Deputy Clerk of the House of Representatives

and I'm standing here in Wellington at the

Parliament TV studios.

Parliament TV was born on July 17, 2007 and since then it has broadcast around 840 hours

of footage every year, and we want to make sure it is accessible to every Kiwi across

the country.

Parliament TV gives you the opportunity to be at the centre of action in the Debating

Chamber here in Wellington.

Seeing the people that you may have voted for in action is a really important part of

our democracy.

We've broadcast some memorable moments over the last 10 years.

- It's been a privilege and an honour to be a member of this House for 27 years

and Prime Minister for 9 years.

And I do wish New Zealanders well for what are undoubtedly challenging times ahead.

Yesterday was indeed one of New Zealand's darkest days.

It's hard to believe that this Parliament is again assembling to mark another tragedy.

Although the scale and severity of this second Christchurch earthquake is so far beyond our

experience, that only the pictures can capture the horrendous scale and impact of the disaster.

lg tv remote ( 32LJ573D ) - Duration: 3:54.

hello guys today we are going to see how the LG Smart TV remote works so

let us begin & start so as you can see this is the LG Smart TV remote and now

we are going to on the TV so as you can see the remote is quite well and it is

working too quick so this is the search icon through which you can search

anything on the TV as you can see you can search anything inside the TV this

is the live zoom this is the setting icon setting button as you can see the

up and down arrows for this, these are the numbers this is the Guide button and

Q.View button, Quick Access, Favorite, Info the Volume Down and Volume Up

buttons the mute button the page up and down button this is the mute button so

as you can see the TV is quite well responding to the TV this is

the home button as you press the home button the TV goes back to its

custom UI and you can search the apps on it that is the Netflix app and YouTube

and all the this is the Netflix app button given by LG on its remote as you

press this you directly go into the Netflix app I need to update the Netflix

app so it does not work so there's also Amazon Prime video button as you press

this it goes to the Amazon Prime app I have not updated the apps that's why

it's not the responding so these are the up down side arrows this is the okay

button this is the back button as you press the back it goes it goes back to

the custom UI then this is the exit button the record button as you press

the record the TV responds to the to the button and it shows that you have to

insert a USB storage in your TV to record your screen this is the pause

button if you want to pause it the fast-forward button rewind buttton and the

fast-forward button this pause play button and it does the pause button

these are the colored colored buttons given by LG so as you can see the remote

is quite well and it is responding very quickly so that's it for the video now
