The guys behind me are my training buddies.
Before we start with this training I will show you a short recap of it…
We're done with the triceps ;)
I'll explain how this works. Whoever does the exercise adds the number of reps he did to the total number.
For example, the first guy did 10 reps, the guy after him did 35 reps, that makes a total of 45 reps and so on…
I'll guide you through the exercises.
We were doing 10 different exercises, a total of 1.000 reps for every exercise.
This makes 10.000 reps to celebrate the 10.000 followers on my Instagram account. The exercises are :
1) bench press, 2) biceps curl, 3) deadlift, 4) triceps extension,
5) pull-ups, 6) toe touches, 7) dumbbell fly, 8) lounges…
We are almost done with the training…

This was just a short recap. I will explain the whole thing now.
Today we are doing these 10.000 reps because I just hit 10.000th follower on my Instagram account.
Nine of us will complete all 10.000 reps across 10 exercises.
The first exercise is lounge (front or back lounge depending on personal preference)
with two 20 kg (44 lbs) dumbbells.
The second exercise is pull-ups, the basic variation with as little unnecessary motion as possible.
The third exercise is toe touches for training our abs. We've covered all muscle groups in this training.
The fourth exercise is sprawl, it goes like this…
Next we have jumping on plyo box.
The sixth exercise is triceps extension with 25 kg (55 lbs) dumbbell.
What else…
The seventh exercise is deadlift with 80 kg (176 lbs) (the 20 kg (44 lbs) trap bar, two 20 kg plates and two 10 kg plates).
Here we have dumbbell flys for our shoulders.
The ninth exercise is bench press with 70 kg (154 lbs).
We set up 2 identical benches (weight-wise) of 70 kg (154 lbs) so that 2 guys can do this exercise at the same time.
And the last exercise is hammer curls. 2x17.5 kg ( 2x 38lbs )
How will we keep track of rep count? We put these tables next to all exercises.
We will do 1.000 reps on each of the 10 exercises. That's all.
Feel free to watch but keep in mind this training will be a long one. I hope we will make it… Let's go!
