

difference between a voltage adaptor and converter?"

(light chiming music)

I remember the first time I went overseas I wrestled with this question. To me, they seemed to be the

same thing, but when I looked online, the prices varied dramatically between

adapters and converters. So today, we're going to break it down. Let's talk about

adapters. Adapters come in a variety of shapes and sizes from all-in-one units

to kits for different plug sizes. They're also fairly inexpensive.

Basically, all the adapter does is that it allows you to plug your current

device into another plug. For example, in North America, we're used to the two or

three prong plug. But here's the adapter for the UK. It's quite different. From a

technical standpoint, your device is receiving the actual voltage from the

electrical plug. In general, that means a voltage anywhere from 100 to 240 volts

at 50 or 60 Hertz frequency. For example, in North America, our typical electric

plugs run at 120 volts at 60 Hz. However, in the UK, the electrical plugs

run at 230 volts at 50 Hz. A converter, on the other hand, converts the voltage

and frequency from your destination's electrical plug to your normal power

supply's voltage and frequency. They are more expensive than adapters and

generally start around $30 to $40. They also tend to be larger and more

clunky since the units are actually processing the electrical current. Now

why does this even matter? Well, if your device is rated to run at at 120 volts

and you connect it to 230 volts, you could overload and fry your device.

Luckily most electronic device chargers are ready to handle a range of power, so

they should be able to adapt. You can generally see the range listed on your

charger, so it's worth checking them out when packing for your trip. I personally haven't seen a phone,

computer, or camera in the last 10 years that isn't able to accept various

voltages from around the world. However, certain household devices are

notorious for causing overloads and burnouts. These include hair dryers and

hair curlers. These are typically electrical devices that function more as

small appliances. These devices are more sensitive and have to be plugged into

the rated power supply. I've heard horror stories of hair dryers and electrical

plugs burning up because of this mismatch. So, for most travelers, you can

probably get away without a converter when traveling. However, if you're heading

to a special event or want or need to have a hair dryer with you, here are your

options. Number one: buy a converter. There are a ton

out there and I've included links to a few on Amazon. Most come with adapters as

well, so you won't need to purchase those in addition to the converter. Number two:

buy a travel version of the device that accepts multiple voltages. For example, in

the case of hair dryers, most of the manufacturers offer a travel version

that can accept two or more voltages. Number three: call your lodging in

advance and arrange to borrow one. This can be a bit of a pain, but you can often

use Skype or another online service to make a cheap international call. Also, we

did a quick video on calling international numbers, so definitely

check it out if you need help with dialing internationally. Keep in mind

that it's not always customary for hostels and even some smaller hotels to

have hair dryers in the room. So don't be surprised if they don't have one

available to use. Number four: buy one at your destination. This is definitely a

last resort, but it's always an option if all else fails. This way, you can always

get a device that is rated for the local voltage and frequency. Have you ever had

any issues with charging or using your electronic devices while traveling? if so,

please share your story in the comments section. And if you have any questions,

please let us know. I've included some helpful articles below with the voltage

and frequency for every country. Also, I've added Amazon links to some adapters

and converters that you can purchase if needed. As always, I do get a small

percentage if you use my links. It doesn't cost you

anything extra, but it helps us to build more content for this channel. Until next

time, travel safe and travel smart

DMT UNDERGROUND RESEARCH MASQUERADING AS SCIENCE – OR SOUND SCIE - Duration: 7:30.

DMT: UNDERGROUND RESEARCH MASQUERADING AS SCIENCE OR SOUND SCIENCE?

It was arguably inevitable that someone somewhere would take it upon themselves to begin their

very own unsanctioned research programme with DMT (aka The Spirit Molecule) the potent

psychedelic drug that research suggests is produced naturally within our brain.

Whether smoked, or imbibed as a traditional Amazonian shamanic brew (the most popular

routes of administration), DMT has acquired legendary status among its underground adherents.

If we are to believe what users of this powerful substance are reporting, we are considering

matters with a magnitude of such seriousness that they could well shake the very foundations

of traditional, Western-minded, materialist science.

Rick Strassmans government-approved research with this legendary substance in the 1990s

and the subsequent documentary produced in collaboration with Mitch Schultz no

doubt served as an inspirational catalyst that prompted many to pursue their own enquiry

into the alleged effects produced by this powerful mind-manifesting substance.

And that is exactly how my curiosity came to be aroused, leading me to want to see for

myself what the so-called spirit molecule could show me.

I began by reading up on the subject  looking at numerous user accounts posted on DMT Nexus;

reading Terrence McKennas experiences and philosophy; listening attentively to recordings

of his lectures, always delivered with his inimitable nasally accent and his uncanny

ability to test the elasticity of vocabulary to its limits.

But none of that really mattered as I smoked my first small dose and heard a rapidly rising

sound in the midst of my head, and marvelled as my sunlit bedroom took on an astonishing

crystal clear clarity.

But as I gradually upped my dosage, I forgot all about Terrance McKenna, and much of what

I had read about DMT, as I appeared to be entering into another realm a place with

bizarre scenery, impossible objects, and strange humanlike entities always exhibiting delight

at my presence and making such a fuss over me.

Such experiences were so overwhelmingly and emotionally profound that my levels of astonishment

were exercised to an extent well beyond anything that I had thought was possible.

But along with astonishment, my curiosity was equally aroused, as I asked myself: What

is really happening in these truly bizarre experiences?

Thus it was that I made a decision to commit myself to my very own home-based research

program, aimed at coming to some understanding of what was really occurring in these strange,

otherworldly experiences.

Was I really entering into another realm; another world; another dimension?

And if so, why did that place look far more real than ordinary everyday reality appears?

And what was that energetic high-pitched ringing sound in the midst of my head, in response

to the DMT inhaled through my lungs?

For three years I committed myself to several hundred individual experiments smoking DMT.

I made sure that my vocational and family commitments were an utmost priority, and I

am pleased to say that was never called into question.

Much else, however, was.

I did not know it at the time, but now, having completed my research, I can see that I was

subjected to something of a gradual initiatory process by spiritual entities; consciousness

energies; intelligent discarnate beings call them what you will.

I know very well how absolutely unbelievable that must sound to those minds accustomed

thinking logically and with rational focus.

But they are very the same tools-of-mind that I have employed throughout my research, and

in making my analyses.

I say my research was initiatory because, time and time again, I had to find the necessary

courage to commit myself to DMTs capacity to unlock the powerful latent energies within

my mind, and then submit myself to the truly phenomenal energies from the mind of another.

The experiences very subtly changed over time.

I became increasingly aware that strange emotional states were being imposed upon me through

manipulation of my psyche.

Bizarre invasive operations were undertaken within my physiology.

I was tricked, subdued, entertained, spooked, terrified, and left awestruck, dumbfounded,

and exceedingly perplexed many times over.

But perhaps most rewardingly of all, from my small back garden, I have observed in broad

daylight, and whilst in full control of my rational senses, phenomenally configured geometrically

complex beings that can leave the observer in no doubt whatsoever that humanity is not

the pinnacle of evolution.

My research program was not about taking heroic doses, or trying to go further than anyone

else has gone far from it!

My intention was to simply try to understand, through experiential pursuit, the mechanics

behind these bizarre experiences.

I understood that I was operating in the role of data-collection, forming conjecture and

analyses at the early stages of something that will radically transform Western culture

and traditional materialist science.

I completely understand that my subjective experiences do not quality as objective proof

of that which I contend to be true.

But I have no doubt whatsoever that other researchers and investigators with the capacity

for this demanding research, and who dare to publish their findings will be making very

similar arguments to those that I have made.

It should go without saying, but I will say it anyway: Anyone thinking that DMT is a party

drug, or something that can be used recreationally, had better think again.

This is a powerfully transformative substance that will profoundly reconfigure your ontological

outlook on this life, and the life that is otherwise hidden from your eyes.

Is Energy Healing or Traditional Medicine More Effective - Duration: 1:56.

Here we are we're in this thing called Which one do I find to be more effective, you know,

the homeopathic medicine and the energy healing holistic medicine yeah one of the things that

Access Consciousness says one of the mantras, if you will, is that you know we're talking

about consciousness and consciousness includes everything and judges nothing, okay, so to

me separating all those different areas is not really a kindness okay it's really about

just getting clear as to what will work for your body in a given time, okay, so I'm

not against allopathic medicine and I'm not saying holistic medicine or holistic,

not natural care is the way to go or energy healing is the way to go you have to find

what works for you.

Energy healing, Access Consciousness, you know, the tools of Access Consciousness broke

through limitations in my life that no other modality did, okay, and I see too many people

on too many antidepressants starting at a very young age that quite frankly really pisses

me off and that's unfair and I think that's an unkindness and that's to me an injustice

to human beings that are walking on this planet because there are other possibilities out

there that this planet has no clue about and there are people that are suffering that don't

need to be suffering because there's other alternatives and that's when I get angry

because I know that there's other possibilities there are other possibilities where people

are only given one pos-, one choice and there's not one choices multiple choices and this

reality only give you one choice and if you don't choose that choice they make you wrong

for it they almost want to kill you, you know, I feel sorry for the doctors out there that

go outside the box because they're the ones that get ostracized.

♫ Hey, Gus Porter, American mountain man.

♫ He crossed the border with animal hunting plans.

♫ But his rifle stalled and the grizzly mauled.

♫ Now he's stuck in a foreign land.

(mumbling)

- Hey.

Hey, fella.

- Momma, Momma.

- Excuse me, Mister?

- Old griz, it got me pretty good, I guess, huh?

- Well he sure did but don't you worry.

Got a doctor on the way here,

so what's your name there?

- Gus Porter, American mountain man.

You can call off that doctor of yours.

I'm out of my coverage zone.

I'm sure I'll be fine.

- Sir, you don't have to worry about the health insurance.

You're in Canada now.

Our system covers everyone for free.

- Sounds like Communism.

I don't need your free medicine here, commissar.

- Oh, Jesus, we got to stop that bleeding there.

- Bleeding?

Why don't you put a bandage on your whining?

- Hey look, you're loosing a lot of blood there, friend.

You could die like that.

- That's not gonna happen, Kim Jong-il.

How far is the American border?

- It's about 90 kilometers.

- Don't give it to me in Nazi distance.

Give it to me in American.

- Oh, yeah, we're talking 60 miles there, at least.

- An afternoon stroll.

- I don't think you should, sir--

- I gotta get back to

my insurance coverage zone.

♫ Hey, Gus Porter, heading back to the land of the free,

♫ But a clotting disorder makes it a difficulty.

♫ The government support always comes up short

♫ So we're struggling through gangrene.

(groaning)

- I had a horrible dream I was surrounded by Socialists.

They were trying to kill me with their free medicine.

God, dammit.

- Hey. - Hey.

- How far did I get?

- About 17 and a half meters,

but luckily I was able to hydrate you back up

and stabilize your condition.

- Let it be noted,

Gus Porter did not consent to this illegal transfusion.

GOD!

- Look, Mr. Porter, we're only trying to help here.

Your wound's infected.

You'll die without treatment.

- Now I have my own Canadian death panel

telling me when I'm gonna die.

- At least let me clean out your neck wound again, okay?

I got these antibiotics here.

(splashing)

- Oh, come on, man, really?

You're urinating on my medical supplies, man.

- Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to my America

where I pay for my insurance medical coverage.

♫ So he walked some more and he walked again

♫ And he walked and he walked, and he jogged and he walked

♫ And he dragged his feet and he lost a lot of blood

♫ And he tried to walk and he stumbled some more

♫ And he died twice but he got back up

♫ And he wasn't gonna let

♫ A bunch of Commie's sell him anything

♫ He didn't want to hear.

♫ So now he's finally dead but his spirit lives on

♫ Because he walked

Smoking Pipe - Novelty pipes for Weed, Marijuana or Tobacco - Duration: 3:12.

You ok?! Alright. Dizzy as shit though. Let's do the video now...

Coolest pipe on the planet.

This pipe is made of zinc not aluminum a lot of other ones made out of aluminum

But the zinc has better heat insulating properties. You don't feel it heat up like if it was made of aluminum

or steel. Aluminum tends to heat up fast and could tend to burn your fingers Ouch! Feel the burn. Not on your fingers though!

Don't feel the burn. Taste the burn? Burn the weed not your fingers.

There's other smaller pipes out there that you can get but ours is a lot bigger and much better quality

Fire! Fire!... fire.

That's pretty smooth. Wow. I got a lot in that one little hit. Granted

It's brand new so obviously it's going to smoke pretty smoothly, but because you can clean it out easily

there's no reason you can't smoke as smooth as I just did right now every time well. I'm good. I'm done.

One other cool thing about this pipe

is that it has this little trap on the bottom that with a small screwdriver can you can unscrew this piece

and it will make for better cleaning. What is this? I'm fingering the sax pipe?

I guess... Hah?! what you say?! You ever see the old men in those old movies that are like hah?! ... I think I'm looking at one right now.

I am kind of old. So if you're looking for a cool

saxophone novelty pipe check out the link in the description below or

Other novelty pipes we also have... This cool spark plug pipe. This little

thing opens up into a chamber

Where you can pack the stuff in there and screw it on either this way if you like to keep the stuff contained light that

end up and smoke it through here.

Or this spins around this way and can screw in if you like to have more of an open bowl type of smoke.

You can pack the stuff in there. We

have a lipstick pipe that opens up and

Then the back end also opens up to a bowl and you smoke out of right here

ahhhhh

Some people will think it's a lipstick. This one's pretty neat. It's a looks like a lighter.

Opens up, little bowl in there.

And this one's a little more complicated you have to pull this little wand out and screw it in at the bottom.

It's not very complicated. I was just kidding pack the stuff in there light it up.

Pretty neat and not many people will think that that is a bowl to smoke out of.

This little cool magnetic pipe is pretty neat. These two pieces fit together like Tetris blocks and

the magnets... stick together, but if you look, there's a tiny hole

on both ends that connect when it's stuck together like that and it creates

one has a bowl and the other one has a tiny hole... ahhhh

That's pretty neat. And we have other novelty pipes so check out the link for that or other products that are really good quality.

I'm not good for carnival rides and spinning. I don't know if that was worth it . It's what you get for smoking weed and spinning in circles really fast...

Is Race Genetic or Socially Constructed? | Philip Kitcher - Duration: 6:11.

So what should we make of the concept of race?

There are a lot of anthropologists who would say we should just throw this concept away

completely.

There's no basis for it.

And those people are responding to what many scholars call essentialist notions of race.

There's something about this particular group of people, perhaps about their anatomy

or their physiology or their brains or their genes or something like this, that differentiates

them from various other groups of people.

If there's one thing that we've learned from biological science and psychological

science over the last century it's that there's an enormous amount of variation

within the groups that we've traditionally thought of as races, far more than there is

between the groups we've traditionally thought of as races.

It turns out that if you look at things from a genetic point of view the certain kinds

of molecular sequences are more common in some groups than in other groups.

That's because during the course of human history these groups have been separated from

one another.

They haven't intermarried and that's given various chances for various kinds of genetic

material to become prevalent in some groups but not in others.

But the first thing to say about that is that these differences are trivial!

Largely trivial; there are some cases, such as well known diseases that tend to affect

some groups more than others, that is not trivial for the sufferers.

But by and large these differences are perfectly trivial.

Now about 15 years ago a tremendously brilliant study was done by researchers at Stanford

that actually divided the human population into groups that the researchers themselves

called interbreeding populations.

They didn't want to call them races but very quickly the popular press picked this

up and started referring to them as races.

So you might start out with the human population and ask the following question: on the basis

of biological evidence, gene frequencies, molecular frequencies of DNA sequences in

different populations, what would you get if you wanted to divide the population into

two?

Well you'd get actually Africans and most Asians, central and western Asia, and Europeans

as forming one group, and the rest of the human populations forming another group.

Now what would happen if you did it into three groups?

Well then you'd get the Africans separated out from the Eurasian population.

What would happen if you did it for four groups?

Five groups?

Six groups?

Seven groups?

Eight groups?

Nine groups?

The first five or so of these give you something like sort of standard racial groups with a

few odd little twists.

The sixth gives you—as there's sixth of these groups—gives you a tiny little population

that has been isolated because of mountain barriers in Asia.

Now those are genuine divisions that have come out of our human history and that are

still present in the DNA sequences of the genomes of various people.

But whether we want to draw any distinctions at all within the human population is completely

up to us.

Remember how I did this: I said 'If you want to divide the human population into two, to

three, to four, to five, to six, to seven, this biology will tell you how to make the

biologically significant decisions.'

But why should we want to do that?

Is there a point in doing that?

Well sometimes there is a point.

Sometimes there's a point in recognizing that certain people are more closely related

to other people, if you want to do medical transplantation, for example.

There is a point in saying, well what you need is somebody to give you a kidney who

comes from this particular group.

But there are other people who say this is just the sort of stuff that breeds discrimination

and prejudice as it has in the past, and there are yet other people who say precisely because

of that discrimination that we've had in the past it's important to acknowledge these

groups.

So I want to say there's a certain kind of biological phenomenon that stands behind

the historic process of dividing people into racial groups.

But actually these racial groups are constructed by us.

It's we who decide that we want to draw the lines and the basis on which we should

decide that is an ethical basis.

We should decide how we actually treat people most fairly.

So the issue is really not whether there are racial groups.

I mean we could think about racial groups as one, two, three, four, five, six, seven

and so on, in divisions in this initial human population.

But it's a question of what divisions, if any, are useful from the point of view of

justice and fairness.

And that I think is the right way to think about race.

So is it scientific?

Well there's sort of something scientific lurking in the background.

Is it socially constructed?

Yes, it's socially constructed.

And the social construction ought to proceed on the best ethical basis we can find.
