Intermittent Fasting Tips For Women. Can Women Do Intermittent Fasting - Duration: 8:12.

Intermittent fasting tips for women: I felt like I really needed to go over the subject even though the idea that

women shouldn't do in a intermittent fasting is decreasing, I still receive a lot of

questions asking if women can do intermittent fasting and if it will mess up

their hormones. So what women are concerned about is their hormones and

missing their periods and that's going to happen when women do a lot of

exercise or lose a lot of weight, and it has been known to happen when fasting as

well but it's not necessarily the fast that's causing this. But the fact that

you're working so hard, so if you don't have much weight to begin with and then

you decrease your calories and up your exercise, then yeah it's entirely

possible that woman will experience a change in hormones but what's very

important to point out, is that this happens even if you're not fasting and

also happens when following a diet that reduces calories into a deficit. Women

are a lot more sensitive to a change in calorie intake because ideally they need

to stay very fertile. The hormone GnRH is very important especially but that is

very sensitive to the environment and energy levels. You might be thinking so

what if I miss a few periods I'm not having a kid anytime soon? But the female

reproductive system, metabolism and overall health is quite intertwined if

you will missing periods then a bunch of hormones are being affected not just the

ones that help women become pregnant. Men don't have much to worry about but woman

from a evolutionary point of view training to get down to a low very low

body fat wasn't very practical at all. So a low energy intake can reduce fertility

and being very lean is a reproductive disadvantage and women's bodies are very

in tune to any threats to energy intake, and humans you will find a quite unique

when compared to other mammals as most mammals can terminate pregnancy if

they feel like they need to but human females cant, and this creates the almost

conflict between the host and the baby as the baby is very determined to survive

no matter what the effects are of the host. So the woman's body's got to

account for that risk factor that it needs extra reserves in case. So the

woman's hormones are very sensitive to how often, how much, and what you eat and

for a lot of years the doctors and scientists thought it was just a total

body fat that affected the fertility of the reproductive system and if the body

fat dropped somewhere below 10% that hormones would change and therefore

there would be a very low chance of pregnancy, and this made a lot of sense

but food and the availability of food can change very fast but the total body fat

on someone's body can decrease much slower so hormones, periods and fertility can

be influenced before reaching a low body fat. So now it's thought that instead of

a low body fat percentage it's the total energy intake that's more impactful.

So the things that might cause an excessively low energy intake are taking in

too little food, poor nutrition, not enough rest, not enough recovery, not

enough calories, too much exercise, too much stress, and possibly if you're ill

and all those factors can vary with things such as age, ability to adapt,

and lifestyle. But will also depend on how you do intermittent fasting as there's many

different ways of doing it and some are much more extreme and physically

demanding than others such as the 3-day water fast.

But what I typically teach people is how to do your first half a day fast then

how to get that fast right consistently then how to do longer fasts and then how

to blend all those skills together for optimal lifestyle and results. So you

will have to listen to your body, don't fast along, and to go over it quickly you

can start fasting two hours after you wake up, then three, then five then, six

extend your fast by drinking coffee and

water and tea, eat larger meals because that's one of the great benefits of

fasting. Overall I've seen women get a lot of great results but when

considering how much we don't know about this topic about the science and what we

don't know about the human body and impact on the hormones,

I would suggest a conservative approach and easing into it, but that's what I

teach anyway because to be able to do a 3 day fast or 1 day fast you have to

be able to do at least a 6 hour fast as a starting point anyway. And don't try to

lose a ton of weight in the first month you probably want to be healthy and

shape for the rest of your life or for the next 30 years or so. So what's the

difference of just taking a few extra weeks or months to ease into it and

making sure it's sustainable and making sure you have

tailored it to your lifestyle. And you'll want to stop working so hard doing

cardio and then doing fasting on top of that

that's when hormones will change. I think this rumor.. well a lot of people refer to

it as a rumor that people tried fasting and because it was such an effective way

of losing fat so fast people started to associate hormone and balance with

fasting. Because a lot of women have never been able to lose a sufficient

amount of weight and for some woman when they try fasting it all clicks for

them and they lose a ton of weight they find it very easy to lose weight. But don't

fear too much I just feel like I have to give you an example of the worst-case

scenarios and remember you fast every night for eight hours while you sleep

and for thousands of years the four most popular religions in the world have

promoted fasting with nothing but great results. And in a world with more foods,

more snacks, a higher frequency of eating, and

higher calorie foods I don't think there's ever been a better time to try

fasting I think just below half the people following my Passive Fat Loss

Strategy are woman anyway. That's why fasting is becoming so popular because

it's so much more effective in today's world rather than a world fifty or

hundred years ago. If you'll already at a low body fat then it might not

be the smartest idea to do intermittent fasting though, because it's very good at

reducing calories but then you might say but I want to do intermittent fasting

for the health benefits? Well then you can still do intermittent fasting but

eat more inside of your feeding windows so that you don't go into a excessive

calorie deficit, and the whole benefit of fasting anyway is it makes everything

else much easier, it makes eating less calories much easier so that it means

you don't have to work so hard in other areas anyway. But I am NOT a doctor and I

am not a woman so if you feel like you need some more information try dr.

Solomon she's a coach that promotes fasting so go check her

out if you're after more information, and thanks for listening if you have any

questions you can leave them down below and I'd really appreciate that

JAMES RICKARDS Revelations How Governments Can Kill Cash - Duration: 8:46.

The global elites are using negative interest rates to do the same thing as inflation — make

your money disappear.

One way to avoid negative interest rates is to go to physical cash.

In order to prevent that option, the elites have launched a war on cash.

The war on cash has two main thrusts.

The first is to make it difficult to obtain cash in the first place.

U.S. banks will report anyone taking more than $3,000 in cash as engaging in a "suspicious

activity" using Treasury Form SAR (Suspicious Activity Report).

The second thrust is to eliminate large-denomination banknotes.

The U.S. got rid of its $500 note in 1969, and the $100 note has lost 85% of its purchasing

power since then.

With a little more inflation, the $100 bill will be reduced to chump change.

The war on cash is old news, but there are new developments.

Last May, the European Central Bank announced that they were discontinuing the production

of new 500 euro notes (worth about $575 at current exchange rates).

Existing 500 euro notes will still be legal tender, but new ones will not be produced.

This means that over time, the notes will be in short supply and individuals in need

of large denominations may actually bid up the price above face value paying, say, 502

euros in smaller bills for a 500 euro note.

The 2 euro premium in this example is like a negative interest rate on cash.

Why are central banks like the ECB imposing negative interest rates?

What is the point of this policy?

The whole idea of the war on cash is to force savers into digital bank accounts so their

money can be taken from them in the form of negative interest rates.

An easy solution to this is to go to physical cash.

Yet if physical cash becomes scarce (or nearly worthless due to inflation), savers may pay

a slight premium for large-denomination notes.

Your premium disappears because the note pays no interest.

The elites have actually figured out a way to have negative interest rates follow you

from digital accounts to paper money.

Negative interest rates are a thinly disguised tax on savers.

The traditional way of stealing money from savers is with inflation.

You may get a positive interest rate of 2% on your money, but if inflation is 3%, then

your real return is negative 1%.

If we take the same €100,000 bank deposit in the example above and apply a 2% positive

interest rate, you would earn €2,000 in interest, leaving an account balance of €102,000

after one year.

But after adjusting for 3% inflation, the purchasing power of the €102,000 balance

is only €98,940.

This leaves the saver worse off than in the negative interest rate example above (assuming

no inflation in that case).

In the first case, the banks extracted €500 through negative interest rates.

In the second case, they extracted €1,060 in lost purchasing power.

Any way you look at it, you lose.

That's the reality.

The second answer is the academic theory behind negative interest rates.

In theory, savers will be dissatisfied with NIRP and react by spending their money.

Likewise, entrepreneurs will find negative interest rates attractive because they can

borrow money and pay back less to the bank.

This combination of lending and spending by consumers and entrepreneurs alike will lead

to consumption and investment that will stimulate the economy, especially after the famous Keynesian

"multipliers" are piled on top.

This theory is junk science.

The reality is the opposite of what the elite academics project.

The reason savers are saving in the first place is to achieve some future goal.

It could be for retirement, children's education or medical expenses.

When negative rates are imposed, savers don't save less; they save more in order to make

up the difference and still meet their goals.

The other unintended consequence of NIRP is the signal it sends.

Savers rightly conclude that if central banks are using NIRP, they must be worried about

deflation.

In deflation, prices drop.

Consumers defer spending in order to get lower prices in the future.

Instead of inducing savers to save less and spend more, NIRP causes savers to save more

and spend less.

It's a perfect example of the law of unintended consequences.

When abstract academic theories are applied in the real world by central bankers with

no real-world experience, you get the opposite result of what's intended.

These unintended consequences have already appeared in Japan and Europe.

Serious doubt has been cast on the ability of central bankers to extend NIRP beyond current

levels.

Banning cash would make those plans much easier to implement.

One solution to negative interest rates is to buy physical gold.

But governments always use money laundering, drug dealing and terrorism as an excuse to

keep tabs on honest citizens and deprive them of the ability to use money alternatives such

as physical cash and gold.

When you start to see news articles about criminals using gold instead of cash, that's

a stalking horse for government regulation of gold.

Guess what?

An article on the topic or criminals using gold appeared, in Bloomberg.

This is one more reason to get your physical gold now, while you still can.

As if inflation, confiscation, and negative rates weren't enough, the global elites

are coordinating a new plan for global taxation.

As usual, there's a technical name for global taxation so non-elites won't understand

the plan.

It's called base erosion and profit shifting, or "BEPS."

The BEPS project is being handled by the OECD and the G-20, with the IMF contributing technical

support.

If you're interested in BEPS, there's an entire website devoted to the global taxation

plans and timetables.

The website is worth a look.

To paraphrase that famous line attributed to Trotsky, "You may not be interested in

BEPS, but BEPS is interested in you."

The global elite plan doesn't stop there.

There's also the climate change agenda led by the United Nations.

This agenda goes by the name United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

The science of climate change is a sticky topic, but we don't have to dive into it

for our purposes.

It's enough to know that climate change is a convenient platform for world money and

world taxation.

That's because climate change does not respect national borders.

If you have a global problem, then you can justify global solutions.

A global tax plan to pay for global climate change infrastructure with world money is

the end game.

Don't think that climate change is unrelated to the international monetary system.

Christine Lagarde almost never gives a speech on finance without mentioning climate change.

The same is true for other monetary elites.

They know that climate change is their path to global financial control.

That's the global elite plan.

World money, world inflation and world taxation, with the IMF as the central bank of the world,

and the G-20 Leaders as the Board of Directors.

None of this is secret.

It's all hiding in plain sight.

The papers, articles and links above give you the resources you need to learn more.

This will be playing out in the next few years.

THREE MAIN REASONS WHY YOU CAN'T LEARN ENGLISH - Duration: 4:57.

I often hear from my students and from lots of other people that they have tried and tried

and tried to learn English many times for many years, but they fail.

And they ask me "Why?", "What am I doing wrong?".

Well, there can actually be just three main reasons why you fail at learning English or

any other foreign language.

Let me tell you a bit about them.

Hi, I am Julia and this is Random English, a channel that will help you improve your

English skills.

So, as I said, there may be just three main reasons why you cant learn English or any

other foreign language.

And, to be honest, these reasons are not very pleasant, but - good news - if you do it correctly,

they can be very easy to overcome.

Let's begin.

Reason number one: you are LAZY!

Unfortunately that's true.

We are all lazy.

We are all lazy in different areas.

For example, I am very lazy at sports, like, super lazy person.

Some people say that they don't have time, they are too old, they don't have enough momey

to learn English - well, all these things are actually lame excuses.

A lame excuse is something that you say if you don't want to do something, but it's not

really true.

It is not true, believe me.

I have talked about some of these things in my previous videos - I'll try to give a link

somewhere here.

I'll try.

And these things are not really reasons not to learn English.

The fact is that you are just lazy.

If you really wanted and if you were not lazy, you would start learning English right now

and do it quite well.

But it's easy for you and your brain just to do things that you always do and not learn

anything new.

Reason number 2 is MOTIVATION.

Motivation is really important when studying a language.

And sometimes when, for example, you have to learn a language at work or at school this

may not be enough.

But you can motivate yourself additionally, you can learn to love the language, you can

find some extra motivation in other things.

For example, if we speak about English, think about English music and literature - all of

the English culture.

If you learn English well you will have access to all of those great cultural things.

And reason number three: you have some wrong negative ideas in your brain.

This reason is actually connected with reason number one a little bit.

Often people come to me and say something like "I can't learn English, I always fail,

I have so many problems, it's just not for me".

Well, it's not true.

Almost anyone - really, anyone - can learn English and do it well, but if you approach

it negatively, with negative ideas in your mind, it will be very very difficult for you.

Learning English sometimes is already not easy and thinking negatively you make it even

more difficult.

Well, you may ask me then, "What should I do, how can I fight these reasons?".

Well, I already have some videos with some useful ideas on my channel - I will give links

to them in the description to the video.

Also, as I mentioned before, try to motivate yourself additionally, create a little bit

of discipline, try to make your lazy brain study, even if it's a little bit every day

and practice positive thinking - this will really make learning English or any other

foreign language a bit easier.

If you have any question, please, don't hesitate to ask them in the comments - I will try to

answer them all and help you.

If you enjoyed this video, give it a like and subscrive to the channel for more useful

advice about learning English.

I will see you around in the future cideos.

Goodbye.

5 Great PC Games You Can Soon Get on Console - Duration: 4:03.

It's been a great year so far for console exclusives, particularly if you're a PS4 or

Nintendo Switch owner (the Xbox games, and new console are coming, don't worry).

You've already had heavy hitters like Horizon Zero Dawn, Yakuza 0, Persona 5, The Legend

of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition, and Xbox Owners have Crackdown

3 and Cuphead to look forward to this year.

And, as if 2017 hasn't been a great enough year already for console gamers, it's about

to get a lot better, with a slew of top-notch PC games that have already been released but

are about to join the ranks of console games.

We're here to tell you which ones to look out for.

Dead By Daylight has been a hugely popular asymmetrical horror game on PC, routinely

on the top 100 games played on Steam, which is no small feat.

It even managed to bounce back from the brief lull in Twitch viewers that coincided with

the release of Friday the 13th: The Game, so it's not afraid of the competition, and

while we certainly prefer Friday the 13th: The Game, there's room in our lives for both.

Dead By Daylight came to consoles in late June, and now its DLC is trickling in with

the developers announcing that the Michael Myers Halloween DLC will be dropping for PS4

and Xbox One in August of 2017.

Be safe out there!

If you're an Xbox One player, you've had access to Cities: Skylines for quite some time.

Colossal Order's city sim game has been on Microsoft's console since April of 2017, while

PS4 owners have been watching with envy.

Luckily, the wait is almost over, and PS4 players can get their hands on Cities: Skylines

on August 15th of this year.

As of right now, however, the Xbox One version only has the After Dark expansion for the

game, which is included in the $39.99 purchase, so it's likely the PS4 version will have the

same access, with further DLC packs coming later.

At least you have more to look forward to!

You've probably heard rumors of Pillars of Eternity - legends of what many consider one

of the best CRPGs of all time.

Well now that "C" also stands for consoles, as this legendary legend will be making its

way to both consoles in late August.

What's more is that this will not just be a regular port; it's actually Pillars of Eternity:

Complete Edition, which includes all DLC released.

It's also been tastefully updated to cater to a controller instead of the standard mouse

and keyboard of PC.

As we went over in our preview, these updates make all the difference, successfully bringing

the CRPG to consoles in solid fashion.

Lots of people have been raving about Hollow Knight, an indie platformer on PC that got

buried under Horizon Zero Dawn and For Honor headlines.

In fact, even we missed out on it, only getting around to raving about Hollow Knight recently.

Better late than never, though, right?

That's also what people are saying about its impending Nintendo Switch release.

There is no exact timeframe for it, but the developers have insisted that it's rapidly

approaching, announcing that it was "feature complete" (whatever that means) back in June.

But hey, better late than never.

Also, the DLC for Hollow Knight will be included with the Nintendo Switch version upon release.

Asking whether or not you've heard about PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is a good litmus test to see

if you're a PC or console gamer.

If you're a console gamer, you could very well be oblivious.

If you're a PC gamer, there's no way to avoid it.

It's a game that came out of nowhere through Steam's Early Access program, went on to rival

both Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in daily player count and sold 3 million copies

while it was at it.

The game puts 100 players (yes, 100 players) against each other in an increasingly smaller

area until there is only one remaining.

It got roped into the console wars as the developers made an exclusivity deal with Microsoft

to release its game exclusively (at least for now) to Xbox One as part of the "Game

Preview" program later this year.

The reveal trailer just says "Late 2017," so your guess is as good as ours.

As for how long this will be an Xbox One exclusive, signs point to forever.

But for as long as it is, you can hold it over PS4 players' heads for the entire duration.

Those are 5 Great PC Games You Can Soon Get on Console.

How Women Can Feel Confident & Sexy | Does Beauty Matter? - Duration: 17:22.

Confidence is what I believe to be one of the most

important virtues to learn and keep on developing as a human being, because it is the core enabler in a person's life.

But the sad truth is that in our modern education, we barely teach these things to kids, not to mention adults

and we just throw out phrases like

"Love yourself" "Be confident" too many times without knowing what it actually means to love oneself and be confident

that many people just end up thinking "That's cliche"

"I already know that" "Self-growth teachings are for people who are pathetic," and never take them seriously.

But you see, working on confidence is what we all should take seriously for a lifetime because our life depends upon it.

Why does it depend upon it? Because without core confidence,

it becomes hard to peacefully follow the nature of life; the pattern of reality. And what is the nature of life?

What is the pattern of reality? It's that nature and our lives are not linear.

It's not straight line. The way things grow and proceed in reality

is that they move up in a circular pattern and come back and move around and wind their way up.

That's how stock market grows

that's how businesses grow, that's how our past life has been like and

nobody goes straight up in reality.

And you see, it's easy to be confident and feel good about yourself when things are going well

A hot guy asks you out on a date, you got promotion at work,

you got accepted to your dream school, you get a bunch of compliments from people.

But during the downhill period when things are going circular and in this way and that way

it is quite natural for human beings to have more doubts, worries, and insecurities.

But when core confidence is there, the intensity and the level of doubt worries and insecurities can be significantly reduced.

Core confidence lets you believe in yourself even when things are going in an undesirable way.

So what exactly is this core confidence?

What does it mean to be truly confident?

It is important to understand that as long as we human beings are part of nature,

our life is going to follow that organic, natural pattern, not straight lines.

So all people, no matter who they are how beautiful, how rich, how famous they are,

they have both confidence and insecurity within them.

When people say "I'm not insecure at all"

they're all lying, or at least they're choosing to deny and overlook the insecure feelings they feel at times

but the core confidence

transcends and embraces both insecurity and confidence

Doubt, worry and fear are all parts of insecurity, right?

Core confidence accepts all of them.

So being truly confident is knowing that you are good enough yourself and your situation and

circumstances and feelings don't say everything about you nor define you.

And I think core confidence is especially important for women

because women are naturally more emotional human beings.

We naturally have more estrogen than men, we feel more and we care about more things, which are very good

but if not handled properly

that would make us more likely to feel lonely, dependent and feel that I myself am not good enough.

And it is a scientifically proven fact that women are generally more insecure than men not because men are

smarter, stronger or whatever than women

but because women have the natural ability to pay attention to many things at the same time

while men can just focus on one thing at once.

So, for example, if a guy gets a good grade or gets some compliments,

at that moment, that's enough for them to feel good about themselves and confident,

but in the same situation, women will feel proud

but since they don't focus entirely on that one achievement and are still

mindful of other parts that they feel is still missing, and that makes us more likely to experience mood swing

and get distracted by a lot of things that don't matter that much.

And a lot of women try to fill that empty void by relying on a man

who they hope would love them unconditionally,

listen to them, and protect them and understand them, and that's good

but there's also some danger in there

because let's face it, not all men are good to rely on, not all men are the best communicators and partners.

In fact, a lot of men chase women just to have temporary fun, and even if they do start a relationship,

many men can be domineering, patronizing and controlling,

because, believe it or not, that's still how a lot of men think men should be like and act like in order to keep and impress women.

And the more we let those kinds of men into our lives,

the more miserable we will feel and the lower our self-esteem get.

And ladies, what we want is not a man,

what we want is the man, right?

The one that is right for us.

So I hope many women and girls out there do not waste their heart and energy

suffering from a man that doesn't deserve you, but use that time wisely

building your own self esteem, self worth, and core confidence

which will ultimately bring you closer to the future man that will make you truly happy

and make you feel that it's safe to commit wholeheartedly to this man.

So I'm going to share with you five empowering mindsets

that will make your ladies feel more confident in any situation

and build more of your core confidence. And I'm not forcing you to change your beliefs

but I am reminding you the truth that you already know deep within you

but somehow you forgot about them as you go through ups and downs of life

and were kind of brainwashed by false beliefs imposed by the masses.

I hope you become more emboldened to live by these truths wherever you are and in whatever circumstances.

Was there any point in your life when everybody talked good things about you?

I highly doubt that, and that's not necessarily because you are imperfect

but more because it's impossible for everybody to like you.

I don't know how to explain the science or demographics behind it

but it's just how it is.

This truth might hurt and

let's be honest, it doesn't feel good when you sense that someone does not like you.

But actually there's so much freedom you can get in this truth.

If it's impossible for everybody to like you in the first place,

you don't have to be held hostage to other people's opinions and expectation of you

but be entirely yourself, even if you have flaws,

even if you have embarrassing past, or even if some people think you're weird,

and what's great about being unapologetically myself is that

it creates a powerful vibration that allows other people to feel free to be themselves as well.

Everybody is interested in themselves more than on anybody else,

not necessarily because we're all selfish and egocentric human beings, although for some people that might be the case

but more because all of us are given each of our own life to take care of.

Even if a famous celebrity did something great and gets public attention

or one of your co-workers made stupid mistake at work

we pay attention to it for like a week at best

then our attention reverts right back to where it has always been, ourselves.

Elizabeth Gilbert, one of my favorite authors put it best:

There were always things that worked for me, which when I try to explain to other people

they couldn't understand.

Something that the masses told me how things should be done did not always coincide with

what my intuition told me how things should be done, and I think we all have this experience at least once in our lives.

Something peculiar or unique about your experiences that are quite different from

what other people told you should be like.

For example, when I had job interviews in the past

everybody told me that I should talk only good things about myself and be serious all throughout the interview

but I ignored that and chose to show more of authentic and playful sides of me

because I've experienced that usually leaves better impression and makes the other person feel more comfortable talking with me

and that worked, and that's how I was able to get to work in many big companies in Korea.

And it's not because you're more special than other people, but it's because each of us has different background, upbringing, and experiences

and going through that we witnessed some things happening following a certain pattern and you are

subconsciously aware of that pattern that is not quite in line with social norms,

and that's where your intuition comes from.

So paying more attention to that inner wisdom and intuition will

make you be more upfront about your own preferences and opinions and make decisions based on your own values and priorities

and that usually produces better results than otherwise.

So let's be honest, look issues have emotional ties to women more than it does to men.

So if you watched my very first video, you know that look issue is what I have suffered quite a lot from

especially in my teenage years

even more so because I grew up in a culture where female beauty is praised, talked about, and looked up to everywhere I go,

and people explicitly treat you differently based on looks.

I myself used to consider beauty the best quality that a woman can have that can surpass anything

to the extent where when someone told me this one boy liked me, one of my instant thoughts was

"Oh, maybe he'll like my friend better when he sees her because she's a lot prettier than I am."

that's how insecure I was.

But I wish someone had told my teenage self that the importance of female beauty taught to us by mainstream

is different from how it actually is,

because then I would have approached this issue in a totally different way and not be too insecure and obsessed about my look and

learned that there are so many ways of being a confident women even if I don't have the best looks.

So I want to dig deeper about female beauty here.

I think female beauty is a very sensitive topic that not many people want to speak up about.

But I feel every time that it deserves more attention,

because it is plaguing our society in so many ways.

I think beauty is universally a highly desired quality especially for female

because of such strong impact beauty has temporarily;

it turns heads, instantly brings forth attention from men and women alike

and that's why entertainment business work.

They make money out of ads,

magazine covers that feature beautiful looking women,

and even in social media world, the more physically beautiful you are,

the more attention and followers you are likely to attract and

we can't help it because we live in a shallow society where people are visual

and people like to trigger temporary sensual pleasures.

However, because of such strong temporary impact, in real life, not on screen not on TV, but in real life

beauty is highly overrated and at the same time highly underappreciated by many people.

Think about it. So many people associate beauty with something else that is less pure

rather than appreciate as it is.

We associate a woman's beauty to getting as many guys as they want, being famous,

earning popularity, rather than seeing her as she is

and because society is so shallow and beauty has such strong psychological impact on humans,

expectation and prejudice against them are much higher and

that's the challenge that beautiful people have to face.

You see, beauty is such a desired quality because many people don't realize

what it actually is like to have a beautiful face and what is going on behind it.

When I say a beautiful face, I mean an objective beauty.

There is such as a thing as an objective beauty, an objectively beautiful face,

the kind of face that everybody agrees is beautiful; the face that babies stare at longer,

the more noticeable they are from the distance, and we just know when we see it is a beautiful face.

And science has proven that it has to do with symmetry; the more symmetrical your face is,

the more likely it is that people will think that you have a beautiful face.

So most celebrities well known for their beauty

have more symmetrical face than most people.

And I think the society will be a lot happier and healthier when all of us realize that

outer beauty is not something to be used, compared or chased after,

but rather something to be appreciated as it is.

If I had known all of these in my teenage years, I would have learned how to

accept how I look and not be too obsessed about it

and had more core confidence as a teenager because not liking my looks would not have withhold me.

I'm not saying we should stop grooming ourselves and care nothing about our outer appearance.

What I'm saying is that if you prioritize inner beauty

which I believe is an interchangeable word for core confidence,

then I believe you will naturally figure out ways to take care of your outer appearance

in a way that is in line with your inner beauty.

I am now more confident about the way I look compared to back in my teenage years,

not because I have perfect physical traits, because obviously I don't

and I know people sometimes call me a butter face behind my back,

or make fun of certain facial traits I have or how flat-chested I am,

but I accept all my physical traits that are considered "imperfections" by human standards

because I embrace my insecurities

and I now know for sure that it's not so much a beautiful face and beautiful body that make you feel beautiful

but the confidence knowing that I am good enough myself no matter what I look like however tired or awful I look sometimes,

makes me FEEL so beautiful.

Inner beauty and course confidence are important because it makes you feel beautiful more than outer beauty can,

and this is not a cliche.

Believing that everything will turn out okay makes so much difference in your life.

Oftentimes we worry too much about the future even before trying or

experiencing something new and bold that we miss so many chances to feel happy.

I'm a believer in God, I believe in the spirit greater than human beings

and at least for me, it becomes a lot easier to keep up with core confidence when I have strong faith

in the Higher Spirit that is working with me and loves me unconditionally.

And based on my experience, I can tell you for sure

that the universe compensates for what you tolerated and what you gave up in order to stick to core confidence.

It sometimes takes long time, but eventually it does,

oftentimes in an unexpected way, so you've got to trust in the universe,

the flow of nature, the higher power, God, whatever you call it,

and allow yourself to be more courageous to be yourself and

go out there and experience more because you are not alone and everything is going to be fine.

So there you go, five empowering mindsets that will make you feel more confident.

And please do me one favor.

Whether it is a man or money or fame or an item that you're chasing,

if the process of changing it is damaging your core confidence,

drop it, immediately.

And always choose to come back to your core confidence. Even if it's hard at the moment you will never regret it.

What present can you buy for £10? | Halifax - Duration: 2:37.

Hey guys, it's Evie, and today I'm joined with Bethany

who, if you didn't know, she's my best friend and I love her.

So today's video is called 'the scrimping challenge'.

Basically, me and Bethany are going to have £10 each, so here's your £10.

We are going to buy each other a present

and see who can get the best value for money.

So Bethany is going to buy me something from a pre-loved store,

so a charity shop or something like that,

and I'm going to just get something from a high street store,

something that's brand new.

And then, at the end of the video, we're going to reveal our items.

And then I'm going to keep both of them.

Yeah, let's get straight on with the video.

I feel like she'd like that.

I feel like I'm getting my style mixed up with hers here.

I don't know whether to get them.

Decisions, decisions.

We're back from shopping.

We're going to go ahead and open our things now.

So Bethany's going to start by giving me her things.

We both bought each other two things.

I bought you three things, actually.

Three things, did you actually?

Okay, the first thing I wasn't sure about

but I thought you might like it.

Oh, that's nice, I really like that!

How much was it?

It was £1.

£1, guys.

This is the next thing.

Oh my gosh, I love this.

Guys, I love this, this is so nice.

Okay, this is the, kind of, sentimental one.

Was this your favourite thing you got me?

Probably.

Aw, that's so cute!

It's a double one, it's like that.

Oh my gosh, that's so cute.

That was £1.50.

£1.50? Thank you Bethany, I love them.

- This is awkward. (laughter)

- Okay, so this is the first thing. - Oh my god.

I've wanted these for ages!

£1.

Oh my god, I love them.

- Be honest if you don't like it. - I do, I do like it.

I think it was £6.99, but I do like it.

Thank you.

So the prices of my things altogether are down here.

And the prices of my things altogether are down here.

So that is the end of the scrimping challenge.

It really showed me that you can get great value for money

even if you set yourself a limit.

And setting yourself a limit in money can also make you

a much more creative and smarter shopper.

I really hope you guys did enjoy this video.

Please be sure to give it a massive thumbs up

and to subscribe to my channel EvieEllen if you haven't already.

And yeah, I will talk to you soon.

Bye!

I Can't Show You How Pink This Pink Is - Duration: 3:52.

You're not seeing this pink. Not properly.

This camera can't capture it,

YouTube can't store it,

and your screen can't display it.

I'm in the studio of artist Stuart Semple,

and he's made what he calls the Pinkest Pink.

I've been painting since I was five years old,

and I've seen a lot of pink.

And thousands and thousands of people have used the pink,

and nobody's said they've seen a pinker pink.

This stuff's really pink.

I've created the pinkest pink, the greenest green,

the loveliest blue, and the yellowest yellow.

I've also created the world's most glittery natural glitter

and the mattest blackest art material in the world.

About a year and a half ago, a company called Surrey Nanosystems

announced that they'd created Vantablack,

which was this really awesome blacker-than-the-blackest-black black

but they gave the exclusive rights to an artist called Anish Kapoor to use it,

and that annoyed a lot of artists,

and I got really annoyed as well.

So I put my Pinkest Pink out.

On the web site I put a disclaimer

that you weren't Anish Kapoor, you weren't associated with Anish Kapoor.

A lot of people thought that was quite funny

and a lot of people bought the pink

unfortunately including Anish Kapoor, who managed to get his hands on it

and then he dipped his finger in it

and put it on Instagram that he'd got the pink.

It was sort of great and sort of really frustrating when he did that,

because all of a sudden we were getting thousands and thousands of orders

we ended up staying up for about four weeks making pink paint

and nothing else could happen

and it just took over our whole life.

There are all sorts of complicated and clever ways that computers can store colour,

but by the time this video reaches your screen

it's basically just a series of numbers that say how bright

to make each of the red, green and blue pixels,

the tiny lights that make up your screen.

And unless you've got a really fancy, expensive screen,

those numbers run from 0 to 255 -- which is eight 1s in binary.

0 means turn the pixel off, 255 means as bright as it can go.

That means your screen can show somewhere around 16 million colours.

But that's not every colour.

And it's not this one.

Because if I pointed this camera at the sun, you wouldn't be blinded.

The numbers can't go above 255, I can't make your screen go brighter than 100%.

And if I point it at something extremely dark, the number can't go below 0.

I can't make your screen any darker than if it was turned off.

In the same way, there are colours that are so intense

your screen can't display them, the pixels cannot go red, green or blue enough.

And this is one of them.

There are massive libraries of pigments,

organic ones, inorganic ones, synthetic ones, created ones, natural ones,

and they've been digging them up since day dot.

'Mummy brown' was made out of ground-up mummies.

So there's a huge database of pigments that you can order.

And you can play with them.

I've made mixes of these pigments and binders,

created something, tweaked it, and gone back and got these relationships right.

So it's quite a complicated little potion, actually.

In a few years' time, technology will move on.

It's already possible to buy expensive equipment with a wider colour gamut,

and that might be able to display this pink.

But in the meantime, I can try and simulate what being here is like.

In this shot, this one here, I've digitally adjusted the saturation of this pink

so it's not quite as intense.

Now if I turn it back up...

Imagine that change, but more so.

That's how pink this pink is.

It is ridiculously pink.

Thank you to Stuart Semple and all the team at his workshop:

pull down the description for more about them, their pigments, and this pink.

This is gorgeous!

I cannot get over how luminous this is.

I started out, like, "well, this isn't doing anything, this is just powder"

and then it just goes!

How Mikasa Can Be the Next Female Titan! Attack on Titan Theory (Shingeki no Kyojin) - Duration: 4:12.

How Mikasa Ackerman is going to be the next female Titan! What's up guys Foxen

here! Today let's talk about how Mikasa could become the new female Titan! If

you're watching I'm going to assume that you're caught up with the manga. So far

we haven't gotten the chance to see what our three main group has been up to on

Paradise Island since the time-skip. You know that Armin has now become the

Colossal Titan aka the God of Destruction.

You could bet that during the time skip Eren has also been doing some muscle

bulking up too, but how about Mikasa? Out of their group Mikasa is the only

one without any Titan powers now, but that could be changed! They do have this

little crystal preserve full of Titan steroids

deep underground. It seems like the perfect opportunity for some elite

female soldier to take advantage of! That could be Mikasa! For this to actually

happen three things need to fall into place. One, they need to make Mikasa

into a mindless Titan. They did happen to use their only Titan injection on little

Armin years ago but fear not! I got a feeling that Hange has been undergoing

some morally questionable experiments during the time-skip.

Not only does she have Eren but now she also has Armin to experiment on. Both of

them could potentially be Titan cows for spinal fluid. And let's also not forget

any possible mindless Titan that they happen to have captured. So after the

time-skip I don't think it's questionable that they can now turn

others into Titans, thanks to Hange of course! Problem number

two, last time we saw Annie she was still in that crystal so they had to find a

way to crack it. The way around this problem is also similar to the previous

issue .I'm sure that Hange has been experimenting on Annie's cocoon for a while,

not to mention she does have access to whatever scientific advancements that

the military police previously locked away. That crystal material isn't

indestructible anyway. It is supposed to be made out of the same material from

the wall potentially harder. If Hange had any issues with it there is a chance

that Eren's Titan form could have smashed it or the second option is to

have the Colossal Titan uses steam ability to maybe melt it. I think you

saw Eren's Titan being able to produce the same crystal substance. This

means there is a chance that he could be able to reverse the process too. I don't

think that added change to the season one ending was for nothing.

Worst-case scenario if that doesn't work he could just tell at tall Armin to stomp

on it! And now the third obstacle, you actually have to convince Mikasa to eat

Annie. This final one might be easier than the others. I don't think Mikasa

ever liked Annie in the first place and not only that, I'm sure that Mikasa would

totally volunteer this for Eren's sake. You saw how she was super depressed when

she found out that Eren was going to die in a few years anyway. So there you

have it expect! Mikasa female Titan to appear somewhere around chapter 100! But

wait, did I forget about something? Can Mikasa even become a Titan in the first

place? I could see somebody screaming that she's not even an Eldian any way but

let's look at that. You know that Mikasa is mother is Asian and her father is from

the Ackerman bloodline. Both of these families are not Eldian so there goes

any chance at seeing some Titan on Titan action with Eren and Mikasa Titan, but

wait! The possibility could still be there! I'm going to assume that Mikasa's

mother was 100 percent Asian so let's leave her aside. Her father on the

other hand. The possibility lies with him. As long as one of her father's parents

or anyone higher up the family line ever got together with another Eldian, bingo!

We're in business. So back to the question, can Mikasa ever become the female

Titan? The answer is yes, the possibility is definitely there! Whether it's

actually going to happen in the story is a different question, but hey if that

doesn't happen just go ahead and let Armin eat her. He'll then be a hot and sexy

Colossal Titan with a nice ass. But anyway, I want to know what you think

about this so question of the day today, would you like to see Mikasa become

the next female Titan? Does she even need that extra boost? She's already a freakin

badass. If you are against idea, what do you want them to do with Annie? Please be

sure it gives us a Colossal thumbs up and subscribe! Especially you're a Mikasa fan! If

you got any Attack on Titan Theory or topics you want to see me cover make sure

Police Can Now Track Bullet Casings Like Fingerprints (HBO) - Duration: 6:08.

2017 is only halfway over,

and in the United States it's been a bloody six months:

there have already been more than 8,000 shooting deaths,

and more than 16,000 gun-related injuries,

according to the watchdog group Gun Violence Archive.

In Chicago,

the violence has been so intense that President Trump announced at the end of June

that he's sending in the feds—

about 20 ATF agents armed with ballistics technology

that can help solve gun crimes.

It's a tool that already seems to be working—

in the places where police have the resources, and commitment, to embrace it.

— 83-11, we have a pursuit.

— Location?

— Eastbound on California, towards Reading...

— This vehicle is on the way to sell the informant heroin in her car.

See 'em?

Got 'em.

When I came on, like,

if you recovered a firearm, it was a big deal.

When somebody got shot, it was a big deal.

But now, like 25, 28 years later…

— Mother fucker!

— …it happens multiple times a night.

— Hands down by your ass!

— In 2015, gun crimes here reached a peak—

479 were committed that year.

The number dipped in 2016,

but already this year the force has seen gun crimes tick up again.

— I don't think I've seen a fistfight for years.

I remember when I came on, people used to fight.

Now, everybody just grabs a gun.

— Go inside, girl!

— Apart from fighting the gun problem on the ground,

Cincinnati is also using a tool that's less action and more CSI.

It's called the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network, known as NIBIN…

— So once we hit the button,

it tells us all the suspects that were involved in

different crime scenes that the casing matches up to.

— …a database of bullet casings run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

— This is the firing pin impression...

— Every gun leaves unique identifying marks on a casing.

— It's kind-of the fingerprint of the gun.

— That makes them key evidence,

because NIBIN can link multiple casings, found at different crimes, to one gun—

and sometimes one criminal.

— All I know is I heard a "pop, pop, pop."

— Here's how it works in Cincinnati:

— Came around the bend right here, coming towards me.

And he was loading the weapon back up.

— CPD's gang enforcement unit is called to respond

to either a shooting or a "shots fired" scene.

— We've got a shell casing here.

— When they find a casing,

whether someone was hurt or not,

it's treated like an important piece of evidence.

— Any time you have someone who rides through a residential community shooting a firearm,

the likelihood of them using that gun in some other capacity is extremely high,

so that makes collecting these shell casings very valuable.

— So what happens next?

It goes back and gets entered into NIBIN…?

— The officers are going to go ahead and tag the item.

We're gonna go ahead and put it into our property room…

Yeah, actually I'm here to pick up a property.

…and then our NIBIN specialist retrieves it tomorrow.

— Everything is then brought to the NIBIN lab for processing.

— So this is the casing that you guys saw last night.

— There, casings are cleaned and entered into a system that creates 3D images.

— We're gonna find the area that we want the algorithm to analyze.

— They're sent to a "correlation center,"

where they're compared to casings found at other crime scenes for matches.

— …we did get a NIBIN hit…

— That data is sent back to the cops,

and detectives will follow up on any potential "hits."

— That one firearm was linked to…

one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight crimes.

— After years of trial and error,

Cincinnati's NIBIN process is a model for others.

Police departments come to them for training.

— We had 426 people shot in Cincinnati last year.

We didn't have 426 individuals who each pulled the trigger once—

we've got 40 to 50 that repeatedly pull the trigger,

they shoot two, three, four individuals before we can finally put a case on them.

— So how do you measure success with NIBIN?

— Well.

We know that NIBIN played a large role in our shooting reductions for last year.

We were one of the few large Midwest urban cities that

had a reduction in both homicides and total shootings.

— Cincinnati's NIBIN process is a success—

but it's been a challenge to implement there, and in police departments across the U.S.

There are less than 180 machines nationwide.

Machines cost as much as a quarter million dollars to buy.

And using them correctly requires a mindset shift from cops,

who tend to think of bullet casings as trash and the CSI stuff as boring.

— It takes someone describing it to you and then seeing it.

— Those are just some of the challenges ATF has faced as they try to widen the NIBIN network.

— Do you think that ATF maybe made a mistake in not getting out there

and telling police departments,

"You need to do this quickly, this is the right way to do it?"

— I think police departments, in general, are reactive.

I think there was a time when a stop sign shooting occurred, shots fired,

I don't think the officers would have gotten out of their cars to pick up the cartridge cases to submit.

But now, I think officers are actually responding to the scene.

— But the federal government and ATF could do more to make this tool universal.

As Neudigate points out,

they've done it before with national fingerprint and DNA databases.

That's lacking for NIBIN.

— There's not a police department in the country

that's gonna say, "We wouldn't submit those fingerprints into AFIS."

National practice.

We get DNA at a crime scene,

everybody's going to submit that into CODIS.

But we are not submitting that ballistic trace evidence into NIBIN.

At some point, it's got to be standardized practice.
