A child's heart is more than a muscle.
A child's heart helps them think and feel and navigate the world.
A child's heart is a powerful force with an incredible impact.
At the Herma Heart Center we understand how precious your child's heart is to you.
When these little hearts are hurt or damaged, we are here to heal them.
We are the experts in the treatment of these little epicenters of life.
We exist to give kids the best heart care, the best outcomes and the best quality of
life possible.
We treat them with everything we know.
We research and we innovate to create new techniques and push our level of care.
To heal their little hearts, we rely on using our own.
To treat, show compassion and pioneer new ways to heal.
Herma Heart Center is definitely one of the best in the nation and in the world.
I had the opportunity to work in different countries, in different systems.
Now I come from Europe, so I can compare.
It's expected that even the most complex patients, 80% of them should live into adulthood.
When I first started pediatric cardiac nursing, that number was less than 10%.
Fast forward to today and surgical techniques have come so far.
Our technology and diagnosing is just truly an advancement.
This place was made with innovation in mind.
It's in our fabric.
We're talking about doing things like developing stem cell technologies which may actually be
of use to the children developing new ventricular assist devices or support technologies that can
work for the kids.
Or in the field of genetics, change the way we use genetics to both make diagnoses and
ultimately how we treat and cure these diseases.
We were the first formal adult congenital program in the state of Wisconsin.
We went from a hundred patients in the first year to now seeing almost 3,000.
Everybody has defined roles, but everybody is also willing to step out and help
because we do view it as a team effort.
This is a children's hospital.
Our program's focus is to really care for these families and the kids.
A lot of that has to do with building relationships, spending time, having a lot of visits with
them and really taking time with those visits to explain the process, explain what to expect,
explain what may happen in their child's course with us.
We know we can provide the best outcomes for those children, of anyone in the country
— not only the country but the world — and that's published information.
We want kids to get out of here and go home and live lives and grow up and be normal happy children.
Your child deserves the care and expertise available at the Herma Heart Center
because your child's heart is so much more than a muscle.

Universal's Volcano Bay Water Park Has An Opening Date! | Media Event Details - Duration: 10:35.
And we're onto our next topic! And our
next topic is a pretty huge, huge
announcement here. I'm trying to bring up
my volcano bay clips, sorry. And that is
Volcano Bay! We finally have an
announcement date! Sorry, Taylor. What was that?
Sorry in the video it echoes "bay".
So I was echoing bay.
I don't think there's one transition that I've tried to do that is
going well that Taylor doesn't interrupt.
okay bae its opening that make 25th
there's a media event that Orlando
informer will be covering from a
20-second 220 steps so lots of big
nutella Taylor tell us what you know
about this media event will be expected
already kind of know everything that's
happening in volcano bay and I believe
you had some first-hand account of how
close we are the progress that has been
being made on volcano day
absofruitly so yeah so they just sent
out the invite yesterday which are now
the grand opening and compliments later
visually said tell us that make life
it's the grand opening which is a little
early and they're telling people to buy
tickets and one interesting thing is the
tickets they're telling people to buy
aren't valid until june first time I
don't really know how i'm assuming
they're gonna open up with tickets a
couple days early so like if you if you
bought taking a college in first i'll be
balanced make choices but rather right
now
small print social commerce but yeah so
what we know is that the media event
will be from a 20-second to the 25th and
the only details they've given for this
event is a but there's gonna be a
special evening event on May
twenty-fourth it sounds like that's
going to be closed to the public on May
twenty-fifth there's going to be a
spectacular grand opening celebration
that would be open to the park to the
public and some fashion so i'm assuming
to get close to wherever the celebration
going to be you're not gonna be able to
unless you know you're advised guests
but i think the public should be able to
get in
beginning at 10am that day another
related note is they just released the
park hours for choosing for Vulcan obey
and it opens at ten everyday then the
closing times range from not 829 almost
every night is nine or ten very few you
this
yeah can you compare that to the
operating hours of to theme parks to the
same time period
yeah I don't have that ready because I
didn't know you were going to ask that
but yeah absolutely i will go there
while I talk so uh the other things that
they mentioned for the invite is that
there will be special access to
experience volcano bay interview
opportunities with creative mind you
probably incredibly immersive water
theme park and that's all we know it
seems like a very long media event for a
relatively small water park because
there be more things to this media event
that we're not aware of you
yeah i think it's possible it's
definitely a huge media that is the one
I've been most excited for I'm
absolutely pumped for this media that I
think volcano baby really really cool
I you so usually when they have a huge
media event like this like one
diagonally open obviously you get a some
media that are normally they're so you
know national media and you're really
big players so i wouldn't be surprised
if they decide to have kind of like a a
state of the union for lack of a better
kind of way to put it and kind of you
know over you was coming maybe talk
about Nintendo a little bit because four
days you gotta think they're going to
take advantage of you know having
everybody there i think they're gonna
have their having a long media preview
of that because we're trying to reel of
the opening of candor the world avatar
as much as possible
lowering kit well doesn't world that
helps
do you think they'll put a whole lot
more emphasis on and maybe have a TV
special disney is known for doing things
like that you think they'll go that far
out for volcano bay
I wonder would be special yes I'm sort
of accident
yeah Chuck says you do think the today
show tonight you're gonna be there
I don't do tonight show will be there i
think the tonight show preview it when
they come for the april six opening of
Jimmy balance something will see a
good-looking but cannot be on the show
but as far as them being there I don't
think so but I do think the today show
that might probably be there have
probably been trying really hard not to
kind of integrate more the NBC and
universal properties together and really
show people in many different people as
possible to the resort mobile
spectacular new things that have opening
up
yeah that's just to get a great just
broadly reaching saying to I mean who
doesn't like a water park for the most
part it's not just harry potter or
something like that this reaches kind of
everybody who enjoys things like that
water is life so comparing the comparing
universal studios hours to volcano 28
hours they're very similar
there's no 8pm closes in june for
universal studios and there's a couple a
PM causes for a volcano bay but other
than that means lots of mine and closes
it not only real difference is volcano
by everyday opens at ten whereas you
know the other two parks open at nine
okay thanks for the comparison and
that's and that's just for a little
clarification is that unusual for them
to be open that late around the time i
get a lot of crap universal times
closing pretty early
is that normal for that time of the year
it's pretty normal i guess by looking at
it yeah this is about normal hours
though with with universal is a lot more
uniform than volcano volcano base always
bites like 8pm 9pm 10pm but Universal
Studios is basically 9pm for the first
half of june and the second aspect of
june is 10pm which is just about what's
normal for their part that month
alright excellent definitely cannot wait
until this opens I really wouldn't just
really cannot wait to see this like a
walk-around of what everything in here
and and then this park fully completed
because all the renderings we've seen so
far is absolutely incredible so
definitely looking forward to your
coverage Taylor on orlando and former so
when that happens on my 22nd it seems so
far away but it's so so very close
here's I've stay tuned for that you have
to hear this all into a live question
and Jennifer not at all the questions
are solid that's not lunch eh let's
leave them all of your questions
equaling Jennifer says so would early
entry for volcano baby park opening time
for an hour earlier in DVD opening got
it be an hour early that's a good point
Bob so it will open at 9am everyday for
on thank you
no word in annual passholders be
included by resume they will be so the
annual pass that includes early entry
then you can get in law so throughout be
speaking you can go to silently for an
hour if you're not saying just a do 20
different things they're hopping a bus
into it with ok today for the first hour
before open to yeah you need to be a
little tight but yeah you definitely can
do that I want to be someone trying to
do it i'm not sure probably not that
many but definitely cool thing you can
do
Anita says I told us under construction
for volcano bay now are they connected
in a way where you can enter from cabana
Bay or is a whole different part works
its own entrance where you have to leave
the resort it is it's a whole different
park with own entrance but you'll be
able to very easily access it from
cabana Bay and everywhere the resort
cabana Bay is the easiest way to access
it I would imagine anywhere else you're
gonna be taking a bus from the citywalk
parking garage and belief you know be4
opportunity that's really really cool
way to get people in there yeah it's
interesting that they they made the
pools and and water areas of cabana bay
so incredible and amazing especially on
that end of the resort that was the the
end I stay at during orlando formers
last meet up and it was very close and
they had a really amazing like seems
cool some it's interesting that they
went that deep when they're going to
have such easy access to this water park
but still be really cool to just be able
to walk over right from the resort & and
hop right in there i'm speaking of on
Sonia as oh I'm nothing like I'm sorry
everytime everytime at how will this
affect I just wanted to get this one out
of the way because it's a really really
common question right now I how will
this impact
ap holders do they have an option
upgrade yet they do not they haven't
said anything on their new redesigned
website that's going to be released her
is released depending on you but it says
having a move yeah basically it says to
park annual passes now instead of annual
passes so that kind of you know I think
personally confirmed that your current
annual pass will not work for volcano
day which i don't think it's a surprise
to many people but they haven't really
issued a and official confirmation on
that and if you email of a lot of people
emailed guest services and they kind of
say that is kind of you know not answer
don't answer your question so it doesn't
sound like there's official answer right
now and if you can upgrade your annual
pass to include volcano bay or how that
work
the only thing in my mind that I know
for sure right now would be that I don't
think your current is going to include a
little bit surprised because name

Asked and Answered: An Ongoing Discussion (01-31-17) - Duration: 0:49.
We recently held a Faculty/Staff town hall focusing on Diversity and Inclusion.
We didn't get to all your questions, but we felt it was important to get you some answers
to those questions.
Does Penn State have a target for diversity?
We do not employ targets or quotas at Penn State.
It really is probably outside the law to employ those kinds of numeric targets.
But we are really striving to do is to build diversity into our pools, diversity in all
of its richness and perspectives.
Diversity not only in race and ethnicity terms but also with respect to sexual orientation,
sexual preference, gender etcetera and we will really work on building pools that are
reflective of the kind of Diversity and Inclusion that we want to see in our employment base.

Cryptography and privacy. An easy explanation on how to create a key for encryption. - Duration: 2:28.
Cryptography is what keeps everything you do on the internet safe.
So what is it?
When you send information to someone else, it changes from plain, unencrypted text
to a scrambled version of itself.
This process is called encryption, and the instructions on how to switch from unencrypted
to encrypted text are called a key.
For the recipient to be able to decrypt the message, they need to have a copy of the key.
This is a complicated process to explain, so we will show you how it works
on the example of paint instead of math.
To create an encryption for a private message
you and your friend first have to decide on a color.
In this example we picked yellow.
This information is made public.
Next, you both pick a color separately, but this time keep it private.
Now, you and your friend mix your private color with the public color so you both get
a new color that's different from each other.
Now, you and your friend exchange the mixed colors publicly.
Once you each mix the color you received from your friend with your private color,
you and your friend will have the same color - a key!
This takes place in real life with a mathematical process called modulus, which is just the
remainder of one number divided by the other.
Once you get the remainder of x and y, you cannot get back x nor y.
Like when you mix paint, you can't separate the two colors.
Through this process, you and your friend now have a key to lock and unlock an encrypted message.
This process is the base of how internet communications are secured today.
In a nutshell, it keeps the things you do private, online and offline.
Do you use software to protect the files on your computer or online?

Google Doodle Honors Fred Korematsu, Activist Who Fought U.S. Internment of Japanese Americans - Duration: 13:39.
Google Doodle Honors Fred Korematsu, Activist Who Fought U.S. Internment of Japanese Americans
Civil rights activist Fred Korematsu, an Oakland native who fought the government's internment of Japanese Americans during World War II, was honored by Google Doodle on Monday on what would have been his 98th birthday.
Following the bombing of Pearl Harbor, President Franklin Roosevelt signed the infamous Executive Order 9066, which forced about 115,000 American citizens of Japanese descent to live in designated military zones. The internment is now seen as an ugly moment in American history, in which fear outweighed tolerance.
Korematsu, the son of Japanese immigrants, refused to go into the government's internment camps and was arrested and convicted of breaking military law. With the help of the ACLU, Korematsu appealed in the landmark Supreme Court case of Korematsu v. United States, but in 1944 the court ruled against him. He and his family were then sent to the Central Utah War Relocation Center until the end of the war in 1945.
Korematsu's conviction was overturned in 1983 when evidence came to light that showed the FBI knew there was no serious evidence that America's Japanese population was helping the enemy. TIME wrote:
The Supreme Court precedent would still stand, but the judge who cleared Korematsu's conviction declared in her ruling that, in the words of the report of the Commission on Wartime Relocation, "Korematsu lies overruled in the court of history."
Korematsu remained an activist throughout his life, becoming a member of the National Coalition for Redress and Reparations, where he lobbied for a bill that would grant an official apology from the government and compensation of $20,000 for the Japanese Americans who were held in internment camps. In 1988, President Ronald Reagan signed the reparations legislation and redress into law.
President Bill Clinton awarded Korematsu the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1998. The medal is seen in the Google Doodle drawn by Sophie Diao, who is also a child of Asian immigrants. Korematsu's birthday, Jan. 30, is now officially recognized as Fred Korematsu Day in Hawaii, Virginia, California and Florida.

Space Archaeology: A New Frontier of Exploration | National Geographic - Duration: 2:56.
(light ethereal music)
We are the detectives of the past.
And we have to figure out what happened.
That is what is fascinating about archaeology.
Peru is super special archaeologically
because this is one of the cradles of civilization.
It's where civilization actually arose from nothing.
A little over 100 years ago, Hiram Bingham
went to Peru and relying on local knowledge
found this crumbling city in the middle of the rainforest.
At the time, he used state of the art photography equipment
to record what was there.
It was the first scientific archaeological expedition
that National Geographic funded.
And, in some ways,
it helped to launch our modern age of archaeology.
So the idea of applying new state of the art technology
to map sites in Peru feels like a natural extension
of what Hiram Bingham did over 100 years ago.
One of the dreams of archaeology has always been
to look from above.
As drones became available, five or six years ago,
archaeologists jumped at this opportunity.
Finally, we can fly above our excavations
and take a picture that reveals everything
that we have been seeing from below.
Now, if you simply go up, up, up, into space
and look down with a camera, you can at the same time
look at not one square mile, but many square miles.
And then you can focus on specific items
that you think are important.
Space archaeology is the study
and the use of satellite images
for mapping ancient archaeological features
and environmental features
by looking at different parts of the light spectrum.
We see subtle changes on the earth's surface
caused by what's buried beneath.
And what satellites help us to do
is pinpoint areas and we know to within a few meters
exactly where something is from thousands of miles away.
We're the generation with all the tools
and all the technologies to be able to map sites
and protect them.
And, using these new technologies,
we have a real chance to protect and preserve
these sites for future generations.

JONATHAN: Give it to him!
WAYNE: Come back to me.
Charles, I'm going to give you the $1,700 that's left over.
(cheers and applause)
- Thank you so much, thank you.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
WAYNE: Charles, but you can't leave yet, Charles.
- All right.
WAYNE: You can't leave.
- I will stay as long as you need me.
I'll be good this time.
WAYNE: All the time.
Now Tiffany has got a curtain.
You can take the curtain or keep your cash.

And I'm so, so grateful.

Surviving an ISIS Truck Bomb in Mosul | Battle for Iraq | FRONTLINE - Duration: 4:20.
>> NARRATOR: A local family has
agreed to let Ghaith and the
soldiers spend the night in
their house.
They are a mile back from the
front line, and feel safe.
But they're wrong.
The war is about to come to
them.
>> ABDUL-AHAD: I wake up early
in the morning.
I went outside to the street.
And I saw the soldier across
the street from me, and he
shouted, "Mufakhkhakha!
Mufakhkhakha!"
"Car bomb, car bomb!"
This is the other entrance of
the building.
>> Yes.
Get it quickly.
(gunshots)
>> NARRATOR: An ISIS truck bomb
has exploded a few feet in
front of the house where Ghaith
and the soldiers spent the
night.
The house has collapsed.
Ghaith immediately starts
filming.
He finds the soldier who warned
him.
(gunfire)
>> NARRATOR: ISIS gunmen are now
trying to pick off the soldiers,
who fire back.
>> ABDUL-AHAD: We were in the
middle of this huge scene of
carnage.
Everything is this dark, black,
grey, mixture of concrete and
burnt plastic, puddles of water,
debris, burnt Humvees.
Then the civilians start
emerging from the collapsed
houses.
>> NARRATOR: Ghaith's colleague
and producer, Josh Baker, has
dug himself out of the rubble.
He will later discover he has a
fractured spine.
(children crying)
>> NARRATOR: No soldiers have
been killed.
The civilians have borne the
brunt of the attack.
Several are feared dead under
the debris.
Those that survived are now
homeless.
(gunfire in background)
>> NARRATOR: The soldiers think
the attack was meant to kill
"Steel," Lieutenant Colonel
Munthadar.
>> ABDUL-AHAD: I think that day,
we realized the complexity of
the battle.
The civilians are still there.
This is a battle happening
between two enemies on a land
inhabited by the civilians.
No one knows how many civilians
have been killed in this battle
of Mosul, not even the
government of Iraq.

Shape / Silhouette Challenge · 30 Ways to Fill a Sketchbook - Duration: 5:10.
Alright you lot, happy Tuesday.
Today's video is somewhat of a challenge video, it's something you may have seen
before in I think one of my sketchbook tour videos, I basically fill a page with random
silhouette shapes and then challenge myself to make something out of the shapes, sometimes
I just do faces, in this case I decided to do objects as well.
So shoutout to the instagram peeps that guessed this one right from the sneak peek I posted
yesterday!
And I'm using a copic ciao marker from a greyscale set, I think the colour is C1, I'll
have all the proper info in the description.
I started out with something I thought would be relatively easy and turned my first silhouette
blob into a face.
I did a really light sketch at first just to get the ideas in place and see if it would
work and then just cracked on with a harder line.
I really liked this one, it just worked really well.
It fit the shape almost perfectly, the top of his head is a bit dodgy but I think it
gives him character.
I ended up with something more stylised than I would normally draw and I wish I could draw
like this more ofter, I find myself always accidentally putting things into the right
proportions and stuff even when I'm trying to make things exaggerated or cartoony, so
this is a great way to force yourself out of that.
Next was another relatively easy one.
I decided to turn this squarish shape into a building.
Um and I wasn't using references at al for any of these which was another part of the
challenge.
But then it goes to show the the more you draw something the more of like a mental encyclopaedia
you build up in your head because I found it quite easy to make up a nice building,
taking aspects from real buildings that I've remembered from drawing them before.
The next one took a lot of thinking to figure out what I could do with the shape.
I actually spent more time trying to come up with things than I actually did drawing
for this challenge.
I felt like this is quite a head shape but I wanted to be a bit more creative than that
and I got the idea that it could kind of be a hand in a loose fist.
So yeah, more hands to draw.
I do definitely think my hands are improving.
I actually think this tuned out to be the best hand I've ever drawn, maybe not visually
but for how easily it kind of came to me, like I felt more confident in knowing what
I was doing for this one.
Which again just shows how doing things over and over again can gradually bring improvement,
and you know, how you can't just avoid the things you're not good at.
With this one I really didn't know what to do with it and in the end I settled on
like a guys head with a weird helmet on.
This one is probably my least favourite.
And apologies if it goes off screen at any point, my camera was a bit too heavy for how
I had it positioned so it just started to like sag a little bit the longer I went on
filming.
This one was the only one I used a reference for, just to look at like the positioning
of the different craters and marks on the moon.
I don't know if it's cheating to have drawn like half a thing in this space rather
than drawing something that would be a semicircle shape.
Well it's not cheating cos I set the challenge for myself but you know what I mean.
Anyway I was happy with this idea.
I don't know if i've even drawn the moon like this before so it was fun, I thought
it was a cool idea.
And I think it turned out alright.
I think it fits on the page really nicely.
This is a great way to fill an awkward space on a page by the way.
Colour in the shape of the space and then outline it as a thing.
Okay so this is actually the last one, I'll tell you why I didn't fill in the other
space on the page in a bit.
This one took a lot of thinking as well.
Sometimes it helps to break it up into shape.
So in doing that with the sharp pointed bit of the shape, I got the idea that it could
be a bow, and the bow could be attached to a teddy bear that's like sagging, leaning
up against a wall.
This one went surprisingly well as well, for something that don't have a lot of drawing
experience with.
Now for the space next to it, I genuinely couldn't think of anything and I was racking
my brain for ages and then I thought maybe a fresh pair of eyes could help.
So rather then one fresh pair of eyes I thought you all could weigh in with some ideas, there
are so many great creative people that watch these videos and you guys have helped me so
much in the past so yeah, I'd love to hear if you can see anything in the this weird
shape.
Thanks for watching anyway, I hope you enjoyed this video and I'll see you all in the next
one.
Bye!

Vine in a Tree | Snake City - Duration: 2:20.
Nice early morning call.
Guy phones, he's got a vine snake up in a tree.
Takes me a little while to actually spot it,
they blend in so well.
It basically looks like a branch or a stick or a vine,
hence the name vine snake.
You've got him now, yeah?
Oh, you have got him now.
Passing him down.
Yeah, I've only got one glove, you got one glove on your hand.
I'm trying to I can't--
oh, oh.
OK, take her, yeah.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Got it?
Quite high up, but yeah.
It's a real bonus for us to catch this vine snake today.
We don't catch them all the time.
In a season we might catch six, maybe eight.
A beautiful specimen, and in very, very good condition.
One of their threatening stances,
he's doing it right now.
It's that flattened neck.
You see it puffing out?
Look at the throat now.
Yeah, you freaked him out.
Make himself look bigger.
Makes yourself look intimidating to somebody
else or another animal.
Fortunately though, they are quite reluctant to bite,
unless you really upset one and really mess with it
and try to hurt it or kill it, then
it will turn around and bite.
Their venom is a serious hemotoxin.
Yeah, if you are bitten by one of these,
it's blood transfusions.
So it's hospital, and they'll dilute your blood
until you come right.
Should I get you a pillowcase?
Yeah, do you want to get me a pillowcase?
Yeah, I'll go and get one.
Down.
Cool.
Brilliant, thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
Thank you, well done, thanks.
Cheers.
I think we should release this snake straight away
before another call comes in.
You know, it's always fun catching snakes,
although it can be dangerous.
The best part is actually releasing them knowing
that you've taken them away from that dangerous area
where it could have been harmed or it could have hurt someone.
And now we're going to put them where there isn't any one.
This is perfect.
Beautiful.
It's stunning.
It's far enough away.
I'm gonna put it in this tree.
There you go, little fella.
Stunning.
Definitely one of my favorites.
Shall we go?
Let's get back.
Cool.
Come on, then.

I'm late, for a very important date no time to say hello goodbye.
I'm late, i'm late, I'm late.
In the face of overwhelming odds I'm left with only one option.

Lucifer Has A Plan To Save Chloe | Season 2 Ep. 13 | LUCIFER - Duration: 1:16.
The plan is simple.
You kill me.
I go down to hell, interrogate the professor, get the formula
and then you bring me back.
Well, come on.
Who's in?
This is a terrible idea.
I absolutely forbid it.
I hate to agree with her highness, but she's right.
You'd be on your own.
We both know I can't go down with you.
Well, I went down and came back once before.
It wasn't a problem.
That's because father brought you back.
And you didn't go through any of the doors.
Once you do, you could be trapped forever.
Well, that won't happen, will it?
I'm the lord of hell, for crying out loud.
You were the lord of hell.
You've been away quite a long time.
You can't be certain that this will work.
What do you think?
[music playing]
I think that I followed about half of that.

Amenadiel told me about your detective.
I'm sorry, son.

I'd have to tell her how monumentally
screwed she is or-- or lie.
And we both know I can't do that.
Well, if it's any consolation, you of all people should
knows that the man that this is right where
he belongs, suffering in hell.
You're right.
That's it.
Well, I'm glad I was able to comfort you.
No, no, mum.
You figured it out, how I'm going to save the detective.
I'm not sure I understand.
I'm going to pop down to hell and have
a chat with the professor.
What?
How?
Well, it's simple.
All I need to do is die.

The Costume Fitting with Calum Worthy | How a Show Becomes a Show | Episode 2 - Duration: 2:26.
I'm Calum Worthy.
This is How a Show Becomes a Show, where
I take you step by step through how a show actually gets made.
Here we go.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
In "Lost Generation," I play a character named Phil,
a very flamboyant, outgoing, wild kind of guy,
and I've got to say, I think I take the prize for the best
costumes in the show.
Or should I say, this woman, Emmaline,
the assistant wardrobe master and the entire wardrobe
department deserves that prize.
Great costumes are so important to the success of any show,
especially for the actors.
Today, Craig's here to try on all of his costumes.
You see what your character is going to be in your head,
and you kind of fantasize about doing the actual shooting.
You get to try on the clothes and you really
start to feel like your character.
It's the final piece that puts the puzzle together before you
actually start shooting.
But the wardrobe department's work begins well
before the actors arrive.
Early on, the costume designer reads the script
and meets with the director.
Together, they determine a general look and feel
for the show.
They gather a whole bunch of looks to choose from,
and at that point, us actors come in,
and we try on a ton of stuff.
They take pictures and compile them
into a computer to later determine
what works, what doesn't, and ultimately
what ends up in the show.
And hey, here are my looks.
I bet you can tell which one's my favorite.
Do I look like Phil?
You are Phil.
Phil.
Amazing dancer.
That's right.
When it came time to shoot, this one really
helped me get into character.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
So as you can see, a lot goes into the costuming
of a show like this, and I could go on forever.
But don't you kind of just want to watch me dance again?

Superbowl Monday holiday? * Drunk pulls himself over! * Rent a room at Graceland! * & MORE! #DDWN - Duration: 5:05.
I'm Darren Marlar from DailyDoseOfWeirdNews.com, and this is your Daily Dose of Weird News!
They got a strange way of saying "thank you" in China.
A guy was hospitalized after his friend beat him up.
The friend was mad because the guy denied him the honor of paying a restaurant bill.
***Hey buddy, relocate to America and honor you every day of the week!
In Germany, police were conducting a spot check, looking for drunk drivers.
They had pulled over one car and were talking to the driver when another car pulled up.
Thinking perhaps there was a problem, he stopped and asked the officer if there was anything
he could do to help.
And in a way, he did help.
Turns out the man was drunk and had just pulled himself over.
Yawning is a surprising way to keep your brain
in top form.
When you inhale deeply, you exchange warm air with cooler ambient air which is good,
since the brain operates most efficiently when it is cool.
If you feel a yawn coming on, do not suppress it: your thinker may need to let off some
steam.
***So my boring you with my show, causing you to yawn, is good for your health – so
keep listening!
Good news!
Scientists report that they have been successful in making milk chocolate as healthy as dark
chocolate.
***Bad news – M&Ms now require a prescription.
Elvis Presley once sang about a "Heartbreak
Hotel," but he couldn't have known that one day visitors would be able to stay at the
Guest House at Graceland.
The 450-room hotel, which opened to the public last week for the first time, is a resort
right near Elvis' iconic and famously stylish home.
There are 20 Elvis-themed suites, including the King Suite, done up in red, black and
gold and featuring a TV set on the ceiling above the bed, just like at Graceland.
***Knowing how Elvis died, I'd be terrified to use the room's bathroom.
One third of Americans say they have wandered in their sleep, reports a study in the journal
Neurology.
Scientists are not sure exactly what causes sleepwalking, but stress, insomnia, alcohol,
and antidepressants have been linked to roaming.
Most sleepwalkers leave clues to their jaunts: displaced furniture, missing leftovers from
the fridge, and filthy feet from venturing outside.
If you notice any of these signs, talk to your doctor, says study author Maurice Ohayon,
M.D., Ph.D., of Stanford University.
One remedy he recommends: Attach a bell to your bedroom door that will stir you from
your slumber.
***Well… this might explain the cookie crumbs on my pajamas.
For the first time an American team has won
the gold medal in the culinary Olympics held in France.
[Do you have any idea how difficult it is to balance a full tray of food while sticking
a dismount?]
Before the inauguration, Donald Trump boasted
that Washington DC dress shops were sold out of dresses because there was such a high demand.
That claim was quickly proven untrue.
So untrue that Signature Dresses of Georgetown is now holding a sale of all its leftover
dresses.
Owner Gilda Mizrahi says she ordered 200 extra dresses in anticipation of the event and is
now selling them at a discount because "more than half are still here."
***The Trump Administration is already calling the report a lie, claiming it's fake news,
and again insisting more people showed up to the inauguration than was reported which
has nothing to do with the dresses specifically but any chance to bring it up again is going
to be taken.
The only problem with the Super Bowl is that after a long night of watching the big game
with friends and family, it's tough to get up and go to work the next day.
So the fine folks at Heinz are looking to change that.
Employees of the ketchup giant just found out they'll be getting the Monday after the
Super Bowl off and Heinz is asking the rest of America to do the same!
In a video touting their "Smunday" campaign, Heinz asks Americans to get behind the idea
and make the Monday after the Super Bowl a national holiday.
They've even created an online petition and say if they get 100,000 signatures they will
send it to Congress.
(What do you think?
Should the Monday after the Super Bowl be a national holiday?
What do you think of calling it Smunday?
Let me know in the comments!)

What goes into making an early dismissal call? - Duration: 1:46.
WE'VE GOT A LITTLE SNOW
HEADED OUR WAY TOMORROW...AND
THE TIMING... MAKES IT TRICKY
FOR SCHOOLS.MAKING THE CALL
FOR AN "EARLY DISMISSAL"...IS
ALWAYS A NAIL-BITER FOR
ADMINISTRATORS.NEWS 8
METEOROLOGIST SAM KANTROW HAS
MORE ON THE DECISION-MAKING
PROCESS.
YOUR CHILD IS THE MOST
PRECIOUS CARGO YOU HAVE SO
SCHOOL SYSTEMS THINK VERY
CLOSELY AND CAREFULLY WHEN
MAKING THE DECISION TO LET
KIDS OUT OF SCHOOL EARLY
BECAUSE OF ROUGH WEATHER. SO
WHAT IS THE PROCESS THAT THEY
GO THROUGH TO ENSURE YOUR
CHILD IS SAFE BUT STILL GETS
THAT 180 DAYS? LET'S FIND OUT.
WELL BEING A NEW ENGLAND
SCHOOL DISTRICT, WE ALWAYS
HAVE TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE
WEATHER AND OUR MAIN CONCERN
IS SAFETY.THIS IS WILL CLARK,
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF THE
NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ED. HE'S
PART OF THE BIG GROUP OF
PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING
THE CALL ON DELAYED OPENINGS,
EARLY DISMISSALS, OR SCHOOL
CANCELATIONS. THAT GROUP
REQUIRES A LOT OF COORDINATION.
FACILITIES DEPARTMENT, OUR
PARTNERS, PUBLIC WORKS, THE
BUS COMPANY, OUR EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS CENTER, AND
CERTAINLY OUR FRIENDS IN THE
MEDIA.FROM PHONE CALLS AND
EMAILS, TO ALERTING THE
PUBLIC, A LOT NEEDS TO BE
CONCIDERED BEFORE MAKING THAT
CALL. FOLKS HAVE PLANS, WORK,
OBLIGATIONS AND SO FORTH SO WE
HAVE TO BALANCE THOSE THINGS
AS BEST WE CAN.ULTIMATELY IT'S
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS
WHO MAKES THE FINAL CALL, BUT
THAT DECISION DOES HAVE A LOT
OF IMPLICATIONS!IF YOU CALL
TOO EARLY AND IT DOESN'T SNOW,
PEOPLE CAN BE UPSET. IF YOU
CALL TO EARLY PEOPLE CAN BE
UPSET. IF YOU CALL TOO LATE,
AND YOU'RE IN A SITUATION
WHERE IT STARTS TO SNOW IT CAN
BE A PROBLEM. SO YOU WORK WITH
THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE AND
YOU DO YOUR BEST TO MANAGE
THAT.SO WHAT IS THE LIKELIHOOD
THAT KIDS WILL HAVE AN EARLY
DISMISSAL ON TUESDAY? WELL
BASED ON THE LATEST FORECAST
MODELS IT LOOKS LIKE THAT'S
RELATIVELY LIKELY SO MAKE SURE
YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN JUST IN
CASE THE KIDS DO GET OUT OF
SCHOOL EARLY. IN NEW HAVEN,
I'M METEOROLOGIST SAM KANTROW,
