Intermittent fasting tips for women: I felt like I really needed to go over the subject even though the idea that

women shouldn't do in a intermittent fasting is decreasing, I still receive a lot of

questions asking if women can do intermittent fasting and if it will mess up

their hormones. So what women are concerned about is their hormones and

missing their periods and that's going to happen when women do a lot of

exercise or lose a lot of weight, and it has been known to happen when fasting as

well but it's not necessarily the fast that's causing this. But the fact that

you're working so hard, so if you don't have much weight to begin with and then

you decrease your calories and up your exercise, then yeah it's entirely

possible that woman will experience a change in hormones but what's very

important to point out, is that this happens even if you're not fasting and

also happens when following a diet that reduces calories into a deficit. Women

are a lot more sensitive to a change in calorie intake because ideally they need

to stay very fertile. The hormone GnRH is very important especially but that is

very sensitive to the environment and energy levels. You might be thinking so

what if I miss a few periods I'm not having a kid anytime soon? But the female

reproductive system, metabolism and overall health is quite intertwined if

you will missing periods then a bunch of hormones are being affected not just the

ones that help women become pregnant. Men don't have much to worry about but woman

from a evolutionary point of view training to get down to a low very low

body fat wasn't very practical at all. So a low energy intake can reduce fertility

and being very lean is a reproductive disadvantage and women's bodies are very

in tune to any threats to energy intake, and humans you will find a quite unique

when compared to other mammals as most mammals can terminate pregnancy if

they feel like they need to but human females cant, and this creates the almost

conflict between the host and the baby as the baby is very determined to survive

no matter what the effects are of the host. So the woman's body's got to

account for that risk factor that it needs extra reserves in case. So the

woman's hormones are very sensitive to how often, how much, and what you eat and

for a lot of years the doctors and scientists thought it was just a total

body fat that affected the fertility of the reproductive system and if the body

fat dropped somewhere below 10% that hormones would change and therefore

there would be a very low chance of pregnancy, and this made a lot of sense

but food and the availability of food can change very fast but the total body fat

on someone's body can decrease much slower so hormones, periods and fertility can

be influenced before reaching a low body fat. So now it's thought that instead of

a low body fat percentage it's the total energy intake that's more impactful.

So the things that might cause an excessively low energy intake are taking in

too little food, poor nutrition, not enough rest, not enough recovery, not

enough calories, too much exercise, too much stress, and possibly if you're ill

and all those factors can vary with things such as age, ability to adapt,

and lifestyle. But will also depend on how you do intermittent fasting as there's many

different ways of doing it and some are much more extreme and physically

demanding than others such as the 3-day water fast.

But what I typically teach people is how to do your first half a day fast then

how to get that fast right consistently then how to do longer fasts and then how

to blend all those skills together for optimal lifestyle and results. So you

will have to listen to your body, don't fast along, and to go over it quickly you

can start fasting two hours after you wake up, then three, then five then, six

extend your fast by drinking coffee and

water and tea, eat larger meals because that's one of the great benefits of

fasting. Overall I've seen women get a lot of great results but when

considering how much we don't know about this topic about the science and what we

don't know about the human body and impact on the hormones,

I would suggest a conservative approach and easing into it, but that's what I

teach anyway because to be able to do a 3 day fast or 1 day fast you have to

be able to do at least a 6 hour fast as a starting point anyway. And don't try to

lose a ton of weight in the first month you probably want to be healthy and

shape for the rest of your life or for the next 30 years or so. So what's the

difference of just taking a few extra weeks or months to ease into it and

making sure it's sustainable and making sure you have

tailored it to your lifestyle. And you'll want to stop working so hard doing

cardio and then doing fasting on top of that

that's when hormones will change. I think this rumor.. well a lot of people refer to

it as a rumor that people tried fasting and because it was such an effective way

of losing fat so fast people started to associate hormone and balance with

fasting. Because a lot of women have never been able to lose a sufficient

amount of weight and for some woman when they try fasting it all clicks for

them and they lose a ton of weight they find it very easy to lose weight. But don't

fear too much I just feel like I have to give you an example of the worst-case

scenarios and remember you fast every night for eight hours while you sleep

and for thousands of years the four most popular religions in the world have

promoted fasting with nothing but great results. And in a world with more foods,

more snacks, a higher frequency of eating, and

higher calorie foods I don't think there's ever been a better time to try

fasting I think just below half the people following my Passive Fat Loss

Strategy are woman anyway. That's why fasting is becoming so popular because

it's so much more effective in today's world rather than a world fifty or

hundred years ago. If you'll already at a low body fat then it might not

be the smartest idea to do intermittent fasting though, because it's very good at

reducing calories but then you might say but I want to do intermittent fasting

for the health benefits? Well then you can still do intermittent fasting but

eat more inside of your feeding windows so that you don't go into a excessive

calorie deficit, and the whole benefit of fasting anyway is it makes everything

else much easier, it makes eating less calories much easier so that it means

you don't have to work so hard in other areas anyway. But I am NOT a doctor and I

am not a woman so if you feel like you need some more information try dr.

Solomon she's a coach that promotes fasting so go check her

out if you're after more information, and thanks for listening if you have any

questions you can leave them down below and I'd really appreciate that

Why Do I Feel Lonely? | Loneliness in Friendships & Marriage - Duration: 9:18.

Hello from Michigan! My husband and I are staying in this hotel that overlooks

Lake Michigan - it's gorgeous. Last night we got to see the Northern

Lights here which was really cool. I cannot thank you girls enough for your

entries into our giveaway! I have loved reading through all your

questions and your video ideas which are amazing. So as I was reading through I

noticed there were a lot of questions about mental health stuff and so today

we're gonna talk about overwhelming loneliness, tomorrow we're gonna talk

about anxiety, Thursday we're gonna talk about how to recover from an eating

disorder, and Friday I have our dietitian friend Janna coming on to tell us foods

that you can eat to help with your moods - like foods that help stabilize the crazy

up-and-down of our emotions. So it's gonna be a really cool week!

I've told you girls how I quit my job to travel and speak full time, but what I haven't

told you is that while I've been on those speaking tours for months out of

the year, I have struggled with insane, intense loneliness. Like there have been

times I felt like, "Am I gonna have a mental breakdown?"

It is so overpowering and it hasn't just been on tour; it's been all throughout my

life. I've had this deep sense of loneliness. I've had different seasons of

life when I feel very connected with people but I'd also have seasons when I

didn't. People would think, "You have so many friends!" But I would still feel like, "Why

do I feel so lonely still? Why do I still feel like nobody really knows me?" And

sometimes it was because I wasn't letting them get to know me; I was so

afraid of rejection that I just held people at arm's length. And then there

were other times in my life when I just felt like there wasn't anybody I clicked

with. After getting married a lot of my close friends moved away and for the

last two years my husband and I have been trying to like make some new

friends. And it takes a lot out of you; it's like kind of exhausting to get

together with all these different people and like, "When's somebody gonna click?" But

eventually God has provided some really good friends and it just takes a while.

And even since getting married I've struggled with loneliness. Sometimes I'll

be with my husband on a great date day and I'll still feel totally alone and

like nobody sees me and nobody knows me. That craving we

have to be seen and known and loved - like that has to come from God first and

foremost. I've come to believe that loneliness, if we let it, can be something

God uses in our lives in amazing ways to draw us so much closer Himself, because

God is the only one who can ever truly, fully completely know us and see us and

love us. And so in that sense, as difficult as loneliness is, it has also

been a gift to me as well. But there's been times over the years when the

loneliness has felt suffocating. That feeling can be very overpowering and

overwhelming and sometimes it's hard to see outside of it. It's hard to believe

that some day you're gonna feel better or that some day you won't feel this

lonely. So I'm gonna get to some really practical ways you can combat loneliness

but first I want to talk about: Where is your loneliness coming from? And here are

four common causes of loneliness. So one of my best friends recently went through

a therapy group for codependency, and so she was telling me that when you do

struggle with codependency, that can create this sense of like anxiety over

friendships, because you feel like all this pressure in a friendship or like

you're not good enough for the friendship. So these are some of her

notes from her group. So if you're codependent you may feel responsible for

other people's feelings, actions, or choices - or find yourself saying yes when

you really mean no - or not knowing what you want or need - or telling

yourself that what you want or need isn't important. You'll blame yourself

for everything. You'll reject compliments or praise - or feel different from the

rest of the world - or like you're not quite good enough. And the list goes on. I

think she gave you like eight pages here. And so if your loneliness, or feeling

like you don't have a lot of friends you connect with, is caused by codependency,

then you want to work on that root issue. You want to work on the codependency. And

I think a great way to do that is through counselling or through therapy

groups like my friend went through. It was so helpful and life-changing for her.

Another thing that can cause loneliness is simply deciding to stand for what you

believe in. Recently one of you wrote me on Instagram.

You were really struggling with loneliness, feeling like you didn't have a lot

of friends. And this person said, "And for me I've had struggles because I've

chosen not to do bad things and not to party and that immediately cast me out. I

feel like I'm not up to their standards. I don't meet their expectations. A lot of

people these days don't really care about honesty or trustworthiness in a

friendship; it's all about someone who will follow the crowd and be a good time."

I think there are times in life when doing what you know is right is gonna be

a lonely place. Elizabeth Elliot wrote about this. Her husband Jim Elliot was

one of my all-time heroes of the faith because he was a missionary and he was

martyred for his faith - and so killed for his faith - and I always thought he was so

cool because I used to want to be a martyr. That was my childhood dream - was to grow

up and get killed for Jesus. Like that was truly my dream as a little girl. I

was a very strange child. So anyway my childhood hero's wife wrote this quote

that says "Loneliness is a required course for leadership." And I think having

that perspective was really comforting to me, because it made me realize that

there was purpose in my loneliness - that God was gonna use it for good and it

wasn't just a waste of my time and emotions. And I think sometimes

loneliness just comes because we don't know how to make friends. I remember one

time being at this Super Bowl party and this girl was there. She was like, "I just

moved to the area and I really need some friends." And I'm thinking, "Oh cool, like I

would totally befriend you!" And so I started trying to talk to her, and I

would ask her a question and she would give like a two-word answer and then

silence. Nothing. Like she wouldn't ask me, "What

about you?" She would just give a two-word answer and stop. And I was like, "This is

why you don't have friends! You don't know how to talk to people!" But this is a

big thing guys, like a lot of us don't know how to talk to people. I have a

video all about that called "How to Make Friends" linked right above. It's one of

my first videos I ever made but I think it can be really helpful. And lastly I

think sometimes loneliness just has to do with our physical environment. I know

this has been very true in my life. When I'm staying alone in a hotel room for a

while and I don't have friends around, like I just start to feel like I'm going

crazy in my head. And I just need to get out of the hotel room

into a place with better lighting and with people around me. So usually I go to like

a coffee shop or Starbucks. As soon as I get out I feel so much better. And so

sometimes you just need to know yourself. Like what do I need mentally and

physically in order to feel better? And so for me that meant going to a coffee

shop - better lighting, more people, voila! Like I feel 80% better just from

stepping into that coffee shop. And so knowing yourself and experimenting to

see what helps you when you feel lonely is so helpful.

Other things that I think can be helpful with loneliness are number one looking

for more friends. And finding friends can be a slow process. I know for me it feels

like it takes forever. But I think putting yourself out there is so important.

So like going to church, going to a small group or a young adults group, or if

you're in school, finding a club you can get involved with or sports team or

community sports league. And there's also online communities. And I think it's so

important to have friends who are physically there that you can be with

physically, but man having online friends can be such a gift - I know some of my

friends online have been such an encouragement to me like with this

YouTube channel. Even below this video feel free to comment, just to be like, "Hey

is there anyone else who's struggling with feeling lonely and like they don't

have friends right now?" And maybe you guys can encourage each other like that

even online. The second thing to do is be willing to reach out for help. I think

finding an adult that you trust who can kind of walk you through your loneliness

and learning how to deal with it, is huge. But also there are times when it is so

overwhelming we feel like we're gonna go crazy. And if you just need someone to

talk to, there is this amazing ministry called Remedy Live. I've got it

linked below. And they have 24-hour crisis chats and these are anonymous

chats with people who are trained to help with different things like

depression, anxiety, suicide, all that. Anytime of the day or night you can just

get online and chat them and a real person will be talking back with you. And

that's an awesome resource for you girls to have. They're awesome, so check

them out! And the third thing is notice what you do that either helps or does

not help the loneliness. So there are certain things I do, like if I spend all

day long watching TV, I'm gonna feel like super-lonely.

Like that is not gonna be good for me. Then there are things that if I do them

they'll help me feel better. And they might not be something I even want to do

at first - like spending time with God. If I'm feeling lonely, I'd rather just watch

TV for hours. But at the end of the day, I'm gonna feel better after spending time

with God than I will after just watching TV. I actually have a video more about this

called: "What Are You Feeding Your Mind." It's linked right up there. And lastly I think

sometimes when we're feeling lonely it's an opportunity God is giving us

to reach out to somebody else - somebody who might be feeling lonely themselves.

Be willing to make the first move, to go up and say hi to someone who's standing

alone at church, or who is sitting by themselves at school, or who's a new.

Start a Bible study or join a Bible study. You invite someone to get

coffee with you instead of waiting for someone to invite you. And maybe you'll

be the answer to someone else's prayer for a friend. So as always, comment

below: "Is this something you struggle with?" And then look through other

people's comments and reply to some of them. And then you can just encourage

each other even in the midst of our loneliness on this online community,

which is really fun. So girls thank you so much for being here with me today! I

love you girls and I will see you tomorrow for a talk about anxiety. Bye!

Top 5 Things to Do in the Destiny 2 Beta - Duration: 2:44.

Early access to the Destiny 2 beta starts today, at least on PlayStation 4, so if you've

got a code or you pre-ordered, you should be ready to play when the gates open up at

10am PT, 1pm ET, and 5pm GMT.

If you haven't got a code, and didn't bother pre-ordering, you'll have to wait

for the open beta, which kicks off on Friday 21st.

So once you have access, what should you do?

Well, the Destiny 2 beta boasts quite a lot of content, and it's important that you

see all of it.

To help guide you, we've put together this video.

I'm Mack, for PlayStation LifeStyle, here with the top 5 things to do in the Destiny

2 beta.

Remember the epic Destiny 2 gameplay reveal that we saw back in May?

Well, you'll be able to experience that opening story mission for yourself in the

beta!

Start in the Tower, the social space that your Guardian has been calling home for years

now, and fight to defend it from the Cabal "Red Legion."

Team up with the Vanguards as they do all they can to survive and protect Earth's

last safe city.

The new three-player cooperative strike, called "The Inverted Spire," is also playable

in the beta.

Grab two friends, or matchmake with other players, and go up against the Cabal and Vex

on Nessus.

Beat the boss to complete the strike and get some of that sweet new loot!

Even if you're primarily a Destiny PvE player, Destiny 2's PvP portion is definitely worth

checking out.

Some big changes have been made, including a reduction from a 6v6 player count, to less

chaotic 4v4 matchups.

There will be two modes to play and two maps to play on in the beta.

The Control game type makes a return, along with a new attack and defend Countdown mode.

As for maps, players will be able to check out Vostok and Endless Vale.

The Farm is a new Destiny 2 social space that you'll be able to visit in the beta.

The reason it's so high on our list today, is because it will only be available for a

short period of time.

On Sunday July 23rd at 10am PT, 1pm ET, and 5pm GMT, The Farm will be accessible for one

hour, and one hour only!

So be online and be ready!

It's going to be one hell of a stress test, so try and keep your patience!

Though you may well have your favorite from the original game, we urge you to invest time

giving all three classes a go during the beta.

With new abilities and subclasses, each class should feel different.

Then there's the new weapon categories: Kinetic, Energy, and Power.

The big addition here is the Power weapons, which are extremely lethal and fantastic fun

to use.

Those are the top 5 things to do in the Destiny 2 beta.

What are you most looking forward to trying out?

Let us know in the comments down below.

If you enjoyed this video, hit the Like button, and be sure to subscribe if you haven't

already.

This has been Mack, for PlayStation LifeStyle, goodbye.

Just Do It! - Thank You Benny and Friends - Duration: 12:01.

Hi, there Steve Kaufman here today to do a video in response to the wonderful video that Benny the Irish Polyglot and his

friendly Polyglots put together

to congratulate me on 10 years on YouTube. I will put a link to the video up in the description box. I've even got my

jacket and tie on here because Benny has a

bowtie in his and I feel I have to be a little formal in my response. Although

I have my golf shorts on because I'm going golfing.

Thank you very much.

I'm blown away by the video...and...I always like to take a lesson from things that happen and somehow relate them to language learning.

And so there are two things that sort of come out sort of strike me in this video. First of all is

the sheer effort that went into putting the video together. Effort, wit,

creativity,

cooperation.

And it's something that I admire in Benny,

and that is, you know, he has an attitude which is "just do it". Whether it be

just speak the language from day one or in the case of putting a video like this together, it's a lot of work.

You can think it up, that's one thing, but to actually go ahead and do it and make it happen

that's another thing. and all of the people who participated in this video

not only did they put a lot of thought and and probably several trial runs into

their participation, but these are also people like Benny who have put the effort into learning other languages many languages. And

again, it's not as some people like to say "oh, well you have a talent for languages",

it's because these people decided to "just do it". I think that's a Nike slogan or something.

I hope I don't get into trouble for using it but any

of you out there who's ever thought of learning a language it starts by

just doing it. The second point that I want to make is that

the people who are on that video, all of whom I have met except for I think Michael Campbell,

they're

representative of the polyglot community. People that I met in Montreal last year,

in Bratislava recently that I'm going to meet again in Montreal on the 25th of August.

These are the

friendliest,

supportive most

mutually encouraging group of people

I have come across and I have been in diplomatic circles in business circles, and these are the best people. And

any one of you who has not been to a polyglot conference or who hasn't dipped your toe into language learning, I

suggest you get going. You will never regret it. And each language every language has its own reasons for being worthwhile

learning. And I'm going to try with my you know I have been away from some of these languages for a while

I'm gonna try to

comment

to each of the participants in the language that they used. And I will even just do it commit to providing

subtitles, which because I'm sometimes lazy,

I don't always do when I make videos in other languages. All right,

it starts with Benny and of course he begins by speaking English

so I'm speaking English, and I've already mentioned Benny, but I'll get back to Benny in different languages.

Then we had Lindsay. Lindsay is an enthusiastic person,

a person who can inspire others to learn languages. Thank you very much, Lindsay.

That was Lindsay. Then if I remember correctly,

Benny came back in sign language. I can't do sign language. I can just do "hi Benny".

That's about all I can do in sign language

I'm not sure I'll ever learn sign language, but I respect you for having learned it. Then I think we had

Kris speaking Danish. I am not going to speak Danish, I understand Danish. Swedish is enough but thank you.

or however they say in Danish and

Kris is a great guy and

very warm person and

I thank him for

apparently inspiring this video by discovering the fact that I had some kind of an old chair that I bought in a in a,

I guess it was a garage sale or something. I can't even remember

or a secondhand store.

Then we had Olly

I am in Swedish. You speak Cantonese very accurately, much better than me. When I speak Cantonese, my wife tells me off and say I am full of mistakes.

That's Olly speaking his wonderful Cantonese.

You speak very well. Thank you.

Thank him very much for his kind words.

Then we had Benny.

I can't speak Portuguese like Benny. Benny speaks with a Brazilian accent that I can't imitate. But I can only say that am envious , not sure if I can say that, of the way Benny speaks Portuguese.

Then we had Connor.

Thank you for what you said about my clothes. We were together in Lviv and it was very interesting to be with in Lviv.

Jan speaking Dutch. I'm not even gonna attempt Dutch. Jan is a great guy.

I met him on several of these occasions. Look forward hopefully you see him in Montreal.

I'm not gonna attempt Dutch, but I may learn Dutch one day ah

Mike. Not clear what you are saying . Do you mean that while there is a debate between speaking from day one and the input method, that there is a third way, the learning of whole sentences?

I don't fully agree. I believe that the basic element in a language is the phrase. That is why I focus on learning phrases. But everyone has a favourite study method and that is not a problem.Thank you for your explanation.

That was in Mandarin for

Mike Campbell. Then we had

Benny. I would like to travel in Italy with Benny and eat spaghetti , and talk about all these things, like the learning of languages (etc. in Ukrainian) as they say in Ukrainian.

But I speak Japanese

and therefore if anything I understood what Jana had to say, of course I agree with her since I am in favour of focusing on input, so I was able to make sense of what she had to say, since I understand Japanese, but...

Unfortunately, I don't speak Esperanto, however I...

Let us say I do recognize that Esperanto is a wonderful language

to learn as a means of encouraging students to

learn languages because it's easier to learn apparently, and therefore once people achieve success in learning one language, Esperanto, that may very well

encourage them to learn other languages. So,

there you have it, my response. But beyond anything else I want to thank the people who put this together. I

very much appreciate it, and I look forward to seeing most of you in Montreal

August 25th to 27th. Thank you very much. I hope I didn't forget anyone or didn't forget any language. Bye for now

I forgot to speak French.

So here I am again in my golf clothes. I wasn't going to put my jacket back on.

A few days ago was the 14th of July and that reminded me to what extent I am thankful to France.

First of all I was in France as a foreign student but I had a French government scholarship so it was the French taxpayers who paid for my stay in France.

French is the first language I learned to speak fluently, that is the second language which gave me the confidence to speak other languages. I know that I can learn.

Not only that, but, as is the case for all the languages we learn, I learned so much about French culture and civilization.

This is a richness that I acquired via the language, which gives me the feeling of being, I don't know, how would I put it, to have a greater breadth in my life, in the things that I can think about, the way I can express myself, the people with whom I can speak, and even more than that.

This is an experience that I have repeated many times with other languages, but it began with French and therefore I want especially to

I'm sorry I forgot to speak French in the video, and I thank not only Benny and his friends, but I thank France for this possibility that was given to me more than 50 years ago. Thank you and good-bye.

Medo do Exame de Direção – Superação com Hipnose | Hypno.Doc | OMNI Brasil - Duration: 6:18.

How many years have I lived as prisioner of something that traumatized me?

And the hypnosis, in just one session,

has changed my life.

We've focused on the driving classes but he's fixed many things in my life.

And it is priceless...

Going through 3 processes in Detran,

taking 8 tests,

failling...

Having done more than 60 pratical lessons...

I would schedule the test, and at the test day,

I woul have crying crisis, diarrhea,

I couldn't even take the car out of the spot, in first one I couldn't start it.

And then I started to research what was happening to me, what was blocking me...

When she got to my office and we did the anamnesis,

I begun to realize that it wasn't just a test that she couldn't take,

it wasn't just an anxiety wave that used to strike her in the test,

she had a freezing moment,

she would enter in the car and wasn't able to do anything.

It is known that freezing is something very specific,

and is generally connected to traumas.

Psychological traumas are external events that are associated to a emotional issue.

Normally emotional issues related to the childhood,

the trauma is a gateway,

to other external events associate themselves to it,

and then cause the phobias, disorders and depressions...

Just by entering on a car I would tremble,

I started to avoid travelling by car,

started to isolate myself at home...

I started a treatment with a psychologist...

She went through almost a year of therapy,

where she reported that even knowing her dificulties and doing therapy,

her feeling would only get worst.

Traumas need to be treated,

they need psychological care,

and if it is needed, even a psychiatrist,

and among all those treatments we also have hypnosis,

that it is also very used by some psychologists,

it is regulated by the CRP,

and it has a much faster effectiveness than the conventional ways.

I started to research about hypnosis and I found Rafael.

Hypnosis has been being a very important tool not only to identify the primary event,

but also to change the relation of cause and effect.

If the client come to us with a struggle,

something that is stopping him to have a plane life,

we're able, through hypnosis with a well organized methodology,

wich is proposed by the OMNI process's hypnotherapy,

make the person relive this important emotional issue,

and through this emotion, reach the primary event,

when she first felt it,

which had a negative repercussion,

and whe reached a moment around her 4 yaers old...

In the therapy was made a relation,

with a situation that I went through with my father that was a military,

and in this process of being evaluated by him,

I got traumatized and internalized it...

After giving a new meaning to this experience,

she understood the content,

we went beyond this event, and found more situations like this one,

including one that happened inside a car.

All these events together,

when she got into a car,

envolving an authority,

a male figure...

In this situation,

she would relive this trauma.

Taking a person who was abused in her childhood,

not necessarily being related to sex, but to an authority figure,

so it depends on how the subconscious understood that abuse.

I felt lighter after the hypnosis's session.

It was really life changing.

Because I found out a hidden problem, and solved it.

On thae test day, I got anxious, what is normal.

But when I entered in the car, it was all ok,

I was able to talk to the evaluator, which was impossible to me,

and in the end I thanked him, and started to clebrate!

When we're able to solve this primary event,

we realize that a lot of things change in client's life.

The hypnosis also helped me at home,

I improved my relationship with my husband,

I got my conficent at work.

How many years have lived as a prisioner of something that traumatized me?

In only one session, even being a long session,

he had to make some effort...

But he just ended the session after I was really well,

he didn't care about the time,

his dedication was deeper than professional, he wanted to help me,

in what I needed.

- Here we go! - We are travelling by car!!

You're getting good at it, mom...
