Youtube daily so Aug 29 2018

Do you ever get frustrated because even though you believe that you can actually create your

own reality, and you've even had some success with it, the thing you want THE MOST, is just

taking its sweet old time!?

Well, then today's video is for you.

We're going to be talking about time, and why the more important and significant something

is for you, the longer it seems to take.

So, stay tuned.

So, there you are.

You have your one big desire, the thing that's been driving you forward for years, the thing

that maybe even motivated you to start searching for "alternative" information such as

reality creation and the law of attraction.

You want this thing SOOOO much!

The idea of possibly never getting it causes you physical pain.

Life isn't really worth living if you don't get this thing.

And no matter how hard you try, you can't seem to stop NEEDING this thing, even though

you KNOW it messes up your ability to attract it.

But, you're doing your best to line up your energy.

You're aware of your neediness, and you're working through it.

You keep shifting and releasing belief after belief.

Or, you might have already shifted every belief you can find.

Your energy is totally aligned, you feel good, there's no more need, and… nada.

Your manifestation just won't show up.

Oh sure, you've seen some improvements.

But the big Kahuna isn't here.

And it's not on the horizon.

What the hell is going on?

If you line up your energy, you're supposed to be "rewarded" with a manifestation,

right?

You did the work.

Where's the payoff?

Is the Universe just denying you your biggest dream, because it doesn't like you?

Did you do it wrong?

Are you being punished?

No, no, and no.

No one's punishing you.

Remember that the Universe isn't a person.

It's more like a computer.

It truly doesn't judge you or your desires.

Think about it.

You can write the smuttiest, dirtiest, filthiest letter on your laptop, and it won't once

chastise you for your degenerate ways.

It wouldn't even occur to the laptop, because the laptop is not a sentient being with opinions.

It's a machine.

And so is the Universe, although the technology is just a teensy bit more advanced.

So, it's not the Universe denying you your holy grail of manifestations.

And yes, you might still have some resistance left.

If you focus on what you want and stuff starts to come up, you'll need to clear that.

I've talked a lot about that in other videos, so we're not going to cover the basics here.

This video is for those of you who've been doing all of that, and still aren't getting

what you want.

So, I'm going to assume that you feel pretty damn good when you focus on your desire, and

that you've been clearing your resistance, such as fears that you might not deserve that

thing, or that something bad will happen if you get it.

If you haven't done that and you're not sure what I'm talking about, I'm going

to link to all of my blog posts and videos on releasing resistance below, so you can

check those out, as well.

But, for the purposes of this video, you've been releasing like a champ!

And… no joy.

Now what?

And why is this happening?

Allow me to break that unbelievably frustrating shit down for you.

So, first of all, you'll have realized that no matter how dedicated you are to this work,

every once in a while, you're going to notice that you STILL haven't received what you

want, and you're going to throw a tantrum.

The more savvy among you are going to immediately recognize that the fact that you're throwing

a tantrum means that there's still a part of you that NEEDS this to happen.

In other words, you can't fully feel the way you want to feel until you have this thing.

Maybe you no longer NEED it to survive, but you feel that you NEED it to be happy.

Or maybe you NEED it in order to fully believe that you can, truly, create your reality.

If you've been working on something for a long time, you maybe NEED that thing to

manifest just to justify all that time and effort.

It might just be the principle.

Whatever the case, if you're throwing a tantrum, you've got a NEED.

And then, you might be tempted to shut that shit down and try to analyze that need.

And I would suggest you do something else.

In fact, I would suggest that you throw a MASSIVE tantrum.

Even if you've thrown tantrums before, just REALLY go for it.

Be childish.

Be ugly.

Wail and scream and cry, if you have to.

Keeping in mind that a tantrum doesn't have to be expressed with that much volatility.

You can throw an inward tantrum, as well.

Whatever works for you.

But whatever your style and whatever the situation calls for, really give in to it.

Totally surrender to it.

Feel sorry for yourself.

Get angry at the Universe, at God, even at me.

Anyone but yourself, of course, if you remember the 3 rules of a successful anger release,

which are 1.)

do it by yourself so you or others won't shut you down with guilt, 2.)

don't censor anything that comes out; think of it like taking a big, ugly, emotional poo.

And 3.) you can get angry at anyone, or anything, EXCEPT yourself.

That turns the energy back on itself and then it can't release.

I'll link to my videos and blog posts on anger below, as well, if you want more education.

One of the things that may well have been holding you back a little, could be that you

haven't quite allowed yourself to FULLY let out your frustration, to FULLY throw your

tantrum, whatever that means for you.

There may well be some unexplored, unreleased pain in there that you haven't admitted

to.

Your tantrums will help you let that out.

So, releasing energy is like a detox, and releasing anger is like taking a poop.

If you've ever physically detoxed, you'll know that there's a lot of pooping.

Don't analyze it, don't dissect it (ew!); just let it go.

It'll make a world of difference.

And yes, this will clear the issue that's causing the tantrum in the first place.

Another thing that trips so many people up when they're going for their BIG HOLY GRAIL

manifestation is that they don't understand that it's not JUST about releasing resistance.

Now, I know that we spend a ton of time talking about resistance, and it can make it seem

like that's the only thing we need to do.

But, I'm sorry to tell you, it's not.

It's just the part that's the most work.

And it's an integral and necessary part of the process, so we do have to bang on and

on about it.

There is, however, more.

You see, in order for you to manifest what you want, you have to become the version of

yourself that lives in that reality.

Now, you'll probably understand part of what that means for you.

As you envision what you want, and see yourself having it, you get into the feeling of how

it will feel to have it.

You begin to see yourself differently to at least some degree.

But you may not have any idea just how different you might be, or exactly in what ways.

So, there's a process of discovery, and that takes a bit of time.

For example, you might want to be rich.

And you've realized that as a rich person, you won't be afraid of bills anymore.

You won't worry about money.

And you always know there's more coming in.

And… you work on those things.

You might have some fears to clear (aside for things like unworthiness and the like),

such as fears that you might not know how to handle a lot of money, how to invest it,

what to do with it, etc.

You might actually find yourself hating the IRS more than ever before, because you'll

have to cut really big checks to them.

And of course, you'll want to work on those things, as well.

But you also need to level up.

You need to expand your view of money, not just shift it to a more positive place.

You need to allow yourself, through this process of discovery, to see money not just in a way

that feels better, but in a way that you may have never even known about before.

You need to allow yourself to discover a completely different point of view.

These are going to be things that are well outside of your ability to imagine, so you

have to let them come in incrementally, at exactly the pace that you can accept and integrate.

So, just as an example, if you want to be super rich, you may have not considered that

you'd better get real comfortable with having staff in your home.

You might have housekeeping staff, and a cook, a gardener, a pool boy, a personal assistant,

or one or any combination of those.

If you didn't grow up with staff, you may not be at all comfortable with people serving

you - especially in your own home.

This would be an example of something you hadn't considered, but which definitely

plays into a really wealthy abundance vibe.

Because I promise you, if you make $100 million a year, you're not going to be scrubbing

your own toilet.

Unless that's your thing, in which case, no judgment.

A lot of the time that passes as we wait for our BIG Manifestation is about us becoming

the version of ourselves that has that.

In fact, that's what takes the most time.

Everything else can be pulled together pretty quickly by the Universe, but we're the stubborn

ones.

Always.

So, throw every tantrum you want, and also trust that you are in the process of becoming

a better version of yourself, one that you can't yet fully grasp or see, but which

does match what you want.

The better you become at allowing that to happen, the easier and faster it will be.

And finally, I want to talk about the joy of incremental change, and how we've basically

been trained to hate and fear it.

I know I talk about the education system a lot, but there's a reason.

Now, before I get on my soap box again, I want to make it clear that I'm not bagging

on teachers.

I know that many, many teachers are just as frustrated by the education system as the

rest of us.

My beef is with the system.

And the way I see it, the Education system actually destroys our love of learning, and

instills in us a deep fear of incremental change.

Here's how: Most of our schools don't really teach.

They reward people for being naturally good at something, and punish those who aren't.

When I was at school, I was naturally good at the academic fields, especially Math and

English.

These things came easily to me, and I couldn't understand why some kids struggled.

But my least favorite topic was P.E., which is physical education.

Because it was just an exercise, if you pardon the pun, in torture and humiliation and basically

taught us to hate exercise.

Which most adults still do.

Years later, I realized a few things: 1.)

The kids who were naturally athletic loved P.E., because they were already good at it.

So, they got the A's, while the rest of us were graded on our lack of natural ability.

2.)

Those same kids felt just as tortured and humiliated in Math and English as I did in

P.E. 3.)

No one was really ever taught how to do Math or taught how to exercise.

You either "got it" or you didn't.

I realized this when, and I was well into my adulthood by then, I was trying to climb

down from a big rock while hiking with friends, and I couldn't do it.

I couldn't figure it out.

That kind of thing doesn't come naturally to me.

But when a friend came to my rescue and simply showed me how to do it, it clicked for me

and I climbed down easily.

I simply didn't know HOW, and no one had ever shown me how.

No one showed me how throw or catch a ball; how to actually run properly so you don't

hurt yourself; how to move your body joyfully.

I was expected to already have those skills, or, well, I just wasn't good at that.

And that's the point.

We expect ourselves to be good at everything right away, or we drop it.

Or, perhaps, we push forward begrudgingly, but we certainly don't enjoy it.

We've forgotten how amazing and fun it can be to suck at something and then get better

at it over time.

We've forgotten that we can actually love this learning process, this becoming process.

Because we were shamed heavily for not getting it immediately right, and already knowing

exactly how to do something.

And yet, we're always in the process of becoming.

Even the things we're good at, we've only become REALLY good at by getting better over

time.

Incrementally.

We practice, we try stuff out, we experiment, and we pay attention to what works.

It may be more subtle when we already have a natural talent, but the process is the same.

So, let's give up on the idea that everything has to happen right this second.

That we are either immediately a star at something, or we're crap.

Let's focus on our progress and celebrate it the same as we would getting the BIG manifestation.

Let's look for improvements instead of perfection or doneness.

How about we stop being the annoying dick in the backseat yelling "Are we there yet?!

Are we there yet?!" over and over again, and just enjoy the ride, trusting that we

are on our way and that we will get there?

Because we always do.

Eventually.

And I know that at least some of you are sitting there right now wondering how I can sound

so confident about this, when my BIG manifestation, my weight, hasn't been resolved.

Well, it might be hard to tell on camera, because I mostly shoot from the shoulders

up, but it is actually resolving.

As of the shooting of this video, 70 pounds have simply melted away.

And what's even more exciting is that it's happening exactly as I always wanted it to

and knew it could – through no torture and no effort on my part.

There's no diet, no exercise, no deprivation, no anything.

The fat just continues to melt away to the tune of about 3 pounds a week.

And yes, I know that doesn't sound healthy, but I've given up on those arbitrary definitions.

My body knows exactly how to do this, and it's in charge now.

And yes, I will make a video on this subject, I promise, I'm just waiting for the inspiration.

But I couldn't not tell you.

I mean….

Speaking of announcements…

I hope this video gave you some useful information on what to do if you're getting really impatient

about your big manifestation.

But, I've got another big announcement for you, and that is that after launching Reality

Academy, which is a super down the rabbit hole, advanced energy shifting course, it

became really clear to me that what people also really needed was a foundational course.

A framework that covered all those things we tend to forget and which I have to remind

even my most advanced clients (and myself) of over and over again.

You know, those foundational principles that, if you don't understand them, can sabotage

your chances of manifesting deliberately.

And of course, if you do understand them, it will mean that your success comes easily

and nearly effortlessly.

This is the stuff that I haven't seen taught in any other LOA courses, the stuff they keep

leaving out, which frustrates me to no end.

And, of course, as with everything I teach, the information is finally going to make some

freaking sense.

And so, over the last few weeks I've been putting together a new program called LOA

Academy, which we'll be opening enrollment on in the next couple of weeks.

I can't tell you how excited I am about this, and if you are too, and if you'd like

to know more and be among the first to get notified about the program, what's covered

and how it's going to change your freaking life, then click on the link below and sign

up for the wait list.

Since this will be the first time we launch the program, I'm going to be adding in all

kinds of special goodies, so if there's even a chance you might want to take a look

at the class, then click on the link and sign up.

And, in the meantime, I want to send you all smooshy, smooshy hugs (I'm a hugger.

Just let it happen), and thank you for bringing your light to the world.

And So I Go - vocals by Meggs Meggs - Duration: 3:37.

In every heart there is a room

A sanctuary safe and strong

That can be filled with sorrows past

And then a new one comes along

I spoke to Him in cautious tones

He answered me with no pretense

I'm sorry that I took so long

My silence was my self defense

It seems like when I've held a rose

I only ever felt the thorns

And so it goes and so I go

to Him from whom all blessings flow

And if my silence made me leave

Then that would be my worst mistake

So I will fill this room with Him

And He can heal this heart that breaks

How oft I cry inside for help

and cannot see my way through things

And so it goes and so I go

for He's the only one who knows

So I will stay most brave and true

because it is my choice to make

and you can make decisions too

to let Him heal your heart that breaks

And so it goes

and so I go

to Him from whom all blessings flow

3 TRUTHS That Make Manifestation SO MUCH EASIER (Law of Attraction SECRET) - Duration: 19:38.

In this video, I'm going to be sharing with you three things that make the manifestation

process so much easier and how you can easily apply it in your life.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.

Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you those three ideas that can totally transform

your life and help make the process so much easier when it comes to you achieving your

goals or creating what you want in your life.

Now, a lot of the teachings that I've had when it comes to the law of attraction since

the last year or two years that I've been on youtube and what I'd been learning myself,

it's kind of in a way gotten gone deeper.

It's evolved in a way to where I look more to the metaphysics, understanding different

things about reality in general and how that applies to what we experience.

Now, there are certain old ways of looking at the law of attraction.

Just ways that many people have been looking at it for a long time and some of them are

a little bit outdated.

Now.

The first one has to do with this presumption that what we want to create, our life doesn't

already exist, so what we do is in the present moment right now, we go ourselves and we focus

on, since we're here, getting over here and experiencing whatever it is over here, but

the insistence that we are here and we want to be over here creates resistance and it's

almost like we're doing more than we have to.

Now.

This is a common scene in the law of attraction.

Create your own reality.

It's something that gets thrown around a lot, so I say a lot as well.

However, it's actually not very accurate.

The truth is we don't have to create our own reality because that reality already exists

at a certain frequency.

That's why the first one is understanding parallel realities.

Everything we can possibly imagine exists right now in the present moment.

It is simply vibrating at a different frequency, so the key is to embody that version of us.

Now, because this is about resonance, but you see, we don't resonate with things that

we want to experience.

When we are emphasizing that we don't currently have that which we want to experience, so

if we're here maybe without the girlfriend or boyfriend and we're saying we really, really

want it, then what happens is we're saying we don't currently have it.

We have to create it in our lives, but it see from a different point of view, it already

exists, so it's about embodying the resonance of that reality.

Now, how can you more easily apply this in your life?

First off, be aware that the only moment that exists is this moment right now.

Everything else is a different parallel reality that is simply vibrating at a different frequency,

so because everything exists here and now we can begin to tap into that version of us

and how we'd be acting, feeling, and what we'd be doing and as we embody the thoughts,

feelings, emotions, and actions of that version of us, we then start to create that in our

life.

But remember, we don't create.

It already exists.

We just simply perceive of it.

It's like when you look at a TV station or you look at a television set, there's different

channels which are different frequencies.

They all exist right now.

They're just tuned to different frequencies.

If you tune your dial to a certain frequency, you get a certain station, but they all exist

right now.

We don't have to create them.

We just have to tune into them in the same way.

When it comes to the manifestation process, when you let this soak in, this whole understanding

of parallel realities, it makes the process so much easier because you don't have to try

so hard.

You don't even have to create your own reality.

It's more about choosing it and knowing that you are already whole and complete and knowing

that it exists right now.

We've never experienced the past because when it was the past, it was this moment right

now just from a different point of view, a different parallel reality.

You see, we have memory so we can tie all these parallel realities together in a linear

type fashion, but it doesn't take away from understanding.

They all exist right now.

Everything exists right now.

We will never get to the future because the future is an idea in our brain, the past as

an idea in our brain, because when it was the past, it was this moment right now and

when it will be the future, it will be this moment right now.

It's just we can use our imagination or our memory to project ourselves in either direction.

However, what we can begin to do is use it as a tool because we can begin to embody in

imagine the best version of us right now.

If you can even think of the best version of you, how you'd be acting, feeling what

you'd be doing, then it already exists at a certain frequency.

So we use our imagination to tap into this version of us which already exists and as

we tap into this version of us, that's where everything begins to change.

You see, anything you want you can have do, be experienced in your life.

It's about embodying that version of you because the self image is what creates our life experience.

Our self image is something we will always do our best to remain consistent to, but we

get locked into a certain self image of who we were in the past of something that happened

where subconsciously in a moment we decided this is who I am and therefore we create that

experience over and over and over again, but we don't have to.

Instead, what we can do is have the awareness of this, have the awareness that there's an

infinite number of parallel realities that exist.

We can simply choose and decide that this is who we are now and as we do that, we start

to create the reflection in our life of that everything in our life is a reflection of

what we believe to be true will always get the parallel reality in reflection to our

state of being into who we are being.

That's how we shift and the truth is is we're constantly shifting.

We don't even have to try to shift.

We don't have to learn to shift to a parallel reality because it happens because that's

what movement is.

Time is the movement through different parallel realities.

As I go like this, right now, I'm shifting through different parallel realities.

Any little minute change is a totally separate parallel reality, just like at a film strip,

far to stretch out a film strip, we could break out the individual frames.

Some may look very similar, but they're completely individual frames.

These are all infinite parallel realities that exist.

This blows some people's minds because when we think of infinity, it really expands our

scope of perception, but the truth is this is so much easier than we probably thought.

Now, the second thing that makes the manifestations so much easier, the whole process is understanding

that you can feel any emotion that you want right now, in the present moment.

You can.

You could feel any emotion you want on cue when you condition yourself.

Now, here's what we normally do.

Here's what I used to do when I achieve xY, , z.

Then I will feel happy.

I remember in the beginning of the youtube of being on youtube as like when I had a 100,000

subs, then I can feel happy than 100,000 subs come out around and I was.

Of course, feeling happy, I'm excited to make videos in general, but it wasn't as euphoric,

blissful feeling that all of a sudden wants to hit 100,000.

It's just like so much, so much astatic happiness.

It was a cool feeling.

Some I felt grateful for.

I'm grateful to do what I love for a living, but we blow things up in our mind thinking

it's going to be this certain way only to be let down because the external isn't what

really makes us happy.

It's the internal.

So this is about understanding how our brain works, how our mind works and how our emotions

work.

So normally what we'll do is we'll be in a certain place and we'll say, it's almost like

we tell our dopamine and serotonin receptors.

We say, Hey, don't release positive emotion.

Don't feel good because you haven't done this yet, but when you do this, then I wrote rewards

you and let you feel that positive emotion.

So I'm going to work really hard.

I'm going to do this with youtube.

Uh, make, get, grow the channel and then you get there.

And then it's like, okay, receptors and Serotonin, dopamine, now you can release positive emotion.

Yay, you did it.

So that's Kinda how the brain works is then we then we give ourselves permission.

But that's a funny idea.

Why do we have to wait to feel the emotion?

It's a choice.

It's a decision.

It's the meaning we give it.

Is it inherently built in reality itself that when somebody reaches a hundred thousand,

200,000, a million subscribers on youtube, that they're going to release all of this

emotion?

It's not built in.

It's only the meaning we give it.

There are people that can be happy with a thousand subscribers on youtube because that's

still a lot of people and they can be happy and ecstatic and they give themselves permission

at that benchmark.

But what's the difference?

The difference is is certain people, certain benchmarks in their minds, certain rules as

to when they can be happy, and unless all of those rules checking the place, then they

say, oh, can't be happy yet.

So what we can begin to do is understand that we can give ourselves permission to feel happy

right now in the present moment, and that by feeling happy right now in the present

moment, everything begins to change.

You see, we all normally have it backwards.

We say, when I see it, then I believe it.

When I experience it, then I'll be happy.

It's actually the other way around.

When we are happy, first and foremost, we resonate with that parallel reality like we're

talking about in the first one, and then we're more likely to experience.

So first off, we must embody the emotions and we bought it the emotion by giving ourselves

permission to feel that right now in the present moment, how do you change your emotion?

Change your focus and change the meaning.

You give situations.

You can give positive meaning too many different things.

They have woke up today, I get another day to be on this earth plane.

I'm already winning.

And you focus on that perspective.

You're going to feel more grateful than if you're like, oh, I haven't done x, Y, Z, one

through 10 on my checklist.

Dad, I can't be happy, but if you are happier, you'd get everything done on your checklist

quicker, easier, more smoothly.

So this is about understanding the emotions, because here's a formula, an added bonus in

this video.

I wasn't going to share it, but now I will share, and it's understanding this formula.

It's very simple.

Increased intention, which means increased focus, increased, uh, outlook on the outcome,

the parallel reality plus elevated emotion equals manifestation.

These two things right here, elevated emotion, and you can give yourself permission to feel

the elevated emotion by just choosing to.

It can be that simple.

Just choose, we choose our choices.

There's a lot of people may have a little bit of resistance to thinking, oh, I don't

choose my emotions.

They just happen to be.

Well, it depends on what perspective you're in.

If you're in the reactive mind, everything's happening in the ego mind, then it will feel

that way, but you can observe your thoughts, you can observe your emotions and then you

can choose them from a state of awareness.

There's always these perspectives, this is happening to me, these are the thoughts I'm

having.

And then the observation of the thoughts I'm having, that space is where all the power

is.

That will make the manifestation process so much easier to go straight to the emotion.

Feel the emotion now knowing you can give yourself permission right now in the present

moment.

The third part of the manifestation process that'll make it so much easier if you apply,

is simply letting go mixed with following your passion.

Now what do I mean by this?

It's about resonance and normally what we do is we think that this is where we are,

but we want to pile on a new idea and achieve more.

The key is actually knowing that our natural vibration, who we really are, is naturally

high vibration, high vibration level of consciousness.

That is who we are, so it's not so much we have to pile on a new idea, have an epiphany,

have even a spiritual awakening.

It's more so we just have to let go of what no longer serves.

You see a lot of people go through a spiritual awakening because they see there's so much

pressure in their life, a lot of pain.

They went through that.

Then that pressure has them then let go of everything and as they let go of everything,

they start to shoot up and have this spiritual awakening experience and people look at them

and go to hell's going on with that person.

They're crazy.

It's kind of what happens, but they're going through a spiritual awakening, but the key

is understanding, letting go.

This is more about letting go because if you focus more on your vibration, things will

manifest easier, but normally we're focused on the side effects of those manifestations

were going out saying, I want the car, I want the money.

I want this.

That's a side effect of you doing what you love.

Money is a side effect.

Money isn't the end result or the end all be all because money is the meaning.

We give it paper, it's paper, but we give it meaning in society.

The meaning is what we as a society give it.

Maybe yes, that paper can buy us.

Nice, cool stuff, but it's about being aware that that's a side effect of you doing what

you love and the heart can connect to money.

The head connects to the money.

The heart can't connect to money.

The heart connects to passion.

It's a focus on the vibration of what you love doing and then let go of what doesn't

serve so by you letting go of fear, negative beliefs about money, all of these different

things that don't serve you.

You're going to let go of these negative emotions.

You're going to naturally raise your vibration and then attract everything that you want

in your life,

but that's why this is more about being aware of what you can let go of observing thoughts

not reacting to that ego perspective I was talking about.

There's always those two perspectives right now.

You can observe your thoughts.

You can be thinking, how much longer is this video gonna be?

You'd be thinking many different thoughts, but then there's also a perspective where

you could observe the thought that says, how much longer is this video going to be?

And as you observe it, you can do an observation space, and in that space everything changes.

You start to then choose what you want to experience.

So it's about letting go, letting go of the thoughts, letting go of the beliefs, letting

go of the repetitive patterns, letting go.

And then knowing this little caveat to follow your passion, follow your passion.

The feeling of passion in your life is your body's translation that is telling you, this

is who you are and this is what you're meant to be doing.

So the more you follow your passion, the more you are going to be living who you really

are.

And as you let go of everything you are not, you will naturally raise your vibration and

track things easier than other.

The feeling of passion is what you could say, your higher selves way of communicating with

you, letting you know that you are on the right path and you could just follow that.

And every mini might say, I don't know.

My overarching passion doesn't have to be an overarching passion that you do the rest

of your life.

But what it could be is you follow your passion and the moment you say, I'm going to do what

I'm passionate about in a moment.

I want to read this type of book.

I'm interested in this kind of subject.

I'm going to read it.

I'm.

I feel like it can be an excitement passion.

Does it have to be this overarching hair on fire type excitement?

It could be simply walking out to grass,

walking barefoot and being in nature for 10, 15 minutes and then say, what do I want to

do now?

I want to go eat something.

Okay?

So then you come in, you eat, and you go through this, these steps, and you follow your passion.

And as you do that, you lead yourself to the next best thing.

So the next best thing to the next by saying that in a way is like a carrot on a stick

that is kind of Bob and you along.

And it will lead you to eventually being where you need to be when you need to be there.

So you see these three ideas I'm sharing with you right now can totally transform your life

and you begin to apply them because it is more so rooted in the way reality works rather

than just the side effects of how things work and the more we focus on this, the easier

it becomes for us to really embody who we are meant to be in our life and the process

of manifestation is not something we have to learn to do or trying to do.

It's always happening.

We're always manifesting something.

It's just what are we manifesting?

Can we be more aware of how let go?

How do we allow in more?

That's where the true key really is.

So remember, there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist.

You were constantly shifting through them and every moment you don't have to create

your own reality.

It already exists is simply about imagined.

That version of you, how you'd be thinking, acting and feeling and body and those things.

And then as you do, you condition yourself to be in a completely new way.

Then secondly, what you can begin to do is know that you can feel any emotion you want

right now because you choose to.

You don't have to wait to some of the external time in the future to do it.

You can feel it now by deciding to as you do so, you'll begin to resonate more with

the vibration you want, and then thirdly, you can let go because your vibration is naturally

high and as you let go, you start to raise up, follow your passion every moment it will

lead you to exactly where you needed to be, exactly when you need to be there.

So if you want to learn how to raise your vibration in the quickest, I have created

a free meditation that will help you to raise your vibrational set point.

It's what helped me raise my vibrational set point years ago is the principles I teach

in.

I use in this meditation and it's gonna.

Be the top, the description box below.

I recommend you listen to it for 21 days to get the maximum benefit out of it.

083 - We went down the Slough Arm so you don't have to. - Duration: 16:22.

Uxbridge, the capital of the RAF bombing of something or other. Anyway, yeah, the air war over Britain

was fought from here, so that's kind of cool.

It's, we haven't really explored too much but it's a little bit urban, as you can probably hear. Yeah, and

it's got kind of like, it does, indeed have, what, from what the Nicholson's guide

has, a bit of a sort of modernist feel of buildings, that aren't really very

modern anymore. Urm, but, yeah, you know. Nice enough little town. Obviously we

were heading towards London, but there is the small matter of the Slough arm to... Which will be taking us away from London.

Yeah, and we were a bit apprehensive because... read what it says... Well mainly because of

two things in here. In the Nicholson's guide it it mentions that Slough is.. was

immortalised in verse in 1981 with the words; "Come friendly bombs and fall on

Slough, it isn't fit for humans now, there isn't grass to graze a cow'. So that

doesn't exactly sound... Do we want to go to Slough. Like, do we want to go to Slough?

Haven't been to slough. And then, I got onto this bit here... There is navigating the arm itself.

Yeah, so it describes the Slough arm and it says, it quote, 'It passes dull

housing and industrial estates on its way to the terminal basin on the

outskirts of town. This waterway is now badly stilted and the basin is in a

sorry and decrepit state, making progress for all but shallow drafted craft both

difficult and unrewarding, as a navigation is rapidly falling into the

user to or losing category'. So that also doesn't make it sound great. Difficult and unrewarding! Yeah. Doesn't sound inviting. But, this is

from 2010, and I did a bit of googling, and apparently it was heavily

dredged in 2014, and people who went down it in 2014

described it as, unrewarding but not difficult. And we also asked our Twitter

followers if anyone had been down it recently, and nobody had said they've been

down it, but we found out there's a festival there, a waterways festival there

every year, so, and I think that's only half way down so... Yeah, that's a feed

marina, it's that's Ivy or Ivor Marina, it's just a little bit ways, it's

actually like a third of the way down. Yeah, and London boat Girl said, like she

found on 'local Facebook', she said that it was a, a... A poop hole. Yeah, But we're going to find out for ourselves. Yeah, Yeah, we're going to find out

because we going to do it. And according to the Canal Plan, it's only an

hour and a half to the end, and a hour and a half back. Which might be because people are

rushing to get there and out. Right, so it might just.. we don't know. But there's no locks,

once we get down there. Oh, we've got one lock to do. Yeah, one lock to do between here and there. We've got to

stop briefly at Cowley Bridge, just above the lock I think, to deal with water and

and waste and all that sort of stuff. And probably slough terminal, and back.

Yeah, I'd want to be off the Slough Arm today I think. Okay, Unless we find anything Spectacular.

Yeah, so to Slough and back. The Journey.

Here's a little holdover from my former life in movie equipment rentals.

These are some of the guys that make the best movie cameras in the world.

And also most of the lighting gear.

Jo's running up to Lidl, I'm heading down towards the next lock,

she's gonna meet me at the next lock. George, is down there.

Georgie's following along on the boat as he cannot go to Lidl.

So we're at Cowley Lock and the Cowley Sanitary station. Urm. where there is an elsan,

and water. And the water is a pain in the butt. We've travelled about half a mile today, it's taken

us about an hour, and it's not been fun. So I got off at the last bridge. To walk

over to a Lidl, in search of chocolate croissants, which there were none.

So we had croissants which was fine. But what there is is this lovely water point,

this lovely incredibly helpful water point, and you may have noticed, that after several

iterations of, of it squirting into my shoe, I've had to do a little bodge job repair

with a shoelace, because every time we tried to turn the pressure up, the hose

lock would shoot off the end of our, non hose lock brand nozzle thingy, and I'd

end up with a foot full of water. It happened like three, not it happended about five. Like seven times. Yeah.

Its just.... [sigh] The water is nearly full. The water is nearly full. So eventually at some point we might get

onto the Slough Arm. Yeah, which is still down south of us. Down this lock, yeah. What a day.

Oh, Tree. How are you finding the Slough Arm? Well it's slow going. It is very shallow, especially

on the sides, the middle of it is deep enough that we're moving, but we're not

able to keep up much speed. We've just gotten to bridge four, so we're basically 2

miles in. Of 5 miles. Just about 2 miles in of 5. Urm, what I'd seen on the forums was

something saying that it had been dredged in 2014, from the Ivor marina

all the way through to the basin. But that they'd run out of money for the

project to do this section here, where we are, from the marina to, to the junction. I

hope that's right and it's not the other way around. Well there's a couple of

turning points if we can't get any further, but also... Yeah one of them is

coming up in a second, and I'll be amazed if there is actually a turning point. And um, its ver pretty, like I was

expecting industrial all the way, but it's lovely so far isn't it. Oh year, no,

it's this, you know I mean, it appears that either, either side, just on the

other side, like here there's a fence on the left here, and on the right there's

some sort of hill, and it appears that on, you know, you go more than a couple of

meters either side of the canal, and it's just industrial wasteland. But its just a little haven. Because

we're basically like just a little bit north of Heathrow right now. Yeah there's

a little bit of noise but other than that, you wouldn't know really, no I mean, and an

enormous amount of birds, and... Yeah... and you know just lots of little coots and

everything in their nest and mud hens. So yeah, we'll see how far we can get.

So once we got past bridge four, The Slough Arm's not too bad. Basically

there's a lot of, like agael mats and growth down, there but it's not actually

stuck to the bottom, and it's not really, like it's just sort of floating around,

it's not really so shallow here that there's a problem with navigating.

That said it's still slow moving because there's just so many boats,

along here. There just all moored along. And they have got shallow water beneath

them, where it's a large amount of algae's developed

sort of solidified underneath them.

So we've made it to the end of the Slough Arm and its... well its just fabulous.

Okay, so the first couple of miles were really rough going because they were

very shallow, then we got the bridge four, passed bridge four they, at some point, done a

fairly significant amount of dredging, so from there the navigation wasn't too

hard. Then we got past bridge eight I think it was, from the moment we passed

the turning point, you saw the bubbles coming up out of the water?

That was methane, as we were disrupting everything down there, and the smells

started coming up with the methane and everything. And I'm like, well that's pleasant. But then you started

passing just enormous amounts of garbage bags and trash and... it's disgusting. Yeah, it's like the

worst we've seen. It's like, there is trash floating on the surface like, there is water

bottles and stuff, but actually in the canal there is just plastic bag after

plastic bag. Yeah there's like full trash bags, full bags of diapers, there's... Shopping trolleys.

Shopping trolleys, there's all sorts of garbage and stuff, up until we got to all

the bubbles, once it started bubbling that's when it got really gross. I mean were

glad we've done it, to say we've done it. I'm glad we've done it. It's

really tragic because honestly. It could be nice. It could be really nice, I mean okay the end here

is in a part of town were there is nothing. Yeah, but if they just

put a couple of moorings here and..

So anyway, would you recommend people doing it. I'd say yes, i'd still say yes its worth it. I'd

say everybody should do it just to see how bad it is. The

fact is there's so much junk, that I think that people should call attention to it

Yeah, because its when you started getting into the urban area. And like you can see it,

there's a couple of yards where people have just decided to just throw

everything over the side of the yard. We passed a heron thats standing up there, it's like the

skinniest heron I've ever seen. And in the water there's a massive

amount of fish, swimming around through the handles of plastic bags. Its sad. It's really sad.

So that was a very long day.

And we didn't get very far because we sent down the Slough Arm. Yeah, which was a long day.

We did, we did like 15 miles today. Yeah 10 of which was the Slough Arm and back. So we went down

the Slough Arm, so you don't have to. Yes. Don't bother. Unless you want to tick it off like we did.

If you want to tike it off, or if you want to... If you just want to just chill out I'm not

see anything. Or, if you just want to have like a moment's reflection on just how

badly human beings can ruin their waterways, uh, yeah.

You know what I forgot to tell you when we were at the end? No What? When we were in the basin, we

were two miles from the mooring in Eton that we were at last June. Like a year ago.

You know what you need to play on the video? Once we get to the end there. Two

seconds of the doors; The End. This is the end. Underwhelming end.

Yeah, it really was extremely underwhelming, but it was worth ticking

off the thing. We can say we've done it. You don't have to. So then we came back down and we turned back onto

the main, is at the main line? Main Line Grand Union. And we were going to stop but then we just were

being a bit picky about moorings, because we thought we wanted one in the shade

but the sun is pretty much going down now so it doesn't matter. Because we are probably

gonna move on tomorrow. So we have stopped past the junction with the

Paddington Arm, so we're heading down to Brent... is it Brentford or Brentwood?

I think it's Brentford... Arm towards the Junction with the Thames. So we're not

gonna go on to the Thames here, but we'll be coming past the junction

Brentford makes more sense doesn't, its because it's the place where the Brent

River meets the... Yeah. Yeah. Well I don't know what it is. But we're not going on to the Thames, it's

with the place where but we're going past, but it's basically just so we can

join up at route really and do everything. Which is annoying because

there's quite a few locks I think, down there. Stop saying it's annoying, this is

the goal. See it all. It was like, it was a good, day but I didn't... I feel like

we didn't really achieve much. We didn't achieve anything. It was so hot. You know, I

mean, it was kind of a goofball day, mainly we were just ticking off an

experience, and I think we got ticked off on that experience, but that's good. I

want to get out of London. Like we haven't even gone into it yet. We've just started into London. I know. And you're already talking about getting out.

So, thanks for watching, like, click, comment, subscribe, hit the bell

if you want to, and see you next time.

Come friendly bombs and foul on Slough. It

isn't fit for humans now, that isn't grass to graze a cow.

You said foul, its fall. What? You said foul on Slough, its fall on Slough. Did I say foul? Yes. Ah, right. read it again.

...but but then it's just down to.. Is it Peachy Cowley or Cowley Peachy Junction?

Yeah. Okay, well there's a there's a junction that sounds fruity.

Ah, Im just... there we go.... good shot of you. It's all about me.

It makes more sense for me to go back and move the bus.

haha. There's a bus, we've got to show them this.

there's a bus trying to towed, and um, its not going well.

it's a very humped bridge. That bus is sort of having some problems.

So, at any moment I might spin around and show you a bus falling over. We're a little distracted.

Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

I expected better out of Slough (sluff) but urr, Slough, yes i know, its pronounced differently. [sigh]

Because I don't know where the Lee and the Stort really go, but the go up. and then back and the forth

and then, you know. on.

LIFE LOOKS SO DIFFERENT NOW! (8.27.18) - Duration: 14:47.

That was crazy.

That was a crazy season.

See that was just a completely different season of life, but it was still us like personality-wise.

It was just our lifestyle looked very different.

♬ Don't you think we're better together ♬

♬ Oh Honey ♬

♬ I think we are ♬

Good morning guys.

This girl. She just photo bombed us.

Today is Monday and I don't know what it is but I didn't sleep great last night. Okay, this is really weird

I woke up in the middle of the night...

I think it was like 4:30 in the morning and I was so thirsty.

I was so thirsty I had a bottle of water next to the bed and I downed the entire bottle of water

and Mary knows that I don't usually do that. I'm a sipper. I usually sip on a bottle of water.

[chuckling]

I probably don't drink enough, but...

anyways, I was up for like part of the night and then...

Got up this morning. I don't...

Oh, yeah, I had weird dreams last, okay, now that I'm talking about this on camera

it's making sense how I feel right now.

[Mary] Really?

I just feel blah today.

Well, here's part of how I feel. My shoulder hurts really bad.

I have this pain that's like in a certain position. Actually, it's kind of the vlogging position.

[Mary] Oh! Isn't that interesting.

Maybe I have vlogging shoulder. It's this new thing that's going around.

Uh...

No, I have this pain. I took some ibuprofen. I think...I think that's helping but...

Anyways, we just did a live stream on YouTube if you want to watch that from yesterday.

It was...

it was a fun little discussion about

Mary's time in college and what it was like having CF in college, but...

Anyways, happy Monday guys. Mary's over here...

[Peter] working on her flower boxes. These flowers that we have in the flower boxes

[Peter] they like go in waves. They like die and then they are full life and then they die.

Anyways.

[Mary] I think we described it as they're very temperamental.

They're very temperamental.

And they'll be like no, I can't live, and then they'll be like, okay, I feel better.

And that's how my daisy was. Earlier today it was abysmal and now it looks wonderful cuz I watered it.

So it's like temperamental throughout the day.

Yeah.

Wow.

How about I hold the camera so you can put your arm down?

Come here, buddy. Come say hi to the people. Stand up.

[Peter talking as Ollie] Good morning guys. It's great to see your camera lens.

[chuckling]

I will put this out there.

Mm-hmm.

I am starting to feel like low-grade feverish.

Okay.

So let's...

As we were doing that livestream I realized I'm starting to not feel right

and I need to go re-check my temperature, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting a low grade-

Maybe we just relax, um...

Yeah. We can stay here.

Go make the bed and...

watch a movie here or something.

Yeah.

All right. Well, I guess we will see you guys in a bit.

We're gonna sit out here and enjoy...

Yeah.

It's nice. I feel FOMO about summer.

Really?

Yeah, I feel like it's pretty much gonna be gone soon. And so like I'm...

like scared of

missing out on...

the weather.

So we'll sit out here and soak up the weather.

[water spraying]

[Mary] There are end-of-summer little guys surviving down here.

[Peter] Yeah.

[Peter] Look at these roses.

[Mary] And you got to go show our hydrangea.

[Peter] The one over here?

[Mary] Over here.

[Peter] Alright. Look at that!

[Peter] There's life...

[Peter] even at the end of summer.

[Mary singing] There is life at the end of this summer.

[Peter singing] There is life at the end of this summer.

Date night, Frey Life style.

Whoop whoop. Guys, I'm feeling a lot better.

I think my shoulders feeling a little better.

Is it?

We just, we laid in bed. We actually were working, yeah,

we were both on our computers.

[imitating typing sounds]

Uh but...

It was good to rest.

Yeah.

And I took a shower and I feel more human and there's an amazing

full moon tor-tillia in the sky.

[Peter chuckling] I said "tor-tillia.'

[Mary] We drove up...Wow, it looks really underwhelming.

[Peter] Oh no, that street light's washing it.

[Mary] And our windshield is so dirty.

[Peter] Stealing the thunder.

[Mary] So we drove up we were like, wow! Look at that moon!

[Peter] It's like a big tor-tillia.

[Mary] It looks like a big ol' tor-tillia in the sky.

[Mary] But for real it is stunning and there are just some little wispy clouds around it which are just the perfect backdrop.

Mmm.

Oh, it's perfect.

Oh yeah, summer nights. Yes, we're embracing summer!

I was just saying how I don't want to like...

have FOMO about missing out on summer, and so...

this is..

This is...

This is living.

Well, I just feel like I have some good like, summer memories of eating dinners in parking lots with you.

Yeah. Did you get something different than you usually get?

Um...

I don't always get spicy salmon.

But this time you did.

I did.

Oh, did they usually put the crunchy stuff right there.

Yeah.

Oh really?

Yeah, I don't...I don't,

the verdict's out on whether I like that or not.

They put like tempura flakes on my spicy salmon roll.

I don't think it's my favorite but it's... sometimes on the phone it's too hard to explain.

[chuckles]

Hold the crunchies!

Hold the crunchies.

So yeah, we're gonna have some miso soup and a little bit of sushi and...

Delicious.

Delicious.

Wait, is that all there is?

There's another one.

Okay. Another sushi?

[Mary] Oh wait, yeah, there's another sushi.

Okay. I was gonna say...

Wow, that is so thorough.

They put this in between our sushis, I mean our soups. We just called that sushi.

Sushi soup.

Wait, is that all the sushi? Is that what you were saying?

There should be another one.

[Mary] Uh...

Did we not get it?

[Mary] Negative.

Oh.

[Mary] Wait. Yeah, negative. That's all the sushi.

Was it supposed to be more?

Let's, let's see if they charged us for it.

Oh, well, actually that total they probably didn't charge us for it.

What was the other thing?

Did you get a shrimp tempura?

I was gonna get a shrimp tempura.

Well, they were super quick. Do you want to order it?

Well, no, I, this is actually good, but I just want to make sure I didn't pay for it.

So let me do the math.

Miso...

[chuckling]

Happy date night!

We'll see you when we dance under the tor-tillia in the sky.

Our dinner was delicious.

Yeah.

But we're gonna put the dance on hold because one, the...

Or did you still want to dance?

What dance?

We were gonna dance in the moonlight.

Oh, yeah.

[both singing] Dancin' in the moonlight.

But the moon went behind the clouds.

Yeah.

And I just realized I don't have any shoes.

Yeah, that's a problem.

[chuckling]

We were reminiscing about college days during our livestream today...

and it made me think like the...

Mary and Peter that you know...

like, our...

like, our personalities are the same...

[clearing throat]

What?

Oh, that was me clearing my throat.

Oh, okay, I thought you were gonna say something.

But like, we've had such different...

chapters of life, like, when we were in undergrad it was go go go go go. He was an RA of the dorm floor...

Um. You know, we were doing tons of social stuff.

I mentioned this in the livestream but my health was a lot more stable back then

so of course, I was a full-time student and

doing tons of social stuff with my...

dorm floor and...

you know, all the college stuff.

Like, our life. I think that's what I'm gonna say, like, our lifestyle looks different now.

Just as everybody's changes throughout the time, the years.

It's true.

But I think it would be hysterical if we were vlogging when we used to be in college or something.

We'd be like alright now we're headed to class at 8 a.m. and then you know, it's like 10:00 p.m

and it's like okay, now we have a floor meeting.

And then after the floor meeting we play...

Yeah.

I don't know. We'd like go out to ice cream or...

But even...

I almost said play games.

Like, clearly college is a different like scheduled and or like lifestyle than now but think about our

early years of marriage like when I was in school full time, you were working and...

Almost full time.

I was working pretty much full time as well. Like...

Yeah.

It would be like so different vlogging then because we wouldn't be together very much.

Yeah.

And uh...

That would be so different.

We had multiple cars back then because I drove to my jobs.

I babysat for multiple different families. And so...

I drove like 45 minutes each way.

Yeah.

Remember when your van got totaled and then...

we only had, it was like in the middle of a semester of my school and we only had one car.

Oh!

And you were working so I would ride my bike to the train station, take the train...

like...

I don't know how long, like 20 minutes and then ride...

from the train station to school.

And that was when we were living with that elderly man, right?

Yeah.

So you would leave at like 6 a.m.

Yeah.

To bike to the train station.

That was crazy.

That was a crazy season.

See, that was just a completely different season of life, but it was still us like personality-wise.

It was just our lifestyle looked very different.

Yeah.

And although I do miss some parts of that

lifestyle, like...

I miss working. I don't really miss you being in school.

Yeah.

Do you miss being in school?

Not really. I mean, there's aspects of the academic world that I miss but

I don't miss being in school so much.

Right.

And, oh, go ahead.

Like, the homework and-

Yeah.

Papers and all that.

And the jobs that you had back then

are different than the job you have now, or jobs.

Yeah.

But these jobs fit you better.

I love what I do now.

Yeah, so it's like we would, we'll, I guess we soaked up...

the parts of that chapter of life and when I think back to like all of...

my jobs and...

the families that I worked with and some of those things...

I miss it. But I also feel like I learned from those things.

I soaked those things up. And now I feel thankful that, ultimately that I'm...

not babysitting anymore because my body can't do it. And I think that that helps me...

when I had to stop...

babysitting I was, I was mostly

relieved, right at that time I was relieved because it was so much on my body at that point.

But now as the years have gone on like I really do miss it and...

So I soak up the time I have with babies now and you know, whenever that is.

But I think it's cool to think that the jobs that you were doing then, you know, you learned stuff

while you were working those odd jobs, like, he worked...

I know we've mentioned this before but he was working for a man who ran a business and he had to

electronically weld these plastic tags. It was like...

tracking tags?

Yeah. RFID tracking tags for construction materials.

So it was this like totally random job but he learned from that like some random lessons of life and...

When I, when I got hired by this guy

he was just starting the company and so I would go to his house and work out of his basement.

By the time I stopped working, we like had an office and-

Oh! Interesting.

Like, warehouse and all of that.

When we were first pulling up there were three police cars coming that way and now there's one parked there.

Interesting.

I wonder what's happening.

But anyway...

All the things.

All the previous chapters of life.

Yeah, it's funny.

I think chapters of life are interesting cuz like it seems like just a whole nother world,, you know?

Um...

But like you said we're the same people and...and actually like sometimes

we'll like see like video clips of us back in those days and we're like, that we took on like some like...

iPad.

Old school iPad or digital camera or whatever. It's like that's...that's basically us vlogging!

It's like the same people but...clearly, but...

Vlogging before vlogging was a thing.

All right, guys, those are our nighttime thoughts on the way home. We'll see you when we get there.

Well, if that is not just the perfect...

little shot.

He's pretty great.

[coughing]

Mary's lungs aren't pretty great.

[coughing]

And...

I feel like they're a little better than yesterday.

Little better than yesterday?

Except that I have a low-grade fever today.

[coughing]

But, we'll see how tomorrow is.

It's a little...

little discouraging on the health spectrum of things around here lately, but...

Like Mary said, we'll see what tomorrow holds and...

[both] As always, we will see you tomorrow. Good night!

[Peter] You turning away?

[Peter] Goodnight buddy. We'll see you tomorrow.

What are you doing?

Getting ready to swim.

Where are we?

In Gothenburg.

Where in Gothenburg?

Scandic Europa Hotel.

We have a fan meet later on today. Me and Axel want to work out before that and the kids want to swim..

..in the hotel spa and relax.

Axel is checking out from the hotel and it's time for the fan meet. We're heading in now.

Mommy, I saw Nerf Gun on TV.

Really? Are you ready to meet some viewers?

Yes!

It's already people here. We have to switch the light on so we can take photos and see ourselves in the photos.

Me and Alma bought some papers and pens. And lots of... candy!

Looking good Harry! What are you wearing?

Wings.

Where are they from?

Valkyria at Liseberg.

Candy!

Yeah, treat our guests.

Thank you.

You're welcome.

We have light in here now. It's 2:35 PM and it actually starts at 3 PM but some viewers were here early.

Let's do a "Hey! Hey!" The Swedish Family style..

Hey! Hey! No, you can do better. Come on! One, two three... Hey! Hey!

Ok, it's 5 minutes before 3 PM and it's lots of people here now. We have to move to another place. Hey everyone!

Where are Alma and Harry? We have to go and get them.

Hi everyone! Hey!

Harry.

Do you know why he's called Harry? Is he named after your mom?

No, he's named after Harry.

Yes, I started looking at your channel before I got a dog. And when I found the puppy was a boy..

I wanted to name him Harry after you.

Oh, he's so cute.

He might be your most furry fan.

Yes.

We have to move back to the other side.

What's happening?

We're going to meet some more people.

Can you open this?

Put it here and I'll open it for you later on.

Here we go.

Let's floss.

Can you do the robot?

Nice!

Mommy is so bad at robot.

Yeah, I'm the worst.

You're so good at Fortnite Dance.

Look! That's tough. What is it called?

Orange Justice.

Right.

That dance suits your sweater.

Thank you so much for coming, sorry you had to wait so long. Please take some candy.

Ok, here's our last guest.

We're leaving the hotel and we're on our way to the train station. We're tired and have so much luggage now.

Cute gifts that viewers gave us. So many showed up today. Crazy! We're all very surprised about that.

Hurry up.

We're short of time. Our train leaves at 5:30 PM and the fan meet took longer than expected.

It's 5:10 now, so we have 20 minutes before departure.

We did our first group hug in Gothenburg right here.

We have time for one now!

Group hug! Group hug! Group hug!

We did one as we arrived in Gothenburg a few days back and we're doing one now before we leave.

It's been more than a week since the fan meet. We're back home and we've recharged.

We were so tired after the meet up, and startled that so many people came to see us. Huge thanks to all of you!

And thanks for all the gifts, letters, drawings and declarations of love.

This one's fun. It's a box with kind words. Let me read you a note.

Alma and Harry are so humorous.

So cute.

Very.

It's also a bit weird to receive gifts, we didn't expect it. Harry turns 4 soon and it was like Christmas for him.

There's a flash in my head. I'm going to die soon.

Why?

Oh no, a flash went off in his head.

I will wake him up with a kiss.

We didn't expect so many people to turn up. The kids got tired after meeting fans for several hours.

Harry was really tired by the end. I hope that the viewers we met then understand that.

Yes, a lot of you that came are parents and I'm sure you understand that our kids got tired.

Yes.

We got some questions in letters and we can take them as Question of the Day.

We got many, we'll pick some.

Leia and Sebastian is wondering which is our favorite amusement park.

Liseberg.

Tough question.

I agree with Harry after this Gothenburg trip.

Liseberg or Furuvik.

Liseberg.

Filippa is asking; did you expect your YouTube channel to get so big when you started it?

No, no, no, no.

Here's a bunch of questions on a paper without name. So if this letter is yours post a comment below.

I recognize most questions, let's take this one again because you change your mind often.

What do Alma and Harry want to work as in the future?

Military.

I want to be a police officer.

Clara is asking; where would you like to live if you didn't live in Stockholm?

USA.

Canada.

A warm country.

Thank you for watching this video!

Please leave a thumbs up or down. Comment, post questions and take care until next time. Bye Bye!

I Told You So, The World Does Not Want Buhari Back, Says APC Presidential Aspirant - Duration: 4:11.

I Told You So, The World Does Not Want Buhari Back, Says APC Presidential Aspirant

SKC Ogbonnia, a presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has described the report in which President Donald Trump described President Muhammadu Buhari as "lifeless" as evident of the world's supposed rejection of his decision to seek reelection.

He made his position known in a statement on Monday, noting that it gave credence to his earlier position that "the world is against President Muhammadu Buhari's second term bid".

According to Ogbonnia, the rejection of the international community is premised on "Buhari's failing health, lack of clear vision, lack of intellectual capacity, an apparent pattern of torpor, nepotism, wanton killings, disregard for the rule of law, and a growing sense of disunity and uncertainty in the land, among many failings".

A report by Financial Times had stated that "The first meeting, with Nigeria's ailing 75-year-old Muhammadu Buhari in April ended with the US president telling aides he never wanted to meet someone so lifeless again, according to three people familiar with the matter".

Ogbonnia stated that his "sources within the White House confided that Trump believes that Africa has the potential to be fully independent".

The statement read: "I told you so. About ten days ago, I revealed to our great party, the All Progressive Congress (APC), and fellow Nigerians that the world is against President Muhammadu Buhari's second term bid.

I asserted that the opposition is coming from influential leaders within our major allies, including Great Britain, the United States, France, Germany, Russia, China, Canada, etc.

"I added that the emerging consensus among these nations is that President Buhari's second term ambition lacks in cogency.

They point to Buhari's failing health, lack of clear vision, lack of intellectual capacity, an apparent pattern of torpor, nepotism, wanton killings, disregard for the rule of law, and a growing sense of disunity and uncertainty in the land, among many failings.".

Describing Trump's alleged "lifeless" comment as "partial testimony", he said: "my sources within the White House confided that Trump believes that Africa has the potential to be fully independent, "but the countries over there need to get their act together.

They need good leaders who can get things done. "This view is popular among the Western nations. I also gathered that some of the world leaders plan to visit or talk to Buhari soon.

"Perhaps, leadership is contingent upon the environment. What is good for America may not be good for Nigeria and vice versa.

But if any relationship with the outside world is a factor in solving Nigerian problems, President Buhari has no business touching the APC nomination form.

"Further, the Financial Times does not speak for the world, quite alright, but its report is a part of the pressure from the international community that will continue to mount as the months leading to the 2019 go by.

Such global campaign is expected to be more robust than what President Goodluck Jonathan faced in 2015.".
