Hello Assamualaikum
welcome back to my channel
today i decided to wear hijab properly
this is how i dress to go to class
today i want to talk about one of the most important topic
when it comes to skin care routine
i really like talking about skin barrier
because i have experienced it myself
when i protect my skin barrier, i get healthier skin
what is skin barrier?
skin barrier is a type of skin layer
that protects our skin from pollutant
bacteria and irritance
if we read on skin care website Renee Roeleau
it explains that skin barrier is like our skin's bodyguard
i always feel that our skin barrier acts as our first line of defense
from any pollutants to our skin
it is an army to protect our skin from any bacteria
pollutants and irritants
i always imagine that our skin barrier is like our house gate
if our gate house is broken, it is easier for bad people to get in
same as our skin barrier
if our skin barrier is damaged
it will be easily affected by bacteria
imagine a lot of bricks
the thing that glues the bricks is the cement
the cement acts as skin barrier which made of lipids
to create a healthy skin barrier
there are many names for skin barrier
acid mantle
protective barrier
moisture barrier
they all explain about the skin barrier that protects our skin
now we know the meaning of skin barrier
after we know about skin barrier
what are the signs of damaged skin barrier?
if we have used the product before
we always use that product
the product does not work anymore
it can be one of the symptoms that our skin barrier is damaged
another sign of damaged skin barrier
is tightness
if we wash our face, we feel tightness and burning sensation
it feels like burning when we use certain products
it is not because of the product
it is because our skin barrier is damaged
everything we put onto our face feels burning
there are a lot of signs of damaged skin barrier
if our skin easily affects by redness
feels dehydrated
what are the causes for damaged skin barrier?
we over-cleanse our face
we cleanse our face too much
or we over-exfoliate
for example, if we scrub everyday
please don't scrub every day
always protect your skin barrier
bacteria can affects easily if our skin barrier is damaged
another cause is if we wash our face with hot water
using hot water
can damage our skin barrier
use chemical exfolliant everyday
using alcohol based toner
dryness
expose our skin to sun exposure
if we already know our skin barrier is damaged
how can we treat them?
ceramide
fatty acids
cholesterol
they have a ratio of 3-1-1
ceramide 3
fatty acid 1
cholesterol 1
to promote optimum skin repair
if we already know our skin barrier is damaged
always choose a gentle cleanser
it is important to choose low pH cleanser
that does not damaged our skin barrier
to look for ingredients to repair our skin barrier
there are many types of ingredients
ceramide
niacinamide
vitamin E
jojoba oil
squalane
there are many ingredients to consider
Renee rouleau has list down all the ingredients
the most important part is always to use sunscreen
protect our skin barrier from harmful uv rays
my recommendation for barrier repair cream
i use ceradan
Cerave moisturizing cream
the Ordinary
Soon jung
Honey ceramide
Stratia liquid gold
people ask me if the products are sold at drug stores?
if you are looking for moisturizer
i recommend hada labo hydrating water gel
because it has 3 ingredients
physiogel
LaF ceramide
i hope my video can help you guys
on the importance of skin barrier
always protect your skin barrier
before you want to treat your skin

Royal Az - Should You Curtsy If You Spot Meghan Markle During Her New York City Vacation? - Duration: 2:57.
Meghan Markle is stateside – so what should you do if you happen to bump into our favorite American royal? The Duchess of Sussex is in New York City to celebrate the upcoming arrival of her first child with a baby shower hosted by some of her closest friends
While a run-in is unlikely during her visit, proper protocol of the occasion may surprise royal fans
Get push notifications with news, features and more. Follow Following You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications
Beaumont Etiquette founder Myka Meier tells PEOPLE that etiquette rules always follow the protocol of each respective country
"In American culture, we do not curtsy or bow as a sign of respect, and therefore you would not do so if you came upon a royal in the United States," she explains
"Just as when Kate Middleton and Prince William visited America in 2014, we saw then-President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama simply extend a handshake to welcome them, it would be the same if you were to greet the Duchess of Sussex in NYC
" So is it okay to approach Meghan and shake her hand? Sadly not! "The correct protocol when in the presence of a royal is to never approach, and instead wait to be introduced," Meier says
While your first instinct may be to pull out a phone and snap a photo of Meghan if your paths cross, it's best to resist the urge
"As tempting as it may be, to show respect, you should only take a photo of a royal when they pose for it," says Meier
Toronto-based stylist Jessica Mulroney, whose three children served important roles in Meghan's bridal party at her royal wedding, is among those expected to host Meghan's baby shower
Friends rumored to be in attendance include former Suits costar Abigail Spencer (who shared a photo of herself on Instagram making her way through an airport on Monday), Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra and Misha Nonoo
Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, could also fly in from Los Angeles for the celebration

What Is 80/100 Grade Bitumen? & It's Applications - Duration: 2:09.
Hey guys, welcome to we civil engineers.
In this video, I'm going to teach you, What is the exact meaning of 80/100 grade
bitumen & why we need to classify the bitumen in different grades based on its penetration
value?.
An 80/100 grade bitumen indicates that its penetration value lies between 80 & 100.
Penetration value can be obtained by penetration test.
The penetration test measures the hardness or softness of bitumen by measuring the depth
in tenths of a millimeter to which a standard loaded needle will penetrate vertically in
5 seconds.
So, 80/100grade bitumen means this needle will penetrate, 8 mm to 10mm in 5 seconds.
The penetration test is a commonly adopted test on bitumen to grade the material in terms
of its hardness.
but why?
what's the need of grading?
Grading of bitumen helps to assess its suitability in different climatic conditions and types
of construction.
Let me explain to you this statement with examples.
suppose you have construct a road in a colder region then we prefer 180/200 grade to avoid
excessive brittleness.
And suppose you have to construct a road in a warmer region like tar dessert or somewhere
else.
then we prefer lower penetration grade to avoid softening.
When it comes to 80/100 grade bitumen, it is most commonly used bitumen for pavement
constructions.
It can be used in a normal condition where the temperature is not too much high or not
too much low.

Does it matter how far away my heater is from my spa? - Duration: 1:42.
[music]
Rob: Hello, welcome back to another
poolside chat presented by inyopools.com.
I'm Rob
Matthew: I am Matthew, and today must be a champagne bottle
Rob: What was that?
Matthew: Because it's about to pop off.
The question goes as such.
I'm building a pool with a heated spa.
One builder told me it would cost twice as
much to heat the spa if the heater is placed
60 feet away in our preferred location versus
20 feet away in an undesirable location.
Is this true, Rob?
Rob: Well, a lot would depend upon
the climate when and where the spa will
be used, but it would be beneficial
to have the heater closer to the spa.
In the case of year-round spas, in cold climates there
can be significant heat loss in 60 feet of pipe run.
This does mean more energy is needed to heat the spa,
but how much would depend upon the climate at the site.
There can also be a delayed reaction with respect to time
and temperature rise, ultimately, impacting the water temp in the spa.
In other words, the temp in the spa may or may not
be the same as the temp displayed on the heater.
Of course, if the spa remains covered, these variables
will only be noticeable when the spa is being used.
Matthew: Wrapping or insulating the plumbing to the spa can
reduce heat loss and mitigate some of these potential problems.
This is routinely done in cases such as
this, again, depending upon the climate.

Where Is It Now? The Saw from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 - COLLECTION COMPLETE 2.3 - Duration: 7:29.
Hi, I'm Sean Clark and I collect movie props from my favorite films.
Horror.
Comedy.
Romance… whatever tickles my fancy.
A lot of creature stuff, a lot of monster stuff, a lot of gory stuff, a lot of fun stuff
cuz if it isn't fun then what are you doing collecting it?
I began collecting, probably by accident, I mean, I just started buying things and then
keeping them.
I've always been very mindful of the value of something.
Somebody would go "just trash that" and I'd be no, you know that could be worth something
later or somebody might want that.
Back in the day, when they would wrap on certain movies, they would throw stuff away in the
dumpsters.
I mean they would just trash stuff, nowadays it's getting crazy.
Especially since the auction house Profiles in History had a show called Hollywood Treasure,
which basically they would track down something and they would follow it all the way through
to auction and what it sold for and everything.
They'll hoard all the stuff and they'll have one of these places do the auctions for them
and make a killing and that show really put a focus on the value of things and made people
realize what this stuff is worth.
On the new Star Wars films, they microchip every prop.
Every gun, every helmet, they put microchips in the plastic embedded so they can track
them.
That's how crazy this stuff is gotten because they know the value of these things.
"This is used specifically in the scene where Vader's holding it, Luke chops off his
hand and it flies out of his hand."
What they can sell in props on some of these films, they probably get their budget back
you know it's nuts.
"You have all the components of a $500,000 x-wing for $60,000."
A $5 piece of plastic some jerk like me will pay $50 grand for.
We're stupid.
That's one thing about us is we're really stupid, us collectors.
I obtained a prop recently, the chainsaw from Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2.
It just doesn't fit in any of the cases I have so I need to have something custom made
for it and I want to be able to lay it down so I'm gonna want to have something built
that's a stand of some sort and plexiglas case around it.
I mean, it's a chainsaw.
It's gonna stay a chainsaw forever.
It's pretty heavy-duty piece of equipment but I want to keep the dust off it.
I want Leatherface's DNA to stay on it.
So right here is the chainsaw from Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2.
You can see right here, autographed by Bob Elmore.
I don't like to get prop signed but the guy came to my house verified it was legit so
I had him sign the bottom.
Mind you this is on plastic, it's just a sharpie, take a little bit of rubbing alcohol
it'd come right off if I wanted to remove it but I don't cuz Bob's the man and it's
mine so.
Poor Bob had to lug this thing around for a long time and when you guys actually hold
this thing you're gonna be like ****. "We were running real chainsaws with real blades
and it weighed about 75 pounds it was the biggest chainsaw that they made at that time."
So Horror's Hallowed Grounds started as another thing that just kind of happened by accident.
Hi, I'm Sean Clark, today I'm standing in front of the Cut Right Chainsaw Store from
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2.
Welcome to Horror's Hallowed Grounds.
I was working, I think at Horror Channel at the time, with "Uncle Creepy" (Steve Barton).
I said look, I have this idea where I'm gonna go back to original filming locations, you
know, we could do an online article showing it then and now, I'll talk about where they're
at and all this stuff and he loved it.
So, we started doing it as an online article.
The next thing that happened, was I was working on 25 years of Terror the documentary and
I was at Malek Akkad's office and we were discussing bonus features and he said you
know, we need more stuff, we need extras.
I said, well you know, I got this article I do online that's starting to build a following.
People seem to really like it and I've had an idea to do it as a show.
I'm now standing alongside Old Farm Road 969, this is where the chicken scene took place
between the Yuppies and the Sawyer family and we know that didn't end so well for the
Yuppies.
I've tried to get every iconic piece that I can.
If you're a Halloween fan you want a Myers mask, I've got several.
If you're a Phantasm fan you want a sphere, I have one.
If you're a Freddy fan you want a glove.
I don't have a real one yet, I've got a replica.
If you're a Jason fan, you need a hockey mask.
I've got replicas, I don't have a real one.
If you're a Hellraiser fan, you want a box.
I have one.
If you're a Texas Chainsaw Massacre fan, you want a chainsaw.
I got one.
So I'm knockin a few off the list.
I'm gonna get there but you know as a collector you also be very mindful of fakes and you
know fortunately one thing that the online community has provided is people that will
scrutinize every little bit maybe to the point of being annoying but there's enough connections
out there with people online and whatnot that you can verify if something's legit or not
and there's been lots of people that have been busted for you know trying to pass things
off that weren't real.
I had a lot of people scrutinized the chainsaw at first when I got it because there was the
blade wasn't matching up with the screen it wasn't there like this isn't right this isn't
matching up.
Till I got it home, took it off and flipped it, and put it back on cuz apparently at some
point somebody had taken it off and put it back on backwards.
Once I put it back right, I look on screen, everything matched perfect and I posted the
pictures, had Bob Elmore himself who played Leatherface in most of part 2 all the actual
saw work was Bob Elmore, he came over to my house and verified it he looked at it said
absolutely it's 100% the real thing.
Everybody shut up.
Do you hear that?
It's the haters, I don't hear them anymore.
There's so much stuff out that we don't know if it still exists, we don't know where it
is, we don't know who has, it does it still exist?
Does it not?
We're always gonna be in search of those holy grails you know.
Will we ever find them?
Who knows.
That hunt is always gonna be in you so the collection is never gonna be complete.
The only time the collection is complete is when you give up and you stop collecting.
That's usually when you go broke.

Study in the U.S.A. I DID IT ! (🇺🇸English) - Duration: 3:50.
okay here we are again this is like the hundredth time I'm recording this video
getting pretty tired thing is I wanted to find something cool to start my first
video but I can't come up with anything better in this book my mother who cry in
in in the TV when she case you were wondering these were not the real
subtitles of the video that was just a beautiful parody of Matteo Renzi former
Prime Minister of Italy caught in the day he was speaking to the European
Parliament we Italians loved that video I'm pretty sure he didn't speak English
ever again anyway I chose that snip of the video because
it's funny it gets to the point that represents my level of English when I
first moved out to the United States maybe Renzi was even better than me
so here starts to my story my name is Federico I'm 21 and I'm Italian and I
have just came back from the United States after a two-year long study
abroad experience so some of you might be thinking why recording a video why
not I guess I want to show off my English skills to my Italian viewers the
result I'm not good and then I want to share my experience with possibly the
world because the thing is when I went there I
opened the mind of a 20 years old Italian student coming from a 15,000
people town to what the United States are and the world is and now that I came
back for good I realized even better what what are the
differences between the two countries and also that experience helped me to
grow to manage myself be alone without your parents without your friends for a
long time managing time money work schedules studying when I was about to
start this experience I was very much stressed by the state exam called Maturità
which is right after high school I was very much stressed because of work
and stressed by the fact that I couldn't decide what to study in university that
is a very big deal in Italy and I will talk about it later
but the thing is I just didn't think about going online to gather
informations about being an international student
what is college like in the United States I just didn't think about it but
now I mean I see my mom learning new recipes on YouTube doing yoga on YouTube
everything is on YouTube now I started seeing students with experiences similar
to mine on YouTube so I have this experience that not a lot of people are
lucky to have so I want to make sure that I share this experience because it
can be useful to possibly anybody that is interested also another thing I want
to do is to to share my opinion and to make you see my Italy through my eyes I
realized many times talking about my background there are some things that
I'm really proud of and some things that I wish they could change instantly so
I'm not gonna talk about anything in particular here I just want to introduce
whether my goals possibly starting this channel and soon I will upload more
videos about my school experience why it did it differences of school systems
stuff like that also if there is anything that you guys would like to
know just comment down here you know what wanna be updated with so
if you'd like to see more videos about my experience like the video subscribe
to the channel and share it friends family boyfriend girlfriend

🔥 Is Red Hat Certification Worth It?! 🔥 - Duration: 5:21.
hello how are you all doing today welcome to tech tezzan channel be sure to subscribe
today I have a viewer that asked me a question they sent me a question in my email and I'm
just answering it so we have compelled the cache hi there I have seen your YouTube channel
and I really like it bro thank you so much I am from India and studying a+ 220-901 220-902
and also n 10 - 006 that's like the Network+ he's studying for the Network+ - and I am
just two weeks away from my ITF exam I think he's talking about IQ fundamental fundamentals
exam so after that I will be I will preparation for Red Hat exam certification so my main
question is that should I go with red hat certifications or do you think there's any
other best certifications for that I want to know that I I want to know that I want
to have an extraordinary in IT field so which type of certification do I do I need - or
degree so please help me now I shall be very thankful and I want to know more about you
hope you will understand and answer all my questions bro thank you bro yeah no problem
bro just kidding just kidding yeah a plus is good you're studying for you're a plus
then you're studying for your network plus that's good that's good you're taking your
IT fundamentals exam so you're hustling dude and then after that you want to get your Red
Hat exam certification and your question is like is there any other better certifications
out there that I should be focusing my time effort and money on or should I just go for
my red hat certification and it seems to me like there's nothing wrong with this I'm not
saying there's anything wrong with this but it seems to me like you're kind of low-key
asking me which certification is the easiest and I can get the most money you like you're
kind of business focus you're focused on the return on investment ROI and there's nothing
wrong with that the Red Hat certification is pretty good it's pretty decent you can
make a lot of money with Red Hat certification my dad does a lot of work with Linux and Red
Hat certificate and he's like he has the top Red Hat certification you should look into
it it's called rhce Red Hat certified engineer and he also has the Red Hat certified system
administrator and I saw my dad's w2 and I was like wow you make all this money dad can
I have some but yeah you know you can make a lot of money with red head if you like Red
Hat stick with red head there's nothing wrong with red hat you're all the way in India India
has a lot of tech jobs they have a lot of tech jobs and you can get sponsored into the
US if you're really good in a u.s. United States company likes you there's other certifications
out there I mean there's no there's no right or wrong way to do it like you can do it whatever
way you want to some people like networking they're gonna go after you know networking
certifications some people like some people are more into security so they do security
some people are more like programmers so they do program it's up to you whatever you like
whatever you understand Linux is definitely good there's more of a push towards Linux
because Microsoft charges people like I do a lot of work with Microsoft but if I want
to download windows server 2016 on my server I got a fork out some money I got a fork out
cash I got a fork out hundreds of dollars to put that software my computer Linux is
free you could put Linux on a server for free and have like free a free web hat host surf
a free web hosting operating system on your server whereas Microsoft you're gonna have
to pay and fork over money for that so there's there's a good amount of companies migrating
towards Linux I think you'll be good either way man like you're gonna be fine keep on
growing keep on doing what you need to do I will say this I wouldn't necessarily choose
like I get you're a plus and network plus and then start applying for jobs and see what
opportunities come your way because if you get no stick to Red Hat but like let's say
tomorrow you get a job for like you get an IT support job and in this IT support job
you have like let's say you have like a networking engineer dude and he's training you on network
engineering don't be like oh I'm just a Linux guy I don't really want to focus or pay attention
to this guy if the networking opportunity opens itself up to you learn with that networking
guy and then maybe even pursue your networking certifications you get more of a Linux opportunity
go with Linux get a Windows opportunity go with Windows go what whatever comes to you
first basically, and whatever you like it's kind of again it's kind of hard to answer
your question there's no right or right there's no right or wrong way to do this but I wish
you the best of luck if you have any more questions let me know down below please be
sure to subscribe I really appreciate it peace

Artificial intelligence, when should we trust it? - Duration: 3:47.
There's a strong human tendency to anthropomorphize everything.
If you stub your toe on a rock then you can be angry at the rock.
So it doesn't take much to start assigning intelligence or imagining intelligence in something.
Artificial intelligence is a very broad term that can have many possible meanings.
I think of it as automating tasks that used to require human intelligence in order to accomplish.
It's sort of the idea of automating automation.
I'm Daniel Lowd, an associate professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science
at the University of Oregon and I study machine learning and artificial intelligence.
I grew up watching movies like Short Circuit where some kind of lightning bolt
turns a robot into a sentient being that can philosophize about life and its own existence.
It's fun to imagine all the ways in which a different kind of life form could exist and
could understand the world and could interact with humans.
I think some of the biggest misconceptions about artificial intelligence are the risk
of it becoming exponentially more powerful and independent and making decisions to hurt people on its own.
When we're building artificial intelligence systems,
we're designing them and to optimize for some goals.
There's no risk of a spam filter suddenly deciding to start sending spam

Its actions are limited to just a single binary prediction.
Yes or no. Is this spam? Yes or no.
There are no other actions it can take and has no other things it can do.
In machine learning, the most common setting is that you have some data
and you want to build a model for that data.
You have a bunch of examples and each of those examples is an input and an output.
So it's like a question and then the right answer.
And you want to build a function that will map from questions to answers
and not just for the ones you've seen before but for ones you haven't seen before.
Some of the risks with AI are similar to what you might have with any other kind of technology.
So whenever the stakes are higher such as in healthcare or autonomous vehicles
you also want to have greater liability.
Any time that you're automating something with a new technology there's a risk of what if you automate it wrong.
When the stakes are lower like say spam filtering for e-mail
if you make a few mistakes it could be frustrating. You might miss something important.
But it's hopefully not going to kill anyone if some spam makes it into your inbox
or alternately if some of your legitimate email is marked as spam.
So there have been examples where you teach an AI to play a videogame.
You say, "the goals to get a score that's as high as possible."
And if it finds a bug in the video game that it can exploit in order to get lots and lots of points
then it will exploit the bug because you've only given the command to optimize a particular score.
There could be surprises in the kinds of mistakes that AI might make
and that's why we need to be looking into what some of those potential pitfalls are,
how to identify them, and how to fix them.
