WORLD ENOUGH AND TIME - Doctor Who S10 Ep011 - A CHAUD ! (Review) - Duration: 2:59.
I can't believe it! Series 10 is soon to be over
and we watched the finale's first part...
Weird how time past quickly!
We can't stay in such a simple set for a such important event!
I have an idea! Follow me !
Come on!
Look, it's perfect here! "World Enough and Time" is over, it's time to react "A Chaud"! (Instantly)
The Doctor wants Missy to prove she turned good so he sends her to save a crew near a black hole.
As you can see, we are in Cardiff Millennium Centre.
We watched the episode live with an orchestra,
with Pearl Mackie in the audience, Steven Moffat, production staff... It was incredible.
Maybe it influenced us but... waw, this episode!
So many great things, but I'm scared to spoil because everything is huge!
It's so hard, I want to tell you so many things and I can't!
I was devastated from the intro, the ending and the end of the first scene in the ship.
All the "Doctor Who" stuff with Missy is insane.
Thank you so much Steven for this completely meta part
which is messing up with people but which explains a lot too.
Every characters, the Doctor, Nardole, Missy, the guy downstairs...
They are all incredible.
And Bill simply broke my heart.
This is the best Cybermen episode I saw in a while...
Maybe it's even the best Cybermen episode ever.
This episode is made to reunite Classic fans, RTD fans, Moffat fans... Everybody.
Time went on so quickly as I was fascinated by the screen.
The music left me speechless,
but I think this is mostly because the official Doctor Who orchestra was there.
I think we found the series' SFX budget as it was impressive.
The only bad point is that most of the twists had been reveled by the series promotion, which is a shame.
So we knew they were Mondasian Cybermen, we would there would be the Master Simm...
But still, I was breathless.
It is a wonderfully written episode which gives us questions and clues about the show's past and future.
Can't wait for part two! Steven, don't let us down after such a wonderful episode!
Kisses Zarbis, and see you...
Kisses Zarbis.
And see you next week!

How to Increase Watch Time on YouTube - Duration: 6:30.
How do you increase the watch time of your videos?
Let's talk psychology today and let's do a quiz to see what works best.
Watch time
is YouTube's most important way to measure the quality of a video and to
decide whether to promote it or not. This again became clear in a brand new study
which found out that the most successful videos have a watch time of 5 to 8
minutes. So check your stats. If you are below five minutes then this video is
for you. The most effective way to increase the
watch time is to apply a good structure. For example starting with a hook, then a
welcome message, and then the main part of the video. That is what I mean by
structure. And I know a guy who uses a really good structure. Let me introduce
you to Zack: "Hello YouTube. I'm Zack. You're watching ZakDTV, the place for
interesting news from around the net." Just five seconds of any of his videos
and you know you landed on the right spot. Let's add that to the structure.
Next comes his hook: "In today's episode we're gonna talk about an
electric-powered space tugboat, then we have laser weapons
on drones, and we're going to wrap this whole thing up with a government program
to give bionic arms to amputees." Just 15 seconds and I'm stoked to watch his
whole video. Think of it from the psychological perspective. I just clicked
this thumbnail and of course expect to see something cool about space. This hook
confirms me, yes that's coming up. And even more cool
things. My excitement is going up. Building that excitement is the most
important thing to do in the beginning of the video. It gives the viewer the
stamina to watch the whole thing. Because this is so important we'll do a fun quiz
about that in two minutes. You'll see how much of a difference the hook can make.
Next up in Zak's structure is the welcome message: "And remember if you want more
stories like this Monday through Friday go ahead and click that subscribe button
over here so you know when I upload something new." Again just five seconds to
get the essential info about the channel. This is very helpful to gain new
subscribers and Zack does this in a smart way. First, he doesn't ask to
subscribe too early. Rather at this point when the viewers are excited and are
more willing to subscribe. And second, he thinks about his subscribers. They don't
want to hear the same thing over and over again. So he keeps it to just five
seconds. Perfect! At this point we are just 20 seconds into the video. Kudos
Zak, you optimized the heck out of it. Alright, let's watch his story about
space. "Alright let's get right into this. A team of researchers from Polytech
University of Turin and ThalesAlenia – that's an aerospace company that makes
modules for the space station – recently published a paper describing how they
want to produce an electric-powered space tugboat to take trips to the moon
and back. According to Martina Mammarella – I don't know
if I'm saying that right, but here we go, she's a researcher working on this
project – 'that by analyzing the mission scenario and all the elements involved
in it. We came out with the idea to study in deep space the concept of a
sustainable transportation system equipped with electric propulsion.' What
they'd like to do is use hall-effect thrusters to power their ship. These are
electrically based thrusters and they are a perfected concept. We have them out
in space right now. The only problem with these is they take a long time to
accelerate because they don't produce a lot of power. But when you're working in
a vacuum you don't need a lot of power to get something moving. And that's why
they're looking into this like a space tugboat. Because there would be no humans
on board – it'd be completely autonomous and it would just be ferrying cargo back and
forth – it could take as long as needed to get there." I am a sucker for such news
stories and my excitement ran high. But even for me my excitement decreased over
time. That's just how it is. Luckily, Zak always has three stories
and with each new story the excitement goes up again. By how much really depends
on the story and what the viewer likes. For some the excitement stays on a high
level and they keep watching to the end. For others it drops too much and they
stop watching before the video ends. But Zak has another ace up his sleeve. While
he talks he shows images to enrich the story.
Psychologically speaking this increases the excitement a little bit every time. So
many people keep watching for longer. Awesome recipe to keep viewers watching
Zak. High five! Let's do a quiz. Since Zak is perfectly
set up with this structure the main factor that decides if an individual
video becomes successful is the hook and the three stories he chooses. Let's see
if you would like to watch only the first story, the first two stories, or
even all three stories. Here we go: "In today's episode we're going to look at
the first commercial space station. It's getting ready for flight. We also have an
explanation for a signal that was found in the 70s. And we're going to wrap up
with all I could call is the coolest knife-throwing I've ever seen." How was
that? Click this card and select how many stories you would like to watch.
Let's check out another one: "In today's episode we have an extremely heavy lift drone.
We're also going to look at a new frog they just found in the Amazon. And we're
going to wrap up with a robotic valet." How was this one? Click this card and
select again.
All good things come in threes. Let's check out one last hook: "In
today's episode we're going to take a look at Toyota's first attempt at a
flying car. Then we're going to step into MIT's first attempt at tattooing. We're
going to wrap up with something that could draw your nightmares for you. You
don't even have to work." How interesting was that? Here is another card for you.
A good structure is really setting up for more watch time. By the way, what is the
structure you use in your videos? I look forward to read your comments. And if you
haven't checked out Zak's channel yet here are the three videos you just saw in the
quiz. Cheers guys!

Faith Time: Talking about Faith - Duration: 4:12.
Faith Time our weekly
conversation on Matters of
Faith. Joining me this
morning is Pastor Cye Hunter
with True Word
Deliverance Ministry in Mobile.
thanks for joining
us this morning.
Pastor Hunter: Good morning
Chad: We call this segment
"Faith Time" and
this morning we wanted to talk
about that, how do you
define faith?
Pastor Hunter: Faith is
believing, and trusting in
God, someone or even yourself
without proof of the
thing that you are believing
for. Jesus said, "If you can
believe all things are
possible".
Chad: What's is the hardest
part about
accepting faith?
Pastor Hunter: We have been
brought up to trust in what we
can see, and what we can figure
out or
accomplish on our own. That is
totally contrary to
having Faith, it is as if it is
foreign to us. Faith is
trusting in God although we
can't see him physically.
Chad: Different churches talk
about grace through
faith, how do you see it?
Pastor Hunter: The scripture
basically states
the same "by Grace are we saved
through Faith", not
due to anything that we have
done, but by the
Grace and Mercy of God. It is a
matter of believing and
accepting it.
Chad: How does your faith help
you?
Pastor Hunter:Due to my Faith in
God's Word my life
was transformed, and it gave me
the stability that I
needed. It has also taught me
that going through
Trials, Hardships, and
Disappointments in Life that
He is there with me. "For he
said in his Word that He will
never leave thee nor will he
Forsake thee".
Chad: what do you recommend when
people
have a crisis of faith?
Pastor Hunter: At a time of
Crisis, I always try to
encourage people to pray an as
best as they can, to
look to God. I also let them
know that in the midst of
that crisis that God still
cares, and he sees what
they are going through.
Chad: How do you incorporate
this into your
preaching?
Pastor Hunter: I use different
scripture
references of people that dealt
with some of the
same issues that we are faced
with now. It will show
how through God's Grace, Mercy,
and Power that it encourages
their Faith.
Chad: Pastor Cye Hunter with
True Word Deliverance
Ministry in Mobile
, thank-you for joining us for
this edition of Faith Time
and News 5 This morning will
continue after the break.
