We recently released a report showing that our

Second Amendment president has actually ramped up

enforcement of unconstitutional federal gun laws

when you compare him to gun-grabbing

President Obama during his last year in office

Well, we got a lot of hate mail for that one.

Of course, a lot of it was just silly.

Typing, "That's B.S.," in all caps isn't really an argument.

But several people brought up something more

substantive saying the president has to

enforce the law no matter what. One guy said if

the president starts picking and choosing which

laws to enforce, it will "break the system." Now look -

considering virtually everything the federal

government does is unconstitutional, the system

is already broken. A president refusing to

enforce an unconstitutional act isn't going to

break it any worse. Here's the thing.

As Alexander Hamilton said, an unconstitutional act

is void. That means it's of no force. If a

president does enforce an act, he's violating

his own oath of office. Now, a lot of people

will say, "Mike, a law is constitutional

until a court says otherwise." Well, Thomas Jefferson

disagrees with you. He said every branch of

the government is responsible for determining the

constitutionality of an act and acting acting on it accordingly.

James Madison, George Washington and many other

founding-era figures made similar arguments.

Andrew Jackson probably put it most clearly.

"The Congress, the Executive and the Court must

each for itself be guided by its own opinion of

the Constitution. Each public officer who takes

an oath to support the Constitution swears that

he will support it as he understands it, and not

as it is understood by others."

So no. The president should not enforce every single law.

REDPAWZ R020 Blast - Looks like DJI RYZE TELLO but... - Duration: 7:36.

Hi all from Dronelander

today thanks to

REDPAWZ I'm going to review the BLAST R020

under 100 gr mini drone

very similar to

DJI TALLO

REDPAWZ asked me

to compare the R020 with TALLO

but I told them that

is not possible to

compare

this drone

with a double price drone

developed from 3 big company such as

DJI, RYZE and INTEL

anyway, this drone is not so bad

especially for indoor flight

As already told you it weight less then 100 gr

I think 85 grams but now I cannot remember

has a 720p camera and from the box

there is also the 1080p version

but i don't know if they produce it also with better camera

but the thing that surprise me is

the 1000 mah battery

here it is

for a so small drone it means that

you can fly at least for 10 minutes

then it has a small hole

here on the belly

that settle the stability sensor

so, without wind this drone

it will remain steady

This is an indoor drone

or outdoor in a wind free day

With a soft breeze it will hold altitude but not position

Now let's talk about the radio

with REDPAWZ logo on it

here you have the phone holder

too delicate so be careful

Power on button, trim buttons for

better calibration

flight sticks

take off and landing buttons, then

360 flip button

speed selection

headless mode and

return to home button that should works only

if headless mode is on

Now, due to a windy day

because this drone has terrible name

Always install propeller guard but

installing those on this drone

is very tricky and you risk to

destroy everything so

I will test it without propeller guards

and later I'll try to install those

First of all

plug in the battery

to drone

switch it on

and led will start flashing

then

turn on radiocontroller

bind it

then calibrate accelerometer in this way

pushing down stick on bottom right position

and release

now it is calibrated

then connect drone to wifi

and open HTS-UFO application

subject and I'm gonna have on the first

drama sorry social studies and then I

just left this like flexible binder

that's usually just for paper so I think

that was like three because it was like

notebooks folders and then like binder

and this last pocket I'm probably just

gonna use for my headphones and for my

backpack I think it's gonna be very

handy eight-foot it's gonna be very

stressful for short um did you say tea

Reckless Driver Survives But Two Passengers Die In Benin-Ore Road Accident - Duration: 2:00.

An undergraduate student of Abia State University was one of two people who lost their lives in an accident on Benin-Ore Road that occurred on Saturday.

A witness who spoke to SaharaReporters stated that the 'Young Shall Grow' bus left Abia State and was heading to Lagos, when the accident occurred.

According to him, Uju Josiah and a man whose identity had not yet been ascertained, who was sitting beside her, were the two casualties, while others sustained injuries in the incident.

Uju, a student of Abia State University, is the last child of her family.

He said: "The driver tried to overtake two trucks. He tried to pass the middle of the trucks when the accident occured.

"The driver was one of those who survived. These drivers kill a lot of people with their self-willed and headstrong actions. Most of them drink early in the morning before they leave the park.

"If you look at the picture I sent you, it was so glaring that the driver tried to manoeuvre his side not to hit the truck so well, thereby using the other edge of the bus to hit the truck.

A friend of the deceased's family told SaharaReporters: "Honestly, I feel this stupid 'Young Shall Grow' motor company should be banned for life. The drivers are totally reckless. My one-time experience with them made will never allow me patronise them again.".

SaharaReporters also learnt that passengers with not-so-serious injuries were transferred to Ore General Hospital, while those in critical conditions were referred to Ondo Teaching Hospital.

Italian Grand Prix FP1 results: Max Verstappen quick in rain but Sergio Perez fastest Ever since a masterful performance in the rain at the 2016 Brazilian Grand Prix, Verstappen has repeatedly proved himself to be one of the best at finding grip in the wet and he did so again after an early morning monsoon. The GP3 practice session was cancelled as the rain fell along with thunder and authorities even threatened to delay F1 session, although the weather and brooms in the pit-lane both worked in their favour to ensure a 10am start.

But most teams opted to save wet weather tyres with so much of the weekend left with few drivers getting past 20 laps for the session. However, as conditions got drier in the last part of the session, Ferrari's Raikkonen was able to get out on intermediate tyres and set a time a second faster than Verstappen's while team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, both Toro Rossos and Esteban Ocon did the same, only for Perez to find that extra bit of time in the closing seconds.   It was a limiting session for teams though as the majority chose to preserve wet-weather tyres for fear of running out later in the weekend.

F1 World Drivers' Championship leader Lewis Hamilton was barely seen out on track as he and Valtteri Bottas finished 11th and 10th respectively, getting out of their cars before the fastest part of the session with the drying track. And it was a particularly frustrating session for McLaren teenager Lando Norris. The 18-year-old drove FP1 at the Belgian Grand Prix and was given the same chance again to impress his paymasters and convinced them that he would be a better team-mate to Carlos Sainz next year than current incumbent Stoffel Vandoorne.

The Belgian was slower than Norris when they both drove the car at Spa but the teenager could not replicate that form in the tricky conditions, going straight on at Turn One and finishing bottom of the timesheet. Only Lance Stroll, the Williams driver who is expected to join Force India after his father bought the team, also failed to break the 1:38 barrier and team-mate Sergey Sirotkin was barely faster as the British team's struggles continued.

And there was frustration for Daniel Ricciardo too, despite producing a time good enough for fifth place late in the session. It looked as though the Red Bull driver, who will start from the back on Sunday thanks to a whole host of engine penalties, had suffered another power unit failure when he started limping down the back straight.   The Australian radioed back in about the problem but was told to keep going and bring the car back to the pits where the team were able to fix the apparent glitch in the upgraded Renault engine.
