And this is what they call : physical effects of obesity

which include heart diseases, blood clots, diabetes, increase blood pressure, liver disease, some cancers

AND included with all of these is psychological issues or depression.

And sadly the problem is getting worse, about 2/3 of the world's population 68.7% suffer from over weight,

and more than half of the (35.7%) suffer from Obesity

OK question. Does this affect more men than women? (YES!)

They found that the biggest threats to men in their 30s and 40s is smoking and obesity

Another question. How did we get here? So many reasons. The causes for obesity are a lot

Eating out a lot, especially fast food Eating more than our bodies need

Eating a lot of processed food like burgers, nuggets, hotdogs, ketchup, and mayonnaise

Sugary drinks that we all know

and along with all that emotional eating

What is emotional eating? Its relaxation food. If you're happy you eat, if you're sad you eat

If you're neither… you eat. Its called eating emotionally

Lets go back to fast food. Fast food is no longer just fast, delicious, easy, and unhealthy.

It has become a mentality we adopted that has taken over our lives

We want everything fast and easy.

Everyone is looking for the magic pill, the easiest diets,

or the famous question: how do I lose weight without that much effort?

I'll tell you…

it doesn't happen that way.

The greatest blessing is our health. It's the car that drives us through life to get where we want.

Without it our lives come to an end.

A lot of people in their 20s and 30s are walking around like they are 70 years old.

Why do you want to be one of these people?

The people that spend the second half of their lives between the doctor and the pharmacy

Lets do something simple this week. Lets look at the anything we buy anything we eat and look at the nutrition fact,

so we know what we are putting in our bodies, what are we eating?

Next time we'll talk about 10 things to avoid in order to stay on your diet until it becomes a way of life.

Learn How To Do Helicopter/Leg Swipe in Just 60 Seconds + Tips (in Depth) | Ninjastic Parkour - Duration: 2:18.

Meet Vij here from from Ninjastic Parkour so today I will teach you how to do helicopter

in just 60 seconds plus I will give you some tips at the end of this video having said

that let's move to the steps

Step 1 I suggest you to learn a lazy vault

before learning a helicopter so in this step you will have to kick your leg up like you

do in a lazy vault but with a jump.

it looks something like this

Step two lift your whole body on your hands and try

going in a handstand position but don't do a handstand on the obstacle this is what I am

talking about so practice this a lot as many struggle here because they don't practice

this step

step 3 just twist your hips and place your hands

on the obstacle when you are at maximum height and do like this, it's okay if you take less height

and get the feel of it Step 4

Now start lifting your hips higher and higher and you will be able to do very easily

Step 5 this step is common in almost every single stunt that is to land on your balls

of your feet as it absorbs all the jerk.

Tips time always look at the obstacle where you are

doing the helicopter as if you are doing it on an obstacle like rail then you might place

your hands where you shouldn't and you may fall

the more you split your legs better it will look so split it as much as possible don't bend

your knees as as it will look very good if you do it with straight legs

Do upper body exercises as it will help you a lot to lift your body when you are doing

helicopter next Saturday i may not be able to upload a tutorial for you ok as i am going

out for holidays but I will try my best to upload it don't hesitate to mail

me on ninjasticparkour@gmail.com if you are still not able to do it thank you for watching

this video and don't forget to support me by clicking here

Hi everyone and welcome back to another lesson here at ForB English.

I'm Gabriella and in this video today you are going to tell us what is happening in the video.

So you are going to describe the action.

Let's take a look.

So can you tell us what's happening in this lesson's video.

Well, He is riding a roller coaster.

Now this is a common phrase to describe fun activity at the theme park.

I'm sure you've heard it before, but the expression is "to ride a roller coaster."

Now in Japan there is a word, which is "jet coaster".

Now this sounds like a English language word.

Actually it isn't.

It's Japanese English, so don't use "jet coaster" especially when talking to a native like myself.

Alright. So let's practice this phrase together now.

Please repeat after me.

He is riding a roller coaster.

He is riding a roller coaster.

Excellent. Good job.

Now go ride some roller coasters.

Thank you very much and subscribe to our channel.

See you next time.

BBC 6 Minute English - Do sport and politics mix? - Duration: 6:08.

Hello, I'm Rob and this is 6 Minute English and I'm joined this week by Jennifer.

Hello Jennifer.

Hello Rob.

This week we're discussing sport and politics and questioning if the two subjects mix

- should they influence each other?

We'll also be looking at some words and phrases linked to these issues.

I know Jen is a bit of a sports fan and you support a wellknown football club don't you?

Yes I do.

Sunderland Association Football Club based in the north east of England.

Of course Sunderland football club has been in the news because of the political

views of its new manager.

More on that in a moment, but shall we start with a

question?

Now you will know Sunderland football club formed in 1879 but it's not the world's

oldest club – do you know which is the world's oldest football club?

Is it: a) Sheffield FC

b) Manchester United c) Blackburn Rovers

I'll go for a) Sheffield FC.

Well, I'll let you know the answer at the end of the programme.

But now let's kick off - or make a start with our discussion

about sports and politics.

The British football club, Sunderland, has had a number

of recent poor results and this has led to the appointment of a new manager called

Paolo di Canio – but his new role has become a political football.

That's a good phrase – you mean it's become an issue that is continually being

debated but left unresolved.

You could say it's an issue that gets kicked around – like

a football!

And it's an issue not because of his sporting expertise, but because of his

political viewpoint.

Of course having a new manager in any situation can be a real game-changer.

In other words, introducing someone new to a

situation can change the performance of what you are trying to do.

In this case, it's hoped Paolo di Canio will change the

fortunes of – or improve the situation - for Sunderland.

Ah well, that's a good thing but it's the issue about his political views that most

people seem to be talking about.

Some people are uncomfortable about his appointment because they feel someone with

his views is not good for the club.

Let's find out exactly what his political views

are from BBC reporter, Tom Esslemont: He doesn't hide his fascist stance.

While a player nearly eight years ago, di Canio gave a

number of Nazi salutes to Lazio fans.

That appears to be the reason why David Miliband, resigned from Sunderland's board following

Di Canio's appointment.

So Tom Esslemont describes Paolo di Canio's stance, or his political view, as fascist.

So he supports an extreme right-wing ideology, or political view – and he's been

accused of praising Mussolini and has been seen giving Nazi salutes.

So that's why the politician, David Miliband, from the left-wing British Labour Party

has given up, or resigned from, the football club's management team.

He doesn't agree with the views of Paolo di Canio.

But should sport be a place for playing politics?

In other words, should sport be used for expressing and arguing over political

viewpoints?

Well one fear is that his fascist viewpoint means he is a racist – so he doesn't respect

people from backgrounds other than his own.

And this could discourage some people from going to see a match.

Racism in football is something people want to stamp

out – or stop.

Well, being a racist is something Paolo di Canio denies, as we can hear from the

BBC's Tom Esslemont.

What advice has his supporters offered him?

The man himself says being fascist doesn't mean being racist, and the extended arm salute

was a gesture among comrades.

Those close to di Canio say his appointment at Sunderland

will be good for football.

But they've also offered him some advice: keep the politics off the

pitch.

So di Canio's friends say he will be good for football and their advice is...

…'keep the politics off the pitch'.

Good advice.

Well let's hope he keeps his eye on the ball – and just concentrates on getting

Sunderland football club to win more games.

If not, he might get the boot – in other words, the sack!

Of course, sport can be a good place to make a political statement – it's

a place where your views can get noticed.

In the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, several countries boycotted – or refused to

attend – the games because of Russia's invasion of Afghanistan.

Well there's no evidence that Sunderland's new boss will be making any political

statements soon.

In a recent press conference he said "I don't want to talk about

politics because it's not my area.

We are not in the Houses of Parliament, we are in a

football club.

I want to talk about sport.

I want to talk about football."

Well let's hope he plays by the rules – and his personal views off the pitch do not

reflect what takes place on the pitch.

But now we've come to the time when we reveal the answer to today's question.

Earlier I asked you Jen, do you know which is

the world's oldest football club?

And I said a) Sheffield FC.

And you are right.

The world's oldest football team is Sheffield FC.

It formed back in 1857.

OK, well, it's almost time to go but before we do, Jen could you remind us of

some of the words we have heard today.

Yes.

We heard: kick off

a political football game-changer

playing politics to stamp out

keeps his eye on the ball get the boot

a political statement play by the rules

Thanks Jen.

Well, that's all we have time for today.

Please join us again soon for 6 Minute English from bbclearningenglish.

Bye.

The Mechanics of Calisthenics - Which Muscles Do You Use? - Duration: 10:19.

Because calisthenics skills often put your body in complex positions

it sometimes might be confusing to tell which muscles are used in particular ones.

I've noticed that there's a lot of misconceptions around this topic.

Does back lever uses your back or your abs?

What about front lever?

In this video I'm gonna answer those questions,

but also explain the principles that say why it's that way.

So let's dive into the mechanics of calisthenics.

First, we need to cover the basics of kinetics of human body.

Why does my arm move?

We can look at it as a set of joints and muscles.

Joints allow movement in certain directions

and muscles are what makes the arm move by contracting.

When you contract your muscle, it gets shorter and pulls the part that is behind the joint.

This is the most important information here: the muscle can only pull, it cannot push.

So when I want to bend my arm this way, it is my biceps that gets shorter and it pulls the forearm up.

When I rotate the arm and extend it this way, now the triceps is doing the work of pulling and the forearm goes up.

The same rules apply when you move your whole body, but instead of one particular muscle,

the whole chain of them contracts to perform a specific action.

If you want to do a hollow body hold, your abs, quads

and hip muscles work in unison by getting shorter

and thus lifting your shoulders and legs above the ground.

Sometimes it may be difficult to see which muscles are contracted,

especially when we're talking about static holds.

In these situations muscles are not getting shorter or longer,

because there is no movement.

However, by representing the body using simple schematics of segments connected by joints

and applying some simplified forces, we can easily conclude which part of the body is being stretched.

And this is what we're interested in, because it means that this part of the body is counteracting the stretching

by contracting the muscles and thus training them.

Just like in that dragon flag example – the weight of the body forces it to bend,

granted that you hold tightly with your arms and shoulders,

so it provides sufficient support.

So, to keep it straight you need to contract your abs and quads.

Let's now move to real life examples and I'm gonna start with front lever.

I am using a resistance band here, but let's pretend that it's not there for a moment.

The schematics of this position look like that.

The joint that gets the most stress in this case is your shoulders,

so you need to push down with your hands to stop the body from going down.

This is accomplished by your triceps, rear deltoid,

lats and other minor back muscles in this area.

But if you were to use only those, your front lever would look like this.

To keep the rest of your body horizontal you need to contract your abs and quads.

Those muscles are used to counteract the gravitation and they do most of the work,

but it doesn't mean that the rest of the muscles in your body is limp.

When holding positions like front lever, we usually flex most of the muscles in our body,

because it helps with stabilization and generally

the more muscles we flex, the more power can our body generate.

But this is more like passive flexing when the muscle is not loaded in any way.

Just like when you flex your abs for the picture.

I've heard some people saying that they feel their chest after training front lever.

This can happen when you passively contract it hard.

It may also happen when instead of pushing precisely down with your hands,

you also try to bring them toghether.

This make you use chest muscles, but is not necessary to hold the position.

Now, let's adress the resistance band and use this position to show what I think

is the best way of using bands to learn skills and why is that.

When you want to lift up a horizontally placed stick on one finger without it changing it's orientation,

where would you place it? Naturally in the middle of the stick, because that's where its center of mass is.

The same thinking should be applied when using resistance bands.

If you want it to help you without forcing you to change position in any way

it needs to lift you upwards in the center of your mass.

Center of mass of your body in that position is somewhere between your belly button and your crotch,

so this is the optimal placement of the resistance band.

An alternative method, that I saw people use, would be putting your feet in the loop.

Here, you can see that the force from the band that is supposed to help you hold the position

isn't facing upwards and isn't applied at the center of your mass.

When I decompose that force into components you can see that one is lifting you upwards,

but the other one is pushing backwards changing the position slighly.

Plus when that upward force is applied at your feet it takes away some of the load from your abs.

To see that clearly, I can show you another example.

I placed my shoulders on a support, but this is the same thing that you're trying to do with your arms in a front lever

provide a support for the rest of the body.

When my feet is in the air, just like in front lever, the top of my body is under stress.

But when I put my feet on a support it all changes.

Now what keeps my hips from going down is my lower back.

Here, you can see how stress function changes.

Of course the resistance band doesn't provide the same support,

it just applies a force there, but if that force is big enough, the effect is essentially the same

– transfering the stress from the abs to lower back.

So if you want to get the most genuine feel of holding the position,

then use the band on your lower back.

Of course I'm not saying you cannot learn front lever using the resistance band on your feet,

I'm just saying that it changes the mechanics of the position slightly

and may not be the an optimal way of doing that.

Planche hold is pretty much the exact mirror reflection of front lever,

so it uses the opposite muscle groups.

Again I have to use a band to show you anything, but let's pretend that it's not there.

The most loaded joint here is the shoulder joint and the muscles used to hold the position

are mainly your front deltoids, but also trapezius and chest muscles.

What keeps the rest of your body horizontal is your lower back and butt muscles.

Squeezing your abs will definitely help you to hold the position,

but those muscles only play supporting and stabilizing role, as they're not directly loaded.

One additional joint that is stressted here is the wrist,

so the muscles in your forearms are also being used heavily.

Next, let's look at the human flag starting with your arms.

Ideally, both your arms should be straight and that means that there's not a lot of movement involved.

The range of motion of a straight arm is rather limited and comes from the scapula.

When holding the flag, the upper arm is pulled out of the shoulder joint whereas the bottom one is pushed in.

So to counteract those forces you need to pull with your upper scapula and push with the bottom one.

Figuring out how to do that might be difficult, especially in the beginning,

so it's worth it to practice the moves separately.

First – pulling. You need to grab the bar with one hand

and pull yourself up without bending the elbow.

This is called scapular pull up. You can use your other hand to help yourself, but eventually you need to be able to do it with one arm.

ou can see how my scapula is going up and down in relation to my head or the other scapula.

The second exercise, that helps you practice pushing straight arm is an exact opposite of scapular pull up.

You need to get to a handstand, get on one hand and push away from the ground as much as you can

and then go down by relaxing the muscles.

Those two actions are necessary to hold the flag properly

– pulling with the upper arm and pushing with the bottom one.

If you see someone bending an elbow of their upper arm,

it's because their scapula isn't strong enough and they cheat the move by pulling with the biceps.

As for the rest of the body, you need to contract the muscles on the side of your waist, that is facing up.

The side of your abs is doing most of the work to keep here.

So to conclude, your shoulders, back muscles that hold your scapulas

and obliques are doing the hardest work in human flag.

And lastly, back lever which is very similar to planche as far as used muscle groups go.

The schematics of this position are the same as for the front lever,

so the shoulder joint does the most work here.

This time, however, you pull down with your chest facing the ground, so you use front parts of the deltoid muscles,

your chest and biceps.

As for the rest of the body, now instead of the abs you need to contract your lower back,

butt muscles and glutes. And again, squeezing your abs does help with stabilizing the body,

but those muscles do not take part in supporting your body weight in that position.

All the previous exercises that included grabbing a bar require you to use the forearm muscles as well.

I didn't want to repeat myself everytime, so I just mention it here.

When you want to clench your fist, the muscles in your forearm contract to pull the tendons in your fingers.

When you require those fingers to hold your entire bodyweight,

those muscles need to work very hard to keep the fingers from straightening.

I hope I didn't complicate the topic too much,

but my main goal here was to explain why this or that muscle is used.

I can't cover every single position here, but when you understand those simple rules,

hopefully, you will be able to answer your own questions for other calisthenics skills.

Hope you liked this video, leave a thumb up if you did and I will see you in the next one.

How to properly do Real Estate Keyword Research | A step by step tutorial | Real Estate SEO - Duration: 27:44.

Okay thank you for joining me this is Robert Newman I'm a real estate online

marketing expert out of California and this is the second segment or module in

my learning real estate SEO series. All right, I'm considering this a basic level

tutorial and this section is gonna be about keywords understanding them,

understanding how Google recognizes them, how you're supposed to be discovering

your own keywords, how to identify how difficult it would be to achieve a

first-place results for keyword that you're targeting, understanding what your

competition is doing in terms of targeting a keyword and based on all of

this information finally deciding what the best keywords are for you to target.

and again what we do with those keywords in terms of targeting is going to be in

other modules. This module is just about keywords alright. Once again I'm going to

be relying upon my tool ahrefs. In other versions of this tutorial or in the

description below you'll find links to other tools that you can use and when I

want to say other versions, I'm probably going to upload this series of tutorials

to deme which is a place where you pay and what I'll be doing there is I'll be

adding a lot of support links. Links to other tools that you can use to use

keyword research and things like that because ahrefs cost $99. I'm not

selling their tool I'm just using it but for the sake of this tutorial it's gonna

make it very easy and very fast for me to explain keywords and that's how I'm

going to use it. So ahrefs has a keyword Explorer in it

we're gonna use denver real estate as our example. So this is a keyword if you

don't understand what keyword is you really need to actually go ahead and go

to Moz and read through their basic SEO beginners guide and then come back to

this. I consider this to be very basic but if you don't even understand what

the terminology is then you need to go someplace else

to learn the terminology and come back into this tutorial. Alright so we

do Denver real estate and my tool here tells me in general how much the search

volume is, how many clicks there are, how many of those clicks are going to paid

search results and how many are going to organic. So organic in terms of

terminology is anything that is. So if I do the search here. Ah, surprising I'm not

seeing any paid results. So there would be something that would say ad. So I do

Denver real estate and apparently I get no page search results, makes no sense

whatsoever to me but whatever. Alright so anything that doesn't say paid is

considered organic. Alright so we go back here so for this keyword term "denver

real estate" these are the top 10 search results. So now why am I looking at them

in this tool as opposed to looking at them here in Google. Well this is going

to show me how much traffic somebody is getting for that particular keyword in

this case it's twenty three thousand five hundred and eighty-seven visitors

for a number one spot and then number two is five thousand, number three is

four thousand and it drops and changes here and there but when you're doing

keyword research certainly one of the things that you want to understand in

general is how competitive the keyword is? how much traffic there is associated

with it? and how capable do you feel that you are to build a better informational

page than whatever's out there? Now Zillow and realtor.com and Trulia are

going to run across this all the time. They're not actually, they have great

informational pages but they are actually all producing a similar page.

This is what a page on Zillow looks like. Now it has pricing, it has a map, it has

probably a walkthrough score somewhere down on the page and it has information

that connects you to Realtors. In general this is a very informational based

page and it's a good page. However if you wanted to learn something about the

community, you are absolutely positively not going to be doing it on this page.

Okay and that's where keyword research and SEO comes in. There's plenty of space

to write a page on this topic that is informational, tells you something about

the community or the city that you cannot find on this page. Now will we beat

Zillow and Trulia and realtor.com no probably not.

So this is where keyword research really starts to shine through. One of the

things that you need to decide early on if you're working in a big city and

you're at the agent level is you need to decide what Geo specific area you work.

If you're a broker you need to decide what areas that you work and

please I deal with many brokerages in Denver there's very few that target each

and every single segment of the city. Okay they would like to but they don't

specialize in all those areas. Most people are like low high or the

Highlands or Applewood or any of the many other communities that are there.

They they have a few that they do more business in than others and those are

the ones that you should be targeting for keyword research. So having said that

let's just pretend that you've now decided on your geo specific area that

you're gonna target and let's redo this search. So now it's Denver Highlands real

estate is what we're gonna do. Okay, so now when you're looking at this keyword

there's a few things that we need to understand.

So targeting keywords these days is an extremely important part of the SEO

process. We've now identified a keyword that has a volume of search and I'm

gonna explain this a little bit because keywords have changed a lot

in the last few years. You're not just going for the Highlands Denver and

you're not going for Denver Highlands. If you write a good page on this general

topic which is the Highlands in Denver Colorado.

You will probably rank not for one keyword but a whole group that Google is

associating with the primary keyword. That's why when you look at this volume

900 and it says the traffic potential is 800 this tool is assuming that you've

written a great page on this area in general and that you're actually

probably going to rank for maybe 191 other terms or a hundred other terms and

so all related to the Denver Highlands but what we have to do is decide what

the parent keyword is going to be. For you as a real estate agent we really

need to make very certain that you have taken a lot of time to understand what

your geo-specific target's gonna be. It relates very strongly to keywords okay.

So this map shows you what Google considers to be the Denver Highlands and

they're gonna associate keywords that have to do with this area. Now it's a

very small area but I happen to deal with a couple of different companies

that target this area and there's easily 50 to 100 million dollars worth of real

estate transactions that happen in this area and my clients would be very happy

with just getting 80 to 90 percent of those transactions in this one city. So

again keyword targeting becomes really important. Now this is a fine keyword

target Denver Highlands real estate why do I say that? Let's talk about keyword

difficulty for the sake of this tutorial and I'm going to be making the

assumption that you're using ahrefs. You need to be targeting keywords that

have a difficulty of one two three. What does keyword difficulty mean using this

tool. So there's something that is called a backlink. A backlink is when other

websites reference your website. Okay they put your URL on their website.

Now I will be covering that topic in depth later. This score though is based

on how many websites will have to use your page, not your website but the page

that we're building that will cover this topic. How many people are referencing

that page in this case a zero through a three which you're gonna find is really

common in real estate is exactly what we want. Okay because that means that

nobody has to be referencing your page if we just make a really good page of

content and you build it the way that I tell you to build it there's a very good

chance that you're gonna rank on the first page, get traffic back for this

keyword term and all the associated terms and hey if we do a really good

page and you reference even one or two sites to that page you're probably gonna

be number one and you're gonna get all 800 of these potential visitors to your

site and that right there is a business. Okay if you're a broker it's not

that much but if you do this city by City for all your geo specific targets

you're gonna be a very happy broker. Alright so we've identified a decent

keyword target alright but we're not done. Okay so we found a reasonably good

keyword target there are other people that have pages that are

ranking for this particular keyword target. Okay here's where a lot of real

estate agents make a mistake they see these pages and they assume they

cannot beat them and there is some truth to that in terms of keyword

targeting you need to understand a little bit more about this tool that

we're using. I'm going to keep it really basic this UR is a score from 0 to

100 as is the DR now that's a domain rank and a URL rank. The URL is

where the page actually lies and the domain is the the parents domain. Now

here's the funny thing, Google scores every page it ever looks

at. We're just going to make this really easy and say it's a score

0-100. When you refer to another page off a page that has a high score some of

that score bleeds over to that other page, it's a vote. The more votes you have the

better that you'll do and the more credibility the voting page has the

better the referring page is going to do. So we have no other websites

that have voted for this page on Zillow, none. That would be under here, under

backlinks. There's zero but because they have a very strong home page and they've

referred to this particular page they have a UR, URL score of 13. URL

scores work from zero to a hundred. All right hundreds of best zeroes the worst.

So you again, you don't know this yet but thirteen is an OK score in real estate.

In most other industries it would be much higher, in real estate competition is

always very low. So we're looking at these scores and we're going to

understand that even though that this says zero we might have to build one or

two referrals into this page to get it ranked but the good news is, is that's it.

It's not incredibly high and here's an important thing. When you're choosing a

keyword you need to look at all of these sites. What are you looking for? Let's

open up a few of them and I'll explain.

Google is going to measure how long somebody arrives at this page. The kind

of page that you can produce is this kind of page right here because it's

going to be informational and you're probably going to be putting it on a

wordpress website. So it's going to be, it's gonna have text, it might have some

listings and it's gonna have information on the community. Now this page is okay. I

would actually go so far as to say I feel it's not that great and why

would I say it's not that great because there's not a lot of data that anybody

that is in like a fifteen year old can't find on Wikipedia in two seconds and the

fact that real estate companies keep letting people put pages like this on

their website is ridiculous to me. There's only one reason why a page like

this should go on your website and that's if you're trying to build value

for another page. in other words you want to create some of these internal

referrals I was just talking about where you're gonna build up the page value and

then basically add a vote from your own site but this page should never

exist on this website because there's very little value to it as a user.

There's only one thing that's valuable on this entire page and that is this

video which is about 30 seconds in actual data long and it's good and

that's probably why this site is ranking at all is that one thirty second video

that's on the bottom of the page. Now here is a great SEO page. Okay honestly

my team wrote it so please bear that in mind. I just, it's a blatant plug.

However I want to illustrate what the difference is. So a good page of

information is going to have many, either image based or video based examples of

the types of property that you're going to find. You're going to find lots of

information that's extremely specific not just the stuff that you can find on

Wikipedia but a lot of data on the page about the area that you're

looking at. These images are gonna have what's called alt

image optimization on them and I'm going to teach you how to do all of this, okay.

I'm going to teach how to write the page, how to research the page, how to how to

do the images but look at the difference between this page and this page.

I promise you if you're moving in out of the city into this area this is the kind

of page that you're going to read and it's breaking the area down into its

micro parts. Okay and what do I mean by that. So we look at highlands and now

there's Highland Park, there's a school, there's little areas within the area

itself that really only locals will probably know. However if you write a

page one there's a lot of little teeny tiny keywords that you don't even

realize that Google would target. Maybe only you get one search a month and they're

gonna come in to this particular page and number two the people that are local

so anybody's coming in from out of town is gonna look at this page and they're

gonna find it interesting because they are gonna find general information on it.

Anybody that lives inside the town is gonna understand that you're an expert

on this area, that you are a truly knowledgeable resource. How does

that play back into all of this you're gonna make a completely different kind

of page than is available with any of these other services. Now let's take a

look at another one. So again you have another page with what 150 words on it

maybe that is incredibly general that honestly anybody with Wikipedia

could do a better job in. So these are your top local brokerages, these are your

national companies and you're still checking them for keywords. now the last

piece of this puzzle is as follows. You need to have an understanding of can you

write better pages than this? If the answer is yes, if you think you can

produce a better piece of information than what we're looking at. Then that's a

keyword that you should and could target and guess what I'm going to teach

you how to make better pages than this and how to get attention drawn to those

pages. So even if you are looking at this all right now I'm going oh I don't know

if I can do all of that. The exciting part is I'm going to teach you the rest.

So last thing that we want to understand about keyword research is that I've just

found and targeted a keyword really fast all right.

There's other elements of keyword exploration. You probably want to do a

few other keywords just to make sure that you've got a good one. So Denver

Applewood Colorado that's another, that's just another community inside of Denver.

so we're gonna do a search mind you I haven't added real estate in here. So

that one is it, so we already can see that the search volume is less the

keyword difficulty is the same but we want to go through this exercise five or

six times, eight or nine, ten times. You want to make sure that for your

geo-specific areas that you target. That you

understand like if everything is keyword difficulty zero then we want to find the

keyword that has the most volume in the area that you're in. Now I am cheating,

I know this area like the back of my hand so I already know that we've really

already found one of the best keyword targets but there is one other that's

good Denver downtown Colorado real estate. Actually let's just go downtown

real estate.

Now look at this Denver downtown has a keyword difficulty of four and only a

search volume of sixty, okay. So for far less search volume you'd have to spend

far more effort. So hopefully Denver downtown wouldn't be

your geo-specific target because if all you're doing is condos or high rises or

lofts or anything like that inside the Denver downtown area.

You're looking at a steeper competition keyword right out of the

gate. Now there's still things, tricks that you can do in terms of keyword

research like researching buildings. So I've put in Denver high-rises here's a

site that specializes in Denver high-rises and now here's another trick

that you can use when you're using ahrefs as a tool. We can actually

enter in a URL.

Sorry that's that's not gonna do us any good. So there they're actually part of a

larger site and that site is getting a lot of keywords or a lot of traffic but

it's not actually. They just have the Denver part of that. So let's look at the

exact URL, let's find out how much traffic is coming into this

particular page. So it doesn't appear to be giving him any traffic. So that was no good

So Denver Condo Mania seems like a good page to do this trick with.

Okay we've got some organic traffic. Now we do top pages and through this we can

take a look at a lot of keywords that are associated with this particular URL

and how much volume they have, how much keywords and what the difficulty is. So

this is a very fast way to also do keyword research. Another way to do it

would be to take like a site like this.

Basically your competitors websites if you have a tool like this again I cannot

emphasize enough how much time this saves you. You can just do this, do top pages.

Oh we wanted you, sorry we want to do the domain. So I actually messed that search

up but because I was doing the exact URL which is liveurban.com. So this is the

domain, this is the entire domain. okay so now we get to see how much traffic

is coming in, what their top keyword for that particular page is, how much search

volume is connected to it, what position they have, like where are they ranked and

now we could. Just real quickly this KD is keyword difficulty. So you can see

that it's a six. So we already know that that's six backlinks that is not as good

as our Denver Highlands real estate keyword. All right there are some zeros

on here and you could reverse engineer those using this tool to keep doing

basically keyword research and I strongly recommend you don't cut any

corners. I am NOT going to spend two or three hours running through this

tutorial with you on this part of it but I do suggest that you really find all

your competitors. Look at all their pages you're looking for anything that says

zero that has a decent amount of traffic associated with it. Denver Colorado

real estate agent, that's a surprisingly valuable keyword it only has 300 people

but it's got a keyword difficulty of zero and we could write an expose on

finding the best real estate agent inside Denver and that would allow us to

target Denver Colorado real estate agent or we could just set like Denver CO real

estate agent would be a great keyword and I'll explain how we target that

keyword correctly inside a content in the content creation part of

these tutorials. You should have a list of 3 to 5 keywords when you're done. Now

a keyword is really going to end up being an article. So like you're gonna

write a page about a keyword so when you do find something that's good you're

really committing to three or four keywords at a minimum and honestly in

terms of content strategy I oftentimes go out six months.

So I understand long in advance what kind of content I'm doing on my site, why

I'm putting it on my site. This does take a little while but forcing yourself to

think about keyword targeting and where you want to go in terms of your website

is an extremely valuable exercise. Getting out ahead of your planning curve

understanding where your resources are going to go. Like if you're hiring

somebody to do some of the work that's gonna come next then it's important to

understand how long do you want to take. Like if you want target let's call it

three or four neighborhoods, do you want to go for both the buyer side and the

seller side because what we're doing we're creating a keyword that says

Denver Highlands real estate is for the most part that's going to be people

looking to buy a home not sell a home. So we're gonna go for sales keywords, it's

gonna be something completely different. How to value your home, how to improve

your home. This set of keywords that you go if you're interested in attracting

sellers is completely different than the keywords if you're interested in finding

buyers. So thinking through your keywords and what you're gonna do in

terms of content creation is extremely important. So I recommend that you at a

minimum find three to five and at a maximum you can go, you can literally

look at your entire geo specific area decide do I want both buyers and sellers

leads and then look up all the relevant keywords which could be as many as a

couple hundred and basically put them in an Excel spreadsheet and keep them there

and understand checkbox' them off as you've targeted them and put them on

your site. So in other words part of what I'm going to teach you how to do or at

least I'm gonna explain the concept to you is creating processes. Now that's very

deep in this tutorial cycle but right now you do need to understand that

keywords can be and maybe even should be associated with the process and really I

think it's just gonna depend on are you an agent or are you a broker. If you're a

broker you need a business plan and you need a digital marketing plan stat and

I'm giving you the first step in your digital marketing plan. Understanding the

keywords that are associated with the geo specific areas that

your brokerage targets and hopefully you've already got that and you're just

tapping your your foot waiting for me to get to the next section of this tutorial

which is going to be creating content. Now this is a huge topic

it goes into usability, site speed, I'm combining things and basically turning

content creation into one big topic because Google kind of looks at content

digestion and content impact all as one topic now. So when somebody hits the page

how long do they stay on the page? How many other pages to the site do they go

on? Google tracks all this information and they've increased the amount of

relevance that this has tremendously. So how fast the site operates, this

all impacts the user experience and the user experience is like 20% of your SEO

score these days. So it's a really big factor in terms of how does Google

rank these pages. So that's our next topic its content user experience,

content creation all of those things combined. I hope you enjoyed the section

which was keywords, keyword research and keyword use.

How to Do More Pullups INSTANTLY! (ENG subs) Tazio Il Biondo - Duration: 8:49.

If we want , or need to get in shape so we can do the most number of pull ups

but we don't have enough time,

maybe for a last minute competition or an initial strength test

and we are unable to train in the best way, which would be good muscular training,

then we have no choice but to use all those strategies which allow us

to increase our performance without the muscular training that I just mentioned..

The first thing that is best to do is to get some info regarding the competition we wish to enter

and what the rules are that determine in this case a pull up,

for example , if we need to keep a certain distance between our hands,

if kipping is allowed together with other specific regulations.

This is so we can train in the last, few sessions we have,

in exactly the same way as we would perform in a competition,

we need to also choose the same posture that we will use in the competition.

By training in the same way as we would perform in a competition

it means that we induce our body to a physiological adaptation

which allows us to perform at our best, even in a short space of time.

So the first thing is to adopt the right posture.

The second thing among my tips as I mentioned before is the kipping, It is usually not allowed

but there are specific competitions allowing it although not normally because it makes things easier.

As we know it involves a great push using our legs and abdomen,

relieving muscles from strain and so it easier to pull up from the bar.

If it is allowed then do it.

Apart from this, something else that can help us is lifting our chin upwards,

in this way

by looking towards the bar we are reducing the distance chin to bar.

If the criteria that determines a correct pull up is simply bringing the chin above the bar,

by lifting it in this way you can gain ten centimetres without any muscular strain.

What's more, looking at the bar helps us a lot to follow a direction while we do our pull ups,

and seeing as it's more linear,

you avoid swinging and it will help with concentration by looking upwards at the bar.

Another thing to remember regarding the bar

is to choose one of the best size and grab it with five fingers on top of it,

I have added a link of another video on this subject in case you want more info.

(It would be a good idea to watch it),

another link I've added is one of a video where I explain that it's better not to wear gloves but instead to prefer liquid chalk.

Another important thing is speed. You will need to be reactive, decisive and fast.

You mustn't take too long thinking but need to take a deep breath, grab the bar and start to do the exercise.

From the moment you raise your hands, you start to get tired so don't waste time keeping your hands held high.

Raise your hands grab the bar and start.

The same things applies for the other repeated pull ups,

do them consecutively and quickly

because by being fast you will be hanging from the bar for less time and so will be less tired,

but above all you will get the most out of the elastic component that accumulates in muscles in the descent part of a pull up.

This elastic component that you have accumulated will help you in the first moments of the next pull up,

if you remain still between one pull up and another even for just 1 or 2 seconds,

this elastic component will disperse and you'll lose it so you need to be fast!

The abdomen needs to be contracted,

it needs to be contracted because in this way it can carry out its stabilizing function better

and will put you in the best conditions

so you don't dispel energy through swinging which the whole body would then need to compensate for.

So a contracted abdomen will help you to remain in a correct position perpendicular to the bar.

You will need to determine which is the maximum width you can keep between your hands without the number of pull ups decreasing.

What does this mean?

It means that you will need to try and do lots of series of pull ups,

widening the distance between your hands until you get to the maximum distance you can,

and if you go over that distance your performance decreases;

At that point you will have established your optimal posture.

Why is this the best posture? Because when your arms are open wide you will have shortened to the maximum the distance chin to bar,

and if the criteria that determines the pull up in the competition you intend to enter means bringing your chin over the bar,

then having a short distance helps.

What's more, by having the open arms position you can avoid the movements you get with the standard narrow grip pull ups.

So we can say that having quite a wide width helps to keep you perpendicular to the bar,

keeps the barycentre in line and you will have fewer movements.

If the criteria that determines the correct pull up is to bring your chest to the bar

you will have to use a narrower grip.

Lastly I'd like to mention something about weight.

In the short time we have available we are unable to gain muscular strength,

but if we lose weight it would be as if we were gaining strength

because the strength that we already have needs to lift a lower weight

so for sure this is the right moment to lose the excess kilo or two you might have.

Bear in mind that more or less we gain about one rep for every one percent of weight that we lose,

this obviously if we already do some reps,

It doesn't mean though that if we weigh 300 kgs

and we can't even do one single pull up and we lose 3kg that we will be able to do one pull up.

No, it means that if you weigh 80kgs and you can do 10 pull ups and you lose 8kgs,

you will be able to do roughly an extra 10 more so you will be able to do about 20.

All this is very approximate, but it gives you an idea of how important your weight is and in this case even more so.

I would also like to mention the weight cutting, which is something relatively easy

but if we consider the fact that if you don't do many pull ups then you can not be considered professional athletes,

for sure you have never done it and so I wouldn't recommend it

because it's best if you have tried it out once before doing a competition,

but now you haven't got enough time to do that.

It's also best to be followed the first time by someone familiar with this

because it may be simple but it means losing 2 or 3 kgs of water, know what I mean!

So if you're not experts don't do it because you could ruin your performance .

All my other tips are valid so I'm sure you will reach your top performance!

Good luck and let me know!!

Bye!

Lost and Found - Jack Marshall Can't Do This - Webseries - Episode 11 - Duration: 4:46.

So, remember that girl's phone that I found in the last video?

I ran out of Davidson's Coffee Haus to try and find her, but she was gone.

So, I waited because who doesn't come back for their phone, right?

So, I walked around the corner to check some other stores.

I thought I saw her, so I ran after her.

I tripped.

I fell, and I shattered her screen.

So, I'm not gonna just return a shattered phone to Davidson's.

[doorbell chime]

I sent House to civilization the next morning to have it repaired

and, somewhere between having it fixed and returning it home safely,

he manages to drop it in a puddle.

Because what hasn't happened to this poor girl's phone yet?

[doorbell chimes]

House!

Couscous was all we had, so I stuffed it in a bowl and hoped for the best.

Finally, some good news.

The phone powers back on, the screen is now repaired,

and I'm gonna return it to Davidson's later this afternoon.

[multiple doorbell chimes]

[insistent knocking]

Just one second.

O.S.: Hello, Jack Marshall.

Uh, hi.

I believe you have something of mine?

Yes, right this way.

I went back to the coffee shop for my phone,

and they said that nobody turned it in.

Yes, so long story.

I bet because you had me going every which way, trying to track you on GPS.

I hadn't anticipated your crazy, disappearing, invisible ninja skills

Ah, well I think disappearing and invisible are the same thing.

No.

Disappearing is an act. Invisibility is a state of being.

So.

Where's my phone?

Right, yes.

What's it doing in there?

The important thing is that it is in one piece.

What, did you drop it in a sink or something?

It was a puddle, and it wasn't me. It wa- -

Doesn't matter. It's fixed and here it is.

What's that?

Oh, I do video blogs.

Is it recording right now?

Yeah, I mean I was in the middle of doing one when you, when you came in.

Uh-huh.

Right.

Well, thank you for taking such good care of my phone.

So, how'd you know my name?

Everyone knows your name.

So, did you know my aunt?

Yeah, I did. Did you?

What's that supposed to mean?

Look, people have lived around here for a very long time and no one's ever seen you.

Those people don't know me.

Yeah, well they knew Josette Marshall.

She was my aunt, okay? I loved her.

It's not that same as knowing her.

Well, I'm getting to know her.

How?

I'm throwing a m-memorial.

A memorial?

Yes, a memorial.

When?

December.

Well, I look forward to attending that.

Are you sure you won't be out of town?

I never go out of town. Why?

I don't know. You just mentioned Miami and Los Angeles

when you're on the phone at the coffee shop.

Wait, were you eavesdropping?

No, I was not. -That was a personal conversation.

Well, in my defense, it was hard not to hear you.

That doesn't make it okay.

I know, that's not what I'm saying.

How about you mind your own business and I'll mind mine, okay?

Well, how about you stop talking behind your boyfriend's back so everybody can hear it.

Oh, so now I have a boyfriend, too.

You don't?

That is also none of your business.

You know, people have private conversations that are very personal at coffee shops all the time.

Would you just relax?

Relax? Oh, so now you're telling me how I should feel, is that it?

No, that's not it.

Let me tell you something, Jack Marshall.

And let me be really clear about it for all your weird little stories.

You can walk around here like you know everything,

but let me tell you that people here, we see right through that.

We know exactly what you're doing here.

And it has nothing to do with your Aunt.

And you know what?

I don't want you looking for me.

I don't want you to talk to me.

I don't even want you thinking about me, if I'm being honest.

So, asking for your name is out of the question?

[door slams]

That's a solid no.
