Are you struggling with money? I know why. Stop the struggle. Get some training.

Don't miss anything that's on this training video. I'm here to help you with

3 powerful steps.

Let's talk about your money problems. And you clicked on this video because you

have some money problems and you're trying to figure out your money problems/

Well, you're not alone. There's a lot of people who have money problems. And why

is it that there are some people who don't have money problems, right? What do

they do different than what you're doing? What are they doing different? What did

they figure out? Oh, I know. Let's use what everybody else says: "They're lucky."

Most people use 1 of 2 descriptions about people who have money. Number 1,

they're lucky or number 2 they're cheating. It's like what? What? That

doesn't really give us any foundational principles for any of us to be able to

correct our money problems. So, that means we have to find a way to be lucky or

we have to figure out how to cheat. That doesn't even make sense.

So, why even use that language. Why even talk that way about money when you can't

do anything with either one of those? What are you going to do ?Like start

cheating about money today so you can be better with money? That's not going to make

you feel good. And what about luck? How are you going to figure that one out? So, what

the normal person will do next is they will give up. And they'll just go back to

the old thinking that it takes hard work. That's the old thinking. Old thinking is

it takes hard work to be able to have enough money. But then if you try that

one. If you try working hard, what does it even mean to work hard? I don't know if

we even know what that is. People say it all the time. They use it as an answer

all the time like you just need to work harder.

How do you work harder? You got one hour or let's say you know you got 8

hours in a day and you need to work hard. What do you do? Because this is supposed

to make you wealthy and have enough money and go on vacations and buy new

shoes for your kids and have food? How do you supposed to work hard? Does that

mean you run around? Do you just run fast? Does

that mean work hard? Does it mean stay up till midnight? Does that mean you work

hard? So, notice... You and I don't even know even exactly how to explain work

hard. So, you could either be lucky or you could cheat or you could work hard. Okay.

so since we all have the same answers. Why is it that people are not figuring

this out? Why is it that over 82% of people today are barely making it. Barely

making it. Why is 8 out of 10 people barely making it. Where is it? Is it you

got to get a better job because you're going to work harder? Oh, yeah. You guys still

figure out the work harder thing. How about I give you some insight of what I

did to change my life when it comes to my relationship with money? Because

here's... I'm going to give you some tips here and some and some training here that you

actually can do something about. Because you can't do much about luck. I don't

even know if you know how to even cheat properly. So, I don't you're going to fail

there. And then if you get caught, you're in trouble.

So Luck's not going to work. Cheating is not going to work. And working hard? Wow! Does

that mean you just need to be sweaty all day? I don't know. I don't know. So you

don't even have actual information of how to change your life when it comes to

your money problems do you? Alright. So let's talk and give you some information

here of what you have some things you actually can do to change your

experience with money. Number 1 problem with people and money is people have

their emotions and money tied together. Money is an emotional experience for a

lot of people. 8 out of ten people have emotional experiences with money. If

they don't have any money, then they're all down and bummed out. If

they have money, then they're all happy. But number one really is how to manage

your emotions when it comes to money. Why have your emotions attached to money?

Because money your bank account is always going up, it's always going down.

It's going up, it's going down. And so your emotions are going like this with

money. That will drive you nuts. And money will control you whatever controls how

you feel controls your life. And so if money has control of how you feel then

money runs your life. It's just the way it is my friend. And I hope today you get

this. If money can control your emotions then money controls you. It just does.

Okay, so how do you separate it? How do you separate money and emotions so you

actually can control how you feel? You see when a person begins to learn how to

control how they feel, they actually begin to take over their life. You really

do. Okay. So money comes and goes, right? It's there, it's not. It's there, it's not.

So, over here with emotions, you get to decide how you feel with or without

money. How do you feel when you don't have money? How do you feel when you have

money? What emotions do you really want to have? Now, most people don't even pick

emotions. They just emotionally react to everyday activities. But what you do is

you pick 3 emotions. And those 3 emotions you work every day to live

inside those 3 emotions. But you pick your emotions and then you live those

emotions. No matter what is going on around you. Within 1 day, you will feel

like you have more control of your life than you've had in the last couple years.

You choose how you feel because how you feel influences and affects everything

around you. Everything around you. So you choose 3 emotions of what you're

going to feel during the day. Now, that this is a step-by-step process so this

is going to add up for you and how you're going to help manage money in

your life. The next one is stop blaming others about your money problems. If you

don't have any money and you blame your boss because you don't have enough money,

that makes you a victim. And victim energy or victim attitude is not a

creation type of thinking. People who find ways to make more money are

creative. Victims are not creative. Victims are in

bondage. Victims are all tied up. Victims are standing around waiting for somebody

else to fix them. As long as you blame somebody else because you don't have

enough money, you will never figure out the money thing. Because you're waiting

for somebody else to fix you. You're waiting for somebody else to make your

life better. Stop blaming other people because you don't have money. Next one is

the purpose of money. What is the purpose? Why do you want money? Why do you want to

have money? Most people think, "Oh, I just want to buy groceries. I want to pay for

my house. I want to pay for my car and I want to go into vacation once in a while."

That's the common things that people think about when they want to have money.

And I call that grocery thinking. And it's important that satisfies our needs.

But a person who has a higher level of purpose will find that they're more

creative in how they're going to help people and also earn an income. So, if all

you're trying to do is cover your bills and go do something fun once a while,

you're going to get stuck and the amount of money that you make. You're just going to

get stuck. But what if you wanted to help people? What if you wanted to make a

difference? What if you wanted to you know help an organization or a charity

or a movement that was happening or maybe you want to go teach kids? Or you

want to inspire families? What if your purpose was bigger? And that the reason

why you wanted money is so that you could go help others by, you know, people

go to other countries and they helped pay for wells to be drilled so

that villages can have water and they go build schools. And but you know how that

sounds like it's always in other people's other countries, in these other

countries? What about here? What if he could do things to help people here? What

if you raised the purpose? What if you actually put yourself

on your own life mission? Like you pick something bigger than groceries?

Sometimes, you know, people get stuck in grocery thinking and they then they get

their groceries they pay their house payment and they go on a trip once a

while and then that's just they're done. Well then, that's where they're at. They

just settle in right there. That's what they do. But to me, I think we actually

need to outgrow the whole thinking that we need money. Now, number 3 is big.

I'm kind of taking a risk, you're even talking to you about this. But what if

you had a bigger purpose in life than just having money and buying groceries

and living in a big house? What if you actually wanted to contribute and make a

difference in the world? What if you...? What if that was the possibility there? You're

thinking would not be controlled by money. You would be completely free of

the of money controlling you because you would be about accomplishing your

mission about doing something big. Okay, let's go let's go back to number one

here again. What do you do about emotions? Well, most people they don't know how to

manage their emotions, they don't even have any techniques or tools or

processes that how to manage their emotions. And so, here's a simple one to

be able to help you manage your emotions so that you can separate money and

emotions so I think it'd be very smart for you to be able to go get a book, this

little book or something and or get on your computer and open up a file and

label it "Journal." And get in your journal a couple times a week. Hopefully at least

once a week. And write down your thoughts. Your thoughts have emotions attached to

them. And if you can move your thoughts through you onto paper or onto how you

type on your computer, you'll be able to move your thinking through you and this

is what you're gonna join all about. --Is money.

Write down your thoughts and feelings about money. What's tough? What's hard?

What's difficult? What's your experience? How do you manage money? But literally to

write down your thoughts and feelings money? Get all that weird confused, messed

up thinking in your head about money. Just get it all out of you. Write it down

in a journal. Completely just open up and share all your experiences you've had

with money. Good, bad, indifferent, struggles, triumphs. What was it like to

grow up with money? What was it like to have money as a kid? What was it like in

your family? What did your mom think about money? What'd your dad think about

money? When you decide to journal about money, you're going to unlock all these

weird emotions and these weird memories that have you all twisted up about money.

But if you could start in your journal about today and then you start writing

about last month and then you start to dive into last year and you start to go

back to childhood. And how the people around you raised you about money, Wow!

You are going to just clear up a bunch of weird stuff inside you about money.

Past experiences about money clutter our mind in how to manage money today. But

open up a journal and begin journaling about money. And if you missed all the

suggestions I just gave you, then you get to rewind and listen to it again.

Because this is a game changer. Really big game changer. How can you get better

at something that you don't improve your understanding about it. How are you going to

get better about money if you don't understand

your up bringing with money. Somewhere in there there's glitches. Somewhere in

there there's weird thinking and twisted thinking about this. But if you don't

understand you and your thoughts and emotions about money, you're not going to

change. You'll keep doing the same thing you've always done. So, to support you,

number 1. Start journaling about all your thoughts and feelings about money.

Number 2. Stop the blaming of other people and this is what you got to do.

You will know that you stopped blaming other people when you start

looking at yourself about what you must improve about you and money. You got to

improve you. Number 1, you probably don't manage

your money very well and balance your accounts. You probably don't have a

budget. You probably can't say no and you just spend money wherever you want to

spend money. Number 4, you probably don't even

carry money. You probably don't even know where all your money is. And then number

5, you probably don't even give to any charities. You don't have to give a lot.

But these 5 challenges here that you... You probably don't do any of that. But

yet you blame somebody else because you don't have enough money. How do you

expect to have more when you don't care for what you currently have? And how do

you expect to have more when you don't even share a small portion of what you

currently have? Because one of the secrets about money is you share. That's

why I brought up the contribution side. So, those 5, if you missed them, you get

to rewind. You get to watch this again. Because I just lay it out to you. Why you

don't even have a chance to even improve your experience with money? You won't get

to experience higher amounts of money until you become a better steward over

the money you currently have. Okay. And then one more time on this last one.

Maybe think of something bigger out there that you could contribute to. Maybe

think about other people's problems. Other people's challenges. Maybe think

about serving them and helping them and not make every day about you just having

money. What will happen is if you become a problem solver for other people and

decide to have a higher purpose, you'll find that your mind is mostly wrapped

around how to help other people? And then it makes it easier to make money, earn

money. It makes it easier because it's not the big thing on your mind. It's

people is number 1, not money. Money can be number 2, 3, 4 or 5 but put

people as number 1. When I mentor and I coach somebody who struggles with money,

we... The first step is we got to move people to be number 1.

We're going to take away the blame and start taking some ownership about them.

Ugrading their skill level about you know, how they're performing at work. How

they're taking care of money at home. And then we walk through the journaling

process to remove those emotions. I love teaching people how to upgrade

their life so they can have some more money. So, that they can go and help other

people and everybody wins. Everybody wins. That part's awesome. So, I just gave you

like some great material here about how money works. Now, you're sitting there

listening to me watching me and hearing everything I'm saying. But I just

gave you some really important tasks to take a look at. It's just again and

pause. You know, you can hit pause write down what I just gave you. Because that

short video but packed full of valuable steps here to be able to make a change.

And if for some reason you didn't hear this and it's just not time for you, it's

okay. Don't watch it again. But if you're ready and you're tired of having

money problems, man, I just laid it out to you here. In a really beautiful way. The

part I hope you understand is this. --Is that, whatever your money situation is

MEASLES OUTBREAK 2019: Symptoms, How did this Happen and What to do about it! - Duration: 10:07.

So I'm here on vacation and not in my typical office but I wanted to talk a little about

an important subject that we are dealing with as we speak. That's the subject of Measles.

We've had a recent outbreak in the western United States that really needs to be addressed.

Vaccines are one of the most misunderstood and maligned parts of healthcare and today.

We're going talk about what measles is, why you should be worried about it, how we

got in this mess and what you can do about it.

Welcome to Family Med, your medical home for practical and accurate information to help

your family make healthy decisions. I'm Doctor Erik Richardson. My passion is helping

you cut through all the health information clutter on the internet. If that sounds like

the kind of information you or family needs make sure you follow along with us, hit that

subscribe button and share it with your friends. OK so today we are talking about the Measles,

what it is, and why its so important that we vaccinate for this. This is actually kind

of a frustrating thing to have to talk about as a physician. In the year 2000 it was actually

a disease that was declared eradicated in the US by the CDC but unfortunately due to

lack of immunizations we are seeing more and more outbreaks.

Measles is a highly infectious respiratory virus that is spread by cough and sneezing,

in fact it is so infectious that 9 out of 10 people who are exposed to the virus and

not immunized will get it. The virus can live on its own on surfaces for up to two hours.

You start spreading the infection up to 4 days before you even have symptoms.

Now the symptoms of measles are fairly similar to the flu with high fever, cough, runny nose,

and red, watery eyes. Two to three days after these symptoms you may get tiny white spots

inside the mouth called koplik spots. Then three to five days after the initial symptoms,

the red-spotted rash characteristic of measles breaks out, and the fever spikes. The rash

and fever usually subside within a few days. Now if those were the only problems that happened

with measles maybe it wouldn't be as big of a deal but unfortunately measles has a

high risk of complications. Out of 1000 patients who get Measles up to 3 of them will get a

severe pneumonia, swelling in the brain called encephalitis and even death. Unfortunately

the younger the patient is, the higher risk they are of complications. At the time of

filming this with the current outbreak according to news reports from the 35 active cases one

of them is in the hospital for it. Your kids can get really sick from this.

The worst part about measles is that there is no treatment. The only way we have of tackling

this is through vaccination. But the best news about measles is that by appropriate

vaccination, it is up to 99 percent effective in preventing it. That is why in the year

2000 the CDC was able to declare it eradicated from the United States.

Unfortunately right about that time is when a lot of the myths and misinformation started

regarding vaccines and their safety. You see it all started from a man named Andrew

Wakefield a researcher in England who was looking at the possible link between vaccines

and some intestinal issues. They wrote a paper looking at 12 different children where it

was felt that there may be a link between the vaccine and this condition and then subsequent

development of autism. In the paper they didn't actually claim a link between autism however

in subsequent discussions Dr. Wakefield made that claim. Well, once that was released

the media had a heyday with it and the doubt was firmly implanted in the public mind.

Since that time there have been multiple very good, highly scientific studies with thousands

and thousands of participants which not only have shown no link with the MMR vaccine and

autism but they've actually seen the opposite. Several have shown a trend to lower rates

of autism for those who have had the vaccine. Remember the original study had 12 participants,

so compare that to the many years and thousands of participants in the various studies and

hopefully that will help you feel a little more confident in the validity of the studies.

Now here's the most interesting things about all of this controversy. In the subsequent

years as more and more investigation into this has gone on, there have been some disturbing

findings in regards to the conduct of Dr. Wakefield.

The first of which, of course, was his claim that went above and beyond what the study

found. The original study of 12 people did not find that the vaccine caused autism.

The second issues was that he started advocating a single virus vaccine which he felt to be

safer. Well interestingly enough a couple years earlier he had taken out a patent on

just such a vaccine. Third, it was later discovered that at the

time of the study, he was being paid by a lawyer group who were getting ready to sue

vaccine manufacturers. Kind of convenient don't you think?

4th, it was found out even later, after somebody interviewed the families of the children that

were involved in the original study, that he had fabricated much of the data for the

study. So who should you believe? The multiple studies

covering thousands of lives showing no link to autism or a fraudulent doctor who due to

all of this had his medical license taken away in disgrace or other celebrity spokespeople

for this cause? I'm putting the safety of my children on the legitimate studies.

So let's talk about some practical issues regarding the immunization and talk through

some of the common concerns. First of all there is still concern about

some harmful chemicals in immunizations. Many feared that the preservative thimerosal could

be a source. This has been extensively studied and shown not to be the cause. Despite that

evidence, thimerosal is no longer used in childhood immunizations other than in some

brands of the flu vaccine that are in multi dose vials. But good news, even with that,

you can get ones that don't have it in there. 2nd thing to think about.

We get the immunization to protect ourselves but also those around us. You can't get

the immunization unless you are over the age of one, certain people with immunocompromised states

such as HIV or Cancer and pregnant women. Measles in these groups is especially dangerous.

Remember what I said earlier about how infectious measles is. 9 out of 10 people exposed will

get the measles. So please do what you can do to protect those who are unable to get

the vaccine and prevent the spread. 3rd thing we should address is the fear that

maybe I should just wait until my kids are older to get the vaccine. First of all there

is absolutely no evidence that getting immunizations early has any negative effect. Usually, it

it's just the opposite. Remember what we just discussed about how infectious measles or

other diseases are. The younger your child is the harder time they will have dealing

with the disease. It's much easier for a body to deal with an immunization than it

is the disease. 4th thing to think about. I think that vaccines

are somewhat the victim of their own success. There are certain diseases that we just don't

see as health care providers. In the 15 years that I've been practicing medicine I've

never had to see anybody with measles. I see that as a success, however, because of that

many of you also haven't seen it so the fear of these disease have put us in a false

sense of security. Hopefully understanding what this disease can do will help you be

more motivated to protect yourself. 5th thing to think about. I've seen more

and more doctors' offices refusing to see families who do not immunize their children.

This may seem somewhat cruel, but it's important you understand the risk that you put other

people in when you don't immunize . I have little babies and elderly in my clinic every

day and those who have a compromised immune system. I can't put them at risk because

somebody is irresponsible and does not want to immunize their children. Also, just practically

speaking. If I have somebody who comes into my clinic with measel type symptoms, and they

are not immunized, I have to seal off the exam room they were in for at least two hours

and likely most of the rest of the day before they can be used again. Then I have to clean

the whole lobby and any area that they were in all while wearing a special protective

mask. That's a room that I depend on to be able to care for my patients. Do you also

remember what the symptoms of measles are at first? Cough, congestion, fevers.. How

many patients do you think I have come in with those kind of symptoms? Let me tell you,

it's a lot.

There is a lot more that we could discuss regarding measles, immunizations and the importance

of them, but hopefully, this gives you just a taste of why you need to be immunizing yourself

and your children. Hopefully you've been able to gain a better appreciation of how

serious these diseases can be and how easy it is to prevent them. So please, go get your

children immunized. Share this video with your friends and family who may be on the

fence on deciding whether they should. You never know when you can be exposed and you

don't want to suffer the devastating complications that these diseases can bring.

I hope you have found this video to be informative and helpful. If so I urge you to subscribe

What did Singapore do to become so successful? |SUBTITLES| - Duration: 3:25.

singapore is just 50 km long from east to west and

and hardly 27 km long from north to south

despite being such a tiny island with zero oil , no natural gas and minerals

it is the 3rd most richest country in the world leaving behind france, US, and japan.

and ranks 9th in human development index with its GDP per capita being in top ten

so the question is how did singapore became so rich?

upon gaining independence in 1965 , singapore was a developing economy with more 3 million people

were unempoyed and 2rd of its population were living in slums

they did not had any resources not even adequate supply of water so the first thing

their government focused on was was industrialization and manufacturing

in order to attract investors they created an environment that was safe and corruption free

and low in taxation . they developed port facilites making their country ideal for import and export of good

they even hired top economic advisors from the globe which specifically promoted industrialization and globalistion

Why Do We Have Bad Days? (and how to turn them to good days)

A bad day is one of the natural happenings that can ever take place in a person's life.

No full-blooded human has a complete year devoid of rollercoaster moments accompanied

by feelings of dejection, irritation and outright discontentment.

Bad days could come when you are just getting done with feeling high and lucky.

That familiar emotional wackiness that announces hormonal changes can make the day very bad.

Truly, the will to remain in bed and locked out from other humans is very strong on a

very bad day.

Mood swinging like a pendulum bulb suspended on a frayed piece of sensitive nerve could

actually hit anybody, especially those that contributed nothing in keeping one that way,

on a bad day.

On that day, you care less about smiling and maybe manners.

It is as though there is a gang-up in the celestials, to make your life miserable.

Bad days are real; so are good days: In this video, we will be sharing with you

the reasons why we have bad days and what to do about them.

1.

Failed plan It is more infuriating than disappointing

to be late for a crucial business meeting when you had outlined how you would arrive

the meeting venue an hour earlier.

Instead, you sacrificed your timeliness to an unanticipated traffic in the middle of

a major road.

The gridlock was so tight that all you could manage to do in that state was to hiss repeatedly

in irritation and out of frustration.

The climax of the badness would be getting to know that you would have to wait in the

traffic for the next 3 hours.

It would take an iron heart to not weep helplessly.

Such failed plan qualifies to cause a bad day.

What should you do about failed plans?

Remember you're human and limited.

Decide to be cheerful despite the disappointment.

2.

Stress and distress Much grinding of the body could trigger off

feelings of being used, and dumped.

We could get quite entangled with the hustles and hustles for survival, giving room for

our bodies to be over flogged by daily activities with little rest as a form of renewal.

While stress is required to get things done, getting drained mentally and physically can

cause distress, the grandad of a bad day.

Alienating oneself from fun activities all the time, inadequate rest, poor feeding pattern

or lifestyle and little sleep can make a bad day happen almost on a regular basis.

Lack of sleep has been pinned down as another factor in causing a stressful bad day.

It is humorous to consider hydrating frequently as a way to decrease the number of times a

bad day occurs.

Nonetheless, it is as serious as it can get: hydrating the body with water detoxifies the

body system, thereby taking off some disease loads that could distress a person.

Stress can lead to burnouts, situations where one has been terribly drained emotionally

and physically to the point of feeling frustrated.

Sometimes, stress is not about working for hours nonstop; it could be a pull beyond what

one can bear mentally or emotionally.

What can you do about stress?

Remember that the purpose of life is to live and enjoying living.

Identify your source of stress and think on how you could deal with them.

Can you delegate some task?

Can you avoid some meetings?

Can you say NO more frequently?

3.

Loss The death of a loved one, the messy breakup

of a relationship, relocation from a place that has been home to a person...These are

realities that could suck out happiness from a healthy life.

The attachment we develop with people, objects and places can be threatened by occurrences

which we have little or no control of.

The feeling of loss could come after a major misunderstanding with your significant other,

which led you into a messy fight and many arguments.

That day will be officially a bad day.

Days that follow such losses are uniquely filled with ill feelings.

For a period of time, grieving for the losses seems to be the most cherished thing to do.

It only takes will and determination to pick the pieces of what was left broken, in order

to overcome bouts of sadness, anger and frustration associated with dealing with a loss.

What do you do about loss?

Remember everything is temporal, including you.

Remember that death doesn't exist.

It's simply a transition from one realm to another.

Believe that things happens for your good.

Cry and mourn but don't over-think stuff.

4.

Staying lonely This is the era of social media, so, there

is seemingly no reason to be or feel lonely.

However, it appears that more people in this high-powered connection age, are getting on

by themselves in cocoons of loneliness.

Staying lonely is much more different from staying alone.

The former is possible even in the midst of a multitude of people.

There is no emotional connection or tie with these people, and this results in sad feelings

that do not always go away on time.

It is very difficult to live through a day happily when nobody cares about your welfare

nor desires to show compassion to you.Thousands of Facebook friends, tens of thousands of

Instagram followers and actively updating news on Twitter do not guarantee staying out

of loneliness.

The basic relief comes from bonding and sharing with real people who go beyond being superficial,

to getting deeply involved with one's life.

Make meaningful connections which are beyond the social media.

Visit people you care about.

Talk, dream and plan together.

5.

Depression The word, "depression" is actually depressing

to examine.

It is a feeling marked with much sadness, abandonment, loss of interest in activities

that use to be fun to do; loss of appetite and emotional pain.

Depression could be situational where something bad causes it, or clinical, where both in

the good and bad times, a person is always unhappy and uninterested.

Severe forms of depression sometimes, lead to entertaining suicidal thoughts with every

waking day.

Depression is linked with heightened levels of irritability, anger and hopelessness.

No matter how much a depressed person tries to be happy, there persists a feeling of being

down and out in him.

Nothing seems to solve the inner problems only him can perceive.

Bad days are much more frequent in depressive states of mind.

Mood swings occur at will following the reminder of a chronic problem.

The fluctuations in emotion make it a problem for a person suffering from depression to

concentrate fully on a task.

What will be paramount on his mind is to lock people out and stay alone in his dark hole.

Signs associated with depression should never be taken for granted.

Professional help needs to be sought for without any further delay because depression can kill.

6.

Bad news and anxiety Bad news makes the news.

Stories about killings, maiming, starvation, robbery, domestic abuse, suicide bombings,

and natural disasters are bad news capable of ruining an otherwise good day.

Media outlets derive satisfaction presenting bad occurrences in the most vivid way, which

can leave one with much resentment for government and society.

This feeling of resentment can climax into anxiety.

Anxiety makes one become constantly worried and afraid of the future.

An anxious person is always jittery and hyperaroused.

Every bit of information is likely to cause fear in him.

Hypochondriacs are in the category of frequently anxious people.

They fear for their lives, and always think that the latest disease reported about by

the World Health Organization, is lying somewhere on their respective doorsteps to consume them.

When they fail to find answers to the symptoms of sickness they feel, they definitely entertain

a bad day.

It is noteworthy that anxiety is not taken as seriously as depression, a condition which

makes it tasking to develop a generally acceptable treatment for it.

Anxiety can arise following a bad dream, especially in very religious individuals.

From the waking moment to the time that day becomes over, it is moodiness all the way

because of a bad dream anticipated to become a reality in no distant time.

What do you do about bad news?

Turn your face to the other side of life.

Feed your mind with positive images.

Think positive thoughts.

Dream positive dreams.

Remember that there are thousands of good things happening around the world every day

but the journalists choose bad news because it sells their paper better.

In summary, bad day is inevitable.

It is a sign that life is curvy and not a straight path of high moments all the time.

It can be an indication of an underlying psychological need that demands dire attention.

To overcome a bad day, it is important to believe that it is but for a moment, which

is indicative that it shall pass.

Rather than being passive concerning your state of happiness by letting ugly moments

to complete their cycles before you resume being happy, actively seek out ways to regain

your bouncy times even in the face of a lingering bad day.

Remember, you become what you choose to be.
