I've got some sad news, friends.

I'll be flying to America to visit my family.

and I won't be able to play Minecraft or make videos for a couple weeks.

We are starting off a brand new day in the brand new apartment as I told you guys yesterday
We moved into this place not even knowing what it looks like at first because we had to make a last-minute decision
While we were in Jersey, and we got moved in it's a little small the bedrooms are actually bigger than my last apartment
But the living space out here is pretty small compared to how it was in the last place. Which is okay
It's something we'll get used to I'm about to eat some breakfast right now and then me and Chris are going to hit the gym
I told you guys yesterday that we're going to try and hit the gym super early today
We've been slacking a little bit the past couple days just because of everything going on like I was
Jetlag and I was extremely tired the day before and yesterday
So I definitely want to be able to get a good workout in today. I'm about to eat some breakfast right now this morning

I'd say within the past month and in the past month. I have lost a pretty good amount of weight
I'd say within the past like two weeks actually I've lost the pretty hefty amount of way
So obviously this isn't me trying to be like a douche bag trying to show off my body or anything
I want to update you guys and this is more for myself as well as like my progress
I would like to come back in a month from now and look at this video and see how much I've
Changed with my body and how much does deke looks and everything so I'm going to go over

And it's actually doing something, but I'm starting to get happy with how my body's looking and it's making me really happy
I want to make a promise to guys right now that I am going to get shredded like the most shred that I've ever been

I've ever been was about 3 or 4 years ago when I first started working out
I literally had like zero body fat on me. I'm probably is that like 6 or 7 percent body fat
Which is really low and my abs were popping like crazy the only thing is I'd like a little bit of muscle
But it wasn't like obviously what I have now
So if I can get back down to that body fat percentage with the amount of muscle that I have now compared to what I?
Had before I will look like super super shredded. Which is really my goal. Don't keep that promise
I'm going to prove it to you guys
I am really dedicated to this right now of course
I also hope this inspires some of you guys to go out and maybe join the gym and start working out as well even if
You feel like you don't need to lose weight or start lifting weight
It doesn't hurt to go to the gym and be asked if maybe plays in basketball
Or like just go with your friends
Maybe run a little bit or go and tone a little bit by doing some light weight sets like you don't have to get massive
Or lose a ton of way to go to the gym. I mean you can do whatever you want

I mean, especially if I'm having a bad day
And I have a lot of Anger built up going to the gym is like an outlet for me like if I have a lot

But we ended up getting that actually fix the wall
His room because that crazy night when all that stuff went down with the Ouija board
So we patched up the hole and then painted over it, and that is good now
We're still trying to currently figure out our couch
Situation to because we don't know if we can use the same cal cuz there's not that much room, and it's new apartment
so we're going to go back to old apartment right now try and take apart the couch and see if we can use some of
The pieces at least instead of having to try and get a whole new couch. Oh my gosh
I must say it is a beautiful day out here today

Today we are going to crush some hamburgers

from our Extruder 5 Million
so hambugers go here

then the press pushes this down
and all of the burgers are
coming through this 3mm hole

and this is lots of fun and
cleanup, burger is going to be horrible

yeah but lets start with this one
so first one is just one Big Mac
shouldn't be very hard
and here we go
