number with the number that we take first now find the alphabet add that
number for example if your number is 5 so alpha 1 2 3 such that find your
alphabet on your number it's again simply by risking not think about any
name or country from depth later anything to do

it but like three inches I thought it was two and a half at first but it's
legitimate like legit three inches that's too much for that asked her for
one inch but anyway so I have been like super super busy that's why I haven't
been able to like do a video for you guys or a hair routine or makeup
tutorial and anything because I have been so busy so busy just so busy
okay I know that was a lot that was a lot I know I know I'm gonna bring it
back I'm gonna bring it back and slow it down for you guys and show you exactly
what I'm doing to make my hair grow back quick fast and
in a hurry when I tell you that I am NOT playing any games as your saw I am not
playing any games but let's do a quick run-through now if you saw my last video
of my deep conditioning tutorial it pretty much showed you everything that I
use and my hair for deep condition it and that is what I use on my hair
regularly just to keep it intensely conditioned and to also help my hair
grow so starting with that I'm just going to take that snip it back from
that video and go over that with you guys you can see the basics of what I
use there the first thing I wanted to do is show you guys the products that I use
I use aloe vera juice yucca and plantains anti-breakage styling milk
jamaican black castor oil strength and grow and restore conditioner yucca and
plantains anti breakage strengthening conditioner as well as organic olive oil
tea tree oil if you can see that tea tree oil and castor oil okay so now you
guys already know what my basics are now along with that I actually also found or
stumbled upon something called ru Veda now I'm not even sure if I'm pronouncing
that correctly and I'm not about to let go on Google and have them like say the
word for me so I can say it for you guys Google yourself I'll spell it right in
the description box about that now I have discovered something called R theta
or and I've been I've always used lavender and tea tree oils in my hair
but I learned about T's from curly proverbs thank you and so what I'm doing
now is I am using green tea and lavender and chamomile teas as a spray in my hair
to aid in hair growth and I'll show you guys I'm talking about here okay so as
you can see guys I keep this team refrigerated and I just used the organic
chamomile with lavender and the 100% organic green tea now according to Carly
proverbs the lavender is used to balance natural oil production on your scalp and
to strengthen new hair growth and with the green and tea that it's used to
boost hair growth and prevent drafts Cal and the chamomile is a natural
moisturizer which promotes hair growth sue the stressed scalp conditions and
shines and brightens hair naturally and it's hair color now here I'm just
showing you the teabags that I use in order to make the tea and I would make
it and make it just as if I'm about to make a regular pot of tea to drink so I
chose both water put the teabags in and then place it into love put salsa on top
and then leave a probiotic as four hours and then put it into the spray bottle
and at that point I infuse it or dripping other oils which are the tea
tree oil lavender and cedar wood and I use that and spread into mice directly
into my scalp and refrigerated Brown puts in here right now let's just aloe
vera juice my favorite but that is 50 that I've been using and I will say that
since I've been using the tea I actually got my hair highlighted a while that
highlight it was just all like copper and then I dyed it back black because I
couldn't stand the color but since I've been using the teeth I've been noticed
that my notice in that that color has been coming back to my hair and I don't
really appreciate it because I do not like the hair color like at all but um
but in the name of growth I'm going to continue using that and also if you
remember from my how to grow your hair fast video that I posted about a month
ago Asscher you about smoothies and probiotics so also
in doing that just double time with this smoothies I am having smoothies twice a
day I still having probiotics once a day you don't want to like overdo probiotics
but I have gotten back into my routine to regrow my hair because I the haircut
that that lady gave him from the hair cutter II was just she actually went
back to hair cutter e to find her to talk to her and I couldn't find her I
look like that because I say talk but I remember like with my hands like touched
the door off of the haircut area my heart was like the dudududududududududu
I'm like this is not gonna go well I should probably like to you guys but uh
um I did I hats it cuz I wanted to ask her like why would you why would you do
that like every time I think about hair cutter II I just hear like the seaming
from kill bill like the I know that's like so crazy but I if I could call
Vivica Fox in Lucy Liu like I would call them and go see that girl sorry
and real quick guys I just wanted to show you my smoothies that I make every
day anything that tie in vitamin C would be
making a great smoothie for hair growth because vitamin C aids in hair
production so I just put that together that was fresh orange juice I just took
it in my nutribullet blend it up drink it it's absolutely delicious I also
wanted to include and show you guys the probiotics that I used by cut pro it's
in the infant form because I also use it for my son but with probiotics it keeps
your gut flora in balance and if it's not balanced your body is not going to
absorb any nutrients so this is why I included it in my growth routine
okay also as you guys can already see because you're not blind Mike here is
straight right now and the reason it's straight is because I feel like with my
curly hair or I know like with my curly hair because of all of the curls that it
easily tangles and it gives it more of an opportunity to be broken off so what
I like to do for me what works is as far as a protective style it's just a good
old-fashioned wrap for some it may be breeze or some type of updo or I don't
know but what works for me is just a good old-fashioned wrap I'm about to
show you what a wrap is but you should know what a wrap is but if you don't I'm
like totally pulling your card and I'll give you like an example of what a wrap
is but basically what you do is you take your hair and you just comb it around
into a circle around around around around and then put a scarf on it so
that's what a wrap is and so that is what I am going to do I'm going to
rotate week I'm going to try my best to last a week without but an aloe vera
juice in my hair but I'm gonna keep it in a wrap for a week but I'm gonna use
my oils my lavender my cedar wood my tea trees and put that in my scalp and my
hair is gonna be soy but luckily I don't go that I don't go that many places so
um it's not gonna be a big deal for me so I'll keep it wrapped and then I'll
alternate and then the next week I'll go back to my aloe vera juices and my teas
and the deep conditioning and all of my wet products now for those of you who
are looking at my hair right now or I thinking to yourself is she's like
batshit crazy I am NOT I'm not crazy at all these are clip-ins that's why it
looks so long and full here now I've got these clippings from hair attics calm if
anyone is interested but I'm gonna take these clippings out so you can see what
my actual length is right now like I said she kept the length in the back
which is strange because it's like I don't know it's almost like a rat tail
like like it's 1982 like so I feel like I have a rat tail but these are the
clippings from hair attics calm and which I am not affiliated with
whatsoever so please don't think that I'm trying to sell something like I'm
not this is another clip in no the hair is from hair attics but I got the clip
ends made and I've had these clippings for about oh no probably like two years
and maybe even three years they've lasted a really long time and the only
thing I have the clippings in it's because I went to dinner and I just feel
so uncomfortable like with my hair right now cuz that'll go but I have no more
clippings and I'll do it because I feel like that would have to prove this is
something that I would have to prove because you know we're in America and
everyone's water so those can you see that that is my natural hair without the
clip ends and this is what the length is looking like right now so like I said
she did keep the length but just in the back and when my hair is curly you are
not able to see the length in the back because the curls are back there so
you're only able to see these layers that I didn't ask for and the front and
it's and it's just it's just a shrinks really fast so I just don't like the
overall look so please please please I'm asking you girls see you ladies you guys
to join me in my hair growth journey and follow the same stuff that I am
following thanks but except the tea because I can't vouch for the tea
because that's new for me so I can't actually say that the tea works but I it
it's lavender and chamomile I already use lavender in my hair as an oil so I
can't where would hurt but I can't vouch for

Welcome back to Quiet Little Crush.
In today's video. I'm going to be personalizing the monthly spread for July in my Happy Planner.
I'm going to start by cutting out a patriotic ow.
If you've been following me for a while, you've seen me
use this before and I thought I would use it again,
kind of as an ode to my previous videos.
I'm just going to glue this down
and then I'm going to remove the pages
and add some washi tape.
I have this red Washi tape with polka dots on it
and I'm going to use it to cover up the word July
on the left-hand side
In order to replace July I'm going to use some stickers
out of this sticker pack that I got at the Target One Spot.
Next I'm going to take some additional stickers
and start randomly placing them thrilled the spread.
I have a second sticker pack with these large us a letters
and I was going to put them down the left-hand side
But I decided that the right hand side looks too plain,
so I added them to the top.
Next I'm going to add a few flags to mark a few items
That will be taking place this month,
and then add some more washi to the bottom Right-hand side of the page.
Finally, I'm just going to write in a few things
and that will finish off my spread

Job Interviews in English: Three Dos and Don'ts of Tell Me About Yourself - Duration: 7:57.
Hi, I'm Annemarie with Speak Confident English and welcome to your Confident English Wednesday
lesson.
This week we are focused on one of the most popular topics on the Speak Confident English
website.
It's also one of the most common questions I receive by email or from my students, especially
those who are looking for a new job, trying to advance their career, and use English.
So today we are focused on: Tell Me About Yourself.
We're getting very specific on just this one question because it's the most common question
in a job interview and maybe even the most important.
Both native and non-native English speakers search all over the Internet to find out how
to best answer this question and there are some fantastic examples and resources online.
But today I want to focus on one specific thing: 3 dos and don'ts of how to answer this
question.
Today's lesson actually comes from my own experience.
Yes, I've interviewed for jobs before in my life but I've also been an interviewer many,
many times.
And in that experience, I've seen some really wonderful interviews and some not so impressive.
I don't want you to be in that second group, so I'm going to share with you exactly what
impressed me as an interviewer, what helped make someone memorable, and what is important
for you when you interview for your next job in English.
Now very quickly, before we get to the lesson I do want to let you know that I have a super
special download for you today.
It's a step-by-step workbook that will help you think about how to best create your unique
answer to this question.
We'll talk a little bit more about the workbook as we go through the lesson.
But after you watch this video, make sure that you visit the online lesson so that you
can download the workbook and prepare, practice, and perfect your answer to Tell Me About Yourself.
So the first don't in today's lesson is: in this question, don't tell your life story.
Yes, the interviewer is asking you to tell her or him about yourself but they don't want
to you know where you grew up or all of the travels you've taken in your life.
They don't want to know about all your time at university studying.
They want to know one thing: are you the right person for the job.
And they want to get an immediate idea about whether or not you are.
So this question helps them understand that immediately if you answer it correctly.
Now that doesn't mean there's a right or a wrong answer.
But it does mean there is a correct way or method to answering it.
The key is to think about this specific job that you are interviewing for.
And then thinking about your entire experience, your work experience, your accomplishments,
the skills that you've gained and choosing the things that are most specific that relate
directly to this job so that you can show you are the right person, that you have the
right qualifications, expertise, strengths to perform well and be the best person for
this job.
Now if you've never talked about your accomplishments, your strengths and that feels uncomfortable,
maybe it's not something that's common in your culture, that is okay.
I know it feels strange and awkward at the beginning but that is exactly why I created
this workbook for you.
To help begin the process of brainstorming and thinking about what should you say, what
could you say?
What is part of your background, your expertise that could be important to highlight in this
question?
Don't number two: don't repeat your resume word-for-word.
Honestly, this just isn't impressive.
Your interviewer will most likely have a copy of your resume directly in front of them and
they've probably read a little bit of it, so they don't need you to repeat everything
to them.
Again, remember, the key of this question is are you the right person for the job.
So everything you say in the response to this question should be those skills, those areas
of expertise that will make you the right person for the job.
They should directly connect to that position.
Think of it as an opportunity to highlight the most important things about you and what
you want the interviewer to know the most so that he or she can make the right decision.
This is only the first question.
There will be many more questions in the interview where you will have the opportunity to expand
your answers.
But here you want to give an overview and highlight the key points.
Now in the online lesson, I have given you some good and bad examples so that you can
what I'm talking about when you answer this question.
And I've give you several more examples in that step-by-step workbook.
And don't number three: don't speak for too long.
Again, this is only your first question.
You're just getting started with the interview.
Your answer to this question should be about 2 to 3 minutes long, no longer.
This is your introduction, so you want it to be brief, you want it to be clear, and
you want it to be succinct.
If you know me, you know that I love that word succinct.
It means saying everything you need to say and nothing more.
Now the only way to make sure that you answer this question in the best way possible is
to prepare.
Yes, prepare before you go to the job interview.
Know what you want to say.
Practice it.
Say it out loud.
Time yourself to make sure that it's not too short (30 seconds is too short) but of course,
you don't want it to be too long either.
You want it to be just right and you want to sound natural and free and easy you communicate
in English.
The best way to do that is to practice with it, get comfortable with those words and the
language and what you're going to say.

Plan With Me: July 2017 - Duration: 5:41.
Hey guys!
Today I'm planning for the month of July in my bullet journal
My theme for July is under the sea
so first I'm making my title page
which features a fish bowl with a little coral reef in the bottom
If you can see the faint pencil outline
you've probably guessed that I've already sketched
out most of my doodles and layouts
That's because I decided to remove
the footage of me sketching
because it took a long time
and wasn't really visible
By the way, my week starts on Tuesday
because I messed up the date
where the month starts
I'm finishing the coloring for my fish bowl
and now I'm using the Tombow brush marker colorless blender
to blend out the dark blue outline
to the light blue center
And I'm coloring in the reef
with some colors from this month's color palette
I'll link all of my Tombow brush marker colors
I used in the description
I'll link all of the other products I used as well
And now I'm setting up my planning for this month
which includes a video plan, a task list, and a finance tracker
Or maybe I should call it a fin-ance tracker
because this month's theme is under the sea
I'm not going to include the trackers I did for June
because I never ended up filling those out
so I feel like it would just be a waste of space
to include them this month
And now I'm moving on to setting up my weekly spreads
Since it's the summer, I don't have as much to do
so each week only has one page
Here I realized that I never filled out
my video plan on the monthly page
So I'm referring back to my summer video plan
and video ideas spread
to write in my video plan for this month
And now, back to the weekly spreads
Right now I'm working on
the little coral reef decorations
that are in the bottom corners
Now I'm going to be doing a blue to white gradient
and I tried to do a little demo but
basically the way I did this
was putting the tip of the blue marker
against the tip of the colorless blender
so there would be some blue ink
on the tip of the colorless blender
and as the ink got washed out of the tip
it would fade from blue to white
Here's how my weekly spreads look for this month
They have a sidebar with my video plan
any events, and a task list for the week
and the middle section is for day-to-day tasks
I'm referring back to my video plan
and my summer study plan
to add in my tasks and videos
And I'm now flipping over to my weekly spreads
for weeks three and four
If you noticed, I added this blue thing
which is a writing board
And that's to prevent smudging of the opposite side
while I'm writing on this side
Also, thanks for bearing with me
through all the weird window lighting patterns
that have shown up in this video
Now that everything is finished and dry
I'm cleaning up the pencil sketches with an eraser

25 FACTS ABOUT ME! 💁 - Duration: 4:46.
I have a lot of nervous energy right now because I just recorded a video
interview for a job and it's as good time as any to make a video! cool, let's go. Here
are 25 facts on me. if you're new to this channel, here's a little bit about me.
Maybe you know some of the stuff, maybe you don't, let's find out. I am 25 years
old. I'm a morning person and you probably know this if you're my friend
because I do not do well late at night. I get very sleepy and boring. When I was
little, I never dreamed about my wedding or getting married or anything like that,
but I did see myself as a single mom with adopted children, which is really
specific. But that's how I saw my future. I was voted most likely to be famous in
a high school. I think they might have known about my youtube. I am the most dog
person you could ever be. I just love dogs. Christmas is my absolute favorite time
of year. I become a little Christmas elf. You've probably- you actually probably
know this, I used to do videos every day leading up to Christmas. I have five tattoos and
seven piercings. but I did not get my first ear piercing until I was 22 years
old. I also got my driver's license at 22, after two years of living in Southern
California. I don't know how I did it either. When I bought my car, I had one of
the worst panic attacks in my life and sobbed in the bathroom. And my mom had to
like coax me out to go sign paperwork, it was pretty humiliating. One of my biggest
pet peeves in the universe is people who believe that their time is more valuable
than my time or anyone else's time. I've been a vegetarian for thirteen years. The
day I stopped caring about things that weren't important or didn't really
matter, just like little things, was one of the most liberating days of my adult
life. When I was 17 years old, I won an essay contest through Scholastic
Publishing on how I would win the Hunger Games and I was flown out to New York to
have lunch with Suzanne Collins, which is amazing, not only because Suzanne Collins
doesn't really do a lot of public events, but also because it was what inspired me
to want to go into publishing. So fingers crossed I'll actually get a job in
publishing later this year. I identify as pansexual
and that's the first time I've said that allowed on the internet. I have really
really really poor vision. I'm legally blind and I used to have doctors come in
and laugh at how poor my eyesight was they still do it sometimes. If I could
change anything about myself, it would be able to see. Not even like
20/20, I'm just talking like any amount of vision without corrective
lenses in some way. and I'm also not eligible for any corrective surgery at
this time because my eyesight is just too bad. Hoping for cataracts. I'm pretty
allergic to hazelnuts and I'm constantly tempting fate by eating things like
around hazelnuts or like other types of nuts that have been sitting next to hazelnuts.
I'm rebel without a cause. I don't know if you can tell I'll try and turn-
the tip of my nose moves when I talk and when I learned this about myself, I could
not stop staring at it and now you probably won't either, all right. I've had
pretty much the same taste in music and the same favorite bands and artists
since I was in high school, probably even before that. I just I'm not that into
music, which is probably weird to a lot of people, but I've had the same favourites
since- for over a decade. In case didn't know, I worked in the Disneyland Resort
in Anaheim for two and a half years in Tomorrowland attractions. One of my
earliest memories was when I was about three years old and I stepped on a
beehive while following my brother and dad when they went to go pick
blackberries or something. I stepped on a beehive and bees went everywhere. I went
to the emergency room and I had my blanket and it was full of bees and they
took it off me, bees flew everywhere in the emergency room. It was a hot mess.
Reading is my absolute favourite thing to do. I read a lot. I've read, as of
recording this, 60 books this year, so I read quite a lot. My second favourite
thing to do is absolutely watching television. I love television. I think
it's such an interesting medium and I feel like it's improving so so much
every year right now, it's so exciting in the world of television. I spend so much of
my life free watching my favourite television shows, like an embarrassing
amount of my life. If I'm not reading, I'm watching TV. I've been to 16 countries
and 20 states. and my final fact is actually something that I believe I
tweeted awhile back, but holds true, and that is that I go through every day of
my life pretending that I care about things more than I care about Harry
