Youtube daily about Jul 1 2017

OK, so what is a firework?

(deep breath) Well...

Fireworks are...

They're like things that you shoot at like the Fourth of July like (explosion sound).

They like go up in the sky and explode!

They go (explosion sounds).

Like that.

Fireworks is really loud.

It hurts your ears.

They're cool, but sometimes they can be a little scary.

But when I'm trying to sleep, they're really noisy.

I like how they pop into the air.

They smell weird.

We saw a heart...upside down heart firework.

What was that like?

It was almost like a heart but it was upside down.

Are fireworks dangerous?

They are dangerous if you get close to them.

If they're pointing the wrong way, they could go towards someone's house and blow it up.

If the firework doesn't go up all the way, it could hit somebody.

If you don't shoot them right, it could just go toward somebody and then explode on them.

(rocket sound) And what if the firework malfunctions and it goes...

(rocket sound) (explosion sound)

If you get to close to them, you might...um...you don't know what's gonna happen and you might pop.

Have you ever shot off fireworks at your house?

Yeah.

And how did that go?

Not so well.

Was anybody hurt?

No. They were fine.

Someone just had to stop, drop, and roll.

If you saw other kids playing with fireworks, what would you say to them?

Like, you could get...you could get hurt.

Stop. They're gonna hurt you.

We need an adult to watch us because they can be dangerous.

Um..that's too...hard for...that's too....uh, like...kids...

Don't play with the fire works!

They are very dangerous!

You are not doing that!

Don't say that!

I don't like it!

Idon't think so!

I don't think so!

Hello. Holiday season is coming and you may want to go to a fireworks show, and that's our

preference...go to a professional show, it's much safer.

But if you choose to stay home and use fireworks, please make sure you have a water hose or

a bucket of water nearby, that you use good safety habits when you use fireworks, be on

a concrete area away from vegetation and structures.

Be safe!

chatty GRWM | PRIDE summer party (a chat about post-empire youtube) - Duration: 11:52.

Hi guys, hope you've been doing well since the last video. Today, I'm going to

do my makeup with you guys. I though I would do a chatty get ready with me

Because I'm going to summer party tonight

And then I thought I could upload this on PRIDE, so when you guys are getting ready to go in your parades

You can get ready with me. This is the same way I'm going to be doing my makeup for PRIDE. Starting off with some

Concealer

I won't be telling you guys brand them anything that I'm using, because I'm not really sure if I'd recommend them. I never

really invested in makeup

Even though I do enjoy using it. Also, alot of them aren't vegan and cruelty-free because I'm just kind of using them up

I'm sorry if that looks a bit creepy, but um

Yes, I don't necessarily agree with the products either, which is kind of weird, I shouldn't really be using them then

I think I'm uploading this on PRIDE

So happy... or the whole month has been PRIDE, but kind of the big final day where we all walk in parades

So happy pride. I hope you've been doing well. I hope you're safe.

You know it's always a good time to reflect back on

the struggles of

The LGBTQ+ community

Yeah, cover a few of these little pimples

I personally don't use foundation, because I have never really found it neccesary. Not that I don't have pimples

but personally it just makes my skin break out more and

I don't really think anyone expects you to not have pimples. Especially if you're a teenager

People know you have pimples anyways, so why not just not spend your money and time on it

And I'm going to go over with some powder. Oh

soon, I'm gonna reach

Hopefully, unless this all stops and all comes crashing down

I'm going to reach a hundred subscribers and that really excites me

For the 100 subscriber special, which is kind of a lame thing to do, but I really want to do it

I'm going to jump off a bridge

Oh, that has a much more dramatic than what it is

Close to where I live is a bridge that's about four meters off the water and it connects the island to the mainland

And it's proper scary though, even though it's not that high for a lot of you guys

and I thought I'd jump off that and film it because I'm scared of water and scared of heights, so

You know it will be a little push. I was actually gonna, in my head

I was hoping I could jump from ten meters

but that's just to be said dangerous when you're not as strong a swimmer like I am

But when... I'm not a strong swimmer is what I'm trying to say

Not that I'll drown. I'm not gonna risk my life for a YouTube video

Yet!

Then I'm going to go

Over the middle of my eyes with some

This champagne color. I definitely don't know anything about makeup. So really don't trust me

I just hope you enjoy kind of hanging out. And then I'm going to go in with this deeper rose gold color

Here, I do this kind of roughly because I'm going to end up blending it all out anyway

What have I been up to lately? I thought I could give you guys a little life update, so what have I been doing

I've been making videos twice a week, that's been a lot of fun. I'm on summer holidays now, I'm just really enjoying myself. I've been up with friends

I've been going to a few parties, I'm going to another party tonight. This sounds like I'm bragging

I'm not bragging. I've just kind of surprised myself that I've got so many parties to go to

I'm invited to a party tomorrow that I won't be able to go, cause it's quite far away and I have to work on Saturday

Which is when this is coming out, and then on Saturday I'm invited to this PRIDE party which is going to be on the beach

I've also been

Exercising more which is always a good thing. I think your goal should always be to kind of

Not exercise for the way you look, but you know for your health and the way you feel. For me

I've been doing it for my mental health mostly

Blend blend blend. Yeah, that's been nice, I've been jogging with this app called Zombies run and

You guys probably don't know this, but zombies are like one of my greatest passions in life. Have been for a long time

And being able to have like a zombie story at the same time as jogging has been a lot of fun

It's been really encouraging me to exercise

Probably not getting the most flattering shots of me

wots goin on 'ere

but

is that ok? is that what i wanted?

Looks good

Looks dandy.Quickly gonna brush over my eyebrow, not gonna fill anything in you know whatever. You're

eyebrows are your eyebrows. How much can you really care? You know I've been hearing people say

they judge people based on the eyebrows, and they'd probably hate me, oh my Lord, but

What you doing about that? I feel like if you're gonna judge someone based up their eyebrows. Maybe we wouldn't get along anyways but

thats just a theory. A GAME THEORY

Thanks for watching

Okay, I've got this new eyeliner

I'm going to have to go closer to the mirror

It's okay. It's doable considering this is a new pen, I'd say it's a decent effort.

There you go

Got two

got two little

Wings here, so hopefully that will do that's okay. That's okay. That's not awful

Now I'm gonna put on some mascara. To be fair, I've never really liked the way Mascara looks which might be a weird thing to say

especially cause I'm putting it on, but yeah

I always thought that kind of natural eyelashes look so soft as soon as you put on Mascara it looks, so

Harsh and if it's a lump you can get kinda spidery

So obviously, if I just had a proper good Mascara that would probably be better but.. The thing about this Mascara

that I've got here, is I think it's actually made for people who have false lashes because

big this wand. It's huge. It's about the same size as my eye

something I've been thinking about since last night, cause I was watching a video by

Bobby Burns or something it was kind of like a

movie-review-YouTube-review Channel

and really cool, really good content

And he was talking about something called empire and post empire. And empire is kind of like if you imagine Jimmy fallon

You know like fake, people-pleaser. Fake maybe isn't the first word I would have used, but you know people-pleaser they're kind of making very positive content

We have that whole PewDiePie video about false positivity on Youtube and then post empire is kind of more

He used Charlie sheen as an example necessary think that is the best example

But I'm pretty much someone that makes kind of gritty real videos

That are honest and that kind of wonders where on that spectrum of my so my last video was cool

What makes me happy but it starts to be fair for me that video is?

Even though it tries to be positive. I think it's kind of a sad video. I made it because I

wasn't still I'm kind of in a rough place, and I wanted something kind of

anyone visits a video that expressed that at the same time that wasn't just like I'm really really anxious all the time you know because

that's not really even

If that would be kind of more realistic that's not something I kind of identify with there's not just not how I view myself nowadays

Sit next thing some blush. Yeah, I don't think there's as much to gain on kind of

seeking

pure

Realism like is that

Allowed to say, but I also think that just faking a positivity is really something

That you gain much out of you this I think kind of finding a middle balance where you can

Both and grow and learn from Someone's videos at the same time

It's not fake and it's not obviously in genuine I

Also put blush on my nose. Which is inspired by this some ages ago. I was watching this harajuku

Makeup tutorial yeah, I very much enjoyed Japanese street style and apparently it makes bracelet cuter

And I think so too like having that look sunburned really probably glancing on me

Yeah, I very much. Enjoy it one of the five things men do but glitter on my face now

This is Christopher my friend, Nora. Thank you, Nora. I don't really have any proper way to stick it on

It's just a hobby crafting business

apparently

Yeah, hopefully my blush and my moisturizer will be enough to stick you know. I don't have any primers. I'm not like super hardcore makeup

Artist to kind of wish I was but I'm not

so

Yeah, also when you think of prime makeup you probably think you're like a lot of colors and stuff

But to be fair I only have one eyeshadow palette speaking it where you put highlighter on the river

Which is really the whole kind of highlighter?

Trend is it even a trend or is it just like it was previously an underappreciated makeup product

Thank you guys so much for you know

supporting the channel and commenting and like my videos by the way it really means a

Lot to me

I felt you don't monetize my videos at all and not really new for any particular reason like I'm not like empty monetization

Just personally I wouldn't gain that much. I brother I probably unlike

Statically couldn't free pan and I quite enjoy my videos not having any

Absalom the ones that do have as the ones that have been taken for copyright

Which it doesn't really I don't want to just like putin

Not all of them should have been pretty much what I'm trying to say a little bit on my nose

Looks a bit silly, but I think I look cute

There you go, it's got all glitter

just missing a little bit Youtube recently to be fair and

Oh, I'm going to put on some lipstick

I know that's what brown lipstick would suit me, but then my mum confident in the home so thick and

I've got proper curious as to what it would look like so try it on I actually think that looks quite nice with my hair

so

Turn this on

Milik oh that's that's a mirror. Sorry about that. I'm looking dad here

I'm ready now because my viewfinder, and I'm very not used to putting makeup on before a camera

Did it I guess you turned. I was very like 9 I did accept that it was funny

If I can find those kids eyes on because they are really funny looking back

And I would just like smeared pink and black

I said on my face

Sometimes I've never done a video like this where I just talk to the camera

So tell me what you guys think of it because I still more

Comfortable doing voiceovers like what I do journaling, so I think I just because I'm more used to it and if you guys find

If you guys just enjoy these videos

Pretty much and tell me so see I don't want to make them if no one's enjoying them. I enjoy making them of course

Hey

there are some lipstick and

I knew those

along

This is the way

Facebook, I hope you guys enjoyed this video

Thank you so much for watching if you want to feel free to subscribe. It'll be very very nice

how you going to part of the channel and

Yeah, have a lovely time until the next video alright

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp expects to learn plenty about his squad during pre-season schedule - Duration: 4:32.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp expects to learn plenty about his squad during pre-season schedule

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp expects to learn a lot about his players during a pre-season schedule that takes them to Hong Kong, Germany and Ireland.

The German wants the Reds in tip-top shape for the big Premier League kick-off at Watford on August 12 and the play-off round of the Champions League. And Klopp knows that every training session between now and then carries an enormous significance.

Liverpool pre-season schedule  July 12: Tranmere Rovers (Prenton Park) 7. 45pm July 14: Wigan Athletic (DW Stadium) 7.

30pm July 19: Crystal Palace (National Stadium, Hong Kong - Premier League Asia Trophy) TBC July 22: TBC (National Stadium, Hong Kong - Premier League Asia Trophy) TBC July 29: Hertha Berlin (Olympiastadion, Berlin) 5pm August 1: Bayern Munich (Allianz Arena, Munich - Audi Cup) 7.

30pm August 2: TBA (Allianz Arena, Munich - Audi Cup) TBA August 5: Athletic Bilbao (Aviva Stadium, Dublin) 5. 15pm .

He told Liverpools official website: Apart from the games during the season, its the most important thing and it has a big influence on the games. You create a base for the whole year.

This game is a players game and the players game means they need to know what the other guy is thinking. You learn all of this in the pre-season.

Of course you learn in the season - you fine-tune - but the better the basis you can create, the better the season will be.

I really love the sessions. There should be a 100 per cent difference between the first day of pre-season and the last day. We really want to see big, big progress..

Liverpool have a packed pre-season programme that begins with a visit to near-neighbours Tranmere Rovers on July 12 and a trip to Wigan Athletic two nights later.

They then jet off to Hong Kong where theyll compete in the Premier League Asia Trophy, facing Crystal Palace in their semi-final. Leicester City and West Bromwich Albion are the other participants.

Returning to Europe, Liverpool play Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin in the German capital on July 29 before heading south to Munich for two matches in the Audi Cup.

They play hosts Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on August 1 and then a second fixture the following day depending on how they get on.

Finally, there is a visit to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on August 5 for a meeting with Spanish side Athletic Bilbao.

The games will offer the ideal opportunity for new signings Mohamed Salah and Dominic Solanke to settle in ahead of the serious business.

And Klopp added: That's why you go to training camps, usually, because they are then all together 24 hours [a day]; having breakfast, lunch and dinner together, spare time together and all that stuff.

You can ask each new player who came in last year how he felt on his first day and the day after the camp or day after pre-season, that's a very decisive period.

The closer you can get in this period, the better it is.

MSF PULSE: The Truth About Refugees and Migrants - Duration: 1:56.

Crazy fact: refugees and migrants are coming to steal your jobs ...

... is exactly the kind of uninformed messaging that is spreading across the web today.

There are more than 60 million people around the world who have been forced from their homes

by war, violence, and disaster. This is the greatest number of displaced people

since the Second World War. Doctors Without Borders provides medical care

in places where violence and conflicts are forcing people to flee.

We're talking about places like Syria where the war has been going on for six years

and even hospitals get bombed on a regular basis.

We're talking about places like South Sudan where ongoing conflicts have decimated local crops

leaving populations starving. And, we're talking about places like Libya where people

already fleeing for their lives are being detained, raped, and tortured.

European governments have made it impossible for people to seek asylum by

safe and legal mean and now we're pulling people out of sinking vessels in

the Mediterranean Sea. In the past two years we have rescued more than 40,000 people

from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea. Last year alone over 5,000 people died trying to make that journey

So again, migrants and refugees are not coming to steal your jobs.

People are fleeing because they're desperate and they have no other choice

and many of them would rather be back home living in peace and security.

Prince Andrew releases statement about daughters Eugenie and Beatrice - Duration: 2:59.

prince Andrew has released a statement requesting that the media stop "speculation and innuendo"

in regards to his two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Beatrice.

He also spoke about reports that there was a rift between himself and his brother Prince

Charles, calling the stories a "complete fabrication."

The full statement, which was posted on the Duke of York's official account, reads: "Over

the past few weeks a number of stories have been run in various newspapers that have no

basis of fact and the most recent, relating to my daughters, requires correction to terminate

further speculation and innuendo.

To clarify: It is a complete fabrication to suggest I have asked for any future husbands

of the Princesses to have titles.

There is no truth to the story that there could be a split between The Prince of Wales

and I over my daughters' participation as Members of the Royal Family and any continued

speculation is pointless."

The Prince continued to speak about his daughters' role as members of the royal family, and how

their participation in official duties is "very much appreciated."

He continued: "As a father, my wish for my daughters is for them to be modern, working,

young women, who happen to be members of the Royal Family, and I am delighted to see them

building their careers.

When they do support the Royal Family in its work this is very much appreciated by my family

and, most importantly, by those organisations and to those for whom their participation

makes such a difference to their lives.

Whilst I appreciate, as Granddaughters of The Queen, there is considerable interest

in my daughters, I cannot continue to stand by and have the media speculate on their futures

based on my purported interventions, which are completely made up and an invention."

Sarah Ferguson requested that the media "stop bullying the York family" shortly before Prince

Andrew's statement while speaking about their work with the Teenage Cancer Trust.

She said: "Both the duke and myself, we could not be more proud of this moment because these

two girls that work so hard in their own careers have taken time off today to spread the word

of teen cancer, which is so important, and then go back to work.

It's really an extraordinary example that, I think, good parenting and listening to your

children and getting them to take responsibility for their own actions.

Lets focus more on this and less on tittle tattle gossip.

Stop bullying the York family, please."

Job Interviews in English: Three Dos and Don'ts of Tell Me About Yourself - Duration: 7:57.

Hi, I'm Annemarie with Speak Confident English and welcome to your Confident English Wednesday

lesson.

This week we are focused on one of the most popular topics on the Speak Confident English

website.

It's also one of the most common questions I receive by email or from my students, especially

those who are looking for a new job, trying to advance their career, and use English.

So today we are focused on: Tell Me About Yourself.

We're getting very specific on just this one question because it's the most common question

in a job interview and maybe even the most important.

Both native and non-native English speakers search all over the Internet to find out how

to best answer this question and there are some fantastic examples and resources online.

But today I want to focus on one specific thing: 3 dos and don'ts of how to answer this

question.

Today's lesson actually comes from my own experience.

Yes, I've interviewed for jobs before in my life but I've also been an interviewer many,

many times.

And in that experience, I've seen some really wonderful interviews and some not so impressive.

I don't want you to be in that second group, so I'm going to share with you exactly what

impressed me as an interviewer, what helped make someone memorable, and what is important

for you when you interview for your next job in English.

Now very quickly, before we get to the lesson I do want to let you know that I have a super

special download for you today.

It's a step-by-step workbook that will help you think about how to best create your unique

answer to this question.

We'll talk a little bit more about the workbook as we go through the lesson.

But after you watch this video, make sure that you visit the online lesson so that you

can download the workbook and prepare, practice, and perfect your answer to Tell Me About Yourself.

So the first don't in today's lesson is: in this question, don't tell your life story.

Yes, the interviewer is asking you to tell her or him about yourself but they don't want

to you know where you grew up or all of the travels you've taken in your life.

They don't want to know about all your time at university studying.

They want to know one thing: are you the right person for the job.

And they want to get an immediate idea about whether or not you are.

So this question helps them understand that immediately if you answer it correctly.

Now that doesn't mean there's a right or a wrong answer.

But it does mean there is a correct way or method to answering it.

The key is to think about this specific job that you are interviewing for.

And then thinking about your entire experience, your work experience, your accomplishments,

the skills that you've gained and choosing the things that are most specific that relate

directly to this job so that you can show you are the right person, that you have the

right qualifications, expertise, strengths to perform well and be the best person for

this job.

Now if you've never talked about your accomplishments, your strengths and that feels uncomfortable,

maybe it's not something that's common in your culture, that is okay.

I know it feels strange and awkward at the beginning but that is exactly why I created

this workbook for you.

To help begin the process of brainstorming and thinking about what should you say, what

could you say?

What is part of your background, your expertise that could be important to highlight in this

question?

Don't number two: don't repeat your resume word-for-word.

Honestly, this just isn't impressive.

Your interviewer will most likely have a copy of your resume directly in front of them and

they've probably read a little bit of it, so they don't need you to repeat everything

to them.

Again, remember, the key of this question is are you the right person for the job.

So everything you say in the response to this question should be those skills, those areas

of expertise that will make you the right person for the job.

They should directly connect to that position.

Think of it as an opportunity to highlight the most important things about you and what

you want the interviewer to know the most so that he or she can make the right decision.

This is only the first question.

There will be many more questions in the interview where you will have the opportunity to expand

your answers.

But here you want to give an overview and highlight the key points.

Now in the online lesson, I have given you some good and bad examples so that you can

what I'm talking about when you answer this question.

And I've give you several more examples in that step-by-step workbook.

And don't number three: don't speak for too long.

Again, this is only your first question.

You're just getting started with the interview.

Your answer to this question should be about 2 to 3 minutes long, no longer.

This is your introduction, so you want it to be brief, you want it to be clear, and

you want it to be succinct.

If you know me, you know that I love that word succinct.

It means saying everything you need to say and nothing more.

Now the only way to make sure that you answer this question in the best way possible is

to prepare.

Yes, prepare before you go to the job interview.

Know what you want to say.

Practice it.

Say it out loud.

Time yourself to make sure that it's not too short (30 seconds is too short) but of course,

you don't want it to be too long either.

You want it to be just right and you want to sound natural and free and easy you communicate

in English.

The best way to do that is to practice with it, get comfortable with those words and the

language and what you're going to say.

So after you watch this video, after you download the step-by-step workbook to help you create

your answer, feel free to share it with me.

You can do that in the comments section just below this video.

You can also read comments from others to see their examples.

And I do read and provide feedback on all of them.

It's a great opportunity for you to begin that first step of preparing and practicing

so that you have your perfect answer to Tell Me About Yourself.

And with that, have a fantastic week.

Thank you so much for joining me.

And I'll see you next week for your Confident English Wednesday lesson.

This Is The Easiest Design Tip No One Talks About | Southern Living - Duration: 2:43.

Everybody knows the popularity of decorating with white.

We've all heard before how it can instantly lighten

and brighten your room, your furniture, or anything.

But I bet none of you have heard about

the power of black.

It's the decorator's most secret weapon.

With just a smidge you can freshen an entire room.

One of my favorite decorating tricks with black

is the simple black Parsons picture frame.

It's an easy way to unite a gallery wall.

But it really shines when you use it to frame

a grouping of sweet family photos.

The edge of your frame keeps the family grouping

from seeming too sentimental, or saccharin.

And it also makes it okay for a living room.

The goal of all good decorating is to establish

an interesting but cohesive mix of items.

Here the common thread that ties this vignette together

is black.

The clean style of this portrait coupled with its

dark background

and the edgy line on the inside of the frame

make it powerful, but simple enough to stand up

to the more modern edgy chairs.

This is a great example of how touches of black

can pull together disparate elements.

Another strikingly easy way to use black in your room

is to paint the muttons of your window black.

It emulates the look of a pricier steel case window,

gives your room an industrial edge,

and because the black recesses into the view

it also opens up your windows to the outside even more.

Black muttons actually don't obstruct your site lines

as much as white.

But before you break out the paint brush

you need to know where to stop.

To keep the dark color from overpowering the room

paint only the muttons black

and leave the rest of the windows

facing the same as the wall color.

Another great feature of black

that's frequently underrated is its power

to highlight architectural elements.

Here, painting this handrail and banister a dark black

instead of a traditional stain

gives it even more clean contrast

against the white balustrade.

Aside from the striking good look of the black banister here

the black actually helps to hide hand prints.

That black banister and stair treads here

contrast so much

with the white balustrade that it actually helps

to brighten this space.

In short, the dark color makes the light color

feel even lighter.

Another daring move with black

that pays off every time

is to paint your floors black.

This is a much less expensive

than a pricey refinishing job

but it achieves a very similar effect.

Since floors are expected to be dark

taking them to that extra level

really isn't as risky as you probably think it is.

Since it is a little unexpected though

it's an instant way to freshen up your entire home.

This is also a great cure for scuffed up floors

that will save you the time and effort

of a pricey refinishing.

And if they do get scuffed

it's a quick fix to touch them up with paint.

Now that you've seen these great examples

in how to use black, I hope you're ready

to try it out in your own spaces.

Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress — Everything You Need to Know About Her Gown! - Duration: 2:20.

Who could ever forget Kate Middleton's stunning wedding dress?

No one.

Though the Duchess of Cambridge's nuptials were nearly six years ago, royal fans have

been gushing about her unforgettable gown since she walked down the aisle with her now-husband,

Prince William, back in April 2011.

The Alexander McQueen number remains one of the most highly talked about royal bridal

gowns of all time, inspiring many women to copy the look for their own weddings.

The dress was created in collaboration with designer Sarah Burton, who successfully abided

to Kate's request of royal tradition mixed with modern style when designing the mesmerizing

frock.

The beautiful lace on the white dress as well as the memorable flowers on her veil which

was famously held in place by Queen Elizabeth's gorgeous Cartier tiara were both made at the

Royal School of Needlework in East Molesey, England.

Team members at the school had trouble matching the color of all the lace because it was made

out of hand cut English and Chantilly lace.

The back of the mom of two's dress was bound together with 58 organza covered buttons and

Rouleau loops.

The train carried by Kate's younger sister, Pippa Middleton, who was by far the most gorgeous

bridesmaid in history, measured in at around 8.85 feet long.

When Pippa lifted the train, onlookers were able to see the underskirt of the dress, which

was made out of silk tulle and trimmed with Cluny lace. nd if the lace details on the

veil and sleeves weren't stunning enough, roses, thistles, daffodils, and shamrocks

were featured on both the area above her waist as well as the skirt with a technique called

Carrickmacross.

The symbols represent England, Ireland, and Scotland.

Shortly after Kate and William's special day, the 35 year old's wedding dress was put on

display at Buckingham Palace for her fans to appreciate up close.

How To Be Successful In Life? - STOP Talking About Your GOALS - Duration: 4:14.

Have you ever had a conversation with someone who keeps talking again and

Again how he will lose that weight he keeps struggling with or how the next

Week he will start his healthy lifestyle, stop drinking, start going to the gym

I think you probably already know that is the person that usually keeps those bad

Habits and never makes the necessary changes to improve or makes the change,

but never commits to it in the long run. Maybe it's you or maybe it's someone you

know who acts this way. These are the people I considered the talkers - they

talk a lot but never back they're talk by work and discipline. There are

obviously exceptions to this but majority of talkers never achieve what

they want because of the fake sense of accomplishment they create in that

moment of sharing their goals and targets. The moment you share your goal

you feel better about yourself you feel as if it's closer when in reality

completely opposite. You allow yourself to relax and postpone the decisions you

should be making right now. For example, to stop watching the TV and get some

work done. It's even worse when you complain, complain how hard it is or how

it is someone else's fault this completely demolishes your self-worth

and self-confidence which develops the urge and the need to be accepted urge to

be approved. It's a self pity, needy habit that you need to overcome if you

want to build success in any sort and you can do so by following these three

steps. Firstly, understand that majority of people don't care that much we are

self-centered species you like it or not. We think about ourselves and our own

problems. Secondly, the most important relationship you're going to have is

with you and you need to comprehend that you don't need anyone to approve you and

your ideas and your goals. Thirdly, is to stop talking about your goals in general

there's a good thing that goes stay silent because good work talks for itself.

So, you might ask - okay I will stop talking about my goals will that

automatically make them a reality? I think you can grasp the answer already.

No, the only thing that can get you anywhere is your effort and attitude in fact

anything that propels you from taking an action will not help you in any way

action leads to results. When you talk about education you need to be practical

with it, because if you do not use the education you have it's useless and

we're not necessarily talking about university education it can be any kind

of knowledge that goes to waste if you do not use it practically and get

results with it. So, if we sum up everything we talked about I want you to

take a step back and start simple - keep your goals to yourself keep quiet and

don't talk about them - develop that self-discipline start filtering when

you're saying to your friends and to yourself it's essential it's essential

Because if you want to achieve your goals you need to make good decisions

and right decisions in the right moments and you can only do that by developing

these two qualities that are again very very important

Thank you so much for watching I really appreciate and respect that you're

taking your time of the day. For those who are interested in further research

about goals I'll leave a good video in the link on the description that talks

about your focus and how you should look about goals and focus on behaviors

rather than you know goals themselves , also, I would really appreciate if you

give me some feedback this is my first video I'm really excited to improve them

and to give better content for you in the future - thank you !
