running without shoes seems to be the latest trend right now is this type of
exercise beneficial or can it cause your body harm well let's find out in today's
video we're gonna go through the pros and cons of running barefoot when
following trends runners today are split between the benefits and harms involved
in barefoot running but the scientific community hasn't been able to give us
some sort of answer that we can use and so to answer this question appropriately we must first look at the historical
aspects of wearing shoes and what was let's say memorialized in the past and
it's generally accepted throughout most of human history all of human history
running was performed by barefoot or at least Vince's old shoes in fact the
original Greek Olympics was exclusively barefoot and even in recent times there
been a number of professionals who've been famous for going barefoot and
winning many races such as Bruce hello I think he won the men's 5000 Olympics in
1962 however we do know that humans have been wearing shoes for a very long time
the army wants you is a five thousand five hundred year old leather shoe that
was found in 2008 and Armenian is the oldest piece of leather footwear ever in
the world different us Armenians last name always in than ji n just just a thought but we could see from historical
records that there have been a preference for shoes for thousands of
years and today wearing shoes of course is universally accepted unless you live
in Venice Beach in California but saying that nothing is conclusive since we know
that some civilizations such as the Greeks and the Hindus prefer going
barefoot and that's usually for a variety of reason in the case of the
Greeks shoes were seen as self-indulgent but the long lasting desire for Footwear is quite apparent and this raises the
question is barefoot the optimal choice and why have we seen such a demonstrated
predilection for shoes in the last 50 years there's been a growing suspicions
around modern shoes especially these high-tech shoes running shoes have been blamed for increased incidence of
running injuries and this has prompted many runners to consider going barefoot
however are these concerns legitimate when we look at the structure of the
foot and you know I love the foot I when I was back when I was in university I
spent many years just analysing dissecting I got so good at the foot
that I used to teach labs and and classes and I'd have the students carve
out each bone there's 26 bones in the foot go around to carve out a navicular
can they form you know the Tallis and it in in an
artistic way you would really get the feel and you would get to understand the
the structure of the human foot and we could see that the structure it's very efficient for absorbing shock and it's a
by design it's brilliant and so when we run barefoot our lives can utilize what
we call this kinetic shock energy running through the spring actions of
the natural arch of the foot and here's the thing if you ever broken a bone in
your body you understand what kinetic shock is and what kinetic shock feels
like every single step hurts so you can comprehend the shock your body absorbs when you run so when we compare the
differences between foot motions of barefoot versus shoe running there are
distinct striking down on the part of the foot that hits the ground first
here's the thing when we run in our shoes we land more on the heels and
conversely when barefoot we land more on the balls of our feet and this helps us
avoid heavy impacts which is equivalent to to the three times our body weight additionally landing on the balls of
their feet or the center of our foot there's almost no impact collision
additionally when we look at things like muscle activity who means of
electromyography and then again I hate using words like this or phrase like
this but it just means the electrical activation of the muscles studies have
shown there's a higher pre activation of the plantar flexor muscles when running
barefoot another fact to consider is that barefoot runners have been found to
use typically less oxygen around 4% less than those who run with shoes and
comparing the injury risk there's also shocking results runners
and people who run with shoes appear to have an increased risk of ankle sprains
plantar fasciitis as well as other chronic injuries of the lower limb and
oh and by the way if you're out there and you suffer if you know somebody
suffers plantar fasciitis make sure you check out my video on it it's an
excellent video I'm getting getting lots of comments on that it's it's it's
information that they're getting nowhere else there's also been finding suggests
it running with high heels might even be better than run with shoes itself that
sounds crazy and almost counterintuitive right uh it also must be mentioned that
the American Podiatric Medical Association has not been entirely
convinced of the many new studies that report the benefits of going barefoot
and they have stated that there's still not enough
evidence to support such claims while doing research for this video today it
became apparent that many of this injuries that I found in these studies
were from let's say a transitional phase from going from shoes to barefoot and
this makes sense because if you're going to do anything like this you're going to
start especially going from shoes to bare feet you're gonna be affecting what
they call the mechanoreceptors to proprioceptors and there needs to be a
period of time a transition so your body can be thing your body needs to adapt and that's the key to health really is
how well your body adapts and I want you to think about this so if you're running shoes the mechanics would be different
running with bare feet because when you run with shoes you're using the big what
they call the propulsion muscle the big I call them the stupid muscles yeah and
and when you run barefoot it's more primal and so you're using a more
delicate intrinsic muscles so like it's like this here's another way imagine
going to see an orchestra or a concert and the only instruments allowed to play
are the big loud stupid instruments or I shouldn't say stupid but you get what I
mean and yeah it's it's music but is it
coherent is it melodic is it symphonic hmm yeah if you like that kind of thing
but when running barefoot you you you'll need the transition into this movement
primal movement patterns if you look at a three-year-old run that's where we
should be moving towards and we're using all of your muscles in a more
orchestrated fashion and the music will be beautiful so now that we've looked at
the evidence would be great for you out there who are watching us to weigh in on
this is barefoot running something you would like to try so with this
information I believe we can narrow down the right environment for us to go
barefoot you choose like a like a sandy beach or an open green space and you can
wake up there that inner child and try it for yourself thanks for
watching and I thought the real soon oh don't forget this like if subscribe

We get the exhaust on our Barracuda race car with Nana - Duration: 7:44.
Welcome to Corrupted by Horsepower
I say we need at least one more.
I don't have a cool shirt on.
What?
I don't have a cool shirt on.
Yeah
We should go get cool shirts to do this.
Yeah like Roadkill
No no, You put Roadkill yesterday.
I'll check for leaks right now, OK?
All right So, yesterday we put water in it and we were leaking out of the header bolts.
So
Which on these heads the header bolts go through the water jackets.
So, we sealed them, and well see if we're still leaking or not.
We are going to put some more water in.
Now we look for leaks.
So your going to look for leaks.
OK
Oh, I see some
Nope, thats not a leak that's just me.
(laughs)
I'm not seeing any leaks.
No leaks? oh
I might have spilled some more.
Alright, let me turn on the water pump.
We will try and induce some leaks.
Do you see any leaks or no?
I don't see any right now.
oh, what?
I spilled some more water up here.
Hey, dad look at that.
It's leaking?
No, I think we are good.
Me too!
I'm going to still check for leaks.
Ok, I think we are good.
What are you doing?
I'm going to fire it up.
oh
You're not firing it up?
no
Nana look how dirty my hands are already.
mmmhmm
I guess I'm pretty dirty
I don't have to lay in grease on the floor.
ok
I was talking about that thing
I was talking about that dad
I need to go get a battery
From my trunk
be right back
Hey dad
Dude that's cool whats this?
Oh that's big, that's big.
We are going to go next door.
To the fab shop, "fab shop"
We are going to use the drill press
Here we go
OK
So we are customizing
These brackets
I want to take this piece off and I'm going to drill that out.
OK
We should go get safety goggles, well be right back.
Here you go, safety glasses first.
because we are drilling.
Now Nana needs some.
No, she's going to be in the other room
Wait, is that making the noise?
yup
ok
All right, so that drilled through.
So now we are going to hammer that out.
So we drilled out the rivet.
And the whole point.
So we could get
A nice bracket to hold our exhaust system on, we are going to put a bolt through there and direct hold it.
Dad is it possible to fire up tonight?
Yeah, I think we can, we have to put oil in it and I think we are ready to fire.
Let me put the
Header on
The other muffler on.
Yeah, it will be so loud, it might pop Nana's ears.
It is loud right?
What if it pops my ears?
Well, I'm not going to be in the garage when they fire it up.
Whaaaaaa
I could probably be in Arizona and I could still hear it fire up.
You could probably be all the way in a different town.
I meant a different state.
Yeah, you could still hear it.
bwaaaaah
You could go to another house and it would be on the road and BWAAAAH and you could still hear it.
So what Nana doesn't know is we were scrambling to get the car ready
So when she came down, because last year when she came
It didn't run
It didn't run
and it was on jack stands
So this year...
in someone else's garage
Well, this year at least it came to our garage.
But this year it doesn't run
and its on jack stands
So we have been scrambling
To make Nana's dreams come true
and we are
of the car running
That's the dream, right Nana?
of course
What?
I wish that was tight.
Nana I'm happy you came.
I'm happy to be here sonny boy
Happy barracuda and happy people today.
That's right.
When Mom comes home I bet it will be running already.
That's what I want to do
It will just go ruh ruh ruh ruh
Wow, we worked hard and now it's not even working.
Wait, we worked really hard right dada?
It should just go ruh ruh ruh....
Ok, I think I'll take that for now.
Hey, dad whats this?
mmhmm
Its fudge
Whats fudge?
You may or may not find out.

Why We Can't Just Let Fire Burn - Duration: 2:58.
(Rob in voiceover) In our quest to learn about fire out West,
we've been learning about the type of forests we've inherited over the last hundred years,
based on the way we've worked with fire.
Colin Hardy at the US Forest Service
helped explain it to us.
(Colin) Ninety-eight percent of new fire starts we put out
before they're, you know, an acre or two. Every time we do that, we predispose the
land to be sitting there longer, getting more decadent, more dead and down.
And so that when we do get a fire that we can't put out, we've handed that fire a vegetation
and fuel complex that's never been out there before. So we're getting
uncharacteristic fires because we're creating uncharacteristic fuel loads.
(VO) This message is something everyone has told us. It seems a big moral of the
story is we need more fire. This made us wonder: why don't we just let every fire
burn? We asked Colin that exact question.
(Colin) Our moral obligation to human health is one reason why we can't:
the smoke exposure over certain levels.
So we have to balance what humans value versus how much they value the natural ecosystem.
And we're trying to strike a balance. And we're moving in the right
direction in being able to enable more fire.
(VO) So that's the dilemma. We do need
more fire, but we also need a public that understands what they're trying to do:
to get the forests back to where they were in recent history.
(Colin) Historically if fire
were to run free, it would run into another old fire, which would run into
another old fire. We would have had tens of thousands of patches out here
that had 50- to 100-acre fires on them, and they would allow a fire to burn
freely, but be confined and kind of redirected by all these other patches.
(VO) Not only would the fires in the past have been smaller, they'd have been very
different. Now the fires are on the hundreds- to half-million-acre size.
And a fire like that isn't something this habitat has experienced before.
Colin describes it as an uncharacteristic fire.
(Colin) Uncharacteristic because it would burn more severely, there's more dense canopies,
more fuel on the ground. It would pulse into the soil deeper, cause more damage to the organic layer.
So in areas where we have critical infrastructure, like a watershed,
no matter how much we would like natural fire in there, it's really too much at risk.
We could burn the organic layer down and then get erosion and flooding
and those kinds of things. Had we kept up with the natural cycle of fire then
those uncharacteristic fires would be much less likely to happen.
Now they're norm rather than the exception here in the last 15 to 20 years.
(VO) So even though
we all know we need more fire, we can't just let it all burn.
It's all about finding the balance and working with everyone to hopefully get our forests
back to where they can tolerate more fire on them.
Thanks for watching this episode, everyone.
This is part of a whole series about the complexities of fire.

Liverpool sent WARNING by Man Utd legend Paul Scholes: 'We don't want them to do that' - Duration: 2:24.
Liverpool take on Man Utd in the Premier League on Sunday (Image: GETTY) The Reds are fighting Manchester City for the title and face their arch-rivals at Old Trafford
And Scholes still thinks United taking on Liverpool is a bigger rivalry than the Red Devils taking on City
The Oldham manager has warned Liverpool that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's United will do everything they can to stop them matching the record of Premier League titles held outright by the Red Devils
He told Sky Sports: "Of course I will be watching on Sunday, definitely. It's the big one really
"It certainly was when I was playing. Obviously City have done better over these last few years but United vs Liverpool is a big, big game
"Liverpool are going well and so are Manchester United. I think it's the biggest rivalry in English football
"We know if City keep going the way they are it may overtake it a little bit. "You'd expect two Manchester teams to be the biggest rivalry but I don't think it is
Liverpool vs Man Utd is the biggest rivalry, says Paul Scholes (Image: GETTY) "I still think it's Liverpool for Man Utd, especially with Liverpool trying to match United's record of winning the league
"We don't want them to do that." Liverpool currently sit second in the Premier League
They are level on points with City but do have a game in hand over Pep Guardiola's side
Liverpool star Sadio Mane could be key to beating Man Utd (Image: GETTY) That match is against United as their title rivals play in the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea
Liverpool could be top of the Premier League table by then if they can secure a point at Old Trafford from 2
05pm. But it will be a tough task to beat Solskjaer's United. Since the Norwegian replaced Jose Mourinho he has lost just one match - the clash against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League

Viewpoint: 'We're living in an age of surveillance capitalism' | BBC Ideas - Duration: 2:55.
Companies like Google and Facebook are factory farms for human beings.
That's how they make their money,
they make their money by tracking everything that you do,
by profiling you,
and then monetising that
by manipulating your behaviour with this intimate insight.
We're not sleepwalking into some sort of dystopia.
We're there.
My name's Aral Balkan and I'm a cyborg rights activist.
When you go onto Facebook Instant Messenger
and you're messaging your friend
you might think that you're in a room together
and only you two can hear each other.
That's not the case.
Now for you, it might be you feel that you have nothing to hide,
you don't care if Google has your data.
You might start to care the next time you go to renew your insurance
and your premium's double.
And then when you ask them, "Why have my premiums doubled?"
they say, "Well, your smart fridge told us what you're eating."
Now that might be when you start to care, if you have a lot of privilege.
For other people it's a life or death issue.
People who do care might be, for example,
people who are gay
but live in a country in which it is illegal to be gay,
and Facebook knows that they're gay based on their likes.
Now this is a problem for them.
Shoshana Zuboff from Harvard business school
calls the system that we live under 'surveillance capitalism'.
Surveillance capitalism is the feedback loop
between surveillance and capitalism.
Capitalism is about the accumulation of wealth.
Now, what happens when that accumulated wealth
and the people who have that wealth and power
then invest that wealth in surveillance devices
which allow them to gather information about all of us
which in turn allows them to manipulate our behaviour
which in turn makes them more money
and reinforces this feedback loop.
Well that's Surveillance Capitalism.
We have to regulate the abuses of the surveillance capitalists,
and we have to replace them with ethical alternatives.
Why don't we start thinking about funding those technologies
from the commons for the common good?
Unless we change how technology is funded today,
we can't fix this problem,
because this is not a technology problem.
If we want a different society, if we want different ideologies amplified,
then we need to fund them differently,
we need to build them differently
and then, we have a chance of a progressive future.

These video games DESERVE a REMAKE - Video Game Remakes We Gamers WANT - Duration: 17:15.
Hi and welcome to a new video my name is Wretic in today's video I want to talk
about games that deserve a remake but before we're gonna do that please make
sure that you hit the subscribe button and hit the ding dong the bell notification
that way you will always be up-to-date for my next videos and next to that
will make my day and it will make your day because you'll be one of the most
awesome people in this world who be willing to do that so for that I thank
you. I wrote down a couple of games that I would love to see a remake of and the
reason for that is it's also a part nostaligia yeah but they were good games in
a nowadays world we can make any game we can craft anything at all but it doesn't
necessarily make it a good game there could be glitches there could be bugs
the controls could be cIunky think the graphics could glitch out remember like
the Assassin's Creed Unity one with the whole face thing yeah just a name one
but these games were solid they were brought to us and you like put it into
your PlayStation or whatever other console you would have at the time and
it would work these games they just deserve it a lot and that's why I want
to name them up and it's Silent Hill and the reason why it was Silent Hill is
because just like Resident Evil 2 it was creepy and had a really interesting
mechanic were like all of a sudden the world would change from normal to hell
and they were like really interesting creatures throughout the game
like for instance pyramid head and the stories were gruesome at some points and
that had multiple endings and it's obviously unfortunate that silent hills
got cancelled but imagine the first three Silent Hill games in the type of
how silent hills was created and then instead of being first person view you will go
third-person with that type of vibe that it created you will go through
Silent Hill but I think those three games in particular they definitely
deserve a remake the next one on the list is
Metal Gear Solid and I'm talking specifically about the one that came
out for the PlayStation 1 and the reason why I chose it is because it was really
good it had a really good story and had good acting it was an interesting
setting interesting story you could deceive your enemies by like
knocking and the enemy woud come and then you would like loop around and like
kick him in the balls those kinds of things and there were some revelations in
the story as well and little puzzles little mechanics that you have to
think about especially one where you're like confronted by a ninja
Psycho Mantis that's what who it was wasn't a ninja but Psycho Mantis so
Psycho mantis would basically read your mind and if you would switch the controls he
could no longer read your mind and you would be able to take him down would
love to see Metal Gear Solid recreated from the ground up and then going
through the game I think it would be cool to do it in first person and maybe being
able to switch to third-person if need be but you know that's all open to
debate and discuss but that game really deserves it
so my next one is another horror game or a survival horror game but that one is called
alone in the dark a new nightmare now I'm not talking about the poop that came
out I think summer 2008 this game yes I even have the steel box edition I really
had so many good hopes because I remember alone in the dark a new nightmare
so fondly so terrifying yet again with the fixed camera angle but the
story was good for me at least it was creepy you had two characters you had Eileen
and Carnby and if you would choose Eileen's story you would have a
completely different sort of story and edward carnby was the police detective
you know who also went through a different route and I thought that was
always really interesting I never completed it on the PlayStation 1 but
later on I'm not going to tell you I'm not gonna tell you how I did it but
through certain ways on the Internet I was able to replay that game
a couple of times in both perspectives and seeing that game redone in that creepy
mansion with the creepy graveyard it will absolutely be fantastic I think I'm
gonna poop my pants I would need a diaper then because I always thought
that alone in the dark a new nightmare was scarier than Resident Evil
the sound effects the whole creepy story about spirits and all that
all gave me the creepy vibes and they had really good choice in sound effects and the
music thinking about that playing as Edward Carnby or Eileen as in third person
yet again just like the resident evil 2 remake and then go through that again
but with like top notch graphics I don't know if I will survive that but
it would definitely be worth it so my next one is also a game that really
terrified me and that has something to do with vampires I'm talking about legacy
of kain and specifically Soul Reaver because that's the one I played it was
terrifying it was confusing for me especially we have to like switch
between worlds but it was an interesting concept and an interesting world even
though in the beginning I really did hate Cain but later on he kind of redeems himself so I
really found it interesting and apart from that you play as a Raziel you were
like this top-notch awesome vampire dude and well he gets kind of backstabbed by
Cain and then like he goes into the underworld and he's like this little
shade of his former self basically and then he becomes the Soul Reaver and the
Soul Reaver literally says it you're like you know like reaping Souls like
you eat them up and it was terrifying as a kid like cinematics were terrifying
you know especially when he did this in-game and why he didn't have like a jaw he
only had like a little two vampire teeth and that's it , terrifying, if they would
redo this one though it will be a huge success because a lot of people would
wanna see Soul Reaver back if we just see it as a single game
it's phenomenal gameplay wise and you have to do these little puzzles seeing
that game redone/remade would be freaking fantastic so the next one on my
list is Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic one and two one I never fully
completed (But Loved Revan) I was always stuck somewhere but two I
remember very fondly what I always loved about Knights of the Old Republic was
that you could choose between like the light side and the dark side and
obviously I always went with the dark side because I like to corrupt people
backstab them because they were Jedi's I never liked Jedi's so that's why I guess
you can say that I'm a fan of Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader that type of
feeling like the backstabbing the kinds of stuff absolutely love it don't get me
wrong that's not me as a person just me as in playing games I do the same of
Fable you know just saying anyways KOTOR deserve it it had a good
storyline you were like you know literally they're like these couple of
scenes were you were like talking to Jedi's and to make these multiple choices
And like all these little things, like multiple
choices you could choose from then eventually you could see your meter
being first in the middle Blue was good bad was obviously bad or lights side
dark side whatever and then eventually I would go so many times likes make so many
wrong choices on purpose that might my meter would go down and down until like it
was completely down to the red and then you had like these these veins on your head
with these really red eyes I felt so powerful with my I think I'd had like two
lightsabers I think a yellow one and a red one I don't know like these
little customizations and stuff you could do like with the
lightsaber color and stuff it was just cool it was cool it to have like this
little group around you you know like and like whenever you were fighting you
were be able to click on certain things that you wanted them to do automatically
fight I don't know I just really loved it I loved going through different types of
places and like doing these these quest things you know even though it was was kind of linear
but there's still a little bit of you know like side quests that
you could do it was kind of like an open world sort of feeling that it gave you
but it was good it was really good seeing this game remade and like maybe
have like more choices to it maybe making it like open world that would be
so fantastic it will be kind of like Knights of Old Republic the MMO but
then as a single-player game and that will be actually fantastic
Beyond Good and Evil so we're getting Beyond Good and Evil 2 which is a prequel to Beyond
Good and Evil and judging from what I've seen it looks phenomenal and to think of
that why aren't they like remaking the original good and evil with paige
I hope they're gonna remake it and if they do then I hope they're gonna like
completely recreate the world third-person perspective knowing what
they did with Beyond Good and Evil 2 so far I think they will make it look astonishing I
think we can't judge really yet but if 2 is gonna be very good then come
back to this video and hear me talk about it because then I know that they
have to do a remake of Beyond Good and Evil 1 with those little tiny puzzles in it
And the story with the piggy I forgot its name of the pig and then paige
and you with the thing that come out of the sky and it was just
a fun game to play but then completely redone that'll be awesome
so we're getting resident evil 2 next week the remake judging from what we saw
the trailer the gameplay phenomenal absolutely phenomenal if somehow they're
able to tie that in with Resident Evil 2 remake but then obviously Resident Evil 3
remade that'll be fantastic imagine if you would be Jill and you will like go
to the RPD and somehow you will see an NPC of Leon like going over the second
floor or something that'll be so amazing that you're able to spot them or
something I don't know like I'm just my mind is going crazy what I'm trying to
say is Resident Evil 2 got the remake it deserves because it was a
really good game now I also think that resident evil 3 deserves it's remake even
though it was kinda the same compared to the original
Resident Evil 2 except with 3 you had multiple choices then you would have
some sort of different ending kinda-ish but the little bits it was little
choices but it was still different now judging from that going back to a third person
perspective view with Jill imagine if the Nemesis would somehow
charge at you you're like walking throughout the street you're killing
zombies left and right and you hear all of sudden you hear like a door open
behind you and you turn around or maybe you don't have like this quick
quick turn you go around and then all of a suden there's the Nemesis huge F*cking guy charging
at you that would be one of the scariest things and apart from that though being
scary you know having the atmosphere the puzzles it would be great it would be
great to revisit that in 4k not only that but the puzzles were harder in
RE3 than in RE2 that's all based of on my own personal opinion thinking about that
though like the Nemesis, zombies, same atmosphere as Resident Evil 2 remake
cuz you know I played the demo holy crap I will poop my pants
I'm gonna poop my pants next week when it comes out cuz i pre-ordered it so I'm
definitely gonna poop my pants judging from that though I think just
like all of you, Jill Valentine, resident evil 3 nemesis it deserves a remake I'm
gonna be very honest with you on my list there are a lot of survival horror
games and it's because I guess as a kid I used to play them I was terrified by
them but I played them a lot and so this duology also deserves to be recreated
from the ground up and that's Dino Crisis 1 and 2 I got them both
originally on the PlayStation 1 I remember as a kid I never was able to
complete the first one but the 2nd one I completed a couple of times or
numerous times even but with one I was always stuck with the
whole with the laser stuff I never figured it out until until I think last
year when I replayed it and I was like hey oh that's how it works ha
kidding funny why did I not figure that out as a kid but one had more of a
claustrophobic feeling in that facility and with the Raptors and stuff hunting
you two had a more open feeling and it had two characters but compared
to each other I liked one more than two I like the style more of one the
claustrophobic feeling and also the layout the unit interface but with one
it felt more cheaper is that a good word for it I just didn't like it with all
the mechanics and stuff I really preferred one more it was really survival
survival this was more of a action-adventure-ish in my opinion I
could be wrong so they don't really have to remake two for me but they have to
remake one because one just as much of Resident Evil 2 and Silent Hill and
alone in the dark it was a really good game story apart from that was kind of
meh but it was cool it was creepy you had Raptors hunting you had the t-rex that was
trying to bite you all in all it was just fantastic and that's why this game
deserves a remake so i'm gonna name one more and it's Prince of Persia now we already
got some sort of remake a couple of years ago which was some sort of weird
style and I didn't like it it. The story felt convoluted and weird.
the Prince looked awful it was and I was kind of drawn or so It looked really awful
and I know that the sands of time already had a 3d remake in 2002 or
something which was called Prince of Persia sands of time after that we got
the warrior within and after that we got the two Thrones I never really liked
the two thrones was kind of meh but warrior within was kind of ok but I
really loved sands of time it's kind of like how
Assassin's Creed is nowadays kind of-ish
in that sort of sense but it had more puzzles you should basically see that it's like
Assassin's Creed with more puzzles with like time trials / time limits
where you have to like press on multiple buttons run as fast as you can over some
spikes and be able to make it through the door
that's basically what Prince of Persia is to think about it
redoing that game that'll be fantastic it will look great I mean seeing the
Prince of Persia redone re-imagined going through all these puzzly levels
that would definitely make my day Prince of Persia was kind of like a predecessor of
Assassins Creed so in that way it kind of deserves it yeah I think that
game would definitely be cool in 4k because the game mechanics were clunky
but they were good for what it was so they can redo that they can easily go
with third person perspective if they really wanted to it wasn't I mean
already was third-person but there were like certain times times were you had to like
glide over a wall and then jump and then it would like change the camera to a fixed
camera angle it would like follow you so it would like focus on like so here's a
pole you got to go through over there and then jump swing around and then jump
so if they will keep that sort of style it would definitely be amazing to see so

If we make a negative action unconsciously, do we create bad karma? (Subtitles: EN-PT-IT-NL-ES-DE) - Duration: 3:18.
Any action that we do,
in order for the action to be complete, it must have four aspects.
There is first intention.
Then we must go for the action.
Then we must complete the action and finally we must rejoice of the action.
For example, I want to help that person.
Then I go towards the person bringing the person food.
Then I'm able to give the food to the person and help the person to eliminate his hunger.
And then I am happy for it. "Oh, I did it well, I'm happy"
I rejoice. Then the action is complete.
Or I want to make that person to believe something different from what it is.
I want to lie.
Then I go I start saying words,
the person believes in what I'm saying.
Then I conclude the third one. "Oh, that's good. He believed in it."
I complete the action.
Whenever we do an action that is incomplete, maybe the motivation was not there,
or what happens was that we did not really
complete the action, or the motivation was there, and we did not do the rest of the action.
Still is karma.
Still is action but is an incomplete action. There is a very, very big difference of weight
in result.
According to the fact if an action is complete or not.
But still,
making a simple example,
I am in a high building
And I'm teaching kids how to make chocolate cake
in the kitchen.
And I have like 30 kids in the kitchen with me,
and then suddenly I see that this oven that I'm using
It's on fire
and there is some sort of toxic smoke coming out of it
and I'm afraid for the kids because I cannot open the door for them to go away.
So to save the kids,
which is a positive motivation, I take the oven and I throw it out from the window.
But as the oven falls down from the fifth floor
it falls on the head of a person
and that person dies.
So the fact was: Did I do consciously the act of killing a person?
No
But did I kill a person?
Yes.
Am I still responsible for the action? Yes.
Am I fully responsible as a complete action? No.
So there is still karma because there is still action
but there is a big, big difference between that
and the action that is done with all the full awareness,
and making the action, completing the action, and rejoicing about the action.
There is a big difference between the two,
but it's not because I do something without being aware of it
that I am not responsible for it.
And once I'm responsible for it means there is karma.
Both in the positive and in the negative way.
