show you guys how to switch on dark mode in Windows 10 and also there will be a

BONUS tip at the end, so please make sure to watch till the end

Ok, so now I'm going to show you guys how to enable Dark Mode on windows ten. First

go to settings; next go to personalization and then go to colors

The second on the list; scroll down and click on dark here while I've enabled it I'll

show you the difference this is the light mode and this is the dark

okay but the problem is these aren't dark, you will get an update in

the future to make these dark too, if you are using insider preview

builds you can get them you can get it, it's still under preview you'll get an update in

the future to make this dark too well now to the BONUS tip how to make

Google Chrome dark you can add an extension to do that go to more tools sorry

Alright, that's a really great strategy to make social media work even

if you don't have any followers, right? I mean, I can tell. I used this strategy for

my channel in the very beginning and it really jump-started the success of my

channel. So yeah, I can only recommend that you also invest the time to become

a friend of groups where people have the same interests that you do videos about.

And that is the second to last strategy we have on this cartwheel. Next up is

websites and email lists. But you have probably recognized: the playlist,

the name is 8+1 strategies. So there's one strategy missing. Can you

imagine which one is missing? Well, we will find out after two videos

that talk about the website growth strategy. The idea of course: you create a

website, have an audience there as well, an email list for example, and you can

activate them, engage with them and bring them to your channel to further grow

your channel. But I have to say. I mean, we know from YouTube that we have to do SEO

because of the big competition. And on Google, it's really not that

different. I mean, it's even more crowded we could say. So we have to apply proper

growth techniques over on Google for our websites as well. And to give you like

the 101 on how Google SEO works, how you can make your website successful, I

talked to Julian, an expert in Google SEO, how we can transfer our knowledge that

we already have about YouTube SEO to Google as well. And yeah, that's the next

clip we will be talking about how Google works in comparison to YouTube so we can

more easily understand it. But you will see in the second half of the video, we

are talking about how to rank our videos on Google as well. And well, the video is

Taiwan's top military secret accidentally exposed by Google Maps - Daily News - Duration: 3:22.

Taiwan is in talks with Google to blur images of its most sensitive military sites that have been accidentally revealed to the public through its latest 3D-rendered maps

Detailed satellite images on Google's new 3-D maps exposed the location and structures of the self-ruled island's classified Patriot missile defence base in Xindian District, New Taipei - down to the types of launchers and models of the missiles

Defence infrastructure at the National Security Bureau and the Military Intelligence Bureau were also revealed in detail, according to Taiwan media

  China still sees Taiwan as part of its territory to be reunified, despite the two sides being ruled separately since the end of a civil war in 1949

Relations between Taipei and Beijing have had a rocky start to 2019 after Xi Jinping delivered a bellicose speech last month describing the island's unification with the mainland as 'inevitable'

 Beijing has said it will not hesitate to use force if Taipei formally declares independence, or in the case of external intervention - including by the United States, Taiwan's strongest ally

Supported many marches that occured in Costa Rica

He donated to many programs to support the homeless

One of the marches he supported was the teacher strike

He worked and marched with teachers to help them receive equal pay

He had struggled in HIgh School, he was not a great student

He was well below average for the first year or so in high school, but then recovered well

He had internal corruptions and problems in his first political party he joined. So he had to completely quit the party he was in and join another party

He also had to go through discrimination due to the fact that he is a minority of afro-latino

Luis Guillermo Solis is a great example of minorities can do anything

He was a afro-latino minority who became president of Costa RIca

There many struggle in Luis Guillermo Solis life but he managed to prosper as president.

And most of the lawyers make the draft in a word document, save it, and send that file

as an attachment through email.

Then the boss sends it back with mistakes and suggestions and then you again send the

corrected file and then finally the boss approves the document.

Isn't this process a bit long?

Can't we shorten it?

I make helpful videos for lawyers every week.

So, if you are new to the channel then consider subscribing.

This email...correction...then again email...I think that this procedure can be shorten.

How?

Have you heard about Google Drive?

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service developed by Google.

Just go to drive.google.com and log in with your google account or your gmail account.

And you can see all these files...as I said it is a file storage service.

All my files are here.

You can create and store docs, ppts, spreadsheet, etc. and all will be stored here on Cloud...

not on your computer.

You can also make new folders here and organise your file properly.

And do you know how much storage you get??....

Its..

15 gigabytes (15GB)....for freee I think that's quite a lot for lawyers,

because we usually make word documents which takes less space compared to videos.

But, what's the link of this with the story which I narrated at the beginning?

This is the question you have right?

Ok..coming to the point.

I am saying instead of making your drafts in word, you can create the same document

in Google Docs and share the link of that document with your boss...it will be more

simpler, will take less time and it has some advantages too...

Just go to docs.google.com. & log in with your gmail account

Prepare your draft here….an agreement or complaint or whatever you want to…

There are many features over here, which you can use.

After you type and your draft is ready, just go to the top right hand corner, click on

this blue button to share… and add the email id of your boss here.

So, you save all time of opening your email and all that stuff…

after adding the email, you can add some notes here...regarding the file

click send and this document which you created will be mailed to your boss directly from

your gmail account.

But, ya...before sending, click here and select can edit or can comment.

So, that your boss can edit the document here itself or comment his suggestions… and as

soon as he does that...you can see all the changes he has done here itself...you don't

have to open your email & download the file...and then edit.

So, remember to select can edit or comment here or else if by default "can view"

was selected then your boss can only view and not edit...and you may have some trouble

just for this small mistake.

Or you can also go here, click Get shareable link and then copy this link and share it

with your boss through WhatsApp, using the desktop version of whatsapp.

Will quickly go through the advantages of using this method -

You can prepare the same draft over here

You don't have to save the file...

You may remember how many times you had to do the whole work again only because you didn't

save the file & the data was lost due to some reason.

But, in Docs whatever changes you do are automatically saved here, so you don't have to keep on

pressing Ctrl+S. Easy Sharing - can easily share and get the

work done as shown just now.

Cloud Storage - your files will be uploaded in cloud, so you can access those files from

your mobile too or from any another computer anywhere in the world...so you don't have

to carry those files everywhere through pendrive…

And there is a mobile app too - So, in case you are stuck somewhere where your time is

getting wasted but you can't leave... then just open this app in your mobile and start

editing your drafts, documents...

If you have a microsft account then you can also use OneDrive which comes free with microsoft

office and it also similar features,
