Youtube daily do Feb 17 2019

Hey guys, so in today's episode of let's cringe with senpai

What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna try my best not to be cringey and this voice I cannot help it but fail miserably

So let's get started

Now just imagine there's an intro because I didn't work on it

So just go with it good so as the title suggests, do you know senpai you talked about?

Know senpai

Why we started it and what are the plans for future and stuff?

So as an Indian anime fan

It's hard for us to make people understand what anime is and how it is different from cartoon

so first thing if you guys hate cartoons

Just I mean, you should probably chill yourself because cartoons are amazing, too

I mean, there's such great cartoons like F is for family and

Bojack horseman Rick and Morty Rick and Morty files in the house. Give me a cheer now

Give me a F in comments like three of you were watching, please

So as an anime fan it's hard for us to make people understand what anime is and how it is different from cartoon

And why it is not for kids

I'm a lazy duck that's why i did't put the clip but I bet you guys can totally imagine it right?

So this thing really pisses me off if you go to comic-con or some anime event

Never show the pictures to your relatives. You know, why because they're gonna declare you a fucking Betard. I'm not even kidding

Been there done that

So my dad once said to me and I quote

Senpai you're old now, stop watching cartoon

Okay

First thing my dad calls me senpai and second. I cannot make them understand that it's not cartoon

It's anime and they don't care man, but the people of our generation

They they fucked up - man. Oh

we're talking about non otaku that I should totally talk about the Indian anime community - the

Indian army community is filled with NORMIES

Which is so annoying. I mean I've seen kids who have just watched Naruto

who would run around screaming Sasuke in public just

Stop that. It's so annoying

but at the same time like the inside said I mean

at the same time the inside senpai is

Like happy because yeah, that's so cool, man

running around screaming Sasuke and

There's this other guy who screaming and Naruto and then he kills himself and his brother kills the whole fucking clan

spoiler alert

Okay, so V guys we cannot go out scream Sasuke on roads, you know why

because

We are like afraid to come out of the room and make human contact. I I understand you people. Yeah, yeah

I'm one of you I'm just

Sent by your late

Amazing people. I gotcha fam, so

I had this idea of doing something about it all the problems

we face we Indian anime fans like the

People are 'you watch cartoon', shut the Buck up people shut the Buck up

Just let us watch it and you watch it too because it's amazing. It's going to change your Bucking life

stop watching the the stupid TV series and

Friends is overrated

oooo senpai just said it?

so

Okay jokes apart. So because of this I had the this idea of doing something about it, so

Finally in January. I started this Instagram account

No, senpai and the response was so freakin amazing

I kid you not I've been posting regularly

50 days now

Because you people are amazing and every day I'm getting some text like you are doing amazing work

This initiative is good. And that's really awesome, man. I mean that motivates me to do more

So that's why I started this channel actually because I could write stuff

But the point is the reach and if I talk about anime I can

Talk about anime and you're gonna know my real feelings through my voice

mamamia

Duck me

And also I have this thing for writing

Not really a more of a storyteller and I've been watching anime since it's standard

I've watched Pokemon and Beyblade in 5th standard

I guess on Animax. Yeah, India used to be cool and we had Animax

Good Old days right? nineties kids. Give me a high five

Okay

But, but the first tournament that was properly and finished was Naruto

And you guys can totally relate to it. Like most of you guys like your first anime was Naruto, right?

So the video is going to long. I guess I just send it

And yeah for now we're gonna keep giving you our articles in the captions of Instagram

And now that I have started this channel if you people are fine with cranes and a lot of lame jokes

I just make reviews on YouTube and

That's it. Thanks for watching guys

Yo self. I didn't notice you aren't you happy now

hit or miss

please hit the

like button and subscribe

(me talking to myself)

Okay, guys, I'll just

Senpai out! BYEE

WHY do you want to be a Nurse? - Duration: 6:21.

Okay, what's up everyone hope you guys are doing well one of the things I want to talk about in today's video is the

Emotional component of nursing school and and it's not what you think

I'm saying the emotional component to do well and in nursing school, and then number two is

We're gonna roll into the obsessive

thinking

That can crowd your mind as you're starting to study as you're starting to progress through nursing school and how you need to pull that

back

Subscribe and hit the notification bill so you don't miss an episode of nursing advice nursing talk and nursing education

Number one talking about the emotional component and what am I talking about? The emotional component? I'm not talking about

Getting getting overly crazy or anything like that

What I'm saying is to succeed long term in nursing school and to succeed really in long term

success in anything that you do you have to have an emotional tie to that meaning that

you have to have something that emotionally makes you want to finish like like for me when I got out of the military my

Emotional tie to nursing school was that I did not want to go back into the military. That was my emotional component

Now you have to find out what your emotional component is Dee. Is it is it helping people?

Is that what are you just so passionate about that makes you want to finish nursing school?

Do you want to have the career for yourself? Do you want to build your own life?

Do you want to get into a career field? That is both?

Scientific and you can help people at the same time. It's a respected career field and you better yourself

Throughout your life. I mean, what is your emotional component?

I was giving ideas to kind of help you guys think if you don't have an emotional tie to

why you want to finish nursing school and

that's super important because

You know you have to care about something

I've seen that a couple of students come into nursing school before and at first they don't really

they don't really care or they don't understand the the

Commitment that is needed to get through the whole program

they go through, you know, the first part of first semester or something like that and

you know they do to a point but I mean really to take it to that next level to really

hone in on all the things that you need to hone in on because when you get into nursing school

Especially after your freshman year or something like that when the you start getting into more critical care some really deep disease

processes in med surg

you need to find that emotional component and what ties you to it and

What also what I mean by that is it's because you're gonna that's all you're gonna have at some point at some point in nursing

School, usually your last semester or in our school. It's like second and third semester or second semester is really tough

You have to dig deep you got to dig extremely deep at some point in nursing school and ask yourself

is this really what I want and

if it is you have to have that emotional tie-in to

Help you complete that to help you complete that overall goal that is needed that you have to I mean it because at the end

You can talk about doing all this stuff

But if you don't have an emotional reason that you're completing nursing school and whatever that it is, that's up to you

but you need to find that if because if you don't it's going to be difficult to succeed and that

can be said with any endeavor that you you know that you

Embark on whatever that is. You need to find that emotional commitment. So when you're in the trenches

When you're sitting there studying 12 hours a day and going to clinical. What is your emotional component?

Is it that you want the life that you want to build for yourself?

Is it the you know the career aspect of it? Is it helping people?

What is it, you know find out what it is guys, and I promise you

It'll it's not gonna make it any easier

But it's definitely gonna help you get through

The things that you need to get through in in nursing school and kind of weather that that rust storm

That comes at some point in nursing school, and that gives me a good chance to segue into

obsessive thinking so

why am I talking about the emotional compound part and then the obsessive thinking and that's because I've seen people

Come into nursing school

Super super overly mode. Well, you can't really be overly motivated. I don't want to say that

But they're so they get so obsessive thinking about things they stop they stop looking at the bigger picture

It's almost like they get this tunnel vision because they're so motivated to succeed

It's like they're trying too hard, you know, and it's not that I don't want you to try hard. Well

Nursing school is not set up for you to have all

A's it's just not you may get an A in the class or you may get through it but at some point it's not it's

Not set up for you to get A's every single time you can get A's

But through the long process

It's not going to happen every single time. This is not a NP one. This is not a and P 2 or

Microbiology where you can sit down and you can study for you know

2 hours of rote memorization and then you go in there and you pass a test and you feel like a genius

Well, we all know that

nursing school is more about critical thinking a

different level of thinking so if you have that

obsessive

type of personality that assess of compulsive that OCD

personality

Pull back a little bit

Pull back a little bit

Look at the big picture

And I promise you it'll probably in the end help you if you just pull back a little bit and try to you know

And try to look at the big picture

Overall, all right guys, I hope this video was helpful. I will I'm still working on some stuff on the podcast

Liverpool player ratings: The FOUR out of 10 flop, what do Salah, Mane and Firmino get? - Duration: 6:17.

Allison - 8/10 It's been a really solid debut season in the Premier League from Alisson

He's been at the heart of helping Liverpool become the toughest backline in the division

He's made a number of match-winning saves, most notably against Napoli when he denied Arkadiusz Milik in the dying embers of their Champions League group stage showdown at Anfield

Andrew Robertson - 9/10 It's hard to argue against that Robertson has been the best left-back in the league this season

He has more assists than any other Premier League defender this campaign and is turning in top performances week in, week out

Virgil van Dijk - 9/10 Van Dijk has marshalled the Reds backline and has transformed their defensive record since arriving from Southampton

A natural born leader who is already a fan's favourite on Merseyside.Joe Gomez - 7/10 Joe Gomez was enjoying a stellar season before suffering a fracture to his lower leg at Burnley in December

He became first choice alongside Van Dijk ahead of Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip and Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to have him back fit for the run-in

Dejan Lovren - 6/10 Although Lovren has improved, he has struggled to stay fit for a consistent run of games in the team

He has been sidelined since January with a hamstring problem but still has value in the squad

Joel Matip - 6/10 Doesn't look the most comfortable on the ball but has been a steady option when called upon

Trent Alexander-Arnold - 7/10 It's easy to forget that Alexander-Arnold is just 20-years-old

He's been dearly missed by the Reds since injuring his knee at Brighton last month and is slowly developing into a dead-ball specialist

James Milner - 7/10 Milner has been his usual reliable, versatile self. He started the season exceptionally but has lost his place in the side at times

Has filled in at right back in recent weeks.Naby Keita - 4/10 Despite his best performance in a Liverpool shirt yet vs Bournemouth, Keita has not been a shadow of the £58million signing from RB Leipzig

Klopp is now giving him a run of games in the side in hope that he can play his way into form

Fabinho - 6/10 There's definitely more to come from Fabinho. He's had to bide his time to get into the first eleven but he's now proving his worth in both midfield and defence

Could be set for a big second half of the season.Jordan Henderson - 6/10 It's been another mediocre season from Henderson so far but he remains one of the leaders in this squad

Yet again he has struggled to remain fit which has prohibited him from putting together a long run of games in the side

Xherdan Shaqiri - 7/10 It's been tough for Shaqiri seeing as whenever he seems to play he performs, his brace from the bench against Manchester United perhaps his best moment yet since arriving

But whenever Klopp wants to field a solid midfield three, the former Stoke man often drops out of the line up meaning he can count himself rather unlucky

Georginio Wijnaldum - 9/10 Wijnaldum has been the unsung hero of Liverpool's title charge

When Fabinho and Keita arrived last summer, he looked as if he'd be the man to drop out of the midfield

But the Dutchman has been one of the first names on the team sheet so far this season, reinventing himself in a deeper midfield role

Adam Lallana - 3/10 It's a shame to see Lallana's Liverpool career in its current state

A player with undeniable talent, but he can't seem to stay fit for more than a few weeks and has only made three starts in the Premier League all season

Sadio Mane - 8/10 It's been another explosive campaign from Mane who has really stepped up in recent weeks

He's scored in four consecutive Premier League matches and now has twelve goals for the season

Roberto Firmino - 7/10 A hat-trick against Arsenal was the only real samba magic we've seen from Firmino in front of goal but he continues to work selflessly for the team

He's irreplaceable in this side and if he can find his scoring touch he could give Liverpool another edge in the months to come

Mohamed Salah - 8/10 Salah tops the Premier League goalscoring charts with Sergio Aguero yet he still hasn't hit the levels that he reached last season

There's still time and he looks like the man who could lead Liverpool to a famous first ever Premier League title

DO YOU REALLY NEED A GRID HEATER?? - Duration: 12:44.

well I'm sure as everybody already knows our Cummins doesn't have any glow plugs

just a good heater so you can see here this is the first gen good heater it's

pretty restrictive right well this is the exact same grit heater unit they use

it all the way up until like 2007.5 so in a

performance application that's definitely not what you want but if your

damn truck doesn't start in the morning well that's not very good either so

that's some testing today it's -6c outside today which

that's about as cold as it gets where I'm living right now so I figured

that'll be the best time to really give it a go so I haven't touched the truck

it's sat air for two days without running in negative 16 and you look

pretty cold out here so let's fire it up

hopefully it does start but I do have good batteries and this thing really

doesn't have any issues starting normally struts don't work anymore it's

too cold so it's just to see no great heaters hooked up here I'll put my

camera at the back so you don't have to listen to this thing dinging at me

she's definitely not happy

there she goes

absolutely hilarious I should have put the log on so I can see what it was

actually doing well I kind of know what I was doing anyways

but it's definitely not happy with that

all right well we're gonna do the exact same test again today it's the exact

same temperature no great heaters but it's plugged in today as you can see so

I think that's gonna make a pretty big difference

so there you go that's how much difference a block heater makes it has

no grid heaters plugged in at all right now there's definitely a little bit of

smoke it wouldn't smoke like that if I had the grid he just blocked in

well luckily we've had some pretty consistent temperatures lately it's the

same temperature again today and I don't have the block heater on but I do have

the graders plugged in so it usually really doesn't have any issues starting

with the with the grid heaters on normally so does today

so you can see it fired up no problem there I think it started a little easier

with the block heater plugged in and no grid heaters though

so yeah consider considering it started better with no grid heaters and a block

heater it's probably no problem deleting the grid heaters from your truck as long

as that you keep it plugged in when it's cold all right I just unplugged those

great heaters again and trucks not plugged in and it's only -6c

today so should be a pretty good test let's see how it goes today

doesn't do that if it's got great use it just fires right up

yeah so that whole open thing where it's all freaking out with all this smoke if

you got great heaters it doesn't do that but as you saw it hit fired up pretty

easy there and negative six so if you don't mind it doing that every time it

starts up it's probably not a big deal to delete your leader or I mean if you

live somewhere where it's warm definitely delete your grid here

so it's been idling for about five minutes and just wanted to show all the

smoke was gone I don't have the great heaters plugged in or anything like that

so it's really not that big a deal to have no grits

all right it's negative 5j and the great heaters plugged in because I don't want

to pop the hood and unplug them cuz covered in snow so we'll do that test

today and see how it goes I'm sure to start

out fun this would probably be the last green heater startup I'll do

started up pretty easy there I don't think I really need to test starting

with the great heaters anymore it started fine even I like -10c

-16c so I'm just gonna keep testing starting it without the grid

heaters and without the block heater until I find the temperature that it

starts up fine without any issues

all right it's only negative one today no grid heat is no block heater

hopefully it starts up fine we'll see

well I guess we still need to do some more testing we're gonna have to wait

for it to get a little warmer I'm not sure if it's gonna get any warmer though

so we'll see

all right it's 2c today and it was pretty warm overnight too so hopefully

it starts off on this time

hey there we go start it up fund and elope where carry on or do any weird

stuff like that's 2 degrees above zero it's that's fun so if it doesn't get

under zero where you live definitely delete your grid haters

there's no point for them at all but where I live it gets really cold all the

time in the winter so I might keep mine I'm still not sure yeah maybe I'll just

take it off in the summer and in the winter I'll just put my grids back on

but hopefully this information is useful to somebody

don't forget to subscribe yeah I like the video and

giulia grids

How I plan?? How much money do I use?? - Duration: 7:44.

Welcome back, it's Sara and today we're going to be talking about planning and

money so basically they are actually very relevant to my life right now since

I'm in high school and I'm still figuring out how to balance everything

so I really have to focus on how I plan things and how I budget as well so

basically today I'm going to be covering three main things and that is my

physical calendar my digital calendar and then how I budget so all of

those I'm going to show you guys and explain a bit and so show the thing in

and show the thing in detail so let's get started with a physical

planner first okay so this is my physical planner it's this nice pink one

pink ain't my favorite color but it's still cute so basically this says every day

matters which is really true and it's also a 2019 planner so basically I got

this for Christmas um December 2018 I have used this like

just the kind of like a backbone or a guideline you for my life so it just

has like the important things that I have to remember and then

that way I will add like all the detailed stuff into my digital calendar so

basically I try and keep my physical planner really simple so it's not like

stressing me out and just has things I really have to remember and that are

like holidays or like videos or anything like that and now I'm going to show you

guys what is in it so let's carry on. Let's get into detail about the physical calendar.

so basically there's just like a yearly overview and like holidays and things

yeah and there's like 2020 as well so you can see that cuz currently there's

no other place to see it so basically here's January and that's like

everything I did in January and basically to show you that like overview

there's like squares for each month I love it except that Saturday is the last

day in the week and Sunday is the first for me it's like Monday is

the start of the week so I would prefer if Sunday was there but I have slowly

gotten used to it and then there's like my notes of things I have to get done

and then there's also a money section which I will get into later

so basically currently I'm going to show you my February I just have things like

filming and uploading, my church services, when I don't have school, when a

new term starts and any holidays that I have coming up so yeah that's basically

just my physical calendar it's really useful and it just keeps me updated with

the important things that I have coming up or anything I really have to remember. So the next thing is my phone.

Basically on here I have this app called time tree and I and there is also an online version on a laptop so you

can use it if you want on laptop and you prefer it that way but I prefer to use

my phone cuz I always have this with me so I can always add things okay and

then we have my digital calendar so basically as I said earlier you can use

it on a computer but I use it on my phone and that is why I'm showing to you guys

this on my phone so basically I have my app time free here and when I open it I

hope yeah it opened on my private which is good because I don't want to show my

friends so basically here you can add all kinds of things for example if we

take here I can add an event like school for example and then I can pick like all

day I can pick color so if you want to color code things that's great and you

can also set like reminders and then there's also like advanced things so I

keep an event without a date don't repeat you can add location websites and

notes as well so basically if I put it here it just shows up on the calendar

and you can repeat things as well which is really useful and then basically you

can just have like a good overview and it adds holidays as well and then you

can have like keep so events that don't have a date then you can have a feed of

what you've added and also suggested photos to events if you want to connect

something like that and then you can also invite people which is great so you

can have like collab ones so there's basically like mine then there's like a

school one then there's like Our mess of a life which is me and my friends'

calendar and then there's crocodile and twertle so Milka from previous videos

and they're both with my best friends so that's great and then you can also have

a public calendar I don't really see the point of that but oh well so yeah and

then there's also like settings so you can pick like your color event label

management so you can like color code it automatically so yeah and then there's

like user settings so you can set your notifications and then if you've

been using already like Google ones or something then you can just like join

them here and you can also add them in a different color and then you can delete

the calendar as well so this is one of my favorite apps and I highly recommend

it so check it out it's very easy to use and it because it's on your phone and

almost all of us have a phone if you don't good for you but if you do and you

carry with you all the time this is one of the best I highly recommend

especially on the go when you can't carry a physical planner with you I use it

a lot for like detailed things since I am the most forgetful person ever like I

have no short-term memory I will remember something that happened 10

years ago but I won't and that detail then that was like

random homework or something but I can't remember what happened like 10 minutes

ago so yeah next is money so money is a big thing I will automatically

automatically say I got a hundred years per month from my parents that's very

generous of them but I do use it to buy a lot of my clothes a lot of my beauty

products and stuff so and I also save money from that so I'm gonna explain to

you guys a bit more like how much exactly but I do save around half and

then I also do odd jobs so I work at our future house basically for my parents

and they pay me a little salary just like clean and stuff and then I also

babysit for family friends which is great and I really enjoy since I love

kids so it's like perfect for me there's two things I used to track my money it's

just this little section here that I write down everything I've spent on so

there's the ten years to the church savings is not counted here I don't like

that and then I also like I spend like three point five euros on like school

supplies three years on a bus four euros on the

editor that I used for my videos three years on some juice and then on my phone

I will put any like odd drops that I've done and how much money I've earned and

I also keep like a small tab of like what is my current bank account balance

since I don't check that all the time so that's what I use my phone for I

apologize for the dirty screen but yeah that's just like money and there's

really not much to it but I do highly recommend to save and just focus what do

you really need on money like and just really focus on what you need money for

and what you really don't and what you can find for free and that is the end of

the video I hope you enjoyed I hope it inspired you or gave you a look on how you

could possibly try and plan planning is so individual so I highly recommend

trying different things and see what suits you because what suits one person

does not suit another person because our lives are so different but yeah leave a

like subscribe and comment down below what you would like to see thank you for

watching and bye
