The assassination of Zoran Djindjic and non-governmental organizations
They shot at Djindjic three times.
The first bullet hit his bodyguard,
the second one hit the wall
and the third one that was coming from Nemanjina street shot Djindjic.
There was a third group that shot directly at Djindjic.
He wasn't shot at from another spot, as they say,
he was shot at from Nemanjina street at the time he was entering the building
and his wound was dealt by a firearm that I brought to the State Security Service (DB),
Anthis 1 which is the best rifle for special operations.
The fourth person that was an accomplice had just come from the Foreign Legion from Zagreb,
he came by plane and then left by plane, he was there to confuse everyone.
The entry wound was 2 cm deep, 20 mm x 33 mm.
The exit wound was 33mm x 45 mm.
That means that they used larger caliber bullets for Djindjic
than they did for his bodyguard Milan Veruovic,
whose entry wound was 0,6 mm x 0,7 mm
and the exit wound was not documented.
They say that the bullet entered at an angle of 6.25 degrees.
The only spot from were they could shoot him was from Nemanjina street.
There is no way that they could have shot him from the spot where Zvezdan Jovanovic was,
not to mention, the bullets from Zvezdan's riffle could not have made wounds as big as Zoran's.
People who funded this were from abroad.
People on high positions were accomplices.
They were allegedly ignored by Zoran Djindjic.
By 2003, the 200 - 250 biggest companies were privatized in Serbia.
Their worth was around 400 billion euros.
Those companies had from 2,000 to 10,000 workers.
All of it was destroyed before the end of Djindjic's term of office.
That is why they killed him.
He was not killed because someone wanted to change the political scene,
instead, he was killed so that someone could hide the fact that there was an ongoing
economic game for profit and the economic genocide of Serbia.
All those crimes are less important
compared to the economic crime that happened from 2003 to 2013.
The people who killed him, made him a martyr,
which was their goal and that is how he will be remembered in history books.
I wanted him to survive.
When we talk about serious issues,
we can't follow the rules of ordinary people who lived their lives without being able
to effect anyone negatively or positively.
Djindjic was killed by people who formed the criminal association named DOS,
and that organization robbed Serbia.
They disbanded the heroic Unit for Special Operations
to fulfill the desires of Albanians from Kosovo.
If DOS wanted to protect Djindjic,
they would have had time to do it.
Two months before the assassination of Djindjic,
I informed the State authorities and I know that Dusan Mihajlovic got this info.
The public needs to know why they did not protect him.
That is why I was arrested by the action "Sabre", in front of my child,
the policeman Dragan Karleusa purposely did it in front of my child,
that was my "prize" for the long-term work I did in the fight against smuggling illegal drugs.
I am against this type of State Security in Serbia.
They worked for the state, but they were extremists who profited in wars
and wanted to silence the last living witness,
the one who, 2 months before the assassination, informed the State
of the exact date they were planing to kill him, so that they could stop it.
The criminal groups that are a part of the Department of the Interior, the State Security
army of Yugoslavia at the time, and the Secret Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
organized themselves and for their own interest they removed Slobodan Milosevic,
and sent him to Hague, then they brought to power incompetent and ignorant people,
who only just entered the world of politics, and they used them for their private interests.
When they brought them to power, they blackmailed them with information they had of them.
While they worked for 10 years, they learnt everything they needed about the opposition.
They followed them, and they knew who they worked with.
On the 5th of October, it was no democratic change,
and it was not the victory of the people and the democracy, as they say.
That was the victory of criminal organizations,
a few teamed officers, colonels and generals from the army and police,
respectively the State Security Service, they committed a military coup and an overturn.
Ceda Jovanovic should be in prison,
since he cooperated with official criminal groups in the field.
Djindjic was set up with Dusan Spasojevic and Milan Lukovic.
Their first meeting was in Surcin at the place of Dragoljub Markovic,
can you imagine a person overturning the government together with criminals?
We all know that Zoran Djindjic wanted for Serbia to be bombed.
That was the time when the State Security was supposed to sanction him.
Who was really leading this country?
The people from counterintelligence, like Aleksandar Vasiljevic,
Aleksandar Dimitrijevic, Geza Farkas,
Nebojsa Pavkovic, Momcilo Perisic,
Nebojsa Covic, all people from the system.
We also have Jovica Stanisic from the State Security Service,
Franko Simatovic, Goran Petrovic,
Misa Milicevic, Goran Zivaljevic,
Branko Crni, Milan Radonjic,
all these people.
They used people from political parties like JUL,
SPS, Democratic Party, DOS.
What is happening today with our statesmen?
They have incompetent advisers for the Security.
Have a look at all the advisers of our politicians.
They are incompetent.
People from the Party JUL were the cancer of the Serbian society.
They worked for all the possible secret Services.
They infiltrated all the institutions of the army and police.
They were ideologist of those crimes. They organized them.
They had people working for them in court, so they were never prosecuted.
They will never be prosecuted.
Philip Rondeau, the general of the french intelligence service, together with
Dusan Mihajlovic participated in the exemption of Dusan Spasojevic and Mile Lukovic.
This was done privately through Gasa Knezevic.
I was the one who arrested Dusan Spasojevic,
with only one fired bullet,
in Pristina, when they were selling illegal drugs,
I aproached them as an Albanian from Kosovo
I arrested the whole group,
and finished the job.
They were not the type of criminals you should be afraid of.
Cedomir Jovanovic withheld what he was supposed to say, which is
that he is the one to take responsibility for the murder of the Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic,
because he was in direct contact with his killers.
To tell the truth, two months before Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic was killed,
I told the policeman Milan Bjelivuk
who was currently employed in the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime
that the assassination of Zoran Djindjic is being organized.
What happened after that, I do not know,
however, in the action "Sabre"
they came to arrest me.
So, either Milan did nothing with the info I gave,
or the big, dirty bosses hid the info.
But, when that office was led by a man Dragan Karleusa,
there was no possibility for it to work better.
At the start of the action "Sabre", he was a captain,
and at the end, he became a colonel.
Such a speedy promotion was impossible even for the Kosovo Liberation Army
to give to a highwayman.
They tried to kill me 3 times,
since I am an unwanted witness.
So, unconstitutional and illegal subversion of Slobodan Milosevic
with the false information
we suddenly have non-governmental organizations
Biljana Kovacevic Vuco,
Natasa Kandic, Sonja Biserko, Cedomir Jovanovic,
and others who care only about Albanians from Kosovo, and make huge pressure.
Serbian people did not make their heroes to be criminals,
it was the criminal organization DOS that allowed some non-governmental organizations
to come and spread their evil agenda in Serbia.
Everything is leading to a conclusion that this was done by the secret centers of power.
They "bring" democracy.
Not other people, since they are the ones with the money.
It is impossible for people who are out of the system to turn off all the cameras and equipment
of the Parliament building. Only organized system like the army or police can do that.
Was it our system or foreign, it should be established.
You can not have, during the murder of Prime Minister,
a person like Beba Popovic come and publicly say "I know who killed him"
and journalist show pictures on the RTS news, and no one is to blame.
That is not possible anywhere in the world,
unless people in the system start questioning all the authorities at the top.
Pavkovic was with one journalist, Stanisic with the other one. Seselj went to Hague.
At the same time, all of our political representatives were at some important meetings.
Ceda Jovanovic was on a trip.
Zivkovic went to the US the next day.
Why did they operate Djindjic?
Why were all the people who were at the operation table moved out of the country?
It is not difficult to find that out,
but if that day we arrested 100 people from the police force and the army,
because they were responsible for the security of the Prime Minister
responsible for the security of the government,
within 24 hours, we would have known who killed Djindjic.
People who talked after the murder,
for example, Beba Popovic and Korac,
should of been arrested within 24 hours.
It doesn't matter if I like them or not,
because they had proof of who killed Djindjic.
The next day they would have to explain who gave them information.
It was Goran Zivaljevic who gave them info, and he is the guy who participated in all the murders
the murder of Arkan, the murder of Pavle Bulatovic who investigated other murders,
and Goran is always in the picture.
He can lead us to the guilty ones.
Jovan Stojic, Chief of the Cabinet of BIA,
claims he had informal contacts with me,
and I was bringing firearms for the Security Service.
That means that I was illegally bringing firearms to them.
And I brought the rifle which I claim killed Zoran Djindjic.

Because everyone would find out the truth about all the liars, judges, policemen and soldiers.
The truth would come out about every single clerk who betrayed the country.
Mile Novakovic is telling us about the murder of Zoran Djindjic,
about all the abductions,
but he was a helper of the Surcin clan.
Mile Novakovic was the deputy head of the UBPOK
if I remember correctly, it was in 2003, and he wrote a book "The abduction"
in which he gives us detailed facts
for which he should be in prison.
Police had all the information about the operations of the Zemun clan.
But he worked for the Surcin klan.
He was helping them achieve their goals, him and Bora Banjac.
Instead of being in prison, since they were organizing criminal activities,
they were the leaders for all the murders that were on their territory,
so Mile Novakovic, together with Goran Banjac
was a person that since 1991 till 2000 knew every man at the Cukarica territory
which was the main center for gathering of all criminals of that territory.
Who is Mile Novakovic, the only guy who Ljubisa Buha wanted to talk to?
He is the organizer and the maker of all criminal organisations at Cukarica
from where we have the criminals, all of the policeman in "The Sabre"
were working for the criminals, and this is just a proof that the people working for the government
were murderers and there was nothing you could do about it.
We can document everything, that all bodyguards at the scene
saw the third bullet.
That it is imposible for the bullet to pass through Zoran Djindjic,
and to inflict damage to the wall.
It is impossible.
Only ignorant people with no experience with the firearms can claim something like that.
It is all made up, so they can cover it up.
And justify that crime.
Mile Novakovic and Boro Banjac with their groups did the cover up.
I went to see the attorney of Zoran Djindjic.
Srdja Popovic.
He also knows about the rifle, 12.7 mm.
He knows about the third bullet.
They ignore it.
Today we have more than 1,500 unsolved murders, why?
Because it is the people from the government who are covering it up.
Zvezdan Jovanovic was only the man who was supposed to hide the real killer.
And after the murder, Serbia was robbed of 20 billion euros.
The plan was to destroy Serbia so that it disappears by 2010.
When they used the money from the companies that are selling out,
they started to steal from the government institutions,
banks, private institutions, political institutions,
so the people from the courts are the biggest criminal and organizers of the criminal mafia in Serbia.
All of it was organized, those people did all the killing from 1991 to 1999.
In the broadcast of Goran Matic, we heard that they were supposed to kill
Slobodan Milosevic and Arkan.
Arkan was a fanatic who would fight for Slobodan Milosevic, so they didn't want him.
He would tell a secret, he would warn Milosevic that they are planing to kill him.
They had to make Slobodan Milosevic to fear for his life,
so that they can destroy his system, so that he becomes paranoid.
I blame Labus for writting that Serbia has 8.5 billion more debt compared to the debt
from 1992 to 1999. In those 7 years, he recognized all interests, all of the non-existent debt
and made Serbia a vassal country.
Dinkic is the only man who is in all the governments.
He is backed up by different structures, like Soros and others,
and they want him here since he is a guarantor of their capital.
He is a factor of economic stability of the structures that have installed themselves on our territory
so that they can pump out from us all of the profit and capital.
The Special Court is their product.
It doesn't matter if it's Economic Court, the District Court or Higher Court, War Crimes Court
Special Court, they all work against Serbia.
They use it to cover up their crimes.
At the moment, there are 50 judges who should spend 50 years in jail.
There are around 100 people from the world of business, who should spend 40 years in prison
for stealing from this country, from the banks, companies and the rest.
40 years in prison should also be given to the 30 to 40 people from the State Security Service
and the main executors in Serbia today are judges and the courts.
People working in courts are the worst, and the main organizers of mafia in Serbia.
When we decide that we will not let the court protect them and hide their criminal deeds,
and work for them, we have the solution to everything.
We have to put Vukcevic in jail, also the people who are like him,
because that man has his private court,
because the Special Court is a Private Court.
they all talk about Djindjic.
But Zoran Djindjic doesn't exist in this process,
They have to stop talking about him.
They have to stop talking about Mile Lukovic and Dusan Spasojevic.

they are all traitors, they sold their souls for money.
For 50 years they ate and drank, had the best women, they stole and looted,
