Steve Irwin Google Doodle - Duration: 2:40.Hello everyone, welcome to this YouTube Channel.
The search engine Google is showing this slide show doodle in many countries for celebrating
57th Birthday of Steve Irwin.
This Doodle is getting displayed in various countries, Australia, India, US and many others.
Steve Irwin, nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter" was an Australian zookeeper, conservationist,
and television personality.
Steve Irwin achieved worldwide fame from the television series The Crocodile Hunter ,
an internationally broadcast wildlife documentary series which he co-hosted with his wife Terri;
Irwin and his family dedicated their lives to the preservation and appreciation of earth's
wildlife and wild places.
Born in the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia on this day in 1962, Irwin was raised by Lyn
and Bob Irwin, who gave him an eleven-foot python for his sixth birthday.
He named the snake Fred.
During the early 1970s, the Irwins moved to the Sunshine Coast in the Australian State
of Queensland and opened Beerwah Reptile Park.
Learning to wrestle crocodiles since the age of nine, Irwin volunteered with Queensland's
East Coast Crocodile Management Program, helping to capture and relocate endangered saltwater
crocodiles—the largest of all living reptiles—to protect them from being harmed.
He was involved in all aspects of managing his family's park, which was renamed Queensland
Reptile and Fauna Park, and eventually the Australia Zoo.
Soon after he took over management of the park, Irwin met his future wife Terri who
was visiting the zoo.
They spent their honeymoon capturing crocs, and the footage they shot became the first
episode of The Crocodile Hunter, which grew into a runaway hit show seen in more than
100 countries by over 500 million people.
In 2001, the Australian government awarded Irwin the Centenary Medal for a lifetime of
service, and in 2004 he was nominated for Australian of the Year.
Among his many accomplishments was the discovery of a new species of snapping turtle, which
was named Elseya irwini in his honor.
In 2006, Irwin died at 44, after being pierced in the heart by a stingray barb while filming
an underwater documentary film titled Ocean's Deadliest.

Maximize your Google Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL savings today with this sweet refurbished deal - Duration: 2:05.Based on the rapidly increasing frequency and appeal of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL deals offered by everyone from Google to Best Buy, Verizon, and Target, it's probably safe to assume these stock Android-running phones aren't selling like hotcakes
But although they're arguably not pretty, powerful, or just special enough to take on the likes of the Galaxy Note 9, they can definitely deliver plenty of bang for your buck at starting prices of $550 and $600 respectively
That's how much Woot charges for 64GB variants in black only until the end of the day, compared to the two's $799 and $899 list prices in this entry-level configuration
You obviously don't have to trade anything in, sign a monthly installment plan with Verizon, or settle for discounts in the form of gift cards you can use on a future round of shopping
These are massive outright savings of $250 and $300 on the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL respectively, but naturally, there's a catch
You're looking at refurbished units here covered by a modest 90-day Woot limited warranty instead of the full 12 months of service brand-new devices available directly from Google, Verizon, Best Buy, or Target typically get
The Amazon-owned discount retailer doesn't go out of its way to assuage any concerns you might have regarding the condition of the phones on sale today
All we know is that they are refurbs, which is an awfully generic term that encompasses everything from "buyers' remorse" returns to defective units that have been "repaired by the pros
" Given their young age, the Pixel 3 and 3 XL should still look and work like new, but if that's not the case, you have 30 days from the delivery time to request a full refund
By the way, Amazon Prime members are eligible for free standard shipping nationwide, and even though the Pixel 3 and 3 XL units currently available at $550 and $600 respectively are technically "made for Verizon", they should work without a hitch on AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile as well
Check out the deal here

EU backs copyright law that could force Google and Facebook to block huge amounts of posts Daily M - Duration: 5:42.EU backs copyright law that could force Google and Facebook to block huge amounts of posts Daily M
EU countries have backed an overhaul of the blocs copyright rules which would force Google and Facebook to filter out copyright protected content on their platforms including YouTube and Instagram and pay publishers for news snippets.
The proposal, endorsed by EU members states on Wednesday, is unpopular with many Europeans who view it as an attempt to censor the web.
Thousands gathered in Cologne at the weekend to protest against the move, which they say will be a de facto meme ban as the internet jokes are often based on copyrighted images and video.
Protests: The move is unpopular with many Europeans who view it as an attempt to censor the web and at the weekend a large protest gathered in Cologne against it pictured
Outrage worsened this week after the EU Commission was forced to take down an online post in which it called opponents of the controversial proposal a mob and implied they had been hoodwinked by powerful tech companies.
The piece titled How the mob was told to save the dragon and slay the knight was deleted and replaced with a message saying it had been taken down because people had not correctly understood it.
This only fueled the anger of its opponents, who felt they were owed an an apology.
The lobbying battle has raged since September 2016 when the European Commission proposed to modernise copyright for the digital age, sparking a major debate between tech giants, artistic creators and member states.
Negotiators for the European Council, which represents the EUs 28 member states, and for the European Parliament struck a provisional deal last week, but in a rare rebellion, several member states today voted against the compromise and two abstained.
Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland refused to back the deal and released a joint statement slamming the final text.
The reforms goal was to stimulate innovation, creativity, investment and production of new content, the rebel countries said.
However, the final text fails to deliver and is a step back for the EU, they said.
The dissenting countries also said the proposed changes could hinder innovation and hurt the blocs competitiveness in the digital market.
We regret that the Directive does not strike the right balance between the protection of right holders and the interests of EU citizens and companies, they said.
The new EU copyright proposals, which face a final vote in the European Parliament in March or April, would mean tech giants such as Facebook and Google pictured would have to sign licensing agreements with rights holders such as musicians, performers, authors, news publishers and journalists to use their work
The next step in the process is a vote by a committee of lawmakers next week and a final crunch vote at the European Parliament is expected in March or April with the outcome highly uncertain.
Powerful Germany backed the deal, but voiced concern that the reform faced a harsh test in the European Parliament with opposition growing, a European source said.
The biggest stumbling block has been a provision that calls for YouTube and other platforms to remove illegal content using automatic filters, or face massive liability.
Another bone of contention is a provision to create neighbouring rights that opponents call a link tax for media publishers.
The revamp would require Google and other online platforms to sign licensing agreements with rights holders such as musicians, performers, authors, news publishers and journalists to use their work online.
Googles YouTube and Facebooks Instagram and other sharing platforms will have to install upload filters to prevent users from uploading copyrighted materials.
Google, which has lobbied against both features and has even suggested that it might pull Google News from Europe, said last week it would study the text before deciding on its next steps.

How To Use Videos With Google My Business - Rusty Allison - Videos On Your Website - Duration: 2:01.(intro music)
about a year ago Google started to allow video upload onto the Google my business
profile aka the knowledge panel or your Google business listing there are
certain parameters that Google requests by policy can be no longer than 30
seconds in duration and no larger than 100 megabytes in file size now that
being said we have uploaded videos that are longer than 30 seconds I've uploaded
videos closer to the 3 minutes I haven't tested the size policy because frankly I
haven't gotten to a video that that was exceeded 100 megabytes that's pretty big
especially for just a 30 second video so while Google is allowing that currently
the stated policy is 30 seconds 100 megabytes so what I tell all my clients
and anybody that I'm talking to about the video on the Google my business
profile is enjoy it while it lasts the if it's longer than 30 seconds
let it be there use it in your marketing efforts enjoy the the extra length but
if for whatever reason Google comes back around and says ok we're eliminating
anything over 30 seconds then it just is what it is they you know that was their
stated policy from the beginning
