(Male 1) I've been on My Health Record since the inception really.
I'm just amazed.
This was the end of mindless question filling in
in every stage of a health journey.
(Female 1) My Health Record I think's quite innovative and overdue.
(Female 2) My Health Record is an electronic record
of my medical consultations that can transfer between medical consultants.
(Male 2) I think the biggest benefit would be if you're going to
different doctors, different specialists that they had your records
there on hand and it's so much more efficient I would think.
(Female 3) Another benefit would be as the kids were growing up,
it would be great to have all their records in one spot as well
for different things like immunisation and so on.
(Male 3) I've recently had some surgery.
The information regarding that surgery is held in one place.
If I see a local doctor, they won't necessarily have that information
unless that service is there.
(Male 4) I think the biggest benefit is patient safety
so that patients know that they're going to get the right treatment
delivered to them at the right time.
I think that's vitally important.
(Male 5) So, you go overseas and you're dealing with people
who may not speak the language, that sort of thing.
It's a lot easier for you to pull up the record.
(Male 6) Having control of your own health records will be
really, really beneficial for you because you know what's out there.
You know what your health records say and that's empowering.
I think it's a good idea.
I think it's good to know exactly what your health records look like.
(Male 7) In my opinion, the benefits of My Health Record
is that if people can be in control what they will share with the GPs
and can choose who's going to see it and what they will see.
I think this is something really beneficial.
(Male 8) I think it's nice and secure.
Australia's got one of the best web connections in the world.
The security is excellent and I think compared to other countries
it will be nice and secure and 'cause you've got your own control over it,
it shouldn't be a problem.
(Male 2) I would encourage people to I think, to not be paranoid about it
but you know give it a crack and see how it goes.
(Male 1) It's a tremendous benefit.
And if you're going to do it, then let's do it.

CONDITIONER DO'S AND DONT'S + MY CURRENT FAVS | HOLLY MILLS - Duration: 7:25.
Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel
This is a follow-up video for the last one that I did on shampoo
This one is going to be all about conditioners and masks, how to use them
Why you use them and also a list of a few of my faves
So let's start with the why
So technically your hair is dead. It's something that people ask me a lot is you know, is your hair alive is it dead?
its Dead...the only part of your hair that's alive is the hair that's
Inside your scalp before it has grown out once it is outside
Your scalp is the same as your teeth.. your nails
The parts of your nails that are dead when you cut them off they're dead when you cut your hair it's cuz it's dead
Well, your hair's dead. Even if it's healthy...
a couple of the vitamins that I love for keeping your hair healthy and strong are
Biotin and fish oil and both of these you can find at the pharmacy
Gus
So it's important to take your vitamins and your supplements for healthier hair
Because once your hair is grown out, that's all the vitamins and supplements can do so it's creating this healthy
Eco system environment. It's like
You know when you're pregnant and you're eating and taking all the good things so that your baby needs to be healthy when it comes
Into the world so much for your hair when it's in the follicle
It's in the womb and you're really feeding it and giving it everything it needs and then once it's out
That's it
So we use conditioners and masks to soften the hair to protect the hair to give the hair weight and all that moisture
can even bring back wave and curl in certain hair types a
Question that I get asked very often is how often should I use a mask?
Opposed to using a conditioner and the answer is as often as you like
You can use a mask in place of a conditioner if your hair is super fragile
Super processed and bleached like mine
you can get away with using a mask every time
Also, if you're one of those people who doesn't shampoo, it just rinses your hair with warm water
You can use a conditioner then - you can also use a mask
Then - there's no reason why you can't condition or use a mask as often as you get your hair wet
so I'm going to go through a little step-by-step on how to
Apply a conditioner or mask and shower. So after you shampoo and after you've rinsed your hair with warm water
I like to and I
personally use a
ton of
Product because my hair is color treated and bleached
I like to make sure I leave my conditioner or mask on as long as possible in the shower
so the very first thing I do is either wet my hair if I'm not going shampoo or I shampoo my hair and then I
immediately put my conditioner or mask on before I do anything else if you're the type of person whose hair
No matter what you use it sticks to your head
It's always super flat and you want as much volume as possible
You want to make sure that you only put your conditioner or mask from about here down
That way you're not
Getting too much on your roots where your hair or your head is going to secrete more sebum or oil and your head hair will
Stick to your head.
So now I'm going to go through a couple of my favorite Conditioners and masks with you real quick
The first one is it's amika bust your brass cool blonde conditioner
So this is for blondes only anyone who gets super brassy. This has a lavender tint to it
So it will deposit a little layer of
Lavender on to your hair to combat some of those yellow tones
one thing I will say about using color correcting conditioners like this one is that if you do have
Highlighted or bleached hair you probably want to use this one every other time you conditioned
Something like this is color correcting. It's not a mask. It's not
Heavy super nourishing it's really focused on making sure your color looks great, but it's not exactly
for
repairing the hair so I would use this every other time you shampoo or
My next favorite is the Aveda Sun care after Sun mask. This one's almost gone its summertime right now
I've been using this one a lot. This is
specifically for
Someone who has been in a Sun quite a lot a mask. It's super thick and it smells amazing
It's to repair any damage that you might have done while outdoors and in the Sun it's not a sunscreen
But it's for anyone who has dried their hair in the elements it has
Vitamin E and sunflower oil which are great
Antioxidant
next up. I've got the Shu Uemura cleansing oil conditioner. Technically. This is a two-in-one
It's something that I will use to
Shampoo with and then I will use a mask afterwards. You guys might have heard in my last video. I
Will sometimes use a two-in-one cleansing conditioner as shampoo and then I will use a mask
afterwards, I know that can be a little bit confusing but I do that because sometimes
product removes product from your hair
So I use a lot of product in my hair and if I use something like a cleansing conditioner
I feel like it cleans my hair
Just right.
This one is one of my all-time favorites. I always have it in my
Vanity here. It's damage remedy intensive restructuring treatment this I've been using for years and years
I don't know if you guys know this, but I went to an Aveda Institute
so this is where I went to school out of Aveda and I still have several favorites the Sun care mask and
This one as well
It's strengthens hair with deep repair and it's so true
I've been using this for so long. And this is one of the only ones that makes my hair feel like it's
Healthy again. It feels like it's
Specifically geared towards anybody who has done too much color damage or bleach their hair too much
also a side note I
Have a shower filter that I ordered from Amazon and I swear it keeps my hair
Softer and smoother. So I think that's it for my conditioner video
I hope I answered any questions you might have had. I hope I gave you enough tips that you might have needed
Please make sure to leave a comment in the comment section below if you have any
Questions about your specific hair type or anything I missed and
I will see you on the next one
bye :)

Rock Climbing Tips: How to do Dynamic Movement in detail - Duration: 5:19.
hey what's up guys this is oswaldo from rockentry welcome back to the channel
and if you're new here welcome today we're gonna talk about dynamic moves now
I'm gonna share with you guys what's an efficient way to do a dynamic move what
it takes and what not to do now this is a short route but it's a really
straight forward on how to throw for those holes alright let's do this
now I want to climb this route with you guys together from the start showing you what
works and what doesn't for instance here is a good example of what I'm doing
wrong and what I do in order to make that move happen
now here back to back on the left side you can see right off the back I'm
starting off with my body away from the wall once again when your body's away
from the wall gravity is working against you it's so much harder for you to get
up from this position now on the right side what I do before I even start I
actually pull in as close as I can to the wall
this way my hips are as close as I can to the wall when reaching out to the
first hold
now another thing I'm doing here is smearing notice that I actually used the
wall with my right foot I'm smearing and I press in while I'm pulling with my
right hand now it is possible to do it without the smear but if I can add a
smear that would take away a lot more energy from my hand again we're trying
to climb efficiently here alright moving on to the first dynamic move now we're
setting up here but as you can tell the footwork is already awful like I'm not
really placing them right so here it's obvious I'm not putting enough pressure
on my feet to get to this hold now in order to do this throw properly I really
need to press with my feet and keep this foot in place
now I would seriously suggest to do what I call an explosive move so what I mean
by this is when launching to this hold here really really press with your feet
get used to that get used to pressing really hard pulling in and reaching out
which I highly suggest to practice because you would get it with practice
and that's an explosive move
now you have to do this simultaneously you press pull and reach now as always
you have to keep that core tight if you don't this foot would easily slip off
now in that attempt as soon as I reach out to the next hold I cut feet you
don't want to cut feet just to cut feet if you can control your movement as much
as possible you end up climbing a lot more efficient here's a good example
notice on the right side I release the toe when I want to
note there's variations of dynamic moves there's so many variations but here I
really wanted to focus on one specific move that's used a lot and it's really
helpful for you if you practice this if you get this down you can do so much
with it awesome guys if you find this useful or helpful in any way please do
hit that like button and if you haven't yet subscribe so you can get more
climbing tip videos just like this thank you so much for watching love you so
much and I'll see you next time

What Liverpool & Jurgen Klopp have left to do in transfer market this summer ? ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 3:45.
The deadline is fasting approaching and there remains much work remaining for Reds.
Liverpool supporters will be hoping Jurgen Klopp delves at least one more time into the
coffers before the window slams shut, as tradition dictates we must say.
However, the majority of the work from the Reds will now be aimed at pruning a squad
Klopp admits needs reducing.
But who could be about to wave goodbye from Anfield?
And what should Liverpool be demanding?
1.
Goalkeeper
The one position where there has already been a significant outgoing, with Danny Ward moving
to Leicester City for £12.5million having enjoyed the briefest-ever stint as Liverpool's
first-choice goalkeeper.
Alisson's £65m arrival and the emergence of youngsters Kamil Grabara and Caoimhin Kelleher
during pre-season has underlined that at least one of Loris Karius or Simon Mignolet is expected
to depart.
Mignolet seems the most likely, with Besiktas courting his signature.
Given Ward's price, both Karius and Mignolet could command at least £12.5m each.
2.
Defence
Alberto Moreno, in the final year of his present Anfield deal, seems the most at risk but with
Klopp a clear fan and Liverpool needing backup to Andy Robertson, the Spaniard's departure
appears unlikely.
There seems little value in allowing Klavan to depart, but could there be scope for Nathaniel
Clyne moving on if a big enough offer arrives?
Liverpool are well blessed for right-back cover.
Clyne, though, would surely cost at least £20m.
3.
Midfield
Pedro Chirivella is close to a £3.5m move to Rosenborg, while it would be remarkable
if Lazar Markovic doesn't depart, the Serbian's contract up at the end of the season meaning
he may only raise a fee of around £7.5m.
Less clear, though, is the future of Marko Grujic, who is being courted by Lazio to the
tune of around £20m.
Liverpool may be tempted to do business at that amount, even if the player would be happy
with another loan move.
For Ben Woodburn, though, only a loan will be entertained, with Aston Villa currently
at the head of a very long queue.
4.
Attack
Danny Ings has already been told he can leave if the right offer comes, with talks with
Crystal Palace having taken place with the Reds seeking a £20m fee.
Southampton, Newcastle United and Leicester City also remain keen.
And Ings might not be the only big-money exit up front, with Divock Origi fading from first-team
view during last week's US tour.
Liverpool want 30m euros with Besiktas interested, but any bid over £20m would surely be considered.
Watford have been touted as chasing a loan, but the Reds will only sanction a permanent
departure for the Belgian.
Sheyi Ojo, meanwhile, hasn't travelled to this week's training camp in France with Middlesbrough
tracking the youngster.
Whether that's a loan move or a rumoured £10m permanent switch remains to
be seen.

HOW TO CONVERT MORE READERS (COMPEL VISITORS TO DO WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO) - Duration: 6:53.
In my video last week, I spoke about how people love to read about themselves, and see their
lives reflected in the copy they read.
I talked about how people are selfish.
And the reason we're selfish is, because our brains are wired that way, it helps us survive.
We can't help it.
but do you want to know what else we are besides selfish?
We are also lazy.
Now before you protest, hear me out.
I'll let you know why in this video, and how we can use this to our advantage when we're
creating our copy.
And if you stick to the very end, I'll let you know how you can receive some bonus copywriting
tips.
And in every video I do ... I give you proven copywriting advice that will result in more
conversions, so make sure you subscribe to my channel.
And of course click the notification bell, so you can be notified every Tuesday when
I release a new video.
All right.
So I've called people selfish, and now I'm calling us lazy.
What do I mean by calling us lazy?
Well, we're not really lazy, we just want to expend as little energy as possible, in
order for us to survive.
It's just like being selfish, it's all an attempt to keep ourselves alive.
And when we create copy that makes our readers think too much, or jump through too many hoops
to perform the action that we want them to take, they're likely not going to stick around.
It's up to us to write copy, that connects the dots for readers, to make things easy
for them.
We shouldn't be making things easy for ourselves.
So, I want you to do something.
I want you to look at something you've written recently.
That could be something on your website, an email, or a social media post.
And look at it through the perspective of your reader, and remember your reader likely
doesn't have as much information about that topic, as you do.
so you need to make sure you're writing it at their level.
And as you're reading it, ask yourself, "Is this really easy to understand?
Have I made it really easy for them, to take the action that I want them to take?"
Okay.
So, if you've made it easy for them, please comment below, "It's easy."
And congratulations, if you have.
If you haven't, don't worry.
We don't purposely set out to make things difficult for our readers.
It's just that we know our businesses, or services, or products, or topics so well,
that we can forget what it's like to have no knowledge.
So sometimes we'll end up skipping steps, but this just leaves gaps of information for
our reader.
Or we make them jump through too many hoops, to perform the action that we want them to
perform.
Again, we don't do this on purpose to make things difficult for them, we're actually
just trying to make things easier for ourselves.
We're human too, we want to survive.
So, I'm gonna show you an example today.
This is of a website that I find makes the reader do all the hard work.
Let's take a look at it now.
Innovation for Prosperity.
So, let's stop right here.
When you look at this headline, do you know what this business is?
Is this a banking business?
Is it a technology business?
We don't know, it could be for anything.
Then under the headline and hero image, there's a new section that reads, "We develop teams,
design innovation programs, accelerate ventures to advance collective prosperity."
Again, this is still vague.
They are starting to be more specific, but we still don't know what they do, or what
kind of business or organization they are.
Then we scroll down some more, and it starts to become more clear.
We help build businesses and startups, to create a thriving economy in emerging and
frontier markets.
Okay.
Emerging and frontier markets, these words are the specific ones, that readers really
need higher up.
you're really taking a chance that people are going to be patient, and take the time
to figure out what you mean.
They are more likely to move on.
you're making them think too much, and do too much work to figure it out.
And despite what looks like an organization that does good, important work, they've just
made things difficult for their readers.
First with being vague and unclear, but they have this call to action button at the top,
"Let's connect, email us".
So I clicked, and I got this.
It says, "You want to hire us, book us for conferences, apply for a job or internship,
or just grab a cup of coffee?
Email us."
now it looks like they're being friendly, which is great.
But again, they're taking some big chances that their readers are highly motivated, and
want to go through this work to understand what they do, and then to contact them.
Do they really want people to email them, to ask them to go to coffee?
Probably not.
It's cute and it's friendly, and shows some personality, which is good.
But it's also jumbled up with "Hire us, book us for conferences, and apply for a job."
but this is a Contact Us page, so of course this is an opportunity to get in touch with
them, with whatever it is you want to reach out about.
It makes me wonder if they provide more specific contact information elsewhere on the site.
For instance, if we take one of those things they say you can contact them for, such as
book us for conferences ... let's take a look for that.
So, I saw that, and I wanted to look through their site to see where they actually offer
information about speaking at conferences.
I didn't actually find it.
I did find their page that offers training.
It appears in the navigation menu, and is listed as "Rewire Teams".
This would be a very good example of being clever, instead of being clear.
This example shows you, how not connecting the dots for your readers makes it very challenging
to get them to do what it is you want them to do, while they are there.
They are making me do a lot of work, just to find what I'm looking for.
It's really important for us to be very clear, so it's easy for our readers to figure out.
All right.
That was today's copywriting tip.

Before Your Retirement Move: Do The Numbers - Duration: 5:54.
A lot of times when we start to talk about the numbers part of any type of
plan that we're putting in place, people physically recoil. But you don't have to
do that because I've got a couple of tools for you as you are planning out
your retirement move. Hey there! Welcome back to my channel. This is part 3 of a
series that I'm putting out talking about planning a retirement move. We've
talked about researching it from afar, making a strategic visit, and now we're
gonna look at some numbers side of this story. Because you may have fallen in
love with this place, but can you afford it? That's the question we're going to
tackle today. But before we get into that have you subscribed to this channel? I
make weekly videos and would love to have you along. If you've been watching
this series you know that we've been looking at a move from Canton Ohio to
Savannah Georgia and it's just an example to give us a place to start. My
first numbers tip for you is understanding what it takes for you on a
month-to-month basis to get everything done that you need to. Whether that's
paying for a mortgage, or going out to eat, or taking care of your pet, whatever
it is write that down get that number on a piece of paper. Now some people call
this number a budget. However, again, a budget... that that word,
people physically recoil to. And so I don't want you to think about this as
somebody "putting you on a budget" this is just an understanding of what you spend
in a typical month. And unfortunately it takes people a while to get up the
gumption to sit down and look at this number, but it's going to be so helpful
for you. So I encourage you to start there. The next thing that I'm gonna have
you do is take that budget number, let's say in Ohio Canton, Ohio it takes you
five thousand dollars a month to get everything done that you need to in a
given month, and we need to know what five thousand dollars a month in Ohio
realistically looks like in Georgia. Okay does that make sense? So five thousand
dollars a month in Ohio is sixty thousand dollars a year but does it take
sixty thousand dollars a year to live in Georgia? Or is it a little bit higher or
maybe a little bit lower? So to find out this information,
I just went to Google and I typed in cost-of-living comparison and what it
came up with was a calculator Sperling's best places cost of living calculator. So
I clicked on that and a very simple calculator basically you
type in the place that you currently live and then the place that you're
planning to move to and you put in your annual income. So we're not really gonna
put in your income here we're gonna put your cost of living here that budget
number. So I'm gonna put in $60,000 to see how that projects out to Georgia and
what you will see is that $60,000 in Ohio is equivalent to $63,473
in Savannah Georgia. And then they give the
cost of living indexes so you can really break down what parts of cost of living
increase or decrease. We see that food is about equal whether you're in Ohio
versus whether here in Georgia. Housing is a lot more expensive in Georgia than
it is in Ohio and you would need to factor that into your consideration - but
you've probably already bumped up against that as you've been doing some
of the real estate research. This is a really great tool for you just to get
kind of a side-by-side comparison of city to city so that you can be a little
bit more prepared in what to expect with your living expenses. The next tip I have
for you is to really understand the tax structure of the state that you are
planning to move to. So I found a great tool for you from Kiplinger. It is a
state by state tax tool that helps you really understand which of the states
are more tax friendly and which are less text friendly for retirees. And so I will
give you a link in the description below. One thing I found out is that Georgia is
a very tax friendly state to seniors. So again this is just going to help you
understand a little bit more clearly without the expenses that you will have
from a tax perspective in this state that you are planning to move to.
Consideration number four I have is just that there's going to be some additional
expenses that you probably won't realize you will have to run into. Unless you
have moved January 1, you're going to be have to have to file taxes in both
states because you're going to have some sort of information that you have to
report that'll be just a little extra expense for that year might add a couple
extra hundred bucks when you move. The estate planning documents that you
typically have or have had in the past with your previous state might not be
applicable in the state that you move to because every state has its own rules.
And so you're going to need to consult a new estate planning attorney in the town
or city that you move to. So that can add you know a couple extra thousand bucks
to redo wills, power of attorneys, trusts, living wills, all of that. But it's very
important that you go and get that information handled because if something
happens to us, God forbid, we just want to make sure that our estate is nicely wrapped up
The Medicare coverage that you have might not be quite an alignment of
what you need in the state that you move to depending on the insurance program
that you're using, so you just want to just verify all of that information. Do
your due diligence there. Thinking about your home insurance and just
property insurance and all of that there can be some additional cost depending on
the place that you choose to move to. Sometimes you are required to have
certain coverage depending on the type of home that you buy or the area that
you buy in. So these are all things to just be aware of that way you are not
surprised and take an extra chunk out of your retirement savings that you weren't
anticipating. Alright friends, that's all I have for today. Thank you so much for
tuning in, I appreciate it as always. I hope this was helpful for you as you
kind of wrap your head around that retirement move that you are planning - to
look at it from a couple of different perspectives be a little bit more
strategic in the way that you choose the place to which you are moving. So with
all of that I will leave you and you take care.

Do the 2018 Tax Law Changes Affect When You Can Deduct Inventory? - Duration: 7:57.
hey it's patti scharf CPA and co-founder of catching clouds the leader in
e-commerce accounting today I want to talk about whether or not the 2018 tax
law changes effect when you can deduct your inventory I've been asked this
question over and over and over this year and I think there's a lot of
confusion around the topic in fact I've even talked to other CPAs and there are
mixed answers so I'm gonna give you my opinion and kind of walk you through the
my thought process and stuff and hopefully it will will help clear some
of the confusion okay but before we get started I want to say that I have done
taxes for years but I also have not done taxes in years so make sure that for
your own personal situation you go talk to your own tax adviser
okay so let's get started why do you even care about this like what's what's
the whole point of knowing when you deduct your inventory so let's say
you're selling online and use you sold a million dollars this year and this year
you also went and spent four hundred thousand dollars on product so you
bought a whole bunch of product you went online you sold it you might have some
left over chances are if you're selling that much you probably have some left
over so knowing how much you can deduct it means like if you can deduct the
whole thing then your taxable income is six hundred thousand dollars just for an
oversimplification for this example taxable income would be
six hundred thousand dollars if you can't deduct any of it your
taxable income is a million dollars so that four hundred thousand dollars of
income that you get taxed on is a pretty big deal
the other reason you want to know is when you have a good handle on how much
inventory you're able to deduct you can start paying attention to whether you're
making profit on your specific sales because you don't want to be in a
position where you are losing $1.00 per sale because you know you can't make
that up on volume it just like drowns you faster okay so so that's why you
care about when you can deduct your inventory so what is inventory and I
feel like you can't really talk about inventory without talking about cost of
goods sold those two go hand-in-hand inventory are those product purchases I
was just talking about so if you bought 400 thousand dollars worth of product
that becomes inventory it stays inventory until you sell it when you
sell it that's called writing it off it's called
expensing it it's called a deduction it is your expense so the four hundred
thousand dollars becomes cost of goods sold inventory and cost of goods sold
are seasaw amounts you spent four hundred thousand dollars no matter which
way you look at it but maybe you have three hundred thousand dollars still in
inventory and you sold a hundred thousand or maybe you sold three hundred
thousand and you still have a hundred thousand left in inventory these two
amounts always balance out and match the amount
that you spent in cash the next concept you need to know about us cash versus
accrual these are two different accounting methods I did a whole video
on how to determine cash versus accrual so go check that out if you aren't
familiar with it now let's go on to the 2018 tax law changes now the biggest
change and this is what has everybody kind of in an uproar is the gross
receipts test now what this is is it says hey here's what it used to be hey
if you have five million dollars in gross receipts so basically you've
collected five million dollars from your customers or more then you have to be
accrual basis which means you have to record everything on the accrual method
if you're under that if you're a small business you can use the cash method
it's easier you don't need to worry you're pretty look pretty little head
about it okay it was actually the limit was 1 million if you're an inventory
based retail business so there are a lot of people that were like right at that
million mark or just above and they were having to file using accrual based
method and they're kind of grumpy about it ok so what happened with the tax law
changes is that the limit got bumped up to 25 million dollars so that's a pretty
big jump and a lot of people who are right in between that million and 25
million when yeh now I can be cash basis and so everybody's thinking yay I can
now deduct my inventory when I buy it not as products are sold because I'm on
cash basis and so that's how that works the problem is in this in this new law
it says if you have non incidental materials and supplies so things that
aren't really your core product that you're selling maybe it's a sleeve that
you know you include for packaging or you know it's not really what the person
is what your customers buying it's just part of the fluff around it
that stuff yes you can deduct it or it says it follows the taxpayers method for
financial statement purposes so what does this mean
when I first heard this and people were like yeah I get to just deduct whatever
I want to when I buy it just in my gut it just doesn't feel right because the
nature of cost of goods sold is it is literally cost of goods that are sold so
if you don't sell the goods there's no cost related to them so I really in my
heart think that this change of threshold saying above this your accrual
basis and below at your cash basis has nothing to do with the amount that you
record as cost of goods sold basically your cost of goods sold just
has to match up with whatever method you're choosing for your income so if
you're reporting your income in 2018 the costs related to those sales needs to be
included in 2018 if you are reporting income in 2019 the costs related to that
income needs to be reported in 2019 you can't like mix and match that way it's
just not what the nature of cost of goods sold is in my opinion with that
said I asked a whole bunch of accounts because I heard a lot of sellers saying
oh well I talked to my CPA and they said yeah that's legit and I'm like okay well
I'm not signing your tax return so do whatever you feel comfortable with but I
just don't think it's right I've heard that there's going to be more
clarification coming on or maybe people are just hoping that there's gonna be
more clarification about this but I think there's some confusion out there
about when inventory can really be deducted I would argue that this these
new tax laws changed nothing and you just have to report your cost of goods
sold when the goods are reported as income others may have another opinion
if you have another opinion and a good argument why go ahead and leave a
comment down below I think this is an
interesting case and I think it's weird so I think it's worth discussing I like
to discuss weird things so I guess that's it I hope you found this video
helpful if you did please like comment and share if you haven't already please

Hello. Hello. Hello, guys. Welcome to this live broadcast. I'm so glad you are here

older men live it's for driven ambitious men who want at this time in their life
master their fitness it's really important to them they're dedicating the
willpower focus energy and time at this stage of their life our lives we're a
little bit older we have busy productive lives family business really important
to us but our fitness is to maybe this is the very first time your life where
you're dedicating this amount of focus in your fitness or maybe you did it 20
years ago you did everything you ate all the eight meals a day you carry down
around a water jug you watch all the videos all the magazines whatever it
took back then and now you're coming back and say wow can I do all this
workouts for older man live motivation strategies nutrition training cardio how
it all works together specifically designed for older men with busy
productive lives but I'll tell you this I do know if there's a lot of very smart
younger men out there who want to learn from the mistakes the wisdom the trials
and tribulations successes and failures of an older man and you're watching this
too many guys have been with me for a long time so although you know this is
geared to workouts rolled or men I know there are a lot of you men who are not
quite old yet and you're getting a lot of value at this too I just want to know
I acknowledge you for being here I'm happy that you're here too all right
I'm glad that I could be that positive influence in your lives and you're even
entertaining we have to say when you come on to this live broadcast make sure
that you say hello tell me where you're from
before I log off on and acknowledge you all for being here also do it all
throughout the day all throughout the week right I really appreciate you being
here and if you're like most of the driven ambitious men whether they're
to me on YouTube and that's at skip liqueur or on my facebook page at
skipped liqueur page the vast majority of driven ambitious men with that busy
lives they're watching on the replay version that's okay too
all right I'm always going to interact I'm going to answer all your questions
and all your comments right I got a message for you today we're all looking
for all of the information I really like coming to you live I hope that maybe NBC
a little tip on how I train maybe it's something that I specifically say with
training or nutrition or whatever it is directly relates to your fitness I may
bring that to you I hope that the right strategy comes to you at the right time
when you need it but I also realized that just you and me with our common
bond our common interest just going through the journey every single day
that's why I show up on these live product broadcasts on a consistent basis
I hope a strategy helps you out a direct strategy but I know that sometimes just
going through the grind it's putting one foot in front of the other right someone
who you trust someone who's like you or someone you aspire to be like
it makes the journey a lot easier just the connection and that's why I come to
you first and foremost all right so I'm gonna do another set here again continue
to post your questions your comments suggestions going to get to them whether
you're watching it on ER well I have a replay version I got it I got it I got a
strategy I got a way of thinking me I got a message here today that it's not
sexy it's not something different unique and that's my whole point
I talked to so many men just like you on the phone direct connection right not
just me assuming what you're thinking of what you're going through I mean through
the direct connection and I really think today's message can really help help you
break through even though it's counterintuitive to a lot of the things
that you're hearing on the internet as you're searching for the information
dedicated your focus and you want that information badly you want it to work
out now you want to end that come confusion frustration overwhelmed and
you're looking for those strategies I'm telling you sometimes success is just a
slight shift in your current way of thinking maybe today my hope and my
prayer is today you get that slight next level distinction that is counter to to
what everybody else is saying and it puts you in her next level all right
let's do another set here guys
I want to give you a little training tip some things I think about when I'm doing
these back rolling movements all right slight distinctions slight strategies
that I found very helpful with that mind-muscle connection now I had a
question right here on my Facebook page and get this question a lot even on my
youtube channel too and they asked me okay I here's the routine that you
suggested sounds good I try to should go heavy or light all right you know I just
got to tell you heavy light that's all relative to the person you know what you
might think is light you might go on in a new gym and everybody's looking at you
because you're light everybody else considers it heavier maybe you've had
just the exact opposite if you think your training heavy you're really
pushing yourself and maybe you go into a new gym because you're the hardest
training guy in your gym and you go to some other gym and some guy who's like
half your size he's lifting ten more pounds in you and handling it pretty
easily and all of a sudden your perspective of what heavy all of a
sudden has changed and then your training has heaviest hit anything I
could have been doing this a long time ago heavy light it's all relative it's
something that your imagination has to continually push but heavier light isn't
the most important factor now we live in that world that some guys they like to
block up I can only have this or this know one thing I teach my kids is don't
think either/or think and right we have jokes like what's your favorite
McDonald's or Burger King right for my kids and they say I condition and say I
like McDonald's and Burger King right so we have a lot of fun with that it's just
to expand that sometimes we block ourselves in right so you know you
should lift heavy weight right the heavier can lift the more you simulate
that growth but it's not the most important factor you know execution
hitting the target muscle group not just moving the weight
point A to point B a movement but actually feeling that mind-muscle
connection it's the most important factor form field execution not just
form and just not weight it's that combination the best things in the life
usually have these subtleties to it right it's not black and white or so
concrete all the time all right so when I talk about these strategies for you to
consider right heavy light it's relative so what I do for that on that back
exercise one thing that I do is I really explode in the one count all right and
then I control the weight on the negative in the one to count all right I
keep my elbows tucked in right and don't let them flare out as much as I can
all right on the movement now as form as form is concerned you know I I see you
guys do this movement and they're just so rigid and they're so light and so
slow I'm more explosive again that balance between strict structure form
and actually power to fill weight so those are some suggestions on a rowing
movement like like that too another thing too is that feel free to use wrist
straps so you take the pressure off your grip and your forearms and your arms and
if you can place that where it needs to be on your lower back so those are some
tips for some cable runs some things for you to think about and that you can
apply that to all back exercises I want to tell you this as I as I tell you
these strategies but they can make a mindset difference but many times I see
this all time guys are looking for some a special unique strategy and you know
they might look at like a training video that I did that was watched a hundred
thousand times just in the last three weeks and you know most I mean it's a
ten to one ratio the people who are appreciative but you know guys say hey
there's nothing new or different in this training routine it's something that
I've seen many many times and it's like show me something new and different
right like there's no value in anything that's newer different now I understand
that that mentality because the challenges sometimes we think that the
reason why we're not getting the gains right people are holding back on us
well they're not giving us the strategies right or people don't know
what they're talking about let me just tell you something about Fitness I want
to make this simple for you so you don't obsess about and get frustrated on this
strategy strategy strategy think that there's these magical strategies out
there and you're just missing yeah and that's the reason why you're not getting
the gains right if these fitness experts who just give me the right information
I'd get the gains and you displace the responsibility you know on to somebody
else on some strategies that you haven't found you don't even know if they're out
there you're just assuming they're out there because a smart like you God you
would figure it out I understand that frustration I hear that a lot
all right but I'm telling you think about it this way right you know I've
been in fitness for thirty years I'm sure it went on fifty years before me
you know guys just as smart just as ambitious going through just as
passionate just as much want to share their attorney thousands and thousands
of thousands right and then it's exploded with YouTube right in social
media right there's more and more experts out there all right
passionately sharing their information right there's exercises from all the
forefathers okay do you really think that there's just some secret strategy
that you haven't seen before that's really going to take you to the next
level now it may be out there because it may just be at the right time in your
life where I'm gonna make the most out of it or maybe it just fits your
personality just vibe to it and you get the most out of it I'm encouraging you
guys look do what you're doing even better put the pressure on yourself when
you can't figure out you're not getting gains maybe there's something else in it
rather than searching for the new strategies give me something new man
it's about lifting the weight hitting the target a muscle group stimuli
starting the growth process by overloading it right resting or
recovering backing up with nutrition and doing it all over again and making
adjustments along the way right that's what you need to focus on
you know a lot of men who are a lot older who are a little a lot old or
whatever you know they're mastered their family life they've mastered to an
extent their business life right you can take everything up to a higher and
higher level and now they're here because they want to master their
fitness right and I talked when I say look you've got this amazing
relationship maybe you've been married for 25 years and I bet you have
struggling guys your age or younger so how do you do it how do you do it
they're looking for a specific strategy what do you tell them if you look man I
just know what I want and I just chip chip away I just make adjustments I just
roll with the punches I get kicked down I come back and that's why I have this
relationship that mental aren't that good right and you'll figure out the
strategies with that you know maybe it's your business I think wow you're amazing
in business how do you generate you know such a value and opportunity I want to
become a businessman like you tell me what the secret strategy I'm looking all
over there man what do you tell them it's desire you gotta want it you got to
want to put in the hours you got to make the adjustments you gotta roll with the
punches you even might tell them I'm no smarter than you it's just I've just
been at this longer and I didn't give up and I made adjustments and that's how
you mastered business that's how that you mastered your relationships well
that's exactly what it's gonna be like here all right you know there are
strategies that are more effective than others and I appreciate you being here
with me I want to get share those with you but even when I said about those
back exercises right those small distinctions let me just tell you this
no I'm just give it to you straight if you had your elbow a little bit tough
day out or you didn't draw it to your belt buckle which is another thing I do
rather than I pull it here I pull it lower right you're still hitting that
muscle move everything isn't 10 it works or zero it doesn't right keep on moving
forward do what you're already doing even better right that's the message I'm
telling you looking for something new getting disappointed when you don't find
something new I'll tell you this if you keep on demanding something new and
different because you think that's the strategy there's gonna be
somebody out there who's just going to give you something new right and it's
gonna alleviate it's gonna soothe it's gonna crunch that thirst you have but
I'll tell you what if you don't have that desire that's not going to do
anything for you either all right I tell you it on the internet now and I know
this because I I do this I come to you with these live broadcasts I got to come
up with something new I can't just say the same basic organizing principles all
the time right so I'm looking at what camera angle I'm gonna do what exercise
just you do a lot of it is because I want to stimulate the visual growth all
right I can't just do the basics over and over again right and I'm realizing
that you know all these people on the internet Instagram YouTube Facebook
whatever they're under that same pressure too and I'll just tell you this
guys there are exercises I've been in the gym for 30 years that I have never
seen until Instagram and YouTube and Facebook emerge they're just version of
the same thing but because your demand for something new are other people's
demand for something new they're gonna give them something new that is no more
highly effective and that isn't the missing piece and you'll find that do
what you're already doing even better mindset that's why I emphasize emphasize
the mindset so much it's it's your success that you've achieved in business
it's the success that the reason for the success in your relationship and it's
going to be the same core foundational principles to your success when you
master your fitness mindset I tell you know I have my email subscriber list and
someone they said hey man I'm just being honestly I'm unsubscribing because you
talk too much about this lifestyle right I'll just say you know I get it hey I'm
not for everybody but I'm telling you when you have your whole life in order
and you're working through that and you feel in control to get your business
your family life you have the hope and the imagination that you can get your
life together and control I'm telling you guys the fitness strategy eating

Do Cheat Days Work - Shape It Up (Nicole Simonin) - Duration: 3:09.
[Nicole Simonin] Do cheat days work?
Find out in today's Shape It Up video.
Hi and welcome to Shape It Up where each week I provide new videos on workouts, fitness
tips and nutrition.
Go ahead and hit that subscribe button and then you'll know when the next Shape It Up
video is out.
What constitutes as a cheat day?
Depending on who you ask, you may get different answers.
My idea of a cheat day is that there's a day where you are just eating until you feel like
you're going to vomit or eating like you're eating on Thanksgiving Day.
We tend to stuff ourselves so much that you physically cannot move.
It's a lot of food in one day.
Another way is to see how much food you can ingest in 24 hours.
Some people define cheat days as just a day where you are indulging in foods that you
are not allowed to eat.
That could also be a cheat day.
It doesn't mean that you're overeating you are just indulging in foods that you normally
don't eat throughout the week.
So what do I think about cheat days?
I really don't think they're a good idea and here's why.
When you decide to do a cheat day, all of a sudden you are in restriction mode so that
means you cannot eat certain foods throughout the week and then on this magical one day
you get to eat whatever you want.
It may work for a little bit, but long term, it is not going to work for you because you're
going to find that...say your cheat day is on Friday but you have a wedding to go to
on Saturday.
What do you do?
Do you switch the day or do you extend it from Friday to Saturday?
If you just would allow yourself to eat smaller portion sizes of the foods that you want throughout
the week, I think you're better off and mentally prepared for a lifetime of keeping the weight
off or keeping your physique the way you want it to be.
I also think having cheat days, especially if you're doing the cheat day version number
one where you're eating a ton of food and seeing how much food you can ingest in one
day, that's going to lead to binging and very disorganized eating patterns.
It's not a good path to go down and there's a lot of guilt afterwards.
After you've done your cheat day or during your cheat day, you might be on Cloud 9 because
you're eating all these foods that you're not allowed to eat and then when the day is
over you realize how much damage you've done and then the guilt kicks in.
So I really don't think cheat days are a good idea physically and mentally.
If you are in this for the long haul and you want to have lasting permanent weight loss,
you have to ditch the mentality of all-or-nothing or starvation mode and restriction.
You really need everything in moderation and just watch your portion sizes.

I wanna do a YT channel - Duration: 1:16.
It's one of those very beautiful summer day here in Montreal.
Flowers and trees are blossoming.
Everyone is just chilling in the park and having a good time.
Im trying to find the right angle so I don't have too much Sun in my face while
I'm talking to you so life is good.
I'm launching my High Life Book in September
and meanwhile I want to do a YouTube channel.
I want to film what really means
for me being High On Life and being present.
So It won't talk too much
about meaning of life because I'm done with that like all these questions about
What am I about? What's my gift? What's my duty? What I'm gonna do with my life?
Where I'm gonna live? I don't have those answers so what I want to share with you
is just being present and the authentic conversation I'm having with all the
amazing human beings I'm meeting.
And also I'm going to the West Coast to live
in a farm where people are doing horse whispering. And I'm gonna go to a couple
of festivals and the West Coast has always been so inspiring for me so I
want to share that with all of you and so if you have any comments on on this
YouTube channel. I really want you to be part of it so
share with me I'll be so happy to answer and grow continue to grow with you.
Thank you guys! Stay High!
