99 BOTTLES OF BEER, YOU TAKE

PEOPLE AT A CONTROLLED RATE OF 2

PER HOUR, AND IT'S "BACHELOR IN

PARADISE" FROM HERE ON OUT NOW!

YEAH!

SO "BACHELOR IN PARADISE"

FEELS LIKE THEY'VE COME TO SOME

WAY TO PREVENT THE THING THAT

JUST HAPPENED BETWEEN CORINNE

AND DEMARIO.

THEY'RE SAYING THAT THESE

CONTESTANTS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE

TWO DRINKS AN HOUR.

THAT'S TERRIBLE.

ANNOUNCER: TO BE FAIR, SO WERE

THE ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL

This 4k OLED TV COSTS $20,000 (2.5mm thick) - Duration: 2:06.

Earlier in January this year I made a video talking about LG's New Wallpaper TV, Which

was showcased at CES 2017.

That video was well received by you guys, and I also thought that the TV itself was

a good deal.

Until I heard the official price this week.

Yeah, as you've probably seen from the title, the LG Wallpaper TV, The 2.5 mm thick LG TV,

Costs $20,000.

That's almost the price of a CAR.

Specifically, we're talking about the 77-Inch model of the TV.

There's a smaller 65 Inch Model but it costs about $8000.

The W series uses a bit of trickery for pulling off its 0.2-inch thick design: the guts of

the TV, including HDMI inputs and general hardware, are stowed away inside an attached

Dolby Atmos soundbar below the TV.

For what it's worth (design aside), you're still getting a fantastic TV.

The W series supports all four main HDR standards (HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG, and Advanced HDR

by Technicolor), offers full 4K resolution, and runs LG's pretty good WebOS 3.5 smart

TV software.

Straight up, this TV Is more expensive than a brand new Ford Focus, which costs which

costs $16,000.

So for this price I genuinely hope that the LG Wallpaper 77 inch model is actually good

for the cost.

To be fair, you're getting incredible visuals on a colossal screen about one-fifth of an

inch thick that is wall-mountable via magnets.

But still, if I had the money, I wouldn't buy it.

So, that's it for this video, pretty short, I know, but I just wanted to keep you guys

up to date just like I did with what was going on at CES 2017.

So if you liked this video, learnt anything new or want more feel free to subscribe, comment

below and leave a like.

I post new videos every single week, so thanks for watching and I'll see you later.

Costa Blanca Movie Altea TV Documentary 2017 The Place To Live & Visit (35 min) - Duration: 35:01.

What is Altea all about?

Let's find out!

Altea is among the 5 most beautiful towns of Spain.

She's just so pretty!

Wow!

You just need to look around to see why it's so nice.

It's a different type of clientele.

It's a very good place to live and to stay.

Altea: it has the best micro climate in the world.

And it's the healthiest place to live.

Welcome to Costa Blanca where we find Altea between Valencia and Alicante.

Altea is one of the most beautiful coastal towns of the costa Blanca North.

With its white historic old town overlooking the port,

and the rocky beach,

Altea retains its own unique, Spanish charm.

It offers abundance of galleries and cultural events all year long.

The visitors can enjoy the sense of community and the special charms with many small shops and restaurants.

They offer a great selection of International and traditional Spanish cuisine.

Let's visit some business owners in Altea.

When I was in France –where I grew up– when I was thinking about Spain, visualizing these white houses,

tiny little roads –this is exactly what Altea is all about. And Altea is among the 5 most beautiful towns in Spain.

She's just so pretty!

Azur Invest, tell me about your company.

My company is actually a French brand.

We are selling apartments and especially in the old town of Altea because I live in the old town and I first created

a project in the old town where I bought old houses that I refurbished.

I just fell in love with this old way of working and I dedicate myself to it so we are really focusing on the

old town and we became in a very short time the leaders of the market.

What is the price level in old town now in Altea?

Oh, there is everything.

Going from low offer below 100,000 and it can go up to a million.

Even 2 million. I have a property for 2 million euros.

I'm really focusing on trying to understand the needs of the customer and then try to focus on the property that

they actually want to buy.

Basically on the whole of the Costa Blanca a lot of foreigners come here with dust in the eye.

We are so blown away by the activity and the beauty of the area with the mountains, the sea and everything,

but what people don't know first there is a lot of scams with people not selling the right things, the laws are very

bad here to protect investors,

but also the market is very complicated.

We are in Bellaguarda.

It is the oldest part of Altea.

Altea started here.

Bellaguarda, it's because there are plenty of towers that were built in the 13th century, to protect from the pirates.

This is called La Torreta.

Not many people know about this place –even people from Altea.

Pirates coming just to rob the city this is why also Altea had a fort in the middle just to protect the city.

Altea is actually very good for investment because you can rent out a house easily for 1,000 euros a week

during summer because there is so much tourism that everything rents out in Altea.

The value is going up and up all the time.

Everyday life here is like you are on vacation because we just live 50 meters away from the beach and going for

coffee, for a beer, drinking something on the first line or go to the church square, it's a very good lifestyle.

Is it a family run business?

Yes, my partner is working with me –Laeticia, she is on the back.

She is selling houses while I'm talking to you.

Tell me about Altea.

For me Altea is a very special and beautiful town.

I grew up here in the old town near the church square.

My family house also has very beautiful views over the sea front, the same as the Mirador, up in the square.

Here you can find different collections, handmade collections.

You can find lovely decorations, people like a lot a different things you can find here.

So you are interested in interior design to help people?

Yes. I'm interested in interior design since I was a very young girl and I've got a place to show my ideas.

Everybody likes my ideas because I'm going to start a new project –Manaca Décor.

I can help my clients to make very nice ambiance in their houses or the company, business they've got.

So your work is your passion then?

Yes, always when something appears really here, right here…

Some nights are also magical here, there are a lot of people in the streets and there is magic with the lights

and everything.

And you open till late?

Yes, perhaps 1, 1.30 at night, yes.

And your husband when he was a child also lived in the old town?

Yes, he came here with his family when he was 7 years old on a boat.

We are very happy that now our children will play in the same streets we used to play when we were younger.

Egidio tell me why you are in Altea.

The first time I was here was in 1995 and the owner is almost like a family to me and he knows me since

I was born.

So I often came here and also spent my honeymoon here and I wanted to take over and continue a tradition

of Italian cooking here in Spain.

Why is this restaurant different?

Oh, good question.

First of all because it's an Italian restaurant, a 100% Italian restaurant; also because the staff, the chefs

are from Italy.

Also the products we use are coming from Italy twice per week so we use fresh products,

lots of things homemade.

And traditional pasta,

traditional pizza,

and we make ravioli of swordfish and shrimps; it's homemade.

Enjoy!

Why do you love Altea?

Altea is a nice place to be, to live, the sun is shining,

people are really kind and,

you know there is a beach.

It's a small village but big enough to have all the services, but not much noise so also for my family it

should be a good place to live.

Let's visit the Mayor of Altea…

Why is Altea the place to live and visit?

Altea has many conveniences which people who already know them, appreciates.

If you don't know them, give them value.

It's a high-end touristic town.

It's a town where we have all the services to live a high quality life.

Altea has good infrastructure; special climate, and the right attributes for culture and event planning.

Many worthy possibilities that the people who visit us can enjoy.

And we take very good care of the environment –I believe that's very important.

Altea has that mix between quality of life as a resident, and the conveniences to enjoy a comfortable life in Altea

30% are approximately European residents –around 8,000 people.

Mostly Europeans, but we have different nationalities –around 40 different nationalities living in Altea or visiting

The future of Altea must keep betting on quality tourism; reasonable urbanization, and a sustainable environment.

We believe we made a mistake with growing so fast in previous years.

The future must keep this growth, make it stable, and sustainable –I think we need to be aware of this.

The environment; gastronomy; culture, and quality of live.

We created a European Affairs office. We created it a month ago, and presented it a few days ago

on Europe Day.

And we have many visitors –they are helped in their languages– and it's there for whomever needs

paperwork done or information about what the City Hall can do for them.

We will now visit the part of Altea which is called Altea la Vella.

I came from Germany, it was only rain and dark and dirty and that's why I don't like winter in Germany and that's

why I came here 20 years ago here to Spain.

It was so nice here, sunny, not so cold. Here on the Coast we have the mountains, we have the sea,

we have it all here. What more would you like?

So, you are not going back to Germany?

No, I'll do it like my old clients when they are pensioners then I will go for some month to Germany

and then I come back.

But I think most of the time I'll stay in Spain.

And you have a very special shop up here? What is it that you offer?

Yes, I offer organic products, 100% organic, certified products.

When I came to Spain 20 years ago, I lived organic in Germany and I searched for organic products

and we didn't find enough; nothing in Spain.

And that's why we started this business.

We've had our business for 17 years and for each year we have more and more. And now I think we have

the best assortment in the Coast here. The most products I think.

We have more than 5000 different products here.

Renting a house here especially Altea, Calpe, Denia there are a lot of offers.

If you can buy organic products, you can cook them in your house yourself; not necessarily in restaurants.

You can make what you want.

Jaime tell me how long have you been working here as a vet?

I've been working as a vet since 1994.

Our philosophy in this clinic is holistic and integrative vet medicine.

What do I mean by that?

I mean that we don't only treat symptoms of the patient

in all the cases, but also emotional and physical aspects.

This is my dog and you were treating him ozone therapy even, so I know you offer very natural solutions as well.

Yes, that's the difference with this clinic with other clinics because we have many complementary therapies

–ozone is one of them, but it's also Bioresonance and regenerative therapies and traditional

Chinese veterinary medicine and the last is anti-tumor therapies with a natural products, not chemotherapy.

Wonderful.

Hello, how are you?

I'm fine, thank you.

Paqui tell me about your shop.

My shop is a optician. It's 13 years ago that I opened. Here I make eye test, I have sun glasses,

glasses with prescription and contact lenses,

products for the contact lenses; all that people need to see well.

We have different prices.

I am an optometrist, I check people's eyes…

All year round there are many interesting fiestas in Altea.

Christoph, Guy why do you have a hotel in Altea?

Our idea was to come here to Spain and start a nice B&B.

We've been here for a while now, we have a holiday home in Altea and we were passing by here in the street

and we saw this beautiful building and then after that we heard that it was for sale.

Then we were thinking why not, doing a hotel instead of a B&B and that's how we got Hotel La Serena.

We have done a very big renovation here in the hotel. The design of it I did it myself,

so now it's more like a lounge bar.

We have created a whole new wellness area downstairs and we have 11 beautiful rooms.

Location wise, it's top.

Pedro, tell me about Ecolider.

Well, I set up this business in 2004, 13 years ago.

Ecolider is special in printing equipment and consumables, in particular compatible ink and toner

cartridges, as well as originals, paper and computer accessories.

Our main objective has always been to offer our customers the most suitable printers for their use with

the lowest printing cost, usually those that accept the option of using compatible cartridges are much cheaper

than the original ones.

Altea is my hometown, it has good shops with very quality products and variety and good prices.

Culture, gastronomy, sports, here you can find everything.

We are in Kitsume Japanese restaurant and we will talk to Aleks and Sam today.

Thank you for being with us…

Why a Japanese restaurant in Altea?

Well because I'm in Altea and I have always loved Japanese cuisine

because I like how the prepare the dishes; the quality of the food they prepare, and it has flavors that I quite like.

In Japanese cuisine, for many years, the most popular dish has been ramen.

We have a special ramen.

We also have sushi – the new modern of Japanese food. Japanese have many, many different foods.

I wanted to have a high quality Japanese restaurant, inside a five star hotel, with reasonable prices for

everybody –so they can eat and taste Japanese food.

Holiday Altea. Sandra and Pam, tell me about your business.

Well, we came to Altea about 12 years ago.

We don't like to say we rentals because we give more of a personal service to the owners and we take care of

their properties and we love to be involved with the owner refurbishing of the property as well.

And when you actually go around and see our properties you will notice they are nothing what you expect from a

rental property, they are really the owner's home.

Gorgeous places.

Absolutely beautiful.

What we do, we make sure that the guests are happy, the owners are happy and we are happy.

And the people that work with us are happy,

and then it works,

no complains, no problems.

We only wanted a small business.

We never thought we would end with what we would consider in accountancy to be a medium size business.

This is our Holiday Altea team; they all put a 100% in and they all go the extra mile.

We love Altea, we are so lucky to live in a beautiful place that we didn't even know about.

And you are English.

What made you come to Spain?

The weather. The weather and a friend.

A friend was here and she said come to this beautiful place.

Altea: it has the best microclimate in the world.

And it's the healthiest place to live.

Hello.

Hi, Natalia.

Tell me Allan, what is Mamarosa?

Mamarosa is an original restaurant here in Altea we put a lot of thought when we were doing our market research

into making something different in Altea.

So we have a restaurant that provides wholesome, organic, healthy food for our customers.

We also cater for customers that have intolerances, dietary intolerances like gluten for example.

We also cater for vegetarian, vegan that kind of thing, but we provide food right across the board,

healthy meat from the mountains behind us here and all our salads and vegetables are sourced locally.

And how come you got interested in this kind of cuisine?

When I met my partner, Grego, 5 years ago we both shared the same dream:

to have a restaurant in Altea.

And after all the market research we did we realized that there was a gap in the market for what we were doing.

Wonderful and why Altea?

Because my partner Grego is from Altea, he has family here and I fell in love with a place when I first saw it.

What do you like about it?

It's a quiet, sleepy town. It doesn't have the same "rollo" as they say in Spanish like Benidorm.

It's a different kind of clientele.

Mabel, I'd like to know what are the special dishes at El Pescador.

Well, our specialities are paellas.

We have a dish with different kinds of shrimp –which is quite liked.

And we have a very good lenguado (common sole).

Which people also like a lot.

These dishes are quite liked, and we have a lot of clients thanks to our location: good views, in front of the sea,

fresh air,

in the morning we have the sun, which our clients like,

family environment,

and we try to give the best attention to the client so they leave happy and come back.

Hi, how are you?

Integral Services Altea tell me a little bit about the history?

In this moment we've been working for over 30 years in gardens, in landscape, construction of gardens

and also maintenance.

The technical part of our work is the base of our work really because here is the difference perhaps

with other companies.

We try to always be the best.

Traveling all over the world, working all over the world why did you choose Altea

to be the place where you reside?

Altea is my base, is my place to stay, my peace.

You know the calm of the town, the beauty of the sea, there are people from all over the world also

it's a very good place to live and to stay.

Elaine how long have you been in Altea?

Well, I've in Altea 30 years working insurance.

How is your insurance company unique?

Well, basically we give a very good personal service, we like to feel that we are helping our clients

not just giving them a 24 hour telephone number to phone.

We really help them and if the client is not satisfied with the claim we reclaim again the insurance company,

we go once again to the insurance company and see if we can get a better deal for them.

And of course we are all multilingual here: English, Spanish and German.

We have international clients here.

Why do you love it?

You just need to look around to see why it's so nice. You've got the town, the beach,

you've the old town which is fascinating in the evening time.

It's just a nice place to be.

The shops are certainly different to most of the other shops on the Costa Blanca shall we say.

You've got the higher class shop here, nice boutiques, really nice bars on the beach and that might be reason.

The restaurants of course.

Anju how long has this restaurant been around?

3 years we've been here.

What kind of food do you offer?

We normally have Nepalese and Indian cuisines and I'm working with this cuisine more than 28 years.

You originally from Nepal?

Yes, we are from Nepal.

Why did you move to Altea?

Because Altea is a very nice place, look at this sea view. In here there are also a lot of International people,

there is very good security, also very nice people here and very nice location.

We were, 15 years before, in Moraira; same kitchen.

What is important when you are running a restaurant?

Fresh food, quality, quantity and clean environment, those are very important things and we can do it.

Andrea tell me about Cap Blanch.

Cap Blanch is a camping in Altea.

We are a very big camping, we have 400 places, plots.

10 cabins and bungalows as well.

And you are located by the beach?

Yes, we are in first line.

It's beautiful.

Yes it is, absolutely. We have a lot of people coming every year.

International clients?

Yes from all over the world really, but most people from Europe, North of Europe.

We are very well located.

We are just a few meters from Albir and I think 2 kilometres from Altea

so you can have everything supermarkets, shops and also the old town of Altea is a beautiful place to visit.

And within the camping you have?

We have tennis court, we have a small gymnasium, we also have a lot of activities for people during the winter.

They can come and enjoy every night a different thing and also during the morning they can enjoy gymnastics.

We have a laundry with 4 washing machines and 2 dryers as well.

Eddy tell me about your garage what do you do here?

We do actually do everything here, all kinds of repairs, even bodywork, our specialty is gearboxes.

We have all kind of computers for every car to make the diagnostics,

and give a very good service. We have 14 courtesy cars for our clients.

We do car imports,

change number plates,

actually every repair.

And you speak many languages here?

We speak 5 languages here.

Which languages?

French,

German,

English,

Spanish and Dutch.

And when did you get to Altea?

We came here when I was 8, 9 years old.

So this is your hometown, second hometown?

Yes, it could be.

Ana, you have a hair and beauty salon in Altea.

Explain to us what you offer.

It's a therapy center where we offer all hair and beauty services.

We can also make diagnoses for any kind of skin problems: psoriasis; dermatitis.

Samantha, I hear you are a special baker. Tell me about it.

Thank you, Natalia.

It's organic, it's refined sugar free, it's gluten free, it's baked fresh on a daily basis.

Here is some freshly baked polenta muffins made with fresh Spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine kernels.

So, I understand that you are actually baking whatever people want.

Yes, I set up Cake Away because I'm passionate about home-made baking and food made from scratch.

You are from South Africa?

Yes, I am.

How come you are here in Spain?

My family moved to Spain in the early 70s, I grew up here, went to school here.

How did you see this place changing?

It's changed a lot. There were certain things you didn't have access to with regards to food.

You couldn't find fresh salmon, you couldn't find vanilla essence to make cakes.

Things had to be done using local ingredients.

Now you have a wealth of all sorts of products in this area, organic and non-organic.

If I wanted to learn how to do this, would you be able to teach me?

Yes of course. In fact I'm actually organizing some classes at the moment which I think will help

a lot of people learn to make these amazing things.

I'm interested in being able to explain throughout my classes what the ingredients are best used for,

how to use them and the nutritional value.

Having a sweet treat and also at the same time having something nutritious.

The weather generally is fantastic, there is lots to do, and the airport is 45 minutes away.

Valencia if you want to go to the theatre is an hour and a half away, it's easy and it's comfortable to live here.

We hope you enjoyed the film and to find out more about towns and people of the Costa Blanca,

Senior Army leaders meet with researchers - Duration: 2:04.

THE ACTING SECRETARY OF THE ARMY AND THE SERGEANT MAJOR OF THE ARMY VISITED RESEARCH TRIANGLE

PARK IN NORTH CAROLINA JUNE 29TH TO LEARN ABOUT ARMY SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS

IN THE FUTURE FORCE.

ACTING SECRETARY ROBERT M. SPEER AND SERGEANT MAJOR OF THE ARMY DANIEL A. DAILEY MET WITH

SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS AND LEARNED ABOUT THE MISSION OF THE ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY

FROM ITS DIRECTOR, DR.

PHILIP PERCONTI.

SO WHEN WE LOOK AT THE TOTALITY OF WHERE THE ARMY WANTS TO GO, WHAT CONCEPTS WE'RE THINKING

ABOUT, THE FIRST THING WE DO IS ASK OURSELVES WHAT ARE THE KNOWLEDGE GAPS.

AND THAT'S HOW WE GET AFTER OUR FOUNDATIONAL RESEARCH PROGRAMS TO ADDRESS THOSE KNOWLEDGE

GAPS, WHAT WE CALL IT IS USE-INSPIRED RESEARCH.

SCIENTISTS ALSO SHOWCASED THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS

AGENCY, OR DARPA, TO EXPLORE SOLUTIONS TO HELP SOLDIERS IN NEED OF PROSTHETIC DEVICES.

THIS IS A DESIGN THAT ALLOWS AMPUTEES OF VARIOUS KINDS ALL TO GET A SOLUTION THAT WORKS.

THE OTHER BIG BREAKTHROUGHS WE'VE HAD ARE IN TERMS OF AN ADAPTIVE SOCKET THAT ALLOWS

SOMEONE TO WEAR THIS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, EIGHT HOURS KIND OF TIME FRAME.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK IS WHERE THE LAB'S ARMY RESEARCH OFFICE ACTS AS A GUIDING HAND

FOR UNIVERSITY RESEARCH THAT MAY UNCOVER THE NEXT BIG THING IN TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE SOLDIERS

STRONGER AND SAFER.

THE CRITICAL THING THAT ARO BRINGS IS ACCESS TO THE TREMENDOUS RESOURCE WE HAVE WITH UNIVERSITY

PROFESSORS.

I THINK THE SECRETARY LEFT FEELING VERY OPTIMISTIC WITH INCREASED - EVEN MORE ENTHUSIASTIC - UNDERSTANDING

AND APPRECIATION OF WHAT LONG-TERM BASIC RESEARCH BRINGS TO THE ARMY'S FIGHT CURRENT AND FUTURE.

THE LEADERS TOLD THE RESEARCHERS THAT THE WORK DONE AT THE LABORATORY IS HELD

IN HIGH ESTEEM.

SO IT'S GREAT TO SEE THE EXCITEMENT AND THE RESULTS AND/OR THE THOUGHT PROCESSES GOING

ON.

SO I WANTED TO COME DOWN HERE AND AT LEAST ON THE WAY THANK YOU GUYS AND LET YOU KNOW

IT'S APPRECIATED.
